Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, thanks Scott Shannon and our two Sean Hannity
Show told free it's eight hundred and ninety four one
sewn if you want to be a part of the program.
So a gag order that barred President Donald Trump from
ever commenting about court personnel, et cetera, et cetera, or
you know, pretty much, you know, putting a muzzle on
(00:21):
somebody that is being slandered every day in the courtroom.
As far as I'm concerned, anyway, has been temporarily lifted
by an appella judge who raised the issue of something
called freedom of speech. I thought that was pretty fundamental
freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press,
but apparently not in in this America. You know, the
(00:44):
most outrageous part of this. You got this very abusively
biased judge. He had already determined, you know, before the
case even began. This is a civil trial, you know,
gave a summary judgment against President Trump. Arthur and Goron
is now and this guy is the same guy.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
You know.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
Remember, this whole case is based on the idea whether
or not the Trump corporation had artificially inflated the prices
of their properties that they own as a means of
getting better rates from banks, loan rates, et cetera, better
insurance rates as well.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
And yet this.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Guy is sticking to this obscene, absurd of a joke
that mar A Lago is worth eighteen million dollars when
I have shown you on television over and over again
that a lot that's two acres on the ocean with
nothing on it but dirt is two hundred million dollars.
Now at mar Alago, you have over twenty acres, you
(01:43):
have a historic property that has a club that's on
both the inner coastal side of Palm Beach and the
beach side of Palm Beach on the ocean side, at
thirty some odd bathrooms, a complete, you know, beautiful mansion,
beautiful property. Many people both are estimating anywhere between eight
hundred million to over a billion dollars. And then the judge,
(02:07):
you know, value, puts a valuation of eight million. The
very thing they're accusing the Trump organization of is the
very thing they're guilty of. Now, remember this case was
brought by an Attorney general in New York that campaigned
very loudly and very clearly against one man, Donald Trump,
one organization, the Trump organization and one family, the Trump family,
(02:29):
and that's what this case is all about. I don't
think they have a prayer on appeal. I think with
this judge, you just will never get a fair trial
of your last name's Trump. So you know, at least
finally in a pellan court judge has lifted the gag
order that never should have been put in place in
the first place. Anyway, President Trump's attorney in this case,
Alena Haba, is with us as well as Greg Jared.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
Don't forget.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
By the way, Greg's new book is out and already
it's the bestseller. The Constitution of the United States and
other patriotic documents. He analyzes in great detail and puts
a lot of context into Welcome you both back to
the program.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
Happy Friday, Happy Friday.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
All right, Elena, did I pretty much capture everything that's
gone on in this case, except maybe I didn't mention
that not one lender, not one insurance company, ever complained
one bit, and that in every contract in the Trump
organization it tells every lender, every insurance company not to
use their valuations, but that they have a fiduciary responsibility
(03:30):
to value things themselves.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
That's right, on top of that, they had their own
accounting team, who's a top accounting firm, putting together their valuations,
putting together their statement of financial condition, with sophisticated lenders
like Deutsche Bank, who we all know when you use
a sophisticated lender, even if you don't use a sophisticated lender,
there are rules and regulations about getting a loan, and
they do their own due diligence. But this judge and
(03:56):
Letitia James have a political vendetta. They are going after
Trump to make a name for themselves, and unfortunately, every
decision we've seen that's so radical left. We've had to
go up to the A Pellet Division and then have reversed.
The gag order that you talked about was not just
for President Trump, extended to me, extended to his legal team,
and we were not even allowed Sean to object in court.
(04:19):
I could not.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
I think one of my favorite lines of the judges,
I'm not here to listen to him, meaning Donald Trump,
who was on the stand defending himself.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
Well, then what are you there for?
Speaker 3 (04:33):
That's what I said. Why am I here? Why am
I getting paid? You're not here to hear what he
has to say, what does that mean? That's not that's
where's my due process rights? Where's his due process right?
You know, this judge has been really unhinged, and I know,
you know, I spoke outside the courtroom about it, but
I wish there were cameras in there, and I know
that the President is currently asking for that in his
future trials, because we need to make sure things are
(04:55):
fair and right now they're not. The American people need
to see what we're up again. You know, I wish
they had seen Michael Cohen go down and admit to
perjury time and time again when I cross examined him
in the trial. It's he's been the impetus to a
lot of problems for the president because he makes things
up and there's not a tribunal he hasn't liked. So
outside of that, you got it completely right.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
It's a joke.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
MERI lock was worth eighteen million, banks made money to
lose money, and he's never defaulted once. They're just coming
after the company, the kids for nothing because they want
to go outside and make a political stance. It's really disturbing,
you know.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
And then it gets worse because now we have a
case where the Special Council and the Joe Biden document scandal.
Apparently he's only going to get a stern lecture, Greg Jarrett,
is that a double standard sounds.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
Like it's to me, absolutely, it's a double standard, the
dual system of justice. It will be perceived by the
American public that way. Sean Biden and Trump both did
the same thing, retained classified documents. Only one get charged.
And yes there are differences between the two cases. But
try to explain that to voters, many of whom are
(06:07):
already convinced that the foreign indictments against Trump are politically motivated,
and there's a protection racket for Joe Biden run by
the Department of Justice and the FBI, And you know,
reportedly Special Counsel Robert Hurre, as you said, will be
sharply critical of Biden, but bring no charges. Well, that's
(06:31):
James Comy two point zero, isn't it. When he stood
in front of television cameras said Hillary was reckless and
negligent in handling classified documents, which by the way, are
crimes in and of themselves under the law. But then
Comy performs this absurd legal paraett claiming no reasonable prosecutor
(06:52):
would bring such a case, which is obviously ludicrous. Prosecutors
across America would have loved to bring such an easy case.
This is one of the major reasons why Hillary Clinton lost,
and so in the same way, it could dramatically affect
Joe Biden's chances for reelection.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
Yeah, it's pretty amazing.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
I want to get your take on this, Elena, because
you know, if everything we have been saying about a
dual justice system can be summed up in this entire
document issue, because top secret classified emails on the server
of Hillary Clinton, no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. And then
in the case of Joe Biden, for separate locations, he's
(07:38):
not being charge.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
Neither one of them got rated.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
And how does anybody objectively look at these three cases
and not see that justice is anything but blind, but
justice is politicized and weaponized in this case against your client,
Donald J.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
Trump, You can't.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
Another important fact about the Biden versus is Trump disparagement
here is that Joe Biden was not president when he
retained those documents. He didn't have the Presidential Records Act
to allow him to remove documents, to declassify documents and
take them to his home. There was a skiff at
merri Lago after he left. He had the right. At
(08:21):
the end of the day, we are seeing the most
corruption we've ever seen. They love to get up and
say no one is above the law. Greg Jared, I'm
sure you've heard of a million times, right, no one
is above the law. Well, why is it that the
Democrats are Why do we see it time and time again?
It is so disturbing. And I really do think, much
like the Lutitia James case, much like Da Bragg, once
(08:42):
these trials start, the American people, if they get a
view inside, and I most certainly will be very vocal
on every single one of these cases, if they get
of view inside, you will see how bad it actually is.
And it's far worse than ever imagined.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
I can tell you that it really is.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
And well, let me ask you. You said you wanted
cameras in the courtroom. Why do you think that would
benefit the Trump defense?
Speaker 3 (09:10):
Because the truth is good. You know, they'll spin things,
the radical left media, you know, unfortunately, the CNN, all
of these journalists that are sitting in court with me.
I've watched it's been on trial now for two months.
I'll sit there and see how they spin something that
I'm sitting there listening to and I'm looking at the
live feed on the New York Times. It's not accurate.
(09:32):
It's missing the good stuff. And you can't, unfortunately, rely
on some journalists because the ones that are being widespread
are sending disinformation and you don't get to hear all
the facts because the days when we have our expert
testimony saying that in this trial there has been absolutely
no fraud, there was no press in the room. Sean,
(09:53):
there was no press. It was so it was so disturbing.
So I have to go out and make clear what
happened in the courtroom. But when Letitia James put on
her case in chief, the room was packed. So it's
really a shame. And that's why I think the American
people should have a right to see what really happened,
to see how he cooperated with the FBI, how he
cooperated with the document's case, how he didn't cite an insurrection,
(10:17):
he didn't do anything fraudulent on his statement of financial condition,
and on and on and on and on.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
Let me let me ask you for a practical matter.
I'll ask both of you this. You know how does
somebody the leading candidate for the opposition party, the Republican Party,
against Joe Biden. How did they get to run a
campaign when there may be as many as four criminal
trials in an election year, all of the issues involving
these trials going back multiple years. If they were that egregious,
(10:48):
Greg Jarrett, why didn't they bring the charges much earlier
because they.
Speaker 4 (10:52):
Wanted to time it to influence unduly the presidential election.
So they waited and waited, and then they launched it
all pretty much simultaneously for different indictments at the same time.
You know, in two of the cases, the fraud civil
case Jack Smith, Washington case over J six, you know,
(11:14):
demanding a gag order, which is blatantly unconstitutional. Prior restraint
on free speech, a presumptive violation of the First Amendment.
And here that violation is especially acute because the person
being gagged is running for public office. He has an
(11:35):
elevated right to speak freely in defense of himself. Tell
me how it's okay for prosecutors to stand in front
of cameras and tell the nation that Donald Trump is
absolutely guilty in the court of public opinion, but Trump
is prohibited from responding in kind to defend himself, to
(11:58):
criticize not just the prosecutors bringing the case, but bias
judge like Arthur Inglene, whose name happens to rhyme with moron.
And you know, this is a guy whose behavior on
the bench has been bizarre, riven with bias, loves the
attention and enamorred of his sudden status, mugs for the cameras.
(12:20):
The fix is in on this case in some of
the other cases, and Donald Trump's only ability to counter
all of this the abusive power of prosecutors who are
politically driven, is the First Amendment and his ability to
speak freely.
Speaker 1 (12:40):
The problem is these cases are all from years ago,
and the trials will take place during an election year.
And as we saw in the Appellate court, this s
gag order was overturned. I would imagine sort of like
what happened to then Virginia Governor Bob McDonald. He was
convicted on what eleven accounts and every one of them
(13:04):
was vacated by the Supreme Court unanimously. But that was
three years later. So any appeal where I think President
Trump would have a much fairer chance at justice, that'll
happen after the election. Now do you believe, Elena, this
is by design?
Speaker 3 (13:23):
Of course it is. It's election interference at its finest.
I mean, look, Georgia, that happened when he was president.
That is they've just been sitting there. It's a state
level court. I mean, the fact that we're even in
that scenario with a presidential candidate is insane to me.
The amount of co conspirators is not a coincidence. So
(13:45):
that they flee out and they cooperate. This is a classic.
They're bringing mob charges against President Trump. Mob charges. It's insane.
They're doing it so he's off the campaign trail, so
that he because they literally cannot win unless they tache
him out, and they can't do it in a fair manner,
they can't do it in a constitutional manner. So they're
(14:05):
so desperate, Sean, That's the only way I could describe it,
utter desperation. And Trump arrangement does exist in our judicial system.
I've seen it firsthand. It's bizarre. And when you see
some of these rulings, you just wonder how they still
have a robe. I mean, where's your dignity, your ethics?
You're making these decisions. They so politically so that you
(14:26):
can tie him.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
I don't think he can get a fair trial by
any New York charge. I don't think he can get
a fair trial in Washington, d C. I don't think
he can get one on Fulton County. Maybe he might
be able to get one down in Florida. But to
run for president and have to face this during an
election year, not only is it unprecedented, I'm sorry, it
(14:49):
just reeks of all things political, Alina, Thank you Greg Jarrett.
By the way, Congress on the new book The Constitution
of the United States and other patriotic documents, and Greg's greater.
Speaker 2 (14:59):
Now all right, let me you know.
Speaker 1 (15:02):
It's funny because earlier this week all the Democrats have
been out there with the horror that is the Biden economy,
begging Joe Biden to stop running on quote Biden comics.
Why because Americans in every poll are not buying it.
Joe Biden has now had two polls showing him with
(15:22):
the lowest approval ratings in his presidency thirty six thirty
seven percent, respectively. Now he's losing to not one, not two,
but three Republican presidential candidates in the polls in a
head to head matchup for twenty twenty four, and the
poll before that showed Donald Trump over Biden in five
(15:43):
swing states out of six, not looking good for Joe Biden.
So I think that means the likelihood is there that
they're going to try and replace him. Yeah, I think
all these poles are scaring the living hell out of Democrats.
And you know that dust up earlier in the week
with David Axelrod was not done by accident. I think
that was done on purpose. But still you've got these
(16:04):
sick offense, these these people that are just brain dead,
people that are just disconnected from the sixty somewhat percent
of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, and they think they
can go out there with their phony happy face as
if inflation is not impacting every American. Interest rates are
not impacting every American. High gas prices are not impacting
(16:26):
every American. High diesel prices putting up the price of
every item we buy in every store we go to,
that it's not impacting Americans. You know, if you look
listen to circle back Jensaki, I guess she was on
with liberal Joe. You know, Biden's numbers show that seventy
five percent of Americans are happy with where they are economically.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
That's not true.
Speaker 1 (16:50):
Show me the poll that you're referring to, and I'm
not sure I'd believe it if I saw it. Pepe
buld to judge out there saying, you know, the Biden
economy just it's phenomenal and we're just getting started.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
Listen.
Speaker 5 (17:02):
And what's so frustrating of the White House is that
they have numbers that show seventy seventy five percent of
Americans are happy with where they are economically.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
Yeah, the data doesn't always make sense.
Speaker 6 (17:14):
I can tell you from shanging my head against the wall.
Communicating about the economy from the White House for two
presidents over many years, it is very difficult to do.
You can't tell people how they feel about the economy.
They are going to decide how they feel about the economy.
And the challenge for the Biden White House right now
is they need to make up some ground on the
economy in terms of how the American public feels. That
(17:35):
they're spending lots of money on paid media to do that.
Speaker 3 (17:38):
But really the question is should they actually.
Speaker 6 (17:40):
Be focusing on the contrast with Trump and fascism and
the threat he is and should they be spending more
time on that.
Speaker 7 (17:47):
President Biden heard the American people loud and clear, and
under his leadership it finally happened. Yeah, let's remember all
through that first year commentation, skeptics said that nothing could
be done on a bipartisan basis in today's Washington. But
together we passed a once in a generation investment that
(18:09):
is building a stronger America.
Speaker 2 (18:11):
And so we got to work.
Speaker 7 (18:13):
We have come a long way, but most of our
work is still ahead of us.
Speaker 2 (18:17):
The work we're doing.
Speaker 7 (18:18):
Right now will ensure that the America we know, the
America we love, will be even better for future generations
and for President Biben and for this whole administration.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
It starts with.
Speaker 7 (18:28):
Delivering on the very basic thing and make people's everyday
life possible. And the great news is we're just getting started.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
So my question is is that how you see it?
Because we'll no a year from now whether or not
the American people are seeing it. Like Jensaki, Liberal Joe
Scarborough and Pete Voodoo judge. All right, let's get to
our busy phones. Let me go to Pearl and Brooklyn.
If this is Pearl and Brooklyn, that can only mean
one thing.
Speaker 2 (18:59):
Our mother.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
It was a woman named Hannah who always called this
program and was a Holocaust survivor.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
Am I right, Pearl and.
Speaker 8 (19:07):
Brooklyn, Yes, you are one right.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
And we missed your mom. You wrote me the nicest
letter after she passed away. We loved her. I know
she's looking down on us today and probably looking down
in horror because what she lived through, you know, seems
to be unfolding yet again. It seems it not seems
to it unfolded again on October seventh. And there are
(19:33):
so many people I am shocked that are buying into
the sick, ugly twisted ideology of virulent anti Semitism.
Speaker 2 (19:43):
It's so sad, very sad.
Speaker 8 (19:46):
And thank you once again for being a close friend
to my mother and my family and my mother of voice.
And she loved, she loved, She saw you, heard you,
and saw you twice a day, never missed the day.
Three hours on radio, one hour on TV. I wanted
to tell you and your audience that you know, my
(20:09):
parents were survivors, and I wonder today what my mother
would say, how would she feel? I know she would
be scared and devastated, But Sean, my mother would not
be in disbelief. She said, history repeats itself and it
can happen in this country too. Anti Semitism will never
(20:32):
go away, and we have to be aware of our
surroundings and be very careful. That is what she said.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
You know, your mom lived through something that no human
beings should ever have to live through, and she survived
the Holocaust. What about all those that did not? Six
million plus Jewish people slaughtered, murdered, you know, but what
led up to it was a lot of the language
(21:02):
we are hearing at what they call pro Palestinian rallies.
What is your reaction to, you know, congresswoman to leave
or you know, from the river to the sea, or
calls for Antifada, or you know, calls for the destruction
of the state of Israel. We have heard it on
(21:50):
our college campuses. We've heard it around the country. We've
heard it in your state of New York. We have
heard it all throughout Europe. I never thought we'd hear
out of Australia, guessed the Jews at the Jews, but
we heard that too. What is your reaction to that?
Because your mom was a Holocaust survivor.
Speaker 8 (22:07):
Yes, the squad with Teleib and alc and others. I'm
disgusted at the fact that they are in Congress today.
I don't understand it. I understand, yes they were elective elected,
but when they preach anti Semitism and hatred, that should
(22:29):
be against the law. If they were for the KKK
or the or Nazis which are here in this country,
also wouldn't they act. They act immediately upon that, because
then that cannot happen. But for the Jews, everyone attacks
the Jews. If it's attacking the Jews, they jump on
(22:49):
the bandwagon. And it's very difficult for me at this
time because I was born in bergen Belsen, which was
the DP camp where Anne Frank was murdered. It was
an it was a notorious concentration camp and after that
it was turned into a DP displaced person's camp. Growing
(23:12):
up with my parents, I heard that I listened to
their experiences at Forefront. In my mind, I wake up
every morning listening to my mother's voice about the Nazis
and the SS. She told me that a Jew was
not allowed outside, not allowed to go to work, school
(23:36):
or in the playground. The Nazis ordered each person to
wear a yellow armband with the star of David. Now
she had to make these and there was no nothing
to make. She made the armband and she used onion
skin to make it yellow. On February twenty fourth, in
(23:57):
her small town in Poland, in the middle of the night,
in the winter, the Nazis invaded their town, dragged all
the Jewish people out of their homes, lined them up outside.
No coat, no shoes, no pajamas. There was an open
grave ready for the Jews. My mother was standing next
(24:18):
to her best friend who was holding her baby boy,
the ss It's The Nazi soldier walked towards them and
grabbed the baby. The mother ran after the Nazi and
then the mother ran to take the baby away from him,
and he shot the baby and the mother.
Speaker 1 (24:37):
It sounds familiar, Sean, I am so afraid for what
this can turn into. All right, quick break right back
more with Pearl. Her mom used to call this program regularly.
Sadly she recently passed away, and she was a survivor
of the Holocaust, told us the horrors of the Holocaust.
But we'll have more with her daughter, Pearl on the
(24:58):
other side. So I have a personal security strategy. I've
been I've had a pistol carry permit my entire adult life.
Speaker 2 (25:07):
Now I am proud to tell.
Speaker 1 (25:09):
You that I also have as part of my strategy
a non lethal option thanks to the great advancement in technology,
and that means all things Burner by RNA dot com.
Speaker 2 (25:22):
You got to see these videos. Now.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
It looks like a pistol, and it looks like a
rifle the mission for and it fires like a pistol,
fires like a rifle. There's no recoil except maybe you know,
Linda likes the pink burner, the orange burner, the yellow burner.
I like the black one myself, or the camel one
or the American Flag one. But anyway, it shoots projectiles
(25:46):
that release once you hit a perpetrator or even hit
anywhere near perpetrator, it releases two pepper sprays and tear gas.
It's legal in all fifty states. You don't need a
permit or a backround check. And the great thing is
it incapacitates any perpetrator and it works. And these Burner
(26:07):
launchers also they've come up with twelve gauge AMMO. In
other words, projectiles you can put in your own shotcut.
How cool is that? And have an option a non
lethal option because maybe maybe you're in a situation that
doesn't call for deadly force, but still your life is
in jeopardy. Anyway, Linda, you've been practicing with yours. You
(26:27):
love it as much as I do.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
I do.
Speaker 9 (26:29):
And the reason that I like orange and pink, not
that I don't like it already, is because New York
doesn't allow you to have the black burner because it
looks so much like a real gun. So I use
the orange one, so I take it out. I'm taking
the less lethal approach. And with the amount of attacks
that are coming around these days, you know, you get
the right training, you use it, you save your life,
you don't take somebody else's. I mean, that's a win win.
Speaker 2 (26:47):
It really is. Anyway, you're going to love this technology.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
And if you don't believe it's really powerful, okay and formidable,
go look at their videos. Go to Burner dot com
slash Hannity that's BYRNA dot com slash Hannity and check
it out for yourself. And by going to that website,
once you're convinced it's great, well guess what the best
part is, you're gonna want it for yourself. Berner dot
Com slash Hannity.
Speaker 10 (27:17):
The final hour of The Sean Hannity Show is up next.
Hang on for Sean's conservative solutions.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
As we continue, Pearl is with us.
Speaker 1 (27:32):
Her mom was a Holocaust survivor, and we're talking about
how we never thought we'd hear the type of anti
semitism we're hearing every day. Here's my biggest fear for
what Israel's now facing. Israel now is facing Hamas Islamic
jihad in the south out of Gaza. They're facing his
Bellah out of the north. The Huti rebels have declared
(27:54):
war on the state of Israel. We have rockets being
fired out of Syria. All of this is being orchestrated
and planned and plotted, this whole scheme by Iran, the
mulas in Iran. Iran is now partnered with China and
Russia and North Korea. They are desperately seeking nuclear weapons
(28:15):
and I believe if they ever get them, they will
use them. That would be, you know, beyond a holocaust
in our lifetime.
Speaker 2 (28:25):
And you know the fact that this.
Speaker 1 (28:27):
World is tolerant that so many people don't have the
clear moral clarity of what is going on here, and
the evil unfolding before our eyes should shock anybody that
has a conscience, a mind, and a soul, and I can't.
(28:48):
It is inexplicable to me that here we are, the
few of us saying. And by the way, it did
warm my heart to see the three hundred plus thousand
people show up in Washington this week. But here we
are again fighting a battle against evil that I didn't
think would happen. And that was the evil that your
(29:09):
mother lived through, and now we're living through it again.
And think of every family that knows Hamasa is holding
their loved ones hostage and what they must be going through.
Think of every family of the fourteen hundred slaughtered, what
they must all be going through. And the fact that
the world is not in unison condemning the people responsible
(29:34):
is incomprehensible. And I pray to God that people wake
up soon because it can get worse. Pearl, we love you,
