this morning because of the fire, and schools are closed
again today in Beverly, Gloucester and Marblehead. The strike by
teachers in all three towns entering a second week this morning.
Frustration on both sides.

It's supposed to be a negotiation of bargaining between the
two parties. We make an offer, they come back with
something different. We shouldn't be countering against ourselves.
