But tonight rain and then all day rain tomorrow again.
And we're gonna go from number five all time wettest

which isn't always a bad thing.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Nope, Well, when it comes to weather, it's not.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Yeah. I think I'll just move on for this. A
couple of things first and foremost, these lane closures at Lisa,
how's it going to affect everybody? They can get at
nine tonight.

Speaker 5 (01:07):
Nine tonight through five am Monday morning, one lane in
each direction on the Pike between Newton and Weston. It
exits one twenty three to one twenty five. They are
replacing a bridge, and then again June twentieth through June
twenty third, same hours.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
And I think we all know it's going to take
a lot longer than they expect. It's a bridge.

Speaker 5 (01:30):
Well okay, yeah, who knows. But yeah, So if you
if your plans are to go Metro West this weekend
for any reason, you need to take this into consideration.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
You need to go a different way.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
Okay. So we've checked those boxes, and now we have
a little in house situation we have to deal with,
and that's that our executive producer, Justin has no voice.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Yeah, laryngitis.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
Give them a taste of what you sound like, Justin.
Go ahead, I really can okay. Yeah, see I've been there.
There's nothing work whisper. I can only whisper, Yeah, I can.
I can try to talk about all right, okay, which
means we're doing the the little recaps of the hour,

Speaker 6 (02:19):
I don't have to.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Speak silent Okay, while you're also a co host on
the show here, so you know, whisper, just describe me
as the executive Okay, you see how sensitive? You know
what fascinates me? All of those giant muscles, right, and
hours and hours in the gym, and you've really turned
into a little wolf. I'm not upset, You're not.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
He just sounds upset.

Speaker 5 (02:44):
Well, this is this is what the bosses do when
my contract negotiations come up.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
You're good point, Okay, so let me readdress it. Our
co host and critical, critical member of the morning team
as well as the executive producer of not just The
Billy and Lisa Morning Show, but also the Kisstop thirty
Countdown on weekends. There's a long list of responsibilities and

(03:11):
things that he has to create. So, yeah, he's without
voice today. Where the bosses listening? Can you roll that?

Speaker 1 (03:18):
I mean early, they're probably still sleeping.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
Okay, so we'll deal with it this morning. Meantime, how
would you like to have flown all the way from
Puerto Rico, Columbia, Brazil, New Mexico for the Shakira Show
last night.

Speaker 5 (03:33):

hours before they were supposed to take the stage.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
A lot of people had already landed for the Shakira
show and they were outside Fenway Park for the festivities
not happening. It was bad.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Structural issues with the stage.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
Yeah, they say, during inspection yesterday the stage basically fell apart,
and then the inspectors said, we won't be having content
it's this weekend.

Speaker 5 (04:01):
Well can you imagine if they hadn't found the structural
problem it could.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
Have been oh man, right, especially with their hips and everything,
the way she shakes them, it's a lot of vibration.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
Yeah, well, you're not even you're not even lying.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
I mean a lot of jumping.

the Shakira fans, the Aldan fans, and the books and
Done fans uh is in the entertainment report coming up

But on the bright side, a lot of people make
great money making as mr videos and you have the
perfect setup to do that. So I would take advantage
of the opportunity create a couple of as mrs for
all the listeners. It would really relax them and keep

(06:25):
them calm on their way to work if they're stuck
in traffic, have a great day.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
Hmm okay, I'm not sure I know what that is.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
They're like my son rallies really into them.

Speaker 5 (06:36):
It's like you know, flowing water, even just like nails,
like tape.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Just like like this, it's just supposed to be.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
Oddly enough, now the entertainment updates with the Billy Cobstad.

Speaker 4 (07:17):
Having fun on a Friday. That's what we are. We
got one man down. One man down on a Friday,
life support.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
He's here.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
Yeah, I'll tell you where things didn't go well yesterday.
That would be Fenway Park. Apparently they were setting up
for the Shakira show which was last night, and right
in the middle of it all the inspectors showed up
for the safety inspection and they didn't pass the inspection,
so they canceled the Shakira show.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
Imagine the person that I called yesterday, Oh yeah, like,
are you what a me?

Speaker 4 (07:51):
Yeah? Imagine you just landed at Fenway. You're all excited,
You're dressed up for Shakira at Fenway Park and you
find out it's canceled. Anyway, we've got some of.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Those people, as were my day off at my job.

Speaker 10 (08:02):
There's a lot of money various Pensildkaz.

Speaker 9 (08:06):
We flew in yesterday and then we came through the
subway and trains and we got here and were canceled.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
Yeah. Some of them came in from well, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Brazil,
New Mexico. I mean, you know, they paid for flights,
they paid for hotel rooms. But yeah, so no Shakira
show last night. And by the way, no Jason L.
Dean Brooks and Dune show tonight. That's also canceled. Because

(08:35):
of these structural issues. People are being told you can
get your refunds for the tickets because they're not rebooking,
at least not for now.

Speaker 5 (08:43):
But well, the good news is that it might have
been a rainy night at Gunway.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
Could have been have been stuck in the rain with
your poncho. Exactly, give me some Brooks and done. Let's go.
No Brooks and done. You got a lot. You got to.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
Want to wait on the Bull, Yeah, okay from the Boss.

Speaker 4 (09:04):
Yeah, okay, the Boss was going to the show tonight. Well,
books and done. Jason L.

Speaker 7 (09:12):
Dean, he's the program director of the Bull too, so
he's just right.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
Yeah, no worried about the Boss. I sent him up
at a dinner for eight to next to Fenway Park tonight.

Speaker 2 (09:22):
I wonder if he's going to go yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:24):
So anyway, Yeah, both shows canceled. We move on. Sewn
Mende is launching a new tour. Is on the Road
Again tour.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
I'm so happy about those.

Speaker 4 (09:33):
He hasn't had a song for a long time.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
He took a long break.

Speaker 7 (09:36):
Well, he had that like Folky album last year. Beginning
of this year, I didn't want to drop to Yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:41):
So he'll be in the TV gardens September twenty fifth.
I always liked him, great voice. It's new music Friday,
so let's go Tate McCrae, who already has the number
one song in the US with Morgan Wallen. And she's
out now with a new song from the f One
movie soundtrack, and this one is called just Keep Watching.
And the much anticipated new Miley Cyrus album is out today.

(10:05):
The new single it's called easy Lover. Actress Sidney Sweeney,
you ready for this? You're waiting for this one?

Speaker 8 (10:12):
Right?

Speaker 4 (10:12):
I really am teaming up with Doctor Squatch. I'm not
familiar with the doctor.

Speaker 5 (10:17):
It's a limited edition, soaplind Oh okay, she did a
thing with him last year. And this is kind of
like the continuation of the bathwater.

Speaker 4 (10:26):
Well, the thing she did with him last year. We
actually have that, I think. Yeah, yeah, okay, let's go to.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
The bathwater cut. You want to talk about the bath water.

Speaker 4 (10:33):
Yeah, let's face it, guys only want one thing.

Speaker 5 (10:39):
Wish I had something natural instead of this synthetic body
wash Sydney Sweeney Boe squash.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
Not your body wash for men.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
They're tired of smelling.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
Thirsty Sidney Sweeney.

Speaker 10 (10:52):
Coconuts.

Speaker 6 (10:53):
It even smells natural and.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
It's moisturizing at the end of the day.

Speaker 9 (10:56):
They don't want to crack open a natural one with
the boy Sydney body.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
Wash doctor Squatch body wash for men. You prefer natural.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
Yeah. So that was the body wash. And now there's
the bar of soap Lease and it has an interesting ingredient.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Okay, yeah.

Speaker 5 (11:11):
The bathwater basically the bathwater that she sat in for
that commercial.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
Supposedly they saved.

Speaker 5 (11:16):
And then infused into these like special edition and bars at.

Speaker 4 (11:19):
Soa who doesn't want to lather up with someone else's
dirty bath water.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Yeah, that's me. Is not what I would want to do.

Speaker 1 (11:26):
Yeah, yeah, but a lot of men have a hankering.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
For her to do. She calls them the dirty little boys.
I know she did in the ad.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Okay, Well, they'll launch the bars of soap only five thousand,
it's a limited. Well how much bathwater can she have?

Speaker 7 (11:41):
Yeah, exactly, it's probably like a drop and that brand
directly just for men.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
So okay, so fine, I'm trying to get a picture,
a sense of this. So she gets in the tub
and then cleans up, and then gets out of the tub,
and they collect the bath water and put in a
bar of soap.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
Exactly.

Speaker 5 (11:58):
It's just an extension of what she did last and
they're giving away one hundred bars of soap for free
to Oh it's part of this.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
Now do you think it really is her bathwater used bathwater?

Speaker 2 (12:08):
I have to say, I hope it is.

Speaker 9 (12:11):
Right.

Speaker 4 (12:11):
Well, they're gonna launch your June sixth market down. It's
about a week away. I guess bathwater bliss. Okay, And
the new Karate Kid movie hits theaters this weekend, expected
to do between twenty and thirty million dollars. Ralph Machio
is still doing the Karate Kid.

Speaker 7 (12:28):
Yeah, but Jackie Chan has gray hair like I feel
like he's got he's aging.

Speaker 4 (12:33):
But I love wow. And how about this. I think
we saw this coming. But Eddie Murphy's son and Martin
Lawrence his daughter got married quietly and privately a couple
of weeks ago. Eddie Murphy talked about it on the
Jennifer Hudson Show. Actually they got married like two weeks ago.
They went off.

Speaker 2 (12:48):
Everybody was making the big wedding plans, and then they
decided they want to do something quiet with just the
two of them, and then they got.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
Married and and ma in laws, Yeah, we're in LOWSS.

Speaker 4 (12:58):
He don't have to pay for the big wedding.

Speaker 9 (12:59):
Then.

Speaker 4 (13:01):
I think it's a cool story.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
It's funny. They were talking.

Speaker 7 (13:04):
Martin said, because his daughter was the one getting married,
that he would for the bill.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
But they ended up like a open basically.

Speaker 4 (13:10):
Yeah. And if you're just tuning in and you notice
that Justin's voice was not a part of the new
music or anything else so far in the show, it's
because he has no voice.

Speaker 9 (13:19):
Yea.

Speaker 4 (13:19):
He showed up this morning with laryngidus. He's very upset.
A lot going on in sports. Nicks beat the Pacers
last night. The Pacers now up three games two of
the series. A Game six is tomorrow night, and then
the NHL Playoffs Oilers did knock out the Stars. It's
going to be the Oilers and the Panthers in the
Stanley Cup Finals, with a Game one set for June fourth.

(13:41):
Red Sox will start a series with the Braves in
Atlanta tonight. And we are brought to you by Boston Vision.
As always, are you dealing with contact length, the zand
or glasses while your eyes are all itchy and watery
from all the allergies? While you can book a free,

Speaker 4 (14:09):
On eight World premiere Right there, Tate McGray brand new
called just keep watching. It's part of the f one
movie soundtrack. I like it. I think it's a jam.
You leg at least I love it.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
You like it, Winny, just keep listening.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
I like it. Okay, now we need to call it
twenty five. The Post Malone Jelly Roll Show is tomorrow
night out at your Letts Stadium. All week long, we've
been giving away a pair of tickets for the show.
Tomorrow night, and we've got one final pair right now.
We need to call it twenty five at six one
seven nine three one one one eight. You will need
the keyword, and the keyword is canceled. Canceled is the keyword,

(14:45):
and I think you know why. But in the meantime,
let's get some talk backs. It's the big Friday show.
Let's get I used.

Speaker 9 (14:51):
To have laryngitis.

Speaker 11 (14:53):
I get it every year, and you really really need
to take it easy to not whisper because it makes
it worse. Drink glass of cold and hot liquids and
you'll see a difference.

Speaker 12 (15:03):
I hope you get better soon.

Speaker 11 (15:06):
Mine was related to allergies, just by eye. But do
not whisper. It makes it worse. I have a great
day and get better soon.

Speaker 4 (15:15):
You know what's interesting. When Justin walked in early this morning,
I said, oh my god, you have laryngitis. I used
to get it every year for like ten years, almost
to the week to the day, every year for no reason.
I just lose my voice.

Speaker 5 (15:28):
Me too, more recently, but thank god, knock on win
it hasn't happened yet.

Speaker 2 (15:31):
But I didn't know the whispering was bad.

Speaker 4 (15:33):
Yes, that's what the doctor will tell you.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
Yeah, okay, so actually god, she said that.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
So we need to make you some tea with like
some honey.

Speaker 7 (15:41):
Yeah, and just talk regularly. The whispering's creepy. Stop wisp.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
I die for a cup of tea.

Speaker 4 (15:49):
The whispering, I'm telling you, could be damaging. Just don't whisper.
I know your attempted to do you want. It's very
frustrating it give me another talk back.

Speaker 6 (15:56):
Good morning morning crew.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
Justin so sorry about your voice.

Speaker 7 (16:01):
Did they put that shusher in your office since they
heard about it yesterday to shush you up?

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Hope you feel better. Have a great day, everybody.

Speaker 5 (16:09):
That was a revelation from the Karen Reid trial yesterday
when we had Catherine. Yeah, we never knew that they
had a shusher button. I know, so when they do
sidebars that Jerry cannot hear what the lawyers are talking
to the judge about.

Speaker 4 (16:20):
I wonder if it's new technology, because I've never heard
of the sushar.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
I've never heard of it, but yeah, I don't think
it's new.

Speaker 4 (16:26):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
That was very soothing.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
I'm not even lying. I sat here and I kind
of forgot that we were.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Half in the middle of a joke.

Speaker 11 (16:35):
Thank you for that, Justin. I hope you have a wonderful.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
Day as well.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Okay, the wrong one. I think you did play the
wrong one. That's okay, you know what You'm earlier? Oh right, yeah,
stop whispering.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
Happy Friday.

Speaker 9 (16:51):
It's the Mayor of the South, then, Justin, I'm so
sorry about your laryngitis.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
If there's anything I could do to help.

Speaker 6 (17:00):
Well, maybe I can.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Let's do a couple of intros.

Speaker 4 (17:03):
Here's new music Friday, and here's talk back playbacks, and
Billy let's hear for the news, and Lisa, what's the traffic.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Have a great day everyone.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
Honestly, he could be our fourth co host while you're
down and out.

Speaker 6 (17:18):
He really is.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
Anyways, he's on the show every day.

Speaker 6 (17:21):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (17:21):
I'll be here all morning. Okay, ever gonna come in here.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
But I think it ruins the mystical.

Speaker 5 (17:29):
Yeah, the magic of the Mayor is that, you know,
he does amazing talk about He's like the Oz.

Speaker 4 (17:34):
He's like exactly say that because I ran into him
once at the Boston Public Library and I felt like
I was meeting Oz.

Speaker 9 (17:41):
Well.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
I have a picture with him.

Speaker 4 (17:45):
Yeah, oh and I got a picture with him.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
Yeah, it's gonna ruin it for me if I meet him.
I don't want to meet him.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
Oh God, laryngitis.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Gillan on the phone.

Speaker 4 (17:55):
Okay, hey, Jillian, Hi, Jillian, I think you know why
you're calling. You do know why you're calling, right, I
sure do, well, Jillian, you are caller twenty five. But
you need a keyword.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
What is it?

Speaker 12 (18:12):
It's canceled.

Speaker 4 (18:13):
Canceled. Yeah, keyword. It's a big It's a big word
this morning, that's for sure.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
Story in Boston.

Speaker 4 (18:19):
Yeah, show is canceled at Fenway Park anyway. Yeah, you
now have a pair of tickets for tomorrow night, post
Malone and Jelly Roll. It's going to be a sensational show.
But but but you also qualify. Understand, you're one of
four people who qualified this week, So the odds of
you getting the floor seats are really really good. Okay, Julian, Okay,

(18:40):
thank you so much. Yeah, and if if you are
the winner, we'll get in touch with you and we'll
put you on the show later this morning. So be
ready for that dress up. You don't treat it like
a special occasion. Okay, I forget where we're going. There's
a lot going on. Ye yes, kiss, Hey guys, welcome back.

(19:04):
It's the Big Friday Show, The Billy and Lisa Morning Show.
You may have noticed you're not hearing much from Justin.
That's because although Justin is here, his voice isn't. He
has complete laryngitis, and we're doing everything we can to
fill the gaps and the show so to speak. In fact,
between breaks, I'm running up and downstairs lifting weights so

(19:24):
that I could bring some sort of muscular effect to
the morning show.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
O good, we love all the muscles, dude.

Speaker 4 (19:30):
Morning crew.

Speaker 10 (19:31):
Steve the Pharmacist here, Hey, Justin, you do not need
to say a single word through an entire episode. You
can find clips faster than anyone on the planet Earth,
and I bet you you can find a clip that
says exactly what you're trying to say at that moment.
It's kind of like that character from the Transformers movie
who would only tune in too different radio ads to

(19:55):
get his voice across.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
Talk to you later, honestly, thanks to you.

Speaker 7 (20:00):
Yeah, he's true, excellent, he's right.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
Yeah, he's got more than one side.

Speaker 6 (20:07):
He's not always a grouch and a four post.

Speaker 4 (20:12):
Okay, so big story this morning okay. Shakira was scheduled
for Fenway Park last night. They canceled the show last minute.
There was some sort of a structural setup problem on
the field, so there was no Shakiro show. And also
the Jason Elden if you're just waking up, the Jason Elden, Brooks,
Brooks and Dunn show for tonight at Fenway that's also canceled.

(20:33):
And what's amazing is some people who were going still
may not know that it's canceled for tonight.

Speaker 13 (20:38):
So I just drove by the Jason Aldan tractor trailer
truck on the mask pipe going toward Boston. Yeah, maybe
they didn't get the most I'm not sure what's going on.

Speaker 4 (20:49):
Wow, So haird al Dene's people don't know the show's off.
And again a lot of people would ticket tonight's show
at Fenway Park are still sleeping. They we haven't gotten
the news yet because the cancelation came down overnight last night.
But let's go to Tina in Worcester. Good morning, Tina,
good morning. Were you going to Shakiro last night?

Speaker 1 (21:13):
I was, yeah, boy, Me and my daughter, my cousin
were in and the canceled right as we're getting.

Speaker 13 (21:18):
Off the Masspike.

Speaker 4 (21:20):
Wow, so it was that close to showtime? Were you
going very early or were you within showtime?

Speaker 1 (21:27):
We were going to dinner first.

Speaker 4 (21:28):
Yeah. Yeah. You know what's funny you mentioned you have
a group that was going with you. Our boss was
going with eight people tonight to Brooks and Dunn and
Jason Eldan And I don't know if he knows yet.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
I'm sure I would have thought, yeah, I'm sure he knows.

Speaker 4 (21:45):
Yeah, no, Jason Elden. This is crazy because the Shakira
show was so last minute for fans. They flew in
from like.

Speaker 5 (21:52):
New Mexico and right, so even if you got trip
insurance travel insurance when you go to concerts, which is
actually a really good thing to.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
Do, they're already year.

Speaker 5 (22:00):
It's over that they checked into the hotel, so they
can't really get reimbursed for that kind of stuff.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
Mike from ra Hamshire.

Speaker 14 (22:07):
I was supposed to go to Shakira last night and
j cl Elden tonight. I won tickets to both shows
and nothing.

Speaker 13 (22:15):
Thanks a lot stage people, get you act together, then
come on, what.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
Are you doing?

Speaker 9 (22:22):
You?

Speaker 12 (22:22):
No?

Speaker 9 (22:22):
You know?

Speaker 5 (22:23):
I want more details though, like on what happened because
we were talking about it earlier. It was so close
to showtime that what happened.

Speaker 4 (22:32):
I don't think it was human error. I mean they're
saying structural. So think about this. You and I were
talking off the airlies that you know, with so much
rain the past few weeks, maybe the ground was soft
and the stage was too heavy and sick.

Speaker 5 (22:45):
Again, that's speculation show, but you're right it could have
been something like that.

Speaker 4 (22:51):
I mean, I did major in structural engineering. I know
that at MIT, and I think you know that.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
About it, but you couldn't spell on my tea.

Speaker 5 (22:58):
But even though this is horrible, at least it could
have been even worse if they hadn't found the structural problem, right,
this could have been disastrous.

Speaker 7 (23:06):
Yeah, no, it's true. My sister in law was supposed
to go last night to Shakier. She's Colombian with her
mom and sister and her niece. And my brother's friend
works at Fenway, and he texted at two saying that.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
Like the stage was collapsing.

Speaker 7 (23:19):
Yeah, so we like they knew that it wasn't gonna
be a little fixed in that in that sense of time.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
Mm hmmm, hmm Columbia. Yes, she's from Colombia.

Speaker 1 (23:28):
Yes she yes, she is. She's Colombian. She's from Colombia.

Speaker 4 (23:32):
Okay, okay, we get it. Yeah, a lot of people
came in from Colombia, New Mexico, Puerto Rico. I mean, yeah, crazy,
the good New.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
He has something he has to say.

Speaker 4 (23:43):
This is really difficult to do. I know, you can't
help yourself. I know.

Speaker 7 (23:47):
Go ahead, no no, no, go no, play your play
your clip, play your up.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
That's what you're here it for.

Speaker 11 (23:52):
Maybe your there we go on the first class thickets.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
So they're gonna have to know.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
Now it's topic time with the Villy and Lisa.

Speaker 6 (24:04):
In the morning.

Speaker 4 (24:06):
Hey guys, welcome back, and the topic is what went
down or didn't go down at to Fenway Park yesterday.
Shakiro was booked in for Fenway Park last night. Fans
were pouring in from all over the world, and what
happened late hours before.

Speaker 5 (24:18):
She was supposed to take the stage, Like at two o'clock,
fans were informed that the staging was having a problem,
it was unsafe, and they canceled both shows.

Speaker 4 (24:28):
Yeah, so Shakiro last night canceled tonight, Jason Aldan and
Brooks and Dunn canceled. And what's weird is we got
to talk back earlier on the show from somebody who
saw the Jason Aldan production truck headed to Fenway Park.

Speaker 5 (24:44):
Maybe some of their stuff was already there and now
they have to pick it up and bring it to
the next location.

Speaker 4 (24:49):
Yeah, but usually they keep the trucks right out behind
Fenway Park for all the gear.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
Well, sometimes they are like multiple trucks. They didn't drop
it off, and then one we'll pick it up and
the Yeah, then they keep going yeah.

Speaker 12 (24:59):
About the chiefs al Dean Brookston done show.

Speaker 9 (25:03):
Well, I got these tickets from my fiance.

Speaker 13 (25:05):
For Valentine's Day and he didn't get me a gift,
so maybe this is his karma.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
I'm sorry. That's a bigger topic.

Speaker 7 (25:14):
That's a bigger issue that you're getting your man present
he's not getting new one.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
Well, I wouldn't be marrying a man like that.

Speaker 4 (25:21):
Maybe that'll be Monday's topic time.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
Are we marrying men?

Speaker 9 (25:25):
Then?

Speaker 1 (25:25):
Obias presence either, good morning.

Speaker 3 (25:30):
I was supposed to be going to the Jason Aldin
and Brooks and dun concert tonight.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
We actually heard about four o'clock or four thirty yesterday
that Shakira's concert and the Aldan was canceled. So we
were able to get in touch with MLB regarding the refund.
But what we were told is that the stage collapsed. Yeah,
I think it's a little more insight.

Speaker 5 (25:52):
Yeah, yeah, that was the story. I do have some
options for people for tonight and tomorrow night. Teddy Swims
is at the stage Atself tonight at seven thirty and
it seems to be a few tickets available. And then
Countess Luanne is actually at the Box Center tomorrow night.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
Oh we love her.

Speaker 4 (26:10):
Yeah, the Countess is in town and she's not coming
in for coffee.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
She's thirty first, so tomorrow night. So those are two
options for hi.

Speaker 4 (26:18):
It's Countess Luanne.

Speaker 7 (26:20):
And if you're really into country and you can get
last min tickets to post Malone.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
Exactly at Jellette. So there are options.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
Yeah, you got a figure. If you can't go to
Jason Ldan, you can always try for post Malone and
what have you got there? Justin has a laryen gias.
He cannot speak. This is a weird show. But we're
using AI and we can talk to Justin. Justin, what
do you have to say?

Speaker 6 (26:41):
Guess who's back, bitches.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
Oh god, all right, I'm just getting started.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
Oh yeah, we were having some fun with us in
the studio a couple of minutes. Okay, yeah, he's doing
his best in there.

Speaker 6 (26:54):
He is shut up, Winnie.

Speaker 4 (26:59):
The larynge. This thing is weird because you're told not
even to whisper. It can do more damage and it's
so frustrating. At least so you have had it. I
used to get it every year because you just want
to talk. You tempted to talk, and it hurts.

Speaker 2 (27:14):
And sometimes it's triggered by allergies.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
Oh boy, maybe that's what happened to him.

Speaker 4 (27:17):
Yeah, I don't know, what do you think?

Speaker 6 (27:19):
Justin What are some other things to do?

Speaker 2 (27:21):
Check out the ice Cream Museum in Boston and the Seaport.

Speaker 11 (27:24):
It's a lot of fun.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
It can be fun with kids or without.

Speaker 4 (27:27):
Yeah. I actually did my TV show dining playbook from
the Museum of ice Cream.

Speaker 1 (27:32):
Yeah, you told me to take my nieces that I'm gonna.

Speaker 11 (27:33):
Have to do that.

Speaker 4 (27:34):
Very very cool place. I was surprised. And by the way,
there is a full bar if you want to go
with the family, you and your tour at a big
soda fountain like out of the fifties, and they have
all kinds of ice cream and everything, but you can
also get wine and stuff and it's a really good ticket.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
Okay, what's going on there? I think Ai is malfunctioning.

Speaker 9 (27:58):
Now.

Speaker 4 (27:58):
He's having too much fun with the AA.

Speaker 7 (28:00):
I think also, if you want some good I mean
care is Colombian and Lebanese. I mean I'm Lebanese Alwaddie
in Western Roxbury. Best Lebanese food will taste like your
sit domate it if you're into that, Lisa I was saying,
there's some also some topest places.

Speaker 5 (28:13):
Thankas out then Rita Torah, which is amazing. Nash Bar
if you want to get a little country action.

Speaker 4 (28:19):
There you go nash Bar, which by the way, is
right in the Theater district of Boston. If you're in
from out of town. There were so many areas and
neighborhoods of Boston to check out. Nash Bar is a
good call for country fans.

Speaker 15 (28:29):
Good Morney morning crew, Lisa Banking you love for twenty
five peaks to Colony at ps and Jemsburg. I'm so
sorry the concerts have been canceled, but I have a
wonderful suggestion. If you're in Boston, you must take the
duck tour. The duck boat tour was so amazing. I
did it for the first time last year at my grandchildren.
Had a couple of drinks in me because we went
to a little bar that was right there by when

(28:49):
you get on the boats.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
Was really lovely.

Speaker 15 (28:51):
But oh my goodness, brought me the teas I've been
in Boston all my life. First time I've ever done.
I have a great morning duck boat tour quick.

Speaker 7 (29:01):
I will say that doug are one of those one
of those tourist attractions.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
As the local you should do.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
Absolutely, yeah, absolutely, And by the way, I do a
TV show called Meet Boston. You can go to the
Meet Boston website and you'll find everything and anything to
do or places to eat in the city of Boston
and surrounding towns.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
Justin I just watching Justin In there right now.

Speaker 4 (29:24):
He's having too much fun right now. This is like
he's his son able with a video game or something.
What do you have to say, Justin.

Speaker 6 (29:32):
I wouldn't watch that with my eyes closed.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
AI, Justin go.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
To Meet Boston, by the way, brand new episode of
Meet Boston on nesson tomorrow morning at nine thirty, immediately
following Dining Playbook with Billy and Jenny.

Speaker 6 (29:47):
I wouldn't watch that with my eyes closed.

Speaker 12 (29:50):
On the train heading there, six stops away, get the
message cancel, thank you very much, turn around their back home.

Speaker 7 (30:04):
Maybe he's going to mention, yeah, because Shakira already canceled
the show before this member.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
She's gonna be at the gardener.

Speaker 5 (30:13):
Remember her show that there was a hap what was
it appatitis outbreak?

Speaker 2 (30:18):
Yeah, yeah, very recent, Yes, no, it was appetitis. It
was measles.

Speaker 4 (30:24):
Oh, the measles up right, God, she would have been
better off in prison.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
This is Yeah, there's some like bad Judeo.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
Yeah, Mike here.

Speaker 14 (30:33):
So for all those out of towners coming in for
the concert, they can do a couple of things this weekend.
They can either go to the Red Sox and be
completely disappointed as as and watch them lose. Or they
can rent a car and hop on the Mask Pike
for an adventure in Boston traffic yep, aggravation, congestion, and
a touch of road rage, probably thinks Mike.

Speaker 4 (30:54):
Yeah, well, we're trying to be a little bit more upbeat.
We feel bad for the Shakira fans absolutely and the
Jason Eldan our boss was going to Jason Elden tonight
with seven other people, eight people, a group of eight.

Speaker 7 (31:06):
Sorry, the Red Sox aren't here, that's why there they're
in Atlanta with the It's at Fenway Metro West.

Speaker 4 (31:12):
Mike, Mike, Mike's just trying to have some fun.

Speaker 2 (31:15):
Was trying to be helpful.

Speaker 4 (31:16):
Yeah, yeah, the Red Sox are in Atlanta with the
Braves all weekend, first game tonight.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
That's why.

Speaker 4 (31:22):
Yeah, you see the way it works, Mike, is the
Red Sox go out of town and then concerts come to.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
Tell I think now we're piling on my.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
But the Masspike is a good jip LEAs you got
to avoid that later to Yeah.

Speaker 5 (31:39):
Yeah, it's starting at nine o'clock tonight through five am Monday.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
That's a long time.

Speaker 4 (31:44):
You know what we're doing. We're touching all the bases.
We really But I got to tell you the the
Teddy Swims thing is a good idea at Suffolk Down
why not? And if you can get some post Malone
tickets last minute for tomorrow's show, good idea if you
were planning on and Jason el Dean. Hey, you guys.

Speaker 9 (32:02):
Sorry, Justin is not feeling well. But there is a
little humor in the fact that he has his kids
tomorrow for the Posty concert, because Jim's going to be
gone all week for the concert, and and he has
no voice. I don't know why I find out money.

Speaker 6 (32:19):
I am not happy about this.

Speaker 4 (32:20):
Yeah, when are you gonna maybe sit tomorrow?

Speaker 1 (32:22):
Absolutely not.

Speaker 4 (32:24):
Maybe. Producer Riley lives right next door.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
Does she lives down there?

Speaker 2 (32:28):
Yeah? She could go over and held out.

Speaker 9 (32:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (32:30):
I don't see Riley yelling at kids though.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
No.

Speaker 1 (32:32):
I love yelling at kids.

Speaker 4 (32:33):
I know you do.

Speaker 1 (32:35):
I've watched it.

Speaker 5 (32:36):
I've had Winnie at different birthday parties, and she clears
the bouncy house.

Speaker 4 (32:40):
She's like a trained security guards.

Speaker 6 (32:42):
It's good alive.

Speaker 4 (32:45):
You would have made a great mall cop.

Speaker 1 (32:48):
Do you know I worked at them?

Speaker 7 (32:51):
I worked and I got fired from the South Sharp Plaza.

Speaker 9 (32:55):
No.

Speaker 2 (32:55):
Wasn't there some sort of insid on like.

Speaker 1 (32:57):
The wall cop. Yeah, yeah, the ball cop.

Speaker 4 (33:00):
They're weird. You were charged with enough. I was a
charge thing with the mall com.

Speaker 7 (33:05):
He accused me of sexual harassment. If you saw him,
you know that wasn't true. There was no sexual harassment.

Speaker 4 (33:15):
Write that story right. Get this, So, Winny, who would
be a perfect mall cop right, worked at a mall
and got into a fight with the mall cops and
got fired.

Speaker 6 (33:26):
Fired when you're a skinner, No, i'm not.

Speaker 1 (33:32):
No, i'm not, i'm not.
