Speaker 1 (00:00):
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information
overload my news rounds up in Information Overload hour. Here
is our toll free telephone numbers eight hundred and nine
four one sean. If you want to be a part
of the program. You know the legacy of and we
got into this with Bill O'Reilly, the legacy that of
Joe Biden is a disaster, an unmitigated disaster. And everything
(00:24):
from the borders and all of the known terrorists and murderers, rapists,
cartel members, gang members, drug dealers. They've allowed into the
country anywhere between twelve and twenty million. Nobody even knows
the actual number. The disaster on the economy, the disaster
on the border. You know how many times did they say,
over and over and over again, the border secure, of
(00:45):
the border is closed, none of which is true. They
lied about the inflation being transitory, They lied about by
Biden's cognitive state, they lied about frankly, they did nothing
in terms of peace around the world. Old They left
Europe a mess, They left the Mid East a mess.
They literally enriched the Iranians. The Europeans have enriched Putin
(01:08):
and his war machine. The Iranian war machine was enriched,
and now it's Donald Trump's job to fix this mess.
And now we have this whole investigation into the Biden
you know, I'm calling it Dementia Gate auto pen scandal,
which we're going to get to in just a second.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
And as a result, we have the FBI spending.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
A million man power hours catching illegal immigrants since Donald
Trump took office. It's pretty unbelievable, but this is what
they were saying at the time. The United States will
continue to enforce our laws and secure our border.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
That the border is in fact secure.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
A record two hundred and twenty one thousand migrants crossed
into the US last month.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
Our border is secure.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
We believe certainly that the order is secure.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
Thirteen hundred migrants a day.
Speaker 1 (01:57):
We have taken unprecedented action over the past year and
a half to secure our border and rebuild a safer
and orderly processed system.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
This year is on pace to be the deadliest year
for migrants crossing into this region of Texas in recent memory.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
The border is secure, the border is secure, and the
border is not open. Crossings are still at an all
time high, with border patrol reporting more than one point
eight million apprehensions from October twenty twenty one through July.
Speaker 4 (02:26):
The border remains closed.
Speaker 1 (02:28):
It is not open.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
We are turning away the majority of adults. But more
the border is secure. The border is closed.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
So we are offering solutions. That's what the Biden Harris
administration has been doing since day one.
Speaker 5 (02:42):
The border is secure.
Speaker 4 (02:44):
We agree that the border is secure.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Oh yeah, the border is secure. No, the border is secure.
The border secure, the borders closed, border secure, border secure.
They just flat out lied to us and didn't care
at all about it. You know, we have Damino on
Hannity tonight, and there were so many different issues. And
I know there's a lot of chatter on the internet
(03:08):
about well did Epstein kill himself? Where's the Epstein files?
And I'm very confident. I've known Dan Bongino for a
long time. I've known Cash Betel a long time. I've
known Bondi a long time. And I think some people
on social media I don't know, and the privacy of
anonymity in their basement and their underwear, they can say
(03:31):
whatever they want and demand immediate results whenever they want.
There is one problem. They inherited a country that has
known terrorists, murderers, rapists, drug dealers, cartel members, gang members
in the country. Their first job is to keep us safe.
(03:51):
We'll get I believe they will be transparent on all
of these things, but the first job that they had
to be in is securing the safety and security of
the American people first. And when you look at a
million manpower hours and they've only been in office since
January twenty, that is a tremendous amount of resources. Meanwhile,
(04:14):
Christopher Ray simply just allowed them to break the law
with impunity, as did the Attorney General, and they did
absolutely nothing. They were too weaponized against Donald Trump. I
think we're going to learn a lot about that. John
Solomon wrote a piece about this on just thenews dot com,
investigative reporter founder editor in chief. I don't think I
(04:36):
don't think people are being fair, to be very honest
with you, when you look at a million manpower hours
just to catch you illegals, to try and get the
terrorists before they act.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
I mean I was talking about this with Bill O'Reilly.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
You know, a Chinese researcher caught trying to smuggle potential
bio weapons into the US. I definitely want the Epstein
biles released. I do I want them released as quickly
as possible, but we've got to prioritize that those manpower
hours at this moment, Am I wrong?
Speaker 3 (05:05):
No, You're right on the money. Listen. I think when
people see the full body of evidence what I've seen,
I think the Epstein suicide ruling will probably uphold. And
by the way, I'm a reporter who once investigated a
prison suicide that turned out not to be one, and that,
in fact, the work I did help the family win
a settlement because the man was not hanging himself. He
was killed by someone else. And so there's a history
(05:27):
you follow, there's an evidence of filing. When people see
the full amount, they'll be more confident in the FBI's
conclusion that Epstein killed himself. Now, there are plenty of
other important things about Epstein. Who were his friends, who
were benefiting from this child and sex trafficking stuff that
was going on. Those are legitimate questions, and I think
we'll get more evidence. But in the meantime, the number
(05:49):
one job of the FBI is to keep us all safe,
and right now, there is such an unknown factor of
how many illegal immigrants in this country have ill intent
for the country. Those million hours that were spent by
the FBI. Since January twentieth, the day that Donald Trump
took the oath of office, more than ten thousand illegal
immigrants have been arrested. Almost all of these are people
(06:10):
who are involved in human trafficking in gangs like MS thirteen,
in other drug trafficking or drug muling. These are the
worst top one half percent of the illegals in the country.
The FBI is zeroing in quickly. They're working with law
enforcement partners. They're right alongside of ICE and Border Patrol
(06:30):
and some local law enforcement in DEA and Marshall Service.
This is how you want the FBI protecting the people
that are currently posing imminent danger in America. You want
to get them off the ground. And that's what this
operation is about. A million man hours, five hundred and
fifty five agents and employees just in LA alone working
on immigration roundups right now.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
I want to know if they're able to recover well
what I believe.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
And I.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
Have sources. Number one, I don't know for sure. You
might know more than me, but my understanding is is
they may have already or may have the ability to
recover a lot of what the last FBI director had
and wanted hidden and that might have been erased, and
(07:18):
that would go back to the mar Lago raid. That
would go to you know, coordination with Alvin Bragg. Potentially,
that would go to Letitia James. Potentially, that would go
to Russia collusion potentially. What are you hearing on that front?
And again I'll ask Dan Bongino tonight.
Speaker 3 (07:35):
Yeah, there is a stash of documents that were found
off the book, so to speak, in the FBI. They've
been located by Cash Hotel and Dan Bongino. They're now
being produced on a daily basis to Congress. Congress will
make them available. Why did they go to Congress? And
at the public risk of Congress has had long standing
subpoenas and document requests from so they have to comply
with the law. That way, you are also beginning to
(07:57):
see significant evidence of the sort of investigations that could
lead to serious accountability like criminal charges. Over the weekend,
I was able to confirm a story that said that
the FBI has three separate cover up plots that they're
looking at in COVID, one involving hiding of the origins,
one involving hiding of evidence like taking government discussions offline
(08:20):
on private email, so they can't be found by Congress
or the American public. In a third involving issues with
the vaccine, three separate field offices Cleveland, New York, and
Baltimore working. Now, why is that significant? In the old
days of James Comy and his successor, investigations like this
were hauled into Washington and they were politicized. Cash Betel
(08:41):
told us, I'm going to let the field offices do
the work. That's what's happening in the COVID cover up investigations.
And then there's also a grand jury beginning its work
in Florida that is looking at some of the weaponsation issues,
particularly related to Jack Smith. So early signs now that
real accountability investigations that could result in things like criminal charges,
(09:01):
they're underway. Now, there's activity going on, and I think
people will begin to see the results of those investigations
in the next several weeks, the next several months.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
I know for a fact that we will, and it's
going to involve not only what did they really know
about COVID and was their purposeful disinformation put out to
the American people, but maybe going back as far as Russia, collusion,
Faiza abuse, the mar Lago raid, who was involved? You know,
(09:31):
was there any pushback from any of the rank and file,
how were they treated? Were they mistreated? And a whole
variety of issues. I mean, I'll give you an example,
Charles Grassley and you wrote about this exposed the FBI's
use of bias, completely fraudulent sources in this anti traditional
Catholic memo.
Speaker 2 (09:52):
Under the Biden administration, then.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
We had, you know, the FBI now has to probe
the attempt to impersonate Wiles, who's the White House Chief
of Staff, which is an enormous amount of time. And
if anything, the Democrats are trying to make every part
of this difficult. But you know, what about why did
they waste valuable resources going after moms and dads at
(10:16):
school board meetings for crying out loud that were speaking
out about school curriculum.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
How stupid is that?
Speaker 3 (10:22):
Yeah, well that's what happened the FBI for most of
the last four years, and cite frankly all the way
back to sixteen and seventeen, they were sidetracked on political
focused investigations, things like school board parents and the Russia
collusion and things like that, and the country got more
and more jeopardized, more and more unsafe with what was
(10:43):
going across the border, with our eyes being taken off
of China. Remember, Joe Biden ends the FBI China Initiative,
which was designed to root out scientists and academics coming
into the country under China and potentially doing harm with US.
Joe Biden shuts that down. Cash Mattel restarts it a
couple months ago. What we learned esday two scientists walking
around with bringing into the country a deadly pathogen that
(11:05):
are a harmful pathogen to can harm our crops and
create great catastrophe in the United States. Those are the
sort of things that we were blind on for four
and five years. Cash Betel now getting on top of it,
San Bengino getting on top of it, and tomorrow we're
gonna have a really good story. You're not going to
be surprised when you see who was funding the scientists
and the lab that was involved in bringing these pathogens
(11:27):
into the country.
Speaker 1 (11:28):
Why do you do that all the time? That means
I have to bring you back tomorrow. Why don't you
just tell me now and then I don't have to
harass you for the next twenty four hours.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
Federal money that follows its way there, we'll have a
big story. We followed the money trail like we do often,
you're going to see federal money going to the Chinese
entities that were involved with these scientists as they were
working for Michigan and other places. This has been going
on for four in five years. The United States is
basically funding some of the dangerous things that China is
(11:57):
doing to our country. That's the sort of that that
the FBI has to put on the front burner because
it poses imminent threats. Now, even as we go back
and unrap all the terrible things we've lived through the
last eight years, imminent threats have to come person. I
think that's the prioritization that's going on there. I'd like
to see a lot more released, a lot sooner, but
I got to tell you what the first thing you
want to do is make sure people are safe.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
Noah, By the way, if we saw this story today,
it was breaking. Apparently this kid in North Carolina, a
teen suspended from school for using the term illegal alien,
will receive twenty thousand dollars in a public apology. Yeah,
I mean, this is this is the type of madness
that existed. But meanwhile, let me go back, because you've
(12:39):
always had great sources within the FBI always, but you don't,
you don't tell us who they are, but obviously you do.
Was the rank and file being pressured, in your view,
to do things that they never wanted to do?
Speaker 3 (12:58):
Yes, absolutely, Yes, let's go to one of the more
famous things. We actually broke it on your TV show
a few years ago. I think it's one of the
best examples of the culture that was going on. The
FBI opened up on Mike Flynn back in nineteen actually
meet back in sixteen and seventeen. In January of twenty seventeen,
the case agent, who had exhausted every possible lead, had
(13:20):
debunked a lot of things. In fact, some of the
stuff they found out the informants were wrong, they had
given false stories on he concludes, there's no reason to
continue investigating Mike Flynn, and he makes that recommendation and
his recommention recommendation gets reversed on the seventh floor of
the FBI i e. The headquarters, and then they open
up on this effort to try to get him to
(13:40):
lure him into an interview that they have no right
to ask for because they have no events of criminality,
in hopes that he'll lie and then they can then
have a crime that they can go and investigate. And
not only is the agent dismayed by this, he calls
it a game of silly clue. Right, they're trying to
put anybody in a row and call it a conspiracy.
But his boss writes notes saying, what's our goal here?
To get the truth or to try to create a
(14:01):
crime that we can prosecute. That was the mentality that
so many agents taped. It are now a lot of
things that stayed out of headquarters were in the field offices.
They went fine. But when Washington got involved in James
Comey and Andrew McCabe and Peterstrock and those people started
getting involved pulling these things out of the offices into
Washington politics, got involved in core line agents who wanted
(14:24):
to do the job the way they were trained in
the academy, they began to become angry and more disillusioned.
And that's how Sarah and I originally learned about unraveling
a Russia collusion. We have these law enforcement sources that
came and said, we're not investigating crimes. We're making up
crimes for a political purpose. We are turning tools.
Speaker 1 (14:45):
And they had an insurance policy, didn't they And everybody
got away with it at the time. Great work, as always,
we appreciate it and thanks for sharing it with us.
We look forward to your breaking news tomorrow. John Solomon,
editor in chief, founder and and the chief investigative reporter
justinnews dot com.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
Thank you, sir.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
Eight hundred and nine to four one, Shawn is a
number if you want to be a part of the program.
I hope you'll come see Punchlines on Patriots. It's going
to be Saturday night, Clearwater, seven o'clock the Ruth Eckert
Hall in Clearwater. So if you're in Clearwater, you're in Tampa,
you're in the Panhandle or Land, wherever you are. I
hope you'll come join us. Sarasota, I don't know, maybe
(15:26):
you'll drive up from Naples. We'd love to see you.
Hope you can join us. It's going to be a
great show. We're very excited about it. Tickets in Clearwater
are selling out very very fast. Same with Fort Lauderdale.
The next night, and that is the twenty ninth, And
you don't want to miss that as well. And we
just put a great show and we're doing it with
Fox Nation. It's going to be at the Broward Center
(15:48):
for Performing Arts. Let me just put it this way.
It is going to be unlike any show you've ever seen,
and there's going to be a lot of laughing, and
it's going to be irreverent, and it's going to be fun.
It really is. Hope you can join us. Just go
to Hannity dot com or Hannitysocial Media or Fox Across
America dot com. All works, and we look forward to
(16:08):
seeing you. That's June twenty eighth, June twenty ninth, clear
Water on the twenty eighth, and Fort Lauderdale on the
twenty ninth. Hey, one way to save money in this
you know, still living under the Biden Harris economy, and
not sacrifice service at all is make the switch to
pure talk with your cell phone service. That's my cell
phone provider, a veteran owned company, and the beauty is
they use the same exact cell towers, the same five
(16:30):
G network as the big carriers. You get the same
service and the average family, well they save over one
thousand dollars a year and they're also doing something else great,
and they have partnered with another advertiser of ours that
we love Allegiance Flag, the highest quality American flag, one
hundred percent made right here in America, hand sown in Charleston,
South Carolina, and their goal is to give veterans US
(16:54):
vets a thousand of these flags in time for the
Fourth of July and other patriotic holidays. Now their plans
a Pure Talk started just twenty five dollars a month
to get unlimited talk, unlimited text, you get plenty of data,
you get roaming, and you can a mobile hotspot. And
the average family is paying half of their phone bill.
(17:15):
That's real money in your pocket, over one thousand dollars
a year on average pound two fifty say the keyword
saved now, pound two fifty keywords saved now that the
switch is simple, fast and easy pound to fifty keyword
saved now from Pure Talk, America's wireless company. So we
now have House Republicans and we have the House Oversight
(17:38):
Committee Government Reform Committee has now also included. They had
four Biden advisors and Biden's doctor and they're trying to
get to the bottom of this autopen issue. Now they
you know, in the last ninety days of the Biden
administration they had more autopen use then in the previous
(18:01):
three and a half months. What did Joe know? What
did everybody else know? Did Joe Biden approve of any
of this? And we need to get to the bottom
of it, because to me, this is the biggest presidential
scandal white house scandal, we have ever seen in history,
and that is a concerted cover up of a president's
cognitive decline with no knowledge of who was really pulling
(18:24):
the strings and making decisions. And we have a right
to know who was covering this up from the American people,
why they weren't honest with the American people, and who
was actually making these decisions. Now, it turns out that
the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee sent a letter
to one of Joe Biden's longest serving aids, former Senior advisor,
(18:48):
Mike Donellan, seeking a transcribed interview with him about reports
that he worked to conceal Biden's inability to carry out
the duties of the presidency while stepping in on decision
making and other matters before cashing in as a campaign at.
The panel sent letters seeking interviews to three other former aids,
PIFA staff Ron Klein, Communication Senior Advisor Anita Dunn, Deputy
(19:12):
chief of Staff Bruce Reid, and Special Counselor to the
President Steve Ruschetti. And so they're going hard, they're going deep.
I had a chance to interview James Comber, chairman of
the committee, last night.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
Here's what he said.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
Here with Moore, someone leading his own investigation into this
major scandal. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer's with us.
James Comer, let's start with you and say, okay, so
you have been in touch with four people on his
staff and his doctor. What is the status of that
and are you planning on calling a lot more people?
Speaker 4 (19:48):
Yes, But to answer your first question, we've had communication
for over a week now with their attorneys. We notified
the four staffers and doctor O'Connor ten days ago. We've
made rapid progress in ten days. You have to give
them an opportunity to come in voluntarily. You have to
give them an opportunity to hire an attorney, in other words,
(20:10):
due process. They've hired attorneys, ire staff attorneys have been
communicating with their attorneys. I'm very pleased to announce tonight
that I expect the date to be announced very soon
where every staffer will be coming forward and answering questions
voluntarily by our committee. If for some reason they backtrack
in the next twenty four hours, then they will receive
(20:30):
a subpoena. And they know that. With doctor O'Connor, we
have a call tomorrow with his attorneys. I expect the
same from doctor O'Connor. So this investigation is moving in
a rapid pay Sean, And you know that there's been
a ton of information that's come out in the last
seven days from eyewitness accounts, the tell All books, the
Taper book, people like Buddha Jag interviews that have surfaced
(20:53):
where Joe Biden didn't know about executive orders he just signed.
So this investigation, I think, is going to move at
a pace that we're very pleased to see for a
congressional investigation.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
You said on this program that these people are lawyered
up at this particular time. Have you had conversations with
their lawyers? Will these people be under oath for these transcriptions?
Speaker 4 (21:14):
Yes, if they come in voluntarily they will. They will,
you know, have to sit down for interviews the way
a congressional transcribe interview goes the majority party, which of
course is the Republicans, will have an hour to ask questions.
Every member on the House Overside Committee who wants to
participate in that will participate in that, along with our
attorneys in the Democrats get and I will rule, rotate
back and forth until we ask all the questions. These
(21:36):
are very substantive. If you lie to Congress, that's a felony.
If they come in with a subpoena, then that'll be
a deposition, which is a little more formal. But either way,
if they say something that's not true, that's a felony
and they will be referred criminally to Pambondi at the
Department Justice. They know that, that's why they've hired. You know,
it looks to me like pretty big time attorneys to
(21:58):
come in. And now I can say tonight on your show, Sean,
that we're moving on to the next batch of people
that we've identified that would have some responsibility of the
auto pen The amount of information that's coming in is
very rapid, and with this investigation versus the last bid
influence pedal investigation, we haven't thus far faced a weaponized
(22:21):
left wing media because I think the left wing media
knows that this was a cover up, and I think
there's a little bit of curiosity now as to who
was actually running the country.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
What about Josh Hawley suggesting on this show that in fact,
secret service agents said Joe Biden was getting lost in
his own closet. Is that going to be investigated? Well, absolutely,
service agents be asked.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
Absolutely.
Speaker 4 (22:44):
We're starting with these staffers that we know are the
ones who manually put the documents in the auto pen
and pressed the power button to sign Joe Biden's signature.
We want to know who told him to do what
and when. We want to know that Joe Biden actually
gave the authority to do that, that Joe Biden was
cognitively aware of what he was doing, if he even
(23:04):
told them to use the autopen. That's why we're bringing
into doctor O'Connor. We all know that doctor O'Connor continuously
issued report saying Joe Biden was a picture of health.
Everyone in America knows that wasn't true. We saw that
in the debate, and as more information comes forward, doctor
O'Connor is going to have a hard time explaining these
(23:24):
brilliant reports of health that he was issuing on Joe
Biden when he was president.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
How high in terms of the people in the higher
positions of power in the Biden White House. Do you
think you will go and will you bring in the
family members? Will you bring in doctor Jill Biden, Will
you bring in Hunter and Biden? Will you bring in
Jim Biden.
Speaker 4 (23:44):
If they're implicated as to having any part in the
decision making process of using the autopin, then yes, they
will be brought in. I can tell you with confidence
people like ron Klang will be asked to come in
before our committee. We're moving at a rapid pay. We
feel confident that the negotiations with the first for staffers
(24:04):
as well as doctor O'Connor have gone well enough to
where we can start the process of initiating the next
batch of employees. And we're going to follow the trail,
just like we followed the money trail and the Biden
influence peddling investigation. We're going to follow the trail of
who said what and when with respect to the autopen
because the amount of executive orders that were signed in
the last ninety days of the Biden presidency is breathinking.
(24:27):
I don't think the average American realizes how much activity
there was in this White House at a time when
almost every American now realizes that Joe Biden was completely
checked out. And you're having executive orders that many of
which Sean were used to Trump proof this administration, making
it harder for Donald Trump to fulfill his commitment to
(24:50):
fulfill his agenda because he's getting having to fight in
court against all these executive orders that were signed by
the autopen. So this should be an investigat I think
every American is going to be interested in, and this time,
I think that everyone in America is going to step
back and allow the Oversight Committee to be able to
ask these questions because everybody wants to know the answers.
(25:10):
They know something bad was going on in the White House,
they just don't know who was actually calling the shots.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
I'd like to know who the person was that said,
apparently quoted by Tapper and the other guy that made
the suggestion that well, if he won the second term,
we would just bring him out every so often to
prove that he was still alive, you know, proof of life.
That's chilling. Anyway, Chairman Comer, we appreciate your time We're
going to follow this story closely. Could be the biggest
(25:38):
presidential and White House scandal in our lifetime and in history.
And that was last night. And by the way, in
case you're interested, if you don't think the midterm elections
in November twenty sixth are important, yeah. Jasmin Krockett has
officially launched her bid to become the ranking member of
the House Oversight Committee, calling the Trump president to see
(26:00):
an existential crisis and already saying he has at the
top of her agenda impeaching Donald Trump. All right, back
to our busy telephones eight hundred nine foot one, Sean,
if you want to join us, all right, our friend
Moe the liberal in Brooklyn, New York. Moe, how are
you holding up? Are you depressed like most Democrats? Are
(26:21):
you hanging in there? No, Sean, I.
Speaker 5 (26:24):
Am far from the pressed. Are you kidding me? Although
I am very happy for you, Sean, I can't believe
you're flying around the world with the president. Both of
us have come a long way since we started.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
Oh, you used to For twenty years you've been telling me, Oh,
I'm the most dangerous man in America.
Speaker 2 (26:42):
Do you just don't believe that? Of course, of why
why am I dangerous? I don't get that, Sean.
Speaker 5 (26:49):
Your ideas are not mine. Conservatism was great when you
had Bill Buckley and Goldberg, but it's not the same today.
We need to move on. We need to the world
and economics.
Speaker 1 (27:01):
Yeah, but you guys hated Ronald Reagan, you hated Bush,
you hated every Republican.
Speaker 5 (27:09):
Wow, what can I say, Sean? You know, listen, I'm
very upset here today. I lost three thousand videos to
YouTube and Facebook because during the election my sites are
very popular. Somebody hacked in. I can't get them back, Sean.
I tried everything, my free speech. They say they're out
(27:29):
there somewhere, but I can't get to them. I got nice.
