Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now best morning show in Boston.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Billy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 1 (00:04):
Just a great start to my day on Tight.
Speaker 3 (00:08):
Okay, Welcome in everybody, and welcome into the big Friday show.
Speaker 4 (00:11):
We've got so much to do, so much to talk about.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
Can I start with the fact that we have a
brand new contest going on, Justin, can you explain the details.
Speaker 5 (00:20):
Yeah, Gracy Abram is going to be at the Garden,
two sold out shows next week, and starting right now,
we're doing a talkback for Gracy contest. And what that
means is starting this morning all the way up to
the show. The shows, every time we play Gracy Abrams song,
you want to leave us a talkback and tell us
why you want to be there, specifically, why you want
(00:40):
to be there on the floor. Okay, And we're giving
away tickets every day leading up to the shows. Okay,
that's the good news. The better news is next Thursday,
Billy and Lisa will award one grand prize to one
of the winners, and that grand prize winner will get
two floor tickets to see Gracie at the Garden and
a trip to see Gracy in.
Speaker 4 (01:02):
Los Angeles or fly away.
Speaker 5 (01:05):
The flyaway. So this starts today, So I want to
be very clear on something because I was fighting with
our marketing department about this because the talkbacks are a
big part of our show. Yeah, so don't just leave
a talkback saying you want to see Gracy Abrams, you
want to sit on the floor, you know, make it creative.
You gotta be every time we play a Gracy song
(01:26):
very important. Does that makes sense you guys?
Speaker 3 (01:29):
So you're gonna see Gracy and Boston and will fly
you to Los Angeles to see her there. That's what
we're doing. The grand prize next Thursday on this show.
Speaker 5 (01:38):
Yes, but leading up to it every day, starting today,
every time you hear Gracy Abrams you want to be
listening on the iHeartRadio app. You leave us a top back,
be creative on why you deserve to be there, why
you deserve to be on the floor, and we'll start
picking winners leading up to the shows next week. All right.
Speaker 4 (01:56):
Meantime, Lisa, you must be exhausted.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
You had a book club event I did at the
Man Hotel, which by the way, is next level gorgeous,
So thanks to them for hosting us. They had to
add chairs. It was a sold out event. Doctor par
Cone was amazing. He gave us just great information about
what to do for our skin, what to do for
our health, how to fight inflammation. Yeah, so it was
just like it was just a rock star event.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
I saw your videos that you were posting from the event,
and it looked incredible. First of all, the room looked beautiful.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
Yeah, it was. They had past or derves. When he
based on his you know, three day nutritional diet menu
basically says like, after three days, you can legitimately transform
how you look eating salmon.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
I love salmon.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
I had salmon last salmon.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
It's like salmon is the thing.
Speaker 5 (02:43):
Who loves salmon more than Billy.
Speaker 4 (02:45):
Oh, I love salmon.
Speaker 2 (02:47):
Well, that's why you're so gorgeous, Billy.
Speaker 5 (02:49):
Come onp it.
Speaker 4 (02:51):
Okay, but you do have a big book club announcement
next week, Okay.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
On Tuesday, July twenty second, Starting at six am, the
registration link will be open for the Jody Pico book event,
which will be happening at Big Night Live on August
twenty eighth. This is huge. Her book by any Other
Name is coming out in paperback in August. This is
the only event she's doing to celebrate the Paperback Arrival
(03:17):
the only event she's doing. She's sold forty million books. Wow,
she is an iconic writer and she's from Manchester, New Hampshire.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
Oh wow. Manchester has a lot of people like an Sandler.
Speaker 5 (03:32):
Casey Anthony, DJ Forren, all of them.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
That's right. We never really talked about it. Casey Anthony
is in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
And she was on a date.
Speaker 4 (03:45):
But did she move there?
Speaker 5 (03:47):
Nobody knows.
Speaker 4 (03:48):
I thought she was in prison.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
She Florida.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
Yeah, yeah, she lives in Florida. But yeah, she was
spotted with a guy and then someone that I know
in my personal life was in a store with her,
like she was in front of him.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
I saw she was a cheeto max Yep, yep, she
scares me.
Speaker 4 (04:06):
She yes, she scares me. That was a weird trial
a situation. Sure, there's that.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
And the big announcement on the book club is coming
up early next week. Now, the Coldplay incident. What do
we know today that we didn't know yesterday about the
couple on the big screen.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
I want to say that yesterday my phone was blowing
up all day long for two reasons. One because I
went to the Coldplay show and all of my friends
and family from all over the country knew that. And two,
this story was everywhere. It was on every major media site.
It was on your prep sheet this morning.
Speaker 6 (04:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:45):
Yeah, this is the biggest story of I think the week,
and I think a huge story for Coldplay, right for
Chris Martin.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
Yeah, and on social media, you gotta love TikTok and
social media. All the comments from people. Some of them
were actually kind of funny.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Yeah, there's a lot of funny things on.
Speaker 4 (05:05):
But yeah, what a weird situation.
Speaker 3 (05:08):
And we're gonna be talking about it more as the
morning progresses. Justin you were telling me, no matter where
you were yesterday, that's all people were talking about.
Speaker 5 (05:16):
I mean, it was my whole you know, Instagram, X, Facebook,
it was, It's everywhere. The memes are really good too.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
I've never had more people that don't live in Boston
reach out to me in one day over a story.
Speaker 5 (05:28):
Just one of my favorite ones, probably my number one
favorite meme. Coldplay hasn't made a single in years. Last
night they made too.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Yeah. From the Planet Fitness, Kiss one O eight Studios,
We're back with a Villi and Lisa in the morning
on Kiss eight.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
Yeah, welcome back. Everybody.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
It is the Big Friday Show, but it's also new
Music Friday, and justin you've got some new stuff for us.
Speaker 5 (05:51):
I have a lot of new stuff for you. So
let's get going on this. Alex Warren, obviously we love ordinary.
What a voice. Yeah, what a set of pipes? Well stellar,
He's got a brand new song demonstrating those pipes once again.
It's called Eternity. I'm telling you, I'm loving his sound.
Speaker 3 (06:05):
His voice is beautiful and yet it's so different, isn't
it for pop music?
Speaker 5 (06:10):
It is. It's kind of hosey air sounding, it.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
Is, but it also sounds like it could be in
the balcony of a church or something.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
Right.
Speaker 5 (06:17):
Yeah, yeah, it's a beautiful voice. Yeah yeah, that's a
good way to explain it. Lisa. It's comforting when I
hear it, I'm like, I feel soothing. Yeah, yeah, very good.
Also knew this week Jonas Brothers Ego Winnie. We know
you're a big Jonas Brothers fan. Have you heard the
new song?
Speaker 1 (06:32):
I haven't?
Speaker 7 (06:32):
You know?
Speaker 3 (06:32):
The interesting thing about the Jonas Brothers You never hear
a guitar.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
Yes you do, No, you really don't.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
It gets dround out well he's not plugged in.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
That's been my story from the get go. With the
Jonas Brothers, Kevin's guitar is not powered up.
Speaker 8 (06:46):
Nick also plays the guitar, and they have another guitarist
that plays for them.
Speaker 5 (06:50):
The other guitarist actually plays the guitar. Very good, I
think their brother.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
Okay, I've never been to a Jonas brother's show, so
well you're add a Jonas brother's show and there was
a guitar solo that's what they used to call it.
It's not Kevin, there's.
Speaker 8 (07:03):
No I've been to twenty plus Jonas for the show.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
Kevin does have solo guitar.
Speaker 4 (07:11):
Moment, like real guitar riffs, like.
Speaker 8 (07:13):
Well, I wouldn't call him riffs. I don't call them moments.
I mean he's not like slash like, isn't that.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
That's so he just plays a couple of.
Speaker 1 (07:21):
Listen, No, but he can play.
Speaker 5 (07:24):
We can all right, Okay, new Jonas Brothers. They'll just
make a slash reference.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
Right, Yeah, he's a good guitarist.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Okay, here you go.
Speaker 5 (07:35):
Also new this week and listen, Demi Lovado has a
new song. It's called Fast. It comes out we think
August first. We had a tease yesterday, and she's giving
more of the songs, so even more of the song
bad Yeah, dance Demi.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
It sounds like Charlie XCX a little bit.
Speaker 5 (07:50):
Yeah, well she's capitalizing off of that, because who's bigger
than Charlie X Exactly.
Speaker 1 (07:54):
I'm dying on the hill. This is going to be
number one in the gay clubs. This is a game anthem.
Speaker 3 (07:58):
It's funny you mentioned Charli XCX because there's a weird
story about her.
Speaker 4 (08:02):
She's back, but it's with an old song, right because
of TikTok.
Speaker 5 (08:05):
Yeah, it's called Party for You. Came out five years
ago and now it's blowing up because of social media.
Speaker 8 (08:12):
I mean TikTok has made songs from sixty years ago.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
Go, you know number whatever.
Speaker 5 (08:17):
Connie Francis, who will have in the entertainment? Yeah, pretty
little baby? Ye that song my scene is eight years old.
He walks around singing.
Speaker 2 (08:24):
Yeah, and you know it's Connie Francis.
Speaker 5 (08:25):
Yeah, and she died this week at eighty seven. Ye
alrightp shine down. He's going to be at the garden
tomorrow night. I'm going to be there. Oh, you're going
going to see the guys. I got a personal invite
from from Brent, the lead sitting. I have to go.
Speaker 3 (08:39):
I have to and they put on a great show.
They did Kiss Concert. I mean, a really good.
Speaker 5 (08:43):
Band, great guys, great guys. And the new song is
called three sixty five.
Speaker 4 (08:47):
When they did.
Speaker 3 (08:48):
Kiss Concert, I remember, there was an interesting fun fact
about them. Didn't you say that they're the biggest selling
rock band or something.
Speaker 5 (08:55):
They have the most number one songs on the Billboard
rock charts crazy twenty twenty shindout.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
That's such an interesting stat Yeah, I know.
Speaker 5 (09:04):
And I was with Brent earlier this week. He came in,
I interviewed him. We talked about that and also talked
about that song three sixty five and what it means.
Speaker 9 (09:11):
The whole basis of the song is the listener should
understand there are these people that are going to touch
us in our lives in so many incredible ways, whether
they be friends or family members and what have you.
And those people that mean the most to you that
maybe have passed away, you have to remember, even though
they're physically not in front of you anymore, you don't
forget what they gave you, what they taught you, how
(09:31):
they loved you, how they inspired you. How they encouraged you.
You know your DNA is their DNA.
Speaker 3 (09:38):
See my life has been touched by Lisa Dunovan. Yet
she's still here.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
I am, yeah, sitting right next to you.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
You too, Winny. I just don't want to leave you out.
Speaker 5 (09:47):
Well, he just touched in it at least in the
middle of Lisa and Whinnie, but he tends to lean
more visual a little bit.
Speaker 9 (09:59):
Like you have.
Speaker 4 (10:06):
I get here weak.
Speaker 3 (10:08):
Okay, we're back and justin I say, we squeezed in
a couple of talkbacks before the entertainment reports.
Speaker 5 (10:13):
Well, I just want to give it a shout out
and a thank you to our listeners, our talkback Mafia.
There's a Gracy Abrams contest we just launched this morning.
Every time we played Gracy Abrams on Kiss and you
are listening on the iHeart app, which you have to
be to win this contest, leave us a talkback every
time we played Gracy and you can win tickets to
her sold out show next week, two shows at the
TV Garden and one grand prize winner. We'll get floor
(10:35):
seats and a trip to LA to see Gracy there too.
So it's only when we play Gracy. So people are listening,
not leaving talkbacks for the Gracy tickets. We do have
Gracy abrams coming up next hour, so stand by for that.
In the meantime, Lese, how are we doing? Are we
tired today?
Speaker 2 (10:50):
A little tired?
Speaker 5 (10:51):
It's been a long week.
Speaker 10 (10:52):
Good morning.
Speaker 11 (10:53):
I know this is off topic and not as juicy
as affairs, but I've been catching up on the episodes
by listening to the podcast. And I need to know
if Lisa is a napper because she's going out to
cold Play, she's hosting book events and then she gets
up so early and does the show, and I just
(11:15):
need to know if she takes naps or if she's superhuman.
Speaker 2 (11:19):
I usually take naps, but this week I haven't taken
one nap and I literally was just telling you guys
off air, like I'm physically exhausted. I know, I know,
I am fire and annoyed. Yeah, now the entertainment update
with a Billy Codstead.
Speaker 4 (11:37):
Yeah at Lisa.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
In fact, you were at the first Coldplay show out
of Julette Stadium earlier this week you met actress Kate
Bosworth and what are the odds? This morning we find
out Kate Bosworth and justin long just had a baby,
girl with a surrogate.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
So I literally was standing next to her at the
French fry bar, chatting her up and asking her why
she was in the area. She's from Cohast and she's like,
we're here the whole summer. So now the news comes
out that they had the baby. So maybe that's why,
because you know her parents are here and you know
the baby's here, and it's kind of like a nice,
you know, family moment, family time. So it makes sense.
(12:18):
But what are the odds? Right, we haven't talked about
Kate Bosworth right in a.
Speaker 4 (12:22):
Long time, and like forty eight hours later, she's a
mom right.
Speaker 8 (12:26):
Now, literally, Lisa sar On Tuesday, yesterday they announced that
they had a baby at what point I don't know, right,
I mean via surrogate. So I'm like it was so funny.
First I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm like, wait what.
Speaker 4 (12:38):
She just saw her a cool story.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
Yeah, it's great. Congratulations by the way, Kate and Justin.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
She could be listening. She's out there and Cohasseid as
we speak. Speaking of the cold Play show and the Insidahn.
At the second show, the couple supposedly caught cheating and
shown on the jumbo Tron, the so called kiss cam,
big as life on the kiss Cam, and that's going
to be our topic time this morning.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
Okay, caught cheating? Have you been caught cheating?
Speaker 3 (13:06):
Or what are the craziest ways you've been caught or
you've caught someone else?
Speaker 2 (13:10):
Exactly? We want to hear from you. Leave us a
talk packer, give us a call.
Speaker 5 (13:13):
And by the way, the answer is always not to cheat, exactly.
Don't cheat. Don't kids involved here? You know a wife,
you always get caught. You always get caught.
Speaker 4 (13:23):
Boy, I gotta tell you.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
Between the Gracie Abrams contest and our topic this morning,
topic time is going to be crazy on the talkback
this morning, we're keeping you busy and uh okay, anyway, Yeah,
the Gracy Abrams is going on. We already talked about that,
but so much more going on. The new Smurf's movie
hits theaters this weekend. This is Rihanna's movie. She is
(13:45):
smurf Fet and her song is in the movie Just Me.
Speaker 5 (13:58):
It's a jam like the song for a movie.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
It really isn't like it's like one minute.
Speaker 5 (14:03):
Yeah, it's like twelve words.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Yeah, again, it's perfect for this movie.
Speaker 5 (14:09):
Come back to music, okay, limit, and I'm sure it's
going to blow up on TikTok.
Speaker 4 (14:16):
Oh. By the way, the new.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
I Know What You Did Last Summer is also in
theaters this weekend. Isn't Jennifer Lovewitt back for this new version,
as is Freddie Prince Junior.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
Right, Yeah, she was just on the red carpet.
Speaker 10 (14:28):
She was.
Speaker 2 (14:29):
She looked great.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
I loved her dress.
Speaker 4 (14:31):
Oh fabulous, she looked fabulous. It's beautiful.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
H And how about this The Odyssey movie Christopher Nolan. Uh,
doesn't hit theaters until next July. That's one year from yesterday,
and tickets for IMAX viewings are already on sale.
Speaker 4 (14:49):
Initial screenings are sold out.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
And I saw them filming in Iceland. Oh remember with
Matt Damon and Tom Holland and Zendaya are in it
with Christopher Nolan dracting. Yeah, isn't it a amazing.
Speaker 1 (15:00):
I can't know if they can sell tickets that you're out.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
No, it's this is It's gonna be epic, yeah, Homer, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (15:07):
You know what's weird?
Speaker 3 (15:08):
Speaking of Matt Tamon, By some accident, I landed on
a movie I think it was called The China Wall
and Matt Damon.
Speaker 4 (15:17):
Was in it.
Speaker 5 (15:18):
Billy's weird movie or TV.
Speaker 4 (15:19):
No, Like I answer you all, Matt Damon movies.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
Like he's He's little legit. My most favorite actor.
Speaker 4 (15:27):
Is The Great Wall, The Great Wall, China Wall. And
I'm okay, I'm just guessing again.
Speaker 3 (15:34):
I thought I was dreaming it, but then I said, no,
I'm actually awake and I'm watching that's Matt Dams of
course it is. Yeah, yeah, okay, don't forget happy. Gilmour
Too arrives next Friday. Travis Kelsey has a cameo in
the movie, and Adam Sandler has nothing but praise for Travis.
Speaker 12 (15:54):
Travis is such a gentle, nice guy and funny as hell,
and he's like the guy as I grew up with these.
Speaker 4 (16:02):
When I was with Travis, it reminded me of my buddies.
Speaker 12 (16:04):
In high school and just being able to laugh and
say the things you want to say. And he's just
and he certainly is a study. He's a great actor
and a great human.
Speaker 4 (16:15):
Wouldn't you want to have Adam Sandler as a friend?
Speaker 1 (16:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (16:19):
Does it get any nicer than Adam Sandler?
Speaker 1 (16:22):
I actually know some one who's working with him right now,
and he said he's very nice.
Speaker 4 (16:26):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (16:26):
You never hear a bad thing about him?
Speaker 4 (16:28):
Never, never, never. That's rare for a celebrity.
Speaker 3 (16:30):
No controversy, you know, nothing, no scandal. I don't know
if you caught this yesterday, but CBS is announcing it
is canceling the Stephen Colbert Show. They're going to shut
it down next May. It came up last night.
Speaker 13 (16:43):
Before we start the show, I want to let you
know something that I found out just last night. Next
year will be our last season. The network will be
ending the late show in May. And yeah, I share
(17:03):
your feelings.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
No, I guess all the late night shows the ratings
are slipping big time.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Well, they said it was a financial decision.
Speaker 8 (17:12):
Yeah, he'll go on like YouTube, short live or something.
He'll he'll in somewhere, oh, or podcast. Well, yeah, he'll
just want his opinion. I don't think what time a
date matters the time slot.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
Jelly Roll was hosting The Kimmel Show last night. He
sang a song that features all the insults. Jelly Road
is an embarrassment to society.
Speaker 6 (17:34):
Chilly Roll looks like a mythic grabbed a microphone.
Speaker 3 (17:40):
Jelly Roll slim look up, looking more like a fruit.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
Roll up.
Speaker 3 (17:46):
Jilli ROLLZ forul white people. Jimmy Piss lives Z for
white people. I'm gonna make fun of Jelly Roll. He's
one of the coolest.
Speaker 8 (18:00):
It's so funny because Bill, I'm sure at one point
you've made fun of Jelly Roll.
Speaker 4 (18:04):
No, no, I have not, just and you can adjest
to that.
Speaker 5 (18:07):
Bill makes soun of everybody, but I don't think Jelly Roll.
Speaker 4 (18:09):
Okay, yeah, I made fun of you, Winnie, I'll tell
you right fun of me. Kidding, I'm kidding. Lisa.
Speaker 3 (18:15):
You had a huge book club event last night the
Mandarin Hotel. You had Doctor Paracone.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
I did. He was there. He was talking about inflammation.
He's the godfather of inflammation. He was talking about it
twenty years ago, and during our discussion, I asked him,
what did you think about when Tom Brady was talking
about inflammation recently.
Speaker 14 (18:33):
I'm really happy that this happened because it was such
a bad time for me when I came out with
my book. The medical doctors were furious with me, the
academics were furious with me, and the only people that
really got it was the average reader. And so when
you have a certain form of education, you feel like
you know it all and your mind is closed. And
(18:54):
so that's what happened, and it was very difficult for
me and constant harassment and whatever I did. So it's
nice to see someone like Tom Brady not picking it up.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
Yeah, he was really Yeah, he's a holistic approach guy
to health, and a lot in the medical community they
just they stick to what they learned in the books.
So he's a he's a true trailblazer. I have to say, Wow,
big crowd last night, huge crowd. They were waiting outside.
There were lines like out the door. I couldn't believe it.
(19:25):
And they loved his product line. You got it if
you bought the book at that And the Mandarin Hotel
just did a fabulous job. I mean, that's just a gorgeous,
gorgeous hotel and they have a great spa.
Speaker 10 (19:37):
Happy Friday, amazing morning crew. I just got back from
Lisa's book club. It's like nine thirty at night, and
I can't stop thinking about it. I think we could
have probably stayed there all night asking questions. And he
(19:57):
was such an informative, genuine soul that had so much
information to give loved it.
Speaker 4 (20:06):
Yeah, well you know what it is.
Speaker 3 (20:08):
Lisa Dunnovan brings out the best in everybody, including the
godfather of inflammation. You canna have a big announcement earlier
next week and people need to act fast on this one.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
And thank thanks for reminding me. It's Tuesday, so July
twenty second, at six am, the registration link will be
up and open for the Jody Pico book Club event
which is August twenty eighth at Big Night Live. So
this is member the Mel Robbins. So we're talking one
thousand people. She is coming out with the paperback of
(20:39):
by any Other Name, and this is the only event
she's doing in the country. And she's from Manchester, New Hampshire.
Speaker 4 (20:46):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (20:47):
Caitlin Clark apparently will not play in the WNBA All
Star Game. Turns out she did re injure the groin
in that game here in Boston Earlier this week, Red
Sox take their ten game winning streak to Chicago.
Speaker 4 (20:59):
They've got a game day on the road today.
Speaker 3 (21:01):
And finally, Connie Francis is dead at eighty seven years old.
Speaker 4 (21:09):
Yeah, her song pretty.
Speaker 3 (21:11):
Little Baby came back in fact that huge I know
Abele sings it all over the house, right, just.
Speaker 5 (21:16):
It's all over the YouTube, shorts, YouTube kids, rollblocks, that's everywhere.
Speaker 4 (21:19):
Imagine how about this.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
As a young boy, I used to watch Connie Francis movies.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Oh she was an actress that.
Speaker 4 (21:28):
You didn't know that.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
Time.
Speaker 4 (21:30):
She was big. Where the boys are? Waterdale is your
favorite place?
Speaker 15 (21:35):
Like?
Speaker 5 (21:36):
Yeah, did Connie Francis to the China Wall?
Speaker 1 (21:46):
Jilly and Lisa all the morning?
Speaker 3 (21:49):
So we're still unpacking this weird thing that happened at
the second cold Play show Atjillette Stadium or earlier this week.
Speaker 4 (21:56):
I mean, this thing went beyond viral right list it did.
Speaker 2 (21:59):
My phone was blowing up yesterday just because people knew
that Coldplay was in Boston, they knew that I had
been to the show, and just asking a ton of
questions because this story was everywhere yesterday.
Speaker 3 (22:10):
And the story is there was a couple. It looked
like they were in one of the luxury boxes. You are, yeah,
and you're already getting talkbacks justay, well no.
Speaker 5 (22:18):
I just want to you know, yea. So they focused
on this couple on the JumboTron and least I mean,
you were there the screen that it was on is ginormous.
Speaker 1 (22:26):
It was.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
They had two round circles on either side of the stage,
so they were doing kiss cam stuff and like crowd
stuff all night.
Speaker 4 (22:33):
So it's huge.
Speaker 2 (22:35):
It's right in your face. You cannot miss it.
Speaker 4 (22:37):
Chris Martin did not miss it, right.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
Justin all right, you think, oh, what.
Speaker 5 (22:46):
Either an affair?
Speaker 4 (22:47):
Great shun.
Speaker 5 (22:50):
Yeah. So the guy had had her wrapped up, she
was holding him. It was a touching moment.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
It was a loving, touching moment.
Speaker 5 (22:58):
But as soon as they went on the JumboTron he
let her go. She turns her back so you can't
see her, and it was super awkward. They were red
in the face.
Speaker 3 (23:06):
Yeah, and this story really kind of exploded while we
were on the air yesterday.
Speaker 4 (23:11):
I think it was like an hour into our show yesterday.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
But isn't it interesting that with social media and TikTok,
they knew exactly who this guy was and where he
worked and who she was within hours.
Speaker 5 (23:23):
Yeah, they found the guy's real wife, who apparently changed
her name on social media.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
Now I think it's gone. I've been checking, I.
Speaker 3 (23:31):
Would think, so, yeah, wow, what an incredible story. So
we're deciding with the topic this morning. I mean, have
you caught someone cheating in a crazy way. Have you
been caught cheating and you're already getting talkbacks?
Speaker 16 (23:42):
Right, Justine, Morning Morning Crew. So many, many many years ago,
I caught another woman at my boyfriend's house, and instead
of getting mad at each other, us two ladies teamed
up broke a few things in his house. I'm not
going to say exactly what they were, and upon leaving,
she continued to do donuts in his yard and his lawn.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
No, that was lovely.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Break up someone, well, that's.
Speaker 4 (24:10):
Kind of cool.
Speaker 3 (24:10):
The lady doing donuts, Well, that's like really cool.
Speaker 4 (24:14):
That's a hearty gall.
Speaker 5 (24:16):
I just had a memory. Correct me if I'm wrong here, Winnie.
Didn't you catch a guy cheating and then contact the
girls that.
Speaker 4 (24:24):
He was chesing?
Speaker 5 (24:25):
I did.
Speaker 8 (24:26):
I grew chatted. Yeah, I up. I just group chatted
all of them and let them know what was going on.
Speaker 1 (24:30):
There's all of them, eight.
Speaker 5 (24:32):
He was cheating with eight women.
Speaker 8 (24:34):
Yeah, yeah, I should have known. Billy told me I
was working here. I just tried here. He had me
saved as a boy's name on his phone, and I
caught that Josh and Billy, and I was like.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
No, no, I don't I don't know why.
Speaker 9 (24:50):
It was like something that.
Speaker 4 (24:51):
Could only happen to win. She's Josh, this is years ago.
Speaker 1 (24:56):
I was like seven years ago. Yeah, put a lot. Yeah,
I will give a billion. Matt tried to tell me
and I was not listening. But yeah.
Speaker 8 (25:04):
So then I found out a couple months later that
he had you know, seven other girls like in his phone.
Speaker 1 (25:09):
So I just grew texted all of them and let
them know what was going on.
Speaker 5 (25:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
So that way, that way he killed lose everyone at once.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
No donuts in the in the yard.
Speaker 1 (25:17):
No, it was more it was more mental mental donuts.
Speaker 4 (25:20):
It was a woman scorned.
Speaker 5 (25:21):
Yeah, it never ends good.
Speaker 15 (25:23):
Right and none on a cruise and Zach Brown was
on it. This was prior to him being on the Grammys,
and he wasn't really famous yet, and he was hanging
out with all of us, and so was his band.
And he points to a guy and say, see that
guy right there, he's been hooking up with a different
girl every night to stay away from him. And I
(25:46):
turned and looked and it was my now it's husband.
Speaker 4 (25:51):
Oh oh wow.
Speaker 5 (25:56):
Wow. That's similar to the to the Coldplay thing.
Speaker 4 (25:59):
Yeah, celebrity bust.
Speaker 5 (26:01):
Yeah, celebrity bust.
Speaker 4 (26:02):
Oh, man, I did.
Speaker 17 (26:03):
Cheat on my boyfriend and told him right after it
happened because I felt so guilty. And then a few
years after, I was a sidekick for two men that
weren't in a relationship and I'm not proud of it.
Speaker 1 (26:20):
She knew she was a side chick. Oh what happened?
Speaker 8 (26:23):
So she cheated on her boyfriend and told him instantly
because she felt guilty. Then two years later she was
a side chick for two different guys that had relationships
and she knew about it.
Speaker 5 (26:34):
There's this weird trend. I don't know if you guys
have seen it. Maybe it's just my algorithm on social
media of girls talking about being a side piece but
like owning it. Yeah, you know, I'm proud to be
a side chick, which I think is really messed up.
Speaker 4 (26:47):
And really well, your algorithm. I've seen some of it.
It is unlike anything else.
Speaker 2 (26:52):
Of everything that is quite the rabbit hall.
Speaker 5 (26:56):
Well, because the videos get fed to me or sent
to me, and I watched them and then and they
keep coming. Yeah, you know, so I always think to myself,
you know, two major reasons why I don't cheat on
my wife is obviously I love her. I don't want
to hurt her. But the second reason is she would
kill me.
Speaker 4 (27:12):
Oh god, she could beat you up so easily.
Speaker 5 (27:15):
And there's a third reason too, is she's like a detective.
No matter how slick that I am, she.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
Would catch me. Yeah, she would totally catch you.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
Yeah, guys are dumb.
Speaker 5 (27:23):
It's easy to catch guys, I know, but we think
we're smart.
Speaker 4 (27:25):
Yeah, but that's so cool.
Speaker 3 (27:27):
Madly in love and yet fearing for your life and terrifying.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
It's the same.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
That's a great bund So that's what keeps the sparking lot.
Speaker 6 (27:34):
Yea.
Speaker 2 (27:35):
Yeah, well one eye open.
Speaker 3 (27:37):
Speaking of sparks, that's the topic. We're coming up on
topic time. We've got the cold play thing going on.
That's all over the world now, it's everywhere. Everybody's got
a thought or an opinion. Question is cheating? Have you
caught someone cheating in a crazy way or have you
been caught cheating in a crazy way. We'll take any
cheating story you have.
Speaker 2 (27:58):
Now it's topic time with Billy and Lisa in the Morning. Well,
that was an appropriate song.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
You know some shows right themselves and the billion Lisa
Morning Show. Well, sometimes it writes itself. Anyway, Yeah, the
topic is well basically cheating. Crazy ways you've been caught
cheating or you've caught someone else cheating. And of course
the topic triggered by the incident out of Jill led
Stadium earlier this week's show number two of Coldplay, where
(28:27):
Chris Martin noticed the couple up there in the luxury box.
They were on the giant Jumbo Tron stream screen and
apparently they weren't supposed to be together, but they were right.
Speaker 2 (28:37):
And then he said, are they having an affair? And
I guess yesterday's like, did I start something here? That's
what Chris Martin said, Yeah, Chris, you did.
Speaker 3 (28:46):
His wife no, was not, and we asked for talkbacks
and we got them right.
Speaker 5 (28:51):
Justin Yeah, be careful of those devices because that can
be trouble. Actually, a friend of mine caught her boyfriend
cheating through his iPad. So he was texting and you know,
kind of using his iPad for the you know, correspondence,
and that's how she caught him. Anyway, be careful.
Speaker 18 (29:06):
So my catching someone cheating story would be my ex husband.
I suspected he was cheating and he deleted everything from
his phone not that I ever had an opportunity to
check his phone, but he did leave his Apple Watch
charging in his office, so I was able to go
through and see everything on his Apple Watch. Just a
(29:27):
heads up for people if you're trying to catch somebody.
Speaker 8 (29:29):
Cheating devices the cloud, well, because your cloud links to
every Apple device you have. So if you really just
from the phone you thought that watch. You have a Mac,
you have an iPad. That's where it will still live
if you don't really it there too.
Speaker 5 (29:44):
Yeah. Apple makes it hard to hide things for sure, it.
Speaker 2 (29:46):
Really does any at all. And if your kids have iPads,
they're all linked. You can see.
Speaker 5 (29:51):
Everything those Apple watches.
Speaker 19 (29:53):
I cheated and she found out through my Apple Watch,
so she took all my suits. I was wearing a
lot of suits. When I went to grabbed them, she
had put a red letter A on all the breast
of the jackets of my suits.
Speaker 6 (30:09):
That's like very old school scarlet.
Speaker 5 (30:16):
Have a lot of suits.
Speaker 4 (30:19):
You should never run on of suits?
Speaker 20 (30:22):
Hi, guys, suddenly Billy Costers number one fan. When I
was in high school, a friend of mine found out
that her boyfriend was cheating on her with another.
Speaker 1 (30:31):
Girl at our school.
Speaker 20 (30:33):
So the girls got together and told the guy that
they wanted to have a sexy time altogether. So they
went to his house and they they told him they
wanted to choose handcuffs for fun of times, and they
handcuffed him to his bed and left.
Speaker 17 (30:50):
Him the love.
Speaker 5 (30:52):
That sounds like a movie plot.
Speaker 21 (30:55):
Yeah, I can't believe I'm a living this. But oh,
long time ago, I was carrying on a little bit
of a scandalous affair with a colleague and we went
to a restaurant and another coworker was there.
Speaker 4 (31:15):
And we were just like, oh.
Speaker 6 (31:16):
Hey, probably a couple of glasses of winder cocktails was
going on.
Speaker 21 (31:29):
I can't believe I'm admitting this, but long time ago,
I was carrying on a little bit of a Oh no.
Speaker 5 (31:36):
We already heard, Yeah, we heard from her. Okay, they're
anxious to get on I understand. Talking about the cheating scandals.
Speaker 19 (31:43):
What about that lady who called years ago we went
next door and found a husband sleeping with the son's
girlfriend on the night that they were going to get engaged.
Speaker 4 (31:52):
Was one that was one of the greatest stories of
all time on the Hilotte.
Speaker 5 (31:56):
Oh my god, how can we forget?
Speaker 4 (31:58):
Wow?
Speaker 3 (31:59):
That was a crazy story. I'm trying to remember now.
So they were going to get engaged that night and
the groom's father was caught having sex with the woman
who was going.
Speaker 4 (32:11):
To be the bride exactly. Yep, oh god.
Speaker 8 (32:14):
But we never heard from her again, and everyone I
think was in Newton that she lived.
Speaker 2 (32:18):
It was no antem like that part of Newton.
Speaker 1 (32:22):
But we don't know the update.
Speaker 5 (32:24):
Yeah, it was a two day thing. I think it
was two or three days. Oh yeah, yeah, and then
I think things went south.
Speaker 3 (32:30):
Yeah, we heard us talking about it while she was
getting her hair done at a local salon or something.
Speaker 1 (32:36):
But what did you think you called to a radio station.
Speaker 5 (32:38):
Yeah, we have a lot of listeners.
Speaker 7 (32:42):
So it was my senior year of high school and
my boyfriend at the time had told on himself and
assumed he was cheating on me with this girl, but
I didn't have any proof yet. So Christmas Eve I
went to my family's Christmas party. He said he was
going to his family's house and up getting a snapchat
of this girl laying with no pants on in the
(33:03):
back seat of his car with a heart around her
face saying love this girl more than anything, and he
accidentally sent it to me.
Speaker 8 (33:13):
Why is he sending that out anyways, that's a weird picture.
Speaker 2 (33:17):
To post without any pants.
Speaker 3 (33:19):
Yea Christmas weekend, I'll be with my family and he's
in the backs pantless.
Speaker 5 (33:26):
Well that's that's why WHENIX had her as Josh.
Speaker 1 (33:29):
Yeah, yeah, I know that.
Speaker 6 (33:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (33:31):
I mean again, I wasn't thinking this was the I
was young and now I'm just older and dumb.
Speaker 1 (33:37):
Really not much has changed.
Speaker 5 (33:38):
Yeah, you're right.
Speaker 4 (33:39):
So I actually caught.
Speaker 22 (33:41):
My ex husband cheating through a medium. She told me
that the woman was blonde, work related, she smoked. They
were meeting by the water, and when I confronted him
with it, not telling him how I found out, he
accused me of having a private detective follow him. It
was so a.
Speaker 4 (34:01):
Wow, that's crazy.
Speaker 8 (34:03):
That reminds me of Cheaters. We need to bring that
show back. That show was great where they would literally
steak out and find who's cheating with who?
Speaker 5 (34:11):
Like someone?
Speaker 1 (34:13):
It was real. It's called cheaters. You never saw it?
Speaker 4 (34:15):
Okay, you're looking at me like I'm crazy for not
having seen it.
Speaker 5 (34:18):
Well, there was an incident, right the guy got stabbed
the host I think, Yeah, one of the hosts got
stabbed by one of the people caught cheating.
Speaker 4 (34:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (34:25):
Yeah, so they had to cancel the show.
Speaker 3 (34:28):
Boy, that sounds like a Winny show, doesn't it.
Speaker 1 (34:31):
It's basically cops for cheaters, you know what I mean.
Speaker 8 (34:35):
They steak out, they find you, they record the whole thing,
and then they confront you.
Speaker 5 (34:39):
Yeah. It was in two thousand and three. Yeah, it
happened on a boat. One of the one of the
guys was stabbed was the host and not Wow, that
was a famous incident. Yeah. Crazy. Yeah.
Speaker 15 (34:49):
So I didn't cheat, but to get out of a
relationship with a codependent boyfriend, I moved from Boston to England.
Speaker 1 (34:59):
Sorry, damn wow. Talk about putting an ocean between you.
Speaker 6 (35:05):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (35:06):
Sometimes, but good choice, right, I would go lemon.
Speaker 3 (35:12):
Yeah, you know, getting back to the Coldplay incident for
a second. If you're gonna cheat, I recommend you avoid
sporting events and concerts and private boxes.
Speaker 8 (35:23):
You know what, build more people cheat publicly than you know.
It's crazy. People don't have they have an ego, or
they have like or they're just like so into what
they're doing that they're not thinking about the consequences of it.
Speaker 4 (35:34):
Hiding plain sight.
Speaker 8 (35:35):
Yes, actually I down the hill up, they acted normal.
This wouldn't be the.
Speaker 5 (35:39):
Story that it is. I agree with you, Yeah, or
just move to a different country.
Speaker 17 (35:42):
I
