Speaker 1 (00:00):
Stay right here for our final news round up and
information overload.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
All Right News Roundup, Information Overload. Our toll free are
numbers eight hundred and ninety four one Sean if you
want to be a part of the program. I'll never
understand the mind of the wacky left, the lunatic fringe left,
why they would want open borders. Why they have no problem,
you know, teaching people trying to educate people how to

(00:27):
avoid ice. You know, no problem with the fact that
there's a twelve hundred percent increase in threats on ICE agents,
And why they don't seem moved at all about open
borders that has led to the death of innocent Americans
because they've allowed in known terrorists and murderers and rapists,

(00:50):
other violent criminals. We report on it every day. Cartel members,
gang members, and drug dealers.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Have a hard time understanding that mindset. Have a hard
time I'm understanding a mindset that doesn't understand fundamental policing
and the need for policing in our small towns and
big cities all across the country. And they want defundismantle
and no bail laws. I'll never understand what part and
I guarantee everyone listening to this program knows somebody who had.

(01:21):
Maybe it's a family member of yours, maybe it's a
friend of a family member. And know somebody that didn't
I of a drug overdose, spent in all overdose opioid
addiction and then resulting in overdose, and you know what,
the death is insane. President Trump has been addressing this
issue and taking out these narco terrorists, and he claims that,

(01:47):
you know, every time we blow up one of those
votes with all those drugs headed to your town and
your city, we're saving around twenty five thousand lives.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Here's what he said.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
So every boat we knock out of the water, every
boat we saved twenty five recond lives. That was a
boat loaded up with drugs.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
I saw the video.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
They were trying to turn the boat back to where
it could float, and we didn't want to see that
because that boat was loaded up with drugs, just like
everything else. But every boat we shoot down, and I
don't know if you know, we're ninety two or ninety
four percent down in drugs coming in by the sea,
and we're trying to find who with the six percent
because I don't know people aren't liking to drive boats

(02:27):
right now loaded up with drugs. But every single but
the thing of that, every single boat we shoot out,
on average, we saved twenty five thousand American lives.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Do you feel okay about that? Court?

Speaker 5 (02:39):
Keep us safe?

Speaker 6 (02:39):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (02:40):
I know, I know my man Now on top of that,
Pete Hegsath said, the days of narco terrorists operating in
our hemisphere, those days are over.

Speaker 7 (02:53):
The days in which these narco terrorists designated terror organizations
operate freely in our Hemmi sphere are over. These narco
terrorists are the al Kaeda of our hemisphere, and we
are hunting them with the same sophistication and precision that
we hunted al Qaeda. We're tracking them, we are killing them,
and we will keep killing them so long as they're

(03:14):
poisoning our people with narcotics so lethal that they're tenamount
to chemical weapons.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Even Senator Bernie Moreno of Ohio said, every vote we
stopped saves twenty five thousand lives. Democrats don't care about Americans.
They didn't care. They lied about open borders, they lied
about for some reason, they think defundismantle no veil reimagined
the police they're not putting the lives in the safety
of the American people. First, now, what they had in

(03:42):
the case that became so controversial. Well, finally, when we
got the details of it, it turns out that it
was not as initially reported. It was not innocent people.
But listen to Martha Rabbit. It's remember this is the
woman that cried when Donald Trump was elected in twenty
six not exactly a Trump fan.

Speaker 8 (04:02):
Tonight, new information. According to a source familiar with the incident,
the two survivors climbed back onto the boat after the
initial strike. They were believed to be potentially in communication
with others and.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
Salvaging some of the drugs.

Speaker 8 (04:17):
Because of that, it was determined they were still in
the fight and valid targets. A JAG officer was also
giving legal advice. So again, David, that video will be key.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
All right here on the legality of all this. Brian
Finches with US partner at Pillsbury Winthrop, where he co
chairs the firm's global security practice. A very own Greg Jarrett,
Fox News Legal analyst, number one New York Times bestselling author.
I don't think this is a difficult legal issue at all.
To me, this is a designated terrorist organization. The president

(04:51):
has constitutional authority as Commander in Chief Greg Jarrett, and
the idea that we now have confirmation that these guys
were still engaged trying to retrieve their drugs, get back
in the boat and in communication with other people, tells
me that they were then still a target.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
Is there any ambiguity for you.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
None whatsoever? And you're so right Sean to point out
that these venezuela and drug cartels smuggling deadly fentanyl and
cocaine into the US have killed hundreds of thousands of
young Americans. I mean, the administration has every legal right
to defended citizens from the lethal poison by using lethal

(05:34):
military force. It's more than a right, it's a duty
of the president to defend the citizen rate. And it
is absolutely lawful under both US and international law. It
complies fully with the law of armed conflict. Maduro's murderous
regime is behind the smuggling, and the cartels are officially

(05:55):
designated by our government as armed terror organizations as such,
which they are enemy combatants. They can be legally targeted
by Trump under the president's constitutional war powers. But more
than that, it was already authorized by Congress under the
Authorization for Use of Military Force. The UMF back rented

(06:18):
the President of the power to act against terrorism of
any kind. His only obligation is to notify Congress, which
he did, and as a precaution, the White House received
approval in advance from the Department of Justice Office of
Legal Counsel.

Speaker 3 (06:38):
Well, they also got there.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
Apparently there was in the situation room at the time
a JAG lawyer that gave specific approval for the second strike.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
Is that not true?

Speaker 1 (06:49):
It is true. And look, under the law of arm conflict,
enemy combatants can be lawfully targeted with deadly force in
any hostilities. Those who are protected that civilians, medical workers,
religious personnel. POW's wounded six soldiers. But that's not what
happened here. The drug traffickers were not mere innocents, they

(07:12):
were not non participants. No, they were enemy combatants. Therefore
they received no protection under international law.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Now let's get your teg Brian Oh.

Speaker 9 (07:25):
I completely agree with everything Greg has said, and what
we're dealing with here is it's almost reminiscent of pre
nine to eleven, where people with Democrats and opponents of
Trump tried to say this needs to be a law
enforcement operation. Well, remember when we had the bombings and Africa,
the embassy's and the World Trade Center in nineteen ninety three,
and even the coal bombing, and they all said, well,

(07:46):
this is a law enforcement issue. We should be stopping them,
we should be arresting them, we should be prosecuting them
to evidence. And see how well that worked out. President
Trump made the same exact decision. As Greg brightly pointed out,
he has the authority or the constitution to take these acts.
Congress wants to do something, if they object to it,
they can take action, and they haven't done so. They

(08:07):
have assented to what is going on, and everything has
been done consistent with the law for international armed law,
the Geneva Conventions, all those conventions that can apply. And
what we're dealing with here is just more misrepresentations by
the mainstream media trying to create a straw man argument
saying that the President is acting unlawfully. Couldn't get them

(08:29):
under state law, couldn't get them under federal law, and
now they're appealing to international law, trying to get another
way to conduct this lawfare against the president. And it's
not working because it's simply not true and it's inapplicable.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Quick break right back more with Bryan Finch and Greg Jarrett.
The legality of Donald Trump taking out these narco terrorists
that want to destroy our youth and is killing, you know,
over decades millions of Americans, and he said, no, that's
a terrorist act against our country. Not going to happen anymore.
More on the legality on the other side than your

(09:03):
calls coming up eight hundred and nine to four one
sean our number. Not all pasta sauces are created equal. Now,
you might have heard of some big names out there,
whatever your big name that you happen to use, but
probably the one name that may be new to you
unless you're a regular listener, is Linda, say.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
The palette pasta sauce.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
It's not saus it is and I.

Speaker 5 (09:28):
Said it extra slow today just to annoy you.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Silver paltte pasta sauce. Say it by way.

Speaker 10 (09:34):
I will not say it that way. That's fake news.
We don't do fake news here on the Handity Show, mister.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
Hands, Just try it. Just say it's the way normal
people say. Don't say it's super This is the way
normal people say.

Speaker 5 (09:44):
Palette us, silver palette pasta.

Speaker 10 (09:47):
Sauce, and it's better sim Rayos and Prego and all
the other amazing brands. I'm not saying they're not good,
but this is much better and healthier.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
Thanks to our good friend Peter Harris, the Harris family.
They have built this brand with integrity. They are the
same people that put Grainberry cereal into grocery stores now
all around the country, and their mission is simple. They
want healthy, honest food for families like yours and mine,
especially in this Maha age. We live in health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, longevity.

(10:18):
Every jar of Silver Palapasta sauce made with vine ripe
and San Marzano and California tomatoes, rich extra virgin olive oil,
no added sugar at all, none, just clean, natural flavor
the way pasta sauce was meant to be delicious.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
We made the switch of my house. You're gonna love the.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
Different flavors available, including there their Silver Palate Pizza sauce.
But when you're shopping, skip the hype, look for the
name Silver Palate Pasta Sauce. It's that simple, all right,
And don't forget Grainberry cereal while you are our grocery shopping.
Silver Palate pasta sauce, the official sauce of the shoe

(10:59):
on handanity show. All right, we continue now the legality
of President Trump's actions against these Narco terrorists coming out
of Venezuela. We continue with Brian Finch. He is the
partner at Pillsbury Winthrop. Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analysts
are with us. It's like the left. They It's pretty

(11:21):
remarkable to me that you know that they even even
though we don't recognize the International Criminal Court at all,
nor should we, and I don't believe we should even
be a part of any of these international organizations at all.
Greg Jarrett, you know, did they forget all the actions
taken by previous presidents? In modern day presidents. That would

(11:45):
be Obama, that would be Clinton, that would be George W. Bush,
that would be Joe Biden.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
They all took these actions past presidents.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
As you point out, Sean has used the so called
war on Terrorism statutes that were passed by Congress to
take identical actions. Democrats and their media handmaidens are raging
against Donald Trump, but they didn't seem to care at
all when Barack Obama went after terrorism targets with deadly
drone strikes routinely carried out so called double taps. Triple taps.

(12:19):
I mean Obama proved roughly five hundred and forty strikes,
killing some three thousand, four hundred people. Biden did the
same thing Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan, at Iraq and elsewhere. No
complaints from Democrats. When Obama and Biden did it, it
was lawful. When Trump does it, it is somehow now

(12:40):
magically the opposite. Oh, it's a war crime that is
legally absurd, as Brian has.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
Pointed out, Well, I think it's basic. Do you want
to weigh in on previous presidents?

Speaker 9 (12:52):
Brian, Oh, absolutely, I mean it even goes back further
than that. I mean it goes back to FDR saying
shoot on site against German submarines before we declared war
in nineteen forty one. And when you talk about President
Obama and President Biden, others, don't forget they were killing
American citizens. You want to talk about, you know, violation
of due process before we even get into the law

(13:14):
of international arm conflict. These were strikes and people born
in the United States, and people didn't complain about that.
Why because there was a democratic president that everyone loved
in the media. They wanted to protect him and his reputation,
to make him look strong, and so they were okay
with it. But now Trump's arrangement syndrome is everywhere. All
it takes is one little whisper to say, oh, this

(13:36):
might not have been right. Someone might have said, let's
kill them all, and it becomes an international incident.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
And well, apparently that was not said, that order was
not given, and that's just you know, the media perpetrating
another hoax. You know, Greg Jared wrote two the number
one best selling books on hoaxes. And the only difference
this time, Brian, is we found out the truth earlier.

Speaker 9 (14:00):
Oh, you're one percent right, There's no way those comments
were said, even if the president. Let's just take for
a second the fact that the President said I want
all those people on the boat.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
He has the authority to do that.

Speaker 9 (14:13):
You can conduct targeted killings. You know, the media and
democratic opponents are acting as if that's not allowed under law.
It absolutely is. But again, in what you pointed out
and what everyone seems to forget or doesn't want to
report on, lawyers were involved in every single step of this.
You're you're out of your mind. If you think that
there isn't legal justification carefully researched and carefully justifying everything

(14:39):
that the president has ordered. Secretary hegxith has ordered, all
of his military commanders have ordered. This is being done
by the book. And what people are doing is they're
creating false acts, false narratives, misrepresentations of what the law
says and how you can justify these acts under American law,
under international laws, that are all to create this narrative

(15:00):
that this is a lawless administration willing to do anything
to make the president look at It's just not true.
It's fantasy. It's as pathetic as it is predictable.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
It really is. Greg will give you the last word.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
Yeah, I mean, it is pretty shameful the way all
of this emerged from a Washington Post story that was
hysterical based on anonymous sources, and they got the facts
fundamentally wrong. You know, no surprise from the newspaper. They
won a Pulitzer for getting the Russia hoax wrong, and
they never gave the prize back. Oddly enough, it was

(15:37):
the New York Times that debunked the Post story, and
then of course ABC News came along and said, now
it's also completely wrong for a different reason. So you know,
never trust the mainstream media is sort of the lesson
to be learned here.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Yeah, well, I think it's a lesson we learned every
single day. And as I said to Brian, I mean
it took us years. We were unpeeling every layer of
that onion to get to the truth about the Russia hoax,
and if anything, we were proving more right than we
even knew we were back then. And thankfully you were

(16:18):
able to chronicle all of it into two best selling
books that you know, really shows us how far the
government can go awry, especially with a compliant, complicit media
that is rooted in corruption and is not willing to
tell people the truth. Appreciate both of you, Brian Finch,
Greg Jarrett, thank you both. Twenty five now till the

(16:43):
top of the hour. Eight hundred and nine foot one
shown our number. We'll get to your calls mere moments.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
Now.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
Think about December. I just I spent a day in
New York and it was miserable. It was freezing cold.
Right now, let me check the temperature again. What's the
temperature up by where you are? The temperature here in
the Free State of Florida and right now is seventy
two degrees a little overcast, but I'll take that over.

Speaker 3 (17:08):
What is the temperature where you are this morning? It
was twelve and cold degrees?

Speaker 5 (17:13):
I think it's about I think it's about twenty one
right now.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
Well, whether you're warm weather or cool weather or colt
freezing cold weather, I love everyone that tells me, oh
no no, I love the change the season. I really
do like the cold Sewan, I really like it. What's
the temperature in Florida? I mean it cracks me up
because then they're full of it. I don't believe people
love the cold. I don't you know.

Speaker 5 (17:38):
I love the Colt. I am one of those people.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
However, if you want to be cozy when the weather
outside is frightening and the fire is so delightful, you're
going to also want Cozy Earth products.

Speaker 3 (17:50):
Now.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
I got their bamboo sheets and it just imagine the
greatest five star hotel in the entire world and the
softest shet you've ever slept on. It makes a discernible
difference in your sleep patterns and habits.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
And I love Cozy Earth. You know what.

Speaker 10 (18:09):
Just we had somebody on X today hit us up
Patrick Brosnan, he's a follower, and he said he just
ordered his double Bubble Bubble Cuddle blanket and I said
to him, I was like, wew, some I just ordered
two more myself. And he said, by the way, I
use the handedy code. He's like, I got forty eight
percent off.

Speaker 5 (18:25):
So there you go. That's a real user online.

Speaker 2 (18:27):
Okay, pretty amazing. And the thing is it also comes
in this like you can reuse it. It's like a
carry bag, and it's really elegant and it looks great
as a gift. And yes, they have the Bubble Cuddle blanket.
And all I can say is every time somebody comes
over to my house and they put they use that blanket.

(18:47):
By the time they leave, they usually leave with it,
which is why I had to I had to bulk
up on them and get a bunch of them because
I'm sick of people steal in my blanket. And yeah,
now they have the double Bubble Cuddle blank which is
even softer than the original, which I like.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
Both.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
They're so confident you're gonna love their bamboo sheets. For example,
they'll give you one hundred nights sleep trial, one hundred
nights and if you're not happy, you don't pay a penny.
It's that simple. It makes a great Christmas gift. It
comes in a beautiful gift bag that they can reuse
again and again. Go to cozyearth dot com use the
promo code Hannity forty percent off right now. But if

(19:25):
you want to order for friends and family, you got
to do it now because you have to order by
December twelfth, that's three days from now. To get guaranteed
Christmas delivery. Just go to cozyearth dot com promo code
Hannity forty percent off this holiday season, one of the
best prices of the year. I don't know why it

(19:46):
is that Democrats just love insulting the people that voted
for them. You know, Arizona went solidly read for Donald
Trump in this last election, and you have Senator Mark
Kelly out there, and you know, one of the six
people telling, oh, you must not obey unlawful orders, which

(20:07):
is basically trying to drive a wedge between our commander
in chief and his constitutional authority and the men and
women that he leads and put their lives in harms way,
and he's making it even more dangerous for them. But
putting that aside. You know, we had, for example, Hillary
Clinton irredeemable deplorables if you don't agree with her. And

(20:30):
of course Barack Obama had a lot of nice things
to say about the people of Pennsylvania, that they're bitter
Americans that cling to their God, guns, Bibles, and religion.
You know, then I think Joe Biden was the one
that talked about us being pieces of garbage. I know
he is the latest version of it coming from Senator
Mark Kelly calling millions of Trump voters. You know, I

(20:51):
think he won by what two million votes out there
in Arizona. Well, this is what he said about them.

Speaker 11 (20:57):
That's what this president does with his words. Because I
hate to say this, but this is true. More than
anybody else in our country, this president's words matter. People
listen to him. He has supporters. A lot of those supporters,
maybe not a lot, but some of them are crazy.
I mean, in any group, there's always a bunch of
crazy people.

Speaker 2 (21:15):
Right, yeah, and he's part of the crazy that is
his whole party. All right, let's go to our busy phones.
Paul in Idaho, Paul, how are you glad you called?
Thanks for hanging on there. What's on your mind today?

Speaker 9 (21:28):
Hi, Sean.

Speaker 6 (21:29):
Hey.

Speaker 9 (21:29):
I saw at the same time that they displayed their
first house being rebuilt in southern California and the Palisades.
My wife and I were over in Maui where Lehina
was burnt down, and they are rebuilding like crazy. There's
some sticks in the air, there's wood going up. They
are doing all kinds of stuff. And little Hawaii is

(21:53):
able to do that. How come California isn't well?

Speaker 2 (21:56):
I mean, you can answer your own question, right, I mean,
you're from idahost so well you once in California. Did
you move from California to Idaho? A lot of people
have did, I agree, I mean very common, A lot
of I know, always been growing by leaps and bounds,
doing very very well. I have friends in Idaho. It's
a great place. I've been to boys. He have been

(22:16):
to a couple of locations in Idaho, you know, in
my travels around the country over the years, and you know,
the salt of the earth. People there with good common
sense and considering the neighbors just surrounded by to the
south Oregon, and you know the in California and the
like in Washington State. Not exactly common sense territory in

(22:39):
either one of those states, in any of those states.

Speaker 9 (22:42):
Yep, we call them refugees.

Speaker 6 (22:44):
I was one.

Speaker 9 (22:45):
I've been here for fifteen years though now so. But
the other. The other thing about that is the in
uh uh, the town that burned up, you know, up
northern California. It burned down completely from a fire that
it was started, and it's completely rebuilt.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
And you hear Gavin claim that his hair went on
fire during the Pacific Palisades fires. Did you hear that
comment yet?

Speaker 12 (23:13):
No?

Speaker 3 (23:14):
All right, let me play for it short, but listen
to this claim.

Speaker 6 (23:17):
They're in the hills with these guys and we're all
turned around when my hair literally first on there's a
video of it, and they threw me in the car.

Speaker 3 (23:24):
The guy gets my hair and throws me in the
cars out of here.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
I want to see the video of it. Ravin's hair
went on fire. Why are we just finding out about
it now? But you raise a point. I mean, it's
been nearly a year and there's one home rebuilt, and
the government is dragging its feet. The home owners who
lost everything is still paying some property taxes and they

(23:49):
must as a matter of law. Apparently, according to a
caller to this show, they have to pay for homeowners'
insurance for a home that doesn't exist.

Speaker 3 (23:58):
And it's unbelievable.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
Crazy and they can't get they can't get a permit
to rebuild in a year.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
It's insane.

Speaker 9 (24:07):
Well, you were in construction, so you know how that goes.
I have friends that are in construction here and they're
building like crazy, and it doesn't take very long to
put up a house. You know, it's intermitting process, it's
all the all the the government steps that you have
to go through there in California versus here and other
states around it.

Speaker 3 (24:27):
You know, it's insane.

Speaker 2 (24:28):
I mean, they make it expensive and hard and nearly impossible,
and frankly, as far as I'm concerned, there should be
a class action lawsuit against the government of California. But
they are utter complete failure and incompetence. There's no excuse
that there was no water in those hydrants. There's no
excuse that the reservoir was empty as reported. There's no

(24:53):
excuse that they have people have not gotten their permits
by now, and that people in not rebuilding none. But
you know, for all the people that put their faith,
their hope, their trust, their belief in government, and Democrats
are peddling cradle to grave, womb to the tomb government
for all those people, pay close attention. This is what

(25:14):
you get when government takes over every aspect of your life. Anyway,
gotta roll, Paul, enjoy as enjoy your refugee status in
the free state of Idaho. Our friend Professor katz Out
in the United Socialist utopia of Gavins, California. By the way, recently,
thank God beat her about with cancer. I understand you're

(25:37):
in good health. Is that all true?

Speaker 12 (25:39):
That is true?

Speaker 3 (25:41):
It is great news.

Speaker 12 (25:43):
Listening to you and Linda, that was the medic thing.
I listened to you all the time on the radio
and watch you on television, so that did the true well.

Speaker 2 (25:51):
I can do a lot of things curing cancers. No,
in my wheelhouse. There are people that I've been talking
to and then I'm going to bring to your attention
in the next year. I'm just glad you're cured, you're healthy,
welcome back, and we're so glad you're with us.

Speaker 12 (26:05):
Thank you. It's so good to hear your voice and
Linda's and as far as the last collar just made
me think of something, of course, living here and growing
up and raising my son in California. First of all,
I'm so upset that Gavin Newsen has been sending you
mean messages. How dare he we? What is great about California?

(26:27):
The weather, the people, the amusement parks, and the beaches
were all great before Gavin and will be great after him.
But like the gentleman just said, you cannot get a
permit even if you're not a fire victim, if you
just want to remodel, because they want to make California
with all these low affording whatever it's called, low cost

(26:49):
housing places. And you know, he's more concerned with running
for president than he is changing anything in California. And specifically,
I think he'd be good if they ever brought back
brill cream as far as his hair, I would vote
for him for that to be on that commercial. But

(27:09):
beyond that, he's not a leader. And the way he's
been treating Ice is so horrendous, and that was really
going to be Like what I was calling was that
to hear elon Omar, the place where Somalia has Boca
Haram and all kinds of terrorists and what just going
on in Minnesota, and to hear what Gavin Newsom and

(27:30):
Karen Bass say about our wonderful law enforcement and ICE
agents who are protecting Americans, to compare them, and to
compare Stephen Miller a wonderful man and put his family
at harm's way calling them Nazis. I'm so tired and

(27:51):
sick of you know, my mom is now ninety.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
I don't know if you know this.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
Steven Miller also is Jewish, and to call him a
Nazi is beyond the pale. And what Stephen Miller and
his family have had to endure in terms of death threats,
like so many other people in Donald Trump's orbit, is
so over the top.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
And I'm now.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
Directly blaming those people that are using that insightful rhetoric,
that dehumanizing rhetoric. They are playing a major part in
this atmosphere where violence and assassination is now a big
part of our culture.

Speaker 12 (28:33):
It's really horrible. They have no idea what the Gestapo did,
what the Nazis did. Mom's ninety eight, her sisters are
one hundred and the other one is ninety six, all
Holocaust survivors. And when we saw Schindler's list, they said, oh,
that was a paradise compared to what we went through,
the beatings, the rapes, the tortures, the murders. That's not

(28:57):
what ICE is doing. And for all the people who
are listening to garbage on the internet and mainstream media,
ICE is doing. What when Johann Omar talks about what
our founding fathers wanted, Jefferson warned about the Barbary pirates
and about radical Islam. You know, hundreds of years ago

(29:18):
our country was built on Judaeo Christian beliefs. We're coming
up on Christmas and Hanukkah and this is the time
of peace and light. And what these people are doing
is they're destroying our country. They're hurting our law enforcement
and putting all their families and all of them at
risk when all they're trying to do is keep us
free and safe. And I think that's the biggest problem

(29:41):
is that most people don't know history and the fact
that we just had December seventh and Pearl Harbor, and
that's what prompted people like my dad and the greatest
generation to go and fight for freedom and to save
this world.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
Well, thank God for people like him, right, I mean,
and my father too, fighting for you in the Pacific
and all the other brave men and women that have
defended the cause of liberty and freedom so that we
can live out our lives as God designed us to.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
Professor, We're glad you're healthy.

Speaker 2 (30:12):
Thank you. We have a minute. We'll give it to
Perry in Montana. It's all yours, Perry. Sorry, I wish
we were not upon a clock, but take it away.

Speaker 6 (30:22):
I do too, but thank you for taking my call, Sean.
I just got to do a basic cliff notes of this.
I wanted to bring the little Mogadishu fraud back into
the front burner for a minute. This taxpayer scheme ripoff
scheme serves as a textbook example of Democrats corruption and
contempt for a constitutional republic. You know, two billion dollars

(30:47):
down yet another radical leftist Islamis rat hole, adding insult
to injury, millions probably went to Al Shabab and Somalia.
There's solid evidence that Tampon tam Walls, Attorney General Keith Ellis,
and some state bureaucrats willfully ignored this monumental embezzlement even
as the red flags were flying, you know, whistleblowers.

Speaker 2 (31:09):
They were warned by whistleblowers. You know, look at the
autism issue. Doctor Oz talked about it yesterday twenty eighteen.
Just a few million dollars and a balloon's up to
four hundred billion dollars.

Speaker 3 (31:22):
Are you kidding me?

Speaker 9 (31:24):
There's no excuse for this feature for these people.

Speaker 6 (31:27):
Anytime they put radical Democrats in control, whether it's fate, federal, state,
or local, these people despise patriotism, morality, and our rights
and freedoms, and they worship only power, money and control
of our lives. Thanks.

Speaker 2 (31:42):
Well, we have to, you know, defy history and make
sure they don't get power back. But I do have
to roll. We're up on the clock. As I told you,
I appreciate the call. Perry, Love Montana, Love the people
of Montana. I just want to wrap things up at
