Speaker 1 (00:00):
Thanks Scott chan An hour two Sean Hannity Show told
free it's eight hundred ninety four one Sean. If you
want to be a part of the program, Let's go
to today's hearing, the House Oversight hearing along with the
House Judiciary Commit Committee hearing, as it relates to oversight
of the US Secret Service their attempted assassination. The answers
(00:23):
of the head of the Secret Service, Kimberly. By the way,
Kim is a she, not a he. In case Joe
Biden might be listening by some outside chance, but these
answers were pathetic.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
She should be fired.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
She remains frankly, arrogantly steadfast in her commitment to stay
on a job. This is a colossal failure. You know,
when I heard her say outside the perimeter, I wanted
to rip my rip my hair out of my head.
I was so furious. The perimeter is defined as any
area where a primary in this case President Trump, the
(00:58):
person that is to be protected, would be within any
harms range at all whatsoever. And one hundred and thirty
feet away is well within the perimeter. Not even a question.
Here's Jim Jordan grilling about multiple times that Secret Service
turned down requests from the Trump campaign for more assets.
This is an issue I told you would be coming
(01:18):
out in the days and weeks ahead with a paper
trail to back it up.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
Listen, were you guessing or lying when you said you
didn't turn down requests from President Trump's detail?
Speaker 4 (01:29):
Neither, sir, and I appreciate the question for.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
What were you doing, because those statements don't don't jive.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
So what I can tell you is that for the
event in Butler, there were no requests that were denied.
As far as requests.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
Well, maybe they got tired of asking, maybe you turned
them down, so darn mutz it said not worth asking?
Speaker 5 (01:48):
How many times did you turn them down? Ahead of that?
Speaker 4 (01:51):
I think that it is important to distinguish between what
some people may view as a denial of an asset
or a request.
Speaker 5 (01:59):
Mister gougliamikesperson.
Speaker 3 (02:01):
He said he acknowledged a secret service had turned down
some requests.
Speaker 5 (02:05):
I'm asking how many a.
Speaker 4 (02:07):
Denial of a request does not equal of vulnerability?
Speaker 5 (02:10):
Well, tell me what it is.
Speaker 4 (02:12):
There are a number of ways that threats and risks
can be mitigated, mitigated with a number of different assets,
whether that be through personnel, whether that be through technology
or other reasons.
Speaker 5 (02:25):
Well, tell the committee which it was.
Speaker 3 (02:27):
They asked for additional help in some form or another,
you told them no.
Speaker 5 (02:32):
How many times did you tell them no? And what
did you tell them?
Speaker 6 (02:34):
Know too?
Speaker 4 (02:37):
Again, I cannot speak to specific incidents, but I can
tell you in general terms, the Secret Service is judicious
with their resources based.
Speaker 5 (02:46):
On what does some requests mean?
Speaker 3 (02:48):
How many times some indicate requests is plural, so more
than once they ask for additional help and you turned
them down?
Speaker 5 (02:55):
What they asked for it? How many times you turn
them down? Pretty basic questions.
Speaker 4 (02:58):
So, again, without having all of the details in front
of me, sir, what I can tell you is that
there are times.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
I didn't get briefed on how many times you turn
down the Trump detail when they ask for additional help.
I'm sorry you didn't get briefed on that before you
came to this hearing knowing you were gonna get asked
that question.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
What I can tell you is it in generic terms,
when people when details make a request, there are times
that there are alternate ways to cover off on that
threat or that rich.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
That's not what he said. He said they were denied
certain requests.
Speaker 5 (03:27):
Some requests.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
This is your spokesperson on me talking. This is the
Secret Service talking. And what a change from absolutely false
unequivocally false too. Oh, by the way, there were some
times where we didn't give them what they wanted. That's
a huge change in five days. And the fact that
you can't answer how many times you did that, that's
pretty darn frustrating, not just for me, but for the country.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
It is a repulsive, unforgivable error of failure of monumental proportions,
historic proportions. One last cut Jordan using cheetle of not
answering a single question. This too became disgustingly, you know,
frustrating to anybody with the ears to hear.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
Who's all doing the investigating at Secret Service? I know
the Inspector General, but is there also an internal investigation
in addition to the Inspector General.
Speaker 4 (04:16):
We are conducting a mission assurance investigation internally.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
Yes, you know what it looks like, Director, looks like
you want answer some pretty basic questions.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
It looks like you got a nine percent.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Raise and you cut corners when it came to protecting
one of the most important individual's, most well known individuals.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
On the planet.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
A former president, likely the guy's going to be the
next president. Looks like you guys were cutting corners. That's
what it looks like to me. Is that true?
Speaker 4 (04:37):
I am here today because I want to answer questions,
but I also wanted to.
Speaker 5 (04:41):
Be quiet, and I want to but you haven't answered.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
I don't think you've answered one question from the chairman,
the ranking member, or me. Well, we've got a lot
of other people ask and we'll see if if your
record improves, But right now you haven't answered.
Speaker 5 (04:51):
I don't think any questions I you back.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
And the Democrats were equally tough anyway here to weigh
in on this rightly himself pissed off Congressman Mike Waltz,
so the Great State of Florida, green Beret in his
own right, part of the House Oversight Committee at this
hearing today, and I can't even describe the level of
anger I feel. This shouldn't even be her decision. If
(05:18):
we had a president that had any knowledge of what
day of the week it is, this woman would have
been fired immediately.
Speaker 7 (05:25):
Sean, this is the most ridiculous, frustrating, maddening, and pathetic
hearing I've been to in my time in Congress. On
the wake of a milimeter away from President of the
United States being assassinated on her watch, his head blown
off on national television. And what's so rich is that
(05:47):
she can't give us any answers. But you know what
her spokesman and her boss, Majorcis could do. They could
go on national television and say, oh, Congressman Waltz, who
was talking directly to Secret Service agents irresponsible and false.
They had time to do that in the wake of
this assassination attempt, and then had to walk it back,
(06:07):
of course days later and say, well maybe sometimes on
a few instances, Trump was denied additional details, So they
had time to do that, and they had time to
try to tell the world that I was a liar
and that agents were a liar. But it turns out,
once again my orcus was lying and misleading the American people.
And now this woman had the goal to show up
(06:29):
to a committee hearing I mean, well, we know.
Speaker 1 (06:33):
In the days ahead and the weeks ahead, my sources
are very confident that there's going to be a paper
trail that shows the number of times that, in fact
requests were made for additional Secret Service protection that were
denied and that's not even going to be an issue
in dispute. The issue also of the Iranian threat coming
(06:53):
from a human intelligence source was very very real about
a very specific assassination on President Trump, and she seemed,
you know, basically non plus by all of it didn't
seem to mean a thing.
Speaker 7 (07:06):
To her, And Sean, it's not only that, you know,
another thing that came out, she still hasn't even gone
to the site. You know, leaders lead leaders get on
the ground, They walk the ground, they figure out what happened.
Speaker 1 (07:17):
They told, you mean, like Josh Hawley who got kicked
off the site, that guy.
Speaker 7 (07:21):
Yeah, that like like like that guy Center from Missouri
can get over there. But the director of the Seat
Service with the with the greatest failing since Reagan was shot,
can't bother to go. You know where she was.
Speaker 5 (07:33):
She was over Congressman.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
They threw him off the site. They told him to leave.
Where was They told Josh Hawley to leave.
Speaker 7 (07:42):
Par for the course right under under this director. By
the point I'm trying to make is she was over
at the RNC convention. She wasn't even originally planning to
go there. You know where she was originally going to
be in Aspen, hob nobbing around with a bunch of
liberal elites, while you've got Jill Biden having an event,
the President Trump having an event, Harris having an event,
(08:04):
the NATO summit going on. I mean, she's whining that
she didn't have enough resources, which, oh, by the way,
I also pointed out that Biden requested a flat budget
with inflation, even a decrease for the Secret Service.
Speaker 5 (08:19):
But she was.
Speaker 7 (08:19):
Originally scheduled to be hobnobbing around in Aspen. This woman
should resign. She would have been fired. I would have
fired her just for not having a single press conference
since the shooting. Not her, not her boss, majorcis, not
the FBI director. Not one person has gone to the
microphone and just taken questions and assured the American people
will have a full investigation. Here's what we know, as
(08:41):
we know it. They should be going to the MIC's
every single day, Sean, this is the seat of transparency,
and this is why we don't trust our government.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
Well, how quickly if there's a school shooting, usually within hours,
we know anything and everything that can possibly be known
about the individual responsible for the shooting. And here we are,
you know, nine days later and we know next to
nothing about the shooter. I have no idea, no knowledge
at all whatsoever. Whether or not there are other people
that may have been involved. If there are, we need
(09:11):
to find out and find out expeditiously. And we know
a lot of other things involving this. You know, I'm
not the head of the Secret Service, Congressman, I'm not.
But when they determined that the roof was sloped, I
used to do I used to do construction. I fell
off a roof three stories, Congressman. I know a thing
or two about a pitched roof. That is not a
(09:33):
pitched roof. It's about as flat a roof as you're
ever gonna walk on. So that was a lie Number one.
Number two, If okay, if in fact that slope roofed
argument you want to maintain it, that's fine. But then
why didn't you have sniper eyes all over that roof
to prevent anybody from getting up on it?
Speaker 2 (09:51):
Number three?
Speaker 1 (09:53):
Why did you put the agents inside the building instead
of surrounding the perimeter so that nobody would get near
that roof?
Speaker 2 (10:00):
Number four?
Speaker 1 (10:01):
You could have used drone capability to monitor the roof,
considering that is well within the perimeter. In terms of
safety for a primary which would be the president President Trump.
In this case, there's been one colossal failure after another,
and the excuses are pathetic. The idea that they didn't
have anybody watching cat with eyes on that roof the
(10:22):
whole time. This guy has a ladder in an AR fifteen.
This is an unforgivable failure. This is a failure of
historic magnitude. We nearly lost the leading presidential candidate and
a former president because of her incompetence and their lack
of being forthcoming and information is also unforgivable.
Speaker 7 (10:45):
You're absolutely right. We asked every one of those questions
and got zero, zilch, nothing for answers except that she
prompt you'll love this, that she's going to have an
investigation done two months now. In sixty days, that's her
timeline for giving any kind of answers to the American people.
(11:05):
Had shoun well, how.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
Many more public officials are going to be shot at
in sixty days?
Speaker 7 (11:10):
That's right. Well, the Democrats Republicans on this committee can't
agree on what color the sky is because we got
aoc or Sheeta to leave and all the rest, but
we all agreed she should go. I mean, that's truly
how pathetic and bad she was. And I would just
I would just add to it that not only did
you have dead space on that slope roof that the
(11:32):
counter snipers couldn't see, their shot was obscured, you had
nobody on it, but it also came out that in
the Pittsburgh Field Office, which would send the supplemental what
they call post standards agents that just block off an area,
that twelve of them went to doctor Jill's event, which
was indoors, and only three went to President Trump's event.
(11:54):
So I'm also calling this. You know, we've seen weaponization
of our government, throwing everything they've got it Trump to
put him in jail, bankrupt him, and kick him off
the ballot. This is weaponization by denial. And she won't
even give us a straight answer on who approves the
security plan within our headquarters except to say that it
wasn't her. So you're damn right. I'm pissed. The American
(12:16):
people are pissed. You should be.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
I mean, this.
Speaker 7 (12:20):
Woman has got to go. But it's also folks beneath
her as well that denied Trump the assets despite threats
that are through the roof from foreign powers with a
wide open border his activity that's going on, and they've
also confirmed that they denied his permanent detail additional resources
(12:42):
as well. And those poor heroes are absolutely exhausted because
he's not your former president, Sean.
Speaker 8 (12:49):
You know this.
Speaker 7 (12:50):
He's not sitting in a barn like bush painting or
like Jimmy Carter, you know, sitting in an old folks home.
He needs additional resources, and he needs him right now,
not sixty days now.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Well, we really appreciate you being with us. I will
tell you, if we don't get to the bottom of this,
we risk other attempts on presidential candidates and high ranking
elected officials. This is not conservative liberal, This is not
Republican Democrat. This is not red versus blue. This is
about simple basic security for our country and every elected official,
(13:22):
especially those with the highest power, need to be protected.
Speaker 2 (13:25):
I've said that for years on end.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
And you know, and by the way, Kamala has a
lot of explaining to do as it relates to that
bailfund she supported during the rioting in the summer of
twenty twenty. Congressman Mike Wallas, anything, do you think is
there any other way to get rid of her? Except
Joe fighting firing her.
Speaker 7 (13:43):
Well, we're doing our appropriations right now. We're going to
defund her salary, We're going to defund her travel. We're
going to use the power of the person every which
way we can to get rid of her. There's also
other folks looking at impeachment. But to your point that
this was this is not a part is an issue.
We also know and this is backchannel. She won't admit
(14:04):
it that he was searching all kinds of leaders, the
shooter crook. He was also searching the DNC and the RNC.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
So it's scary and again we're not getting full, complete,
corroborated information. There's no excuse on any of this anyway.
Mike Walts have to run Congressman Florida. Keep up the
good work, my friend. Thank you. Eight hundred and ninety

Kamala Harris out. Nancy Pelosi now has finally joined in,
(15:28):
and you're still awaiting some other prominent Democrats to see
what they do. But it looks pretty it looks pretty
dominant now that Kamala Harris is their choice. We'll be
waiting and watching and seeing who she selects as her VP.
The craziest part of this is it's only one hundred
and five days until election. Day, fifty six days until
early voting begins, starting in Pennsylvania. Anyway, your calls are
(15:50):
next as we continue.
Speaker 6 (15:53):
You're on the Sean Andity Show, a place where free
speech and the First Amendment are still alive and well,
get your dose of independence and liberty every weekday right
here with Sean.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
Al right twenty five to the top of the hour.
I know a lot of you want to weigh in
on all of these events unfolding at a record speed.
Just one hundred and five days until election day, fifty
six days until early voting begins the first state, Pennsylvania,
then rolling out in other states around the country. I've
been warning everybody since the last election, whatever reluctance, resistance
(16:31):
you have to early voting and voting by mail, you've
got to overcome it. You cannot start out election day
down hundreds of thousands of votes. Is it the system
I want? No, I've explained in great specificity and detail,
the system that has the most integrity so people love
the most confidence in the results. However, it's the one
(16:52):
we're stuck with, and until we win elections, you can't
change it. Look, everyone knows I'm pro Second Amendment. I
have a pretty significant gun collection myself. I want to
tell you about a company that I love. It's called
Henry Repeating Arms. They make over two hundred models of rifles, shotguns, revolvers.
They make them all right here in America, or they
(17:13):
don't make.
Speaker 2 (17:14):
Them at all. The quality is so superior.
Speaker 1 (17:17):
They're all backed by a lifetime guarantee, Old world craftsmanships
second to none, smooth action, top notch. Every Henry I've
owned is accurate right out of the box. They're all
reliable ever since. The best way to learn about Henry
is to get their free catalog, free decals, and a
list of dealers where you are. You simply go to
their website. It's one word HENRYUSA dot com. Click on
(17:41):
the free catalog button. It's in the upper right hand corner,
and it's a great company. They donate to vets and
the military, law enforcement and first responders, and children's hospitals
and families with their sick kids through their Guns for
Great Causes program. Anyway, you're gonna love this company. Go
to HENRYUSA dot com. Get their free catalog, get free decals,
(18:02):
a list of dealers where you are. Do it today
Henry USA dot com a great American company. One thing
I can tell you is and it's looking more and
more as we look at the numbers of you know,
Democrats are now coming out fully supporting Kamala Harris. Uh,
it's looking more and more like it's going to be her.
(18:25):
I've been very suspicious until, you know, just before the
show today, you know, why, why are people like Obama?
Why hasn't he endorsed her? Why didn't Hakim Jefferies endor
doorse her? Why didn't Chucky Schumer endorse her? Well, since
then Nancy Pelosi was on the list has endorsed her.
But it does make me suspicious because really you're looking
(18:47):
at the heart of the coup to begin with, those
those four people were greatly responsible for doing everything in
their power to push Joe out. And now you see
massive pushback by Democrats. They don't want a cont they
don't want to contested primary or convention.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
They want this settled.
Speaker 1 (19:10):
They don't have many days to go before they actually
have to vote on the nominee.
Speaker 7 (19:14):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (19:15):
There are a lot of laws that will you know,
come into play if they don't move quickly. However, the
Trump campaign, and I speak from direct sources within the campaign,
the pain. They've been more than ready for this, They've
been expecting this, and it's they're not just prepared. They
weren't just prepared for Kamala Harris. They were prepared for
(19:35):
anybody the Democrats threw out it at them. They had
ads already built and ready to go, and you know,
within you know, an hour or two after the announcement,
here's one Trump ad that came out. Not sure if
it was by the campaign or by a political action committee,
but everybody's known this as this likelihood was very real.
(19:58):
And this is about Kamala covering up Joe Biden's cognitive decline,
which should be a major issue. She's known, She's lied,
she's covered up, She's put the country in danger.
Speaker 8 (20:11):
Listen, the way that the president's demeanor in that report
was characterized could not be more wrong.
Speaker 5 (20:21):
On the facts. If there was a problem, I'm not mine.
Do you think that you could go tell the American
Colbook There's no need for that.
Speaker 8 (20:30):
I work at Joe Biden every day.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
Joe Biden is going to be fine. We have a
very bold and vibrant.
Speaker 8 (20:37):
President, and Joe bide Key is an extraordinary leader, and
I wish that people could see what I see.
Speaker 1 (20:44):
She knew, she lied, She covered up the same thing
she was. The borders are eleven million, Joe Biden, Kamala
Harris unvetted illegal immigrants from up to one hundred and
eighty countries, and many would terroritize, many would terroritize, making
it into our country. Some we have no idea where
(21:06):
they are. I'm sure plotting, planning and scheming attacks on
our country. Every rape, every murder committed by one of
these Joe Biden, Kamala Harris illegal immigrants, the blood is
on their hands. They are responsible.
Speaker 2 (21:22):
You.
Speaker 1 (21:22):
You have people from our top geo political foes, Iran
at the top of the list, Syria, then Afghanistan, then Egypt,
then Venezuela, Kazakhstan, tens and tens of thousands from China, Russia.
I mean, what the hell is this? Because the whole time,
Kamala Harris, she knew the truth.
Speaker 2 (21:44):
She lied.
Speaker 1 (21:45):
She said the border secure, they said she said the
borders closed, none of which was true. And we're now
suffering the consequences financially, we're suffering the consequences in our
school system and parents and families around the country. You're
suffering the consequences because of lost loved ones. She, along
with Joe may Orchis and the rest of them, have
(22:08):
blood on their hands. There's no other way to put it.
But the Trump campaign was ready for this too. This
is another ad they put.
Speaker 6 (22:16):
Out warning the following may upset liberals who don't want
voters to know the truth about Kamala Harris.
Speaker 9 (22:26):
If you ever wondered how Joe Biden could get the
border so screwed up, remember he had help. Here's Biden
appointing Kamala Harris to be his borders are to deal
with illegal immigration. And here are a record number of
illegal immigrants ten million in counting, flooding over the border
(22:47):
after Harris was put in charge of stopping illegal immigration.
To be fair, Harris got off to a rough start
by ignoring the border.
Speaker 2 (22:58):
Do you have any plans to visit the border.
Speaker 8 (23:02):
I'm here in Guatemala today. At some point, you know
we are going to the border. We've been to the border.
So this whole, this whole, this whole thing about the border.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
We've been to the border.
Speaker 8 (23:14):
We've been to the border.
Speaker 2 (23:16):
You haven't been to the border, and I.
Speaker 8 (23:18):
Haven't been to Europe, and I don't. I don't understand
the point that you're making.
Speaker 9 (23:26):
Harris was liberal on illegal immigration before she ever reached
a White House. As a prosecutor in San Francisco, Harris
allowed illegal immigrant drug dealers to enter job training and
have their criminal records wiped clean. One of the illegal
immigrants Harris released went on to steal an suv and
ran down a young woman, seriously injuring her. And of course,
(23:51):
Harris backs sanctuary city laws that harbor illegal immigrants, even criminals.
She even backs taxpayer funded healthcare for illegals, record illegal immigration,
special treatment for illegals, taxpayer paid benefits, and Harris still
doesn't get it.
Speaker 8 (24:07):
I've been working on this issue for a very long time.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
That's the truth about Kamala Harris.
Speaker 9 (24:13):
She's dangerously liberal on illegal immigration.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
The thing that every American needs to know is she
has been a partner in all of the failure. She
has been a part of the lying, the cover up
that has existed the worst in our history.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
As it relates to Joe's cognitive decline. She has been
the war.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
If she's a borders are I mean, you need to
actually go to the border and know what's going on
down there, and she just lied and went along with
the party line. The giggling is out of control. It
is beyond inappropriate at times, and she is definitely not
up to the job as far as I'm concerned. To
be president. Joe has an excuse. I don't know what
(25:00):
her excuse is. The passage of time and communities are
for the community.
Speaker 8 (25:07):
The largest investment ever to take on the climate crisis,
roughly a trillion dollars.
Speaker 5 (25:12):
With a tea, I.
Speaker 8 (25:16):
Had to you think you just fell out of a
coconut tree. You exist in the context of all in
which you live and what came before you. And what
are the things I love are ven diagrams.
Speaker 5 (25:35):
I love ven diagrams.
Speaker 8 (25:38):
You need to get to go. I need to be
able to get where you need to go to do
the work and get home. The significance of the passage
of time right, the significance of the passage of time.
So when you think about it, there is great significance
to the passage of time. More parents are seeing the
value of educators when they had.
Speaker 9 (26:02):
I said, we're not paying them nearly enough.
Speaker 8 (26:06):
It is time for us to do what we have
been doing in that time is every day, every day.
It is time for us to agree. We all believe
that when we talk about the children of the community,
they are children of the community. So Ukraine is a
country in Europe.
Speaker 7 (26:27):
It exists next to.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
Another country called Russia.
Speaker 8 (26:31):
Russia is a bigger country, Russia is a powerful country.
Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine.
Speaker 5 (26:38):
So basically that's wrong.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
Right, quick break, as we continue, more of your calls
coming up. Look, since October the seventh, we've seen nothing
but death destruction in Israel more than forty years. However,
a great group is out there. We are proudly partnered
with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. They've been
on the ground all these years. Within hours of the
worst terror attack in Israel's history, they were there, and.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
They've been there.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
They've been on the ground every day since and they're
feeding the hungry, protecting the vulnerable, providing medical assistance. Even further,
they're helping people that have been displaced and the elderly.
These attacks continue with Hezbola out of the north, in Lebanon,
out of Gaza in the south, but there are resilient survivors.
(27:25):
They're now sharing their stories and the IFCJ is calling
this series that they put together the Faces of Iron,
and these are survivors like Danny. What a sad story.
His family was burned alive on October the seventh by
radical Islamic Almas terrorists and Danny, a commander of the
volunteer army and rescue in his community, he couldn't do
(27:46):
anything as his own daughter's house was burned to the ground,
killing her and her husband. Thanks to the support of
all of you in this audience, the International Fellowship of
Christians and Jews are helping these survivors or steadfast and
strong and helping those in need. And if you'd like
to hear more stories like this one and show you
(28:06):
support for this great organization, please go to their website.
Is one word support IFCJ dot org. That's SUPPORTIFCJ dot org.
Speaker 5 (28:20):
The Final Hour roundup is next.
Speaker 10 (28:23):
You do not want to miss it, and stay tuned
for the final Hour Free for all on the Sean
Hannity Show.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
All right, let's get to our busyphones eight hundred and
ninety four one, Sean. If you want to be a
part of the program, Tom and Ohio, Tom, Hi, how
are you glad you called her Hey.
Speaker 11 (28:42):
Shawan, I'm good. Listen. I have a question about the ballots.
So the DNC doesn't start for four weeks from today,
and yet early voting starts in fifty six days, so
that means they'll be less than three weeks. And what
I think is could happen is there gonna be a
(29:02):
certain number of ballots that have Joe Biden's name on them.
What's going to happen to those ballots that people submit?
Speaker 1 (29:12):
You raise a good question, and I brought this up earlier,
and I brought this up last night. And there are
a lot of issues as it relates to ballots and
laws in different states that I have no doubt is
going to be challenged now whether or not whether or
(29:33):
not Joe's name will end up remaining on the ballot
in some states, I don't know. I think they might
have got it done just in time. That probably not,
if I had to guess, I don't know for sure.
But it's you know, you're you're dealing with some very
important legal issues, and these legal issues matter now you
(29:57):
have a court system that is corrupt.
Speaker 2 (30:00):
The main thing.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
Look, a ballot can't be changed unless the candidate dies.
For example, in Wisconsin, and it's currently unclear if that
regulation applies before the official domination. In Nevada, a similar
regulation applies, but that state after next Friday, no change
may be made on the ballot for the general election
for any reason. Georgia has regulations that require a convention
(30:24):
for any ballot change, so they are going to be
multiple challenges legal challenges across the country. There is a
chance that Biden's name will remain on the ballot in
certain states. Democrats don't want to be in that position.
I think that's why they're so quickly coalescing around Kamala,
(30:45):
because they don't have time to do anything else.
Speaker 11 (30:48):
Well, I think the only case that we could accept
would be if they take those votes for Biden and
they put them in a category of write in. I think,
knowing that Democrats, what they might try to do is say, well,
a vote for Biden is it's so facto a vote
for the actual nominee, So we're going to add that
(31:11):
into kamalis total. And what if that's only, say, in
a state like Pennsylvania, ten thousand votes? Wow?
Speaker 1 (31:18):
Well, I mean you're raising good questions. Do I think
it's possible? I really, I really think the Republicans. One
thing they have going for them this time is they're
way more prepared than they were in twenty twenty. They
have lawyers ready, they have partisan observers set up, They're
more involved in getting out the vote early voting by
mail efforts, And as long as people cooperate, I think
(31:41):
we're in a much better position. And Joe's not going
to be able to hide in his basement, and nor
will Kamala Harris be able to hide in her basement.
Speaker 2 (31:49):
But we got a long way to go.
Speaker 1 (31:51):
And look, I'm just gonna reiterate something I said in
the last hour because this bears repeating, and I'll say
it often, is there might be some good to come
out of all of this. And that is if people,
if you see what's going on, and you see the
big lie and the big cognitive decline cover up, and
(32:14):
you see these games that these Democrats play, because this
is all about power for them, and it makes you
in any way more committed to do your part, whatever
that part is, if it's just voting, then that will
be a good outcome on this, and that is that
people won't take this election for granted. Maybe if Joe
stated in people would take it for granted. And I
(32:36):
think people you need to go in with the mentality
that your vote will decide the election. And I use
the analogy there's two minutes left in the game, you
have no timeouts, You're on your own twenty You got
to march down the field eighty yards, you got to
cross the plane, it down six and you got to
kick the extra point if you want to win. And
that's the mindset every conservative, every Republican, everyone that cares
(33:00):
about our great democratic republic and wanting to preserve it
for future generations needs to have. This election is an
inflection point for the country. Don't take it for granted.
Use this as a means of doubling down in your
commitment to do your part. And if your part is
only voting, if your part is voting and volunteering, if
(33:23):
your part is voting, volunteering and donating, whatever it is,
take it seriously.
Speaker 2 (33:28):
Thank you, my friend. I appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
I hope everyone hears you loud and clear and hears
me loud and clear.
