Good morning. It is Friday, December fifth, and it is
cold out. Their single numbers in spots still biting cold
this morning. Highs today reaching twenty degrees. If we are lucky,
maybe a rain snow mixed for periods. Tomorrow highs in

again in the thirties. Meantime, thousands gathered on Boston Common

performers including Ruth Pointer, her daughter, and her granddaughter and

the guy who had an affair with Walsh's wife Anna
took the stand.

The biggest stressor was his inability to resolve his criminal
case and the fact that because of that she couldn't
be with her children and bring them back to Washington, DC,
and the fact that it was it felt like it
was holding up her life again.

Testimony resumes this morning at nine o'clock. Could the affair
have been a motive for the murder? And more testimony
in the Luigi Mangioni trial yesterday, charged with killing the
United Healthcare CEO. Yesterday, the nine one one call from
the McDonald's where Mangioni was spotted after the shooting.
