Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, thank you Scott Shannon, and thanks to all
of you for being with us. Write down our toll
free telephone number. It's eight hundred nine to four one,
Sean if you want to be a part of the program.
You know, we spent three long years on this program
talking about the Russia hoax, and it was so obvious
(00:24):
what has happened, and it is getting more interesting by
the minute. Now we have new you know, we've now
had two batches of declassified information come out and how
Pulsey gabbard this and I've read much of it, that
there was a gross politicizing and manipulation of intelligence by
(00:47):
the Abuma administration. I've gone I went through all of
this in chapter and verse with the first batch of
information that came out, and what we discovered was career
rank and file intel officials had determined with no ambiguity
that there was no Trump Russia pollution. And now Tulsey
(01:10):
Gabbett is released more information and she gave a press
conference earlier today that there is irrefutable evidence that details
how President Obama and his national security team directed the
creation of an intelligence community assessment, which, by the way,
countered the one that already existed. Now understand, this never
(01:34):
would have happened had Hillary Clinton won the election. It
was only because Donald Trump won the election. They knew
it would promote the contrived narrative that Russia interfered in
the twenty sixteen election to help President Trump win, selling
it to the American people as though it were true,
and none of it was true, and we were able
(01:55):
to unpeel every layer of the onion. The only interference
as lates to Russia in the twenty sixteen election came
in the form and I have said this, you know,
consistently now for eight years, came from Hillary Clinton's bought
and paid for phony Russian disinformation document that then also
(02:18):
became the basis of four FISA applications, even though they
knew it was debunked and it wasn't true. And she said,
all come back and come back to him and confirm
the same report that all of this was politicizing in
the manipulation of intelligence. You know, it was done purposely,
and it contradicted the actual real intelligence that they were
(02:41):
handed and to legitimize President Trump before he was even inaugurated.
And she said, we have referred and will continue to
refer all those documents to the DOJ, to the FBI
to investigate criminal implications for this evidence. The evidence that
we have found and that we have released directly point
to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment.
(03:04):
There was no need to do a second intelligence assessment,
and they only did it, not with any new information.
They only manipulated or in the words of John Solomon,
who will join us later, polluted and corrupted the intelligence
that that said the exact opposite. You know, I don't
care how many times Obama, Clapper and all these people
deny it, but there was never any Trump Russia collusion
(03:28):
never existed. Again, the only Russian influence came from Hillary
Clinton's you know, bought and paid for dirty Russian disinformation dossier.
Let's spend some time here and listen to Tulsi Gabbert's case.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
And with the support and coordination with the House Intelligence
Committee Chairman Rick Crawford, today we've released a declassified oversight
Majority staff report that was produced in September of twenty twenty.
The stunning revelations that we are releasing today should be
of concern to every American. This is not about Democrats. Republicans.
(04:05):
This has to do with the integrity of our Democratic
republic and American voters having faith that the votes cast
will count. There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President
Obama and his national security team directed the creation of
an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false. They
(04:26):
knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered
in the twenty sixteen election to help President Trump win,
selling it to the American people as though it were true.
It wasn't. The report that we released today shows in
great detail how they carried this out. They manufactured findings
from shoddy sources. They suppressed evidence and credible intelligence that
(04:49):
disproved their false claims. They disobeyed traditional trade craft intelligence
community standards, and withheld the truth from the American people.
In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of
the American people who elected Donald Trump in that election
in November of twenty sixteen. They worked with their partners
(05:10):
in the media to promote this lie, ultimately to undermine
the legitimacy of President Trump and launching what would be
a year's long coup against him and his administration. We're
here today because the American people deserve the truth, they
deserve accountability, and they deserve justice. The records that we
(05:30):
released on Friday that were ode and I records, Senator
Chuck Grassley's release on Monday of what is known as
the Clinton Annex, which was an appendix to the Department
of Justice Office of Inspector General's twenty eighteen report, as
well as the House Intelligence Committee's Oversight Majority Oversight report
that we're releasing today, all come back to and confirm
(05:51):
the same report. There was a gross politicization manipulation of
intelligence by the Obama administration in ten to delegitimize President
Trump even before he was inaugurated, ultimately usurping the will
of the American people. I'm going to go over the
key findings from the House Intelligence Report, which investigated the
(06:13):
claims that were made by an intelligence community assessment ordered
by President Obama and published in January of twenty seventeen. First,
Putin's principal interests relating to the twenty sixteen election were
to undermine faith in the US democratic process, not show
any preference of a certain candidate. In fact, this report
(06:34):
shows Putin held back leaking, held back from leaking, compromising
material on Hillary Clinton prior to the election, instead planning
to release it after the election to weaken what Moscow
viewed as an inevitable Clinton presidency. In the January twenty
seventeen Intelligence Community assessment that President Obama ordered John Brennan,
(06:56):
whose CIA director at the time, and the Intelligence Community
in tenntionally suppressed intelligence that showed Putin was saving the
most damaging material that he had in his possession about
Hillary Clinton until after her potential and likely victory. The
report goes into great detail about the information that Russia
(07:17):
and Putin had which on Hillary Clinton, which included possible
criminal acts like secret meetings with multiple named US religious
organizations in which State Department officials offered, in exchange for
supporting Secretary Clinton's campaign for the presidency, significant increases in
financing from the State Department. They also had documents that
(07:40):
showed the patronage of the State Department to State Department
employees who would go and support Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.
There were high level DNC emails that detailed evidence of
Hillary's quote psycho emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression,
and cheerfulness, and that then Secretary Clinton was allegedly on
(08:02):
a daily regiment of heavy tranquilizers. Then CIA Director Brennan
and the intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious,
substandard sources to create a contrived, false narrative that Putin
developed a quote unquote clear preference for Trump. Brennan and
the IC misled lawmakers by referencing the debunked Steele dossier
(08:24):
to assess quote unquote Russia's plans and intentions, falsely suggesting
that this dossier had intelligence value when he knew that
it was discredited. The intelligence community excluded significant intelligence and
ignored or selectively quoted reliable intelligence that contradicted the Intelligence
Community assessment's key findings on Putin's alleged support for Trump.
(08:47):
Including this intelligence reporting would have exposed the ICA's claim
as implausible, if not ridiculous. The Intelligence Community assessment omitted
reliably sourced information, such as how some Russian intelligence officials
were quote unquote planning for candidate Hillary Clinton's victory, while
others assessed neither Trump nor Clinton would respect Russia's interests,
(09:13):
as was reflected in the OD and I documents that
we released on Friday. Multiple intelligence community assessments released in
the months leading up to the November twenty sixteen election,
concluded that Russia had neither the intent nor capability to
impact the outcome of the US election. On December fifth
of twenty sixteen, the FBI and ODIE and I gave
the House Intelligence Committee its first post election classified briefing,
(09:37):
in which there was no mention of Putin aspiring to
elect Trump by either agency. The Presidential Daily Brief, drafted
on December eighth of twenty sixteen, stated that no Russian
or criminal actors impacted vote counts. This document was pulled
just hours before it was to be published due to
quote unquote new guidance. If it had been public, it
(10:00):
would have been briefed to both President Obama and President
elect Donald Trump. On December ninth, twenty sixteen, a National
Security Council meeting was called to gather President Obama's senior
national security officials, which included CIA Director Brennan then Obama,
dn I, James Clapper, Susan Rice, and others. Following that
secret meeting, DNI Clapper's assistant sent an email to the
(10:23):
intelligence community with the subject line potus tasking on Russia
election medaling tasking, od and I leaders to create a
new assessment per the President's request. The House Intelligence Committee
Oversight report that we released today reveals that quote unlike
routine intelligence community analysis, the Intelligence Community assessment was a
(10:44):
high profile product ordered by the President President Obama. It
directed senior intelligence community agency heads and created an intelligence
community assessment limited to just five analysts using one principal drafter.
This is not something that occurs in the normal path
(11:05):
of producing an intelligence community assessment that reflects the views
across the intelligence community. The production of this Intelligence community
assessment was subject to unusual directives directly from the President
and senior political appointees, especially the former Director of the CIA,
John Brennan. The House Intelligence Committee Oversight report also shows
(11:28):
how later that same day, on December ninth, Brennan ordered
the publication of quote unquote substandard reporting on Russian activities,
which had previously been withheld from publication of prior assessments
because the information was judged quote to have not met
long standing publication standards. Some of the information later use
in the Obama ordered assessment, over the objections of veteran
(11:52):
CIA officers, was quote unquote unclear or from unknown sources.
The Intelligence Committee's oversight reveals that CIA Director Brennan overruled
senior CIA officers who challenged the Obama ordered intelligence assessment, stating, quote,
we don't have direct information that Putin wanted to get
(12:13):
Trump elected, yet the Obama directed assessment was published on
January sixth.
Speaker 1 (12:18):
Let me explain what she's saying here and break it
down into plain language. They had intelligence assessments through December,
well passed the election in twenty sixteen that said this
interference never happened in terms of Trump Russia collusion. Again,
the only collusion was Hillary Clinton's bought and paid for
(12:40):
dirty Russian disinformation dossier. What she's saying is is that
Obama personally ordered an intelligence community assessment after they had
already had the assessment, and that they rank and file
took great objection to what it is they in fact did,
(13:05):
and that this was then manufactured at the highest levels.
This is what John Solomon had been saying. When they
got the intelligence that did not give them an assessment,
that that advanced the narrative that they wanted that Putin
and Russia colluded and Putin wanted Trump to win. Then
they just rerote it, corrupted it polluted, It changed it,
(13:29):
you know, upside down in sideways to the opposite of
what the real intelligence actually actually said. And it was
all designed to lay a trap for Donald Trump, and
it was successful because that then you know that that
then hurt him for three years and distracted him away
from his job. Then you have, of course, they knew
(13:49):
that the Laptop from Hell was going to be released
by Bob Costello, Rudy Giuliani's then attorney, and they they
had validated its authenticity and March twenty twenty and that's
why they met weekly with big tech companies. And in
the big tech companies, you know, we're told you maybe
victims of a Russian disinformation campaign, and lo and behold,
(14:11):
the New York Post drops the story and big tech
companies call the fbis is what you were warning us about?
They wouldn't tell them the truth again. Each election, they're
putting a cinder block on the scales of election results.
You know, the deepest crevices of the deep state in
full operation. And I would argue in twenty twenty four,
(14:32):
the lawfare and weaponization against Donald Trump was to bloody
him up enough legally so that he could never get
elected and that failed too. I think we need to
get to the bottom of all of it. I'm telling
you that all of these people that have been involved
(14:53):
in what was the polluting and altering and this dissembling
of this intelligence, I'm telling they're going to have a
hard time getting out of it because it seems to
me my analysis and I want to see all the
information before I come to my final conclusion is that
(15:15):
they purposely dismantled this information that was put together by
the intelligence community ordering a reassessment because it didn't have
the conclusion that they wanted. The fact that this is
that this declassification is saying it came directly from Barack Obama. Yeah,
(15:36):
that would warrant him going before Congress and maybe a
prosecutor and answering serious questions. But that would also be
call me and Brennan and Clapper and Susan Rice and
anybody else involved. Listen to this show one time and
(16:00):
you're handitized.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
Sean Hannity is back on the radio.

need the IRS and massive numbers. Let's spend a note
hire another eighty seven million IRS officials. We can go
after Grandma and Grandpa Uh, pretty amazing times we're living in.
I will tell you if I was to cut to
(18:36):
the chase, and I'm gonna have John Solomon coming up.
We have Bill O'Reilly coming up. We also have the
Attorney General of South Carolina coming up. Also get your
calls in here. But this is what this Grand Conspiracy
investigation that was open weeks ago, we're now told by
Cash Betello's really all about, and that is, are there
(18:57):
people in this country at the highest levels of government
that have coordinated efforts to put cinderblocks on the scales
of a presidential election, not once, not twice, but three times.
And here's how it plays out. In twenty sixteen. We
(19:17):
know the deep state operatives did not They did not
want Donald Trump to win the election. That's just the fact,
and it's evident through a lot of these documents that
are now being declassified they didn't want that to happen.
As a result, they went through their best efforts. They
didn't think he was gonna win when he won, and
they tried to sabotage him, and they in some ways
(19:38):
you can argue they did so successfully. But what are
we learning from these declassified documents that there was really
damaging evidence against Hillary Clinton and her top secret classified
information on her servers that James Comy purposely ignored before
(19:59):
his jet July twenty sixteen press conference. No reasonable prosecutor
would prosecute. And you know, she had top secret classified
information on these servers, more than anything that was ever
found at mar A Lago, and that was the result
of an investigation. We're now discovering that they had plenty
(20:19):
more evidence that he ignored. What else are we learning
from these documents? We're learning that if there was, as
I have been saying throughout the years, you know, I
got accused today by somebody I don't remember who, maybe
somebody online. Sean Hannity said this in twenty nineteen. John
Hannity said this last night, and there was no Russian interference.
(20:43):
I was talking about Donald Trump. How many times? If
you are a regular listener to this program, Linda, how
rich would you be if you had a dollar over
these eight years, nine years, whatever it happens to be
that you heard me say Hillary Clinton's boughtn't paid for
(21:03):
dirty Russian disinformation dossier? Yeah, I mean you know where
would your island be far far away.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
From anywhere that liberals can get to.
Speaker 1 (21:17):
As Okay, have I been clear that the only disinformation,
the only Russian interference was the dirty Russian disinformation dossier
bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton. I said it
all of the time as it relates to this narrative
that was advanced by Democrats and the conspiracy theorists in
(21:41):
the state run legacy media mob that Donald Trump somehow
conspired with Vladimir Putin in an effort to beat Hillary
Clinton was never true, and I have been consistently saying
all of that the whole time. Now, getting to the
bottom of this story was a very very heavy lift,
(22:05):
and we put together an ensemble cast and getting to
the bottom and getting to all of this, getting to
the truth of all of this, getting to the truth
of the Steele dossier was difficult, getting to know Hillary
Clinton's involvement of it. I mean, you had Hillary Clinton,
you know, ends up hiring in an op research firm,
which hires Christopher Steele, and they come up with this
(22:27):
series of documents that later become quote the dossier. There
were a series of independent documents. Now if you step
if you go forward just a little bit, it was totally,
completely and utterly debunked by early December of twenty sixteen,
and Christopher Steele was shown the door for am I
(22:48):
six agent. All right. In the interim, you had people
like Bruce or in August of twenty sixteen warning people
not to use Hillary Clinton's Bolton paid for dirty Russian
disinformation dossier. That's that's as far as the Russian disinformation
goes in this campaign, because there was no Trump Russia collusion.
(23:11):
There was no Don Junior Russia collusion, none at all whatsoever.
You know what's in this dossier? That was the dossier
that had well, Donald Trump was in Moscow and the
Ritz Carlton and Hookers were urinating on him. None of
it was ever true, but they put it out there.
(23:34):
Now where this declassification shed so much light on things
is it shows that the rank and file, and I
always make a distinction, don't I, between FBI rank and
file and you know, intelligence community rank and file people
(23:54):
that many of whom many of whom some are not,
but many of whom are just great Americas that risk
their lives and understand that this world is full of
evil people, and they do the very difficult job of
gathering intelligence for the safety of small towns and big
cities around the country, law enforcement people that do their
(24:15):
job diligently every single day, and not people that would
get involved. Now, what this reveals is is that the
Intel community came up with an assessment as it relates
to the twenty sixteen election and Russia's so called involvement,
and they determined it it did not in any way
(24:35):
shape manner of form impact the election. Excuse me, I'll
just step away from my mic to grab a piece
of paper. And what is so fascinating about this is
and this was in the first drop that Tulsi Gabbard made,
because I think what's very clear in all of this
(24:57):
is we have got to understand just how deep and
profound all of this is on our country and how this,
you know, hung over the Trump presidency for his entire
first term. And here's the issue. Why didn't they trust
they were well, why did Barack Obama go out there
(25:17):
and why, According to Tulsi today in a statement she
made today, after the intelligence concluded that there was no
Russia involvement or no Trump Russia involvement, why did they
ask for the intelligence community the new assessment only because
Trump won? That's the only reason, and that what they
(25:37):
came up with totally contradicted what the rank and file
career intelligence community members had come up with. You know,
the intelligence community did not have any direct information at
all that Vladimir Putin wanted to help elect Donald Trump.
But at the unusual direction of then President Barack Obama,
(25:59):
they public this potentially biased and plausible intelligence suggesting otherwise
that contradicted the early intelligence that was actually done on
the ground. And Tulsea Gabbard did classified this report prepared
by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence back in
twenty twenty. That report was based on the investigation launched
(26:22):
by the former House Intelligence Committee Chair Devin Newness. Remember
the widely reported congenital liar Adam Schiff, who was the
chairman of the committee, came up with polar opposite conclusions.
Adam Schiff was lying. That's why we call him the
congenital liar. Devin Newness was right. Now. The report was
(26:44):
never had never been released to the public, remained highly
classified within the intelligence community. Box News did obtain the
fully sourced limited access investigation report that was drafted and
stored in limited access vaults at CIA headquarters in Langley.
The report includes Summer diactions. The committee focused on the
(27:06):
creation of the Intelligence Community Assessment of twenty seventeen, in
which then CIA Director John Brennan pushed for the inclusion
of the Dirty Russian Disinformation dossier, which by that time
had been completely debunked, and Christopher Steele was out of
the picture, although they did keep paying him for some odd, unbelievable,
(27:29):
strange reason. And the ICA, which is this highly classified
product that contradicted what rank and file intelligence community people
had put together directed by these agency heads, was created
by just five CIA analysts using one principal drafter, and
(27:51):
production of this extraordinary ICA was subject to unusual directives
from then President Obama and senior political appointees, and that
the draft was not properly coordinated with the CIA or
the Independent Council, ensuring that it would be published without
significant challenges to its conclusions. And they found that the
(28:11):
five CIA analysts and drafter rushed the ICA's production in
order to publish two weeks before President elect Trump was
sworn in and hurried coordination. Limited access to the draft
reduced opportunities to discover any errors that might have been
made or misquotes that might have been made. The report
states that Brennan ordered the post election publication of fifteen
(28:34):
reports containing previously collected but unpublished intelligence, three of which
were substandard, containing information that was unclear, uncertain origin, potentially biased, implausible,
and those became the foundational sources of their conclusion and
the ICA's judgments that Putin preferred Trump over Clinton, when
(28:57):
just the opposite was what the intelligence can unity was
telling us up to that point. They misrepresented those reports
as reliable without mentioning all of the underlying flaws, you know,
and this unverifiable fragment that they found, you know, that
only intelligence information cited to suggest the Putin aspired to
(29:20):
help Trump win, and meanwhile the rank and file concluded
just the opposite. The report state of the ICA failed
to consider plausible alternative explanations of Putin's intentions, etcetera, etcetera.
This was all an effort to get Trump from the beginning. Now,
(29:41):
the Grand Conspiracy investigation opened by Cash Betel goes way
deeper than this, because this will be one part of it.
The next part of it will be the next election,
which is in twenty twenty. And in that election, what
do we know We know that Hunter Biden's laptop was
very real. We know there was incriminating information about Joe
(30:04):
Biden on that laptop. We know that the FBI validated
its authenticity in March of twenty twenty. We know the
FBI then proceeded to have weekly meetings with big tech
companies and pre bunk what was in the Biden laptop,
warning these big tech companies that they might be victims
(30:25):
of a Russian disinformation campaign. And there's been reports that
they specifically talked about, Yeah, it might be about Joe Biden,
Hunter Biden and the Barisma And how interesting that they
chose that. What else did they know? They knew that
this information would likely be leaked because people like Bob Costello,
(30:46):
who have known for many years who was then Rudy
Giuliani's attorney, They knew he had a copy, they knew
he would release it, they knew that they couldn't stop him,
and sure enough it ends up in the New York Post.
Is the most fascinating part of it. Then you get
fifty one former Intel officials organized by Morell and Winging,
(31:09):
Tony Blink and I'm not sure who organized it at
this point, and that these fifty one former Intel officials
that knew nothing about that laptop at all. Not one
of them ever saw the laptop, examine the laptop, didn't
know the contents of the laptop. That they came out
and said, this is all the earmarks of Russian interference
(31:32):
on the eve of a debate between then President Donald
Trump and Joe Biden. Is that are these two cases
not evidence of putting cinder blocks on scales of elections?
And that's what this is what this grand conspiracy investigation
will be all about. And I think a special prosecutor
(31:54):
will probably need to be appointed. Let me take it
one more step. What do you think all the weaponization
that took place between twenty twenty and twenty twenty four,
we're all about. That was the third attempt of deep
state operatives to destroy Donald Trump. And they did it
by bloodying him up in the legal system with pony
(32:15):
charges and a double standard in terms of you know,
justice in this country, in the hopes that he could
never be electable again. They failed. The American people saw
through it. Donald Trump is now president. He's had the
most dynamic six months of any president in the modern era.
(32:35):
And some people were writing me well, he needs to
focus on his job. Stephen A. Smith writes me that
I said, call into the chef. We'll talk to you,
all right. We'll get Bill O'Reilly's take, we'll get John
Solomon's take, we'll get the South Carolina Attorney general's take.
