John Solomon joins Hannity in hour two to analyze the explosive declassified report released by Tulsi Gabbard and House Republicans. Together, they walk through evidence showing how top intelligence officials—despite internal warnings—inserted the debunked Steele dossier into the 2017 intelligence assessment. Solomon outlines the emerging Grand Conspiracy investigation by FBI Director Kash Patel and what it means for figures like Brennan, Clapper, Comey, and Obama. Alan Wilson, South Carolina's Attorney General, also weighs in, calling for full transparency and a special prosecutor to restore public trust.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Information on freaking news and more bold inspired solutions for America.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information Overload.

Speaker 5 (01:25):
All right news rounding up in Information Overload our toll
free It is eight hundred and nine four one Sean,
if you want to be a part of the program, now,
I promise that it While it might be a little
complicated when we talk about Cash Fattel and Dan Bongino
and the FBI and this grand conspiracy, what it will entail.

(01:45):
Let me lay it out in the simplest terms. It
will include everything that the Democrats have been involved in,
in terms of everything from the Russia hoax and this
new information put forward by the DNI director Tolci Gabbard,
who has now contacted the DOJ with criminal referrals on

(02:08):
these bombshell claims. The Obama administration completely manufactured it. But
it's deeper than that, the double standard when it comes
to our justice system. And you know, for example, top
secret classified information on Hillary Clinton's servers, more top secret
classified information than was ever found at mar A Lago.

(02:28):
And the same with Joe Biden. He had top secret
classified informations and four separate locations. Why didn't why didn't
their home zor offices get raided? Why did mar A
Lago get raided? It will include Faiza abuse, the use
of what they were warned about was a Russian Hillary
Clinton bought and paid for Russian disinformation dossier that was

(02:49):
used to spy on Carter Page, who was a known
asset for our intelligence community, somebody that cooperated with them,
and they somebody that they trusted, and it just gets
you know, you want to talk about a conspiracy or
a grand conspiracy. It is emerging before our rise. This
will also include the weaponization of the Justice Department. It'll

(03:13):
include a deep dive into the fifty one former Intel
officials that without ever seeing Hunter Biden's very real laptop,
they signed on to a belief that has all the
ear markings of Russia interference. This they tried to use
in two consecutive elections. It will include all of that

(03:34):
and more what did they know when did they know it?
It will include the weaponization maybe coordination will see over
time with the Department of Justice of Joe Biden and
people like New York Attorney General Letitia James Alvin Bragg.
I mean in that case, I mean you had the

(03:55):
statute of limitations, you had a legal non disclosure agreement.
I'm sure they have them inside the DA's office in
New York. Probably most, if not every company major company
in America has them. It's very common it's unfortunate, but
it's very common and it's a daily occurrence. But it

(04:16):
was a legal nda put together by an attorney, labeled
the legal expense and paid for as a legal expense,
and the statute of limitations ran out and it was
a misdemeter. Then they came up with a novel legal theory,
and then the third highest ranking Biden Justice Department official
actually left and went to New York to assist Alvin
Bragg and the prosecution of that case. I mean, it

(04:39):
is going to be everything all the way from the
Russia hoax through and including the rate at mar A
Lago and everything in between. In other words, was there
a grand conspiracy by what we refer to as the
deep state to undermine our election system in this country?

(05:00):
And it's going to be fascinating to watch, and these
new developments should be very alarming to every American. Now
we have the America First Legal you might remember Steven
Miller was the head of it. We have a new president,
Jean Hamilton will join us in a second. And they
have obtained internal Department of Justice documents confirming that the

(05:21):
Biden White House orchestrated the Garland Memo. It's fairly infamous
that labeled concerned parents as potential domestic terrorists. This contradicts
repeated claims that the DOJ acted independently. Anyway, here to
tell us what they discovered is Gene Hamilton, president of
American First Legal.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Sir, how are you, Sean?

Speaker 4 (05:40):
Thanks for having me on.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
All right, tell us what we have here, Sean.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
What we have here is what we at America First
Single have positive we thought was the case. Since twenty
twenty one, everyone will remember, as you rightly pointed out,
the Merit Garland issued a memo that weaponized not just
that a pert an a justice, but its entire law
enforcement apparatus, the FBI, the National Security Division, the Criminal Division,

(06:07):
everyone in between to target parents who were speaking out
at school boards. Now. At the time, they said that
this was in response to an epidemic of violence at
school board meetings. Somehow, some way, you and I and
every other concern parent across the country must have missed
this epidemic of violence at school board meetings. But as

(06:31):
things came out over time, conservatives on the Hill and
elsewhere started to criticize them and point things out. It
was always alleged, Oh no, no, no, this was not
pushed out of the White House. This was a law
enforcement response. This was something that we were doing as
a legitimate exercise of the Department of Justice's duties. But

(06:54):
what we found through our lawsuits was definitive proof that no,
in fact, in fact, the Biden White House directed this
action to be done. This is part of a conspiracy
with the National School Board Association. This was part of
an endeavor to deprive American parents of two constitutional fundamental rights,

(07:18):
that is, the right to direct the upbringing of their children,
and secondly, the right to free speech in this country,
also the right to petition the government, also encompassed within
the First Amendment. So we have we have exposed these
documents that show weaponization of the Department of Justice at

(07:40):
an unprecedented level that, of course, as you rightly pointed out,
is sadly consistent, sadly consistent with all of their other
actions over the past decade or so, from the Obama
administration to the Biden administration everywhere in between.

Speaker 5 (07:56):
All right, let me let me explain to people there
are a lot of things that happened in the Biden
years beyond the weaponization of Donald Trump and using the
Department to go after Donald Trump and apparently using three
letter agencies to go after Donald Trump. It's a lot
deeper than that. And yes, they went after peaceful pro
life protesters. Yes, parents that were expressing their views, especially

(08:22):
when it came to teaching of human sexuality to young people.
A lot of angry parents did not like that the
LGBTQ plus agenda was being forced on their kids. They
happen to be of the belief that value should be
instilled by parents, not by teachers that have a captive

(08:42):
audience of children that they want to indocrinate. And the transagenda,
I mean, you can look at Minnesota for example, Tim
wall State, I mean they offered gender affirming care without
parental consent, or the idea of putting in grade school
in boys' bathrooms, you know, tampon. Tim he got the
for wanting to put feminine hygiene products and boys bathrooms.

(09:03):
So a lot of parents would be outraged. Then they're like,
our kids can't read, rice, do math science. They don't
know history or computers or the things the skills that
they'll need to compete in a global marketplace. But yet
this is where you're focusing your attention, leave the values
to us and let's move on. But they had no

(09:24):
intention of ever doing that.

Speaker 4 (09:26):
That's absolutely right, Sean. And look the thing about this,
whether it's the weaponization against parents, whether it's the weaponization
against Donald Trump, in everything again in between, this is
the way that's the less that the Marxist radicals that
are in control of today's Democratic Party. This is the

(09:46):
way that they think that they're going to overthrow this country.
This is the way that they are going to change
our constitutional republic to be something that is reflective of
what they want. They want social life, They want to
be able to tell your kids, to tell you how
to raise your children. They want to tell you what

(10:07):
you have to believe. And if you get in their way,
what they have proven time and again is that they
will turn the government, the levers of government, against you
for not going along with their radical ideology. These documents
again show this is not some small thing. This is

(10:28):
not some small issue. The Department of Justice really only
has so many hours in the day to do things
like go after transnational organizations, cartels, violent predators, drug smugglers,
all of these other issues. And yet the Attorney General
of the United States found that it was the highest
and best use of those that Department's resources to go

(10:51):
after parents, to chill their speech, to chill the exercise
of their fundamental rights. That has to shock and scare everyone.
We have to hold people accountable. It can never happen again.
It's one thing to expose it, and we're incredibly proud
of our team at America for SIGAL for doing so,
but we have to hold people accountable for what they did.

Speaker 5 (11:13):
So the Biden White House directly orchestrated this, which the
Garland memo, you know, label concerned parents as potential domestic terrorists.
For example, you now have internal emails showing White House
officials were, in fact and requested that the DOJ get involved.
You do, in fact have evidence that the DOJ attorneys

(11:36):
raised red flags saying that there was no federal hook
and at targeting parents likely you know, was necessary. Despite
the warnings, political appointees bypassed the standard review.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
How bad did this get?

Speaker 4 (11:51):
I mean, it is as bad as you can possibly imagine.
And it's especially ironic because one of the things that
you just pointed out, Sean, is that they committed what
many liberals could consider a cardinal sin, which was they
didn't listen to the careers in the department. You know,
you often hear this refrain from the liberal talking had
said political leadership in you know, the Trump administration wasn't

(12:11):
listening to the careers all these other things. Well, here
you have a case where the fide administration's Department of
Justice was consulting with the Civil Rights Division within DJ
and even the careers, the notoriously liberal careers within the
Department of Justice or pushing back saying there is no

(12:33):
federal nexus here, meaning there is no federal law that's
being violated. There's nothing here for us to look at.
This is all First Amendment protected activity. But they still persisted,
they still persisted with issuing this memo and chasing down
this entire workstream because they knew recall, at the time

(12:54):
this was in the fall of twenty twenty one. What
else was going on in the fall of twenty twenty one,
the elections for the governor of Virginia. What was going
on in Virginia kind of culturally politically, these school board meetings,
a lot of people.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
Were here talking about loud and county, Yes, loud.

Speaker 4 (13:14):
In County Virginia. So they were threatened. They were not
going to obtain the political power that they thought that
they would get as a movement, and so this was
their way of trying to tip the scales of that
race in their candidate's favor, and they failed.

Speaker 5 (13:31):
All right, we're going to watch this lawsuit closely. We
really appreciate your time. Gene Hamilton, new president of American
First Legal.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
Thank you, sir. Thanks Sean, eight hundred and nine to.

Speaker 5 (13:40):
Four one Sean. If you want to be a part
of the program, we'll get to your calls. Some of
the other news of the day coming up next. Listen,
you've got to be prepared for the worst case scenario.
That is somebody that wants to bring immediate harm and
maybe death to you and your family. You and your
employees now be prepared. Stay safe in your home, in
your office, in your business. And that's where sig Sour

(14:03):
comes in. They are the world's leading manufacturer of firearms, optics,
ammunition suppressors. Now sig Sour is the military issued firearm
of choice. Sig Sour is now celebrating the Army's two
hundred and fiftieth anniversary with a very special offer on
their m seventeen M eighteen pistols now the sigur M
seventeen M eighteen pistols. They are the official side arm

(14:25):
of the US Army. Sig sour SI G S A
U E R dot com slash Hannity Today, Nity.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Watch, keep it an eye on.

Speaker 6 (14:41):
Breaking news and bringing it to you first, Sean Hannity,

(15:04):
Let's go.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
To our busy phones. Where Berto is in Miami, in
my free state of Florida.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Roberto, how are you glad you called? Sir?

Speaker 7 (15:12):
Good afternoon, John I gives take him my call. I'm
in American since they was born in Cuba. I arrived
here in nineteen fifty nine. You have somebody running for
the mayor of New York who is a communist socialist
promising grocery stores. I'd like to know where is he
going to get these stores out? Who's gonna pay for him?
And the reason is the grocery is so high in

(15:34):
New York because all the regulations and that I put
upon all these small owner operators. So where's he gonna
get the money to pay the salaries, the warehouses and
all these folks? Where does that come from? Look at Cuba.

Speaker 5 (15:47):
Listen as there's nothing that he's proposing that is going
to improve the life of people in New York City.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Nothing.

Speaker 5 (15:58):
And the most amazing aspect to this story is that
Chuck Schumer and you know, top Democrats and Kathy Hulkol
and the rest of them, they they won't condemn this guy.
They are afraid of this guy because like they're afraid
of the Squad, and they're afraid of AOC and they're
afraid of Grandpa Bernie and Pocahontas, and the radicals now

(16:22):
rule their party. That is, that is now where we
they they are as a party. And for all the
intramural squabbling Republicans may have at times, it is nothing
compared to the identity crisis of where the Democrats are.

Speaker 7 (16:37):
I agree, But again, all the regulations that take place
in New York is what're costing all the high the
costs of living in New York. And this guy is
talking about state owned or city owned groceries. I have
no idea where that money is going to come from.
Who's gonna take the stores in and where who's gonna

(16:58):
buy the store to go ahead and give it to
the people. It doesn't exist.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
It doesn't exist.

Speaker 5 (17:04):
And by the way the margins of grocery stores in
terms of their profit margin are very small. They make
their money off of high volume sales in keeping those
store shelves full.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
But good luck.

Speaker 5 (17:21):
I mean, I think if he gets elected, it's you know,
it's going to be a mass exit. It's going to
be a jail breakout of there. Anyway, appreciate the call,
my friend. Eight hundred nine four one, Shawn, you want
to be part of the program, will come back the
other the other news of the day.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
You're called straight ahead.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
You are listening to the best of the Sean Hannity Show,
and stay tuned. More memorable moments, interesting guests, and a
lot of fun coming up next. More of the best

(18:00):
stuff the Sean Hannity Show coming up.

Speaker 9 (18:07):
Draining the Swamp Monald corrupt politician at a time. This
is The Sean Hannity Show.

Speaker 5 (18:15):
Twenty five Now to the top of the hour. Eight
hundred and nine four one, Shawn, If you want to
be a part of the program, I know it's just shocking,
so shocking in so many ways. Oh, that Russia collusion happened.
I spent three years of my life covering all of this.
Tulsea Gabbard newly declassified information, gave a mini presser at

(18:37):
the White House earlier today, and here's some of what
she said, which we played earlier.

Speaker 10 (18:43):
There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President Obama and
his national security team directed the creation of an intelligence
community assessment that they knew was false. They knew it
would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the
twenty sixteen election to help President Trump win, selling it
to the American people as though it were true. It wasn't.

(19:07):
The report that we released today's shows in great detail
how they carried this out. They manufactured findings from shoddy sources.
They suppressed evidence and credible intelligence that disproved their false claims.
They disobeyed traditional trade craft intelligence community standards, and withheld

(19:27):
the truth from the American people. In doing so, they
conspired to subvert the will of the American people who
elected Donald Trump in that election in November of twenty sixteen.
They worked with their partners in the media to promote
this lie, ultimately to undermine the legitimacy of President Trump
and launching what would be a year's long coup against

(19:48):
him and his administration. Nation implicates former President Obama and
criminal behavior. We have referred and will continue to refer
all of these documents to the Department of Justice and
the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this. For
even the evident Obama correct the evidence that we have

(20:08):
found and that we have released directly point to President
Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are
multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact.

Speaker 5 (20:21):
Wow, anyway here to shed some more light on this
and give us more analysis of this. Alan Wilson, South
Carolina Attorney General currently running for governor, supports the efforts
of the Department of National Intelligence and Tulsea Gabbard as
they now push for a what may end up being
a special prosecutor or a council involved in this. You know,

(20:44):
I've gone over this now with Bill O'Reilly and with
John Solomon and my own analysis and my own reading
of now what has been at two document disclosures, two
declassifications that have taken place with Tulca Gabbard and what
is beyond frustrating to me. It seems like deep state operatives,
to use the appropriate term of my view, have now

(21:06):
put cinder blocks on the scales of three presidential elections
will work our way backwards in twenty twenty four. It
was all the weaponization from twenty to twenty twenty four
to make it impossible for Donald Trump to be a
viable candidate. If you look at the twenty twenty race,
we know that the FBI had verified the authenticity of
Hunter Biden's laptop. They knew that Bob Costello, then Rudy

(21:31):
Giuliani's attorney, at a copy of that laptop. They knew
that it would leak, and they spent the summer of
twenty twenty meeting with big tech companies on a weekly basis,
warning them about that they may be victims of a
Russian disinformation campaign that may involve Hunter and Joe Biden
and even Mauris Maholdings. And then when the New York

(21:51):
Post story did break, in fact, a lot of these companies,
including Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dory see them running Twitter
said is this what you've been warning about?

Speaker 2 (22:03):
Or is this true? They would not give them.

Speaker 5 (22:05):
The answer that they knew to be true is that
the laptop was in fact authentic, and that they had
discovered that back in March, which means that they actively
participated in influencing the election, because that would have had
a big impact, in my view, on the election results.
And you work your way back to twenty twenty, we're

(22:27):
discovering through these deg classified documents that FBI director at
the time, James Comy ignored key critical evidence in his
determination about Hillary Clinton's top secret classified information.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
I would argue to give her a pass.

Speaker 5 (22:41):
We know that he himself and others were warned not
to trust the dirty Russian disinformation dossier that Hillary Clinton
paid for. There was Russian election interference, but that only
came from that side, and that in fact, this unverifiable,
completely debunked now information was used for four PISA applications

(23:03):
to backdoor spy on Donald Trump, both as a candidate,
as a transition team, and as a president. To me,
it sounds like sender blocks on scales of elections.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
Do you see.

Speaker 5 (23:17):
Primes or a need for a huge investigation? What do
you see in this?

Speaker 10 (23:23):
Sellen?

Speaker 8 (23:23):
Absolutely, And you said at the very top of the
block of time here you said, this is how shocking
this is. This is only four days since all this
stuff has been revealed. And the question that I keep
asking myself is if you look at how the intelligence
assessment that was issued leading up to December seventh was
that Russia had nothing to do with tampering of the
twenty sixth in the election. And then you look at

(23:45):
January sixth, the real controversial January sixth and twenty seventeen,
that there was a newly issued intelligence assessment the saying
Russia did tamper at the twenty sixteen the election. And
you realize that the President of the United States directed
to that new assessment be issued. Then the question I
have for people is do you think Barack Obama would
have reconvened the National Security Council and ordered a new
assessment if Hillary Clinton had won? And the answer is no,

(24:08):
he wouldn't have The people around Barack Obama and the
Obama administration of some the same people who weaponized the
criminal justice system against President Trump while using that same
criminal justice system to protect the Bidens family. These are
the same people that weaponize the legacy media as well
as our social media overlords against President Trump. These are
also the same people who weaponized the intelligence community industrial

(24:30):
complex against the president. So now they're calling all of
us crazy and have called us crazy. They've called you crazy,
John Solomon, crazy for daring to believe our eyes, our
lying eyes, as opposed to them. So I would love
to see a full on investigation and a full vetting
of the truth for the American people. We owe the
American people nothing less.

Speaker 5 (24:50):
What do you make of Tulsey Gabbard's comments from earlier today.

Speaker 8 (24:54):
Well, I think she's incredibly courageous. I mean, she used
very bold language, you know, treason, this conspiracy. She called
out the President, she called out everyone in his National
Security Council. I mean, she stood up there in front
of the American people and laid it all out and
stood up against the legacy media. So I mean, I'm very,
very proud of her. I'm very impressed with the fortitude
and the courage that she has had, and now they're

(25:16):
going to go after her like nothing you've ever seen.
But I stand behind her, and I'm going to call
another Attorney's General in this country to stand for a
full accounting and a full investigation. In Pam Bondy, who
is a good friend of mine, I have full faith
and confidence that she will put the best people on
this and we will get an accounting of what happened
four or five years ago.

Speaker 5 (25:33):
If you take a look at some of the classified
materials that have come out to this point, we find
that rank and file career intelligence officials came to a
very different assessment than what ultimately evolved after Obama and
his cronies at the highest levels of these three letter
agencies got their hands on it. In other words, they said, no,

(25:57):
there was no Trump Russia collusion, and then all of
a sudden that emerged into there was, which emerged into
this narrative that literally took up an enormous, inordinate amount
of time during Donald Trump's presidency. Do you believe that
the evidence is now showing that they purposely, to use

(26:18):
John Solomon's words, polluted and corrupted that information for political purposes,
And if they did, what is the crime?

Speaker 8 (26:26):
Well, I absolutely agree with John Solomon. I do believe
that they polluted, you know, this whole process for their
own personal political agenda. And again, the same people around
President Obama, you know, during that period of time, are
the same people that were driving everything against President Trump
during his first term, as well as all the criminal
trials in the civil cases going against him when he
was out of office, And they're the ones trying to
discredit the President. Now, obviously, you know I want to

(26:49):
withhold my final judgment or what crimes have been committed,
but until we get something more from the Department of Justice.
But I stand one thousand percent behind Tulcy Gabbard and
you and everyone else calling on a full vetting and
a full accounting. We need an investigation, We need a
full report on this. And now I don't want the
report coming from members of Congress, even in our own party.
I want the report coming from the law enforcement community

(27:10):
and the Justice Department as it stands right now.

Speaker 5 (27:14):
If you are the attorney Jeremali and you are the
Attorney General of South Carolina, how would you approach this
from an investigative standpoint based on what we now know
that has been declassified?

Speaker 8 (27:25):
I mean full transparency. I mean I mean Telci Gabbert's
released all the documents that she has found. I think
we have to allow the Justice Department an opportunity to
appoint a special council with us the direction they decide
to go. We have to give them an opportunity to
put things together. And I think Attorney General Bondi needs
to have a press conference. My recommendation would be to
her that trust and credibility must be restored into the

(27:46):
criminal justice system at the federal level as well as
the intelligence community. And the only way to do that
is to allow the American people to have full sunlight,
full transparency, full accounting, make everything available on public portals,
on the websites, give us access to everything, and then
let us look for ourselves, don't. I don't want talking
heads on the left wing media news outlets telling me
what I should believe. I want to see it for myself,

(28:07):
and that's what the tourneys all to do, in my opinion.

Speaker 5 (28:09):
Quick break right back. We'll continue more with Alan Wilson,
South Carolina Attorney General on the other side, and more
of your calls coming up as well, and all things
simple man, Bill O'Reilly eight hundred ninety four one, Shawn
is our number.

Speaker 2 (28:23):
Listen.

Speaker 5 (28:23):
I want to remind you about Berner BYRNA. It is
they now have their new compact launcher. It's four inches long,
it's two smartphones thick, it's easy to conceal, carry on
your body. You won't attract unnecessary attention. And the beauty
of this technology is you can incapacitate in any perpetrator
any size, thirty to forty minutes. It may save your life.

(28:45):
It has a powerful range of fifty to sixty feet.
They have powerful deterrence like tear gas, pepper spray, kinetic rounds.
And this technology is so trusted and so advanced that
over five hundred government agencies, police departments, I have at

it's also great because it's legal in all fifty states.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
Up next our final roundup and Information Overload hour.

Speaker 5 (30:01):
All right, we continue now at South Carolina Attorney General
Alan Wilson is with us. What about Cash Pattel, the
FBI director, and his investigation that he opened weeks ago
into this grand conspiracy that this has now gone on
through three presidential elections. Is it possible in this great
country of ours, this great constitutional republic that we live in,

(30:23):
that in fact, that there are people at the highest
levels of government that did try to influence the outcome
of elections with disinformation.

Speaker 8 (30:32):
I mean, listen, it shatters people's trust and whatever trust
and faith some of us had in the federal government,
which I really haven't had a lot of in the
last ten years, but it has shatters people's faith and
confidence and law enforcement. You know, when cash Betel came in,
I heard that he cleaned out the top floor of
the FBI building and got rid of all of the
institutional people and started rebuilding his senior leadership team. I

(30:53):
thought that was a great beginning to his administration at
the FBI. Get rid of the old and put in
fresh new people that don't have any political leanings or
at least aren't beholden to political interest, and empower them
to go find the truth. And I'm glad to see
what he's done thus far, and I trusted this investigation
will reveal the truth eventually.

Speaker 5 (31:12):
Well I think it will, but I mean, just based
on what we're seeing now, there certainly seems to be
a corruption of information for the purposes of undermining a
newly and duly elected president of the United States, and
it did consume three years of Trump's presidency, So it
seems pretty overwhelming as we begin our investigative part of

(31:35):
it just your knowledge of the law on the periphery,
what might they be looking at legal legally in terms
of laws that were broken. I would imagine if you're
trying to influence the outcome of an election, that there's
got to be statutes that are applicable.

Speaker 8 (31:53):
Well, absolutely, And in this particular case, it's come down
to intent an authority. What authority did the president have
the acting within the confines of his constitutional authority? And
then what was his intent? And again, obviously there's a
Supreme Court case on President Trump regarding presidential authority. What
is and what is not considered a criminal or sanctionable conduct,
and they're going to have to apply that. But right

(32:14):
now is this is the post election of twenty sixteen,
going into December of twenty sixteen. In January twenty seventeen,
was President Obama trying to undermine intentionally undermine President Trump
as he entered at office? What did he know when
did he know it? Obviously, I think the evidence spares
out right now that he had a motivation. Otherwise he
wouldn't have reissued that intelligence assessment. Has Hillary Clinton won,

(32:38):
there would have been no reissuing. He would have gone
with what they had because it wouldn't have mattered to him.
But Trump was coming into office and they had to
stopping they had the undermining. That is what I believe,
But I'm going to reserve my final judgment until we
get a full vetting in an investigation.

Speaker 5 (32:52):
Well do you think, for example, in twenty twenty, when
they knew and they had validated the authenticity of Hunter's laptop,
and they were meeting weekly with big tech companies and
even though they knew the truth, when the story broke publicly,
they would not validate that. But the very companies that
they were were warning that they might be victims of

(33:13):
a disinformation campaign. Of does that sound like election interference
to you?

Speaker 8 (33:18):
It very well could be, Sean, I mean absolutely it
could be election interference. And again I want to see
more information, but absolutely these people were colluding with the
big tech bros, the art tech overlords. They were colluding
with folks within the criminal justices and the FBI. They
were they've been colluding with folks across the political spectrum
to undermine President Trump. And that's why, you know, I

(33:40):
want to I want to see Cash, Betail and Pambondy.
I want to see them shine a full light on
this thing. I appreciate what Tulsea Gabbert has done. Put
it all out there. Let's investigate it, and let's hold
these people accountable under criminal law if we can, at
a minimum, let's least shame the hell out of them.

Speaker 2 (33:53):
Yeah, I agree.

Speaker 5 (33:55):
Anyway, we appreciate your time, Attorney General South Carolina, Alan Wilson,
Thank you, sir for being with us. We appreciate it.
