Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, thank you Scott Shannon, and thanks to ol
of you for being with us. Right down our toll
free telephone number. You want to be a part of
the program, it's eight hundred and ninety four to one,
Sean if you'd like to join us.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Man, we have h his James, wasn't she? Linda?
Speaker 1 (00:14):
Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm sure we'll play it
later in the show. No one is above the law.
She did say that right on several occasions.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
I think she was paid for some of those occasions.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Say Man, Well, and then she's in the civil case.
Didn't she have a judge in that case named in
Goron and you know it was all about uh, you know,
uh Donald Trump and his business dealings, et cetera, and
the fine detail nothing was done wrong. But didn't the
judge in that case value mar Lago and Palm Beach, Florida. Now,
(00:46):
I know these prices for everybody listening to this program
sounds sound insane because they are insane. But that's Palm Beach, Florida,
and the price of real estate is a small island
and with very few waterfront properties relatively speaking, and it
is one of the most desired areas in all of Florida,
(01:10):
and it just is what it is. But there is
a lot that you can look up that is for
sale on a busy corner. You can actually bring it
into two lots. One would be on an inner coastal
with a very short in a coastal, not a particularly
great view, and the other side would be on the
ocean side. But between the ocean and the house you
(01:34):
have a busy street. And that is going for two
hundred million dollars, and that would be a two acre property.
What is mari a Lago twenty two to twenty four acres.
It is a historic property, It's got two clubs associated
with it, it is in meticulous condition. It's got fifty
some odd bedrooms and bathrooms and swimming pool and a ballroom,
(01:58):
and I mean it's out of and the estimates, according
to real estate people that were willing to testify before
that judge, would have been a billion, billion and a
half dollars. But why let mere details get in the
way anyway, The US Federal Housing Director William Poulty referred
(02:21):
to the DOJ and Pam Bondi, the Attorney General, and
the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche accusing Leticia James of
falsifying bank documents and property records to acquire government backed
assistants and loans and more favorable long terms. Now, this
would be exactly the case if it was Donald Trump,
(02:44):
that Leticia James would try to turn into a federal case,
which he did. And the Trump administration, by the way,
now is accusing the Attorney General of committee mortgage bank
fraud by making false statements on bank lending applications to
receive need more favorable terms. Exactly what his James tried
to prosecute President Trump for as part of her lawfare campaign.
(03:08):
Remember she ran on a platform to get Trump at
any cost and the Trump organization and bankrupt them with
a half a billion dollar unprecedented fine. And the case
was the same legal fiasco with this hacked judge and
Goron claimed Mara a Lago was only eighteen million dollars.
Not a single Democrat, by the way, cares about justice
(03:29):
ever spoke out about how dishonest and fraudulent that all was. Anyway,
So the Trump administration now referring the New York Attorney
General for potential criminal charges, well, I mean in one
incident cited in the referral, James claimed she lived in
Virginia so she could purchase a home in Norfolk, Virginia
while serving as the New York Attorney General, where she
(03:52):
is required to reside for her job. In other words,
claiming that she lived there and a separate incident, she
allegedly that's what the allegation is misrepresented the description of
a property that she owns in Brooklyn, New York, to
meet requirements for a government back loan, and based on
media reports, James as in multiple instances, filed falsified bank
(04:17):
documents and property records to acquire government backed assistants and
loans on more favorable terms. Anyway, Pam Bondi, the Attorney General,
said that we will be reviewing it at that earlier
today twenty sixteen report revealed Letitia James had committed campaign
finance fraud back to The New York Observer at the time.
(04:39):
In November twenty sixteen, the Finance Board slapped then Public
Advocate Letitia James with a five seven hundred and five
dollars fine for various violations committed by her twenty thirteen
campaign to become the city's watchdog, and James had put
in claims for public funds. During the twenty third TI
(05:00):
Sheen election received one million, one hundred and fifty three
thousand and fifty eight bucks in public money. She was
fined fifteen hundred bucks for failing to file pre election
disclosure statements, got hit with a penalty, and for contributions
from unregistered political committees. And it goes on from there anyway.
(05:20):
Earlier today, the embattled New York Attorney General duct reporters
outside her Brooklyn home, refusing to answer questions about this
simmering mortgage fraud scandal and James who infamously declared no
one's above the law when prosecuting Donald Trump. You know,
fagin talking on her cell phone as reporters peppered her
with questions. She had never had a problem talking about
(05:41):
Donald Trump. Amazing, She wouldn't put the phone down today anyway.
She draws an annual salary of two hundred and twenty
thousand dollars, apparently, allegedly, according to this filing, falsified records
to get this sweetheart home loan for her Virginia property
that she claimed was her principal residents. In twenty twenty three,
(06:02):
while serving as a New York State prosecutor. So we'll
see what happens. Loopsey, Daisy. You live by lawfair, you
can die by lawfair. It'll be pretty interesting to watch
how this thing unfolds. We have a lot of other
news today. Now, Japan is in Washington. Representatives from Japan
(06:26):
and why are they there. They're negotiating a trade deal.
They're negotiating an end to the tariffs that are being
placed on America. My prediction is, I don't know if
Japan will be first. According to officials in the administration,
there are fifteen countries that have hard deals on the
table that they'd like to sign immediately, and as one
(06:47):
hundred and thirty other countries now that are on the
waiting list to come up with their deal with the administration.
I mean, these countries know that they've been ripping us off.
They know that the tariffs on us have not been reciprocal.
They know that this is the first time in fifty
sixty years that a president is demanding fundamental, basic fairness.
(07:09):
It's especially offensive when it happens with our with countries
that rely on us for our defense. By the way,
in economic news, for the first time ever, computer processing
maker AMD plans to produce its advanced microchips in America.
This is the third huge big semiconductor microchip deal in
(07:31):
this country since Donald Trump began threatening tariffs. Anyway, they
said today that the processor chips would soon be made
at semiconductor facilities in Arizona. It'd be the first time
that their products will be manufactured in the United States.
Our new fifth generation processors doing very well, and they
noted they had completed an ac acquisition of a leading
(07:55):
supplier of AI servers in the US, which expands its
US footprint, and they are building in America.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
Biden be learned by the way.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
In Today's New York Post, Betsy McCoy chronicles that during
Donald Trump's first term, Trump began trying to reverse America's
growing dependence on China and for most of our antibiotics
and pharmaceuticals. This is now a health national security issue.
And then Joe Biden came along pulled the plug on
the entire effort, guaranteeing that America would be dependent on
(08:28):
China and our dependency would only get worse. And she
writes that China has a death grip on America's generic
drug market as well. As basic medical equipment that every
single doctor in doctor's office relies on. That's why China
is trying to use their maximum amount of leverage. That's
why they pulled the rare minerals that we import from them.
(08:49):
China is the sole manufacturer of one hundred of our
most commonly used medications.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
That's got to end.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Especially, God forbid, we ever face a COVID two point
zero with no thanks to the communist Chinese and twenty twenty,
Trump invoked the Defense Production Act to push manufacturers in
the US to producing up to a third of our
nation's gloves similar supplies domestically. I mean, this all started
back then, and we realized how dependent we were. Similarly,
(09:19):
US imports have finished Chinese pharmaceuticals and active drug ingredients
sort after twenty twenty. Biden only gave lip service, but
he stopped the process and went right back to dependency.
Honda's considering moving from Mexico and Canada their production right
here into the US. We've been telling you about their
plans and Toyota's plans, and Nissan's plans and Hyende's plans,
(09:44):
while China's lashing out calling US peasants here in the
United States and the media like Jonathan carl at ABC,
you know, say, oh, what are we going to be
a nation of cobblers because we'll have manufacturing back in America. Well,
you know what, I guess the twenty years I spent
in the in the service industries and the trades, I
(10:06):
guess that makes me a cobbler. But I'm a I'm
a proud cobbler. Is some of the best some of
the best years of my life taught me life's best lessons.
I mean, Gavin Newsom is just clueless.
Speaker 2 (10:16):
He really is.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
His lawsuit he just filed the lawsuit seeking the block
Donald Trump from enacting as Tara Flatt, good luck, Grifon,
You're gonna lose. Why don't you focus on fixing the
mess you created out in California Because it's a mess
in pretty much every category. California comes in dead last.
No matter how many times you try to go on
television and say just the opposite is true, it just
(10:39):
isn't true anyway. So Japan and the US negotiating high
high stakes today and it is a test as China
is trying to choke off critical mineral supplies. But the
economic pain or is it going to be Chinese power?
I will tell you right now, is that the world
(11:00):
old fears rightly so China. Look on every product you
can think of that we get from China, I am
telling you, they're putting massive tariffs on it, and they've
been abusing our country and we've allowed them to get
away with it, and at some point of shame on them,
at some point of shame on us. And right now
we're at the shame on us point.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
Anyway. You know, just we got to give this a
little bit of.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
Time to work, and I'm pretty sure that we're well
on our way to doing so, as evidence by the
eight trillion dollars and money's committed over the next four years.
Very interesting. The judge that helped the Democrats cover up
their Russia hoax is now threatening to prosecute Trump officials
for ignoring his verbal order. Boseburg is back in the news.
(11:47):
Judge Boseburg he said the court had ultimately determined the
Trump administration's actions on the March fifteen deportation flights, which
took place after he issued a bench ruling during the
immediate return to US soil, demonstrate a willful disregard for
the court insufficient for the court to be found in
(12:07):
criminal contempt? Which is sufficient rather? And should they fail
to answer his question by April twenty thirty, said he
will refer the matter for potential prosecution. Here we go again,
more lawfare. Trump By the way, onloading on Harvard, why
do we give Harvard a penny? Why is one tax dollar?
When you think of the people that pay taxes in
(12:28):
this country. Why should hard working tradesmen in America have
to pay one penny? Why should factory workers manufacture of
manufacturing facility workers, why should they pay one penny? Why
should nurses and other healthcare workers pay one penny To
send you some liberal woke snot nosed brat to Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Princeton,
(12:54):
Brown or any of these other Ivy League institutions, we shouldn't. Now,
if they want to go to an elite university, they
can take some time off and work and save money.
They can get mommy and daddy to pay for it.
Maybe they can take out loans for it that they
will have to pay back on their own and not
expect us to pay them back. And if we're going
(13:16):
to spend money on education or advanced education. Maybe we
should shore up community colleges and trade schools. I talked
about this article I read a couple of months ago
that the next class of millionaires in America are going
to be tradespeople. And if you think of the impact
on AI and how many jobs and careers they're going
(13:38):
to take over one job and career, I don't see
them ever. Taking over is hard work and building homes
and doing plumbing or being a nurse.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
I mean, you could do a lot of robotics, but
you can't do that. President Trump revealed his proudest accomplishment
an interview with Rachel compos Duffy, and he said, it's
the border, and the border is pretty much closed.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
He's right on that. We'll get to that later.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
White House proposal is talking about eliminating the thirteen billion
dollars we give annually to the UN. I've been wanting
this forever. I want the end of globalization. We're out
of the Paris Climate Accords, we're out of the WEF,
we're out of the WHO United Nations historically has been
anti Semitic and anti American. And then we give another
(14:28):
three point five billion for NADO. How about we spend
that money on our national defenses. And if they need
our help at the time, and they're good trading partners
and good partners overall, we'd be glad to help them.
But you know what, there's different ways of looking at things,
and it's time to look at everything. Anew irs. This
(14:50):
is interesting. They're planning to cut up to forty percent
of their workforce after Tuesday, mark the official end of
tax filing season. Really do we really need all these
high rs people harassing every American every year? I can't
tell you. It's like file taxes, Hannity check. I must
be on like some system because they never find anything,
(15:14):
but they always haunted it anyway.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
I must.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
There must be a market neck, don't you think there's
got to be like a oh, Hannity pulls file, you know,
marker in their computer system.
Speaker 2 (15:24):
Linda, it's got to be something. It's got to be
a favorite. I would think, at least top time, Oh
my gosh. And then they never find the top five.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
I don't know, given the fifty seven pages they released
the first time.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
I keep, you know, I have I have accountants and lawyers,
and then I hire another accounting firm and lawyer, legal
firm to go through what the first firm did and
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
I have nothing to do with the process.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
And my my, my guidance to them is pay it
whatever you think we owe, pay and don't mess around
with it. New Some signs another three billion dollar bailout
for her California Medica program medical he's had to borrow
what seven ten billion dollars and a state that's running
(16:08):
deficit after deficit, the highest tax state in the country,
and the reason is with their sanctuary state and all
the sanctuary city statuses. He refused to pull back on
paying for all of the healthcare, all the education for
the illegal immigrants that they allow into their state. And
(16:31):
if California wants to be the sanctuary haven that they
want to be, then let them bear the cost of
all that the rest of the country that does not
support illegal immigration could not have to pay for that.
And he's got dreams of picking out the drapes in
the White House. Good luck with that, considering his radicalized
positions on pretty much everything. Anyway, if you want to
(16:54):
save money, we're still living under the Biden Harris economy,
and not sacrifice my service. One way you can do
it is make the switch to Pure Talk, which is
my cell phone provider, a veteran own company. And the
beauty of pure Talk is you get the exact same
service as the big carriers AT and T, Verizon, Tea
Mobile because they use the same cell towers, the same
(17:15):
five G network, and the average family saves over one
thousand dollars a year. But those big companies they offer
me free phones handity, Okay, fine, make sure you read
the fine print, will you? Does it require that you
sign up for four lines not one? Does it have
activation fees? I bet it probably does. Are you going
to pay one hundred dollars a month for a lot
(17:36):
of service that you're never gonna want, need, or use?
Probably is a better way. Pure Talk has a better offer.
A free phone with a qualifying plan for thirty five
bucks a month, you'll get a brand new Samsung Galaxy
A twenty six. And all you need to do to
make this switch, well, you get for thirty five bucks
a month, unlimited talk, unlimited text, fifteen gigs data, mobile
(18:00):
hotspot roaming, and you just simply dial pound two to
fifty on your cell say the keyword save now, and
you'll make the switch. It'll be simple, fast and easy.
Pound two to fifty keywords save now get your free
Samsung Galaxy with a qualifying plan when you switch to
Pure Talk, which is wireless by Americans and for Americans.
(18:21):
Pretty unbelievable. Let me go to this immigration issue, which
is really driving me of a wall because Democrats, like
I have been saying, have been so radicalized as a party.
I want to go to Senator Van Holland from from Maryland,
(18:44):
and I want to play him. Just this week, I
guess it was out of town hall. They're out of
session right now and they're doing town halls, and this
is what he said about this person that they claim
is from Maryland. Everyone says, the media, the guys from Maryland.
The guys from Maryland. Guys from Maryland. No, the guy
(19:06):
is in the country illegally. The guy is from Al Salvador.
The guy is not an American citizen. He entered our
country illegally. Not one but two judges determined that he
was also a gang member. I'll read from May nineteenth
immigration judge quote. Regardless, the determination that the respondent is
(19:29):
a gang member appears to be trustworthy and is supported
by other evidence. In the record, namely information contained in
the gang Field interview sheet and the fact that a past,
proven and reliable source of information verified the respondent's gang
membership rank and gang name is sufficient to support the
(19:50):
respondent is a gang member, and the respondent has failed
to present evidence to rebut that assertion. December twenty nine,
the finding that he is a gang member upheld by
another judge. We adopt and affirm that the Immigration Judge's
danger ruling. The Immigration judge appropriately considered allegations of gang
(20:12):
affiliation against Garcia and determined that Garcia has not demonstrated
he is not a danger to property or persons anyway.
The DHS says Garcia would would be deported again if
he returned to the US because he's an MS thirteen
gang member and by the way, that has now been
that has now been categorized by the Trump administration and
(20:37):
designated as a terrorist organization. You know, so you have
this this democratic gang member post a child for Trump's
so called deportation abuses. You know, turns out, according to
two judges, to be a gang member.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
Now.
Speaker 1 (20:54):
Rachel Moore in the mother of five that was murdered
by a Tiden heresy illegal. This woman, mother of five,
was brutally raped and unbelievably murdered in cold blood. Later
in the program I Will Play, I had her mother,
Patty on TV last night in a heart wrenching interview.
(21:17):
It is the saddest thing, as she describes, having to
look at the autopsy pictures and look at the crime
scene pictures of her daughter that had been so brutalized
by this person. Now, remember Van Holland is from Maryland.
Do you think he ever took the time to pick
(21:39):
up the phone and call Patty Morin who lost her daughter,
Rachel Morin, mother of five. His mother will never see
her daughter again. This Rachel Morin's five children will never
see their mother again. And this guy never bothered to
pick up a phone and call her. Neither Joe Biden
(22:01):
or Kamala Harris or Alejandro Majorcus as far as I
am concerned, all of them have blood on their hands.
But the big Cause celeb Now, oh, they made a mistake.
This guy's not a gang member. He's from Maryland. He's
not from Maryland. He's a citizen of El Salvador. He
(22:23):
came into our country illegally. It's not my fault that
not one but two judges designated him a gang member.
I know if he's a gang member, how would I
possibly know what his affiliations are? But certainly that was
their determination.
Speaker 2 (22:39):
Now.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
Interesting side note before I play Van Holland is that
the New York Post reports today that this alleged according
to two judges, MS thirteen member who was deported by
the Trump administration at Al Salvador's notorious Megaprison, was also
previously accused of physically abusing his wife, who has been
(23:02):
fiercely advocating for his release. I don't know why based
on her previous filey anyway, Garcia's wife, Jennifer Vasquez, applied
for protective a protective order against her husband in twenty
twenty one, saying that he punched, scratched, grabbed, bruised her,
according to court documents. The Department of Homeland Security shared
(23:26):
Vasquez's allegation on x saying that its evidence Garcia had
a history of violence was not the upstanding Maryland man
that the state run legacy media mob and Democrats have
been portraying him to be. Lawyers representing Garcia didn't respond
to her quests to the previous allegations. Now the guy,
(23:49):
the senator from Maryland who didn't call Maryland resident Rachel
Morin or her mother really went to bat for this guy. Listen,
you know if we renounced this, but I am planning
tomorrow to go to El salvador.
Speaker 2 (24:07):
I could I had heard that.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
But I didn't know that his public So ye, yes, yes,
Pam BONDI when Caitlyn Collins. By the way, nobody watches
that show. Did you see have you seen the ratings?
How bad it is on CNN.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
It's so bad. CNN has been very bad for a
very long time. And they're very weird in a very
weird way. Yeah, they really are a good point.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
Anyway, the man who is mistakenly deported Del Salvador, I
don't know why they keep saying mistakenly. And the President said, Pam,
would you like to answer this? We played it on
the program yesterday, and she said, first and foremost, he
was illegally in our country. He had been illegally in
our country. In twenty nineteen, two courts, an immigration court,
an appellate immigration court ruled that he was a member
(24:58):
of MS thirteen and he was illegally in our country
right now, it was a paperwork. An additional paperwork had
needed to be done. That's up to l Salvador if
they want to return him, that's not up to us.
And then Steven Miller chimed in, as two immigration courts
(25:18):
have found he was a member of MS thirteen. When
President Trump declared MS thirteen to be a foreign terrorist organization,
that meant he was no longer eligible under federal law,
that he was no longer eligible for any form of
immigration relief in the United States. So he has a
deportation order that was valid, which meant that under our
(25:42):
law he cannot even be allowed to be present in
the US and had to be returned because of the
foreign terrorist designation. And Caitlin Collins, now here's what we
do know. Garcia was in the United States illegally. He
entered the country whenever and was granted legal status by
an immigration judge who found that he was facing danger
(26:05):
from gang members in his home country. You know, it's like,
these are people that have never taken the time to
ever interview these mothers. And there were dozens and dozens
of Americans murdered by Biden Harris illegals. Nobody cared dozens
raped by Biden Harris. Illegals, nobody cared. There's been thousands
(26:28):
and thousands of Americans victims of violent crime. Nobody cares.
The car tells the gangs selling drugs, killing our kids.
They don't ever talk about that. But they care about
the guy that was designated an MS thirteen member by
not one, but two judges immigration judges in this country.
(26:49):
And this goes to the heart of where Democrats are
as a party. What do I keep saying? They're the
party that champions the rights of men to play women's sports.
Speaker 2 (27:00):
They're championing. They're not.
Speaker 1 (27:02):
They're not sympathetic towards Rachel Moron or Joscelyn Nungary or
Lake and Riley or the other victims of murder and
rape and violent crime. They they are putting the rights
of illegals over the safety of Americans. This is insane,
but that's the modern modern left democratic party. If you
(27:23):
try to cut waste, fraud, and abuse, you're creating a
constitutional crisis. By the way, a Georgia man charged with
threatening to kill the Director of National Intelligence, Pulsey Gabbard
uh Ali Akbar Mohammed Amen was taken in a custody
(27:44):
charged under a sealed federal complaint that was unsealed following
his initial appearance in federal courties, being held without bond.
These are scary times when you think of all of
this that's going on, everything that's happened with Tesla, everything
that's happened to President Trump, you know, everything, the fact
that the left supports these pro hamas, spoiled brats on
(28:06):
on you know, college campuses around the country. It turns
out the confessed arsonist that tried to kill Josh Shapiro
and his family on Passover told police he did it
for the Palestinian people. He said he needed to know
that that Governor Shapiro needed to know that he will
not take part in his plans for what he wants
(28:27):
to do to the Palestinian people. According to the warrant,
he said, you you all know where to find me.
I'm not hiding and I'll confess to everything that I
had done. Okay, good, Put him in jail, turn away
the throw away the key.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
It's fine with me. Not a problem. Uh.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
A lot of stuff going on. Oh, by the way,
Joe Biden spoke. Did you see what he said?
Speaker 2 (28:52):
Linda?
Speaker 1 (28:54):
Let's play some Joe Biden from last night, his first
speech since leaving office.
Speaker 3 (29:01):
Simple dignity everyone. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity,
regardless of their standard, regardless of economics, regardless of who
they are.
Speaker 4 (29:13):
Fewer than one hundred days. It's new administration has made
so much done, so much damage, and so much destruction.
It's kind of breath taking. It could happen that soon
they've taken a hash into so security administration, pushing just
seven thousand employees, seven thousand out the door in that time.
(29:35):
We can't go on like this is a divided nation,
as divide as we are. I said, I've been doing
this a long time. It's never been this divided. Granted
it's roughly thirty percent, but it's a thirty percent that
has no heart. And I had never seen I'd never
seen hardly any black people and stranting at the time
(29:57):
when and I was only going in fourth grade, and
I remember seeing the kids going by at a time
colored kids do a bus going by.
Speaker 2 (30:06):
Colored kids.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
This is the guy that partnered with the former Kleansman
never got called out by the only person. Interestingly they
called him out on It was during the primary before
twenty twenty in that election was Kamala hers I was
that little girl when he stood with Robert Byrd to
stop the integration of public schools and bussing because he
(30:28):
didn't want public schools to become racial jungles. But Democrats
the claim that they have a monopoly of you know,
moral superiority on issues involving race. Yeah, they didn't do
a thing. They let it happen. I think we were
probably one of the few news outlets to even talk
about it. By the way, protesters had to be tased
(30:50):
by cops at are chaotic Marjorie Taylor Greentown Hall, I'm
sure what was going on there. And the New York
Times omitted a key detail from the Josh Shapiro Arson suspect.
And anyway, they failed to note that he's a self
proclaimed socialist. To Upsie Daisy, I bet if he was
(31:10):
a conservative, they would have they would have done it.
Harvard is now fighting with the support of Barack Obama
the White House, harder than it's ever fought anti semitism.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
You know, why is that? Why did they Why are they?
Speaker 1 (31:26):
You know, these think about this, these woke institutions of
higher learning that have all these rigid you know, you
must use the proper pronoun and don't ever say anything
that is racist, to sexist, a homophobicause xenophobic, et cetera.
And we all love one another. But it was perfectly
(31:47):
okay to support a terrorist organization and sympathize with them
