Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now this morning show in Boston, Billie and Lisa in
the morning.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
It's just a great start to my day on Kids
one Away.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
Well, good morning everybody, and a happy Tuesday to you.
Lisa's going to be a hot one today here it.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
Comes nineties in some spots.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
Oh boy, exactly, old boy is right. So today's one
of those days. Hey hot enough, Hey hot?
Speaker 4 (00:25):
Huh?
Speaker 3 (00:25):
I love it. Yeah, it's going to be really hot
today and then even hotter tomorrow.
Speaker 5 (00:30):
Well we could do another heat wave Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
Oh boy.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
In the nineties.
Speaker 3 (00:35):
Did I mention that the air conditioning is not working
on the boat or in the house.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
Yeah, this has been going on for over a week.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
Right, I feel like I'm a child again, Like it's
a young child. We never had air conditions.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Are you sitting in front of a fan?
Speaker 6 (00:49):
I have a kind of a little fan, but it
does nothing in the heat.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
Nothing. All it does is blow hot air in your face.
Speaker 6 (00:56):
Yeah. We didn't have air conditioners when I was a
kid either. My dad did. He still doesn't. He lives
on the third floor, no Acy.
Speaker 5 (01:03):
Yeah, and the window unit's only cool to a certain temperature,
like down.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
So if it's like ninety degrees. You're still sitting in
the seventies.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Like, no one crossed my mind last night in the
middle of the night, I said, you know what, they
should have a couple of en suites here at iHeart,
like a couple of rooms equipped with the bed and
so forth in case somebody in an emergency like mine,
you just kind of sleep over.
Speaker 6 (01:29):
Well, we have a couch out. Yeah. I came, and
I came last summer, I came and slept here. Our
ac went out.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Really.
Speaker 7 (01:35):
Yeah, but to be fair, there used to be a
room that was actually with a door that was private.
Speaker 8 (01:39):
Like I've slept in there before. I certainly right that
I have in that room.
Speaker 5 (01:47):
Okay, but I need to ask about the room is there?
Has the room been dismantled?
Speaker 7 (01:51):
It doesn't exist anymore because they oh my god, no,
I wasn't they made it. They now it's a traffic center.
So room's no longer there.
Speaker 3 (02:03):
Okay, Winnie, you're not aware of this. Yeah, within the building,
that room had a nickname Winnie's Place.
Speaker 9 (02:12):
No.
Speaker 7 (02:13):
When I worked multiple jobs, sometimes I would work late
and then I'd have to be here at like five am,
so I would take it.
Speaker 8 (02:19):
I would nap basically in there.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
Anyway, on a serious note before we get rolling with
the show, I mean it's hard with stories like this.
It's hard for the Morning show because our job is
basically to kind of entertain and let people escape from
their lives. But we've got such a tragic local story
that we have to address it. It's the fire at
the assisted living place in Fall River. Nine people killed,
(02:43):
thirty others injured. Just a horrible, horrible tragedy. And Atlasa,
you've got some information on where people can.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
Help if you want to help.
Speaker 5 (02:51):
So they're looking for underwear, they're looking for socks, they're
looking for sleepwear, walkers, toilet trees, clothing in larger sizes,
and you can make the donation at the Catholic Charity's
Diocese of Fall River. It's on Bay Street and you
can do that throughout the day anytime to stop by
and donate.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
But yeah, they need.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
Help, and my guess is they'll probably be setting up
several GOFUNDB pages as well.
Speaker 5 (03:15):
Right, you can also donate money, but they also are
looking for these items.
Speaker 6 (03:18):
Yeah, what a horrible situation.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
When you look at some of the footage of the
night of the fire, broke out at the assisted living place.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
It's horrible.
Speaker 3 (03:26):
I mean there weren't enough firefighters. Well not only that initially,
and then they came in from several surrounding towns thank god.
Speaker 6 (03:32):
It's also like one of the worst case scenarios because
you know, these are elderly people, disabled people. They can't
get up and move.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
No, they can't write. Yeah, they can't move at all.
Speaker 3 (03:42):
I was watching the news last night and one of
the firefighters said, you have to understand, because of the
assisted living situation, it would take four sometimes five firefighters
just one person.
Speaker 7 (03:53):
Awful, you're sitting duck unfortunately in those situations.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
So our thoughts and our love go out to the
victims and their families this morning. And again, what's the sight.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
Lest Catholic Charity's Diocese of fall River.
Speaker 5 (04:05):
It's on Bay Street in fall River and they're looking
for you know, toiletries, underwear, socks, sleep where walkers.
Speaker 6 (04:11):
Okay, Yeah, shout out to Billy and Lisa Nation step up.
Speaker 3 (04:15):
If you can't, yes, please do what you can. And
now back to the show. Lisa, You've got a big
night to night Cold Play is out at Jillette Stadium.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
You are going I am going and I already have
parking anxiety.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
We're leaving at like two o'clock in the afternoon.
Speaker 6 (04:31):
Sure, oh my.
Speaker 5 (04:31):
God, no, but I feel like no, but like you
have to be all in when you go to Jillette.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
I mean you can't, right.
Speaker 7 (04:38):
I think on weekdays it's a little better because it's
not of tailgating.
Speaker 8 (04:42):
People just go right after a while.
Speaker 5 (04:43):
There are people tailgating. There are people that are dming
me inviting us to go stop by their tailgate.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
Just do that, you get some free food.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
Well I think we might.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
Glass of wine never hurts so anyway.
Speaker 5 (04:54):
But yeah, So we're leaving early and then we're going
to do what you said, We're going to park away
from the state walk it.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
Yeah, Now there's a chance. Am I allowed to.
Speaker 6 (05:07):
Talk about that?
Speaker 2 (05:08):
Dylan didn't say anything that we.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
Couldn't Dylan is our boss.
Speaker 5 (05:11):
Is our boss, so he didn't say that we couldn't
say anything.
Speaker 3 (05:14):
Okay, so there is a chance you, Lisa Dunovan will
be going backstage for a meeting with mister.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Martin said that there's a one percent chance.
Speaker 6 (05:26):
Oh so you're telling me there's a chance, yea, that
is better than zero percent.
Speaker 8 (05:32):
Exactly.
Speaker 3 (05:33):
I get the starting point. Several years ago, Lisa sat
down with Chris Martin and he did not want you
to leave.
Speaker 6 (05:40):
Yeah, we'll have that coming up in a few minutes.
At six forty something, your eye met his eye.
Speaker 5 (05:46):
No, it wasn't like that at all. It was just
it was just a very nice conversation. We had a
nice conversation.
Speaker 7 (05:52):
Well, you know, at least now could be like that,
right last I checked, you both could be like that.
Speaker 8 (06:00):
Happened.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
You know, all of a sudden, you're.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
There's a one percent.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
You know, there's something on the board. It's one percent.
Speaker 8 (06:09):
If you get to go and there, you have to
turn the flirt on. You have to turn the flirt on.
Speaker 5 (06:13):
Don't again, I don't know all in, but do you understand,
like this would be the coolest thing ever? And I
told because this is my son Max's graduation present, So
I told him, I said there might be an He
he was like, he couldn't even sleep last night.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
So it's almost like they shouldn't have all that.
Speaker 8 (06:32):
For them to say to you.
Speaker 7 (06:33):
Yeah, no, after you stayed the last song, you're waiting outside.
Speaker 8 (06:37):
You haven't started walking yet. Yeah, yeah, and they're like
you know what, he's busy.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
Yeah, you know what. Lisa and I were talking on
the phone last night and I said, you know what,
there's a chance Chris Martin, when he realized he was
on his way to Boston, probably remembered, Hey, isn't that
where I met that woman?
Speaker 10 (06:59):
You know?
Speaker 2 (07:00):
No, it was like twenty years ago.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
Does that matter?
Speaker 6 (07:03):
It was therapeutic. Well, we'll play the audio coming up.
But yeah, turn the flirt on, Lisa. Yeah, you know what,
talk dirty dirty.
Speaker 2 (07:12):
It comes like in a second. The whole is a
perfect circle. Some people don't want to stick their fingers.
Speaker 5 (07:18):
Okay, Yeah, this is pretty big. It's massive. It's a
smelly blob. You hold your breath and you just keep
swallowing very hard. I had sex on the conference room table.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
He calls me tips macgee. This depends on who's doing
the sucking. And I have to tell you, if it
was Harry, it would be just fine. All right, No,
wonder guys, there's something wrong with you. You have a
mental illness, something wrong.
Speaker 8 (07:45):
I cannot support that.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss one Owaight Studios, we're back
with a Villy and Lisa in the morning on Kiss.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
Well, I gotta believe. One of the stories of the day,
especially if you're listening to our show or to Kiss
One to Wait, is the fact that Coldplay is arriving
in town today and Chris Martin and Coldplay are going
to be out at Gillette Stadium tonight.
Speaker 2 (08:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
It's the first of two sold out shows. They haven't
been here in almost ten years.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
Yeah, and we've got talkbacks coming in right justin well
from last night.
Speaker 10 (08:17):
Hi, I just wanted to let least to know. I
am at Trader Joe's and to Foxborough right now and
Coldplay is doing their sound check. You can hear the
concert pretty much going on right now. Hope you have fun.
Speaker 8 (08:28):
Bye.
Speaker 6 (08:29):
Well, I can kind of hear it in the back.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
That's so cool.
Speaker 6 (08:32):
That's really cool.
Speaker 5 (08:32):
So we were talking off air, like we wonder like
where do they stay, Like do they stay in Providence?
Speaker 2 (08:37):
Do they stay in Boston.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
But that's one of the things I love about our audience,
our listeners, is that they listen to the show and
they respond to the show, like you know that talkbacker
knew we're talking about Coldplay. She's at Trader Joe's and
there's Coldplay during their rehearsal.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Right, and she had perfect information for us.
Speaker 6 (08:56):
And that's like we always say it right, download the
iHeart apps with ye where you go. And that's a
good example.
Speaker 11 (09:02):
You know.
Speaker 3 (09:02):
She pulled out our phone and left the talk back
and boy, you're well that was from last night. I
was going to say, boy, your boyfriend Chris is up early. No,
that was a last night rehearsal.
Speaker 6 (09:11):
Yeah, last night he's probably sleeping. Well, he's probably. He
seems like someone that gets up early, Chris Martin And.
Speaker 8 (09:18):
I don't know life of a rock star.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
I don't.
Speaker 6 (09:20):
Yeah, he's kind of We may find out soon enough.
Speaker 8 (09:25):
Lisa's late tomorrow. Will no one.
Speaker 6 (09:28):
There's a one percent chance that you're going to meet him.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
There's a one person Yeah yeah, oh boy, you might
do some of your own tailgating.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
Well, but why is he so weird?
Speaker 6 (09:40):
I don't know. But what year was the when you
interviewed him?
Speaker 5 (09:42):
Okay, it was like twenty years ago, and they did
they it happened because we used to take separate vacations. Yeah,
so you were away away, so they're like, you have
to go, you have to meet Chris Martin at the
Four Seasons and do the interview. And this was when
Yellow had just come out and he was doing a
show at Avalon, remember Avalon. It was a small show.
(10:06):
So I went to the Four Seasons. I was so nervous,
like and we sat there for over an hour talking.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
What saying is he couldn't get enough stop stop.
Speaker 6 (10:18):
It was a very relaxing, it was.
Speaker 5 (10:20):
It was a relaxing. We talked about politics. He had
just had his daughter, Apple with Gwyneth Paltrow's who. We
were talking about fatherhood. I mean, we really covered a
lot of different things and there were no guardrails, like
they didn't tell me.
Speaker 2 (10:33):
I couldn't ask any questions.
Speaker 6 (10:35):
Those were the days, right, So it.
Speaker 2 (10:37):
Was like it was just like the perfect interview.
Speaker 3 (10:40):
It was.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
It was great. What does the cover mean?
Speaker 11 (10:42):
Good question?
Speaker 6 (10:43):
The cover is just a nice way of saying.
Speaker 11 (10:47):
X and Y. But it's it's all kind of hidden
meanings and all this thing.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
Well, it's a grid of some like what kind of
if you if.
Speaker 11 (10:54):
You buy or steal or download our album and you
get the artwork, it all sort of falls into places
still incredibly relaxed, therapeutic.
Speaker 6 (11:06):
Sounds, very relaxed.
Speaker 3 (11:09):
It was great now where you're sitting in chairs.
Speaker 5 (11:12):
Or yeah, they had a giant like presidential suite.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
So I went with one of.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
Our producers at the time and we both just sat
there and it was so chill.
Speaker 2 (11:23):
But that's that's who he is.
Speaker 6 (11:24):
Yeah. Well, maybe they're staying at the Four Seasons again.
If they've stayed there, Yeah, maybe, I don't know. Yeah,
they probably took a helicopter.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
There was.
Speaker 5 (11:31):
There was a clip of him recently that I posted
on my Instagram where he talks about that song and
he says it's the perfect song. He actually worked with
the ed M artist who recently passed away, a Vichy Wow,
and they both had different versions of it, and then
they worked together to put it into what it is today.
Speaker 6 (11:51):
Oh wow.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
Does he still have that cute multi colored piano on stage?
Speaker 2 (11:56):
I have no idea.
Speaker 6 (11:56):
I'll let you know tonight.
Speaker 5 (11:58):
I have to tell you one other little fun fact
about twenty years ago, at that show at Avalon, Tom
Brady was there. He was standing right in front of
me like an early you know, yeah Tom Brady, Yeah,
asked he they just won a super It was, it was,
it was. That was an amazing experience.
Speaker 6 (12:15):
Yeah. Another cold Play song that gets me is fixed
You because obviously he wrote that for Gwyneth Paltrow when
he was married to her.
Speaker 12 (12:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (12:22):
Yeah, that that's a beautiful song. That's like I get
I I cry every time.
Speaker 6 (12:34):
Is that on the set list? Probably?
Speaker 8 (12:36):
I think it is.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
It is twenty two.
Speaker 7 (12:39):
Songs, twenty two songs, Fixed You somewhere in the more
like the beginning middle. If a man wrote that song
for me, I couldn't divorce him, Like, what a beautiful right, I.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
Was thinking, it's so thoughtful, soulful. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (12:51):
Yeah. And then there was a there was a video
I saw recently of Chris Martin in nineteen ninety eight,
before he was a kid. Oh yeah, addicted cold Play success.
He said, by two thousand and two, in the next
four years, everyone's going to know who cold Play is.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
Six nineteen.
Speaker 11 (13:07):
By the sixth of June two thousand and two, Coldplay
or the band, whatever, the cold then it's all over.
Speaker 13 (13:15):
Then.
Speaker 6 (13:16):
I think he was probably sixteen in that video.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
He looks so young. Yeah, he was manifesting.
Speaker 6 (13:21):
Yep. Anyone know what the song was that set them
off right around that time?
Speaker 3 (13:25):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (13:26):
Was it Yellow?
Speaker 6 (13:26):
I just mentioned it? Yeah, I kind of want to
go to the show.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
Yeah, all of a sudden in meantime, they're filling stadiums
all over the world.
Speaker 6 (13:34):
Didn't have been for years, so just incredible.
Speaker 3 (13:37):
It's a big deal. Gold Play in town tonight to
end tomorrow night. Un least you'll be there tonight, you'll
have the complete review in the morning, and hopefully you'll
get to sit down for a couple of minutes with Chris.
Speaker 6 (13:46):
Smart A one percent chance, well better than no percent exactly.
Speaker 12 (13:50):
I'm just saying, say, good morning, it's the Mayor of
the South. Then I want to remind people that today
it's Nashville Gives Something Away Day. So you can give
some to the people in the fire and Lisa, you
can give something to Chris Martin if you get to
meet him after the concert.
Speaker 6 (14:09):
Something readily from.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
The Planet Fitness Kiss One Away Studios. We're back with
the Billy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 3 (14:18):
And welcome back everybody again. It's gonna be a hot
day today and even hotter day tomorrow. But justin let's
squeeze in and talk back if we can.
Speaker 6 (14:24):
Well, everyone's buzzing about cold Play tonight, and especially Lisa,
who's headed there to see cold Play, possibly meet Chris Martin.
Speaker 14 (14:31):
You never know, so I'm pretty sure that Chris Martin
is single now, so that would make two of you
possibly a single. I'm so excited for Lisa to go
on her little Coldplay adventure tonight. Hopefully she can pull
him for a chat and they can have another hour
long session. Good luckily.
Speaker 6 (14:54):
Yeah, there could be a meeting, no interview though, I.
Speaker 5 (14:55):
Don't think no, no, no, no no, it would just
be like a meet and greet.
Speaker 6 (14:58):
Those would be ap one day.
Speaker 5 (15:01):
Yeah again, that was twenty years ago, like it was
just such a different movie back then.
Speaker 6 (15:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
So tonight's the first of two shows. You know what,
some people are just waking up justin let's get him
a little cold Play if you can't. Oh okay, I'm
just saying all right, oh yeah, that would be the
(15:34):
perfect song to end, right, But he hasn't been doing
that lately.
Speaker 7 (15:37):
No, they have their set list and honestly, artists they
normally I feel like, I'm not a big holy person,
but they have other songs in there.
Speaker 8 (15:45):
I mean, he has how many albums are they have?
Speaker 9 (15:46):
All?
Speaker 3 (15:46):
That's true, He's got a lot of songs.
Speaker 9 (15:48):
Songs.
Speaker 3 (15:48):
Yeah, it's always a big show though. Tonight and tomorrow
night two nights your Lett's stadium. I would suggest you
leave early.
Speaker 5 (15:56):
The parking it opens up too, and then the gates
open it and the show starts at sex and there's
two opening acts, so I'm sure.
Speaker 7 (16:06):
They go on probably eight thirty maybe a little bit
earlier than like a nine o'clock start.
Speaker 6 (16:11):
I think. I think there're sets long. Yeah, so I
think eight thirty nine they're going to do at least
a two hour set. Yeah, I would think definitely, you know,
and then the meeting might happen after the show, not.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
Before right after. Yeah, I love the boss calls Lisa.
Speaker 6 (16:25):
Listen. One percent has a one percent chance.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
I'll take it.
Speaker 6 (16:31):
Yeah, well, you gotta be ready.
Speaker 3 (16:32):
I'm trying to think of an opening line Lisa can use.
Speaker 12 (16:34):
If she meets Chris Martin, howlbo tay, Chris, my candle
smells better than Gwennis.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
Maybe not now the entertainment update with the Billy.
Speaker 5 (16:47):
Cobs dead, these people, you know what, I have to say,
we do something common because both of our kids will
be at Brown University.
Speaker 6 (16:55):
That's the opening line.
Speaker 4 (16:56):
Yep.
Speaker 5 (16:57):
There, this is going to be more and Max is
starting as a freshman.
Speaker 3 (17:02):
Okay, here's the strategy. Okay, you need to say that
right away, because the meet and greed then becomes an interview. Well,
am I lying justin You're hey, our kids are both
going to Brown. Now it's not handshake and.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
That's really it's really cool.
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Yeah Brown University.
Speaker 6 (17:19):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
Then you can meet each other on campus and you
have to.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
Stop like this is getting to be out like telling
them I never would have said anything, because this is
what's going to happen.
Speaker 5 (17:31):
The show is going to be amazing, and then it's
the meet and greets never going to happen, and then
we're just going to walk back to our.
Speaker 6 (17:37):
Expect the worst hope for that exact exactly.
Speaker 8 (17:41):
I just less than chance it's not happening.
Speaker 3 (17:44):
Exactly. Whatever taking Captain Mike ka, keep it classy, cost
up our own Little Lisa Donovan is not that kind
of girl, exactly.
Speaker 10 (17:53):
She's going to the concert tonight as a fan with
a slight chance of being an investigative journalist for your
morning show.
Speaker 2 (18:00):
That's exactly what I asked spot back.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
Captain Mike Well said, you don't have important information a
couple of minutes ago. The show will start earlier than plans.
He does six o'clock Okay. The new Smurfs movie arrives
this coming Friday. Rihanna not only has music in the movie,
she plays the main character, Smurf Hat.
Speaker 15 (18:20):
It's not a dream that I even had. I never
thought it would be possible, like playing Smurf thud. We
all as little girls, Like if you were a fan
of the Smurfs, you've always wanted to be Smurf fun.
So having the opportunity to play her and bring my
own thing to the character a big deal, A lot
of pressure and super super exciting.
Speaker 3 (18:41):
Is she pregnant again, Liz, Yes, Yeah, she is the
third child. Yeah, and they don't know if it's going
to be a boy or girl or they're not saying.
We do have a clip from her song from the movie,
and here it is, right.
Speaker 8 (18:55):
Just I like it.
Speaker 3 (19:05):
I think it's a jam.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
That's great. Yeah, it's perfect for that movie.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
Wow. Okay. In Atlanta, somebody broke into a car belonging
to Beyonce's choreographer. A couple of suitcases were taken, and
those suitcases may have contained unreleased Beyonce music. Police are
out looking to cuff someone.
Speaker 6 (19:32):
See what you did there? That's a score man?
Speaker 3 (19:36):
Wow? God, Yeah, yeah, music and what else is in
two suitcases? I'm just saying.
Speaker 10 (19:44):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (19:44):
Black Pink had a show in Los Angeles this week.
Rose brought out Bruno Mars for APT that's good stuff.
(20:07):
After the show, Bruno posted almost out of debt.
Speaker 6 (20:11):
I love him. You know what maybe her is talking
about him doing the sphere. Yeah, yeah, clear that debt.
Speaker 3 (20:20):
It's good that he's making light of a.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
Bad which is pretty that's good.
Speaker 4 (20:24):
I like that.
Speaker 3 (20:25):
Our buddy Lewis Capali on Fanlon last night, talking about
his return to performing, especially the Glastonbury Festival recently terrifying.
It was most of and the lead up to I
was like, this is the worst thing, horfic. I made
a terrible decision. Yeah, and then it went and then
we did it and it was really beautiful and lovely
and it went as daly as how I hoped, and
(20:46):
it was Yeah, probably the best day of my life.
Speaker 12 (20:50):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (20:50):
We love him.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
Such a good guy and bad Bunny dropping a new
single yesterday, We've got a clippers. I love his music.
I don't understand the word he's saying, but I don't
think it matters of music. It's always a good meloance. Yes, Yes,
(21:16):
that dance going in the kitchen. Just announce the new
Jurassic World movie will start streaming August fifth. At least
you had a theory on that.
Speaker 2 (21:26):
Yeah, I was disappointed. Yeah in the movie.
Speaker 6 (21:29):
I actually have not seen one.
Speaker 5 (21:31):
Love I love the franchise, and I was like a
little disappointing just because there was no real like story development.
Speaker 3 (21:37):
Yeah, and now August fifth, it will start streaming and
Emmy nomination is going to come out this morning. I'm
guessing The Bear will figure big as well as The
White Lotus. A lot of hot shows, but they come out,
I believe at eleven thirty this morning.
Speaker 6 (21:52):
I saw The Pit is one of the front runners
to get a lot of nominations too.
Speaker 7 (21:56):
You know what, I did see the whole series and
it's a very unique you know, outlooked doing one hour
as each episode.
Speaker 4 (22:02):
I thought.
Speaker 8 (22:03):
I thought it was good a little. I mean, it
was some moments, but it was pretty good.
Speaker 3 (22:07):
How about this one? Sabrina Carpenter brought Duran Duran on stage.
Speaker 4 (22:11):
I think we have a cow.
Speaker 3 (22:24):
You think she got together backstage with Simon Lebon.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
Oh god, I don't know.
Speaker 5 (22:29):
It was Simon Labon and John Taylor on stage they
actually didn't.
Speaker 2 (22:34):
I thought they looked great. Yeah, money sounded good, Yny
like probably.
Speaker 5 (22:38):
Yeah, I thought I was crazy again.
Speaker 2 (22:42):
Back in the day.
Speaker 5 (22:43):
I was interviewing Simon Levon again twenty years ago, and yeah,
I think he had had too much to drink and
we were at a club and that's where I was
supposed to do the interview, and he projectile vomited all
over my shirt. You don't get that, I'm legitimately not
taking this up, Like who else could that have happened to?
Speaker 3 (23:03):
I didn't know what to do, yea something you never forget.
Speaker 5 (23:05):
No, And I didn't want to embarrass him, So I
just sort of took a napkin and just dabbed my shirt.
And then I said to our program director at the time,
I said, I guess this.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
We're not having an interview like no condition.
Speaker 3 (23:19):
And doesn't she bring the Cormon have a new deal
with somebody out there actually releasing a new line or
lingerie or something.
Speaker 5 (23:26):
That is Sydney Sweeney Oh okay, confusing the two with
Amazon Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez Sabrina's got the album
coming out August twenty nine.
Speaker 3 (23:36):
Oh wow, And didn't Lauren Sanchez was drinking coffee from
a fifty five hundred dollars cup the other day.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
Yes, and you know why because she can't.
Speaker 8 (23:46):
Yeah, fifty is literally it's obscene. It's only like thirty cents,
I know, but it's.
Speaker 2 (23:53):
Just like a it's obscene.
Speaker 3 (23:54):
It really is. Home run Derby. Last night, cal Rawley,
otherwise known as the Big Dumper, won the Derby.
Speaker 9 (24:05):
No, it will not get out. The Dominican dominance comes
to an end. The Big Dumper is your home Run
Derby champion for twenty twenty five.
Speaker 3 (24:23):
In case you're wondering the origin of the Big Dumper nickname,
I guess he's got a big old ass. Oh okay,
that's what they're saying. By the way, he's the first
switch hitter, first captured to win the derby. His father
pitched for him in the derby last night, his brother
caught for him in the derby last night, and here
he was afterwards.
Speaker 6 (24:43):
Really, you know, you.
Speaker 16 (24:43):
Don't you don't think you're gonna win it, and you
don't think you're ever gonna invited, and then you get invited,
and you know the fact that you went it with
your family and super special and just one a night.
Speaker 6 (24:56):
Is that a compliment or an insult? They say you
got a big dump.
Speaker 3 (24:59):
Big dump, dude. I was kind of surprised the announcer
went with it. Yeah, and there is the Big Dumper,
right weird weird, I'm the Dumper. Were brought to you
by the ninety nine restaurant Monday through Wednesday their newest
big deal meal, the Crispy Fried Twin Catch with the
(25:22):
North Atlanta Cod and Crispy Shrimp just fourteen ninety nine
every Monday through Wednesday. You gotta love the nines And
there you go.
Speaker 9 (25:31):
The Domerican dominance comes to an end. The Big Dumper
is your home run Derby champion.
Speaker 8 (25:39):
Billy and Lisa Kiss.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
So apparently the dating scene in New York City has
gotten so tough. People are getting desperate so much so
it's gone to TikTok right justin as the.
Speaker 13 (25:51):
Dating scene is getting so bad in New York City
that I am seeing on TikTok there are girls going
into Midtown during the week and stealing Finance Burros salads
for lunch and then looking their name up from the
salad order on LinkedIn and then messaging them through there
and being like, hey, we got so sorry, grabs your solid, like,
(26:13):
let me just make it up to you and buy
you a new one. And that's how they're like sliding it,
which honestly smart. Why are we stealing men's salads? Like
that's why can't they just come up to us at
the bar?
Speaker 2 (26:25):
Yeah, there's Yeah, this is next level weird.
Speaker 3 (26:28):
Yeah, next level death person.
Speaker 5 (26:30):
They're stealing someone's food basically from the mobile app, and
then they're stalking them.
Speaker 3 (26:35):
And if you're the person who had your food stolen,
would you ever want to see this person on social media?
Speaker 5 (26:41):
Because you can reverse it, like say a guy did
that to a woman and then he starts looking at
it like that would just be next level.
Speaker 2 (26:48):
It's terrible. It's so stoggerd.
Speaker 7 (26:51):
Guys are so sex driven and like female driven, like
straight men that I feel like they'd be like, oh,
at least I could banger, like I don't.
Speaker 8 (27:00):
I feel like they would go for that.
Speaker 5 (27:02):
Yeah, maybe would, And on the other half would be like,
you're yeah, you're a stockrapy.
Speaker 3 (27:07):
Idn't want my money? Well you took my lunch right
on my lunch, and now you want me to buy
you dinner.
Speaker 2 (27:16):
No, you would say, why didn't you bring me lunch.
That's what you would say.
Speaker 6 (27:20):
Are Yeah, Well, was this how bad it's gotten?
Speaker 2 (27:22):
I think so?
Speaker 3 (27:23):
In New York especially, I guess.
Speaker 8 (27:24):
No, it's it's that bad everywhere. Guys do not approach
females anymore.
Speaker 7 (27:28):
Really, Like like, you could be on your phone, you
could be out at a restaurant and guys are sweeping,
swiping on dating apps to look for girls, and you're
sitting x and then they don't talk to you.
Speaker 6 (27:37):
I did see a video recently of a guy at
a Red Sox game who was with a girl. I
don't know who the girl was, but he was next
to her. They looked like they were on a date,
and he was swiping yeah Tinder while he was next
to her.
Speaker 8 (27:48):
It's gone. Yeah, I believe that you start swiping, well
you're on the dates.
Speaker 3 (27:51):
Oh my god, Oh my god. I just thought of
something that happened to me on vacation, and I wanted
to tell this story.
Speaker 6 (27:57):
A girl came up to you.
Speaker 3 (27:58):
No, no, no, we were watching someone through the glass
at a restaurant. Okay, this is on the Vineyard. No,
it was here in Boston. I'm not going to name
the restaurant, but this couple. You could tell through the glass.
It was kind of a shaky thing. You knew it
was a first date, right, So we're looking for the glass,
and all of a sudden, the girl on the date
(28:20):
wasn't sitting there, right, It's almost like she went to
the restroom. But we kept looking, we were obsessed with it,
and she never came back, and he didn't seem to care.
He just kept looking up and he just started eating
his meal, and I'm like, oh my god, he's eating
his meal and she never came. He finished his meal
(28:43):
and took her meal as a takeout and went home
and left.
Speaker 2 (28:47):
But that could they could have been a couple to it?
Speaker 3 (28:50):
No, No, yeah, no, you could tell it was a
first date, right, nervous. Yeah, we were eavesdropping and I
don't know why. It was one of those things that
you felt. The weirdness through the.
Speaker 2 (29:00):
Glass is that he took her meal home with them.
Speaker 8 (29:03):
He paid for it.
Speaker 3 (29:03):
Yeah, the minute she stood up, he started eating his
meal and we thought that was weird. Oh, he's not
going to wait for her to come back from the bathroom.
But then as she never came back, he kept looking up,
kept looking up, and you could tell he was frustrated,
and then he just said, I'll take the other meal
to go, wow, and gap and left.
Speaker 6 (29:21):
My wife was a server and she had a couple
on a first date one time, and she doesn't know
what happened, but you know, they ordered food, ordered some drinks,
ordered food, and after they were done eating, the guys
that he had use the bathroom and he get up
to go and left.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
Walked away from telling the story.
Speaker 6 (29:38):
I left her with the bill and everything ended up
copping the bill. Obviously. The girl was crying.
Speaker 5 (29:42):
It was really and your wife helped comp the bill.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, that's so nice of that.
Speaker 3 (29:47):
Wow, what a loser.
Speaker 6 (29:49):
Yeah, but wow, I just I can't This salad technique
thing is kind of it's creepy, but kind of created it.
Speaker 2 (29:55):
I was definitely creative, but it is really star.
Speaker 7 (30:00):
Would make more sense that they were able to do
it quickly enough where they could be like, oh, I'm sorry,
I have to one sell it when they're in person.
Speaker 2 (30:05):
It's not very when you're still in the same place.
Speaker 8 (30:07):
When you're going to look them up afterwards.
Speaker 7 (30:09):
That's where it gets next level, Like okay, girl, like
you need like you need a guy that bad like,
you know, I don't know.
Speaker 8 (30:16):
I do think it depends on the guy that you message,
because some guys like that.
Speaker 5 (30:18):
Well, I guess this is a good topic, like what
what would you do? What lengths would you go?
Speaker 6 (30:23):
Yeah? And also why does it have to be a
finance bro? You can mean a nice plumber.
Speaker 7 (30:27):
And how do they know a finance because they go
to the financial district Yeah, in New York City.
Speaker 6 (30:34):
Yeah, and they see what they're they're doing.
Speaker 2 (30:36):
People are doing it all over the place.
Speaker 7 (30:38):
I mean, if you want to go somewhere you're not
going to like you know, you know, it's better to
go somewhere where you might know that the guy can
afford it it.
Speaker 6 (30:47):
Yeah, the chances are better.
Speaker 8 (30:49):
Yeah, Like what's you know?
Speaker 6 (30:50):
I will say.
Speaker 3 (30:51):
We get to take out at Sweet Queen a lot.
We love Sweet Greeen. Is that in Charleston right over here?
And every time I go pick it up because they
just put the bag on a shelf. Yeah, every time
I go pick it up, I'm like, can they someone
just take my information out the Bigger than Life? The
step is right there with my name.
Speaker 7 (31:09):
And they actually could Yeah, oh yeah, who a little hungry,
just go I have that thought.
Speaker 6 (31:14):
All the time. Like back in the day when I
was in and some strugg I didn't have that. You
just walk in and take the food.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
Well, you could take the food, but you could also
take the information off the sales slod.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
Yeah, very true, Bill, Lisa Kiss.
Speaker 3 (31:27):
Well pretty big seven o'clock hour, justin first and foremost.

Speaker 17 (31:49):
I think it was two thousand and one, and I
did not know Tom Brady was there. But that's really
cool and I'm going tomorrow night, so I can't wait
to hear Lisa's report.
Speaker 9 (32:00):
Fun.
Speaker 2 (32:00):
Wow, that's amazing that one tickets from Kiss One await.
Speaker 3 (32:03):
To have one.
Speaker 6 (32:04):
And I love the part of the story I didn't
know that is that you know Matt and Billy were
off yes on vacation and so that you they said
to you, at least just go do this interview.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
And cold Play.
Speaker 5 (32:16):
You know they they were a relatively new band. I mean,
they definitely had a following.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
Yeah, it was. It was a cool moment.
Speaker 6 (32:22):
Yeah, everyone's trying to go to this show tonight or
tomorrow night.
Speaker 18 (32:25):

Speaker 8 (32:53):
We really don't have any we have nothing.
Speaker 3 (32:56):
We don't yeah, but no, we don't.
Speaker 6 (32:58):
The most important thing was that we got Lee's Yeah.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
Yeah, well, I mean I had requested about like a
year ago, literally, and I kept like, hey, how are
we doing all those tickets?
Speaker 5 (33:08):
And thanks to McCabe for making it happen in Dylan
our boss because it's very cool.
Speaker 3 (33:15):
Let you put your question.
Speaker 5 (33:16):
I did, Well, that's because this is a this is
also a graduation gift to my son Max, so buddy, yeah,
and I'm bringing my friend Hannah, so it'll be.
Speaker 6 (33:23):
Really co And we mentioned that there's a small chance
that you might meet him after even expect that you're not.
The show itself is going to be incredible.
Speaker 5 (33:30):
Oh, this is the only show that I would actually
stay until the very end because that's how much I
love you.
Speaker 3 (33:36):
I know, right, Yeah, you should just leave Jillette and
drive directly here.
Speaker 6 (33:42):
You actually not be a bad idea. So yes, we'll
get the full report tomorrow from from Lisa on the
show and everything else that went down on the show tomorrow.

All right, coming up, if you're a Disney adult, you
may want.
Speaker 5 (33:57):
To check in with US ten because there's a new
situation that they're offering for Disney adults.
Speaker 6 (34:06):
We're not coming for Disney adults.
Speaker 8 (34:08):
Oh I am Billy and Justin are not.
Speaker 2 (34:12):
