Sean Hannity broadcasts live from deep-blue New Jersey, spotlighting four new polls showing the state's gubernatorial race in a razor-thin one-point margin between Jack Ciattarelli and Mikie Sherrill. Sean frames this as a historic shot for Republicans in an unlikely state, crediting accurate pollsters like Robert Cahaly and Matt Towery, and urging Jersey voters to seize the chance for a major political upset. Guest highlights include critiques of Sherrills recordethics questions, energy policies, and crime stances versus Ciattarelli's pledges to cut taxes and government waste. Why it matters: a GOP win here would shake the national landscape and signal a seismic shift in voter sentiment.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Thanks to all of you for being with us. Right
down our toll free telephone number if you want to
be part of this program, it's eight hundred and ninety
four one sean if you want to join us. We
are in the state of New Jersey. We're here for
a reason. Let me explain where we are in New Jersey,
the deep, deep, deep, deep blue state of New Jersey.

(00:24):
There are four posters that now have this. Emerson now
came out with their poll Mite Falgar and Matt Towery
and Robert Kahley, and there's one o the pole. I
forgot the name of it. It's four four separate posters
have New Jersey a one point race, the deep deep

(00:45):
blue state of New Jersey. So I said this on
the air earlier in the week that I kicked myself
after the last election. Now, in fairness to me, there
was no poll indicating that New Jersey was going to
be close. It was not at the time. And once
Robert Kahelly and Matt Towery people I respect, they now

(01:08):
twenty sixteen, they nailed twenty twenty, They nowled twenty twenty four.
They nailed it. And they know how to poll Trump,
and they know how to poll states like New Jersey. Now,
this is a challenging state for any Republican. It just is.
And for this to be a one point race is
in and of itself a little bit of a miracle.
It really, by the way it is. The other point

(01:31):
is coefficient Poles. So you got coefficient Emerson. Emerson polled
really well in the last presidential election, and you got
Matt Towery, and you got Robert Kahelly inside her Eventa
and Trafougar. It's a one point race. I'm not here
for my health or the pork rolls in New Jersey,
although obviously you know, and here's a fascinating New York

(01:53):
Post story today, most New Jersey ins I'm from Jersey.
Forget about it. Here's how dire if my prediction is
for you in New Jersey. And it's funny because while
simultaneously New York City is about to elect you know,
Marxist Kami Mamdani, New Jersey is right on the precipice

(02:18):
of the biggest upset we will have seen in an
election in a long time. Now, I'm not saying this
thing is that. I'm telling you it is razor thin reel,
which means if you're in New Jersey, get your ass
to the polls and vote. I think early voting continues

(02:39):
through the weekend election days Tuesday, that Jack Chittarelli can win.
I'd actually like to hear the words Fox News can
now project that Jack chitderelly is has now been elected
the governor of the bluest state of blue states, New Jersey.
Now here's my admonition and my warning to all of

(03:00):
you in New Jersey is if you don't take this opportunity,
with it being so close, then you risk being you know,
New York City two point zero. You know you have,
You've always shown an independent streak. Now, if you look
at numbers in terms of registration, they're like, oh man,

(03:22):
no way. You know, Democrats out number of Republicans over
a million voters. But independence in this state very high
at twenty percent. They, according to the polls, are breaking
very hard for Jack Chidarelli, and they're very engaged. And
I do believe there's a Mamdani effect happening here New Jersey,
like seeing what's going on in New York City. Now,

(03:43):
I'm going to tell you if Mamdani's elected next Tuesday,
which I predict, he will probably win. I hope I'm wrong.
I pray to God I'm wrong. I want my friend
Curtis Lee to win. I really do. Linda is giving
me the eye. Just keep your eye to yourself because
it doesn't mean anything to me, and we can talk
about a bet later. You know, you got a very

(04:04):
flawed candidate. And this is the New Jersey GOP. Put
this out, Glenn Paulson, writing, you know about you know,
trading defense stocks. While on the House Armed Services Committee,
she tripled her networth, pocketing seven million dollars in profits,
and was even fine for breaking federal law by not

(04:24):
putting in you know, her her income statements on time.
When questioned, she denied it, pretended she I have no
idea where the seven million dollars came from. Linda, you
had seven million dollars in your bank account, more than
you had last year. Would you notice that? I think
I would notice that. Would you notice that I would

(04:45):
everybody would notice that. On immigration, she won't give a
straight answer on New Jersey sanctuary state policy. She's she's
doing a Biden and a Kamala and ducking and dodging
and weaving. She doubled down on her plan to regionalize,
bussing kids out of their neighborhoods. You know what, what
why how about you fix every school, give parents school choice.

(05:09):
You know, whatever you spend per capita on students, give
the parents the money. Let parents form their own little
cooperative four or five parents. Let's say you give them
twenty grand a piece. Okay, that's one hundred hundred and
twenty grand. And guess what you can probably be more,
probably like thirty grand, okay, and you can hire a
teacher for five kids. And guess what they're gonna learn.

(05:31):
They've got, you know, because you're gonna demand it, and
there is so many creative ways that you can do it.
You know, she on energy, you know she's pushing the green,
new green, new green, new green, new clean energy nonsense.
Even Bill Gates backing off of that crap. You know,
it's so bad her gimmick. Even Murphy called it unworkable,

(05:53):
a rate freeze. She wouldn't pledge that she won't raise taxes. Now,
think about this on the budget under Murphy spending, his
spending in this state exploded. I now have done the
deepest dive on New Jersey thirty five billion to fifty
nine billion under one governor. Oh my gosh, it's unreal.

(06:15):
Like my free state of Florida has less than half
the budget of New York, much better infrastructure, no, much
better policing, Number one in schools, and they do it
on half the money than New York. It's unbelievable. Anyway,

(06:35):
then she, you know, then there's the cheating scandal. Of
course she keeps giving. I'll get to this in a second.
You know, contradictory answers on all of this. You know,
New Jersey dot Com at an article The Climate Super
Fun Act, which would you know, probably better known as
the Climate Money grab AC, seeks to retroactively penalized fossil

(06:56):
fuel companies in New Jersey tends of billions of dollars. Okay,
what are those corporations going to do when they have
to pay tens of billions of dollars? They're going to
raise prices that would be a tax on you. That's
how dumbnes is. And you know Jack Chordarelli, he's running
on a really solid platform. He's going to cut and

(07:17):
cap property taxes so that working families, young people can
afford to buy a home while expanding you know, the
senior property tax freeze, invest in natural gas. You want
to clean the clean energy. Natural gas doesn't get any
cleaner than natural gas. Uh but you know, and and
by the way, nuclear actually is very effective too, and

(07:41):
but whatever, and uh so he's got a very strong
platform that he's running on. He's also running on the
idea to reduce the waste and size of government. And
he wants a line item veto that will eliminate and
prevent waste. If he gets that, that would be huge.
He also recognizes, and this this is where Mikey Cheryl

(08:02):
wouldn't take a stand during the debate. He's going to
reduce the corporate business tax. I mean, when you have
Mom Donnie saying, well he's going to match New Jerseys taxes,
you've got a big problem. And he's going to make
New Jersey more affordable. Young people can't afford to live
in New York and New Jersey anymore. They say, that's
why they're getting the hell out. You know, they've runed
it for young people. It's unreal. A lot of Democrats

(08:25):
are supporting Jack Chitdarelli, which I find interesting. If you
look at the tax foundation, this state of New Jersey
ranks forty ninth out of fifty states on the tax
competitiveness level, which means its overall taxes are the second
highest in the country. And guess who they followed? New

(08:46):
York California, how far behind New Jersey. Property taxes the
highest in the country two point two to three percent.
Let me give you an example comparison. You know, only
only followed by Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New York, et cetera.
But my state of Florida no income tax, none and
affective property tax of one point eight percent. How do

(09:08):
you get to two point two? I mean, just you know,
you're paying rent at that level based on the value
of your home. You're paying for the honor of living
in your own freaking home, and you have crappy schools
to be to boot. New Jersey imposes the fourth highest
income tax rate in the country ten point seventy five percent,

(09:31):
and twenty five New Jersey has added a two point
five serve tax to its nine percent corporate business tax
is what Mamdani's talking about. In New York City. New
Jersey has the eighth highest gas tax in the country
and a sales tax of nearly what six point six
percent above the national average, the eighth largest in the country,

(09:52):
and it's the only state in the country that imposes
and well one of the only states because New York
has one two and a state tax. Now the federal
estate tax is forty percent. I remember when I lived
in New York, I'd have a meeting once a year.
I hate them. I hate meetings, Linda Dwylight meetings. I
hate meetings. Love meeting No, I don't. You can be honest,

(10:13):
tell everybody what's my attention span for a meeting? Hate
meetings and technology, yes, in that order, yes, and liberals
and liberals the close three okay, and weddings. They want
the highest marginal rate possible. You pay forty percent of
the federal government New Jersey. You pay taxes on this money.

(10:33):
They want another bite of the apple sixteen percent. Accounts
is like, whatever you do, don't die in New Jersey.
I'll be like, Okay, I'm gonna have a meeting right
after this meeting with God and see if I can't
work out a plan. It's it's just it's remarkable. But
they're in a dead heat. You know. The latest poll,
for example, just out today. This is the Emerson Pole

(10:57):
picks eleven Hills survey. You know it's a one point
race forty nine, forty eight Mikey Cheryl and Jack Chidarelli.
That means it's winnable. That's why I'm here. I'm not
here for the weather because the weather's absolute. Adam Schiff
here today, and I can't stand being out of my

(11:17):
free state of Florida. I hate it. You know, unemployment
rate nationally four point three percent. Where's New Jersey five percent?
You know, right up there with Gavin California's five point
five percent. Okay, what are they doing wrong here? Because
businesses are leaving, You're taxing the the highest corporate rate
in the country. And mom, Donnie's quoting New Jersey as

(11:38):
his model. I mean that ought to tell you something anyway,
So you know, it's it's it's interesting. If you look,
I've done a deep dive by Mikey Cheryl. You know
she would, for example, require the consent of the National
Guard being the Okay, listen, if you're like Chicago and
you're like Illinois and you have five times the murder rate,

(12:02):
at what point does the government, the federal government have
an obligation duty to step in and say hell no,
we are going to preserve and protect law and order
and safety and security for the people. If you're not
going to do your jobs, you know what, if they're
surrounding ice offices, especially in this assassination culture, how could

(12:25):
she be more wrong on that? You know? Here was
an interesting point. Now she makes the case, Oh, I
don't support defunding the police. Here's the problem. She says that,
But she voted no on a twenty twenty three bill
to make assaulting a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or other
first respond to a deportable defense. Whoops, daisy. And she

(12:48):
voted no on a resolution in two years ago expressing
support for local law enforcement officers and condemning efforts to
defund dismantle. So she's full of Adam Schiff like most politicians.
When I asked about her seven million dollar profit in
the stock market, I guess she was on Charlemagne dug God.

(13:10):
She said, I haven't. I don't believe I did. But
I'll have to go back and see seven million dollars
from stock trades. What are you talking about?

Speaker 2 (13:18):
News Max is, first of all, a very questionable organization
that is paying multiple fines. I'm not sure what they're
talking about.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
So the question, did you make seven million in stock
trades at all?

Speaker 2 (13:29):
I haven't. I don't believe I did, but i'd have
to go see what that wasting too.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
I have no idea for me. I don't know. I
just put seven million dollars a year ago in your
bank account. Linda, did you not catch it? You know,
she was forced to pay the fee for the twenty
twenty one Stock Act violations. It's basically blowing past the
forty five day deadline to disclose her in her family stock.
She said about not more walking with her class at

(14:02):
the Naval Academy if she first of well, there was
a test at the school that was stolen. I did
not realize it was stolen. I took the test afterwards,
I knew what the rumor mill was. I knew people
who were implicated in it. I didn't come forward with
that information, she said. Then, she said, there were hundreds
of people in my class that spoke to investigators. When

(14:23):
I did, I told them what I knew. Okay, you
said you didn't tell them. How you saying you did
tell them? You know what that sounds like to me?
The quintessential politician New Jersey. You have a choice, and
she's a climate change nut, a nut. I'm just telling
you you got a shot in this deep blue state.

(14:44):
They didn't come up here, leave the comfort of my
free state of Florida for no reason. I didn't come
for a pork grow. I came here because I want
I want a shot here. It's in your hands. I'm
not telling you it's easy. I'm saying, get your ass vote.
That's simple. At twenty five now to the top of
the hour, we are in the state of New Jersey.

(15:06):
We're here for a good reason. Four individual pollsters now
have the deep blue state of New Jersey the gubernatorial
race at a one point race. This is now officially
a turnout election. Can't guarantee the results. All I'm saying
to you in New Jersey is you've got a shot.
I mean, this will shock the entire country. Fox News

(15:30):
can now project that Jack should rally. The Republican is
upset the Democrat Mikey Cheryl the phony. She's a fake
photy fraud, ladies and gentlemen, a complete fraud. By the way,
Bob Grant, I think was single handedly responsible for electing

(15:51):
Christy Todd Whitman. Oh yeah, big time, big time back
in the day, and then she wanted nothing to do
with them. You know, he goes come controversial in this day,
but a true pioneer of talk radio. Oh yeah. I mean,
it's just unbelievable that they ABC Disney bought talk about cancelation.

(16:12):
He got canceled, Roseanne Bargot candled, Nobody canceled Jimmy Kimmel.
No conservative was saying, get Kimmel off the air. No,
he's a jackass.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
That's because conservatives don't do what liberals do.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
Okay, And seventy two percent of his audience has evaporated.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
But it doesn't matter because as conservatives we should kick
the crap out of them, but we don't. Really.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
Now, I was really pissed because I lost a lot
of my audience Monday night because I was up against
Monday night football. Anytime the Kansas City Chiefs are on,
Oh gosh, is Taylor there? Taylor? There is Taylor. There
is Taylor there. You know, And I have only nice
things to say about Taylor and Color. I know you don't,
but you know, I wish them well get hit in
the head with a football, all right, That would be worse.

(16:54):
Will you stop be nice? Don't watch she's nice? Okay,
she's fake nice. I don't when she comes down and all,
can you stop? Hands up? It's very weird. Just what
do you an angel? You know what? What? People love her?
She seems nice to me. She's nice to hey, not

(17:15):
her not I uh well he used to have Curtis
on back in the day all the time, all the time. Uh. Anyway, listen,
we are in New Jersey. This is a real shot.
I honestly think it may be your last shot in
New Jersey. And I'm saying that not to be negative.

(17:37):
I'm just being realistic. You know, you now risk being
you know, New York City two point zero if you
if you make this big mistake, you got a shot.
I know that it's so on paper it's a long shot.
But these four posters having it at one point race
that is a turnout election. Independence You're gonna make all

(17:58):
the difference here. I mean I went through all the numbers.
I can't. I'll repeat it on TV tonight because it's
worth it. We're doing a town hall and I hope
you'll tune in. Nine Eastern Hannity on the Fox News
Channel our friends at the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. They
honor America's heroes, heroes like US Army Warrant Officer one Stephen.

(18:19):
I'm sorry Stuart Wayment Now, he graduated from the Army
Aviation School, received many honors and awards during his distinguished career,
and sadly had a mid air collision during a training
exercise and it took his life. A true hero, he'd
left behind a wife and three young sons. Tunnel to
Tower stepped in because of your generosity, your partnership, and

(18:43):
they were able to pay the mortgage on the Stuart
family's home. And it's the kindness of people like you
that are listening to the show across the country that
alleviated the financial burden and brought support for their children
and their future needs. Now, Stuart was a good, hard working,
you know, loyal, patriotic American. He valued his family, loved

(19:05):
his country, an amazing father, kind, intelligent, and he put
everything he had into what he did. Love what he did.
Now you can help more families like the Stuarts. But
the secret sauce Frank Stiller told me this when I
put him on the podcast, is the secret sauce is
the eleven dollars a month. He says, Yeah, we get

(19:26):
corporate donations, we get this donat but that's not consistent.
He said. What makes Tunnel to Towers you know, the
fuel that the rocket fuel for this great mission is
if people can commit to eleven dollars a month. I
know it's a lot, and you know, the economy is
getting better, but not fast enough for anybody. But it's
going to get better really fast this time next year.

(19:48):
I think we're going to be humming along. I really
believe that with all my heart. Anyway, just go to
their website, letter T number two, LETTERT dot org, Letter
T number two, LETTERT dot org Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
So I'm going to make a prediction, and my predictions
are often right. Democrats are not going to open the

(20:08):
government until after the election. Now there, you know. Democratic
Congressman Rocanna has called on Speaker Mike Johnson to reopen
the House to vote on a bill aimed at funding
the SNAP program. As of Saturday, forty two million Americans
that need this monthly money they get basically a debit card,

(20:32):
are facing potential interruptions and their benefits, you know, because
of the Schumer shutdown. Now there is legislation introduced by
Republican Senator Josh Hawley. It's gained traction in the Chamber,
with the number of co sponsors going from eleven to
twenty nine. And it's the Keep Snap Funded Act, which
would allow the US Department of Agriculture to continue issuing

(20:54):
SNAP benefits even while Congress has not passed a new
budget or temporary funding resolution. It would also cover any
mispayments dating back to September thirty of twenty twenty five.
It's funded by the USDA, with Congress approving a budget
temporary measure each year. You know, this is the problem.
The problem is they've had thirteen times to prevent Saturday

(21:18):
from happening, and they don't care. They don't care. Now,
I thought it would be Monday. I think by Wednesday.
If they don't by the time we get on radio
on Wednesday, if they haven't opened up the government, I
think they're waiting for the election. That's what I think.
I think they want that. They don't want any interference

(21:39):
of the election, and they're thinking, oh, okay, people dependent
on government, they're probably more likely to be Democrat. It
doesn't matter what their politics are. I don't want to
sick the elderly, the infirmed to be hungry. Now there
is a legitimate debate how come we have in this country,
with all this wealth, forty two million Americans in need assistance.

(22:01):
But if by Wednesday or Thursday next week that they
do not open this government, I'm gonna ask those of
you that have, you know, a little extra money time,
you know, help out your local food bank. You just
have to be's good. It's gonna get desperate, really really fast.
I've you know, because they'd let this go on too long. Apparently,

(22:23):
Joe Biden radar online reporting facing a cash crunch that
could see him go broke. His fellow Democrats and corporate
America shunning the former commander in chief gem I guess
he can't take half of Hunter's you know, I give
half my income to Pops. I guess that's hurting him anyway.
A few groups seem eager to pony up for the

(22:43):
eighty two year old Biden's rate, which is apparently as
high as five hundred thousand dollars to hear him mumble
stumble and bumble and not know where he is. Why
would anyone pay five hundred grand for that anyway, the
price tag is a hard sell when Joe has barely
managed to you know, more than a blame thinks stare
during previous engagements. Nobody wants to hear from them. You know,

(23:05):
I guess the would write a book and I'm sure
somebody will getting the project the benefits. How do you
lead the world with having instruction? How do you leave
the world having the best healthcare role? How do you
lead the world without having the best education? How do
you lead the world you don't have that done? Huh?

(23:25):
How do you lead the world when you don't know
what day of the week it is. I'm just wondering.
You know, I'm gonna oh, I got the best tape ever?
Is the best the Australian This was awesome. There is
an Australian. I'm gonna save it for later. Don't get
mad at me. Uh. Interviewing Kamala Harris or an Australian
reporter and asked the question and then you know she

(23:46):
gives a word solid answer. He goes, that's a world
class pivot. Just like that is how I can't do
an Australian accident in the moment off the top of
my head. I don't know what's happening to Gavin. You know,
Cavin and I were kind of friendly. We just disagreed.
Tell us ABC News, Joe Biden was one of the

(24:06):
most successful presidents in the last century. Okay, Cavin, you know,
don't listen to me. Gavin never listens to me. But
if you believe that, you know you are not qualify,
you are disqualifying yourself for office by saying that, oh
look what I found. I found it the first copies.

(24:30):
All right, no laughing a lots, that's not allowed. We're
going to get into a deep dive in detail. Jack
Smith targeting, you know, four hundred and thirty Republicans with
the subpoenas. We're going to hit that. Jonathan Turley and
Trey Gowdy were great on it. We'll have Greg Jarrett
and John Solomon and much more coming up. I want
to read to you Donald Trump's unbelievable Friday night at

(24:53):
eleven PM, all most of us were thinking about going
to bed and resting up from a busy week. He
got me a typical week for him. It's not like
he took it easy leading up to this trip. And
he flew to Asia twenty four hours with one stop
to refuel twenty four hours. Now I just arrived home.

(25:15):
Should be home now, you know. And it culminated with
this meeting with President She of China, he said, and
he put this on truth social I had a truly
great meeting with President She. There is enormous respect between
our two countries, and that will only be enhanced by
what just took place. We agreed on many things with others,

(25:35):
even on high importance, of high importance being close to resolved.
I'm extremely honored by the fact that President Tree Chi
authorized China to begin the purchase of massive amounts of
soybeans and other farm products. Our farmers will be very happy.
In fact, I said once before during my first administration,

(25:57):
farmers should immediately go out and buy more land and
larger tractors. And I'd like to thank President Chief for this. Additionally,
China has agreed to significantly continue the flow of rare earths.
By the way, Trump was smart got to deal with Australia,
Japan and with what's the other country. He was just

(26:18):
in South Korea on rare earths and we're producing it,
but now beginning massive production and magnets by the way,
all of which is needed to build automobiles, and it's
very important to the defense industry. It may sound weird,
but it's critical and very significantly says China's strongly stated

(26:40):
they will work diligently with us to stop the flow
of fentanyl into our country. This will help us end
the fentanyl crisis. China also agreed that they will begin
the process of purchasing American energy. I did talk to
the President today and he was on Air Force one
and I had a conversation with it, and he did
tell me this is going to be much bigger than

(27:00):
anybody knows now, and he said it in his statement.
In fact, very large scale transaction may take place concerning
the purchase of oil and gas from the great state
of Alaska. Chris Wright, Doug Bergram, and our respective energy teams.
Teams will be meeting to see if such an energy
deal can be worked out. The agreements reached today will
deliver prosperity security to millions of Americans. After this historic

(27:24):
trip to Asia, I'm now headed back to d C.
I want to thank the great countries of Malaysia, Japan,
South Korea for being so generous, gracious, hospitable, also Australia, Canada,
New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam or At the dinner last
night hosted by His Excellency, he's talking about the leader
in South Korea. Hundreds of billions of dollars are being

(27:47):
brought into our country. Because of them, our nation is strong,
respected and admired. Again, the best is yet to come.
Very cool. He really got a lot of key takeaways.
One I would argue, you cannot dismiss the importance. I mean,
they're talking about twelve million metric tons of US soybeans
and other agricultural products. That is great for American farmers,

(28:11):
great stopping the flow of fentanyl. President has been letting
him know he's pissed and he's serious. Okay, that's huge.
Rare earths are huge, believe it or not. These magnets
are critical if you want to have automobile manufacturing, and
we have, you know, literally trillions of dollars committed in
manufacturing for automobiles moving into the country. Everyone was thinking.

(28:35):
He said, I'll put a tariff on it. You're either
going to make it in America or you're going to
get tariff to depth and these companies want to access
to American markets. He's the only president that has understood
the might of America's economy and the need of every
other country to have access to it. Similarly, and he

(28:55):
said this last night, he said, we're going to start
testing nuclear weapons again too, because Vladimir bootoned it. He goes,
I don't want to, I'd rather not, but we we
have the biggest nuclear arsenal in the world and it
was just modernized in my first term, and I'm going
to keep going and I'm going to start testing again.
So he means business, and he's going to show the
world he means business. But you know, also they discussed

(29:19):
the importation of Russian oil, but they had already signaled
prior to his arrival that they were going to do this.
A deal on TikTok is going to be made with
apparently the platform owned by a Chinese company, separating the
US operations from the Bite dance in a transaction valued
