Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, thank you Scott Shannon, Thanks to all of
you for being with us.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Right down.
Speaker 1 (00:04):
Our toll free telephone number if you want to be
a part of the program is eight hundred and ninety
four to one, Shawn if you want to join us. Well,
poor Spain and Portugal. I've been hit with widespread blackouts,
millions plunged into darkness amid scenes of mayhem across major
European cities. Now the power cuts come only twelve days
(00:27):
after Spain's power grid ran for the first time entirely
on renewable energy, including wind, solar and hydro power. You know,
places like Valencia, Barcelona were left without power, Spain's entire
rail network shut down, Internet services stop working, and just
nothing but chaos and on the streets as traffic built
(00:49):
up in Madrid and Libson. Anyway, Spain has one of
the highest proportions of renewable energy, providing about fifty six
percent of the nation's electricity. More than half their renewables
come from wind, with the rest coming from solar and
other sources, which means that Spain's electricity supplies are increasingly
(01:10):
reliant on weather delivering enough wind to balance their grid
and for the last twenty four hours, apparently wind has
been largely missing, leaving the country reliant on solar and
old gas fired power stations. The weather system is. I mean,
this is what it gets you. I mean, this is
(01:31):
the radicalism on display.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
All right.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
So we're at one hundred days of the Trump presidency,
but we're also at another one hundred days. We're at
one hundred days of the Democratic Party. It's not just
Trump's hundred days, Trump's there's never been Donald Trump has
done more good for this country and put in place
(01:53):
more systems for good in the US in his one
hundred days in the White House than Joe Biden frankly
did for the last four years. I mean, you can
say that unequivocally.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Now.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
I know that it takes a lot of time to
get a lot of big things accomplished, but he's beginning
to accomplish them. And the way the media is acting
and the way the Democrats are acting, it just speaks
volumes about all of them, which we'll get to a
great specificity in detail. But you know, Democrats, remember they
they've been scored the last one hundred days as well,
(02:29):
and they have, you know, the last three or four polls,
they've been in the in the twenty percentile range in
terms of approval. They're lowest numbers in decades and decades.
You have to factor and Donald Trump completed, you know it,
inherited a complete mess at home and abroad. There's never
been a president in our lifetime that has taken on
(02:50):
this many consequential transformational issues as as Donald J.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
Trump has.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
He has successfully secured our border, It's never been more secure.
And he has begun the process in spite of a
lot of pushback of removing illegal immigrants in this country,
especially criminal illegals.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
He has and there was no need for him to
take it on.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
But he's taking on the lead role for peace in
Europe in the Middle East, frankly, something that only he
can or whatever dare try and we seem to be
making some progress. Doesn't mean he'll be successful, but it's
a heavy lift that he's taken on. He's the first
president to ever identify and reverse this trend of institutionalism
(03:39):
and establishment ism and identify over one hundred and fifty
billion in waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption. He's the first
president ever in the last fifty to sixty years that
is said enough is enough. America is being ripped off,
taken advantage of, and with these unfair tariffs, and it's
time for this policy to stop. He is now put
(04:01):
together the building blocks for the policies that will bring
us energy dominance and with it wealth beyond people's wildest imagination.
Even the threat of tariffs. Now has nearly ten trillion
dollars for the next four years, and we have more
moneies committed over the weekend and early today committed towards
(04:24):
rebuilding American manufacturing in this country. Remember Janet Yellen said
it couldn't happen. Obama said it was never going to happen.
And I think that what we will be watching and
witnessing in the days and weeks ahead are real trade
deals signed with probably great trumpy and fair fanfare. I
(04:44):
can't predict what's going to happen with war in Europe.
I do think that it is an untenable position. But
you need to understand the history here. It's been eleven years.
It was twenty fourteen when Russia and Putin annexed Mia,
and neither Biden or Obama lifted a finger to do
with the thing about it. It was just a few
(05:06):
years ago that Putin under Biden was amassing troops and
military equipment on the border with Ukraine, and Biden never
lifted a finger to stop it. He didn't do a thing.
And when asked if, well, what happens in Russia invades,
he asked, well, it depends if it's a minor incursion
or is it going to be a major incursion. The
(05:26):
President also has been very blunt and very clear to
the Republic of Iran, and whatever decision they make will
be on them. One thing he's been very clear and
unambiguous about is that Iran will not get a nuclear weapon.
The fact that they've gotten so close you can only
blame one person. That's Joe Biden, because that happened on
(05:49):
his watch. He inherited Iran. They were nearly bankrupt thanks
to Donald Trump and his successful sanctions. Biden, Kamala, Harris Blincoln, Wink,
and Tony Blincoln stood by and let those, you know,
with a blind They turned a blind eye towards the sanctions,
and they even gave waivers allowing the Iranians to take
(06:11):
in billions and billions and tens of billions of dollars
for energy sales that never should have been approved, but
they approved it, and that then fomented terror in the region.
It's like I would argue European countries, Western European countries
were foolish to do energy deals that made Vladimir Putin rich.
(06:32):
That was pretty stupid also. But if the president, and
again it will be really up to the Iran There
were discussions this weekend. Again there'll be discussions later this week,
is my understanding. But any deal you cannot have any
nuclear facilities. They should cannot be allowed because the Iranians
cannot be trusted. And frankly, any deal must insist on
(06:55):
dismantling the nuclear facilities that they have. They don't need them.
And on top of that, it should be Americans that
dismantle them. And add to that, America will need an
assurance of anywhere and he plays anytime. American expectors or
their option will be the world Israel, the United States,
(07:18):
lovers of freedom, cannot risk a modern day holocaust, and
nuclear weapons in the hands of Iranian mullahs is a
threat to the entire world. So I think as we
assess these hundred days, it's just fascinating to watch. But
there's also the one hundred days of the Left culminating
(07:40):
in this weekend.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
And what have we seen.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
We've seen anger, We've seen petulance, the rise of the
radical left with the emergence of AOC, the squad Bernie
Sanders and Jasmine Crockett, while you have Hakem Jeffries and
Chucky Schumer cowering in the corner, afraid to take on
the radicals and their party. We see sit ins, We
(08:04):
hear a lot of singing, we hear a lot of
f bombs. That's their new strategy. And we've witnessed bingo
paddles and an unwillingness of any member of that party
to even stand for moms that lost their children, a
young man that beat cancer, a woman that lost her
hero husband, a law enforcement agent, and the son of
(08:25):
us of a who lost his father that gets a
commission a West Point. I mean, here's them over the weekend,
you know, on the steps of the Capitol. You know,
more singing and more carrying on. This this is their
hundred days, and it kind of sums up how it's
been going for them.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
I will build this world from love. I will this
yadada yadai.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
Okay, that sums up pretty well encapsulates the radical left,
but there's never been you know when we'll go through
this in great specificity detail between today and tonight, Donald
Trump's first hundred days, which have been transformational, and the
list of accomplishments are great. Now there is and Matt
(09:24):
Towery pointed this out. New Gingridge both pointed this out.
Matt had a great post about this insider advantage.
Speaker 2 (09:30):
He said, do not be.
Speaker 1 (09:32):
Fooled by this barrage of polls on Trump's hundred days
and noting the issues that have been raised by New
Gingrich and John McLaughlin and some of the recent polling
on Donald Trump and his approval ratings, because the media
wants to create the perception, ah, American people don't like
Trump's agenda, which just the opposite has been proven to
(09:53):
be true. And the president and his approval ratings if
you look at for example, current job job performance, real
clear politics, if you factor in the posters that were
more accurate in twenty four and you end up with
an average disapproval that is only a point or so
(10:14):
above the margin of error. And if you look at
for example, Active vote USA, which is on X. At
active Vote USA, they list the most popular and accurate
posters for the twenty twenty four election. Now Matt Towery
insider advantage of one of them, Robert Khley Trafalgar another
one of them. You know, for example, Rasmussen. Their polls
(10:37):
shows that Trump's approval daily and there's been no major
drop in their surveys, you know, just marginal fluctuations here
and there. And then you compare it to the posters
that were less accurate than twenty four and earlier Trump cycles,
and they're the ones that are showing Donald Trump down
by an average of double digits. Two of the most
(11:01):
other accurate twenty four posters you know, didn't even polder
in this period. And by the way, the same poll
that chose Trump's approval rating at an all time low,
you know, predicted that Kamala Harris would win the election.
You know, you're in the tank. Media wants to create
a perception. But remember, these are the same people that
were saying and echoing, you know, the end of democracy,
(11:25):
you know, racist, Stalin Hitler, Mossolini, fascist, Nazi.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
I mean, that's the same people.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
And you know, but if you go back, what they
don't tell you is these are the same people that.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
Are wrong and wrong regularly.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
I went back and I checked, for example, ABC, in
the last three months of their campaign. There wasn't a
single ABC poll out there that got the election result
even close to right. You know, they they had Kamala
Harris winning by by four points. They're off by whopping,
you know, six and a half points in this thing.
(12:02):
You know, September twenty third, they had Trump Harris leading
Trump by six points. In September Harris leading Trump by
five points. Why does anyone pay any attention to what
these people have to say?
Speaker 2 (12:14):
It makes no sense at all.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
Now, the White House did announce they have a bunch
of signings they'll do later in the show today, but
we know what's coming out the White House announcing eighty
five miles of new border wall is now under construction.
They're spotlighting the arrest the criminal illegals by displaying their
mugshots on the White House lawn. The President will also
have other you know, well, first, a couple of things.
(12:39):
You know, they've had some great success over the weekend.
They rounded up nearly eight hundred Biden illegals, including a
convicted murderer suspected terrorists over the weekend, you have two
illegal aliens been arrested for stealing Christy Nomes handbag. There
was a favorite terrorist nightclub. Federal authorities announcing Sunday. This
(13:00):
is in Colorado Springs where illegal aliens were arrested, including
MS thirteen gang members.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
According to the report.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Democrats, you know, even Henry Quaar is pushing back against
his own party over there in their stance on immigration,
and they continue to fight amongst themselves whether it's a
good idea to champion the rights of this guy, this
student Khalil, and this guy of Brego Garcia, you know.
And Republicans, by the way, rolling out sixty eight nine
(13:31):
billion dollars in new funding for CBP agents that would
be a huge success. Is the biggest national security preventable
national security failure that we've ever seen in our lifetime.
We're going to get to this issue of the Democrats
and this rogue justice in Milwaukee, Judge Hannah Dugan, and
(13:52):
why they absolutely did the right thing. If you ate
in a bet in law breaking, that's what's going to happen.
You're going to get arrest it, you're going to be charged.
It's called obstruction. It has a name. And this this
is a clear cut case. Is not a difficult case.
By the way. On the economy, the Trump administration is
(14:13):
fast tracking new mining projects, which I think is critical.
IBM announced plans to invest one hundred and fifty billion
to expand their US based quantum computer production. I don't
think it's a bad idea, considering AI is going to
be replacing a lot of jobs. But gen Z workers
now opting out of college and heading into the trades,
(14:35):
about two million fewer students according to experts. And you know,
on the terrifyight, you know, the president is making the
adjustments as we go. I would expect movement on that
issue probably the next two to three weeks for sure.
You know, we watched, for example, our dependence on China
for so many you know, PPP, what do you call it?
Speaker 2 (14:56):
Or you know, masks and.
Speaker 1 (14:59):
Gloves PPE during COVID and even prescription drugs. I mean,
don't you think it's time we bring production of these
things that are vital to our national security back home
in case, God forbid there's a COVID two point zero,
which will freak Linda out.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Go to help us.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
So there's been this obsession and a couple of good
articles about it, won by Greg Jarrett, one analysis by
Jonathan Turley. They both are pretty much on the same page.
And this is not a complicated issue. It's not a
case that is even in dispute. You have a Milwaukee
(15:37):
County judge, Hannah Dugan is her name, was arrested by
the FBI on obstruction charges for her role in the
attempt by a Milwaukee resident illegal immigrant to evade ICE
agents that were there to arrest them. And anyway, it's
pretty unbelievable the circumstances when you look at it in
(16:00):
this particular case, and again arrested for aiding in a
betting or obstructing the arrest of somebody that had already
been determined by the courts to be in the country illegally.
So quote, there's you do process question. This isn't a
Milwaukee man like a Marilyn man. No, it's not that
who happened to be in the courtroom being charged with
(16:22):
domestic violence charges. Anyway, So what happened here is, you know,
and Greg Jared was interesting. He said, we apply law
to facts, we don't apply feelings to facts. Okay, So
facts are a very dangerous thing here, and what you
had here is you had a criminal complaint and a
(16:45):
supporting affidavit in this case about what happened, and the
judge in this case Dugan got very angry knowing that
ICE agents were outside. They had been notified to arrest
this person after the court proceeding on domestic violence that
he was presiding over. Anyway, once outside, the defendant again
(17:09):
facing domestic abuse charges, would have been arrested. The court
was fully aware of that. Then they did something they
don't do for anybody else. Instead of the defendant going
out the normal way through the court door, the judge
(17:29):
in this particular case gave a special dispensation if you will,
and intentionally misdirected federal agents away from this guy as
he was leaving the courtroom as they were prepared to
arrest him outside of the courtroom. Here now, federal authorities
found that the defendant had been deported to his home
(17:50):
country and by the way they reinstated, he re entered
the United States illegally and it immigration officials determined he
was subject to removal proceedings again and this is a
chronic abuser illegal immigrant. Anyway, a team of deportation officers
the FBI planned to arrest this guy, and they informed
(18:15):
the court officials about their intentions. They waited outside the
courtroom where a woman took photographs of two team members.
The woman later identified as an attorney for the Public
Defender's office. They described these Plaine clothes officers to the
clerk of the judge Dugan's clerk. A witness told investigators
Dugan left the bench and she and another judge, both
(18:37):
wearing judicial robes, approached the team members. Witnesses then uniformally
reported that Dugan was visibly upset, had a confrontational, angry demeanor,
and the affidavit says. The affidavit goes on to say
Dugan ordered the team to go to the chief Judge's office.
According to witnesses, Dugan alleged allegedly then escorted the guy
(19:00):
who's in our country illegally up on domestic abuse charges,
and they escorted him out of the courtroom through the
jury door, which leads to a non public area of
the courthouse. According to the affi, David and according to
the courtroom deputy, only deputies, jury's court staff, and in
(19:22):
custody defendants are allowed to be escorted through this back
door way. Defense attorneys defendants who are not in custody,
you know, never use the jury door. Another officer noticed
that this illegal and his lawyer were on an elevator,
alert to members of the arrest team that they were
sneaking them out the back door and anyway. They spot
(19:45):
him near a flagpole outside the courthouse. He sees that
they spot him, he turns around, he sprints down the street.
According to the AFFI, David and the officers finally caught Florrees,
handcuffed him and deta this guy. Now everyone is up
in arms of the fact that this judge, who was
(20:06):
completely out of line and trying to aid in a
bet in law breaking, is somehow that the Justice Department
did the wrong thing in this case, you know, But
just the opposite is true. Jonathan Turley in his piece
points out Amy clover char saying this is not normal. No,
it's not normal, because when you have a judge becoming
(20:28):
a law breaker and trying to obstruct an effort to
arrest a guy and was told that the arrest was
right after the court proceeding, you know, no, that's not
normal by any definition. And then he goes on to
say sources, you know, say officials arrived arrived in the courtroom.
When they went to the chief Judge's office, Dugan directed
(20:50):
the defendent his attorney out the side door. Now, that
is an active effort to help the suspect elude police
who are carrying out their lawful function. Never mind the
supremacy clause which gives them authority over any state or
local jurisdiction.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
But that's a side note, you know.
Speaker 1 (21:09):
And as Jonathan Turley writes out, the judicial robe is
not sort of some form of invisibility cloak that allows
judges to engage and alleged criminal acts. And as the
complaint continues, that this guy allegedly attacked three individuals after
an altercation with his roommate about playing loud music, and
(21:31):
then allegedly struck his roommate approximately thirty times with a
closed fist fist and then attacked his girlfriend and a
third person. This is a violent illegal immigrant, according to
the allegations. The evasion of police at the courthouse required
officers then to chase this guy down the street, which
(21:52):
of course puts the ice officers in further jeopardy. And
this is not a game. If this woman did is dangerous.
What this woman did is unlawful, you know, opening up
a side door and allowing this guy to escape, and
then a foot chase ensued and not only put law
(22:14):
enforcement at risk, that put citizens outside the courtroom at risk.
And then days later Dougan was arrested on courthouse grounds
in charge with federal obstruction and concealment, which, by the way,
conviction carries a maximum sentence of six years behind bars.
Now why shouldn't that have happened? What if I did that?
(22:36):
What if you did that? What if any other American
did that? And this, like the case of Brego Garcia
or Khalil, is now the latest cause celeba of the
radical left. You know, this is a clown show. You know,
facts matter, laws matter, And these are the same people
that were going after Donald Trump for any minor, minor infraction.
(23:01):
And if they couldn't, you know, they made up the
whole Russia collusion hoax, a whole double standard when it
comes to our system of justice, when with top secret
classified information, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton had one standard and
Donald Trump had another standard. The dirty dossier never verified,
totally completely now debunked, and they were warned not to
(23:24):
use it, but they used it anyway for four separate
visa warrants. Nobody gets held accountable. Nobody gets held accountable
when a court system. Nobody in the press seemed to
give a damn. And we'll get into this with Mark
Awpern later and at the top of the next hour.
You know, the President of the White House Correspondence associated
We are not the enemy of the people, know, but
(23:44):
the institution of the media, legacy media is one of
peddling lies, conspiracy theories, and a political agenda. They've been
trying to shove down the throat of the American people,
just like they're trying to do it today by creating
a false nar if the Donald Trump is oh hated
by the American people after one hundred days record, No,
(24:05):
it's not. Meanwhile, ignoring the Democrats that have the lowest
approval ratings they've ever had in history, you know, ignoring
the petulant side of the Democratic Party, ignoring their you know,
the Party of Anger, the party that has now been
taken over by the radicals, the parties whose leadership is
afraid of the radicals with their stupid sit ins and
(24:28):
singings and and chanting and f bombs and bingo paddles.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
I will build this world from love. I will this
world from your bed.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
Yadada yadadadai. I don't know what they're smoking, but it's bizarre,
you know. Uh, you had Hakeem Jeffreys and several Democrats,
not a lot of them taking part in this hour's
long sit in with their singing going on, and you know,
(25:05):
against the budget proposals that Donald Trump and Republicans. Anyway,
the Reverend William Barber talked about principles over party. Jeffrey
Keem Jefferies brought up the Civil Rights Civil War rather
to describe the current climate in the US. Reminds me
of a letter that Ulysses Grant was said to have
sent at the start of the Civil War. He set
(25:27):
the tone in comparison by describing the Civil War as
a moment a great turmoil in the country, the country
literally tearing itself apart. Well, what are they doing. They're
the ones with the Bengo cards, They're the ones singing.
They're the ones that wouldn't stand for mothers that lost
their children. They're the ones that wouldn't stand for a
young man that beat cancer. You know, now there's a
(25:49):
big story about how Democrats are based embracing the F
bomb in congressional campaign messaging.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
Well, that's going to get them far.
Speaker 1 (25:59):
And look at the leadership if Jakim Jeffreys and Chuck
Schumer scared to death of the squad, scared to death
of AOC, and Bernie Sanders passing the torch off to her,
scared to death of Jasmine Crockett, it was funny. Adam Schiff, actually,
I guess was on Real Time with Bill mar this weekend,
apparently told the story and recalled an experience where he
(26:21):
had his luggage stolen from his car in San Francisco,
and he didn't heed the warnings from others about not
leaving valuables in your car in San Francisco, and he
said the most memorable thing about the experience, I went
to a target in South San Francisco at ten o'clock
at night. I'm getting toiletries and that I'm going to
need for my next two days in the city. You know,
(26:42):
I had to get the clerk, which was hard to find,
to unlock the shampoo or whatever. So that's one thing.
Then I get to the cashier. The cashier asked me
if I want one of those target bags with the
little bullseye on it, and I said, yes, that target
bag is going to be my luggage for the next
two days anyway, And he asked me what happened. I
told her and basically said, in not so many words,
(27:04):
ye had Democrats are a holes. And I thought, you know,
the cashier in South San Francisco at ten o'clock at
night believes that Democrats are a holes because the shampoo
was locked up and my stuff got stolen out of
a trunk and we got a major problem. We have
to like, hello, where have you been? And you're fighting
for Abrego Garcia and Khalil and fighting for a judge
(27:29):
that is aiding and a betting a guy getting out
of out of you know, away from ice agents. Even
James Crazy Carvell is warning that Bernie Sanders and AOC
are leading the Democrats over the cliff anyway. On his
Politics war Room podcast, he claimed Democrats have candidates who
are staggeringly more talented than Sanders and AOC, and it's
(27:52):
time to start getting these alternative candidates in front of voters.
There's truly depth and talent in the Democratic Party. Talking
about today is Pritzker, the governor of Illinois. Who is
a disaster. I want to talk about Gavin Newsom. We're
the fourth largest economy. And in spite of what Fox
News says, just look at Gavin's track record. It is
(28:16):
a disaster in the state of California and in large
part of his making. And he's done nothing to address
it except make excuses for it and just in his
mind sounding good doing it.
Speaker 2 (28:29):
Don't worry.
Speaker 1 (28:29):
They have the media by them side the White House.
Uh oh, we have Pritzker. Let's play Pritzker.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
Never before in my life have I called for mass protests,
for mobilization, for disruption, but I am now. Oh, you're
not the moment of peace.
Speaker 1 (28:51):
They have to understand that we will fight their freeny
with every.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
Megaphone and microphone that we have.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
We must fascinate them on the soap and then punish
them at the ballot box. Okay, add him to the
Jasmine Crockett AOC Bernie Sanders squad team because he's a
nut with a horrific record in Illinois as well. By
the way, they ever resolve that murder problem that's been
(29:20):
going on in Chicago now forever. No, they have not
eight hundred and nine four one SHAW. If you want
to be a part of the program,
