Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now best morning show in Boston, Billy and Lisa in
the morning.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
It's just a great start to my day on Kiss
one away.
Speaker 3 (00:08):
Okay, welcome in everybody, the Villa and Lisa Morning Show.
It is Monday. It's the final Monday of the month
of April.
Speaker 4 (00:17):
About that.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
And it's also Global Pay it Forward Day, Global.
Speaker 4 (00:22):
Pay it Forward.
Speaker 3 (00:23):
So we all got to think about what we want
to do today to make a difference in someone's life. Okay,
you can do that collectively or privately, whatever we choose.
I'm just saying. And the Celtics, by the way, one again.
So now they're up three to one over the over
the Magic and they bring it all back to Boston
tomorrow for a game five. That's the good news. The
(00:44):
bad news.
Speaker 4 (00:45):
Eight thirty start to the game tomorrow. Oh, I did
not know that it was seven o'clock last night, and
I stayed up for the whole thing.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
Yeah, even that, I was like, oh, it's nine thirty.
Like when the game was over, I went right to bed.
Speaker 4 (01:02):
Eight thirty starts the game. It begins. Now this is
going all the way through June. Oh boy, well, hopefully
so much going on.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
First of all, the congratulations to young Riley Dunnavan who
basically won the World Championship.
Speaker 5 (01:18):
I think this week, well it was a three weekend
match play tournament, and yesterday, yeah it was. It was
like their March madness.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
Basically, thank you for clarifying because I had no idea
what you would do.
Speaker 5 (01:28):
It was fun if they start, you know, with like
thirty six kids or whatever, and then down to one and.
Speaker 4 (01:34):
You gotta love this.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
So I'm talking to Lisa on the phone yesterday and
Riley was in the car and I'm saying, well, congratulations, Ryan,
that is amazing, and he goes, yeah, I didn't really
play that well, and I'm like, okay, well you beat
everybody else.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:48):
It came down to the final hole and his friend
Jack an amazing round of golf. It was like a
nail bitter. So the two of them was really amazing,
and the trophies are really beautiful. So shout out to
the Challenge tournament.
Speaker 4 (02:01):
That's amazing.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
This he's going to be recruited at a very young
age and he's going to be very wealthy.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
It's really fun to watch, and I hope that he
takes care of his mother.
Speaker 3 (02:12):
At what age does he start getting huge sponsorship deals
well with nil.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
It could be in a couple of years when he
gets college. There you go absolutely.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
First he gets to college scholarship right to the school
of his choice, he'll be that good well, and then
they'll start wearing a certain line of clothing patches all
over one day.
Speaker 5 (02:32):
You know what, Justin, I was just going to see
that one day and remain humble.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
That was a bloodth.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
I totally agree with you one day at a time,
because you never know.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
Here's the other thing about Riley, right, more often than
not it comes down to the final pot. It does
the most nerve racking shot of the entire tournament, and
he always drains it.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
He does well under pressure.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Anyway, Yeah, congrats, Congrat's Riley Dunovan back to school today.
I forgot everybody was on vacation.
Speaker 2 (03:07):
Hampshire now has school vacation this week.
Speaker 4 (03:09):
Oh my god, is producer Riley still in school in Hampshire? Okay,
because she looks very young.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
So yeah, everybody's back from vacation and it's good that
they are because last week we had a huge show
all week long. Okay, we had Tom Brady on the
show exclusively. Last week we had Juliana from The Bachelor
the Winner from Newton, Massachusetts on the show. This is
some of the stuff you missed while you were on
(03:43):
school break with the kids, but you're back today. And
we also had Powery from Love on the Spectrum, a
really really popular show, and she was wonderful.
Speaker 4 (03:53):
She was right here in the studio.
Speaker 3 (03:54):
So what we're going to do is we're going to
replay it a lot of it right justin for sake
of those people who were away and couldn't catch it.
Speaker 4 (04:00):
Yeah, and you mean the podcasts are up. You can
hear them on the iHeart app. Just starts Billy and
Lisa in the morning. The instagram videos with clips are
up on the Kiss Instagram. But if you missed any
of it, well relive some of the best moments from
Tom from Juliana this morning. We'll do it at seven ten.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
Yeah, and by the way, don't forget even if you're
on vacation. I don't know where you are, you can
still listen to this show on vacation.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
You can take us with you everywhere you go.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Yeah, you could be on the beach in Aruba, you
can be Cabos and Lucas. No matter where you go
in the world. You could be in Peru. Yes, and
listen to us a.
Speaker 5 (04:31):
Lot Billy and Lisa in the morning on the iHeartRadio.
Speaker 4 (04:34):
Yeah, I'm just saying iHeartRadio.
Speaker 3 (04:36):
Okay, Now we can talk about Bill Belichick not talking
about this, Well we are. You may not be what,
but we are. This story is fascinating to me.
Speaker 4 (04:47):
Not talking about tho, No, we need to talk about it. Jordan.
Speaker 3 (04:50):
Okay, So Belichick did a sit down interview with CBS
and by the way, Lisa Donovan and I are on
the Boston version of CBS single morning, right.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Before six fifty five.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
So he sits down with CBS and they're in a
small room and Jordan, the girlfriend was not only in
the room, but she was basically directing the interview and
cutting him off and interrupting the interview.
Speaker 4 (05:18):
She's taken over his life. Yeah, we'll play the entire
audio in the Entertainment Report. But this is probably the
biggest story in the world. I would say, Oh, it
went crazy over the weekend.
Speaker 5 (05:29):
Well, he's on a book tour, so that's why they
did the interview to talk about the book.
Speaker 4 (05:33):
Yeah, and he talked about a lot of stuff. I
mean talked about Tom Brady. Oh yeah, we.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
Talked about about not having craft in the book.
Speaker 4 (05:40):
Yes. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
The best part of the whole thing were the comments
on social media, like, you know, blink twice if you're
in danger.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
Well, it's a little bit of a hasted situation. It
seems something's going on there. It's almost like she's taken
over his brain.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
Yeah, we don't know, but some people comment, we're in
fear of his life at her hand. And then they
were questioning she interrupted the question, so where did you meet?
And that's when he asked them where did we meet? Anyway,
we're going to cover the whole thing. What time we're
going to do the whole Belichick thing.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
Well, we'll play the audio and entertainment coming up six
forty and then you know, seven fifteen. This is the
topic of the day. Oh my god, I'm gonna break
it down and here are your thoughts too, and of
course Celtics won.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
We're gonna hear from Jason Tatum because entertainment is up
next to stand By from.
Speaker 6 (06:27):
The Planet Fitness, Kiss one Away Studios. Well, we're back
with the Villy and Lisa in the morning. Kiss.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
Hey, everybody, welcome back, Welcome, back from vacation, the kids
are back to school, parents are back home, probably back
to work as well.
Speaker 4 (06:42):
You want to start with some talkbacks justin Yeah, talkbacks
are popping already this morning. Yeah, that jumping in nice
and early. We love that you can join the show.
It's very easy to do. You do it on the
iHeartRadio app. You can download it. It's free. You search

Lisa show. You press that little red microphone and you
have thirty seconds to give us your map and a
lot of people buzzing about you. Oh yeah, Lisa, did
(07:04):

Speaker 2 (07:04):
I'm on episode eight?
Speaker 4 (07:06):
Okay, done what You're not done yet?
Speaker 7 (07:08):
Hey, Lisa?
Speaker 8 (07:08):
I was just wondering if you've watched the series finale
of You yet.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
I've binge watched it this weekend. It was so good.
It was probably one of my favorite seasons.
Speaker 5 (07:19):
Well, I have to tell you it is a really
good season and it's I know it's building towards something.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
It's so bizarre. What's been going on this season? Yeah?
So I have two episodes left.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
With ten EPs.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
Yes, I didn't know the whole season was available. I've
been waiting. I watched the first episode and wow.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
Yeah, I binged it this weekend.
Speaker 9 (07:36):
Good morning everyone, Oh Lisa, Oh my god, I binge
watched season five of You and it was amazing.
Speaker 4 (07:47):
I can't even can't even describe it. It was just
amazing and the ending was not what.
Speaker 1 (07:53):
I expected, but I guess it was what he deserved.
Speaker 4 (07:58):
And don't you have the creator of.
Speaker 5 (07:59):
You on the book So yeah, So Caroline Kapness will
be with us in Hartford on May seventh if you
want to come, there's a link in my bio. But
I have to tell you she is thanked twice in
the opening credits. One is a consulting producer and then
one is the series based on you. It was just
very cool to see her up there and acknowledged.
Speaker 4 (08:21):
And so where and when is that book club event.
Speaker 5 (08:23):
May seventh in Hartford if you want to go, that's
where the.
Speaker 2 (08:27):
Drive it is.
Speaker 4 (08:29):
Yeah, definitely, it's a hot show, all right, Billy.
Speaker 10 (08:32):
Good Morning Morning Team. Wanted to let you know that
I saw that Billy was honoring the dog mother and
I got my one eyed pit bull from Melissa about
eight years ago now, and he is the best little
love ever. Benny aka Crash because he was hit by
(08:52):
a car and lost his eye.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
But he's cooling.
Speaker 4 (08:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (08:57):
We had a fundraiser. I went to a fundraiser a Saturday,
the Village Bar and Grill, which right up the street
here in Everett.
Speaker 4 (09:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
Uh, and they ended up raising a lot more money
than they anticipated. So thank you for having me to
the dog Mother.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
I have a dog Mother shirt that you gave me
that I wear it ticking around the house. I wore
mine yesterday. Oh really, I have tank tops that I wear.
Speaker 2 (09:17):
What's that name?
Speaker 4 (09:18):
Yeah, the dog Mother.
Speaker 2 (09:19):
That's awesome.
Speaker 3 (09:20):
But a bunch of other agencies were there as well.
Gal's best pal and uh, Paul Rescue.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
It was a great night right up the street and
never so. Yeah, he's your old boy. Oh he's a
good boy. My t such a good boy.
Speaker 4 (09:33):
Now. The entertainment updates with a Billy hot set.
Speaker 3 (09:36):
Okay, Celtics beat the Magic last night one oh seven
ninety eight the Final. They bring a three game to
one lead back here to Boston tomorrow night. Chase and
Tatum last night thirty seven points, big night, big win.
Speaker 11 (09:49):
Been in these moments, you know, just stay composed and
you know, don't get distracted. But you know, outside things
or whatever. Try to make the right read, focus on
the next play.
Speaker 3 (10:01):
Oh yeah, Game five tomorrow night in Boston, eight thirty
tip off Red Sox one in Cleveland yesterday thirteen to three,
a fan was ejected for heckling Jared Duran.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
Here was the call.
Speaker 12 (10:17):
Jared Duran was down on the field fairly close to
the stands and a fan came down must have been
yelling something.
Speaker 13 (10:25):
At Jared, and so.
Speaker 12 (10:27):
The coaches and the umpires were involved, and eventually we
saw this guy leave through the stands up to the concourse.
Speaker 14 (10:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (10:35):
I remember Duran during the document series opened up about
thinking about suicide. Well, this fan yelled, you should have
killed yourself?
Speaker 4 (10:43):
What okay?
Speaker 2 (10:45):
Past sick person? Yeah, to do that?
Speaker 4 (10:47):
Animal. You wonder why people don't want to open up
and they want to keep things in right reasons like this. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (10:54):
Another sports story of making news this weekend. Remember Friday
we talked about on Sanders Kids, Chador Sanders holding a
big party expecting to go in the first round and
it was all for nothing.
Speaker 4 (11:06):
He didn't go anywhere, but he.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
Ended up going in the fifth round over the weekend
to the Browns. But that's not the story. Before he
was chosen, he got a prank phone call from someone
claiming to be the Saints GM.
Speaker 4 (11:23):
This is making loomis here, the GM of the New
Orleans Saints. How you doing you good?
Speaker 14 (11:30):
How are you?
Speaker 4 (11:30):
Man? Yeah? We have It's been a long wait.
Speaker 10 (11:35):
Man.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
We're gonna take you with our next speaker are here, man,
but you're gonna have to wait a little bit longer.
Speaker 15 (11:40):
Man.
Speaker 3 (11:42):
Sorry that.
Speaker 4 (11:51):
So where did he get the phone numbered? Okay, so
that the phone that he had to Dora Sanders was
a special phone. It wasn't his normal cell phone, right.
Only NFL teams had the phone of it. It was for
the draft only. Yeah. So there was this big investigation
by the NFL. I mean it was pretty quick, but
they found out it was the sun of the Falcons
defensive coordinator. He stole the number from his dad's computer.
(12:13):
Oh god, what is messed up? Well, the good news
is he got chosen. Meantime, the Sinners movie won the
box office again this weekend. Harley Steinfeld is in the movie.
She's engaged. Don't forget to Josh Allen. Here's what he says.
Speaker 16 (12:28):
I'm so excited for her and so proud of her,
and you know it's getting some great reviews.
Speaker 11 (12:33):
It's a fantastic movie, so go watch it.
Speaker 4 (12:36):
I like him.
Speaker 3 (12:38):
Josh Allen seems like a nice guy. Okay, we've put
it off long enough. The viral story of the weekend
Bill Belichick's sit down interview on CBS's about this. It's
a girlfriend, Jordan, we got to talk about Okay. She
keeps interrupting me. Does she do that to everybody?
Speaker 4 (12:57):
Jordan?
Speaker 3 (12:58):
What an annoying person. Anyway, They're sitting in a room
for the interview on CBS. Jordan was like four feet away.
Speaker 4 (13:05):
You could see her in the screen and sitting at
a desk or something and just kept interrupting the interview.
Speaker 15 (13:12):
Everybody in the world seems to be following this relationship.
They've got an opinion about your private life. It's got
nothing to do with them, but they're invested in it.
How do you deal with that?
Speaker 17 (13:21):
Never been too worried about what everybody else. Thanks, Just
to try to do what I feel like is best
for me and what's right.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
How did you guys meet.
Speaker 18 (13:28):
Not talking about this?
Speaker 4 (13:30):
No, no, okay, I really need to know what this
relationship is, where it's going. As his life in danger.
Speaker 5 (13:39):
But I want to know why she didn't want him
to answer the question, because he was doing just fine
answering all of the questions himself, and.
Speaker 4 (13:46):
Everybody supposedly knows how they met. It was on a plane, and.
Speaker 5 (13:50):
She posted the note that he wrote in one of
her textbooks. Yeah, you know, while they were meeting on
the plane in twenty twenty one.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
So why do you think she was upset?
Speaker 3 (14:01):
Well, a lot of the comments were suggesting maybe they
didn't meet on a plane. Well, maybe it's the timing
of when they did meet on the plane, whether or
not he was still with.
Speaker 4 (14:11):
Linda could be.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
There's definitely overlap.
Speaker 4 (14:14):
Yeah, but we'll break it down at seven fifteen this morning.
We're gonna dig deep. We're gonna talk more about this. Yeah, yeah,
we have to Okay, Shortan, I don't care. You're not
controlling this show too, all right, Jordan, Although she would
if she could, she tried, Well, she did try, she did. Yeah,
Remember she went at.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
It with she inserted herself exactly anyway.
Speaker 4 (14:37):
Travis Kelcey made a rare public appearance this weekend at
Justin Timberlake's golf tournament.
Speaker 3 (14:43):
Both Kelsey brothers were there. I got to tell you something.
He and Taylor are really on a break and I
like that because they just were everywhere for the longest time.
Didn't her tour go like almost three years or two
and a half years?
Speaker 4 (14:55):
I was asking producer Riley just before we went on
the air, because she's our residence swifty. Yeah, what do
you think Taylor's doing right now? You know? Is she
at that home binge watching TV shows? Is she?
Speaker 13 (15:06):
You know?
Speaker 4 (15:06):
Because your Taylor's Swift, you can't go anywhere, you know
there'll be photographs. She's probably writing songs. Yeah, that's probably
that sort of thing. Yep.
Speaker 3 (15:15):
Now, Lisa, you came in to me very early this morning,
I think it was still dark out and you said, hey,
do you know that Beyonce concert tickets are going for
the same as a McDonald's happy meal.
Speaker 5 (15:28):
Well that was the story on Friday. So the same
thing happened to Katie Perry. The same thing has happened
to j Low. Remember the tour was actually canceled. So
on Friday this came out that people are mocking Beyonce
because some of the tickets, like at Sofi Stadium are
selling for the same price as at McDonald's.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
You know Minecraft meal.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
Wow, I actually saw something on social I don't know
how accurate it is, But if you call Ticketmaster if
you already have tickets, they will upgrade you like twenty
rows because if you if I think, if it's in
the same price range, they'll just put you up further.
So call if you have got tickets for the Aance show.
I know she's not here, but if you're going somewhere, So.
Speaker 4 (16:05):
What's the story behind the store?
Speaker 5 (16:07):
Well, there's no stop like when he said here, But
so a Minecraft meal is about twenty one dollars and
some of the tickets are going for twenty bucks, so
I don't.
Speaker 4 (16:15):
Weren't they going for thousands at one point hundreds?
Speaker 1 (16:19):
Yeah, she always has a pretty high price point, which
I respect, but I think it's not really hitting the
way she wanted it to, right, No, boy.
Speaker 4 (16:26):
And I wonder why she's skipping Boston with the tour.
Well we don't.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
I think she went off of her most popular demo
places like where she knows she sells out and she's
did a lot a few times and she I don't
think she's ever technically sold it out like she. I mean,
it's full but it's never like sold out out.
Speaker 3 (16:42):
One thing's for sure. It'll be a massive production. That's
what she's famous for, right, Yeah, hundreds and hundreds of people.
Speaker 1 (16:48):
Well, I think it's so expensive.
Speaker 3 (16:49):
Hey, on American Idol last night, Ryan Seacrest announcing this
year is Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees.
Speaker 4 (16:55):
There it was Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class
of twenty twenty five.
Speaker 17 (16:59):
If Bad Company up and Checker to Pucker.
Speaker 4 (17:07):
Sydney, let her out, pash sound on the White Sluts,
war Zebon and Sultan Peper also seating honors.
Speaker 3 (17:19):
Tom Doo, Mickey Hopkins kill Okay, let me Warren for
congratulations to all of this year's incredible inductees.
Speaker 4 (17:27):
Do you think it took so long for Chubby Checker?
I think he's so long, Yes, very much. Then producer
I was saying, who's Chubby Checker? Yeah. Salt and Papa
also going into the Hall. We saw them a couple
of years ago, you kids, all right, Yeah, it doesn't
really do much. Was shaken though.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Yeah, Pepa is definitely the personality.
Speaker 4 (17:52):
Yeah, one of them seem to have a tough time
getting Salts visual alone. They were great. Cindy Laupers in
the hall.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
Now, I know she's iconic in her own right, but
her voice just goes right through me. Oh yeah, I
don't get the appeal.
Speaker 4 (18:09):
God.
Speaker 3 (18:10):
So last week we talked about Maroon Five's the new
album which is on the way, and now we know
there's going to be a collaboration with Lisa from Black
Pink and the White Loadus. It's called Priceless.
Speaker 5 (18:19):
Their little video that they did together is really cute too, Like,
I really like her.
Speaker 4 (18:24):
Yeah, she's exploding all of a sudden.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Well, the thing is, she's been exploding overseas and now
we're just getting like Ky Poppers, Like they have one
hundreds of millions of followers. They're making a ton of money,
and that's where pop people go to like revive there. Yeah,
is the collab with K Poppers because it's going to
go you know, viral.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
Good for her. I loved her and the White Loaders.
I thought she was great.
Speaker 3 (18:46):
Meantime, the Chainsmokers out with the remix of Chapel Roone's
Pink Pony Club, and finally, at the Stage Coach Festival
this past weekend, Lana del Rey saying about kissing Morgan Wallen, Wow.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
Wow, he's really kissed everyone.
Speaker 4 (19:00):
Yeah, is she with him?
Speaker 5 (19:01):
Well no, Kristen Cavaleri slept with him and said he
was like her number one. He's really good and bad
and all right, go Morgan.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
It shocked me.
Speaker 2 (19:11):
He doesn't seem like he doesn't give off that vie.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
He gets off selfish, but apparently he's a good time.
Speaker 7 (19:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
Well, before you know it, they'll be saying I had
a Morgan. Everyone's kissed him.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Oh my god, I kissed him.
Speaker 3 (19:27):

back with a Villy and Lisa in the Morning on Kiss.
Speaker 3 (20:08):
Yeah, We're back, and so is everybody else. It was
a vacation week, last week's school vacation week, so a
lot of families, certainly a lot of kids were away,
were out of town, they were on vacation, and it
so happens that last week we had a huge week
on this show.
Speaker 4 (20:25):
A lot of special people joined us on the show.
Speaker 3 (20:27):
So we're feeling anybody who was away, even though they
can listen to the Billy and Lisa Morning Show anywhere
in the world, you know they made they were in
a different routine.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
This is what you missed. So we're going to recap starting.
Speaker 3 (20:38):
With Tom Brady. Should we set the scene why Tom Brady.
Speaker 4 (20:41):
Was calling in?
Speaker 2 (20:42):
Absolutely so.
Speaker 3 (20:43):
My son, Chris, my oldest son, Chris Costa, started a
trading card company called card Vault.
Speaker 4 (20:49):
He's partnered up with Big Night Entertainment.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
He has retail stores, one of the TD Garden went
out in Foxboro, another one at Patriot Place. But through
his connections of hosting card shows all over the he
got to know Michael Rubins, who knew Tom Brady and
then now my son is partnered up with Tom Brady
like actual partners in.
Speaker 4 (21:10):
Business fifty to fifty. So Tom called into the show
last week. Well, it was fresh off his big American
dream opening of the card Ball Store in New Jersey. Yeah,
and in that on that whole you know event on
the stage, Tom, remember he threw a football all the
way up like the third the third floor up top.
Oh yeah. Of course, of course Billy had to ask
(21:31):
him NFL return you think, I know, Billy.
Speaker 13 (21:34):
Those days have come and gone.
Speaker 7 (21:36):
Unfortunately, I uh, it's time for the next generation to
do it. And I had my Montana Steve, young people
I looked up to in John Elway and Dan Marino.
And now it's time for these young kids to do it.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
Yeah, no return, Oh, no return for now. Yeah. But
Tom was great. He talked about so much. And of
course he was at coach Ella a few days before.
He brought his little boy, Yeah, to see Travis Scott.
So he broke down how that happened.
Speaker 13 (21:59):
We were my parents for for for Easter, and it
happened to be Coachella and we were across the street
and Travis Scott was there and Dad said, Dad, we
gotta go to this. And I said, I said, Jack this.
He comes on at eleven, you know that's two East
Coast time. I'm normally waking up it for you, I'm
to start my day. How am I going to stay awake?
Speaker 4 (22:20):
But he did? Yes, he did, he did. You can
hear the full interview. It's up on the podcast page
Billy and Lisa in the Morning and all the clips.
There's a bunch of video clips on the Kiss Instagram. Also,
what you missed last week Juliana from The Bachelor. Yeah,
she won the whole Thank you love, she won the
whole thing. So she came into the studio and Lisa's
son Riley, correspondent for The Bachelor, that was in studio
(22:42):
and got to ask a question he's been waiting to ask.
Speaker 14 (22:45):
Boston. This is crazy, like this is this is so
surreal to have a winner from Boston.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
First of all.
Speaker 14 (22:51):
But first of all, I'd like to say, because I've
been thinking all season, I'm like, you know, from the
first episode, when you know girls start obviously kissing, Grant's like.
Speaker 4 (22:59):
Yeah, what does his breath smell?
Speaker 12 (23:01):
Like?
Speaker 4 (23:02):
There's the first question.
Speaker 14 (23:03):
He's like a wave of heat that like just like
moves over you or is it just is it good?
Speaker 1 (23:08):
It was very good.
Speaker 10 (23:09):
You know, I think that the team does a really
good job of also having like mince.
Speaker 4 (23:14):
And they very good at all times.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
So it was really good.
Speaker 4 (23:20):
Yeah, that's cool.
Speaker 3 (23:21):
Newton, Massachusetts the first winner from Boston to The Bachelor.
Speaker 4 (23:24):
I know, and we and we had her on which
is really.
Speaker 3 (23:26):
About how many seasons like thirty or something.
Speaker 5 (23:29):
Yeah, in the fact time, yeah, and the fact that
she came in live and oh yeah, Riley was here
to it was like his super Bowl.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
It really was. He did a great job. He really did.
Also last week, as if it could not get any bigger,
we had Parry from Love on the Spectrum in the
studio and one of the questions we asked her is
how did she get the show? Like the audition process,
how did that happen?
Speaker 16 (23:50):
So what happened was someone I know from the teams
it called It's a great shell. It's local. You should
totally see it at the Rockwell Beater Davis Square. She
sent me a link on Instagram for a casting call
for season three and so I looked at that and
then I emailed the producers and set up an interview
(24:11):
on Zoom. So that went well, and then as minute
after the interview ended, I literally got a call back
saying they want to fall through to the next step it.
Things went from there and you could say the rest
is history.
Speaker 4 (24:23):
Yeah. So Parry she's on Love on the Spectrum and
Tina her girlfriend on the show and they're still together.
It was hair as well. Yeah, so it just popped
into the building. Yeah. Yeah, it was really cool. And
one of the things we love about Parry is her
love of the MBTA. Oh yeah, she I've never met
a person that loves the MBTA more total passion of hers. Yeah.
What a sweet, sweet girl. Oh yeah, so sweet. But anyway,
(24:43):
she broke down her love of the MBTA.
Speaker 16 (24:45):
Ever since I moved to Boston, I feel like I've
had so much independence because I don't want to drive,
and it's so glad I don't have to because obviously
we know I'm not driving in Boston. You like, why
did she have fries?
Speaker 4 (24:57):
Look at the.
Speaker 1 (24:57):
Traffic every episo.
Speaker 2 (24:59):
True.
Speaker 16 (25:00):
Yeah, so I have independence. I could go on buses
and trains and just get to where I need to be.
I don't have to wait for someone to just pick
me up. It's just amazing and oh my gosh, all
the friends I've made and people I met. It's really
opened up the whole new stuff doors for me some
of my favorite roots. So I really have the Red Line.
It's gone much faster, and you can't beat the view
(25:21):
over the lawn Fellow Bridge and obviously the commuter rail twos.
It's purfle that's my favorite column.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
She is just such. It was such a good message.
Speaker 3 (25:31):
Yeah, it was a feel good moment. Where does the
show stand? Is it currently airing?
Speaker 1 (25:35):
To do? It's on Netflix? Yeah, I think it's like
number It's in the top ten in a few weeks ago,
so you can binge it now.
Speaker 4 (25:41):
Yeah, and all video clips of all of that, Tom Brady,
Juliana Parry all on the Kiss Instagram and again you
can hear all the all the interviews, all the audio
on the podcast page billionly is it in the morning?
And I saved the best for last. Oh yeah, our
own Billy Costa Uncle Bill named one of Boston's most
influential people. And he's a humble guy. You know, he
(26:01):
was honored to be on the list with one hundred
and fifty other people. Truly honored. I can't believe you're
doing this. The Candon microphone No one ever knows when
he's talking into the candid microphone.
Speaker 3 (26:16):
Wow, I'm ahead of the director of the Red Sox Foundation.
I'm way ahead of the Globe about I'm way ahead
of Amazon Robotics.
Speaker 4 (26:25):
Step on your face, the hen did micro Yeah, Okay,
you need to be honest with the with the listeners
that you doctor a lot of these tapes that you know.
I think you're very good at what you do, but
I don't think that's the case there.
Speaker 2 (26:39):
That was pretty real.
Speaker 4 (26:44):
But honored. Thank you Boston Magazine for having me and
including me on the list. And Bill, you're on the
kiss Instagram. Your your influential post is one of the
pin posts at the top. Really, Yes, what is a
pin post? It's it just means it doesn't move, So
as things are posted on your Instagram, it doesn't move.
It stays right at the top. Wow, look at that,
because you're right at the top of our list.
Speaker 2 (27:05):
Yes, there you go, Billy and Lisa.
Speaker 3 (27:09):
Okay, so now we can talk about it right open discussion.
The interview scene round the World, Bill Belichick sitting down
with CBS and his girlfriend Jordan in the room, interrupting
the questions.
Speaker 4 (27:20):
You want to start with the clip justin absolutely, I'm sorry.
It was awkward, it was uncomfortable, but I'm ready now.
Thank you.
Speaker 15 (27:28):
Everybody in the world seems to be following this relationship.
They've got an opinion about your private life. It's got
nothing to do with them, but they're invested in it.
Speaker 4 (27:35):
How do you deal with that?
Speaker 17 (27:37):
Never been too worried about what everybody else? Thanks, Just
try to do what I feel like is that's for
me and what's right.
Speaker 4 (27:42):
How did you guys meet?
Speaker 18 (27:44):
Not talking about this?
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Okay? Can I just say one thing?
Speaker 5 (27:50):
I'm curious as to why she didn't want him to
answer the question. Since they posted on social how they
met in twenty twenty one on a plane. She had
signed one of her textbooks. She went to Bridgewater, State
and it was very visible on social on Instagram how
they met.
Speaker 4 (28:07):
They were very public about that, very much.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
We met on a plane, So why was she so
upset about the question?
Speaker 3 (28:13):
I'm thinking the only thing it could be is maybe
since then they've realized that maybe Bill was still with
someone else when they met on the plane, and maybe
the timing is awkward. I don't know, but it went
viral crazy all weekend.
Speaker 4 (28:28):
No one knows. There is speculation though, Good Morning team.
Speaker 9 (28:31):
Do you think Jordan and Bill actually met on like
a website and staid some kind of like sugar daddy
sugar baby situation. I just don't understand the relationship whatsoever.
It's giving grandpa and granddaughter every time I see them together,
and it's just weird. I know it's not our relationship
(28:52):
to really understand, but come on, what is she doing?
Speaker 13 (28:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (28:56):
I'm not big on comments on social media, but with
this story, for some reason, I was going through all
the comments, the long, long list of comments, and most
of them were like funny, some of them like they'll
blink twice if you're in trouble, A.
Speaker 4 (29:10):
Little bit of a hostage situation, it seems, or sugar
Daddy sugar daddy. The flavors lasts a lifetime.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
Yeah, there's forty nine years age difference.
Speaker 5 (29:19):
I again, though, that's a good theory that maybe they
didn't meet on a plane.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
You know, I always thought it weird that they sat
next to each other and took a selfie when he
signed her book or whatever. What are the odds that
they meet on this plane, they're sitting next to each other,
they take a picture together and he signs the book.
What are the odds that she can afford? I'm sure
he's not sitting coach if he flies private. If not,
he's flying first class. A twenty one year old is
(29:46):
sitting first class. Some poor girl from Maine that goes
to Bridgewater State, no offense, Bridgeward State?
Speaker 4 (29:52):
Is she poor? I don't know her situation.
Speaker 1 (29:53):
I mean, from what I gather, the place that she's
from is not particularly like a higher end zip code
Sandford hand Handcock.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
Again, did they exchange numbers?
Speaker 3 (30:05):
Wait a minute, did this happen they were sitting next
two week ago? Oh? I thought she happened to be
on the plane and walked over.
Speaker 2 (30:12):
They were sitting next to each other.
Speaker 1 (30:13):
What are the odds, there's only so many first classes?
Come on, Oh and she already did an older man.
This is her second older.
Speaker 4 (30:20):
Man, so she could have been with them then. Yeah.
The thing about this interview is that it wasn't just
that one clip. You know, she was interrupting throughout the
whole thing. She was seated kind of right off camera.
She was walking over whispering in Bill's ear. I mean,
she was running the show. She's acting like his agent
and his manager.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
She is the COO of his whole thing.
Speaker 10 (30:40):
Now.
Speaker 4 (30:40):
Yeah, down there, she's on the sidelines during UNC football practice. Oh,
I know, I know. She's like calling place, yeah.
Speaker 3 (30:46):
And talking to people and yelling at people and like
what is going on?
Speaker 4 (30:51):
Yeah, she's she's given.
Speaker 2 (30:52):
Those vibesave me. Yeah, now, but I think there's more
to the story.
Speaker 4 (31:02):
You're right, Oh, there's a lot more to the story.
And by the way, isn't she entering the Miss Maine
Beauty pageant?
Speaker 2 (31:08):
Yes, it's in May, it's coming up.
Speaker 4 (31:10):
Should we go?
Speaker 2 (31:12):
It's in Portland?
Speaker 3 (31:13):
Didn't she didn't She already lose her local town beauty pageant.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
Well that's what we were talking about.
Speaker 4 (31:20):
Now she's going for the whole state. But she already lost.
But whatever, it's okay, we will go.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
When is it, let's take a trip.
Speaker 4 (31:26):
It's coming up in May. Well, the story went viral.
Speaker 6 (31:30):
Now it's topic time for the Billy and Lisa in
the morning.
Speaker 3 (31:34):
Okay, so the topic. You need to know something. We
didn't really choose this topic. This topic was kind of
forced on us. I mean it went viral. Over the weekend.
Bill Belichick sat for an interview with CBS and Jordan
has been showing herself lately as basically his agent, his manager,
his personal manager, running his life, working the sidelines of
(31:55):
UNC football practices, and it makes people wonder, right.
Speaker 2 (31:58):
Lise, it does.
Speaker 5 (31:59):
But all so Dave Portnoy when he gets involved, right,
the story then becomes even more amplified in my mind.
Speaker 2 (32:08):
And he weighed in on X.
Speaker 3 (32:11):
Yeah, and everybody's wondering why did he refuse to talk?
Why did Jordan refuse to have him talk about where
they met or how they met? Like everybody knows, you know,
that's what they told us how they met, but now
you can't talk about.
Speaker 5 (32:22):
It but right, But Dave's takeaway was like, I'm worried
about Bill, like a lot of people are.
Speaker 2 (32:27):
I'm worried about Bill.
Speaker 4 (32:28):
Yeah, Jordan can give her own interviews, right right. Wants
to be interviewed and say or not say what she wants,
but to sit on his interview just seems so weird.
Speaker 3 (32:37):
But she's smart, she's doing exactly what she set out
to do, and she's getting all the attention because of it.
Speaker 1 (32:44):
Can I say something as someone that kind of had
beef with her, my opinion on her not doing interviews
is because She can't formulate thoughts on the spot. She
has to literally think about her response, which is why
everything with me was formulated ten hours after I said something.
So in my opinion, she's not smart. She actually is scared.
Speaker 4 (33:00):
It's an interesting angle. Okay, what's everyone else thinks?
Speaker 8 (33:03):
Okay, that interview yesterday with Belichick, I was watching it
in real time. I was mortified for him, completely embarrassed.
It was so cringe worthy. You know, this twenty four
year old chiming in off camera while a man with
so much life experience and success, old enough to be
(33:24):
her grandfather, is being interviewed, and the reporter's being told
what questions he can and can't ask.
Speaker 3 (33:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (33:33):
Right, But here's the thing. Bill could tell her to stop,
and he obviously isn't.
Speaker 4 (33:39):
He's not. He gave her this position.
Speaker 2 (33:41):
He was, he did, She's coo.
Speaker 1 (33:44):
Lisa makes a great point because I worked for the Patriots,
and you guys think fun I got fired whatever I quit.
That man does nothing he doesn't want to do. If
he doesn't want to do something, he says it. If
he does, he will, he will speak on things he
wants to, or he'll avoid things he doesn't. He does
not need someone to tell him when he can an
answer a question, He does it on his own.
Speaker 4 (34:01):
But it seems she changed him. He's he's definitely given
given in to her. I mean, no one's more media
trained than Belichick. Right, he's a pro. He doesn't need
her to sit in on the interview.
Speaker 8 (34:15):
It's crazy, Hey, Justin, I know you're probably not going
to put this on the radio, but I would love
to know what you guys think. I mean, would Jordan
be with Belichick if he was a seventy three year
old retiree in Florida? I mean, honestly, would the attraction
still be there? I'm not so sure.
Speaker 2 (34:37):
She did date an older guy before him.
Speaker 5 (34:39):
I don't know what his you know, financial financial situation was,
but she's definitely dated older.
Speaker 4 (34:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (34:46):
And by the way, on the Billy and Lisa Morning Show,
just so you know, if you start your thought with
I don't think you'll put this on the radio, We're
definitely put it.
Speaker 4 (34:54):
That's what I do. That's what I do best.
Speaker 2 (34:57):
Good morning morning through.
Speaker 19 (34:59):
Oh my god, talk about whipped Jordan? Is Bill Belichick's
Kanye West. You actually know he'll be walking through the
streets naked with high heels all the day.
Speaker 4 (35:10):
Yeah, that's a good one. You can always count on
the talk packers. God, it's like, what is he doing? Yeah,
in the shots of her sitting off camera with that
look on her face.
Speaker 3 (35:22):
Yeah, how does he not say when she stands up
and say, we're not talking about this, excuse me?
Speaker 4 (35:26):
Could you sit down? Yes, I'm going to talk about it.
I know where we met.
Speaker 1 (35:29):
Yeah, And I just go back to he had a
wife for a long time, any three kids with He
was with Wyndow Holiday for like fifteen years, and you've
never seen him be this.
Speaker 4 (35:39):
Right publicly whipped.
Speaker 1 (35:41):
Yeah, I guess because Linda Holiday was involved, but not
to this extent. Like she had a charity and she
did like a lot of a lot of like things
you do when you're the wife of the coach or
the fief out of the coach. She wasn't on interviews
like this and like puppeteering everything.
Speaker 3 (35:56):
By the way, he also took a lot of heat
on social for the jersey he was wearing.
Speaker 4 (36:00):
You'd think Jordan made him wear it. Well, he's probably
picking his wardrobe too.
Speaker 13 (36:03):
Well.
Speaker 5 (36:04):
They were at Annapolis High School, you know, so it
kind of made sense.
Speaker 2 (36:08):
I don't know it kind of I felt like it
fit his image.
Speaker 4 (36:12):
Yeah, he's no ever wearing the shirts of the roles
in them. Yeah, yeah, Okay, Bill, I just yeah.
Speaker 7 (36:20):
Oh my god.
Speaker 20 (36:21):
This Bill Belichick and Jordan interview is awesome. I cannot
get enough of it. I just keep rewatching it. It's hysterical,
but I think it's a good cautionary tale for all
the men who might want to date a girl fifty
years their junior, that it will come at a cost,
the cost of your boys, which will be in a
jar somewhere inevitably.
Speaker 4 (36:42):
Like I said, anything you say, we're going to play it. Yeah,
I think that's what's going to happen down the road.
He's just going to be walking around carrying a jar. Yeah. Also,
at least you don't wanted to ask you. Do you
think that they had to approve this interview Belichick and
her before it aired? Well, I'm surprised he let this
let that be aired for the world to see. The
(37:02):
whole world is talking about this interview again.
Speaker 5 (37:05):
If you had questions that are off limits, usually you
give them to the interviewer beforehand.
Speaker 3 (37:12):
But he seemed like he was on something because even
the questions around Robert Kraft and stuff.
Speaker 4 (37:18):
He didn't know what to say. He was kind of
lost in his thoughts. It was the whole interview was uncomfortable.
Speaker 2 (37:24):
It was awkward.
Speaker 19 (37:25):
Yeah yeah, Bill Belichick's girlfriend gives me Hilaria vibe time
without the accent.
Speaker 4 (37:32):
I don't like when she gives me the ick. But
good for them. They're happy. I have a great day. Guys,
that's perfect. Remember what happened with Hilaria recently.
Speaker 15 (37:42):
We remember that we were more of this season two.
Speaker 2 (37:45):
No, no, I think we're going to see how it
feels Toad. It'd be out there.
Speaker 8 (37:51):
When I'm talking, you're not talking.
Speaker 4 (37:53):
Oh my god, it's the same thing. Wait, hold on,
hold on, hold on. We just stumbled upon something. Thank you, Talkbacker. Okay, Okay,
not talking about this Hilaria.
Speaker 12 (38:02):
When I'm talking, you're not talking.
Speaker 4 (38:04):
Oh my god. They're the same person, the same person. Believable.
Hella Riah.
Speaker 18 (38:10):
Yeah, Hey, it's your girl. Sarah from Maine and I
have had the same exact thoughts as Winnie on the
whole Jordan Bill situation. Because I think I said this before,
but where Jordan was from in Maine, Hancock mean is
in it's either in Hancock or Washington County. But either way,
those are the two poorest counties in all of New England, like,
(38:31):
not just Maine, in all of New England. So I
don't understand how she was flying first class either. So
I'm with you Winnie on this one.
Speaker 3 (38:40):
So Racy, you were onto something. Why was she in
first class?
Speaker 5 (38:43):
Well no, I mean again, there's a lot of reasons
why people seats get upgraded, so you don't really know
what the situation is. But you're right, it was strange
that she was seated right next to him.
Speaker 3 (38:54):
Or maybe they didn't meet on the plane, they were
flying together on the plane and Bill bought both tickets.
Speaker 2 (39:00):
Correct.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
I need someone that the airlines to go look up
this flight from three years ago and see who bought
the ticket for.
Speaker 5 (39:08):
I mean, she could have a friend in the airline
that upgraded her. I mean there are a lot of
different reasons.
Speaker 4 (39:14):
Yeah, boy, yeah, we don't. Yeah, we'd have to do
some investigation, right, I'm obsessed with the likeness too hard.
Speaker 5 (39:20):
But it plays into why was she upset with the
question if she had posted on Instagram that they had
met and he had signed her her course.
Speaker 4 (39:27):
Book or She's talked about it multiple times.
Speaker 2 (39:29):
Right, So if that's not the reason, then it.
Speaker 4 (39:32):
Could also maybe be that they asked the question the
Bill about their relationship. Bill gave an answer, and then
he asked to follow up. Maybe she thought that answer
was good enough. She didn't want to go deeper into
the relationship. It's not her interview, right, she wasn't even
on camera. No, she was off camera. When has that
ever been allowed? Well, she reached out to you before,
maybe she'll reach out to you again. I talked to
(39:54):
Jordan on the phone. She was very nice. I got
to say that, very very nice. A little troubling towards
the end, though, when she started referring to her and
Bill because it was we we have to go to
l A, we have to go to the u NC.
We She kept saying we, And I thought that was
a little bit weird. But nice girl.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
She's chief operating officer for him.
Speaker 9 (40:12):
Now.
Speaker 2 (40:12):
I wonder do you think he'll do my book club?
Speaker 3 (40:18):
Jordan, I'm not talking about this
