sun will be up by this afternoon.

Times in the seventies.

eighty degrees on Friday.

We'll take it.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
I love September. I've always said it. It's my favorite
month of the year, September. And in case you missed
it over the weekend, still no winner in the secret
sounds yep.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
The jackpot is three and sixty dollars.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
And now we've kind of developed it right because you
can get some of the guesses, some of the wrong guesses.

Speaker 5 (00:57):
Where do you go for those? Justin you got to
follow Injury Money on it Instagram. He's our partner in this,
so just follow him. All the guesses are there and
you can also he'll also update the incorrect guesses as
we go. We also played the sound all weekend long,
literally every hour, gearing up. People think they know.

Speaker 6 (01:14):
Oh my god, I know what it is. I know
what the secret sound is. I listened to all the
guesses all week long. I wrote them down, I kept
track and I narrowed it down. And now I know
I know what the secret sound is. But it's killing me. Guys,
I can't get throw on the phone.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Yeah, well, it's a very popular game. It's the most
in demand game we.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
Play exactly, so we know that there are people out
there driving around saying I know what it is. I
just need to be caller twenty five.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
So keep this in mind if you are getting the
family ready for your Monday, or you're in the car,
you're driving around and it's driving you crazy. You can't
get the secret sound again. Where do they go to
hear all the past guesses? Justin you Just go to
Instagram at Injury Money. He's our partner in this. He's
a fantastic lawyer and he has all the guesses on

(02:04):
his Instagram And Lisa, what's the jackpot at now.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Three thousand, one hundred and sixty dollars.

Speaker 5 (02:10):
Thirty one hundred. Yeah, we didn't expect it to really
go this far. This is the very first sound. We
thought maybe a couple of days, but I guess it's
a tough one.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
So and listeners have to know. We want to give
the money away, right, and then we move on to
another sound and we start fresh. It's not like we're
trying to make it hard.

Speaker 6 (02:31):
I know.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
But I like the fact that the jackpot keeps climbing. Yeah,
that's just like more money for someone.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Yeah, that's right. Well, that's the magic of the game.
It just keeps getting better, keeps.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (02:43):
Yeah, So we'll play at seven ten, seventeen and eight
ten this morning will play. So be ready.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
What did everybody do for the weekend? Listen? What did
you do this week?

Speaker 4 (02:52):
Okay, so I read an entire book. I read the
Ellen Hildebrand book, The Academy. It's like four hundred and
fifty pages. Oh yeah, I was preparing for the book
club that we're doing in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
You're going to be broadcasting from our radio station in Tampa, Florida.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Yes, so, yes, it's pretty incredible.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
So I will be here on the show, but I
will actually be in Florida for Wednesday and Thursday, and
then I fly back Thursday after the show.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
And this is your second road trip because you've done Hartford,
Connecticut and now Tampa.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
Yes, and we're at Birch Lane, which is a store
that's owned by the Wayfair Brands and they own Jos
and May and they own all modern where you're meat to.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Eat will be.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
So so Ellen will be in the store with us.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
And we have a lot of.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Our listeners who used to live here that listen on
the free iHeartRadio app in Florida coming to the event.

Speaker 5 (03:44):
Well, yeah, there's so many of those people.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
I have one woman who's bringing her entire book club,
Wow club. She has an own book club. Eight women
from Yeah, and a lot of them are from here.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
So a small club.

Speaker 5 (03:56):
Well, okay, we don't judge clubs, No, don't judge.

Speaker 7 (04:00):
And not not in like big night lot.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
Yeah. Well, I'm sure it will grow after your show
in Tampa. It might go from eight to nine.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Yeah, and they all get to meet Allen Hildebrand.

Speaker 5 (04:10):
Well, off you go to the beautiful.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
Some frandom and we were partnering with our iHeart station
down there, which is awesome.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Wow, God, where next Los Angeles? Possibly?

Speaker 7 (04:27):
You know what, Phoenix?

Speaker 4 (04:29):
You know, Sky's the limits. So yeah, so I'm super
excited about that.

Speaker 7 (04:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
I wrote a lot of readers in Phoenix.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
Oh yeah, nice.

Speaker 8 (04:38):
Reading is like eating Brussels sprouts for me, Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Well for some people.

Speaker 5 (04:43):
For some people it could be tough. Yeah. What'd you
do Bill this weekend?

Speaker 3 (04:47):
What did I do? I spent spent the weekend on
the boat. Uh huh oh. I went to dinner with Lisa.
We went out to dinner. We did We went to
Saturday Night.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
I think it Mastros in the Seaport Saturday Night, which
was really fun. That's a nice spot down there.

Speaker 5 (05:04):
Any funny billy moments from the dinner lease.

Speaker 4 (05:06):
Well, we were yeah, we always we talk about the
red wine in Saydan on the on the rug that
he rolled up. That was one of the stories. Yeah, yeah,
it was. It was pretty interesting.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
What did you do with Clove?

Speaker 9 (05:20):
We went to BJ's and then.

Speaker 10 (05:26):
Right there, yeah, market Basket like where else we went
to dinner?

Speaker 9 (05:35):
Actually chose to go to the north Shore because there's
a place called Berry Tavern and Dammers that has like
really good and then we went to Cherry Hill Farm
or Cherry for ice cream. So as we looked at
that north shore like on purpose, which weird for me.

Speaker 7 (05:48):
But yeah that's good. Yeah, nothing nothing crazy.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
But what did you do justin?

Speaker 5 (05:54):
I was busy as usual with the kids, a lot
of people. Yeah, and my wife. We went to all right,
I had some baseball with my son and then we
went to Cannoby Lake on Saturday. Cannoby Lake is a
good time. It is so locate every time and I
live right down the street. Wow, good to know it's

(06:17):
right there near my house.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
We go, we can visit you absolutely.

Speaker 9 (06:20):
You need a season pass because like you can literally
just go after like five till like you don't have
to go all day.

Speaker 5 (06:25):
And you say that and next year we're getting season passes.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
Yeah. Are they doing their big Halloween event again this year?

Speaker 5 (06:31):
Fast? Yeah, kicking off soon that it's all we were
looking at the haunted houses.

Speaker 7 (06:35):
Then O deaf be going. I went last year.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
It's fun screen first. Over the years just gets bigger
and bigger and bigger every single year. It's crazy.

Speaker 5 (06:43):
Yeah, you know they have that. Have you been to
Cannaby Lake. Sure they have that. I forget what it's called.
You know what the water when you come down the flume,
water splashes all over the cannon the Boston Tea.

Speaker 7 (06:56):
Yeah, yeah, I love that.

Speaker 5 (06:56):
And so my dad had never been on it. So
my son, you know, you want to go with my dad?
And my Dad's like, yeah, I'm gonna get wet. We're
like no. So he goes on, it goes down it
completely soaked, right. So then he comes off the ride
and now we just got to the park. He's dripping
wet and put this look on his face. So he
walks off the ride and he's never been there, and

(07:17):
then as soon as he like gets onto the landing,
another one came down and splashed him again.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Oh man, Wow.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
He was soaking wet the whole time you were there.

Speaker 5 (07:26):
Yeah, but they have a dryer machine there that you
stand in.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
Ohay, no, oh I didn't know that. That's cool.

Speaker 5 (07:32):
So he had his shirt off in this thing while
people are walking by, holding his shirt up.

Speaker 7 (07:36):
Boy.

Speaker 9 (07:36):
Well, the thing about that ride is, depending on where
you're sitting, you either get soaked or you don't really
get damp at all.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Yeah, you get a plan accordingly.

Speaker 5 (07:43):
Yeah, it was fun.

Speaker 11 (07:45):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss one o eight studios, square
back with a Billy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 3 (07:52):
And don't forget the secret sound is back in less
than a half hour from now. We'll play it again
at seven ten. We'll do it again at eight ten
this morning, and Lisa the jack bought over three.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
Thousand yet and sixty to be exact, still have not.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Had a winner. I'm feeling it. I think the winner
is gonna come at seven to ten this morning.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
Yeah, there are definitely people out there driving around in
the cars or listening at home on the app, and
they're like, basically like, I know what it is.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
I just have to be called twenty five.

Speaker 5 (08:20):
And I think seeing the guesses too. For the first time,
we hadn't been posting them yet. Now that you can
see the guesses, you can see them on Injury Money's
Instagram at Injury Money. That helps too.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
There we go. Meantime, a lot of sports stories. The
one pack from the weekend. The Patriots grabbing a win
in Miami yesterday wasn't pretty. A couple of missed extra
points early in the game. By the way, what buses
that guy on this morning heading somewhere out of town.
I'm just saying Drake May had a good game though,
two TD passes, a rushing touchdown. Drake May after the game.

Speaker 12 (08:50):
That was good.

Speaker 8 (08:51):
I was good.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
Took everybody.

Speaker 5 (08:52):
I think that's the biggest thing to doing everybody, such teams, offense,
defense trainers, everybody. Hope South so good.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
You prodimor Gosford is sticking with it. Yeah he's feeling good. Huh,
Drake May, Antonio Gibson feeling good. He pretty much sealed
the deal with a huge return late in the game.
Pats Winn at thirty three twenty seven.

Speaker 5 (09:12):
Now, listen, I saw some things that I liked and
some things that I did not like at all, specifically mistackles,
some defensive errors, and yeah, that kicker. I don't what
are we doing here?

Speaker 3 (09:24):
Yeah you noticed I didn't even say his name because
I don't think it's going to matter going forward.

Speaker 4 (09:30):
I can't wait for next for Sunday against the Steelers.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Aaron Rodgers. Oh that's going to be home game right.

Speaker 13 (09:35):
One of that.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
Yeah, it's going to.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
Be a crazy day out at you. Let this coming
Sunday with Aaron Rodgers coming to town.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
Where is he?

Speaker 3 (09:43):
Where's Aaron.

Speaker 5 (09:45):
Yeah, he's going to be at Gillette. That's where he's
going to be.

Speaker 14 (09:47):
Now.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
Steelers lost over the weekends. Where's Aaron. He's getting ready
for Sunday is meantime? Former Patriots quarterback Mac Jones started
for the forty nine Ers yesterday. He had three touchdown passes.
They beat the Saints. You know what, he's finding himself

(10:09):
in San Francisco.

Speaker 8 (10:11):
It's just a crumb and just keep picking up his
crumbs and eventually you have a whole loaf of bread.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
So he's found a loaf of bread.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Put it together.

Speaker 3 (10:18):
Yeah, he's eating good in San Francisco. Matt Jones.

Speaker 5 (10:21):
He climbed up the mountains. There's a little bit of.

Speaker 8 (10:23):
A mountain that you have to go up and you
might have to stop or go down to get some air,
but you better be able to shoot back up.

Speaker 11 (10:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:30):
He made it to the mountaintop. Oh god, it's such
a nerd, isn't he.

Speaker 7 (10:39):
He's a nerd with three touchdowns.

Speaker 3 (10:41):
Yeah, good for him. Eagles beat the Chiefs in the
big Super Bowl rematch, and not a good day for
Travis Kelcey. One of his misses led to a pick.
You see him yelling and screaming on the sidelines at
the team. I didn't he was I can't even repeat it.
You could see what he was saying.

Speaker 5 (10:59):
Oh yeah, yeah, he had a good catch you know
before the Yeah picked there, but.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
It seemed like Mahomes kept throwing to his shoes. Yeah,
he's not blaming Travis. The passes weren't there.

Speaker 5 (11:10):
Yeah, but Travis that he catches that ball every time.
It just slipped right out there. There it goes Taylor Swift.
I don't know why. For some reason, she snuck.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
Into the game.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
Lease, Okay, usually she makes a grand entrance. There is
a grand.

Speaker 7 (11:26):
Outfit, you know.

Speaker 4 (11:27):
I mean I posted all the time all last season
what she would be wearing walking, and I just happened
to like it. And this time around, she came in
hidden behind a giant screen, so at first we didn't
even think she was there.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
Yeah, and then they never showed her.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
In the box.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
They always show her in the box. That's the only
reason why I watch. Okay, So I don't know what's
going on, but those conspiracy theories were going crazy yesterday.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
You're one of those people that the only reason you
watched the game is to see Taylor swift in the
box she's wearing.

Speaker 4 (11:59):
I know, I'm not ashamed to admit it. I'm putting
it out there that it's pure. So yeah, So I
don't know what's going on, you know that, who knows.
It could be heightened security, it could be it could
be other things.

Speaker 3 (12:13):
Yeah, And it was their first game since the engagement,
and Travis had to sit down with Aaron Andrews before
the game and talked about the proposal.

Speaker 15 (12:22):
Poems were definitely sweating, really, I was definitely. I'm a
I'm an emotional guy, so there were a few tears
here and there. But it's been an exciting, exciting write
up to this date, and I can't wait to spend
the rest.

Speaker 5 (12:32):
Of my life with him.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
So I love that what he's saying is the problems
on the field could have been sweaty palm.

Speaker 7 (12:47):
He's wearing gloves.

Speaker 3 (12:50):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (12:52):
He does wear gloves all.

Speaker 10 (12:54):
It was kind of a flowing, you.

Speaker 5 (12:59):
Know, stop sign.

Speaker 9 (13:03):
I just like the reality of the situation is, I'm
pretty sure he has gloves, so his poms don't matter.

Speaker 3 (13:08):
You see, the art of radio is theater of the
mom exactly.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
You just got to roll with that and.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
You create theater with your words and I kill it.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
So do we have any do we have any speculation?
I mean, this is the speculation report, like like why.

Speaker 7 (13:24):
Wasn't she shown?

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Why was she behind a screen?

Speaker 3 (13:26):
We don't know.

Speaker 5 (13:28):
Maybe because they lost the first game. You know they're
on and one and now you know there's some negative
vibes going on.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
She doesn't want to be blamed for the law bad
luck charm.

Speaker 9 (13:37):
But this is from the girl that when they just
met and had just started dating, she walked in through
security with every other regular fan. And now that they're
engaged and everyone knows that they're together, she has to
be behind the screen.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
It's bizarre.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
Been a security thing.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Well, that was one of the speculations.

Speaker 9 (13:54):
With the screen you did see because it was like
a moving screen obviously in the tunnel, so you saw
her mom and her brother as walking behind her, so
you knew that they were there as a family and
they're in his box and why was it and it
was the TV station knew not to post her, so
they told them. They said, they must have said do
not post her for some reason.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
Okay, well maybe well maybe she didn't want to hear
you know, the crazy fans saying that they don't like
that sheees.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
But one of the speculations is like, and I hate
when people do this online was, Oh, she's practiced, so
I hate when people do that because it's just not fair.

Speaker 9 (14:30):
She just posted a full body picture of her like
three weeks ago when they got engaged.

Speaker 5 (14:33):
Right, Well, see what she does next week.

Speaker 16 (14:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
Meantime, Belichick and the UNC football team had another win
over the weekend. They meet Richmond and we knew eventually
Jordaan would make her way to the sidelines. And she did.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
Yeah, she was there.

Speaker 5 (14:50):
She had a Taylor Swift esque sweatshirt on.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
It was it was glittery.

Speaker 5 (14:54):
Yeah, it was very similar to one that Taylor Warren
in one of her videos.

Speaker 3 (14:57):
I love it. She's defying the team. I'll go to
the sidelines whenever I want, and she's doing it. Good
for her. Finally, this is an awesome story. Okay, the
Bucks and the Texans have a Monday night football game tonight.
There are two of them, but they're in one of them. Okay.
Aziz al Shire is on the Texans now. He played

(15:20):
high school football in Florida. He was homeless in high school.
His high school football coach was Nick Kyley. Kaylee took
him under his wing and recruited him for Florida Atlantic University.
So tonight Kaylee is the offensive coordinator for the Texans

(15:42):
and Shire is on the Texans. Oh god, I just
got chills together. I think that is such a cool story.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
That is a great story.

Speaker 3 (15:49):
The kid was homeless at one point, he and his
mom and his siblings were living on the floor in
a hotel. Kaylee took him under his wings, later recruited him,
and now they're both on the same team tonight, Monday
Night football.

Speaker 5 (16:02):
Yeah, that's amazing.

Speaker 3 (16:04):
Did you get chills? Whinning? I did? You don't want
to put a red light on that one.

Speaker 5 (16:09):
He does wear gloves if you need to.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
Okay, there.

Speaker 5 (16:13):
Wears gloves.

Speaker 3 (16:16):
What do you know she was on?

Speaker 5 (16:18):
Is very so much to the blind Side, the movie
The blind Side.

Speaker 11 (16:21):
Very similar from the Planet Fitness Kiss one Away Studios.
We're back with the Villy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
All right, here we go. It's tign to play a
secret sound presented by six one seven Injured. You can
find them on Instagram at injury Money and the Carr
and Jack bought Lisa is how much.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
Three thousand, one and sixty dollars, and.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
We did make it a little bit easier for everybody
over the weekend. So we need to call her twenty
five right now at six one seven nine three one
one one eight.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
Now the entertainment Update with a villy constep.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
Okammy Awards last night, hosted by comedian Nate Bargetzi. I
thought he fell kind of flat. That's just my opinion.
He did a couple of skits I didn't think were funny.
He did something with JB Smooth that wasn't funny. JB
was out in the audience, but he did come up
with an idea for shortening those annoying acceptance speech forty

(17:21):
five seconds. That's what you got to start the show.

Speaker 17 (17:24):
I am going to donate one hundred thousand dollars to
the Boys and Girls Club of America. So if you
say forty five seconds, it stays at one hundred thousand dollars.
Every second you go over forty five seconds, we will
adduct one thousand dollars away from the Boys and Girls Club.
I know, I know, can't change it. This is a

(17:47):
game I made up and these are the rules.

Speaker 3 (17:50):
Well, everybody went over. They ended up about twenty thousand
bucks short, but CBS stepped in in the ends.

Speaker 17 (17:57):
CBS is gonna add one hundred thousand dollars. I will
give two hundred fifty thousand dollars.

Speaker 5 (18:02):
It takes us to three.

Speaker 17 (18:02):
Hundred fifty thousand dollars to the Boys and Girls Club.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
Look at it, you guys so much for.

Speaker 13 (18:07):
Being out here.

Speaker 7 (18:08):
Boh, it gets Nate's doing. Okay, if you don't need
that much money.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
I know imagine I thought the same thing. Wow, you
must be cashing it as a comedian. As for the awards,
the Pit won for Best Drama Series. The Studio won
Best Comedy Series. Seth Rogen won Best Actor in a
Comedy Series.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
You watch our show, if you appreciated our show, if
you voted for our show, especially, thank you very much.

Speaker 5 (18:32):
I'm legitimately embarrassed by how happy this makes me.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
I loved his brown velvet talks.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
I did too.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
He looks so handsome.

Speaker 5 (18:41):
I have to watch that. Does anybody watch that show?

Speaker 14 (18:43):
No?

Speaker 2 (18:44):
No, I haven't have to. Yeah, no, it's the show.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Yeah. Meantime, britt Lauer won Best Actress for Severance and.

Speaker 16 (18:51):
Thank you to my mom and my dad, my brother,
my husband, our kids are co parents are chosen family.

Speaker 3 (18:56):
I love you so much. Thank you for this, and
thank you for Helly R.

Speaker 16 (19:01):
For choosing me.

Speaker 4 (19:03):
I love Helly R. And also mil check One. Tremelle
Tillman also won an award.

Speaker 9 (19:07):
This is the first time I've think in the Emmys,
I've actually watched most of the shows.

Speaker 7 (19:10):
That one. I only don't know anything. You watch the Pit.
I watched.

Speaker 9 (19:14):
I watched Adolescens even though I didn't think it was
that great. But and then I've seen Severance all of that.

Speaker 4 (19:20):
So yeah, all right, we need to get our We
need to get together now because we're doing the cast
of Severance for Halloween. Remember, so we need to have
a meeting about Halloween costumes.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Adam Scott or Mark.

Speaker 9 (19:33):
Yeah, oh yeah, and Billy's gay lovers in the studio
to they we're all here.

Speaker 3 (19:37):
Yeah, But like I haven't seen any of the winning shows.
It's I haven't seen the Pit, I haven't seen the Studio.
I haven't seen Adolescence, and I never saw Severance.

Speaker 5 (19:49):
No, you didn't want you watch Severance. You didn't know.

Speaker 3 (19:53):
I never watched, not even a minute of it.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
Well, he doesn't get up all about the.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
White Lotus, which by the way, was completely shut out.

Speaker 5 (20:00):
Well you know what you're the mush makes right, you're
one show I backed shut out.

Speaker 2 (20:06):
Story of My Life one single awar.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
History was made at the Emmys last night, fifteen year
old Own Cooper the youngest male actor ever to win
an Emmy.

Speaker 14 (20:16):
Honestly, when I started these drama classes a couple of
years back, I didn't expect to be even in the
United States, never mind here.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
So I think tonight proves that.

Speaker 14 (20:25):
If you're if you're listen and you focus, and you
step out your comfort zone, you can achieve. You can
achieve anything in life. I was I was nothing about
three years ago. I'm here. And also, I think if
you're listening, you focusing, you just step out your comfort
zone a little bit. Who cares if you get.

Speaker 3 (20:41):
Embarrassed, you know, fifteen years old even nothing at twelve
in front of a Hollywood audience. Fifteen years old, that's
pretty cool.

Speaker 5 (20:48):
The craziest part about that show was the shots. There
were no cuts, so think about that hour long episodes
no cuts, So think about it. They're thirty minutes into
an episode and then mess up line. They have to
start all over again.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
Fresher Yeah, all these award winning shows, and I was
spending my time watching the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader.

Speaker 5 (21:11):
It's like, it's it's embarrassing.

Speaker 3 (21:12):
I just don't feel like I'm in sync.

Speaker 7 (21:14):
You like what you like?

Speaker 3 (21:17):
No, I was big on the White Lotus. Yeah. Jennifer
Coolidge was one of the early presenters. I think possibly
the first presenter of the night. She went on for
about fifteen minutes and didn't make any sense at all.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
Yeah, you know what she said f those kids the donations,
She's like, I'm not doing that.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
She just went on and on. Honey, what is she
talking about? Anyway? Since we're talking TV, The Hunting Wives,
which I did watch start to finish, won an awesome show,
renewed for a second season. Here's Brittany Snow and Malin Ackerman.

Speaker 2 (21:51):
I'm a feeling we're going to see each other real soon. Actually,
I know we're going to see each other really soon.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
What do you mean pack again?

Speaker 2 (22:00):
We're going back to Maple Brick for season.

Speaker 16 (22:03):
Baby.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
She had a bad wig in that shows.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
About it, Yeah, so bad. And then they changed the
wig like mid season.

Speaker 5 (22:17):
Just like they swapped it out.

Speaker 4 (22:18):
Yeah, but so I think they're going back to The
Bad Wig again for season two.

Speaker 3 (22:22):
Oh boy, I.

Speaker 5 (22:23):
Didn't watch it. My wife watched it.

Speaker 7 (22:25):
Under on the lesbian scenes five more or less five.

Speaker 2 (22:29):
Yeah, the seasons a lot going on.

Speaker 3 (22:31):
I give the lesbian scenes to ten across the.

Speaker 7 (22:34):
I meant how many they're going to be?

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Oh, it was. And Sharon's new album came out this
past Friday. We predicted it on Friday, then he would
launch a tour in twenty twenty six, and he confirmed
it this weekend.

Speaker 5 (22:53):
Wasn't the plan. I wasn't going to like announce anything.

Speaker 7 (22:56):
But next week we're gonna basically announce the Savings tour of.

Speaker 16 (23:02):
So we'll be coming.

Speaker 7 (23:04):
You'll be coming back next spring through summer three, full
three or.

Speaker 16 (23:08):
For a while.

Speaker 5 (23:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (23:10):
He also went on NPR's Tiny Desk over the weekend.

Speaker 17 (23:13):
Everything is black and Virgus exploding.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
There's something in the movie, shy. I don't need a
camera in Joine. He's so good. What do you think,
chill Lette, Yeah, I don't think he's done. Jill.

Speaker 5 (23:35):
Yes, I've seen him at what Yeah, And the album
is really good. I've been listening to it all weekend.
We featured a bunch on Friday it's it's really good.

Speaker 7 (23:43):
He's great.

Speaker 3 (23:45):
And Mark Wahlberg in Lynn over the weekend shooting scenes
for his movie Tonny Wahlberg's been in out of town
shooting scenes for his TV show Boston Blue, and.

Speaker 4 (23:54):
Jennifer Garner they were all on in Tucket this past
weekend filming the five Star Weekend. We see All and
Hildebrand book that's going to I think Paramount Plus.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
Oh yeah, Tucket's getting a movie shot there.

Speaker 7 (24:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
Our listeners were sending me pictures of it. I was like, oh, well,
thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (24:12):
Well you kind of brought it to a lot of
our listeners by way of the book Club. So Chase Stokes,
now was he in Outer Banks? Yes?

Speaker 12 (24:20):
He is.

Speaker 3 (24:21):
I watched that show.

Speaker 7 (24:23):
They have one more season coming back.

Speaker 3 (24:25):
I'm the King of cheesy TV.

Speaker 7 (24:26):
Yeah, really are.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
It's bizarre, but he and Kelsey Ballerini broke up.

Speaker 14 (24:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (24:32):
The real story is he posted two days prior for
her thirty second birthday saying hag birthday, my love right,
and then two days later her repe confirmed that they
were broken up.

Speaker 7 (24:41):
That's the weird part.

Speaker 4 (24:42):
Yeah, but maybe it was like a mutual thing and
then you know it wasn't a bad breakup, you know
what I mean.

Speaker 7 (24:47):
But he said, Hagbertha and I love I'm looking forward
to this year.

Speaker 2 (24:50):
So you're saying that she broke up with him.

Speaker 7 (24:52):
I mean that's the vibe I'm getting.

Speaker 3 (24:54):
Wow, it wasn't much of a birthday. Thank you for
saying happy birthday, and now I'll see you now this.

Speaker 4 (25:05):
Oh yes, this is the story that greeted us.

Speaker 3 (25:09):
One of my favorite stories.

Speaker 5 (25:11):
Billy wanted to be his lead.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
Yeah, it could be so, Benson Boone. He did our
jingle ball, didn't he he did? Yeah.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
We were backstage with all his people.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
Yeah, and all of his cameramen and camera people right there. Well,
he's got a cameraman who was arrested over the weekend.
Benson Boone's cameraman arrested over the weekend. You're wondering, well,
g what did he do to get arrested over the weekend. Well,
his cameraman went into a surf shop and decided to

(25:44):
urinate on all the merchandise.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
Yeah, like seven hundred dollars worth of.

Speaker 7 (25:50):
Like his current cameraman that's on tour with.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
He captured on the security camera.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
He doesn't remember doing it.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
Blackout.

Speaker 9 (26:03):
Wasn't there a copp that you'll let that pete on
a girl last summer?

Speaker 5 (26:06):
Because yeah, yeah, to let's stadium. I had a roommate
that pete on my other roommate when I was he
was drunk.

Speaker 3 (26:14):
Well, I used to pee on my brother all the time,
but I was a bedweather.

Speaker 5 (26:17):
Yeah you did while you were sleeping?

Speaker 3 (26:20):
My fault. Yeah, okay, I apologizing.

Speaker 5 (26:23):
My roommate was drunk and he went to sleep and
woke up and thought he was in the bathroom, but
he was in this other kid's room peing on him.

Speaker 3 (26:30):
While he slapt.

Speaker 7 (26:31):
Oh boy, aren't you just happy he went in the
wrong that.

Speaker 3 (26:35):
Yeah, Well, anyway, this went down at a sere shop
in clear Water, Florida. I've got a lot of those there.
And uh, we're brought to you by Dover Rug. And
again they will collect the rugs that you choose at
Dover Rug and they will bring them right to your
home so you can see them on your floors under
your circumstances. And you'll find Dover Rug in Natick, Boston,

(26:57):
Burlington or dover rug dot com. And there you got.

Speaker 2 (27:03):
It's one eighth secret.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
Sound Okay, we've got Anna from Milford and she just
minutes ago arrived to work. So Anna, thank you for
joining us this morning.

Speaker 16 (27:18):
Good morning, Good morning.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
Have you been paying close attention to secret sound? Anna?

Speaker 13 (27:26):
I've been paying some attention, and I looked on Instagram
on Injury Money's account to see if my guess is there,
and it's not.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
So you feeling pretty confident this morning? Anna?

Speaker 12 (27:37):
Oh, I wouldn't say that, but I'm hoping.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Okay, well, we're gonna give you another shot at the sound.
Here is the secret sound, so Anna, for three thousand,
one hundred sixty dollars. What is that secret sound?

Speaker 13 (28:02):
Is it like hail on a windshield?

Speaker 3 (28:06):
Hal on a windshield? Okay, let's check with the judge.
Judge hale on a windshield. How you're feeling about that?

Speaker 5 (28:13):
I think that is not this man?

Speaker 3 (28:19):
Yeah, and you never really see hale, do you, Anna.
I mean, it's very rare. It's kind of a random jest.
Imagine how far we would have had to go to
capture the hail on the wind See, it does.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
Sound like it a little bit.

Speaker 7 (28:38):
That was that week I was out of the office.

Speaker 3 (28:40):
Where are you, Alaska? Hal?

Speaker 12 (28:43):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (28:44):
God?

Speaker 2 (28:45):
But it was a good.

Speaker 3 (28:46):
Yeah, and you know it was a good try, solid try.
And the good news is we will add another one
hundred and eight dollars to the jackpot, right, yes, we
will and guess one of we secrets sound presented by
six one seven Injured millions one every month on Instagram
at Injury Money. So the next jackpot three and sixty

(29:07):
eight dollars will do that At A ten, Billy and
Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 18 (29:11):
Gas help connect with those near you. We're bringing the
magic of AirPods to the way you communicate across languages
with live translation powered by Apple Intelligence. Now, when you
are together with someone who speaks a different language, like
exploring a market abroad, AirPods Pro will help you understand

(29:32):
them in your preferred language.

Speaker 3 (29:38):
Hello, welcome today. All the red carnations are fifty percent off.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
When you need to talk, just speak naturally. I'd love
to take some of these to my sister for her birthday.
I'll buy eight.

Speaker 18 (29:49):
Please, your iPhone displays your words in their language.

Speaker 4 (29:54):
I think this is one of the most exciting updates
in a while for the Airpod's Pro.

Speaker 5 (30:00):
I think for Apple in general, I.

Speaker 2 (30:02):
Think this is amazing.

Speaker 5 (30:03):
Yeah, very useful, especially if you travel Yeah, if you're
traveling in another country, you're trying to understand what people
are saying.

Speaker 3 (30:09):
You're shopping, Yeah, like.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
In a market.

Speaker 4 (30:11):
So the initially the languages it's going to support are English, French, German, Portuguese,
and Spanish, and then Apple plans to add Japanese, Korean, Chinese,
Italian later this year.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
Wow would have come in handy when I was at
the Azors several months ago.

Speaker 5 (30:27):
Yeah, I mean think about it. You know, you're talking
to somebody, or somebody is speaking to you in another language.
You have the air pods in it will just translate
in real time what they're saying, and.

Speaker 4 (30:36):
Then you reply back and you can show them your phone.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
Is that okay?

Speaker 5 (30:40):
Yep? Yep. So you reply back in English or whatever
language you speak, and it will translate on your phone.
You just hold the phone right up to them. And
then it gets even crazier though. If two people both
have air pods three, they can do real time live
translation to each other. Oh cool in their ear God. Yeah,
it's it's pretty cool, but it could be back fire.

Speaker 4 (31:01):
Well, it comes to like, do you really want to
hear what people are saying about you?

Speaker 5 (31:07):
It's another language, exactly. You know, especially you know nail salons.
You know, Lisa, when I know you go to nail salons,
this times they're speaking other languages, and you know, you
like to think they're not talking about me, And most
times they're probably not, but sometimes you might get the
failing like are they talking crap about me? Right now?

Speaker 7 (31:24):
You know, I don't care what you say about me.

Speaker 9 (31:26):
Just do my toes if you're if you're gonna, if
you're gonna be at my feet, girl, say what you want,
like you give me a good pedicure.

Speaker 7 (31:32):
That's fine. I don't care.

Speaker 5 (31:33):
Well, I know semi recently, my wife went to her
place that she loves and she got her nails or
whatever done, and when she came back, she said that
to me, I swear to god, they were talking about me.
She couldn't tell because they were speaking.

Speaker 3 (31:47):
Why did she think they were talking about her?

Speaker 5 (31:50):
Because the regular guy that she goes to was not there,
so she had somebody else that didn't. She wasn't like
mean or anything, but I think she was kind of
a little frustrated.

Speaker 9 (31:59):
I think that we are also like self centered, Like
ninety percent of the time they're not they're talking about
like their lives or you know, and then they're co
workers and they're able to talk about maybe like they're friends.
They're talking about things that you might not be able
to say normally in front of a customer because you
don't want them to like know what's going on in
your personal life. But if you can the language I
don't know, then they can talk about where they want
in front of me and they don't feel like I'm listening,
so I don't care.

Speaker 7 (32:19):
What they're talking about doesn't bother me.

Speaker 3 (32:22):
What's kind of like when you guys are in the
other studio, I'm convinced you're talking about me.

Speaker 2 (32:26):
Oh, we always are.

Speaker 7 (32:27):
Not everything. I stay behind you back, I say your face,
what doesn't matter.

Speaker 10 (32:29):
Yeah, well you're an exception to most rules.

Speaker 5 (32:32):
Yeah, I know, And that's what I mean. Most times
they're probably not, you know, but it's going to be funny.
That's the point. It's going to be funny. Like the
one time and they're like this guy, yes, and then
you excuse me, Yeah, what did you just say?

Speaker 10 (32:49):
Surprise?

Speaker 5 (32:50):
Yeah, I mean I go to barbershops. So a lot
of the barber shops that I've gone to in my life,
you know, they speak a different language. Maybe you know
Spanish most of the time Spanish. Yeah, and they're always
talking to each other, right, you're next to me, back
and forth between chairs. Yeah, and you know, I can
kind of pick up a little bit of what they're saying.
You know, they're talking about whatever, sports or Yeah, but
sometimes they get a little bit suspect. I don't know.

(33:12):
You know.

Speaker 11 (33:13):
Now it's topic time for the Billy and Lisa in
the morning, So.

Speaker 3 (33:18):
We're having a conversation about these new air buds. They
are coming out this Friday, Lisa.

Speaker 2 (33:23):
They are.

Speaker 4 (33:23):
So it's the air Airbud Pro series and they will
directly translate in your ear the language that you're hearing
around you.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
And this could change a lot of people's lives, especially
depending on what you do for a living or where
you're traveling in the world, right.

Speaker 4 (33:38):
Right, So you can use them for going to markets,
if you're going abroad and you are trying to figure
out what someone's saying. Yeah, it's I think it's the
most exciting new thing that Apple Apple is introduced in
a really long time.

Speaker 3 (33:50):
I'll bet you one thing, it'll come in handy for
Paula from Boston, who's calling in and she's a medical interpreter. Hello, Paula,
Good morning, Good morning Paula. So these erabuds, you're going
to be using them.

Speaker 13 (34:06):
So what I was actually trying to say in my
opinion right is as a medical interpreter, I feel like
a I will most likely take our jobs away. Instead
of actually being handy, it will actually do the job.

Speaker 7 (34:22):
Yeah. So actually, yeah, I hope not for you.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
Right.

Speaker 9 (34:27):
It's nice to have a person there that can compassionately
translate for you during those times.

Speaker 7 (34:32):
So hopefully they won't do that.

Speaker 3 (34:34):
Yeah, Paula, I can tell just by the sound of
your voice you're not going anywhere. You've got a job
for life.

Speaker 19 (34:41):
Help. Yeah, I hope.

Speaker 11 (34:43):
So.

Speaker 13 (34:43):
I recently, I recently went back to school because once
AI started coming, I thought it's gonna take my job away.
But I'm hoping it doesn't.

Speaker 3 (34:53):
No, I think you're going to be fine, Paula. But
thank you for starting the conversation with us this morning.
And now let's go over to Dan.

Speaker 9 (35:00):
It's a billy this will come into and the job
that you have.

Speaker 7 (35:05):
Actually, it's going to take my job, ye, going, I.

Speaker 3 (35:08):
Gave it a shot.

Speaker 10 (35:09):
Well that I wanted to be positive I take everybody's
job exactly.

Speaker 2 (35:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (35:17):
Yeah, yeah, let's go to Dan Dan's in Braintree. Good morning, Dan.
What do you have to add to the conversation.

Speaker 16 (35:24):
Well, in regards to that one, I would say that
I actually asked AI about that. I asked co pilot,
and co pilot said that there's plenty of things that
CO that I can't do, like, you know, fluid reasoning,
creative thinking, out of the box stuff. So it just
means that the people that are doing the jobs that
they replaced will get the opportunity to do more important jobs,

(35:44):
bigger jobs, you know.

Speaker 4 (35:46):
So yeah, that's a positive way of looking at it.

Speaker 3 (35:50):
Yeah, well you remember years ago, justin they said satellite
radio was going to replace terrestrial radio. That we're still here.

Speaker 5 (36:00):
Yeah, on that go we're still here.

Speaker 16 (36:02):
Yeah all right, Dan, go ahead, and we're going paperless
in two thousand. But anyway, Yeah, so I was I
was dating a girl from California who's best friend married
a guy from Duke. They graduated from Duke. They had
a lot of money. They bought a house on the
inter coastal in Florida, and every other week they would
go get their nails done. The girl I was dating

(36:23):
her friend and her husband. The three of them would
go to the salon and get their nails done it
and then eventually her best friend didn't want to go anymore,
so she would just go with her best friend's husband.
And she's in the salon and she's sitting there. Now
she's Vietnamese, but she looks more Filipino for whatever reason,
and so they don't even think anything of it, and

(36:43):
they just start talking away. They're like, oh my god,
this girl is sleeping with their best friend's husband. Oh
my god, we should tell her. She's like, you know,
they start going off, and she didn't even respond. She
just kept us straight base the whole time, Like, how
did you.

Speaker 2 (36:57):
Not say so their gossip?

Speaker 3 (37:02):
There's an example of where it could backfire totally.

Speaker 10 (37:05):
Yeah, oh I love that.

Speaker 5 (37:07):
I mean, it definitely will at some point, because you know,
you get frustrated with people.

Speaker 3 (37:12):
Yeah, in general, So the husband was going with two
women to get.

Speaker 2 (37:17):
His nails down.

Speaker 3 (37:17):
Nails.

Speaker 7 (37:18):
I appreciate that.

Speaker 9 (37:19):
You don't have to get you know, if you get
don't get color. I mean, if you want to color,
get color. But yeah, the nails nice, and.

Speaker 4 (37:24):
Yeah, you see men getting pedicures I love that. It's
nice to keep your eye.

Speaker 10 (37:28):
I would love to get a pedicure relaxing.

Speaker 5 (37:32):
I went once with my wife. I would go again.
It was nice, but they put that she was like
that clear go they don't. I don't want they just buff.
They put some kind of gloss on the Yeah.

Speaker 9 (37:48):
The clear gloss. But like, honestly, you should have said
you wanted a buff only.

Speaker 7 (37:51):
Yeah that's on you.

Speaker 5 (37:52):
Don't Why didn't my wife tell me that? So sheld
just let me get the gloss and they made fun
of me.

Speaker 3 (37:56):
Do you want to go together someday?

Speaker 5 (37:58):
Just you know what, Bill, I'd go get a pedicure.

Speaker 3 (38:00):
I think this is cool.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
I think you guys should.

Speaker 3 (38:02):
Think we should book that.

Speaker 5 (38:03):
Yeah, because they do rub your feet a little bit.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
Just a couple of guys, you know, sitting out down.

Speaker 9 (38:08):
I see guys every time I've had a care across
from me next to me getting pedicures.

Speaker 10 (38:12):
Okay, we all go together, then, all right, I'll buy
that's the only reason why we're all going.

Speaker 5 (38:26):
I'll just sit here and wait all the talkbacks that
are going to come in right now about the toenails
that they're going to clip.

Speaker 9 (38:33):
Imagine, asked them to save all of our toenails actually
just put them in just No, that's not how.

Speaker 19 (38:40):
When I was working at a daycare, I was the
only like non Spanish speaker, and so all around me
did be speaking Spanish, and I swore they were talking
about me. And so then I recorded it once and
send it to my friend who spoke Spanish, and she's like, oh,

(39:01):
there are talking about you.

Speaker 3 (39:06):
See get really interesting.

Speaker 5 (39:08):
Yeah, and shout out to the Mayor of the South.
Then he reminded me there's a Seinfeld episode about this,
when Elaine was going to the nail salon and she
was convinced they were talking about her, and George's father
spoke their language, you know, Jerry Stiller. Yeah, so she
brought him there and sure enough they were. That's a
classic Seinfeld episode.

Speaker 12 (39:26):
So while I liked this idea with the whole nail
salon aspect, their language isn't going to be even on
the air pod jeft because personally, from my experience, they're
probably speaking Vitnamese and that wasn't one of the languages
you listed.

Speaker 14 (39:43):
Yep.

Speaker 12 (39:44):
So hopefully that gets added, toune, because I would definitely
be interested to hear what they're actually saying about me
and my nasty feet or whatever they're saying.

Speaker 4 (39:53):
Yes, she's right, certain languages are not included, but they
will be working on Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese later
in the year.

Speaker 3 (40:00):
But no Vietnamese.

Speaker 2 (40:01):
It is not on the list as of right now.

So if you go to a place that you love
and they do your you know, nails or hair, well,
it's like you're going to rule.

Speaker 3 (40:37):
I'd keep it to myself because I'd want them to
keep talking about me so I could keep hearing more opinions.

Speaker 5 (40:43):
Yeah, oh yeah, I mean, look, you know, people love
the gossip in any language, you know.

Speaker 1 (40:49):

They had to do that on purpose, right, not just stupid.

Speaker 5 (41:01):
No, you're not just stupid.

Speaker 2 (41:03):
They did have
