Brian Walsh murder trial today. Testimony yesterday focused on things
found in a dumpster with definite connections to his late wife.

Walsh is still suggesting his wife died suddenly, he panicked
and disposed of the body. Again. More testimony expected today,
and the search resumes for a guy seen floating and
clinging to a small boat in the Merrimack River in Newburyport.
Yesterday they found the boat, still no signs of the guy.
And we're hearing more from the young Babson student who

was taken by ice while on her way to visit
her family in Texas and deported to Honduras. We're hearing
from both she and her lawyer.

The rule of law is violated. A federal judge is
should in order not to deport her from the country
to give her her day in court, and they're being
so brazen about it. They're effectively claiming that the judge
had no authority to even issued the order, so they
deported her anyway.
