Speaker 1 (00:00):
Anaheim police arresting a mother in front of her children
at Disneyland and then escorting her out of the park.
Disneyland tells KTLA that the woman was trying to bring
her children into the park without paying for their tickets.
Anaheim Police did not identify the woman, but says that
she was taken into custody after refusing to show officers
her id. By the way, children under the age of
(00:22):
three are allowed free entry into Disneyland and Disney California
Adventure if they are accompanying a guest with a valid
park ticket and a reservation. But police say this mother's
children were visibly older than three years of age, and
this is not the first time, they say that she
has tried to get them in for free.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (00:41):
So, the woman's name is Jessina Diaz, she's twenty six
and supposedly this was her fourth gate crash in two
months at Disney in California.
Speaker 4 (00:51):
That's bold.
Speaker 5 (00:51):
Yeah, when you initially see the video, it's pretty hard
to watch because she's in handcuffs being escorted out by
the police, and her little kids are like clinging on
the life, screaming.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Right, they're so frightened. Like the fact that they had
to do this to her is just I don't know.
Speaker 6 (01:07):
When I first heard it, you know, right away my
thought was, well, you know, maybe she just really can't
afford it and really want her to take her kids.
But now that you say she's done this multiple.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
Times, yeah, they probably let her go, let her go,
let her go, and then it's kind of like, now
she's taking advantage of the system, and.
Speaker 6 (01:23):
It's sinful that she's exposing the kids, the young children
to something like this watching their mother be handkeppt and
taken away.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
And I understand how kids very inside. So you could
be three and look six, you could be six and
look three, like one of my nieces is five, but
she's tiny. She could easily pass for a three year
old if she didn't open her mouth.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
So it's like or a three year old super tall exactly.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
There's three year olds that are like bigger than her, right,
so I can see why the size disparagey could be
hard to figure out. But it even here the girl's
talking like they seem very well spoken to be under three,
So it's almost like you got with it once or twice.
Speaker 4 (02:01):
How many times do you think you're going to get
away with it.
Speaker 6 (02:03):
It's parents doing crazy things. I'm telling you. Look, I
had three boys in sports and Lisa, you're there. I
mean between hockey and baseball and football and everything else.
Speaker 4 (02:12):
You see it all the time.
Speaker 6 (02:13):
You see crazy things from parents. You're like, just sit down.
Speaker 5 (02:17):
There's always the parent that screen.
Speaker 6 (02:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:19):
Well, the woman now has told TMZ that she is
going to sue Disney for mistreatment.
Speaker 5 (02:25):
Right, Yeah, she's all over to talk posting about it.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Yeah, but like was she the things? I didn't see
another adult with her? So then it's like, when you
do this, your poor children can go to CPS, right
if you're if they're unaccompanied by another adult and you
have to go to jail. But then you put them
into that trauma all because you don't want to pay,
you know, whatever it.
Speaker 4 (02:43):
Is for a kid ticket to go to Disney.
Speaker 5 (02:45):
I just wish that they would have somehow took the
kids and whatnot.
Speaker 4 (02:51):
Right in front.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
I know that that hurts my heart for those young girls.
Speaker 6 (02:56):
Disney World, of all places, Disney, but.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Disney cares a lot about the reputation. Yes, I feel
like this was the last resort. I feel like they
probably tried to get her to leave peacefully. She started
a scene. Then they're like trying to figure out how
to de escalate it.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
And maybe they did some investigation on their own since
this has been happening multiple times and they felt like
this was something that they needed to take.
Speaker 6 (03:18):
Well, they have facial recognition and they have records, and
maybe she staged it on purpose.
Speaker 5 (03:25):
Oh, the bills, the Bill's I'm assuming.
Speaker 4 (03:28):
We can't.
Speaker 5 (03:29):
We can't dismiss Bill in his theory. Now, sometimes he's right,
he's right. He was right last week with that story
about the guy in the plane that was filming the.
Speaker 6 (03:35):
Woman totally fat.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
It wasn't fake. She did take the thing, but he
overreacted her.
Speaker 6 (03:42):
No, she picked him up and held them in the air,
you know, like the leaves belonged to me.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
I know that, but I'm saying he definitely saw an opportunity.
Speaker 5 (03:49):
I have a memory when I was a kid. My
mom would kill me for telling this story, but she
was just being protective. But you know, I was our
first child and I was young. It was probably five
or six years old, driving in the car with her,
and a guy cut her us off and it almost
hit us. It was very scary.
Speaker 6 (04:03):
You know.
Speaker 5 (04:03):
She stopped short and she got out of the car
and started pounding on the guy's windshield. And it was
I remember watching it like, oh my god. I didn't
know what to think because she was scared. She was
being so protective of me, you know, for the first child.
We talk about it to this day all the time.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
Well, I'll never forget Billy pulling an adult out of
the ball pit at.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
Chuck E Cheese.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Oh, when Chris was being smothered.
Speaker 6 (04:28):
Actually it was Chuck E Cheese that I pulled out of.
Speaker 4 (04:31):
He fought the mouse.
Speaker 6 (04:32):
I fought the mouse. Yeah, no, I'm not even kidding.
I had my kid, Chris was very young, right, So
we used to go there all the time. Chucky Cheese.
There was one in Peabty or something, and my kid
loves Chucky Cheese, and so he's in the ballpit. Well,
Chuck E Cheese kid who's in the costume. All of
his high school buddies came and they were goofing around
and they all started jumping in the pit and everything,
and one of them landed right on my son's head.
(04:53):
So I grabbed Chuck E Cheese and pulled them up
by the nose and I drew him up against the
wall and my son like, dad, can you.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
Imagine if there had been a video of that?
Speaker 2 (05:05):
Oh god, I thank god Billy did not was apparent
like for young children, like when they were cell phones,
he would be all over the internet.
Speaker 6 (05:13):
I'm telling you could have broken my kid's neck. I'll
tell you the story. He remembers it to this day.
Speaker 5 (05:18):
That's instinct.
Speaker 4 (05:19):
Same thing with my mom.
Speaker 6 (05:20):
Yeah, it is what you want dad to step up right. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
This Disney thing is different. This isn't This is a
woman that put her kids in a situation. Definitely, yeah.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
And at the same time, it's like, I understand it's
expensive to try to you know, but go to go
to a park that's free, go to the library, like
find something else is expensive.
Speaker 4 (05:40):
It is expensive. Not everyone can go.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
To but this was her fourth time to wait it just.
Speaker 6 (05:44):
Don't bring it to a point where it becomes confrontational
and now you're handcuffed in front of you and they'll
never forget.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
I'm convinced she's a Disney adult that was just trying
to like bring her kids because she wanted.
Speaker 6 (05:56):
She wanted.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
I mean, she had the ears on like lady like like.
Speaker 4 (06:01):
She had the ears an ulterior mode. Yeah, this is
for her, This is all for her.
Speaker 6 (06:05):
She's still riding the tea copy.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
Those poor girls, Hettle, I know they were adorable. I
felt so about it. But it makes the question crazy
parents stories. Oh yeah, parents behaving badly.
Speaker 6 (06:15):
We've got ourselves the topic for topic time. That's the
bottom line. Have you been a crazy parent or have
you witnessed I've witnessed a lot. Oh yeah, I mean
crazy parent scenarios and moments.
Speaker 5 (06:28):
Are your parents on your ass?
Speaker 4 (06:30):
So this is your dad? Please keep it clean, Okay,
