Speaker 1 (00:01):
All right, thank you Scott Schennan, and thanks to ol
of you for being with us. Here is our toll
free telephone number if you want to be a part
of the program at eight hundred nine to four to
one Sean if you would like to join us. Obviously,
the topic a of the day is Hunter Biden convicted
on all counts and it shouldn't surprise anybody because the

(00:24):
evidence in the case was overwhelming and it was incontrovertible. Ironically,
Joe Biden addressed a gun control group today but failed
to mention his son's conviction on the drug crime that
he was being tried with today. This is so much
deeper than the analysis that I have been listening to

(00:47):
and watching and hearing, and I'm going to give you
all of it. But the evidence was already so overwhelming
and we had gone over this. You know, text messages
between Hunters, his quote dealer introduced by the prosecution that
pretty much sealed his fate. Text messages with his girlfriend,

(01:07):
the former wife of his brother who was dating at
the time after his brother's passing. But you know, all
of which were very very clear, and it didn't take
the jury long to put this together. In a very
friendly venue with a very fair judge. And so they
really weren't the issues that Donald Trump had to face

(01:28):
in New York by any stretch of the imagination. Although
the left is saying, see, we really do have equal
justice under the law in America. No, that's no, because
in the cases in New York, he had a civil
trial where valuation about valuations, and the biggest the person

(01:48):
that made the worst valuations ever ever in the history
of mankind, happened to be the judge and goron in
that case and in the other case. And by the way,
you also we're dealing with, you know, Alvin Bragg, who
ran on a campaign to get Donald Trump. You had
an attorney general that ran on getting Trump. And of course,

(02:11):
you know, we hear these complaints with Merrick Garland, you know,
scorching Trump and his allies for attacks on his weaponized
Department of Justice. Dangerous for people's safety. I don't want
anybody's safety to jeopardize. But I don't want unequal justice
out under the law, just like for example, I don't
want conservatives or Republicans wanting to make things up. But

(02:31):
here's the real story of today, and the real story
is Okay, the guilty verdict is in, but that's not
the big story. The big picture here, the government introduced
into evidence Hunter Biden's laptop from Hell, and they introduced
it as real and they authenticated it. But the FBI

(02:55):
had already just Thenews dot Com, I remember when John
Solomon broke the story. We already knew that in March
of twenty twenty. The FBI knew in March of twenty
twenty that that laptop was real, and that then and
raises a whole series of questions. But more importantly, it
opens up Pandora's box into what else is on the

(03:16):
laptop and what other issues need to be investigated, and
how if we had equal justice and equal application of
our laws in America, this would have happened a long
time ago. And these are the very investigations that have
been going on in the House Judiciary Committee, in Jim
Jordan and the House Oversight Committee and James Comer and

(03:39):
the House Ways and Means Committee. Jason Smith that, of
course the media mob has ignored we have not ignored
it and all the various things that they have been
able to find, you know, outside of the laptop. But
the laptop being a little bit of a roadmap to this.
But the fact that the government introduced this and the

(03:59):
FBI I testified in this case. Yet the laptop is real,
it's been authenticated as real, that it has never been
tampered with is also an important aspect of this. Well,
then it leads to a whole series of other issues
that need to be investigated as it relates to Hunter

(04:20):
Biden and the Biden family syndicate as I call it,
and that means Joe Biden himself. And if we didn't
have a weaponized, politicized Department of Justice, this would have
all happened a long time ago. I mean, Hunter Biden
repeatedly saying over and over again, I have no idea
if the laptop is his. He knew damn well that
the laptop was his. The FBI knew in twenty twenty

(04:42):
the laptop was his. Joe Biden knew that the laptop
was his. I mean, kind of hard to make up
the pictures of Hunter with the women and the gun
and the laptop, et cetera. But it's all been authenticated.
But the FBI already knew that. And then it raises
a whole bunch of other questions about the twenty twenty election.

(05:06):
And then it does you know, we now have two
elections in a row where you have deep state figures
that are putting cinder blocks on the scales of an election.
Forget about cinder blocks on the scales of justice. So
Joe Biden lied to the American people. Well, fifty one
former intel officials, you know, all say it has the

(05:27):
all the fingerprints of a Russian disinformation effort. You mean
the fifty one former intelligence officials, none of whom ever
looked at the laptop, None of them, none of whom
knew anything about the laptop, all of whom wanted Joe
Biden elected. Now that we know that they have authenticated

(05:48):
the laptop, and they were contacted by Foxnews dot Com
and asked if they regret saying something to the American
people in just a few short weeks before the twenty
twenty election that was actually inaccurate, that likely had an
impact on that the result of that very close election.
None of them regreted. They don't regret it because they

(06:08):
got the outcome that they all wanted. And then on
top of that, you can add, well, the media mobs,
they of course ran interference for the for the Biden campaign,
why they wanted Joe Biden elected. And then of course
you have the FBI. And this runs even deeper, because
you might recall again back to Solomon breaking the story,

(06:31):
the FBI authenticated the laptop in March of twenty twenty. Okay,
fast forward to the summer of twenty twenty, you might recall.
If you don't, I'll remind you that the FBI was
meeting regularly, taking time away from investigating the alleged domestic
terrorists moms and dads at school board meetings that dared

(06:54):
to protest, you know, and demand that their children will
being taught age appropriate material. But they took the limited
man power that they had to meet on a weekly
basis with big tech companies, and among the things that
they were warning big tech companies was that they may
be victims of a misinformation or foreign disinformation campaign, and

(07:17):
that foreign disinformation campaign may be about Joe Biden, it
may be about Hunter Biden. And then you take it
a step further. Even though the FBI had authenticated the
Hunter Biden laptop, when in fact the New York Post
story broke, big tech companies like Facebook and Twitter they

(07:37):
went to the FBI and asked the question, according to reports,
is this what you were warning us about? Or is
this true? The FBI knew the answer that it was true.
They knew it wasn't the misinformation they were warning them about,
and they wouldn't tell them or give them an answer.
The net result of that was all Big Tech made

(08:00):
the decision to censor any sharing at all whatsoever of
the New York Post very real story about Hunter's very
real laptop, which would have had a dramatic impact in
my view, and I think in the view of anybody
that has any political sense on the twenty twenty election.
So the FBI pretty much ran a protection racket, not

(08:23):
unlike what happened in twenty sixteen when Hillary Clinton top
secret classified information on her servers and but no reasonable
prosecutor would prosecute. According to James Comy, never mind the
thirty thousand deleted emails that had been subpoenaed that were
washed away with bleach bit You mean like with a cloth. Yeah,

(08:43):
that those thirty thousand plus emails and the devices that
were destroyed with hammers, and the SIM cards that were
removed from these devices. So think about this, you have
Joe Biden lying, Hunter Biden lying, You got wink and
Tony Blinket organizing Joe Biden's supporters that were formerly in

(09:04):
the intelligence community to go along with something that they
had no idea of the veracity of, which is, oh,
this has all the fingerprints of Russian disinformation, all to
lie to the American people to influence the outcome of
that election. They have the media mob predictably doing the
same thing the FBI, you know, pre bunking the entire

(09:26):
story about the laptop. They knew that laptop story was
coming out. How do we know that? Because the FBI
knew that Rudy Giuliani's then attorney, Bob Costello, had a
copy of Hunter Biden's laptop, and they knew the odds
were very, very high that this was all gonna leak
before the twenty twenty election, which it did, and it

(09:47):
leaked to the New York Post and then Big Tech.
If I'm not on social media, it wasn't on a
I believe at the time either was Ion in twenty twenty,
I don't think so, Linda. I think you guys had
taken my passwords away from me. By that we did Okay,
so I had no access to my own media accounts.
I still buy social media accounts and I don't. But
if you try to share this directly, just with a

(10:10):
friend and a direct message of some kind, that was
prohibited as well. That's the level of deep censorship that
went on. I mean, it's absolutely insane, but that's what happened.
And now that the laptop has been authenticated, now we
have a lot of other questions to ask because, as

(10:31):
far as I'm concerned, the tax charge, crimes that eventually
came up here and this gun charge, this is low
hanging fruit. This isn't the real issues that should concern Americans.
I want to know about Joe Biden and his big
lie that he never talked to his son or his

(10:54):
brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
I'd like to know about that. I'd also so like
to know why you know, Weiss, remember the guy that
prosecuted this case. He didn't want to prosecute this case.
Plan A was to charge Hunter with nothing and he
would have been given a get out of jail free
card on everything. But that got blown up by the

(11:16):
irs whistleblowers, and as a result of those whistleblowers. Well,
then they went to Plan B. Plan B, you might recall,
was the sweetheart deal that would have resulted in no
jail time and no further charges ever on any issue
involving Hunter Biden. And that deal was signed, sealed, and
delivered until a Delaware judge actually did their job and

(11:37):
read the agreement and even got the defense to admit
that they'd never seen an agreement that favorable ever in
their lifetime, and the judge said, well, why is this
in my court room? And that then led to Plan C,
which was okay, after years of even letting the statute
of limitations run out on tax issues involving Hunter Biden,

(11:58):
especially during the Barisma year, that we'll make this guy
the special prosecutor because we're most likely to get the
most favorable treatment, considering he didn't want to bring charges
in the first place. But now the issues get a
little more serious now that we have established that which
we've known and the FBI is known about for a
long time. That means the Department of Justice is known

(12:21):
about for a long time. That means Merrick Garland is
known about for a long time. The entire time he's
been in office, for the most part, if not the
whole part. That means, now we can get to the
bottom of ten percent for the big guy. Now we
can get to the bottom of Hunter implicating his father
telling his daughter that, oh, I pay half of Pops's

(12:43):
I have, my income goes to Pops, or the conversations
about which account of Hunters and his company will pay
for pops home repairs that he didn't want to pay
for and he complained bitterly about. And then it would
get into the issue of how zero experience Hunter, addicted
to heavy drugs at the time, was able to get

(13:05):
these multi multi million dollar ye deals. When he goes
on Good Morning America, for example, on the issue of
energy and admits that he had no experience in energy, oil,
gas coal, or Ukraine or China for that matter, but
he's dealing with these energy conglomerates like Barisma, then it

(13:26):
brings up the issue of Joe Biden's involvement. Then it
brings up the issue of is this time run line
real that the Obama administration in October of twenty fifteen
had made interagency of an interagency policy decision to give
Ukraine loan guarantees because they had made enough progress on

(13:47):
the issue of corruption, and then Hunter being involved with Barisma,
sitting on the board in Dubai, apparently with Barisman executives
and calling Joe Biden in the days before he goes
to Ukraine the loan guarantees. And when he gets there,
he leverages a billion taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor
investigating the oil and gas giant Parisma that is paying

(14:10):
Hunter and gets the prosecutor fired. And a net result
of that as Hunter continues to get paid millions for
a job he has no experience in while he's addicted
to drugs. Now we can get to the heart of
some of these issues which we should have been getting
to the whole time. So now the government was forced

(14:33):
to admit what we've known the whole time. And now
it exposes even further the weaponization of justice in America.
Not a good day for the country. Oh but it
the justice is fair, No one does. It shows just
the opposite. Got to understand here, this is deep, and
this is profound. And as far as I'm concerned, the

(14:54):
gun charges, tax charges, it's the low hanging fruit. You
got to look at. You got to look at Joe
Biden's massive lie that he never once spoke to his son,
brother or anybody about their foreign business deals. You got
to look at Devin Archer's testimony that, in fact, Joe
participated in twenty calls that he knew of with Hunter

(15:16):
and his foreign business partners. You got to look at
the meetings that Joe had with Hunter's foreign business partners,
including the Russian oligarch Elena Batarina at the Cafe Milano
and others and all the countries. Why is he making
millions no experience addicted to drugs? How did that happen?

(15:37):
Continuing the mission of Saving America As we returned to
the Sean Hannity Show, all right twenty five to the
top of the hour, eight hundred and nine point one. Seawan,
if you want to be a part of the program. Look,
food costs are up a whopping twenty percent, Insurance costs
are out of control, and they're still rising. Childcare through

(15:57):
the roof. You know, most people have no other choice
but to put these expenses on credit cards. I have
articles in my file today nearly two thirds of the
middle class are struggling financially quote gasping for air that
came out of Fox Business. Look at this the Biden administration.
Now they're looking to lock in evs that they're putting

(16:21):
on you, the American people. I'm like you, Pep, is
this insane? Nobody can afford it. And here's the worst
thing I read today. More than a quarter of Americans
now have resorted to skipping meals to avoid paying inflated
grocery store prices. According to a new survey by qual
tricks on behalf of Into a Credit Karma, eighty percent

(16:43):
of Americans said that they have felt a notable increase
in grocery costs in recent years, and more than twenty
five percent have said that increased costs have led them
to skip meals, while about one third said they spend
more than sixty percent of their monthly income on mandatory
expenses like food, utilities, and rent. Food insecurity is a

(17:05):
major issue in this country now. Many people are putting,
you know, these bare necessities on their credit card and
they're paying you know, twenty one to thirty percent interest rates.
It's crazy, and you can you can't continue down that
road without ending up in just dire financial straits. Look,
if you happen to own a home, you might have

(17:28):
the perfect way out, and you can get a free
no obligation consultation from our friends at Americanfinancing dot net.
Now they're helping thousands of people in the same exact
situation pay off all the debt and break free of
all financial stress. It costs nothing to find out how
much they can save you. Their salary based mortgage consultants

(17:48):
now are saving the average homeowner eight hundred and fifty
four bucks a month. That's a ten thousand dollars a
year raise. That's the difference between struggling and making ends meet.
That's a big difference. What relief called today, it's free
no obligation eight sixty six six one five ninety two
hundred and eighty sixty six six one five ninety two hundred.

(18:08):
They're on the web at American Financing dot net, NMLS
twenty two three three four Animalist Consumer Access dot Org
APR for rates in the five started six point seven
to nine percent for well qualified borrows called eight sixty
six one five ninety two hundred.

Speaker 2 (18:18):
Details about bit Co loss in terms.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
Before I get back to the conviction, Uh, you have
Nate Silver, the Democratic polster now saying that Biden's plunging
approval rating should cause Democrats to consider nominating somebody else
at their convention this summer. I think that's why they're
doing the virtual convention early, so that they can get
Joe locked in. Certainly seemed like it. I mean, you

(18:42):
have poor I'm a little bit worried about James Carverl's
health because now he's out there screaming Biden should not
have run for reelection. He's furious, as are other Democrats.

Speaker 2 (18:54):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
But the idea that so many people are saying this
Nate Silver saying Biden just hit an all time low
in his approval and dropping out would be a risk,
But there's some threshold below which continuing to run as
a bigger risk. You know, are we there yet? I
don't know, but it's more than fair to ask. Last month,
Silver said Biden's decision to seek his second term was

(19:15):
a mistake. Yeah, okay. Van Jones is pretty much saying
it not exactly the same way, but so is David Axelrod.
So is. There are a lot of Democrats and privately
Democrats that have been around Joe and see his cognitive
decline and that have been willing to say so publicly,
they're literally brought to the woodshed and beaten up and

(19:38):
just basically beaten down and told to knock it off
and take back what they see. Don't just don't tell
people what you really know. One, uh, what else do
we have?

Speaker 2 (19:49):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (19:49):
And then we had last night? Last night was a disaster.
Here's just a small snippet of Joe's mumbling and bubbling
and slurring and stumbling and fumbling.

Speaker 2 (19:58):
Listen, she knows so long as it was denied, our
freedom can never be secured.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
And then Joe Biden froze up during the Juneteenth celebration.
It would probably would have gotten a lot more coverage
had this issue of Hunter Biden's guilty verdict on all
counts not come in. This shows that we have an
equal the system of justice that is fair. No, it

(20:27):
doesn't show anything of the sort. It shows the length
and the depth of lying that took place in the
lead up to the twenty twenty election, and the depth
of how how our justice system is weaponized and politicized
because they've known the laptop is real. Otherwise, why did

(20:49):
the government introduce it into evidence. It wasn't brought up
by anybody else by the government. You know, why is
it that Joe Biden lied and Hunter lied? Is a
wink and Tony Blinkett? How did he get fifty one
former Intel people to lie when they never once saw
the laptop or at any information at all except that
they just knew they wanted Biden to win? How was

(21:12):
it that the FBI went out and prebunked it with
all these big tech corporations and did so successfully, and
even though they knew that it was authentic, when questioned
directly about it, just flat out refused to answer the question.
And big tech, you know what their role in this was?
You know, why not let people decide for themselves? I mean,

(21:33):
really before an election, pretty fantastical. And on top of them,
the media mob predictably doing the same thing. Is that
called election interference? Is that an inkind contribution?

Speaker 2 (21:47):
You know?

Speaker 1 (21:47):
Would that be the type of thing that people shouldn't
be doing with that? Alvin Bragg would probably indict over
and prosecute over, but not tell you what he's indicting
you over. These are really rough times for this country.
One other thing I don't have a lot of time
to get into now, but you know, we had told
the whole story, and we played for you in the

(22:09):
days leading up to January sixth, even lester Holt that
NBC News said there had been actionable intelligence in the
days leading up to January sixth that nobody acted on.
And then we had told you that President Trump in
a meeting with four other people. I have four of
the five people in the room on tape, all saying

(22:32):
that Donald Trump authorized ten thousand Guard troops maybe more
to be called up. We know that Muriel Bowser and
writing had said refused to take it, and she had
to approve it. On top of that, the people responsible
for the safety of the Capital, that would be the
Sergeant of Arms. The January sixth Committee, their primetime Hollywood production,

(22:55):
never brought any of this out. They never brought in
Nancy Pelosi, They never brought in Chuck Schumer, They never
brought in the Sergeant of Arms. They never brought in
the Capitol Police chief Son, who had been begging for
days for the Guard to be called up and nobody
would listen to him. Nobody brought in Muriel Bowser and said, well,
why did you refuse the troops that Donald Trump was

(23:17):
willing to was offering you. But you have Donald Trump himself,
you have Mark Meadows's chief of staff, you have the
acting Defense Secretary Miller, you have Cash Pttella's chief of staff.
And I didn't interview him, but elsewhere General Milly had
confirmed that this had taken place. Well, now we're finding out,
and Congressman Loudermilk has weighed on this that House Republicans

(23:40):
led by him have claimed that the Democratic led January
sixth Committee or the Liz Cheney led January sixth Committee.
And by the way, where is all the information that
they were supposed to save for the next Congress that
just magically went missing? How is it that the actual
driver the Secret Service Office that was driving President Trump

(24:01):
that day said he never once reached for the wheel
and tried to commandeer the vehicle that he's being driven in.
And they had that testimony, but instead they went with
hearsay testimony of some aid or some assistant you know
that ended up writing a book about this, even though
that person knew nothing firsthand, and the person that was

(24:23):
there that was driving the car, they purposely kept that
information away from the American people. I always said they
had a predetermined outcome, and I was right. One other thing.
We now have the emergence of a point blank confession
by then Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, who we
now know admitted that the security failures that day were

(24:44):
her fault. Just Thenews dot Com Republican lawmakers slammed the
January sixth Committee's report after footage of Nancy Pelosi taking
the blame for the security failure. You know, she said
in the video, she takes responsibility for not preparing better
for the riot where thousands of supporters that Donald Trump
interrupted the certification of the Electoral College. But here's the

(25:09):
actual tape. Let's play it.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
We have responsibility, Terry. We did not have any accountability
for what was going on there, and we should have.
This is ridiculous. You're gonna ask me in the middle
of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff
that that, uh Jesus, should we call the Capitol police?

(25:33):
I mean the National Guard? Why weren't the national Guard
there to begin with?

Speaker 1 (25:38):
They thought that they had sufficient Now there was not a.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
Question of how they had been They don't know. They
clearly didn't know, And I take responsibility for not having
them just prepare for.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Well. She's the one that would be in charge of that,
and the Capitol Police chief have been reaching out repeatedly
because of actionable intelligence that even NBC had reported on,
that everybody had in the days leading up to it,
which is why Trump approved it. And then nobody brought
in Muriel Bowser. Why did she and writing reject it? Oh?
Why did they never play before the country? Many of

(26:13):
you will peacefully and patriotically march to the Capitol so
your voices will be heard. I know that everyone here
will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to
peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard. You see how
corrupt your government is. And this gets to the heart

(26:33):
of where we are today. That all of these people
ran interference, and Big Tech censored the information about Hunter's laptop.
The media censored information about Hunter's laptop. Joe Biden flat
out lied. Hunter flat out lied. The media flat out lied.

(26:55):
The FBI prebunked it with Big Tech wouldn't confirm what
they knew to be true, that the laptop was real.
They knew that the story would leak. Big Tech suppressed
and censored the information. And if the fifty one Intel agent,
none of them knew a thing about the laptop. James Comer,
upon hearing the guilty verdict today, said it's a step

(27:17):
towards accountability. He said, Hunter is his sweetheart plea deal
was smoked out after the scrutiny of a federal judge.
By the way, that was only Planned B. Plan A
was no charges at all. It was only after the
IRS whistleblowers came out that Plan B was the sweetheart deal,
and then Plan C was uh uh, the judge got us.

(27:38):
We're going to have to now go forward with this.
But let's take the guy that allowed the statute of
limitations on many of the attax issues like in the
Baris Mei year's lapse and passed, and this way Hunter
can at least be charged with that. Anyway. He went
on to say that today's verdict is a step towards accountability.
But until the Department of Justice investigates everyone involved in

(28:01):
Biden's corrupt influence pedaling schemes that generated over eighteen million
in foreign payments to the Biden family, it will be
clear department officials continue to cover for the big guy,
Joe Biden. Well, now that we have authenticated it, now
we do have to look into the issue of Hunter
implicating his own father giving half his income to Pops,

(28:22):
paying for Pops' home repairs ten percent for the big guy.
Then we have to look into Barisma, Joe Biden bragging,
I told him, you're not getting the billion of the
billion dollars. Yeah, you get six US six hours, six hours.
If not, you're not getting the billion dollars. Son of
a bee. They fired him? Who'd they fire? The prosecutor

(28:44):
investigating Hunter's partner at Barisma, the energy giant that was
paying him millions of dollars, but he has no experience
in energy, oil, gas, or coal, none whatsoever. Who gets
that kind of deal in life? Pretty amazing, isn't it?
Unbelievable times we live in and now all of this

(29:06):
and this is on the and then Merrick Garland is
scorching Trump and his allies. Well, is Merrick Garland upset
at all about all of the times that Alvin Bragg
in an ad, you know, bragging that he's going after
the how he exposed the illegal behavior of the Trump Foundation,
and how many times he's gone after hundreds of times

(29:28):
I sued the Trump administration or Letitia James, you know,
I'll never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president when
our fundamental rights are at stake. I believe that the
president of the United States can be indicted for criminal offenses. Well,
I mean it just goes on from there. It's comment
after comment after comment. Merrick Garland should, should attorneys generals

(29:53):
and DA's be running on platforms to go after one man,
one family, one organization like this. That's your definition of
equal justice and equal application of our laws. Mister Attorney General,

(30:13):
you've known this laptop, Your Department of Justice is authenticated it,
Your FBI authenticated this in March of twenty twenty, and
you've yet to investigate any of the real, serious, significant
allegations far beyond a gun charge or a tax charge,
and Joe Biden's involvement, and whether or not Joe Biden

(30:36):
leverage taxpayer money so his own family could benefit. And
what about Joe Biden's big lie that he never once
talked to his son, brother or anybody about their foreign
business deals. And Devin Archer's testimony that in fact, he
was aware of at least twenty occasions Joe called into
meetings with Hunter and foreign business partners or Joe meeting

(30:58):
with a Russian oligarch and others at the Cafe Milano.
You know, a three and a half million dollar payment
in one case, and according to Devin Archer, one hundred
million dollar investment into a real estate fund. I guess
they were building out. And there's no problem with any
of this. And this is not worthy of a Department
of Justice investigation. And you've known all of this for

(31:21):
four long years, and you dare to lecture everybody that
sees your department for what it is. Weaponized and politicized.
Would anybody but Donald Trump have been charged in this
case in New York? I don't think so. New cars
are too expensive. In this Biden economy, with Biden inflation,

(31:41):
