course we're only six days away from CNN's I'm sure
one sided three on one debate, which we've been talking about,

will continue to talk about. Yesterday in New York City,
President Trump's attorneys filed the motion to have Judge and
Goron's recused from that cham civil fraud case. That was
the case based on valuations and the idea that Donald
Trump and the Trump Organization gave false valuations, even though

they had to complete disclaimer saying don't trust our valuations
in every contract they had, whether it be for insurance
or loan purposes. There is no company on the face
of the earth that is going to loan hundreds of
millions of dollars or ensure hundreds of millions of dollars
worth of property or collateral of any kind unless they

do their own valuations, and it was presided over by
a judge that had a valuation of more a lago
at eighty million dollars, which is obscene and absurd. And
I've shown it on TV many times. You're talking about
a twenty two acre property, pristine condition. It is a
historical property. It's got two clubs associated with it. It's on

the ocean, it's on the inner coastal, with more amenities
than I can ever mention, including fifty four bedrooms and bathrooms,
et cetera, et cetera. And that's what the judge's appraisal is.
Anybody would have a brain would buy that. Now, if
you're looking for an acre and a half of property
that has a street between the ocean and the house,

or the lot of land it's basically dirt, well, that's
one hundred and fifty million dollars. You can buy it
in Palm Beach right now. You can buy another two
acre lot on the ocean, only not the inner coastal.
That would be two hundred billion dollars. The lowest price
you can get is about eighty eight million dollars for
a small ocean front plot of land which is nothing

but dirt. So the valuation, the worst valuation of all
came from Judging Goron. But of course this case was
brought by the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, and
we all know, and we've played it many times. She
ran on a Get Trump platform. Alan Dershwitz wrote an
entire book about it. But in this case, now the

President's attorneys have accused Judging Goroon of engaging in actions
fundamentally incompatible with the responsibilities attendant to donning the black
robe and sitting in judgment. And while the Left continues
to spend time and resources waging endless law fair against
Trump and New York. Well, the city, of course, is
really from crime. You know, according to this filing. You

have this New York real estate attorney. His name is
Adam Lietman Belly. He told ABC in an interview that
he tried to advise in Goron weeks before the judge's decision.
Alina Habba, President Trump's legal spokesperson, was on TV last
night and said this guy alone had brought six legal

actions against Donald Trump. Not exactly an objective individual anyway.
Apparently this all is rooted in conversations that Judging Goron
had with this guy Bailey, regarding the merits of the
case and the consequences of the court's decision on business
in the state, all before the judge had rendered a

verdict in the case. Although it was a summary judgment
on the judges party, he could have brought it to
a jury, but of course that would be too fair anyway.

All right, let's talk about this, this move now to
get Judging Goren recused in this case.

Sure, Sean, thanks for having me. Well, Unfortunately, when you
think it just can't get any worse, we do. We
have a lawyer in the state of New York who
went on NBC and bragged about his conversations with Judging
Goren while our case was pending and trial was active.
And he said, you know, I saw Judging Gorn in

the hall. I was with a client. I stopped and
I said, no, no, I got to go talk to
Gordon to make sure he gets this right. To make
sure he gets this right. And what does that mean.
This is an anti Trump guy who sued him several times,
calls himself a real estate expert. He's been suspended from
from practicing law in New York before, and now he
goes on national television and tells everybody what we suspected

was happening, but was dumb enough to state it to
the public. So now there's obviously judicial codes of ethics.
And for the American people that aren't lawyers, it's very simple.
A judge sitting, a fair judge sitting on the bench
during a trial with any trial, let alone a trial
with a former president and leading candidate for the Republican
Party has no business having ex party communications with an

attorney who has a get Trump background or any background, frankly,
even if it's pro Trump. So he made this mistake,
he came out and then you know, we heard in
an article yesterday from NBC that the guy actually wrote
NBC and said, please don't write this article. You're going
to ruin my relationship with the judge. Well, guess what, buddy,
maybe your judgment was a little flawed, and so is

judging Goren. So right now we're moving again to have
him recute himself because he has no business monitoring and
overseeing the monitor for the Trump organization. Frankly, he had
no business being on this case to start with.

You filed this case with the New York Supreme Court.
Do we know if they're going to take this case up.
If they are going to take it up, how quickly
would they do it.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
Yeah, we've been in the Apolla Division NonStop. As soon
as recent as Monday, we were the Appellate Division.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
By the way, my understanding is the Appellate court five
times is overturned in Gorean in favor of President Trump.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
That's right.

And you know, Judge and Gorian did count us while
we were in trial and actually said in the beginning,
you know I haven't been reversed and I don't plan
on it. Well, sorry, buddy, five times he's been reversed.
We had a great hearing on Monday. They were very
fair to us. I've had several successful hearings in front
of the Appellate Division. And the truth is, and I've
been asked this numerous times, once you exhaust the state level,

you can also move to go up to federal. We
hope it doesn't come to that, but we've already had
this judgment immediately lowered to one seventy five from four
to seventy five. That was within weeks sean of this
judge's order. He had no jury. We requested one, he
decided there shouldn't be one. He is an incredibly politically
motivated person. And we've seen this time and time again

with these ags das and New York State in particular,
and it's time to clean house, frankly, and we're just
going to keep pushing.

This is what the weaponization of justice means in America.
This is what it looks like. You know, let me
play President Trump on Judjing Goren. Here's what he.

And Gordon has done a terrible disservice to the state
of New York. What he's done is terrible. Business is
a flee you see that. You've just released a statement.
Our food business is a fleeing in crime is flourishing

a disservice and should never be allowed to happen again.

New York State is being vettered by his decision. So
I greatly respect the decision of the Depellate Division.

a thing or two. I'm sure you've been down on
Palm Beach, and I know it's kind of unimaginable for
people to think that there's a property in Palm Beach,
Florida that could be worth a billion dollars, but that's
about what it's worth. And I know it sounds crazy,
but all you really need to do is go on
Zillow or any realtor website and you're going to find out, Wow,

prices down there, especially if you're on the ocean and
inner coastal, that's what it goes for, especially if you
have twenty two acres.

That's right. And we had an expert in real estate
who specifically practices in Palm Beach, knows the market, gave
examples of other properties that are worth that. Look at
who's bought down there, Kin Griffin, if you look and
do a little bit of research.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
And Ken Griffin brought bought five lots years ago. I
think you paid over one hundred million for each of
them and knocked them all down. And it's going to
it'll be more than a billion dollar for him when
it's all said and done, one hundred percent.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
And miss judge who, frankly we invited to come down
to Palm Beach and see Marilavo, to actually walk the ground,
see that what kind of property it is. Look, he
doesn't know anything about real estate. In fact, he was
just recently overturned on a big landlord tenant case in
New York. Again, this is a judge who's putting. And
we've seen this. Politics first. Politics are not no place

with law and facts. That's it. And he didn't want
to hear the facts. He made them up on the fly.
He's completely made up valuations himself, acted like an expert.
And frankly, Shanda shouldn't have even been in that division.
It should have been in the commercial division where sixty
three twelve cases like this which also have never been
used like this should have been. When I tell you

laws are made up to get Trump, we have adult
survivors acts from Governor Hokle made up to get Trump.
For one year the law stood in place and then
it's gone. If I went through the unimaginable things I
have seen in the last three years working with President

If we don't get President Trump back in November, we're
in deep trouble.

As we continue, let's talk about the New York Code
of Judicial Conduct, and let's talk specifically about how it
references the issues in this case and the Code of
conduct directly involved in his talking about the case and
asking questions about how we should handle it with somebody
that has a history of not liking Donald Trump.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
Right, The Judicial Code is very strict. Effectively, you cannot
have any X party communications, even with an expert. Let's
say the judge is not familiar with the case that
he's sitting on the bench for and that we don't
profer an expert and the other side doesn't and he
wants to ask and educate himself. Well, he has an
obligation to let the parties know of that this was

not the case. Even under that this guy came up
to a judge in the hallway, had been in front
of this judge had a prior relationship, which, by the way,
we're subpoenaing all their communications. He had a prior relationship
with the judge. Said hey, I want him to get
this right. Went up to him and said, oh, it's
not a big deal because summary judgment was already decided
(11:26):
before the trial came. Well, I've got some news for
you that summary judgment decision was modified when he ended
this trial. So it does matter and influence matters, And
the whole point of judicial conduct is to have things
like no political donations, no appearance of impropriety, to make
sure that both sides feel they are getting a fair trial.
(11:48):
It's something called due process that frankly, the Constitution and
Americans really need to have put back in place, and
this is a clear violation of that. The fact that
this guy went on TV shows just how poor judgment
he has let alone, speaking to a judge sitting on
the bench but more importantly, Judge and Gorn never told us.
He never disclosed it. He had these communications about our case.

When the guy was asked on TV, they said, were
you talking about Donald Trump? His answer hit was, well,
we most certainly weren't talking about the mess. I mean,
you can't make it up, Sean. Every time I think
I have another story for you, that's just worse and worse.
The next week I have something else. It's crazy. They
can't see straight with their law fare. They really can't.

And you know, one of the I'm sure this is
going to be an issue that comes up in this
big new CNN interview.

do know that Hunter implicates his own father, doesn't he
He says, half my income goes to Pops. He talks
to his financial guy about which account they ought to
be paying for Pops' home repairs, and of course ten
percent set aside for the big guy. Tony Bobolinski described

who the big guy was. Devin Archer's testimony that in
spite of Joe Biden saying he never once spoke to
his son, as brother or anybody about their foreign business deals.
Was on the phone twenty plus times during these business
meetings and meeting foreign business partners like the former First
Lady of Moscow or Russian oligarch at the Cafe Milano.

Does that mean that Joe when he leaves the White
House will now be facing charges.

Yes, well, I'm sure his legal team will act for
presidential immunity because that's what you'll do. And he doesn't
realize that the decisions he's making, the dual system of justice,
the violations that he's doing against President Trump, and frankly,
it's not against President Trump, it's against Americans, is going
to backfire on all presidents, on all Americans because he

doesn't care. They can't see straight right now. They're petrified
of losing because the corruption is so deep. They don't
want us to take a look in November, and they've
got him make sure Trump doesn't win. So this has
all come down to one thing, election interference. Because at
the end of the day, if it was Don Junior, Sean,
if it was Eric Trump or Ivanka, there is no.

Okay, imagine, I'm friends with a judge and it's a
case about the bidens that I go to the judge. Oh,
I need to talk to him and make sure he
gets this case right. How do you think that would
go over?

Yeah, not well? Me going up to Trump Judge, Me
and Judge Cannon have a little chit chat in the hallway.
How would that come over?

counts that he was guilty of Hunter Biden. There's a

is fair and it's not. They need to go after

money laundering that's effectively happened through this administration, through the family.

By the way, for people, I've always I've always found
that housekeepers at hotels are like the nicest people and
the hardest working people and the most humble people. And
a long time ago, I just got in the habit

moderators on the second Debate, and then later Donna Brazil

admitted giving Hillary Clinton the debate questions in advance. Now,
can you on your TV show challenge is fake tappert
as sign a sworn statement that CNN will not provide
debate questions to the White House because it wouldn't surprise
me at all. You know, CNN is going to give
the White House the questions in advance.

You got to understand the backstory here, because the backstory
is that the they have basically taken in all of
Joe Biden's guidance and they've given the Trump team next
to no room to negotiate.

as the moderator. Joe Biden picked the four networks and

to be corrupt and abusively biased, but it's going to
be three on one, and you know, there's no guarantee

debate is going to be about Donald Trump. January sixth, Retribution, insurrection,
election denial, I mean, they're not going to bring up
all the other election deniers in two thousand and two

thousand and four. I'll scroll these names tonight on Hannity
on the Fox News Channel. A lot of Democrats support
you know, a lot of election deniers in the Democratic Party,
and they all get a pass. Starting with Hillary Clinton,
you know, claiming the election was stolen from her and
that he's an illegitimate president. All of these things took place,

and you know, I just you just got to see
if we'll see this for what it is and understand it.
But Trump's doing it anyway, uh, And I think it's
all going to be on how he handles it.

for it. I really do.

question and says, you know, starts talking about what he

and I'm thinking particularly Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. Why because
Virginia is a tight race number one, it's a Keith race.
Number two. Young Kin is really really good at what

I think he's liked by both moderates and most people
are on the right in Virginia. So he can deliver
for Trump opposed to you know, Kim Scott. For example,

Or well, I think people look at demographics too. I mean,
for example, would would an African American bring more African
American voters over to the Republican side? Would a Hispanic
American Mark or Rubio bring more Hispanics over to Trump's side?

Vice presidential candidate bring more suburban women to vote for Trump?
I mean, all of these things are consideration, certain state issues.
You know, you pick somebody from a swing state, Pennsylvania,

Yeah, but I think those demographics have already decided. I
think the black voters there for Trump, it's not going
to sway much whether or not he has a black
vice president of candidate. Same thing with the Hispanics. What
he needs just to win the election to get over
and that's critical. And initially I was thinking someone that
can be a good future president, like the Scentus, But

he's gonna polarize a lot of people, so he's not
ready for that in my opinion. I used to like
Christy Nome a lot, and I still do, but she

one sided three on one debate, which we've been talking about,

will continue to talk about. Yesterday in New York City,
President Trump's attorneys filed the motion to have Judge and
Goron's recused from that cham civil fraud case. That was
the case based on valuations and the idea that Donald
Trump and the Trump Organization gave false valuations, even though

they had to complete disclaimer saying don't trust our valuations
in every contract they had, whether it be for insurance
or loan purposes. There is no company on the face
of the earth that is going to loan hundreds of
millions of dollars or ensure hundreds of millions of dollars
worth of property or collateral of any kind unless they

do their own valuations, and it was presided over by
a judge that had a valuation of more a lago
at eighty million dollars, which is obscene and absurd. And
I've shown it on TV many times. You're talking about
a twenty two acre property, pristine condition. It is a
historical property. It's got two clubs associated with it. It's on
(01:32):
the ocean, it's on the inner coastal, with more amenities
than I can ever mention, including fifty four bedrooms and bathrooms,
et cetera, et cetera. And that's what the judge's appraisal is.
Anybody would have a brain would buy that. Now, if
you're looking for an acre and a half of property
that has a street between the ocean and the house,

or the lot of land it's basically dirt, well, that's
one hundred and fifty million dollars. You can buy it
in Palm Beach right now. You can buy another two
acre lot on the ocean, only not the inner coastal.
That would be two hundred billion dollars. The lowest price
you can get is about eighty eight million dollars for
a small ocean front plot of land which is nothing

but dirt. So the valuation, the worst valuation of all
came from Judging Goron. But of course this case was
brought by the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, and
we all know, and we've played it many times. She
ran on a Get Trump platform. Alan Dershwitz wrote an
entire book about it. But in this case, now the

President's attorneys have accused Judging Goroon of engaging in actions
fundamentally incompatible with the responsibilities attendant to donning the black
robe and sitting in judgment. And while the Left continues
to spend time and resources waging endless law fair against
Trump and New York. Well, the city, of course, is
really from crime. You know, according to this filing. You

have this New York real estate attorney. His name is
Adam Lietman Belly. He told ABC in an interview that
he tried to advise in Goron weeks before the judge's decision.
Alina Habba, President Trump's legal spokesperson, was on TV last
night and said this guy alone had brought six legal
(03:24):
actions against Donald Trump. Not exactly an objective individual anyway.
Apparently this all is rooted in conversations that Judging Goron
had with this guy Bailey, regarding the merits of the
case and the consequences of the court's decision on business
in the state, all before the judge had rendered a
(03:46):
verdict in the case. Although it was a summary judgment
on the judges party, he could have brought it to
a jury, but of course that would be too fair anyway.

All right, let's talk about this, this move now to
get Judging Goren recused in this case.

Sure, Sean, thanks for having me. Well, Unfortunately, when you
think it just can't get any worse, we do. We
have a lawyer in the state of New York who
went on NBC and bragged about his conversations with Judging
Goren while our case was pending and trial was active.
And he said, you know, I saw Judging Gorn in
(04:24):
the hall. I was with a client. I stopped and
I said, no, no, I got to go talk to
Gordon to make sure he gets this right. To make
sure he gets this right. And what does that mean.
This is an anti Trump guy who sued him several times,
calls himself a real estate expert. He's been suspended from
from practicing law in New York before, and now he
goes on national television and tells everybody what we suspected
(04:49):
was happening, but was dumb enough to state it to
the public. So now there's obviously judicial codes of ethics.
And for the American people that aren't lawyers, it's very simple.
A judge sitting, a fair judge sitting on the bench
during a trial with any trial, let alone a trial
with a former president and leading candidate for the Republican
Party has no business having ex party communications with an

attorney who has a get Trump background or any background, frankly,
even if it's pro Trump. So he made this mistake,
he came out and then you know, we heard in
an article yesterday from NBC that the guy actually wrote
NBC and said, please don't write this article. You're going
to ruin my relationship with the judge. Well, guess what, buddy,
maybe your judgment was a little flawed, and so is

judging Goren. So right now we're moving again to have
him recute himself because he has no business monitoring and
overseeing the monitor for the Trump organization. Frankly, he had
no business being on this case to start with.

You filed this case with the New York Supreme Court.
Do we know if they're going to take this case up.
If they are going to take it up, how quickly
would they do it.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
Yeah, we've been in the Apolla Division NonStop. As soon
as recent as Monday, we were the Appellate Division.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
By the way, my understanding is the Appellate court five
times is overturned in Gorean in favor of President Trump.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
That's right.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
And you know, Judge and Gorian did count us while
we were in trial and actually said in the beginning,
you know I haven't been reversed and I don't plan
on it. Well, sorry, buddy, five times he's been reversed.
We had a great hearing on Monday. They were very
fair to us. I've had several successful hearings in front
of the Appellate Division. And the truth is, and I've
been asked this numerous times, once you exhaust the state level,

you can also move to go up to federal. We
hope it doesn't come to that, but we've already had
this judgment immediately lowered to one seventy five from four
to seventy five. That was within weeks sean of this
judge's order. He had no jury. We requested one, he
decided there shouldn't be one. He is an incredibly politically
motivated person. And we've seen this time and time again
(06:52):
with these ags das and New York State in particular,
and it's time to clean house, frankly, and we're just
going to keep pushing.

This is what the weaponization of justice means in America.
This is what it looks like. You know, let me
play President Trump on Judjing Goren. Here's what he.

Said, Thank you very much, judge.

And Gordon has done a terrible disservice to the state
of New York. What he's done is terrible. Business is
a flee you see that. You've just released a statement.
Our food business is a fleeing in crime is flourishing
all over the state. And what he's done is such
a disservice and should never be allowed to happen again.

New York State is being vettered by his decision. So
I greatly respect the decision of the Depellate Division.

And seventy five million dollars in cash or bonds or
security or whatever is necessary, very quickly within the ten days,
and I think the Depellate Division for acting quickly. But
Judge and Gordon is a disgrace to this country and

a thing or two. I'm sure you've been down on
Palm Beach, and I know it's kind of unimaginable for
people to think that there's a property in Palm Beach,
Florida that could be worth a billion dollars, but that's
about what it's worth. And I know it sounds crazy,
but all you really need to do is go on
Zillow or any realtor website and you're going to find out, Wow,

prices down there, especially if you're on the ocean and
inner coastal, that's what it goes for, especially if you
have twenty two acres.

That's right. And we had an expert in real estate
who specifically practices in Palm Beach, knows the market, gave
examples of other properties that are worth that. Look at
who's bought down there, Kin Griffin, if you look and
do a little bit of research.

And Ken Griffin brought bought five lots years ago. I
think you paid over one hundred million for each of
them and knocked them all down. And it's going to
it'll be more than a billion dollar for him when
it's all said and done, one hundred percent.

And miss judge who, frankly we invited to come down
to Palm Beach and see Marilavo, to actually walk the ground,
see that what kind of property it is. Look, he
doesn't know anything about real estate. In fact, he was
just recently overturned on a big landlord tenant case in
New York. Again, this is a judge who's putting. And
we've seen this. Politics first. Politics are not no place

with law and facts. That's it. And he didn't want
to hear the facts. He made them up on the fly.
He's completely made up valuations himself, acted like an expert.
And frankly, Shanda shouldn't have even been in that division.
It should have been in the commercial division where sixty
three twelve cases like this which also have never been
used like this should have been. When I tell you

laws are made up to get Trump, we have adult
survivors acts from Governor Hokle made up to get Trump.
For one year the law stood in place and then
it's gone. If I went through the unimaginable things I
have seen in the last three years working with President
It's just mind blowing and it really needs to change.
If we don't get President Trump back in November, we're
in deep trouble.

of Judicial Conduct, and let's talk specifically about how it
references the issues in this case and the Code of
conduct directly involved in his talking about the case and
asking questions about how we should handle it with somebody
that has a history of not liking Donald Trump.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
Right, The Judicial Code is very strict. Effectively, you cannot
have any X party communications, even with an expert. Let's
say the judge is not familiar with the case that
he's sitting on the bench for and that we don't
profer an expert and the other side doesn't and he
wants to ask and educate himself. Well, he has an
obligation to let the parties know of that this was
(11:06):
not the case. Even under that this guy came up
to a judge in the hallway, had been in front
of this judge had a prior relationship, which, by the way,
we're subpoenaing all their communications. He had a prior relationship
with the judge. Said hey, I want him to get
this right. Went up to him and said, oh, it's
not a big deal because summary judgment was already decided
(11:26):
before the trial came. Well, I've got some news for
you that summary judgment decision was modified when he ended
this trial. So it does matter and influence matters, And
the whole point of judicial conduct is to have things
like no political donations, no appearance of impropriety, to make
sure that both sides feel they are getting a fair trial.
(11:48):
It's something called due process that frankly, the Constitution and
Americans really need to have put back in place, and
this is a clear violation of that. The fact that
this guy went on TV shows just how poor judgment
he has let alone, speaking to a judge sitting on
the bench but more importantly, Judge and Gorn never told us.
He never disclosed it. He had these communications about our case.
(12:10):
When the guy was asked on TV, they said, were
you talking about Donald Trump? His answer hit was, well,
we most certainly weren't talking about the mess. I mean,
you can't make it up, Sean. Every time I think
I have another story for you, that's just worse and worse.
The next week I have something else. It's crazy. They
can't see straight with their law fare. They really can't.

And you know, one of the I'm sure this is
going to be an issue that comes up in this
big new CNN interview.

do know that Hunter implicates his own father, doesn't he

who the big guy was. Devin Archer's testimony that in
spite of Joe Biden saying he never once spoke to
his son, as brother or anybody about their foreign business deals.
Was on the phone twenty plus times during these business
meetings and meeting foreign business partners like the former First
Lady of Moscow or Russian oligarch at the Cafe Milano.

Does that mean that Joe when he leaves the White
House will now be facing charges.

Yes, well, I'm sure his legal team will act for
presidential immunity because that's what you'll do. And he doesn't
realize that the decisions he's making, the dual system of justice,
the violations that he's doing against President Trump, and frankly,
it's not against President Trump, it's against Americans, is going
to backfire on all presidents, on all Americans because he

doesn't care. They can't see straight right now. They're petrified
of losing because the corruption is so deep. They don't
want us to take a look in November, and they've
got him make sure Trump doesn't win. So this has
all come down to one thing, election interference. Because at
the end of the day, if it was Don Junior, Sean,
if it was Eric Trump or Ivanka, there is no.

Okay, imagine, I'm friends with a judge and it's a
case about the bidens that I go to the judge. Oh,
I need to talk to him and make sure he
gets this case right. How do you think that would
go over?

and Judge Cannon have a little chit chat in the hallway.

admitted giving Hillary Clinton the debate questions in advance. Now,
can you on your TV show challenge is fake tappert
as sign a sworn statement that CNN will not provide
debate questions to the White House because it wouldn't surprise
me at all. You know, CNN is going to give
the White House the questions in advance.

You got to understand the backstory here, because the backstory
is that the they have basically taken in all of
Joe Biden's guidance and they've given the Trump team next
to no room to negotiate.

Moderators have the discretion whether they what they want to
do with the next one minute of that block. You know,
the worst part of it is the debate question is
going to be trunk, a truncated version that they'll put
on the screen. Donald Trump commits insurrection, Donald Trump's reaction
to insurrection, Donald Trump's call for retribution. It's it's going

to be corrupt and abusively biased, but it's going to
be three on one, and you know, there's no guarantee
that there's going to be I would say half this
debate is going to be about Donald Trump. January sixth, Retribution, insurrection,
election denial, I mean, they're not going to bring up
all the other election deniers in two thousand and two

thousand and four. I'll scroll these names tonight on Hannity
on the Fox News Channel. A lot of Democrats support
you know, a lot of election deniers in the Democratic Party,
and they all get a pass. Starting with Hillary Clinton,
you know, claiming the election was stolen from her and
that he's an illegitimate president. All of these things took place,

and you know, I just you just got to see
if we'll see this for what it is and understand it.
But Trump's doing it anyway, uh, And I think it's
all going to be on how he handles it.

And I think I think he's going to be ready
for it. I really do.

What if what if President Trump just doesn't answer the
question and says, you know, starts talking about what he
wants to talk about? You think?

I think that I think CNN will try to interrupt him,
and I have an answer that I would give, but
you know, Donald Trump will, uh will come up with
his own answer.

just tell us what day it is and to see

Quick question. I mean thinking seriously about trump vice president nominee,
and I kind of don't agree with what's been put
out there in the media. I understand the reasons why
we have the candidates that have been profiled, but but

I think that Trump needs to bring someone that's going
to help him in one of the states that's in question,
and I'm thinking particularly Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. Why because
Virginia is a tight race number one, it's a Keith race.
Number two. Young Kin is really really good at what

he does.

Is an conservative.
Speaker 7 (25:52):
I think he's liked by both moderates and most people
are on the right in Virginia. So he can deliver
for Trump opposed to you know, Kim Scott. For example,
South Carolina. He already has that in the back. I
think it's South Carolina.

Or well, I think people look at demographics too. I mean,
for example, would would an African American bring more African
American voters over to the Republican side? Would a Hispanic
American Mark or Rubio bring more Hispanics over to Trump's side?

Would a woman.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
Vice presidential candidate bring more suburban women to vote for Trump?
I mean, all of these things are consideration, certain state issues.
You know, you pick somebody from a swing state, Pennsylvania,
so all of these things definitely come into play for sure.
Speaker 7 (26:48):
Yeah, but I think those demographics have already decided. I
think the black voters there for Trump, it's not going
to sway much whether or not he has a black
vice president of candidate. Same thing with the Hispanics. What
he needs just to win the election to get over
and that's critical. And initially I was thinking someone that
can be a good future president, like the Scentus, But
(27:09):
he's gonna polarize a lot of people, so he's not
ready for that in my opinion. I used to like
Christy Nome a lot, and I still do, but she
put her foot in her mouth with this silly, silly
situation with the dog. Too bad, because I thought she
was very smart very good at her policies and so forth. However,
(27:29):
I think Glenn Youngton is a viable candidate that is
not too extreme, not too liberal, would appeal to the
middle class. I would say, to the middle of the spectrum.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
Yeah, listen, I can tell you that there are a
lot of good people out there. All these reports about
me and my involvement in this are laughable. If I
was involved, I wouldn't tell anybody anywhere anyway. So you know,
there are certain things you know if you have sources
or you have conversations with people, and believe it or not,

I'm in the media. I'm a member of the press,
and guess what I do. Have opinions and conversations I
have with people off the record or off the record,
and I don't break that. I don't break that that
that rule at all, and I keep those conversations private.
And I've purposely publicly stayed out of this because it's
(28:24):
got to be the right decision for President Trump. I mean,
he's the first. The first criteria for any vice presidential
pick is do no harm. I think any of the
names being mentioned probably fit that category. You know, from there,
you can make arguments on a lot of different fronts
does the short It seems like the final candidates are

jd Vance, Marco Rubio, Doug Bergham of North Dakota, and
who else?

Did I forget? Oh? Tim Scott, Tim Scott, Tim Scott.

a debate?

about the DNC replacing Biden as a candidate for the presidency,
and my question is the candidates have to qualify for
the ballot on all the states, and they have to
qualify for the debates that's coming up. So my question

is what rules or regulations do they have to replace
a candidate two thirds into the presidential race.

There really are no rules at some point.

I mean, at that point, once you get to a
certain point, it won't be the voters that decide, It
will be the Democratic National Committee and that is the
radical establishment, that is the Democratic National Committee, And at
that point at all bets would be off.

Van Jones I think has raised the bar very very
high for Joe Biden inasmuch as him saying that if
he doesn't have a good debate this it's over. And
I think that's his way of saying that to the
Biden people, you better get your act together, and he
better show up, and we better we better get a
good performance out of him, or else he's going to

be gone. I think you've been hearing very loudly from
him and Axelrod and James Carvill. I don't think it's
any accident that those those people are so public in
their criticism of Joe Biden because I think they want
them off the ticket. So, you know, time will tell,
how we'll see. If I had to guess Kamala Harris
would be first in line behind her, he got to

look at you know, Gretchen Whitmer and Gavin Newsom, and
I don't know who else they've got. Nobody in particularly
stands out to me. They're all pretty leftists and radical
