Speaker 1 (00:00):
Thanks to all of you for being with us. Right
down our toll free number. It is eight hundred and
ninety four one. Sean if you want to be a
part of the program, Maybe not for you, maybe not
in your state, maybe not in your congressional district. But
it is election day in America, and this is not
an April fool's joke. This is the real deal, and
(00:20):
there are consequences really couldn't be higher. And you have
House Republicans hope to add to their narrow majority. Where
there are two special elections in my free state of
Florida that are taking place, and one is in the Panhandle.
This is Matt Gats's old seat. This is Jimmy Patronis
is running there, and that is a that's probably the
(00:42):
most conservative seat in Congress in the state of Florida.
Then we have Mike Waltz's seat, which is in the
Daytona Beach area, and we're really looking to see Randy
Fine take that seat. There's been some concern coming into
today that maybe there's not enough awareness enthusiasm, but these
(01:04):
are two critical seats for Republicans to hold on to
the big story. All eyes today are on the Great
State of Wisconsin. Elon Musk, who was there campaigning this weekend,
is going to be on the program today. And he
was there. He had his chiefs head, An all On,
(01:25):
campaigning in Green Bay for conservative justice Brad Schimmel. And
anytime there is a spring election, it's all about turnout. Anyway,
Elon was there this weekend campaigning for Brad. And we've
had Brad on this program. As a matter of fact,
Elon has a contest where you get twenty bucks for
(01:46):
each Wisconsin resident that you recruit, they get twenty bucks
two and you visit people's homes in your local neighborhood.
You send a picture in today. If the picture has
to show a resident holding a picture of Brad Shimmel
with one hand and thumbs up with the other. And
if you're for one hundred people, you've become a block
general and you get two hundred bucks. Anyway, that's going
(02:08):
on the amount of money that has flowed in to
the left wing candidate in this race. Susan Crawford, a
judicial activist, this this election is important for more reasons
than I can even state. It will be five years,
It'll be twenty twenty eight, three four years until the
(02:30):
people of Wisconsin get another opportunity to get get control
of the Supreme Court. They'll have to defend a seat
next year, but right now the balance of power is
it is hanging in the balance in Wisconsin. And why
does that matter Because as a result of this election,
(02:51):
we know the Democrats and this is why all this
outside money from the predictable list of characters that you'd
expect has been flowing into Wisconsin to help this left
wing judicial activists. As far as I'm concerned, Susan Crawford,
he will be a reliable left wing vote. They're going
to be dealing with redistricting. Democrats want a jerry mander
(03:13):
a lot of seats in their favor, which could mean
a two or three seat swing in a very divided Congress,
which would not be good for Republicans. That's why these
two seats today in Florida are so critically important, and
that's why this Supreme Court race in the state of
Wisconsin is so important. Other issues that will definitely come
before the Court will be issues involving voter integrity. For example,
(03:36):
we already know that liberals don't want voter ID laws,
they don't want signature verification. They don't want chain of
custody controls, they don't want updated voter rolls, they don't
want partisan observers watching the voting all day, in the
vote counting all night. And that's all hanging in the balance.
A whole list of social issues very likely to go
(03:59):
before the Supreme Court Wisconsin, as well, men playing their
right to play in women's sports. That'll be probably taken
up by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the issue of you know,
a wide variety of issues including you know, the deportation
issue of illegal immigrants. You know, we have known terrorists, murderers, rapists,
(04:21):
cartel members, gang members, and you have activist justices that
want to change the makeup of this court. Anyway, the
polls show that it is very very tight. Has been
a trafalgar that's Robert Kahley insider advantage, Matt Towery that
basically shows a dead heat heading into election day. Is
(04:42):
a slight edged towards the liberal activists. Susan Crawford. In
terms of early voting, we believe New York Times is
putting out there that they expect more than two million
people will vote in this election today, which will decide
the partisan balance tip the balance on the state Supreme Court.
(05:02):
You know, voter turnout surpassed the early voting turnouts surpassed
the six hundred thousand votes, suggesting a total voter turnout
could surpass two million votes. About one point eight million
people voted in the twenty twenty three State Supreme Court election.
Let me be a little bit more blunt with this.
Assume if that your vote is going to be the
(05:24):
determining vote, whether you're in one of these congressional districts
in Florida or if you're in the state of Wisconsin,
and understand that there's a lot on the line here,
and if you support the Trump agenda in Congress, you
got to vote. If you live in the Panhandle and
Daytona Beach and surrounding areas, if you don't want a
radical left court in Wisconsin, then you're going to have
(05:48):
to go out and vote for Brad Shimmel today. Now
the polls close at eight PM Eastern. Wisconsin is a
same day registration state. You might say, well, I'm not
registered to vote, it doesn't matter. Just bring the proper
credentials and like a utility bill and a license or
whatever I do you have that's acceptable and you'll be
(06:09):
able to vote. But Elon Musk will join us about it.
We'll check in with Scott Walker and get an update
later in the program what voter turnout actually looks like
and Republican dominated areas of the state versus Democratic areas
of the state. But this is to make no mistake,
this is a big deal and we'll have a lot
more on this coming up in the next hour of
(06:30):
the program. You know, speaking of Elon Musk, don't forget
Our Tesla contest continues. You can register every day now
through April the eleventh. You simply go to Hannity dot
com to see the Tesla contest at the top of
the home page. You click on it, it will take
it to the contest page. And today's word of the
(06:51):
day is SpaceX. One word space X. It's that simple.
And then you could register today, and then every day
on this program we give a word of the day,
and you can register every day now through April the eleventh.
Will pick a winner, not me, but somebody will pick
a winner, and then I will buy you the Tesla
of your choice, which I think is the greatest engineer
(07:13):
car ever and I've driven a lot of cars in
my day, you know. But you look at what Elon
Musk has had to go through. And we'll talk about
it a little bit with him. He's mostly on to
talk about Wisconsin, but we'll talk about what's happened. You
have these highly coordinated, well funded, hate filled Tesla takedown protests.
They want to take down Tesla. I saw it on
(07:33):
next today. They want to take down Tesla. Okay, I
thought the party that cared about working men and women.
Apparently they don't because at the end of the day,
if he has to layoff people, is over one hundred
and fifty thousand workers. I mean the people that build
these cars, the people that work in these dealerships, the
(07:54):
people that repair these vehicles. They're all going to be
out of work. And these are high paying careers and
now they're dangerous jobs because you have bullets being fired
into Tesla dealerships, you have molotov cocktails and the fire
bombing of cars on Tesla lots. You have Tesla charging
stations being set ablaze, and it's just unbelievable. By the way,
(08:17):
Tesla is the leader in American manufacturing, building all of
its vehicles in the US. It's the most American made
vehicle of any car company at supporting American jobs, you know,
open with their parts and their actual building of their car.
It's it bolsters American jobs across the supply chain. It employs,
(08:41):
you know, all these people in thirty different states, and
their mission is. You know, when you drive the car,
it's the most unbelievable thing you've ever driven. I mean,
if you go. I went to a movie this weekend.
I was telling Lindy yesterday about this. Had to park
far away. I went to see the latest episode of
The Chow, which is really well worth seeing. If you've
(09:02):
not watched the series, you can get it on Apple TV.
It's worth watching. You can watch seasons one through four
now this past weekend, and the next two weekends they're
releasing you know that the next two I guess the
next season in these three weekends, and you can see
it in a movie theater. I don't like to wait
(09:23):
for it to get to TV, so I haven't. I
haven't been there in a long time anyway, So I
had to park pretty far away. And when I got
out of the movie theater, you go on your Tesla
app and I had my car drive to me unmanned
and pick me up. That's how amazing and sophisticated that
this technology is. And then from there, you know, you
(09:47):
get on the highway. It was about a forty minute
drive from my house. I had to drive far for
a movie theater that had the Chosen in it. And
you know, you put it in self driving autopilot mode
and literally once you press the button, you're good to go,
and it makes all your turns, changes lanes on its own.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
It does.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
It's an unbelievable feat of engineering. Now, I you know,
when you think of all the other cars available on
the market, and there are very good cars on the market,
nothing has the technology that this Tesla has. And it's
one of the most comfortable, safest rides you'll ever be in,
and it's affordable, and it's US made, and it supports
US workers. And the fact that they have been involved
(10:28):
in all this domestic terrorism against Elana's one of the
main reasons that I'm kind of standing in solidarity and saying,
hold on a second, this is not the country that
we grew up in. Later on LEO two point zero,
Tourell will deal with this and also violence and anti semitism.
On college campuses anyway, It's say you got a five
star safety rating thanks to features like automatic emergency breaking,
(10:52):
low center of gravity from battery placement, reducing overall risk.
They've got you know, charging stations. They got the top
in class warranty. You get a four year fifty thousand
mile warranty and as much as eight year one hundred
and twenty thousand mile battery and drive unit warranty. And
it's built to last. They go, My vine goes from
(11:13):
zero to sixty in one point nine to nine seconds.
It has a range of four hundred and ten miles,
which is way more than I do. I don't drive
that much anymore, but it's pretty amazing. But you know,
you ask yourself, why this much hatred and vitriol towards
Elon Musk really only two reasons. One he's associated with
(11:35):
Donald Trump and you have this psychotic trumped arrangement syndrome.
And two he's exposed the left will waste fraud, abuse
and corruption to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars.
And the left, you know, very they think, very cleverly,
we're able to hide this from people, and now they're
just it's such so irrational. The hatred is unbelievable because
(11:59):
this CEO's rescuing astronauts, providing people in North Carolina, Tennessee,
and California communications when they don't have any communications with
the outside world. You know the fact that he sends
satellites into orbit for hundreds of countries that they have communications.
You know, what has he done to garner all of
(12:20):
this hatred? I guess he supports Trump, which is the
mortal sin on the left. And you have, you know,
all the examples that we've been given out on this program.
It is it just it's never ending. It just never ends.
And I've been giving you these examples day in and
day out, and it's pretty despicable. And there's you know,
(12:41):
Pam Bondi is now seeking a twenty year jail sentence
for a suspected Tesla dealership. I'm sorry Tesla terrorists who
firebombed to Colorado dealership. I mean, how is this happening
in our country? You ever ask that those revealed the
millions of Biden non citizens collecting Social Security checks. This
(13:03):
was in the Daily Mail Dose uncovered Social Security Administration
files indicating that millions of illegal immigrants were added to
the benefits program while Joe was president. Then they showed
a graft to a crowd in Green Bay, Wisconsin, highlighting
over two million non citizens receiving new Social Security numbers
in fiscal year twenty twenty four. I mean, no wonder
(13:26):
why we're headed towards bankutruptcy and insolvency with social Security.
It was never put in a lock box Medicare Medicaid.
Then you have people like Corey Booker will play it
later in the program, claiming that Donald Trump and Elon
Musk are plotting and planning and scheming to take away
Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid. No they're not. They have all
said repeatedly the only thing they will cut is waste, fraud,
(13:48):
and abuse and nothing else. But that's that's the America,
and that's the Democratic Party. That's the radicalism of the
left led by aoc Chasmin Crow Bucket, Bernie Sanders, you know,
Adam Schiff and company. As have any of them ever
spoken out against this violins not that I've heard. Why not?
(14:10):
Wis Chuck Schumer's Hakeem Jefferies eight hundred and nine four one,
Shawn is our number? You want to be a part
of the program. Anyway, Wisconsin, Florida, please pay attention to
these congressional races and the state Supreme Court race in
Wisconsin today. You have till eight o'clock to vote, and
please show up. This vote is there is going to
be a very very close race by every measure. Alec
(14:33):
Baldwin's favorite radio talk show host is on the air
right now, right mister Baldwin, Sean Hannity. Yeah, he is
cuckoo for Coco Puffs, no doubt about it. By the way,
Elon Musk will join us at the top of the hour.
He's been heavily invested in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.
(14:53):
If you're in Wisconsin, you have till eight pm tonight.
That is well, now, what is that one and a
half four hours and twenty five minutes left and you
and this this election. Everything's on the line there. It's
a big deal. It's very hard when you have a
spring election and they expect you know, a lot of
money's been spent by the hard left there. Anyway, Elon Musk,
(15:17):
LEO two point h Terrell, Scott Walker all checking in
on the course of the program today. Don't forget our
Tesla contest Hannity dot com. You can register every day
till April the eleventh, once a day, and you just
have to listen to this radio program and get the
word of the day. You go to the Hannity dot
Com you'll see the Tesla contest icon. You click on it,
it takes you to the contest page and you put
(15:39):
in the word of the day. Today's word of the
day is space X. Again, register once a day, every
day till April the eleventh. Then we pick a winner.
The winner gets to pick the Tesla of their choice,
and good luck to everybody. Want to remind you when

and an additional twenty five bucks off and a free
EMP protection bag two day. We have a lot of
issues on the international front that we've got to start
really paying attention to. Iran is now saying they have
readied a significant number of advanced missiles capable of striking
(17:29):
American bases and military outposts in the Middle East, drawing
a sharp warning from President Trump. President Trump a number
of weeks ago gave Iran two months to negotiate a
deal with the US. Iran's armed forces have readied missiles
with the capability to strike US related positions. The Tehran Times,
(17:51):
a state controlled newspaper, reported yesterday a significant number of
these launch ready missiles are located in underground facilities scattered
across the country designed to withstand airstrikes. Oh no, they're not.
They cannot withstand a bunker buster bomb, I promise you.
In response to Iran's war preparations, the White House told
(18:12):
the Washington Free Beacon that President Trump his administration do
not take kindly to military threats they go on. The
President has made clear he prefers direct diplomatic channels with
Tehran or they will face serious consequences if they do
not end their work and obtain nuclear weapons. Iran's missile
activity was accompanied by a series of threats from the
(18:36):
Ayatola Ali Kamani, who promised a strong counter strike against
the US if Trump follows through on his threat to
bomb the country. Iran's armed forces also announce Monday they
are readying a harsh, strong reaction to any threat posed
by the US, warning that an invasion of Iran's territory
will be met with a severe and strong response, with
(18:57):
an aggressive approach. Good luck with that, because I'm going
to tell you right now, the Iranians are not going
to negotiate. The only thing they're going to do is
they're going to try and by time, and according to
my sources, they're getting closer and closer to enough enriched
uranium that they would be nuclear capable. They don't quite
have the delivery systems, but they would be able to
(19:18):
go from you know, sixty percent to ninety percent in
terms of their centrifuges to get to nuclear grade material
enough to build at least five or six bombs. We
cannot let that happen because the radicals in Iran, we
know what they stand for. They believe in the caliphate,
(19:39):
that is, convert or die. They are pledged to the
destruction of Israel, the Little Satan, and America. Death to America,
death to Israel, same thing for them. They have been
fomenting terror long enough in the entire Middle East. If
the world wants to ensure that it doesn't have a
nuclear holocaust in all lifetime, if they want to ensure that,
(20:03):
the best way to do it would be to take
away their money, that's their refineries, and the next step
would be to take out their nuclear sites. And you'd
be doing the world of favor. And I promise you
Middle Eastern countries, Arab countries would not be against either
the US and or the US and Israel doing this
because it would make the world a safer place. The
(20:25):
President also vowed to fight back and take back the
Red Sea shipping lanes from Hoodi terrorists who could lower
inflation significantly. Media keeps reminding us President Trump's tariffs. You're
gonna hear a lot about this tariff thing tomorrow. Let
me just I'll get to this in a second, but
I'm just telling you right now, it has been the greatest,
(20:47):
most successful threat operation ever in history because people believe
Donald Trump. You know, by the way Democrats complain about
Trump's deporting pro Hamas campus protesters, while they ignore how
Hamas tortures and kills their own protesters. Hamas thugs fatally
tortured a young Palestinian man protesting their rule, left his
(21:09):
body on his family's doorstep, and a sick warning to
other foes in the Gaza strip. This is a terrorist
organization they have in their charter the destruction of Israel.
They killed the equivalent of forty thousand Americans on October seventh,
twenty twenty three, based on the population size of Israel
versus the US. I don't know what part of murder,
(21:32):
rape and torture and kidnapping him beheading. People on the
left don't quite understand. Anyway, this guy was beaten for
four hours died after he participated in an antijmouse protest
in the Palestinian territories last week. Anyway, he was the
victim's body was left swollen and bloody in the attack,
like a puppy with a rope around his neck. They
(21:54):
dragged this guy's body to the door of his house
told his family that this is the punishment for those
that could plain about hamas wonderful people, wonderful, and this
is you unbelievable. China is moving to block the sale
of the Panama Canal's ports to a US company. Now,
(22:15):
by the way, this proves everything Donald Trump has been
saying to be true. China wants to stop the sale
of a company that manages the Panama Canal ports, and
all it is doing is reinforcing China's presence in the region,
which was Trump's number one concern. What did he keep saying,
We did not give the Panama Canal to China. We
(22:35):
gave it to Panama. And Trump warned that Beijing's pressure
on Hong Kong, which of Hong Kong Company which operates
two of the ports, could wind up blocking US military
and commercial shipping through the canal in the event of
any US China conflict. That is a national security threat. Anyway,
they moved to sell their canal operations to a group
(22:58):
led by US based Blackrock Win for President Trump, a
deal that was to be signed Wednesday, but a Chinese
state owned Hong Kong news outlet accused them of betraying
the Chinese people. Last week, Chinese officials grows any new
deals between state owned firms and businesses tied to the
primary owner. They then Beijing last Friday scuttled the signing
(23:20):
for now, as it has announced the government is under review.
Donald Trump just needs to ignore what they're saying. There
is a new phenomenon. We told you yesterday. Democrats Kamala
Harris involved. They had plans in case Joe died in office.
Now that that just proves everything we were saying was right.
(23:41):
He looked old, decrepit, weak, frail, and a cognitive message.
Looks but some of the political players and some of the.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
Let me ask rhetorical questions.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Now we're learning more details. Looks like the New York
Times uncovered, you know why some things were happening. After
some early battlefield successes, the Ukrainian army is now losing
their war with Russia, And according to The Times, Biden
had his generals gradually take control of all major military decisions.
In other words, the commander in chief at the time,
(24:36):
Joe Biden, had the same crew who masterminded the humiliation
in Afghanistan calling the shots in Ukraine. No wonder why
the Ukrainians have not been faring as well. They've just
been spending hundreds of billions of our tax dollars. It's
an untold story. New York Times investigation reveals that America
was woven into the war far more intimately and broadly
(24:59):
than previously understood. At critical moments, the partisanship was the
backbone of the Ukrainian military operations. Anyway. It goes on
in more detail that the partnership of intelligence, strategy, planning
technology would become the secret weapon in what the Biden
administration framed as an effort to rescue Ukraine and protect
the threatened post World War II order. Wow, what did
(25:23):
I say at the time that this became a proxy
war with the US and Russia, not one that we need.
The Trump administration is now reviewing Avid and their nine
billion dollars in federal aid nine billion dollars federal grants
contracts as part of their investigation into house schools have
(25:44):
handled anti Semitism. They said they would examine two hundred
and fifty five point six million in current contracts eight
point seven billion in grants spread over multiple years. That
money is spread among Harvard and its affiliates, which include
Boston Area hospit Why should we be paying They have
tens and tens of billions of dollars in endowments. Why
(26:06):
are we paying one penny for any of this? The
President did sign an executive order to protect Americans from
exploitive ticket scalping in the entertainment industry. By the way,
Kid Rock and Bill Maher and I think Dana White
had dinner with the President at the White House last night.
We're going to find out because Kid Rock will be
(26:27):
on Hannity tonight nine eastern on Fox, looking forward to
hearing what he has to say. Prosecutors seeking the death
penalty for Luigi Mangioni. According to Pam Bondi, you know,
now become a hero of some of the radical left,
which makes no sense at all whatsoever. It's inexplicable on
every level, all of the lawfair that has continued since
(26:50):
Donald Trump got elected, you know, having these unelected judges,
you know, kurtail the Trump agenda. House Republicans, they're moving
forward with a bill to limit US district court judge's
ability to issue nationwide injunctions that sailed through the House
Rules Committee yesterday, and this judicial overreach needs to end, period,
(27:13):
end of sentence. Arealysis spearheading the No Rogue Rulings Act
to get a housewide vote this week, which would limit
the ability of people like Judge Boseburg and other district
court judges from issuing rulings that affect Trump policies across
the country beyond their direct jurisdiction. Judges cannot act as
(27:33):
pseudo legislators to advance their agenda that violates every concept
of the separation of powers. Period and a sentence, and
by the way, The Wall Street Journal did have a
good piece out today and they talk about these nationwide injunctions,
which is now the favorite tool of the radical left.
And they go in a great specificity how Article three,
(27:55):
section one of the Constitution authorizes Congress to create an
organ are federal courts anyway? Chuck Grassley writing in this
piece on Monday, I will introduce the Judicial Relief Clarification
Act to restore the constitutional role of lower courts by
restraining their ability to issue universal injunctions. Under my bill,
(28:17):
lower courts no longer can block legitimate executive action by
issuing orders to non parties of the lawsuit. Now it
even goes even further. The Wall Street Journal, they rightly
point out something we've discussed. It's under Rule sixty five
C of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a party
(28:38):
seeking an injunction needs to put up a bond to
cover their costs. The bonds are not optional, they're mandatory.
And anyway, the president if you look at all these
different cases, for example, in Boseburg's case, the temporary restraining
order never legally took effect, meaning any alleged non government
government non compliance by definition, is not a violation that's
(29:00):
why President Trump blew more people illegal immigrants to Al Salvador.
Now listen to Jamie Raskin. He wants all of these
trend A Aragua gang members that were flown to All
Salvador that this judge tried to tell the plane to
turn around. Oh, he wants them all brought back. And
I have an idea. If they do get brought back,
(29:20):
let them move into their Let them move into Raskin's house.
Speaker 2 (29:23):
Well, appealing whichever ones they want to appeal, and to
demand the return of people unlawfully taken to Ol Salvador
on that so called plane full of gang bangers.
Speaker 1 (29:34):
What have I said about the Democrats. They champion men's
rights to play women's sports. They put the rights of
illegal immigrants over the safety of Americans. They're the party
that claims we have a constitutional crisis if you identify
hundreds of billions of dollars in waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption.
And they're the people that won't stand for moms that
(29:56):
lost their children. They're the ones that won't stand for
young man that beats cancer. They won't stand for the
first lady, they won't stand for the wife of a
slain officer hero they won't slam stand for a young
man that lost his father and gets an appointment to
West Point. That pretty much defines them the Party of
Bingo Cards anyway. Eight hundred and nine four one Shaw
(30:18):
is a number you want to be a part of
the program.
