now that I think is more than weird. This is miraculous.

time ago. But I gotta tell you you're struck right away.

If you're over at the Niagara Falls looking over, you're like,
oh my god, if you ever went over the side,
you're a goner. Well, how about this. The other day
a guy accidentally drove his Toyota tundra through a fence
and into Niagara Falls. Now you can't even imagine this.

This is he somehow managed the truck landed on a
ledge halfway down the fall. Okay, he somehow managed to
get out of the truck and make his way to land,
and then the hardest part of the job was to
get the truck off the ledge in the middle of
Niagara Falls.

So can you describe? So he went over the top, Yeah,
down the water.

Truck started going down like you see in movies, but
this is Niagara Falls. It's massive. When you're there from
blocks away, you can hear the roar of Niagara.

Yeah, it's insane. And the guy made it out without injury.

I'm looking at the car right now. The car is
completely mangled. The fact that he made it out with
basically no injuries.

Yeah, had to. I'm out of the truck in the
middle of Niagara Falls falling down on him.

You know the boat that you go on and under

I mean, you can feel and hear like the impact
of the water rushing down.

Oh, how you get out of that is literally a miracle.

Wow, that's amazing. Several people have obviously lost their life
over Niagara Falls. One of the most famous ones was
nineteen ninety five guy named Robert Olveraker. He was a
stunt guy and he got on his jet ski and
he had a parachute with like a rocket propeller.

I remember that this video of this. Yeah, and he
tried to do the stunt.

He went all the way and what he was going
to do is when he got over the edge, he
was gonna let the parachute out with the rocket propeller
and then fly over Niagara Falls.

One problem he did not attach the parachute. So when
he went over, he went to the rocket propeller and
the parachute went one way and he went another and
he lost his life.

the casket out of the hearse right and were walking
it over to the grave. You know how. They placed
it over the grave. While as they were approaching the
grave site, the casket with all of the pall bearers,
fell into the hole.

The pall bearers carried Benjamin of Elis to his final
resting spot. As they began to lay down the casket,
the platform above the burial site collapses, sending the men
plunging into the burial hole.

It was just a horrible incident that happened in a
bad moment.

Of Elis's stepdaughter, Marabel Rodriguez, says, the men who fell
into the hole all suffered injuries, mostly to their legs,
hands and back. Of Elis's son suffered the worst of it.

The casket laid on top of him and he was
out like a light. His face was in the mud.

She and her family blamed Greenmount Cemetery and the Rodriguez
Funeral Home for what she calls subpark and for a burial.
Marabell Rodriguez says no relation to the funeral home.

The whole thing was stumbling. It was like wobbly. It
was unstable. It was all wet and soaked.

Both the funeral home and cemetery had no comment to
Action News today. Some boards and broken wood can be
seen at the burial plot, but a Velis is finally

So ultimately the wrong people were buried. The guy's face
was buried in the mud with the casket on top
of him.

He I got a bunch of charges on my credit card.
I just happened to realize it yesterday and it was
charge charge, charge, charge charge, it said Xbox. I called Xbox.
I'm chatting, by the way, not easy to get a
hold of. Yeah, I bet when you have a problem
the Xbox thing, right. So I ended up figuring out

that my credit card was on file for a subscription
for like ten dollars and he had been using it
to buy v Bucks, which are part of the Fortnite game. Yeah,
a lot of charges. I'm not going to say the
full of month. I don't have the full a mount
I'm too scared to look. But you know, I talked
to him when he got home. I wasn't mad at him.
I just kind of, you know, he felt bad, and

then he said to me, I'll make things better, and
he went and got his wallet and gave me the
two dollars that he had his life savings.

time ago. But I gotta tell you you're struck right away.

If you're over at the Niagara Falls looking over, you're like,
oh my god, if you ever went over the side,
you're a goner. Well, how about this. The other day
a guy accidentally drove his Toyota tundra through a fence
and into Niagara Falls. Now you can't even imagine this.

This is he somehow managed the truck landed on a
ledge halfway down the fall. Okay, he somehow managed to
get out of the truck and make his way to land,
and then the hardest part of the job was to
get the truck off the ledge in the middle of
Niagara Falls.

So can you describe? So he went over the top, Yeah,
down the water.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
Truck started going down like you see in movies, but
this is Niagara Falls. It's massive. When you're there from
blocks away, you can hear the roar of Niagara.

Falls, the force of the water.

Yeah, it's insane. And the guy made it out without injury.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
I'm looking at the car right now. The car is
completely mangled. The fact that he made it out with
basically no injuries.

Yeah, had to. I'm out of the truck in the
middle of Niagara Falls falling down on him.

And then the current from the fall like I took that.

You know the boat that you go on and under
the mist whatever I think it's called the mist or whatever.
I mean, you can feel and hear like the impact
of the water rushing down.

Oh, how you get out of that is literally a miracle.

But he did.

Wow, that's amazing. Several people have obviously lost their life
over Niagara Falls. One of the most famous ones was
nineteen ninety five guy named Robert Olveraker. He was a
stunt guy and he got on his jet ski and
he had a parachute with like a rocket propeller.

I remember that this video of this. Yeah, and he
tried to do the stunt.

He went all the way and what he was going
to do is when he got over the edge, he
was gonna let the parachute out with the rocket propeller
and then fly over Niagara Falls.

One problem he did not attach the parachute. So when
he went over, he went to the rocket propeller and
the parachute went one way and he went another and
he lost his life.

So it wasn't on purpose.

Somebody didn't do their job and he died.

If I'm not mistaken, Niagara Falls is one of the

resting spot. As they began to lay down the casket,
the platform above the burial site collapses, sending the men
plunging into the burial hole.

Of Elis's stepdaughter, Marabel Rodriguez, says, the men who fell
into the hole all suffered injuries, mostly to their legs,

for a show which will remain nameless in New York
and I had the edited version of the show and
then all seventeen of the different cameras that they have

that there was a really drunk girl and some man

phone belongs to one of them. And I got into

so much trouble and my poor mother couldn't even get
a hold of me all night.

Be careful you get into the ubers. Check everything, make
sure you don't leave anything.

you know it's annoying for the uber person too if
you leave your phone, they have to turn around. They're
all trying to make money.
