Coast the new rail service starts this morning. First time
passengers can take a train from Fall River all the
way to Boston. And the news not so good for
students in North Andover a planned walkout today over proposed
teacher cuts, and the investigation continues. In Brockton, two teenagers
killed in a double shooting at the Westgate Mall over
