Speaker 1 (00:00):
So here's the deal.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
The new season of the Bachelor on ABC kicked off
this past Monday night. We talked about a Tuesday Morning
with Lisa's son Riley, and what do you know, a
previous Bachelor couple, Big Shock, has an ugly breakup.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
All right, So it's Rachel Kirconnell and Matt James. They've
been together for four years. They were a Bachelor success story.
We watched them travel the world.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
He's a foodie.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
She kind of goes along with them. They post a
lot from restaurants like they were.

Speaker 4 (00:30):
Like the it couple.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
Gorgeous.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
They're traveling all over there in London. They're in Japan
and something happened. When they were in Japan, they were
posting stories about restaurants. Something happened. They end up splitting up.
But the story starts there because Rachel's on a plane
heading back to the US twelve hour ride and Matt
James goes on social and posts about the breakup.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
Okay, this drove me into they broke up in Japan.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
Yes, yes, so they listened to what he said.

Speaker 5 (01:01):
Let me read you this breakup post build. So she
says we're done that. She goes okay, I'm going on
a flight to go home. Before she even gets into
the air, like she's on the plane, he posts without warning. Father, God,
give Rachel and I strength to mend our broken hearts.
Give us a peace about this decision to end our
relationship that transcends worldly understanding. Shower our friends and family

(01:23):
with kindness and love to comfort us and remind us
that our joy comes.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
From you, Lord.

Speaker 5 (01:28):
And the girl goes what you just told the whole
world when we I didn't even tell my mom yet,
Like he literally did it to get ahead of her.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
It seems conniving. I don't like him. I don't like
what he did, And lady doesn't take a guy four
years to know if he wants to marry. She's note she.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Did, and the situation about the breakup. They were like
picking restaurants and she picked this restaurant. It wasn't a
great restaurant. She started crying, but not like hysterically crying,
but like welling up. So there was definitely something happening
between the two of them.

Speaker 5 (02:01):
Right, Yeah, I mean he was I don't understand why
you're upset about this, but I think there's something underlying.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
But she needs to.

Speaker 5 (02:06):
Feel useful to him. And that's the issue with like
a power dynamic. You think she was vying for his
love with twenty five other women. Right then the thing happened,
she had the scandal with the antebellum parties that she
went to. He's a black man, she's a white woman
with a big scandal. He decided to stay with her
after this, right, so then he was scolding her on
national television about this, which is fine, but you decided

(02:28):
to stay with her. Then you tell her, I don't
want to live with you, I don't want to I
don't want to get engaged to you, but I want.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
To date you.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
You know what fascinates me about this story. Yes, it's
how upset you are about these two people. But nobody cares.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
They were a success couple. But to your point, she
never felt good enough. She was constantly trying to do
better for him, for him, and then he just like
threw away.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Yeah, it's horrible. And then he like begging the Lord
for help. Well, and he uses he was God.

Speaker 5 (03:00):
He used religion as a guy as a shield, like please,
don't like, don't get me started with this man.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
So anyway, she went on call her daddy and and
gave a lengthy interview and opened up for the for
the first time, and it's pretty emotional, especially when she
talks about all the time that she spent in the
relationship years.

Speaker 6 (03:17):
What was your first impression, like in person of Matt
when you met him. I don't want to say like
love it first sight, but definitely just like total infatuation,
like right off the bat. I feel like we had
a connection immediately. And it's funny though, because I'm sure
all the girls say that when they first get in
like we clicked or we sparked or whatever, but I
think he would agree with that that we both just

(03:39):
felt a connection. It felt very comfortable. We were just
talking to each other, like there weren't a million cameras
and a million people around. We were talking about like
waffle house and you know, just stupid things that they
probably were angry that we were chatting about because they're like,
this is not good TV, right, They're like, let's ramp
it up, like either make out or get yeah, and
you guys wise And that was like that was like

(04:02):
every conversation we had was just like we were just
talking about stupid stuff that wasn't good for TV. But
to us, it was just natural, normal, fun, easy conversation.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
So they weren't interested in the cameras being involved or anything.
But all they're doing is the cameras and the attention.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah, and you know, years later, here we are.

Speaker 6 (04:23):
So I guess our third year of dating was when
I started to just ask like, okay, so where is
this going. He seemed like he was on the same page,
Like that's why it's it was like just confusing to
look back on now. When we would talk about things,
he always seemed like he was on the same page
privately and publicly. I honestly think we talked about family

(04:44):
and kids more than anything. That sucks more than anything,
I think, because I think when you picture your life,
you have an idea of what it's going to look like.
And now I'm like, I have no idea what life
looks like from here on out. And yeah, it's sad
to think about these I'm trying to laugh at myself,
but like, yeah, like picturing these kids that are obviously

(05:05):
like no longer a thing, which like kind of sounds.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Really nothing at her.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
I mean, which one of them goes on Dancing with
the Stars next? Because it is an ABC franchise. Which
one of them. I'll take a bet, Whinnie, you're so
upset about it. I can't believe it.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
I hope it's Rachel.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
I really like.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
I think she's a beautiful girl and what he did
to her like should never be done to a girl.

Speaker 5 (05:32):
I have nothing I don't have like a I don't
don't like them or dislike them.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
I don't. He gives me the ick. I get the
ick from him.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
I get the ick from how you handle it, and
like you look back at the relationship.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
I feel like when the girl.

Speaker 5 (05:45):
Is chasing after the guy, it never ever, ever, ever
ever works.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
It doesn't do.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
You either have to equally love each other or the
girl has to be a little bit more loved by
the guy. When you're chasing that man and he has
his ego that you're too good, you know, he's too
good for you and all that, it never works.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
Yeah, Billy response, I don't know what to say. I'm
sorry this is a topic with Billy thinking he was
gonna take it serious.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
How many years ago were they on the match for
you and you're tracking them every day?

Speaker 1 (06:14):
No, I'm not. What I'm saying is, Oh Lord Jesus.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
They were a success story.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
I mean, how else years they went together.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
They were a big deal too, because Chris Harrison got
fired for defending Rachel. Now, Rachel did have some you know,
bad press when she made question of decisions going to
plantation parties or whatever they call them, right, and he's
a black man, and he was.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Like, that's that's unacceptable. Okay, Matt, that's true.

Speaker 5 (06:40):
But you chose to say with her, you chose to
date her, you chose to do all these things, and
now you chose to embarrass her again.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
It's it's funny how much passion when he has for
some things not so much for other things.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
It was like such a study in human nature. This
is fascinating. I want to be this what like I
want to care about Rachel?

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Well, you know what, I don't know what all jokes aside.
You know, we want everybody to be happy. Hopefully she
can move past somebody you.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
Know he maybe he did, yeah, or Lord.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Hear our prayer. Everybody's going to be fine.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
Yeah, I think she's going to be fine.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
I think so too. So so which one is dancing
with the stores? If you had to guess, it's a
real life are ement on it.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
Kids One to Wait with a Billy and Lisa's Weird Stories.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
I find this story so interesting.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
It's about a solitary sunfish at an aquarium in Tokyo
that stopped eating.

Speaker 7 (07:41):
This solitary sunfish caused quite a scare at an aquarium
in southwestern Japan.

Speaker 5 (07:46):
Staff became concerned when it stopped eating and hit the
side of its fish tanker trying.

Speaker 1 (07:51):
To get us.

Speaker 7 (07:51):
It all happened days after the facility closed last month
for renovations. As staff became desperate to say the popular fish,
one keeper got in idea and it worked. The keeper
believed the sunfish was missing his audience, so the staff
hung their uniforms and then placed human shaped cutouts with
photos of smiling faces outside of the tank to cheer

(08:13):
up the fish.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
Okay, so this is amazing to me. So when you
go to the aquarium you see these fish swimming around,
they actually like seeing us. This proves that the fish
stopped eating. It was depressed because no one was in
No one was looking at him.

Speaker 4 (08:28):
Wow in the tank.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
Wow, sounds like Billy. Actually, we should get some cutouts
for Billy. Yeah, studio, that's what he like. Well, he
was actually pretty good I gotta give you that one.
Oh you're filming me, give me a burger.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
Oh my god, I love this story.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Oh let's go to the aquarium right after the show.
I love the aquarium. I do too well.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
And they love us the US.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Yea, yeah, Well how about this? I actually saw this
videos blown away. This guy, lead the horse logger, has
been living and traveling on the road with a horse
wagon for eighteen years.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Now. I understand he's crisscrossing the country.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
He's got a horse and he has a wagon, and
he sleeps and lives in the wagon. But here's the
best part. He's going to end his entire crisscross tour
right here in Boston.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
Check it out.

Speaker 8 (09:18):
I started in East Glacier, Montana, on the edge of
Glacier Park, and I'm headed to wherever I'm supposed to
be traveling for any reason other than experience.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
It would get old fast.

Speaker 8 (09:30):
Get out and do what you're supposed to do. And
that's to all of America, I say, because we're all
chasing the almighty buck, and that isn't what we're all
supposed to do.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
You hear that, winning, Yeah, chasing the almighty buck. There
are other things more important. And by the way, he
visited nursing homes. He goes to schools while he's on
the road. You got to see the wagon. It's very
cool in the horse is beautiful. I guess his family
had a horse ranch and they had to sell the ranch,
so he wanted something from the ranch.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
And it's the horse.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
And I love how he's ending it here in Boston.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
Yeah, we got to beat him up when he also
stops at nursing homes. Yeah, all the way. It's all
things like that in places like that and spends time
with them. It's cool, Lennie, what have you got? Okay?
Oh boy?

Speaker 5 (10:14):
So, a sixty five year old man in Pittsburgh was
injured on Monday at City Hall when a toilet exploded
while he was on the toilet. Yeahsion, Well, it's it's
kind of bad plumbing and he has a gash on
his leg now because of it.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
But it was Riffs units requesting a city officer respond
to the fifth floor.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
They have a sixty five year old male with.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
A gash to his leg after having a toilet explode.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
I'm literally never going to be able to use a
toilet again without thinking of the.

Speaker 9 (10:51):
Story, right, right under your button, right under there.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
You go, wow, oh that's scary. Yeah, you get a
bonus in there dressing. Yeah, we'll do this really quick.
Valentine's Days coming up a couple weeks actually, right, yeah, wow,
February fourteenth. Anyway, you know the Sweetheart candies. Yes, they
have a new feature for their website for their Valentine's
Day candy where the little hearts. You can scan them
now with your phone and it follows through with a
message on it. For example, if you scan a marry

(11:17):
me heart, it sends you to the website that helps
you get married online. Oh that's cool commercial. For over
one hundred years, the phrases on sweethearts have been sweet
but frivolous. But this year the marry me heart is
legally binding.

Speaker 9 (11:33):
Do you take Sarah to be your lawfully wedded wife?

Speaker 1 (11:36):
What the move in heart means? You better get packing.
I don't even know where you live. Sweetheart's commitment hearts,
This isn't a joke.

Speaker 10 (11:46):
Seriously, go to Sweetheartscandies dot com to make them real.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
Good marketing right yea.

Speaker 6 (11:55):
Again?

Speaker 2 (11:56):
Coming up in entertainment in just a few minutes. A
lot going on, Nicki Ga is coming to Boston. I've
got that in for Mel Robbins is coming back to
Boston several shows. I've got that information for you. And
don't forget the fire Aid benefit concert.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
Is tomorrow night.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
And Lady Gaga has the release date on the album
All that and more it's up next hang in with us?
Hello is so Capaldi and you're waking up with Belly
and Lisa in the morning on kes Wana Way.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Hey Lisa, what's going on? Boy?

Speaker 2 (12:24):
I'm miss Lewis Capaldi. What a nice guy he is
and was always enjoyed his company. One of the funniest
guys in music.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
Yeah, he's on a little break right now, little you know,
mental health break. But hopefully he'll come back in twenty
twenty five. What a great guy.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
Hey, listen, Roastmaster Nicki Glazer is coming to Boston. We
knew that, But how about this six shows at the
Box Center Wang Theater. She's got two shows Friday night,
twenty first. I think we're all going nice. Yeah on
the twenty first, Also two shows on the twenty second,
two shows on the twenty third. And I love this one.
Mel Robbins, who just did Lisa Dunovan's Club is coming

(13:01):
back to Boston and again the Box Center Wang Theater.
I was there yesterday, but she's going to be in
town May second, and insiders. Okay, the president's CEO of
the Box Center Wang Theater, Hi Casey, told me yesterday
that mel Robbins could wind up with as many as
four shows.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
I'm not surprised.

Speaker 3 (13:21):
She is in high demand, as you saw last week
at Lisa's book club.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (13:25):
Well yesterday she went online, I mean her instment saying
like it's sold out in minutes.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
Wow, we knew, we knew it.

Speaker 4 (13:31):
Yeah, she's doing a multi city book tour. But yeah,
get in on those tickets.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
I should mention the presale starts this morning at ten o'clock.
And speaking of ticket sales, Katy Perry is coming to Boston.
I'm starting to think I want to go. I'll go
to the Katy Perry show. I think it'd be a
fun show.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
I would go, right. I think she puts on a
great show. I've never seen her, have you lease?

Speaker 4 (13:51):
She Well, she did our jingle ball.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
So that's when I saw that was the most iconic
jingle ball I've ever experienced. She came up, she came
out dressed as a human can. She was all in play.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
I remember single Balls to you. I wasn't there, but
I saw the interview with Billy. It was very flirty. Yeah,
missus Claus was flirting with mister C. Will actually be
featured on the Kiss Top thirty Countdown this weekend. Oh,
Katy Perry throwback interview.

Speaker 4 (14:15):
She's here in August. It's like my birthday weekend.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
So we should all go to be exact. Katy Perry
going to be at the TD Garden August eighth. And
by the way, tickets go on sale Friday, So let's
make that a Billy and Lisa in the Morning road show.

Speaker 1 (14:30):
I mean, why not? You're easy or you're busy. I'm busy.
We didn't invite you. You Wow.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
That saves us from having no invite her. Were going, well, okay,
we had you in. I want to be honest. Talk
about selling tickets. Cold Play just at the biggest stadium
show of the twenty first century. They had more than
two hundred thousand people and two nights in India.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
Their tour, by the way, has sold more than twelve
million tickets. It's the second most successful tour in history,
second only to Okay, the Eras tour.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Taylor's imagine going to a show with one hundred and
eleven thousand people.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
That gives me hold for whole lot of people. It's
almost twice Jillette Stadium.

Speaker 5 (15:17):
Yeah, yeah, I think the biggest show went to is
one Direction at I was, yeah Jillette.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
Well, Coldplay is bringing bringing the show to Gillette Stadium
for two shows July fifteenth and sixteenth. We have a
lot of big shows. Yeah, we did to this area.
The Fire Aid benefit concert for California wildfire victims is
tomorrow night. We're going to be carrying it on Kiss.
We'll carry it on hundreds of radio stations across the country.
Lady Gaga confirming the release date for her new album Yesterday.

(15:44):
The album now comes out in March seventh, and she
describes it.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
For us dark poetry, hard. I definitely didn't adhere to
any one genre, but the beats are all really hard,
so that was sort of the through line as like,
sonically the album is pretty hard hitting.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
Now, Lady got Gos doing the Fire Aid concert tomorrow night,
and don't forget the Grammy Awards of this coming Sunday night.
The Pro Bowl is this Sunday in Orlando, Florida. Just
announced Patriots quarterback Drake May is going to the Pro
Bowl as a replacement player for the AFC team. He
replaces Lamar Jackson. Those are some big shoes to fill

(16:23):
Lamar Jackson, who, by the way, is skipping the Pro Bowls.
So is Jaden Daniels. Big shoes to fill, and so
is Josh Allen, all skipping.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
Pats coach Mike Rabel, big fan so far of Drake May.

Speaker 11 (16:34):
I mean exciting, talented, ready to learn, athletic mobile, the
ability to make throws at all part of the field
arm talent. But every year is a new process, and
again there'll be some new terminology, there'll be some carryover
from what he's had.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
And I know that he's ready.

Speaker 11 (16:50):
To learn, he's excited, and you know we welcome that
and want him to lead our football team.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
There you go.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
Charlie x X is in a Super Bowl ad for
Uber Eats and she compares football in the ad to
club musical American football.

Speaker 12 (17:05):
How about I break it down in cub terms. So
the quarterback, he's like the DJ. He controls the vibe.
Bad quarterback, bad vibe. The defensive line man is sort
of like a bouncer. I suppose you have to get
past him if you want to score.

Speaker 4 (17:18):
Then there's a.

Speaker 12 (17:19):
Kicker who is like, you're really fun friends that shows
up and leaves off to won drink.

Speaker 4 (17:23):
Oh and the.

Speaker 12 (17:24):
Referee he's actually kind of fat.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
He has this.

Speaker 12 (17:26):
Stipy little out there and a whistle so cute. The
tight ends no translation needed, babe.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
And that's pretty much football. And speaking of the super Bowl,
I think we mentioned this earlier this morning, my son
Chris Costa is not only going to the Super Bowl,
but he's invited by fanatics to work the red carpet.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
Yep, Michael Rubin invited him, and he's going to call
into this show and be our correspondent.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
Imagine that we've got our own correspondent live in New
Orleans for the Super Bowl.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Are so cool. He's gonna he's gonna have so much fun.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
Yeah, he's gonna drop by Friday morning on the Billion
List the Morning Show, give us a preview, but then
he'll be calling us live from the.

Speaker 1 (18:08):
Super Bowl later next week.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
And Bruno Mars extending his Vegas residency. He'll have more
shows this spring and summer and he's got one hundred
and fifty million streams really a month.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
He I mean, you guys know me a huge fan.
He's amazing.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
He's a Buggle list for me. I've never seen him,
oh my way. Yeah, and I should do the Vegas show.

Speaker 5 (18:33):
Yes, it's amazing. I've saw him in Vegas. I've seen
him like seven times. He's always a good time.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
Yeah, I've seen him a couple of times, but I
can't even imagine how good it'd be in Vegas.

Speaker 5 (18:44):
And those they're small, they're like six thousand, five thousand,
you know places.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
Yeah, and he's insisting he doesn't have large gambling debt.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
What's funny?

Speaker 5 (18:54):
He posted, Oh keep streaming, I'll get out of my
debt and no time. He's having fun with it. I
don't think. I think he likes it's a game. But
I don't think he's in that much debt.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
Well, some people were saying he wrote and produced and
released to Fat Juicy and went just to pay off
his debt. I don't think so. I think Bruno's doing
just fine. And the Jonas brothers are going back to Disney.
They're going to do a Christmas movie for Christmas twenty
twenty five.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
Prianca I think is in it. Oh, because she was
on set.

Speaker 5 (19:22):
I mean, all the wives are on set, you know,
Kevin's wife. And then there was a girl they hired
to play Joe's love interest because obviously he's.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
Single right now, right, So we'll see which one was
in Kingdom. That show that I loved was that show Jonas?
Oh that was Nick.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
Yeah, he was good. By the way, the show Kingdom justin.
I can't believe you still haven't seen it at this point.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
It's on your list. It's been three years, I know.
By the way, Jonathan Tucker, who's in that show. Yeah,
he's in Boston. Oh, sorry, right now, God forbid he
doesn't drop by. Oh, I got a calm. I didn't
know he was in town. He told us. Jonathan Tucker,
he's been on many times. He had that thing happen
when he saved a woman's life, his neighbor, that's right. Yeah,
And he refused to talk to anybody because he didn't

(20:03):
want to be a hero about it. But he promised
the next time he came to Boston, he came into
the show, he would tell us the whole story.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
I'm gonna text him right after you set off the
arm said, dude, you're in Boston and we don't know
what's up with that post malone. You gotta love this guy.
He went to a pizza hut and left a twelve
hundred dollars tip. I love him so nice and back
on Christmas Eve, don't forget he tipped a single mom.
That was a cool moment Christmas Eve. Twenty thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
See, that's what you do, right when you have his
fame and mine.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
That's what he's exactly what to do to make an
absolute difference in someone's life who really really needs it.
And somebody tried to break in the Chain Smoker's house,
doesn't Mikey V. Isn't he friends with the Chain Smokers?

Speaker 1 (20:45):
Yeah? He is. Mikey V was the first person to
play their song in Boston when they were a nobody.
They had that song Selfie. Yeah, so he's developed a
good relationship with them. That's scary anytime it shows when
someone shows up at your house.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
Yeah, I guess it was a woman saying that she
was Drew's wife. Yeah, and I don't think that went over.

Speaker 1 (21:03):
Anyone ever show up at your boat.

Speaker 7 (21:06):
Me.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
I can't get on that's right. She showed up unannounced
at least once, maybe twice. Winnie, what are you doing here?
You will let me on.

Speaker 2 (21:20):
All kinds of rumors. Jake and Logan Paul We're going
to fight each other in March. It turns out it's
probably going to be a reality show, right justin.

Speaker 1 (21:29):
That's the rumor. It's not confirmed yet, but they're just
great marketers. The poster they released it looks like a
fight poster, so that's what everyone assumed. But now reports
are coming out that it's a reality show. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
I think they've taken the fight thing as far as
they should. Reality show I think would be very cool.

Speaker 5 (21:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (21:47):
By the way, Jake Paul was on Jeff Bezos' boat
this past weekend. Oh yeah, flew in by helicopter and
was hanging out on It's the biggest yacht in the world. Okay,
shame on you for calling it a boat.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
Yeah, this thing, it's a vessel.

Speaker 2 (22:00):
It's like ships, the battleship. I think it's ship category.
It's plus four hundred plus feet I think. Well, didn't
they have to dismantle a bridge?

Speaker 12 (22:08):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (22:09):
When he had it built? Yeah, get through. Yeah, it
was a big controversy. Anyway, all this brought to you
by the ninety nine Restaurant. Listen, visit the ninety nine

Speaker 1 (22:32):
We did you get the sausage Alforno? Not?

Speaker 4 (22:35):
Yeah, but we will. We usually get the short ribed
mac and cheese.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
Uh, well, the Donovans do.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
And you gotta love the Nines And there you go.

Speaker 1 (22:45):
Wow, the entertainment update that I think I just did that.
I never hit a little dyslexia. Yeah, I am dyslexic. Well,
she's still upset about Rachel and Matt. I really am
the Bachelor. Well, Bill, you never told me to hit it.
I didn't know hit it. Now it's running.

Speaker 4 (23:07):
From the planet Fitness Kiss one Away Studios. We're back
with Billy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 1 (23:14):
You know what we got, We got it going on
going on. That's what we got. I'm just saying we
had a sing along going on here we did.

Speaker 4 (23:22):
We should actually post that because I know we have.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
I really just had a recording.

Speaker 4 (23:27):
Yes, we're gonna post it.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
Oh Man, playing the hits, that's what we're doing with
playing the hits.

Speaker 9 (23:32):
Now.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
We have a game justin well. The Grammys are being
handed out Sunday night on CBS. That's kind of our
super Bowl in music right this Sunday night, and some
artists will be getting Grammys, some will not be. But
there is a surprising list that's come out of artists
who have never won a Grammy. This might shock you.
So you know what time it is. It's game time,

(23:54):
Yes it is. It's day time. It's Payton time, baby daytime.

Speaker 13 (23:59):
Though, I'll be there time.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
So here's how it goes. I'll give you an artist,
I'll play a little bit of that artist's song and
you have to tell me have they won a Grammy.

Speaker 4 (24:07):
Or Okay, this is tough.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
It is tough. It is tough. So Lisa will go first,
as always. How about Adele. Lisa has adel Hello, I
think she has won a Grammy. You think that she
has won a Grammy, You would be correct. It's actually
won sixteen grand Yeah, yeah, she cleaned up like every time. Yeah,
every time she's out nominated, she cleans up.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
Yeah, she's amazing, and then she can take like ten
years off and then come.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
Back and yeah, she wins five every five years. Yeah,
Billy Costa, Yes, sir. Katy Perry announced her tour coming
to the TD Garden August eighth. Tickets on sale Friday.
But has Katy Perry ever won a Grammy? You were
just listening to her on the boat. You admitted it
on this show a few minutes ago.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
I'm gonna say Katy Perry should have won a Grammy.
But Katy Perry did not win a Grammy.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
Let's give a point to Bill. Katy Perry has never
won a Grammy. Shocking surprising, right, yeah, oh my god?
All right, Whinnie Selena Gomez. Oh, she's got a lot
of hits, right yeah, but has she ever won a Grammy?
Oh that's so hard. That's a big song. She's had
so many commercial hits, so many Has she ever taken

(25:23):
home the top prize? Is the question? What's your final answer?
Selena Gomez has never won a Grammy perfect score so far?

Speaker 4 (25:32):
Right, hold on, she still has time.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
Bill went for Winnie there, Oh you guys are tie.
This one's going good. This could be a day cost tho, Well,
you only get the fifty to fifty.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
I know, we're guessing.

Speaker 1 (25:45):
Let's try to build up a little bit the hype
of Ye, he's gonna win, He's gonna win.

Speaker 4 (25:49):
I hope you do.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
Hold on, hold on, hold on.

Speaker 13 (25:52):
You gotta love Winnie this morning, spreading joy and positivity
wherever she goes.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
Yeah, Lisa Donovan, we just played his song, Bruno Mars.
Has Bruno Mars ever won?

Speaker 4 (26:09):
This is a guest. I'm gonna say no, but it
could be wrong.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
Y won fifteen? Really fifteen?

Speaker 4 (26:20):
Yeah? Yeah, you're gonna win.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
Yeah, I don't know, I don't know. We haven't heard
from this good. We haven't heard from this artist in
a long time. But she had many hits. Fergie, that's
your friend there. You've met her several times. Bill. But
has Fergie ever won a Grammy? Yes or no?

Speaker 2 (26:40):
I'm gonna say that she is or was very deserving.

Speaker 1 (26:45):
However, has never won a Grammy. So close Fergie has
actually won eight Grammys really not by herself with the
peas right, She's won eight Grammys. Okay, there's no need
to investigate it because.

Speaker 5 (27:02):
If it were just Fergie, if we want a show
for the for the bill and lista show when all
four of us won the award, not just you.

Speaker 1 (27:10):
Yeah, but there could have been two answers for that question. No,
it's okay, okay, Winnie, moving on here.

Speaker 4 (27:16):
I took the loss here like like a champion.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Yeah, okay, I'm gonna take it like a chance. Take
a page out of Lisa Donovan's book, then, though, Okay,
all right, Winnie. Snoop Dogg is all over the place, right,
He's at the Olympics, he did a Trump event, he's
all over the T mobile commercials. But has Snoop Dogg
ever won a Grammy. I'm gonna say back in the day,
probably yes. I'm going to say no. Yes, Okay, you

(27:42):
say yes. I'm saying like in like nineteen ninety one
or something. No, correct Snoop Dogg has never won a
Grammy or it for knowing no because you jump down
her throat. You can't do that. You can't. You have
to wait for your.

Speaker 5 (27:55):
Turns literally yes or no, like if I yeah. Maybe
the good news is we're all still tied. You're all tied.
One final round. Here we go, Lisa, let's throw it
way back. He's not around anymore. But legendary artist Bob Marley.
I mean, come on, Bob Marley, many hits, but has

(28:16):
he ever won a Grammy?

Speaker 4 (28:18):
I'm going to say.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
Now you're gonna say he has not won a Grammy.

Speaker 4 (28:21):
I'm going to say, now.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
You would be correct. Really, Bob Marley has never.

Speaker 4 (28:27):
A messed up, totally messed up.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
He should have one posthumously. Thank you, You're welcome.

Speaker 14 (28:36):
How should he have won? Come on, it's a tough
one for you, now, he should have won? All right,
Billy Costa. Kendrick lamar is doing the Super Bowl halftime show.
Had many hits, including this one with Taylor Swift.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
Take it back, look where I'm ideas? But has he
ever won a Grammy? Absolutely? Man, Kendrick, he won a Grammy,
did several Grammys. I'm all in on Kendrick. He's not
only one one. He's won seventeen seventeen Grammys. Winnie, you're
a loser. I haven't gotten my last question. Yeah, all right, Whinny,

(29:17):
this one's for you. This is the game right here.
You need a tie, Bill, or you could lose to Bill.
Tie all three of us tie. Yeah. Oh yeah, Oh, Bill,
I had it down wrong. I'm sorry. I'm not leading. No, no, no,
we're all How many do I have to get right
to lead in this part of them?

Speaker 10 (29:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (29:34):
When one of your favorite groups of all time, the
Jonas Brothers, they have a Chris they're doing a Christmas thing.
No they haven't. They have not won a Grammy. Okay
is that your answer? Yeah? Yeah, you did that thing
right there? Will you save the Jonahs brothers knowing should
know it because she knows every breath they take.

Speaker 14 (29:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
That was a little bit of a beach all right.

Speaker 8 (29:56):
This.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
Giant beach ball the game you sailed a blimp right over.
I like that for once, you know.

Speaker 4 (30:08):
Congratulations.

Speaker 1 (30:12):
Check out the Grammys this Sunday night to see who
is gonna win anyway, talk back Leftovers, next.

Speaker 2 (30:18):
Kiss, talk back leftovers. Let's go justin go get it.

Speaker 1 (30:22):
How about that Grammys game we just played. Yeah, it
was a tie for all, but it was you know,
it was a little hectic. As always with Bill, I have.

Speaker 10 (30:31):
To say the game playing Billy Costa is my favorite
version of Billy Costa. It's like a unique blend of
like happy, childish petty and really aggressive all the same time.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
It's so awesome.

Speaker 4 (30:47):
It's she's so right, you're so petty.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
What's funny too? Yeah, Well, what's funny too is you
know when I pitched these games to you guys, the
initial reaction is panic from all you what the game?

Speaker 12 (31:00):
What is it?

Speaker 6 (31:01):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (31:02):
Finished the lyric? You know, because it gets competitive. Yeah,
I'm just saying, so we tied, the three of us.
That's never happened. You tied, And I'll have a bonus
ride round in the wrap up at nine forty. But
everyone's rooting for you Bill or Billy. We all just
want him to win, not through a tie. Billy.

Speaker 4 (31:18):
Here's one extra point.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
What is your wife's name, Michelle?

Speaker 9 (31:26):
I'm just saying nice, I'm shot that, you know. What's
the second? Lisa had a look of a concern on
her face.

Speaker 1 (31:40):
Anyway, bonus round coming up in the wrap up. That's
coming up at nine. Good morning, a snowy you're still
snowing out there, win, No, not snowing but cold in
January morning. Anyway, thanks for joining us. It's the Billy
and Lisa Show.

Speaker 3 (31:51):
Will be right there, kids, one way, it's the morning
wrap up on Billy and Lisa in the Morning, and.

Speaker 1 (31:58):
This is where you find out what you missed on
the Billion Lisa Show. It's a long show. It's four
hours long, cover a lot of ground. I want to
start by saying a shout out to everybody sending me
pictures of Kiss want to Wait as their number one
preset on the iHeartRadio app. Big shout out to everyone
from Joe to Colleen, to so many people sending me screenshots.

(32:18):
That's it because on the iHeart app it's brand new.
It's all kinds of new features, including the preset. So
just like your car radio, at the very top, you
can set a preset and we appreciate if you make
Kiss one to wait your number one. Yeah, I'd like
to see all presets. Kiss number one.

Speaker 4 (32:34):
We have to be your number one.

Speaker 1 (32:35):
That's it. There's a ton of other features too. We
talked about the lyric feature earlier. If you're listening to
Kiss and the songs playing, you can tap the little
lyric button and it will show you the lyrics in
real time as the song is playing. You can also
scan radio stations. It's just so cool. We want people
to get in on this and to keep the screenshots coming.
I'm just saying we had a good topic this morning
because this audio clip that we had of a girl

(32:57):
leaving a guy's house she hooked up with and he
had to take the trash out.

Speaker 12 (33:01):
Now, because I really just spent the night at the
guy's house, and you asked me to take the trash
my way out.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
The worst thing is that I'm doing it. So I'm
looking to take the trash out at a man's apartment.
Is this the real watch? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (33:14):
Well, if she liked him, then you take the trash out.
If you still take the trash out you don't like him,
that's a problem.

Speaker 1 (33:20):
She did take it out, right, she just did. Will
she go back is the question? We don't know. But
that led to our topic time, which, by the way,
seven forty every day, brand new topic. Yeah, craziest hookups.
There was a lot that we did not get to.

Speaker 4 (33:33):
I experienced a new walk of shame at forty one
years of age.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
It's called a teenage daughter. She literally waited for both
of us to leave the bedroom to confront us, to
tell us how disgusting we are and how traumatizing hearing
your parents is.

Speaker 4 (33:51):
Oh yeah, if that's not a walk of shame, I
don't know what is Ya's. Yeah, that's tough.

Speaker 1 (33:58):
You gotta be quiet one of the kids get older.
It happened there. I caught mine. Yeah, legs in the air.

Speaker 4 (34:05):
Oh god, you know I walked in on mine too.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
You didn't, wow.

Speaker 4 (34:12):
There was a little rustling around.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
Oh wow. Oh I think it happens to everybody.

Speaker 13 (34:18):
So I met this really charming British guy on a
dating app and we had dinner in Boston and went
back to his place, had a lovely night and hooked up.
And when everything was said and done, he went to
the kitchen and I thought he was being romantic to
go get water or a glass of wine, but he
was sitting at his island butt naked on his laptop

(34:39):
and I said what are you doing and he said, well,
I have work to do, and he kicked me out, like.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
What Wow, Hey he's a go getter.

Speaker 2 (34:49):
Yeah, this guy's a player if he's sitting there naked
alone on his laptop.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
Player.

Speaker 13 (34:55):
Work.

Speaker 1 (34:56):
My wife has a picture in her phone to hope
this never it gets leaked of me sitting at our
computer at the at my old house, butt naked working
on a computer. No way. Yeah, because I was like
getting out of the shower and I had to send
an email, so I just jumped on and I didn't
know that she was upstairs, and she snapped a picture
of Yeah, Michelle does that to me a lot. She
takes making pictures without me knowing it. Oh, okay, frisk

(35:20):
you Michelle. Yeah, it's a little risk, all right. Here
we go, bonus round to the game we played at
nine to ten. Never want a Grammy. Bunch of artists
on this list who have never won a Grammy. The Grammys,
by the way, coming up Sunday night on CBS. I
have a bonus round here. Lisa has this group one
of your favorites ever won a Grammy. I'm gonna say no,

(35:43):
You're gonna say no, they have never won a Grammy.
That would be correct. Wow, Wow, Journeys never won a Grammy.

Speaker 3 (35:50):
How all of these names are so surprising? Right, they're
commercially really popular.

Speaker 2 (35:55):
They were really popular. But yeah, I'm not surprised to
Grammy shun them.

Speaker 4 (35:58):
Yep, not surprised.

Speaker 1 (36:00):
You know that's shameful. Yeah, here you go. Bill has
a beach ball, so you don't cry. Taylor Swift, Taylor
Swift ever won a Grammy. Think about this.

Speaker 2 (36:12):
He could be trying to trick me here. This is
what he does when he builds it up and builds
the artist up. Before you answer, that means he wants
you to say yes. But I'm gonna say.

Speaker 1 (36:22):
She's definitely one. Grammy Awards. Yeah, she's won fourteen.

Speaker 4 (36:26):
She has a house for all the wars.

Speaker 9 (36:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (36:29):
Yeah, I can't believe you even pretended like you were.
Oh maybe it's no like, shut up. Okay, Winnie, your turn,
the only loser in the room. Here we go.

Speaker 10 (36:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (36:41):
It was announced this week Bill actually Billy actually announced
it that Taylor Swift and Beyonce will be at the Grammys.

Speaker 5 (36:48):
So, Winnie, yes, he's one of the most Grammys ever
to be one.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
Well, I don't know about that, but she has won
a Grammy's eight. Yes, she has one, thirty two.

Speaker 13 (37:02):
She is.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
One.

Speaker 5 (37:07):
But she's been nominating like ninety eight times and she
literally is the most woman winningest person.

Speaker 1 (37:12):
Is that a word? It's not a word. Could you
do me a favorite before we wrap up? Can you
try the word posthumously?

Speaker 13 (37:20):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (37:21):
Come on, you didn't do well with it earlier. Hold on,
hold on, hold on, let me get you ready. Hair posthumously.

Speaker 5 (37:29):
Perfect was good good shouts him, My girly Lisa for
finishing my sentence.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
Last time I learned how to say all right. You
can get the entire Billion Lisa Show on the iHeartRadio app.
Download it. It's free, it's brand new. Check it out
all the new features starts Billy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 2 (37:58):
In fact, Grammy nominated from Boston, lost two hundred pounds
and he's paying it forward and he's coming on our
show tomorrow morning.

Speaker 1 (38:10):
Meantime, The Mighty one is up next
