Now this morning show in Boston, Billy and Lisa in
the morning. It's just a great start to my day
on Kids run Away. Good morning.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
How's everybody up in the Boston area this morning?

Speaker 3 (00:12):
Oh? Good, good? Thank you Uncle Mark.

Speaker 4 (00:14):
Good thanks Mark.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
All right, here we go. Welcome to a Friday, a
Father's Day weekend. Justin here, Lisa Winnie, producer Riley and
Mikey v Welcome in. Mike, you guys got up early.
We do early early. Oh you tired, Mikey. Yeah, it's
not an easy life. It's not for their week, as
they say, no, not at all. Billy Costa, of course,

(00:36):
is on Nantucket at the book festival. He'll be back
on Monday. We'll check in with him just after eight o'clock.
If he's up, he's he gonna be up please.

Speaker 5 (00:43):
I I suppose so, because they have to film the
TV show all over Nantucket this morning before he comes back.
But there wasn't insidant yesterday. Oh yeah, Billy Costa was
involved with.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Are we going to talk about it now?

Speaker 3 (00:58):
Well, there is a lot of airline news in the
world if you're just waking up across the whole world,
obviously in India here at Logan Airport. Billy was involved
in that. We'll get to all that. That's gonna be
our topic time at seven fifteen this morning, and there's
a lot to cover there. But as far this this week,
this weekend, the weather least Father's Day, what are we
looking at? Cold?

Speaker 5 (01:19):
Yeah, we're not going to get out of the sixties
all weekend.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
But Sunday shouldn't rain though, right, No, it's.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
Just gonna be cloudy, but it's going to be chilling.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
Yeah. I think Mikey had a good post this week
when it was nice because it's nice on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
And Mikey put up a video on his Instagram walking
down the street in the beautiful weather and said, now
in summer of twenty twenty five, whatever day it's nice out,
that's the weekend.

Speaker 6 (01:40):
It's like girl math, It's just like it's weekend. So
like for me, Wednesday was Saturday. Thursday was Sunday because
it was Sunday.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
I'm all in. I think that's a good wed We
got it.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
For our sales department, Friday starts on Wednesday, anuway Thursday.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Yeah, on Wednesdays we walk around and wish the sales
department Happy Friday every single week. That's funny anyway. Yeah,
welcome into the show everybody. You can always join our
show via the talkback feature on the iHeartRadio app. Remember,
you can listen to this show all around the world
on the free iHeartRadio app. You just hit the little
microphone button and send one in. You can join the show.
You can call us six one seven nine three one

(02:15):
one one eight. It is Friday the thirteenth. Oh yeah, yeah, Mike,
you forget about that. I did, and that's good luck
for Friday. That's the thirteenth.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
When I was a kid, the Friday the thirteenth movies
were my favorite horror movies. It's Jason. Yeah, everybody's seen them.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
I have, but they're so scary. I can't do those
movies really. Yeah, they're just so scary.

Speaker 6 (02:37):
It's Jason's birthday today, Giona from our show in the
afternoon till the saf You know.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
That Jason boyhes Yeah, like the character.

Speaker 6 (02:44):
Google it right now, it's his birthday today unless yeah,
when you look it up.

Speaker 7 (02:49):
Anyone, and I'm going to give it to you straight
about Jason. His body was never recovered from the lake
after we drowned. Have you listened to the old timers
in town? That's how you all out there, some sort
of demented creature surviving in the wilderness.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
Okay, Justin I have his fictional birthday is June thirteenth,
nineteen forty six.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Oh yeah, we gotta do the whole show on this. Yeah,
that's crazy. Well, I have a list here. I want
to start with, as it is Friday, the thirteenth, of
the weirdest weapons that Jason used to kill people in
the movies.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
What a wait to start the morning, right, let's hear
I'm uplifting.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Okay, Mikey if you're just joining us here, I know
you don't join us that often.

Speaker 4 (03:32):
But you gotta love Winny this morning.

Speaker 8 (03:34):
Just spreading joy and positivity.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
I'm the problem.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Yeah, okay, go ahead, Okay, there's something you know the
common ones. An ice pick was used in Part two,
a knitting needle in part three? How about a fuse
box that was also in part three, a corkscrew? Those
are your usual ones. I want to focus on this one,
in particular, number nine in the list. In Jason takes
Manhattan a sauna rock. Oh was you saw that one?

Speaker 2 (04:02):
No?

Speaker 3 (04:02):
But hot sona rock, hots on a rock? How about
a deep friar?

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Oh, oh, it's kind of hurt.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
And then in two thousand and nine, Jason used dear
antlers to kill somebody else.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
That's an impalement.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Yeah, yeah, so.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
The ice pick been hitting meal the antlers.

Speaker 6 (04:25):
Yeah, it's too much. So just be careful out there today.
It's the day of the unlucky.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Oh we got paid this morning, though, So that's lucky.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
That is good news. That is good news. It is
Father's Day weekend. I think, Uh, I'm the only dad here.
I'm a cat dad, You are a cat? Dats what's
your cat's name?

Speaker 9 (04:46):
Name?

Speaker 6 (04:46):
Jackson Stella? Okay, and what kind of cats are they?
They're Bengo cats. They're like little dogs. Yeah, you let
them outside, right, We don't let them outside. They get
outside every once in a while and we kind of
let them enjoy it.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Okay. They go in the pool. No, I don't know, no pool.
That's think my biggest fears that the cat ends up
in the pool.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Oh, they're probably drowned. They can't yeah, I don't think.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
I don't think they'd do too well. Yeah, they can't swim.
I don't think right. I haven't tested it.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
It had to train it.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
For fathers. They were going for a group swim. Oh
there you got.

Speaker 10 (05:16):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss Rue Away Studios. But we're
back with the Billy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
Kiss Hey friends, good morning, welcome back. It is the
Billy and Lisa Show on a Friday the thirteenth. Justin Lisa,
Winnie and mikey v And for Billy, thank you for
coming in. Mike early mornings. Eiry morning's over here. Yeah,
I know it's tough. Billy Costa is in Nantucket for
the book festival. He'll be back on Monday. We'll check
in with him at eight ten this morning. If we
can get him on the phone. We might have to

(05:44):
have the dump button ready because I got it he
had some issues yesterday getting to Nantucket.

Speaker 5 (05:50):
Well I had to tell him why he was having
problems getting to Nantucket.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Yeah, you hear about that Jet Blue Flighty the issues
at Logan While Bill was involved in that in some way.
He was, so we'll get the story from him. Issue. Yeah,
he is the mush. He is the mush, that's for sure.
But anyway, the talkback MIC's is open. Please join us
on a Friday, let us know what you're doing. You
can do that on the iHeartRadio app. Just listen to
us on Kiss when away, tap the little microphone button.

(06:17):
You never know you could hear your voice on the radio.

Speaker 11 (06:19):
Happy Friday.

Speaker 4 (06:20):
It's the may of the South End.

Speaker 11 (06:22):
I was in Lisa's neighborhood yesterday. I went to a
fabulous Pride pool party where the weather was hot and
the speedos were tight. Now I want to invite everybody
down to the Gate Pride Parade tomorrow if you've never been.
It's really a fun time.

Speaker 3 (06:38):
We're going to have a.

Speaker 11 (06:39):
Million people and Happy Father's Day everybody, and I'll see
all you hop daddies at the parade tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
Who I wonder why the mayor in the South End
was in Milton.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
Yesterday, fool party? He said, Yeah, Bride the Pride Parade
is actually really fun. I have a quick Pride Parade story.
Years ago, I wandered into the Pride parade in Boston.
I was, you know, running around the streets doing god
knows what, and I stumbled upon all these people and
didn't know what it was. And then I remember a
sloat went by and Madonna's Ray of Light. They were
playing it and all the dancers were dancing, and I

(07:11):
was like, oh, but let me tell you those gay
I probably hadn't showered in a month, and those gays
welcomed me right in. I love yous up and down.

Speaker 6 (07:19):
I'm actually djaing a big part of it on Saturday
for the Pride Parade.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Yeah did every year. Oh yeah, well you know what
they say about you. He's so handsome and he's so gay.

Speaker 10 (07:28):
The entertainment updates were a Billy costas.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
We're a big shoes to fill. I'm in for Billy today.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
He's on Nantucket for the Nantucket Book Festival.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
So we're going to start with some sports, Mikey.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
The Patriots announced yesterday that they have a giant Tom
Brady bronze statue that they will unveil at Gillette Stadium
August eight.

Speaker 12 (07:49):
It is the honor of my life to be officially
enshrined into the winning legacy of this amazing organization. I
am Tom Brady and I am a Patriot.

Speaker 4 (08:05):
I kind of get the chills.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
I don't know, so cool, so powerful.

Speaker 5 (08:09):
Yeah, it's gonna be the first statue ever at Gillette.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
Yeah, they don't have any nothing crazy.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
Right, and they're going to be playing the Commanders that night,
so that'd be kind of fun to get to. The
Oilers were in Florida last night for the Stanley Cup
Finals and they were able to.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Tie to tie up the series in overtime.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
A good Shottle zone zone now with that cold.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
Drive, sles love it.

Speaker 5 (08:38):
Very exciting. So now it's two two with the Panthers.
Game five is tomorrow night back in Edmonton. But the
thing that I took away from the game last night
was that Travis and Taylor were there.

Speaker 10 (08:48):
The rumors have been swirling all day and she is here,
Taylor Swift, along with NFL tight end Travis Kelcey taking.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
In Game four between two teams who.

Speaker 10 (08:57):
You could say, Kenny have a lot of bad blood.

Speaker 5 (09:00):
Okay, so they were chatting it up with Wayne Gretzky
the Great was in the box with them, and then
I guess eiler Connor McDavid had this to say after
the shout.

Speaker 13 (09:09):
Out to Taylor Swift for pulling up like this was
her love story, but tonight wasn't a fairy tale. You
showed up and just like the Super Bowl, your team choked.
Maybe next time just stick to concert. Ms. Kelsey couldn't
save the Chiefs and now you couldn't save Florida. You
know that swift curse is real, and honestly, thank you
for bringing it. And hey, I know you just dropped.

(09:30):
I can do it with a broken heart last year.
But you know, but after that blown three to zero lead,
pretty sure it's the Panthers who'll be singing that all
the way to Cancun.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
Wait, was that real?

Speaker 1 (09:40):
All right?

Speaker 5 (09:40):
Well that's thanks to AIA got it.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
So real because we were watching it this morning.

Speaker 3 (09:48):
Right justin Yeah, you think it's real until you know
it takes like a minute or two you're like, wait
a minute.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
We laugh about it, but the world's getting scared. Oh yeah,
I don't even want to talk. I don't even like
to speak about a I think it's the double.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
It's creepy.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Are we surprised that Taylor and Travis were at the game.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
I didn't take them as hockey people, but I mean
I guess I would have.

Speaker 6 (10:05):
Heard about them. And actually a little bit they kind
of been on the d L for a little bit.

Speaker 5 (10:09):
Well supposedly they could be secretly married. That's that's been
the story all week.

Speaker 1 (10:14):
Well, can we find their marriage certificate somewhere? Isn't a
public record?

Speaker 5 (10:18):
That's usually what TMZ would do. Yeah, exactly, the court records. Yeah,
all right, So the New Kids, we were actually watching.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
This yesterdays Why and I. They were on.

Speaker 5 (10:27):
GMA yesterday morning performing, but they were talking their Vegas rser.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
Well, it's all the bills and whistles of Las Vegas.

Speaker 4 (10:35):
You know, we're we're pulling out all the stops.

Speaker 3 (10:37):
It's really the show of a lifetime.

Speaker 14 (10:38):
We're getting to do all the dreams we had since
we were teenagers. It's gonna be great.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
I love them. But I was watching yesterday and if
we talk about this all the time, Jonathan, yeh, like
Jordan's everyone knows Jonathan is. He gives absolutely nothing and
I respect him so much because he goes, I'm just
here for the bag. I don't want to be here.
I'm just gonna do a little move here. You're in
there the same sets I've been doing for thirty five years,

(11:03):
and you can't stop me.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
Yeah. We saw them at the Garden a couple of
years ago and it was the whole show and Jonathan
didn't dance at all, and every time he would come
near us while they were all dancing. In the middle
of the song, he'd be at Billy pointing.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Yeah, I just walk back and forth through stage waving
at people.

Speaker 6 (11:20):
Yeah, low expectations, low pressure for him. That's a lot
of money. And by the way, his show on HGTV
is fantastic.

Speaker 7 (11:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:27):
No, I think we love it.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
I think he's great. I just love how he's really
owned the fact that he's not into it. He's never
been into it. They forced him into it when he
was a teenager, and now he's stuck with it. And
you had to divide it by five. I still get
my twenty percent. It's genius. It is, Oh my god.

Speaker 5 (11:41):
So they're in Vegas next week June and then November,
and then they'll be back in February of twenty twenty six.

Speaker 4 (11:47):
So get your tickets. Nelly and Ashanty, we love them,
I know well, as Shanty's.

Speaker 5 (11:52):
Been here, Nelly's been in here. They have a new
reality show. It's called Nelly and Ashanti. We Belong Together.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
I'm a wee bit.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
In the beginning, we were still finding where we were going.

Speaker 8 (12:04):
We would together off and on for eleven years before
the final.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
I hated him. I didn't think that we would get
back together.

Speaker 4 (12:18):
He wanted to get got you definitely did.

Speaker 5 (12:23):
Got a baby, right, But we love a shanty because
didn't you say, like she does all of Jlo's songs.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Yes, Ashanti Lisa google it, you could google it.

Speaker 3 (12:34):
No, I know you're right, but they.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Any hit jaos had you hear it. They mixed Ashanti's
voice into it with j Lo. I mean they were
doing this for years. She does all like the sample
songs you know, back in the early two thousands, like jah.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Rule and like all that's what I think about.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Yeah, and they would just be like, okay, a shanty,
can you sing this for us? And then they would
just mix Jlo's voice into it a little bit so
that you could say it was Jaylo's voice, but it
was really a shanty carried well.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
We love them. It's going to be on Peak starting
June twenty six.

Speaker 3 (13:02):
Meanwhile, Mike got out. We have Winnie.

Speaker 1 (13:05):
Around the way.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
Girl, get her a contract.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
I never claimed to okay, I never claimed to be.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
She got forced to sing.

Speaker 5 (13:14):
It's like, all right, big couple news. There we go,
big couple news. Do Alipa has announced officially that she
is engaged to Callum Turner. He's a producer, movie producer.
And the thing I love most about this is that
Callum reached out to her besties and her sister and

(13:35):
designed a custom ring with all of them helping him
and do a LIPA says she is completely obsessed.

Speaker 1 (13:41):
Oh I love that for her.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
Yeah, I love her.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
They've been together for a while, right, yeah, yeah, because
she dated the Hadid's brother for a minute and then
I feel like she was single.

Speaker 3 (13:50):
Then she went no, she was dating someone else in between. Yeah,
what was his name?

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Hey, this is I'm hanging with my man, Mikey.

Speaker 3 (13:56):
We so it was. It didn't worry.

Speaker 5 (14:03):
She's on tour, so who knows whim will get married.
But we love her and I'm so excited for them.
So the Grammys, I talked about this earlier. They have
two new categories. They have added Best Traditional Country Album
and Best Album Cover, which is strange. Why would they
add best album Cover? Because we were talking off the air.

(14:23):
When do you see albums?

Speaker 3 (14:24):
No one buys albums, right, I don't.

Speaker 1 (14:26):
Even remember the last time I looked at an album cover.
So even when I download something, you know Apple Music,
or I listened to it or iHeartRadio app. I'm not
looking at it. I'm just playing it and then I'm
listening it to it. I'm not looking at the album.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
So why do you think they would add that?

Speaker 3 (14:41):
I don't know. Well, funny enough, what was the biggest
story yesterday?

Speaker 5 (14:44):
It was the Sabrina Carpenter album may Man's.

Speaker 4 (14:50):
Best Friend List.

Speaker 5 (14:54):
I thought it was creative and fun. The Grammys will
air on February first, And what else do I have
to go?

Speaker 4 (15:01):
Oh, we have new music today, News Friday Justice.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
Oh yeah, so only one today. It's kind of light
on the new music side. But Chris Brown, who's coming
to Fenway in August, has a new single kind of
a poppy sound to it, kind of vintage Chris Brown.
It's called Holy Blindfold.

Speaker 1 (15:15):
I like it, but it's literally giving me like twenty ten,
I know, two thousand and nine him like he has
a duet with Justin Bieber. It kind of has like
that vibe to it. But I mean, I like it.
I'm excited for his show. He puts you might not
ever hate him, puts on one of the best shows
you will ever see live. Like he's really really.

Speaker 6 (15:33):
I've never seen an artist dance the way that he dances.
He moves that's yeah. And then he's also singing.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
Yes, he is really singing. He's you know, he's he
puts on a good show.

Speaker 3 (15:43):
Enway.

Speaker 4 (15:43):
August twenty fifth, right, yep.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
August twenty fifth. All right, the Monday, will we all
be I will just a show, outing Lisa, you and
I will be there.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
What day of the week is it?

Speaker 9 (15:52):
All?

Speaker 1 (15:53):
It's a Monday. You won't come.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
Just doesn't do Monday.

Speaker 3 (15:56):
I have to be here to produce this wonderful do Okay.

Speaker 5 (16:01):
So this hour's Entertainment Report is brought to you by
one of my most favorite places, the ninety nine. So
if you're looking for the perfect dad gift, I have
to tell you this is it. The ninety nine Restaurants
gift cards are the perfect gift for dad. For every
twenty five dollars you purchase, you'll receive a five dollars

Speaker 4 (16:17):
You gotta love the Nines and there you go.

Speaker 13 (16:21):
Shout out to Taylor Swift for pulling up like this
was her love story, But tonight wasn't a fairy tale.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Your team choked.

Speaker 10 (16:28):
From the Planet's Fitness Kiss One Away Studios we We're
back with a Billy and Lisa in the morning on Kiss.

Speaker 6 (16:35):
One O eight.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
All right, good morning, friends, welcome back to a Friday morning.
Justin here. Let's set the scene for you in the studio.
I'm justin of course, Lisa is here, Winnie producer Riley
taking your calls and your talkbacks. And Mikey v is
joining us this morning for Billy, who's in Nantucket for
the book festival. Thanks so much for joining Mikey. We
have a lot to get to this morning. First of all,

(16:57):
Karen Reid the jury, Yeah, get the case.

Speaker 4 (16:59):
Yeah, this after news, this.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
Afternoon, what are we thinking? How long?

Speaker 1 (17:02):
I think it's gonna be at least Monday or Tuesday.

Speaker 3 (17:05):
I think I think it won't go past Tuesday.

Speaker 5 (17:07):
The judge wants them to stay late today until like
five thirty.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
Yeah, you think there's a chance today they could reach
a verse.

Speaker 4 (17:13):
I don't think so.

Speaker 5 (17:14):
Too big of a trial, Yeah, too much evidence they
got to have to read.

Speaker 4 (17:17):
Yeah, it's like two hundred piece.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
Okay, at least thoughts not guilty, mistrial guilty.

Speaker 4 (17:22):
I think it's going to be another mistrial.

Speaker 6 (17:24):
Yeah, me too, Yeah, I'm yeah, yeah, what about I'm
not guilty.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
I don't, I don't, I don't. I don't see a
world just for how divisive the public is and the
last trial where any any twelve people will come up
to the same conclusion, right.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
Yeah, the case is just the mess. Yes, I'm going
with mistrial, yeah for sure. And of course coming up next,
we do have our airline news segment.

Speaker 8 (17:48):
Good morning, Happy Friday the thirteenth, guys, and hi mikey V.

Speaker 9 (17:54):
Thank you for joining the morning show. I am just
looking forward to hearing Billy's like unhinged maniac reache at
whatever it was that happened yesterday that I'm literally leaving
my phone on at my desk until I get to
the bottom of it.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Yeah, good idea. Yeah, we'll let you know what happened
to Billy next about three minutes. But at eight ten
he'll actually join us. He'll call in, and I've been
talking to him this morning. He sounds okay now, but
he's saying once he gets on the air, no promises.

Speaker 1 (18:28):
Oh, I had to the dumb button ready to go.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
Yeah. Lisa called him yesterday in the middle of what
was happening.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
And I actually told him what was happening.

Speaker 6 (18:36):
Yeah, he was not happy. I'm not sure if I
would even want to know. Take At that.

Speaker 4 (18:43):
Point he guys, really done of it.

Speaker 5 (18:44):
And then he had some friend on board and he goes, hey, Chuck,
guess what's going on.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
Yeah he did make it though, Yeah he did.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
I'm shocked he met. He made it to his event
at three.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
It's a miracle. It's America.

Speaker 8 (18:57):
Hey, it's a girl Sarah for me. Happy Friday Day,
Happy Father's Day weekend. Just gearing up to hang out
with my dad Moose. Yes I live in Maine, and yes,
my dad's nickname is Moose. And wouldn't you.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
Know it, another rainy weekend.

Speaker 9 (19:15):
So excited, can't wait.

Speaker 8 (19:18):
God bless New England weather and New England summers.

Speaker 6 (19:22):
Love you all.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
Bye.

Speaker 4 (19:25):
Yeah, Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
Yeah, it's the forgotten holiday. That's what really says. Stop
it say that.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
What are you doing for a Father's Day?

Speaker 3 (19:35):
Well, my son has two championship games. He made it
to the championship in baseball, so that's tomorrow and if
they win, they play again on Sunday.

Speaker 6 (19:44):
So you're hoping he loses there? No, no, no, no, I
love it. He's a pitcher. I love watching the games.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
He's a picture, but you don't pitch every game. He does,
really yeah, but they have a pitch count, so he
usually pitched the first like two or three innings. Yeah, maniac.

Speaker 6 (19:58):
So yeah, he's he's out of his mind, but he's
a really good picture. So we're looking forward to that.
And I guess just spending time with the kid, with
the kids, you know, there's one thing you learn as
a father, Mikey.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
You know one day it might happen for you. I
don't know, you know, And it's so true. My wife
said to me recently, you know your children, Our children
are not going to remember what you buy them. They're
going to remember the time that you spent with them
and the things that you do. And I really thought
about that, and I thought about my own father, and
I don't remember anything he bought me when I was

(20:28):
a kid, But my best memories are the things that
we did together. That's true.

Speaker 6 (20:33):
Activities purchase is like a temporary happiness, but the time
spent together that's what you remember.

Speaker 3 (20:39):
It's a long time happening. Like we'd go to the
movies every weekend, and my dad had a good trick
we'd buy Matt and A tickets which were the cheapest,
and then he would time it out so that when
the first movie got out, we would just sneak into
the next theater. Yeah, and we'd do like two or
three movies and a whole Saturday.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
I don't remember that.

Speaker 5 (20:54):
I went to the movies with my dad too when
I was little, and I will never forget it.

Speaker 3 (20:58):
It's a great memory.

Speaker 1 (20:59):
Yeah, my dad would call sleep at the movies, so
he and then take.

Speaker 5 (21:02):
My tab would make me go to like Star Wars
and like all like the sci fi movies.

Speaker 6 (21:07):
Well, my dad was to collected for the mass Pike
for years, for thirty years, and so he met like
so many interesting people through that. But he had a
buddy that worked at the garden. This is before like
things were scanned and they were on your phone, and
they would give us like bogus tickets, like tickets on
the night before, and then we would go to the
garden to like the Celtics gameer. I remember going to
w W with tickets of the night before. The guy

(21:28):
would like look at it, it's like hand it back
to you and let you in. And then but you
just like like we were like sea. Somebody's like, excuse me,
I like my thirteenth birthday, fighters.

Speaker 3 (21:42):
Like me and ten friends, not that seat. I was
wandering around. Yeah. And by the way, happy Father's Day
to your father in Heaven. Thank you. I appreciate that
a lot. Yeah, kiss billion. Lisa in the Morning Present
Airline News. You know what, I'm a whacker on the
point with Lisa. I'll get on the plane and get
the hell out of here.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
Okay, So a lot happened yesterday morning. We started the
show with some horrible tragic airline news coming out of India.
The flight from India to London crashed in a residential
area right after takeoff, killing all passengers two hundred and
forty one except for one man who survived because he

(22:25):
was thrown out of the airplane and he miraculously survived.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
You saw him walking around. He was walking around the
wreckage site.

Speaker 4 (22:33):
I mean, this is like unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
He literally walked away from the crash. Yeah, literally, that's crazy.

Speaker 4 (22:38):
Yeah, but I have to say, you know what seat
number he was in? Eleven? That is a godly number.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
Yeah it is, yeah, double one, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (22:47):
The double ones. I'm telling you there's something to that.
And then the other airline news story. So our heart's gone, honestly, like,
I know that the US is sending eight over to them.
It's so tragic. The other airline news story actually happened
in Boston. A Jet Blue flight coming in from Chicago
was landing at Logan yesterday and kind of skidded off
the runway into the grass. So they're trying to figure

(23:09):
out what happened. But the reason why we're mentioning it
is because yesterday Billy left the show here, went to
Logan and boarded a Jet Blue flight for Nantucket because
he's at the Nantucket Book Festival. So on my feed
on my Instagram feed yesterday midday, I saw Bez had
posted BZTV that there was a ground stop at Logan

(23:31):
because of this incident. So I called Billy and he answered,
and I said where are you? And he goes, I'm
on the flight. We've been sitting here for an hour.
What's going on? I said, I'm going to tell you
what's going on?

Speaker 3 (23:44):
You broke the news to him?

Speaker 5 (23:45):
Yes, I said, there's only one runway open right now,
there's a ground stop, and there's about thirty planes waiting
to take.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
Off, and he was one of them. He wasn't on
the one that rolled off.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
No, and everyone there was fine, and they actually just
had them walk off like they didn't have to like
slide down or anything like that. They just walked off
the plane and bust them.

Speaker 4 (24:03):
Thank god.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, there was a break issue.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
The brakes locked up on the pilot, probably the left
main gear the way it pulled to the left, which
is why she didn't have any staring because of that
brakelock on the left Maine.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
So, how long was he on the plane on the
tarmac for hours? I think he was.

Speaker 5 (24:23):
But he miraculously made it to Nantucket to his event.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
Yeah, we're going to talk to him at eight ten.
I saw that he did make it, but he was
very weird with me about it. He was angry.

Speaker 6 (24:33):
You know, he's not the kind of guy that wants
to be trapped in a small area for a long
time and people don't know, without good food.

Speaker 3 (24:39):
I just don't see him doing well, and that he.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
Doesn't do well anywhere. He just adapted to any situation.
He's honestly, he's so much.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
He's a maniac. He's a wash handed maniac. I just
see him yelling at somebody, get me off this thing.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
But the thing is he says that to us, like
he'll tell the story. I was telling them to get
me off the plane at blow and then he and
then he just sat there and said nothing. That's what
really happened.

Speaker 3 (24:59):
Eight ten, we'll checking in with Billy.

Speaker 5 (25:01):
Okay, So the next airline news story is part of
our topic. Time a man, thirty five year old man
was arrested because he posed as a flight attendant and
he received over one hundred and twenty free flight over
like a six or seven year period, using fake badges
for different airlines and showing up and getting on board.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
He did it for years too, years like over six years, a.

Speaker 6 (25:29):
Lot of flights like we were talking about yesterdayto but
like it's so hard to fill anyboy, the TSA, I
get checked for a million things. How is this guy
that's making a fake badge of walking right through?

Speaker 3 (25:39):
Yeah? Did you don't have to show ID? He made
fake id's made fake badges.

Speaker 6 (25:43):
Everything he had, like all like employee ID numbers all
that in multiple airlines.

Speaker 5 (25:47):
So here American, Delta, United Southwest.

Speaker 3 (25:51):
So he booked them and then show up with ID
to get onto the actual plan.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
As the person that he took their badge number from.

Speaker 5 (25:58):
I believe somehow he had acts as to crew only
websites for booking the non revenue travel.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
Is this asa issue too, that like they just let
him because like was it a fake ID that he used?
Did he use his own name with the badge number
so they didn't correlate the right badge numbers? Like, so
he had his real ID when he got into the plane.
Definitely a safety concern. Yeah, I'm also low keys so jealous.

Speaker 5 (26:22):
Wow, do you remember the movie with Leo DiCaprio Catch
Me if you can, when he was the fake pilot
and that was an actual true story based on it.

Speaker 6 (26:31):
So it's just where that this would happen, like post
nine to eleven. That was you know, that was pre
nine eleven. So much has changed.

Speaker 1 (26:36):
I have so many questions about how they pull he
pulled it off, like how it happened.

Speaker 3 (26:40):
The biggest lie, it's the biggest lie ever, almost as
big as the lie that Mikey did not get a
nose jobs. We'll start with that story, that is right,
that's a good one. Yeah, what's the biggest lie you've
ever told or even then told?

Speaker 2 (26:57):
Now?

Speaker 4 (26:57):
It's topic time for the Billy and in the morning.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
And today's topic is what is the biggest lie you've
ever told or been told? This came from one of
our airline news stories that Lisa had.

Speaker 5 (27:10):
Yeah, this guy, he pretended to be a flight attendant
for over six years. He booked over one hundred and
twenty free flights using fake badges for American Spirit, United
Delta in Southwest Airlines and he was able to fly
for free.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
Quite the lie, Ye, quite the lie. The lie six
one seven, nine three one one one Away, I'll leave
us a talk back on the iHeartRadio app. We'll take
your calls and your talkbacks in just a minute. But
first we have what maybe the ultimate lie.

Speaker 4 (27:38):
It's so true, I'm going to.

Speaker 6 (27:39):
For there's been no warning that we're going the tank
this morning. Here are here's the thing we've been talking
everyone's been talking about everybody.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
So you had surgery recently on your nose for deviates,
uh septem the symptum, and you were bandaged up. You
look like you're doing okay now yeah, okay, I'm turning
to the corner finally. Yeah, So what everyone is saying
behind your back is that was never one Winny hold On.
The most common excuse that people use when they get
a nose job is that they really got No, they

(28:08):
got a DBA accept them. So did you get a
nose job or did you really have that surch First off?
Who was everybody when?

Speaker 2 (28:16):
No?

Speaker 5 (28:16):
But I have to say I've joined in on this
because I've been sitting next to Mikey all morning and
I've been like like looking at the side fall file
and I'm like, there's something different.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
Yeah, I go into an Instagram right now.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
I can get the whole story too. Here we go,
please do all right?

Speaker 6 (28:32):
So I was fourteen I did break my nose playing baseball.
And then so when you break your nose or something
like that hitting the face of the pitch, you have
to let it heal and then you get it reset
or rebroken at the surgery again. So I got the
surgery when I was young, like fourteen or fifteen, and
I had a cast on my face. And back then
I was like the captain of like the middle school
football team back home and framing him. So I still

(28:53):
went to UH to practice like support the team, and
somebody tipped the ball.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
And it hit me in the face.

Speaker 6 (28:59):
Why I had the cast on, so I broke it again.
So at that point the bones like just dispersed in
my nose. I never got it fixed, souse. I told
my mom, like, I'm not doing that surgery again. So, yes,
it was affecting what But at least it's like this
is a long way for us. Tell you got to
know his job. He's like the flight attendant. He's really

(29:19):
getting into this line.

Speaker 4 (29:20):
You really are ahead of first.

Speaker 3 (29:23):
I'm in a open book. I haven't lied about anything
really but.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
Or omitted omitted.

Speaker 3 (29:28):
I am at the truth maybe once in a while. Anyway,
So it.

Speaker 6 (29:31):
Has been affecting my breathing and all kinds of and
I started back to my vocal cords here at work.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
So then I could go get a test. So I
went to Mass General.

Speaker 6 (29:38):
They look at your nose, they test it out and
if if it's over eighty percent blocked, insurance covers your
DVA SEPTM surgery. I was ninety eight percent blocked, so
I was definitely in need of that surgery. So I
did get that done. And then yeah, while they were
in there, they strained it out.

Speaker 1 (29:54):
A little bit.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
Yes, okay, he got it.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
But it would never I would never have done that
if I didn't need to get.

Speaker 1 (30:03):
A DBATE sept So, no, this is mike because Mikey
is the money man. If you guys don't Mikey is,
he's doing it. He only doesn't know his job because
he got it covered by insurance.

Speaker 4 (30:15):
Why wouldn't he?

Speaker 6 (30:16):
Yeah, actually anyways, but yeah, but also yeah, I needed
the surgery.

Speaker 3 (30:20):
Now I can breathe again, I can still talk.

Speaker 4 (30:22):
I have to say. I'm glad you can breathe again.
But your nose looks great.

Speaker 3 (30:25):
There we go. Oh my god, hold on, let me
see Mikey.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
Excuse me?

Speaker 3 (30:29):
Is that your nose?

Speaker 1 (30:29):
Or did a bus park.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
On your face? No, the bus has gone down.

Speaker 1 (30:33):
He admitted it.

Speaker 6 (30:34):
People, Wow, I did not think you were going to
admit this. That's awesome. You wouldn't lie, but you kept
telling him, Well, I did get a DVATE septem surgery.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
See, this is what Mikey does.

Speaker 3 (30:45):
Like but I will say, what do I do my life?

Speaker 1 (30:48):
He emits things, he works around it. So he didn't lie.
He told us half truths.

Speaker 3 (30:53):
He's with my wife. Now. Wow. Okay, Mike, well good
for you.

Speaker 6 (30:57):
But you are thinking about DVATE septims are sorry, Lisa,
I would do it because it is game like just
how you breathe and how you sleep.

Speaker 3 (31:04):
It really affects a lot. So are you sleeping better?
Are you you're breathing.

Speaker 6 (31:07):
I'm not even fully healed yet, but yes, it's like
I don't wake up like my mouth being like all
dried out and sleeping your mouth up and then eventually
you know, I think you know what it's about, the
mult tape and all that to you have to retrain
yourself and high sleep.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
Yeah, I'm mult tape every night. It's a game changer. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (31:21):
I love that.

Speaker 5 (31:22):
The breaking news on Billy and Lisa in the morning
is that Mikey v gott a nose, John.

Speaker 6 (31:28):
This is great. I'm gonna get a lot of hate
for this. I feel like something like this happened.

Speaker 1 (31:34):
And honestly, if you don't, if you're insecure about something
on your body, then if you want to fix it,
go for it.

Speaker 11 (31:39):
Right.

Speaker 3 (31:39):
Yeah? Oh judge, Yeah, I love it. I think it
was awesome. I got boatox in my face.

Speaker 4 (31:45):
You look great to justin Happy Friday.

Speaker 11 (31:48):
I think the biggest lie that I have that I
tell everyone is that I'm a size too.

Speaker 4 (31:56):
Somehow I think they know I'm lying.

Speaker 14 (32:01):
I think, so what Morning Crew and mikey V know
with a caddy here biggest lie I've ever told. I'm
not even a caddy. I'm an accountant. Just kidding. I'm
not sure what the biggest lie is wishing.

Speaker 6 (32:13):
First I thought, I thought, I thought, yeah, yeah, at
least I have a tell a big lie.

Speaker 3 (32:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (32:18):
It's a consistent lie. It's always like, oh is that
a new dress? And be like I just got it.
I got it like six years ago. Like I always
say that, Oh yeah, I got it like so long ago.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
But you did it.

Speaker 3 (32:29):
But it's brilliant. Oh my god, you say that all
the time.

Speaker 1 (32:32):
Yeah, I've had this forever.

Speaker 4 (32:34):
Yeah that's what she said, that lie.

Speaker 1 (32:37):
No, I had it forever in my closet for years.

Speaker 6 (32:40):
And I feel like Lisa is not an outpha repeater
I've I've ever seen or twice yeah whatever I feel
in Familia, I'm like, how did at Lisa get fully
put together at three in the morning?

Speaker 3 (32:49):
Yeah, I don't know. Yeah, Whinnie, how about you? You
ever been told a lie?

Speaker 1 (32:54):
Or I've been told many lies. I've told lies. I
stuck it lying.

Speaker 3 (33:00):
I'm so bad.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
My parents know what I'm lying.

Speaker 3 (33:01):
You are honest to a fault. That's too honest.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
No, because I used to lie a lot when I
was growing up, and like I got caught every time.
So I just now I don't bother because I'm gonna
get caught.

Speaker 9 (33:13):
You know.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
I think I've had partners lie to me and tell
me that they had something going on in their life
that wasn't true, or you know, that they were somewhere
they weren't and then you saw on social media that
they were somewhere else, like, you know, just lying about
their location, their life.

Speaker 4 (33:26):
Secret secret families.

Speaker 1 (33:27):
Secret families.

Speaker 3 (33:28):
Oh right, secret children.

Speaker 4 (33:30):
That's a big one.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Yeah, yeah, that is a big one.

Speaker 1 (33:34):
Yeah, just stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
Nothing crazy, secret children. Where do you find.

Speaker 1 (33:40):
They find me?

Speaker 3 (33:42):
Apparently they did.

Speaker 6 (33:43):
Yeah, it's it's it's even harder to lie now though
with social media, though, don't you think, Oh yeah, well,
social media and like you can track anybody on your phone.
Like as a kid, like I remember like sneaking out
of your house or whatever and go into a friend's
basement for a little like party whatever. Now you can't
do that because you probably all your kids.

Speaker 5 (34:00):
Have life three sixty Yeah, Oh yeah, they did not
want to join that.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
What's that?

Speaker 5 (34:05):
It's just you can see everything that they do, and
then if you pay more, you can you can actually
see like how fast they drive their car.

Speaker 1 (34:13):
Oh my god, if they had that. When I was grown,
I lied where about where I was every weekend. Every weekend,
I lied.

Speaker 3 (34:20):
Where I was.

Speaker 4 (34:20):
I just feel like with Max going off to college,
you know it's important.

Speaker 3 (34:24):
I don't understand what is it you're checking out.

Speaker 5 (34:27):
That you you you invite your family members. It's on
their phone, and it's on their phone, and then I
can see where they are.

Speaker 6 (34:33):
And that's the thing is now everybody has a cell phone,
so it's not you can't tell like your parents like
oh sorry, like you know, couldn't get the home phone
or like whatever.

Speaker 1 (34:41):
Yeah, being a kid being a changer now is way
harder than it was.

Speaker 6 (34:45):
Oh yeah, well we have an air tag hidden in
my son's helmet. We can track them. Yeah, when he
rides the bike, Yeah, when he goes out into the neighborhood.

Speaker 12 (34:54):
How old is you know?

Speaker 3 (34:55):
He's eight? So when when it's something like that, get
a cell phone.

Speaker 4 (35:00):
He wants school.

Speaker 1 (35:02):
But I see some kids now that are like in
elementary school with one and I'm like.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
Why you know, well, I told you the story of
my son. Right, he's he's eight and the neighbor is nine.
And so one day he asked me what's nine one
one for? Right, Mike does another story? So I said,
you call nine one when you need help, but only
in an emergency. So then a week later, the police
are out my door and they're like, so, what happened

(35:26):
was he was down the street with his friend who
I think phone, and some other kids started calling them
bad names. So my son said, let me see your phone,
and he called nine one one on the kid.

Speaker 6 (35:36):
I have had a quick funny now on one story,
but my father's day coming up. But one time growing up,
me and my dad got a big argument and I
was like, if you do, I'm gonna call nine one
on you.

Speaker 3 (35:45):
And my dad dialed nine one on one. He said,
handed me the phone. It's said good luck. I started crying.
Was not good.

Speaker 6 (35:53):
But I wish I would have met your dad. It
sounds like someone I would have hung out with.
