Speaker 2 (01:11):

The book club that's coming up on July seventeenth. My
guest list, my private guest list is now closed.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:32):
We have so many people wanting to go to this event.
So it's at the Mandarin. We just did a beautiful
walk through last week with our marketing team. So yeah,
it's doctor Paracne who's a dermatologist to the stars.
Speaker 1 (01:43):
But it's sold out, sold out in the second No
more dms is what you're saying.
Speaker 4 (01:47):
No more Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:49):
Oh my god, yeah god. How do you deal with
that when you have like five hundred dms all wanting
to get on Europe?
Speaker 4 (01:54):
I know, and everyone has like a great story about
why they want to come. So I tried to do
my best. Yeah yeah, and I look forward to seeing
everyone on July seventeenth.
Speaker 6 (02:01):
Okay, before we get to our player for the Mega
Match game, I do want to say we talked a
lot of crap, you know, in good fun about Billie's
Nantucket Special. I did watch it this weekend and it
was really good. You and Jenny did a great job.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Thank you. Yeah, I was very flattered that you spend
time and watched the entire one hour special yep, which
by the way, is going to air several times, so
I'll let you know in advance when it's going to
be on again. But I actually watched it, and I
never you know, well, I don't always watch it. It
made me. It kind of made me want to go
to Nantucket, and you should.
Speaker 4 (02:31):
It's a great it's a great take. You can just
go for the day.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Yeah, we had a player, but they just they just
they are gone. They crazy.
Speaker 6 (02:39):
I don't know what happened. They could have dropped off,
that's but.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Yeah. Any questions here, Good.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
Morning listener Lisa.
Speaker 7 (02:51):
Here.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
I am just very curious.
Speaker 8 (02:53):
Is the mayor of the South End really the mayor
of the South End?
Speaker 9 (02:57):
Or is it just like a little stick.
Speaker 10 (02:59):
And you have an Instagram page?
Speaker 8 (03:01):
Because I am currently obsessed with him and probably would
like to follow him if you can, just let them know,
thank you, have a great week.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Well, he's the only mayor of the South End that
we know of, so to us, he'll always be the mayor.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
It's more ceremonial because Michelle wu is actually the mayor
in Boston. Yeah, but no, but yeah, he's our guy.
Speaker 11 (03:22):
He's our mayor, and I think it's better for everyone
to look at him as the ways of a boss.
You don't need to follow him. He doesn't have Instagram
and you don't need to know anything about him. I
think he's just the voice behind our show. Yeah, and
probably for you, honestly.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
Yeah, probably under the witness protection probably, but you know
what he adds to our show, which we appreciate. You'll
be here all morning. Yeah, Okay, Hey, we've got somebody
on the line. Let's go to Eliza in North the
End over. Good morning, Eliza. I Eliza, you're on the rebound,
so you better be good. We had a caller and
(03:55):
they dropped off, so now we've got you Eliza. Okay,
oh cool, Okay, you have you been playing along? Keeping score?
Speaker 12 (04:03):
I have, but I didn't know you guys were doing
seven ten this morning. So those are the only two
numbers literally that I don't have. I see someone said
something about a certain number on your social media, so
I know not to get that one.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
But okay, okay, well all right, Eliza, you ready to go?
Speaker 12 (04:21):
I am whenever you guys are all.
Speaker 1 (04:22):
Let's play the game. It's time to play. Just want away, Oh, Eliza,
thee thousand bucks is still in there. We get a
lot of prizes left. So Eliza, what's going to be
your first pick?
Speaker 12 (04:38):
I will pick number fourteen please, And if that was
the one at sevent ten, people are going to be
very mad at me.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
But let's go back one hundred dollars. Nurse Fiona, Oh
oh yeah, she's gonna scrape your face.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Baby. What's your next pick?
Speaker 12 (04:55):
Number twenty nine? Please?
Speaker 4 (04:58):
What?
Speaker 1 (05:01):
Here we go?
Speaker 11 (05:02):
That's a good a good prize. I go there every month.
You're gonna love it.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
Yeah, Eliza, this is good. So we got two winners
thanks to you in one morning, back to back.
Speaker 12 (05:14):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
I'm very excited and good luck. You're gonna love it.
You're gonna leave there feeling like a new person. Nurse
Fiona is like magical, and yeah, I think.
Speaker 6 (05:25):
We can talk to them. You put her back on.
What are you doing, Eliza? Congratulations, You'll have a great time.
You can get skincare, you can get lays of hair removal,
you can get boattox, whatever you want.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
Congrats.
Speaker 4 (05:37):
Awesome.
Speaker 12 (05:37):
I need it all, so.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Don't we all?
Speaker 6 (05:41):
Yeah, we'll do it again at twelve ten, and then
we added another play in the afternoon too, so abros,
we'll get even more winners. So twelve ten, three, ten, and.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
Four prizes are flying out of here for the Mega
match game. There you go, Lisa Kiss. Okay, so this
is an interesting one. We're all always kind of interested
and focused on what people are doing the trends right now, Justin,
is this a TikTok trend?
Speaker 6 (06:06):
Yeah, it's a social media trend. It's just basically moms
who's you know, have young children, teenagers or maybe a
little bit younger, who are addicted to screens. They're on
their iPads, iPhones, they're not going outside. They started a
new trend to get kids off the screens and outside.
And back in the nineties there were no screens. So yeah,
the basically a nineties trend to you know, encourage kids.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
This I love it. So it's like, get your kids
out in the backyard, get them playing with the hose water,
get him riding their bikes, playing cornhole, doing spike ball,
just like hanging out like we all did back in
the day.
Speaker 1 (06:41):
Did you start playing did you say, playing with the
hose like hose water?
Speaker 11 (06:46):
Like if you don't have a pool or a sprinkler,
don't have pools, Bill, you had a pool growing up,
I didn't we need to sprinkle.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
I have to tell you that we did that with
the kids early on. We would just put that like
sprinkler on and they would just run through. You do
it like an old school slip and slide.
Speaker 13 (07:00):
Yeah, all right, there's three reasons to come inside.
Speaker 4 (07:05):
You're bleeding, you're injured, you start storming.
Speaker 13 (07:10):
You don't have those three reasons.
Speaker 4 (07:11):
You stay outside, and if you're thirsty, hold your own corner.
Speaker 7 (07:16):
You know what.
Speaker 4 (07:16):
Also, water balloon fights yep.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Oh we still have those am my own really right, yep.
Speaker 6 (07:21):
My son loves them. They're actually really cool. Now they
have a they're can attach to the hose. Yeah, and
they're all separated, so you just turn the hose on.
It fills them.
Speaker 4 (07:28):
All up and there's like fifty of them them individually.
Speaker 6 (07:31):
Yeah, my son loves them so much. We have the
reusable water balloons that we haven't.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
How does that work?
Speaker 6 (07:38):
So it's just like it's like a ball. It's puts
in half and you just dunk it in water and
it fills and you can throw it and when you
throw it its it explodes. It's pretty cool. I love
this because I'm all for kids being outside. Yeah, you know,
in the screens all day. My only issue is in
the nineties you could go out all day and your
parents didn't worry about you. Yeah right, Yeah, scary world.
Speaker 11 (08:00):
But I think the good thing is known that you have,
like I know, you put an air tag on your son.
We do, you know, helmet and then there's way more
security in that sense, like you have ring cameras if
they're in the front yard or the backyard, right.
Speaker 4 (08:13):
Yeah, you do. And plus a lot of kids do
have phones, so it'll probably still be with them.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (08:18):
I mean, we used to be out literally all day
until the street lights came on, same with me.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
When it's same with me, and then it sound a siren.
There was a horn and you knew you better get
home within five minutes.
Speaker 4 (08:28):
Yeah, my aunt used to have one of those bells
that she would ring.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
Oh how about you mentioned the hose. Why don't you
put the hose in your hand in water the plants? Yeah, yeah,
that too, doesn't hurt.
Speaker 6 (08:39):
I just feel like, you know, in the summertime, if
it's you know, eighty degrees out, it's beautiful out.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
There's no reason to be in the house, no reason
on an iPad, yeah, or downstairs playing games video games.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
All day, right, because the screen time just creates so
much anxiety for so many kids that it's just like
if you get yourself outside and moving, you're gonna feel better.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (09:00):
My mom would lock the door so like we had
like no, like we have like a screen door and
then like the you know, the storm door. So she
would leave the screen door and lock the screen door
so that you like you call in like you'd want something,
but she'd lock us out because I would be begging
to come back inside.
Speaker 4 (09:14):
You know what we used to do old school hopscotch,
remember with the chalk and you can still do it
on the driveway.
Speaker 6 (09:21):
Yeah, that's the one with the squares yeah right, yeah, yeah,
we kind of a chick game.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
I did hopscotch, hopscotch.
Speaker 13 (09:31):
That was sirens are calling him home, Siren, I'll tell
you you had five minutes or you get a.
Speaker 4 (09:43):
Or just play basketball, right, just like you got all exactly? Kickball?
Speaker 1 (09:50):
Yeah, kickball is good. Yeah, I remember the old days.
Speaker 13 (09:53):
Bill.
Speaker 7 (09:54):
Can we tell when explaining that there are two kinds
with warning? Without any warning?
Speaker 1 (10:02):
Yeah? What would you do if it actually came and hit? Do?
Speaker 7 (10:05):
Then we must be ready for a new danger? Yeah,
the atomic bomb. First, you have to know what happens
when an atomic bomb explodes. There is a bright flash
brighter than the sun, brighter than anything you've ever seen.
It could knock you down hard or throw you against
a tree or a wall if you don't cover.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
It all safer. Oh is that awful flash?
Speaker 4 (10:28):
Sirs?
Speaker 1 (10:30):
One shoes saw the flash? It was over his Stormy
found O w them in Boston.
Speaker 4 (10:34):
I like to listen to Billy and Lisa in the
morning on Kiss Went Away. Hey, Lisa, Now the entertainment
updates with a Billy copstop.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Okay, here we go, So Brad Pittza if One movie
took in about sixty million in the US over the weekend,
more than one hundred and forty million worldwide, and Lisa Dunovan,
you went to the movies and you saw bread Pitt
I did.
Speaker 4 (10:56):
We were at Legacy Showcase Saturday night. I brought the
boys and I have to say, it's a hit. It's
a hit for Apple, it's a hit for the movies.
It's the same director as Maverick Top Guns Maverick. It's
the same feeling that like big soundtrack, like the rev
of the F one Engines. The cinematography was next level.
They actually went to all of the major F one courses, like, yeah,
(11:17):
there's one in Miami, a few and there's one in Italy.
So they really brought you to the races and you
could feel it and definitely go see it in the theater.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
Was Brad Pitt believable as an F one driver?
Speaker 4 (11:29):
He was definitely believable and he's definitely still really cute.
The only thing I'll have to say is the story
was a little light on, you know, not much meat
to that, not much meat to the story. But it
was great and go see it again. Like my kids
loved it and they never like come out of a
theater like loving something as much as they love this one.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
And the soundtrack of the music to this movie is incredible.
Everybody's on it.
Speaker 4 (11:52):
Yeah, I mean you really like hear the ed scheron
song drive, which was amazing. Tate McCrae is on it,
so I have to say, like I loved it. I
would go see it again. More about the cinematography, Absolutely
racing and Lewis Hamilton is one of the producers on it,
and he's the f one driver.
Speaker 1 (12:06):
My son Dylan saw with a bunch of friends Friday night.
He said the same thing. He said, the cinematography, the
way they shot and handled the driving sequences was amazing.
Is it appropriate for absolutely eight eight eight years old?
Speaker 7 (12:19):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (12:19):
Absolutely?
Speaker 1 (12:20):
Who was the female lead?
Speaker 4 (12:21):
You know, I didn't know her. She sounded like she
had a like a an Irish accent. I had never
seen her before.
Speaker 1 (12:29):
You said she was first cut.
Speaker 3 (12:30):
I don't know.
Speaker 9 (12:30):
Have youer?
Speaker 4 (12:31):
Bar Down was great?
Speaker 1 (12:32):
Oh god, yeah, I love him.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
Yeah, he played sort of the head of the of
the race car, you know, conglomerate that hired Brad Pitt.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
I watched No Country for Old Men this weekend. I've
seen it like ten times. Classes. Yeah, it's just all right,
We're on at least so good the Bezos wedding. You
are Lisa the fashionista, So what were the highlights from
the wedding this week? And besides the fact that Tom
Brady was hitting up Sidney Sweeney.
Speaker 4 (12:56):
Okay, we talked about that on Friday, how Sidney Sweeney
was on the guest and we were like, what, like,
what is her connection? But yeah, I guess she and
Tom and Orlando Bloom were all getting cozy. And then
the next morning they were seen walking around the streets
of Venice together, all three of them. All three of them.
Speaker 6 (13:11):
Said Tom had her ear the most. He was dancing with,
Sydney spent the most time with her, Tom working it.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
Yeah, And it's funny because Friday Lisa was saying, I
don't get it, why is Sydney Sweeney there? And then
she became the person everybody wanted to spend time with.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Yeah, exactly. Now, I will say that Lauren Sanchez, her
dress is by Dulchangaban. It was very like appropriate, it
was very beautiful. And I read somewhere that Jeff Bezos
wanted to see the dress before the wedding and she
wouldn't let him.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
Wow, she went to school, all right.
Speaker 7 (13:39):
So I know you guys were talking about Tom Brady
at the wedding this weekend.
Speaker 9 (13:43):
But did you see the shoes he was wearing.
Speaker 10 (13:46):
They were green velvet with a bow and a heel.
Speaker 4 (13:49):
They really looked like lady's shoes.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
Anyway, I love you guys.
Speaker 6 (13:54):
He was wearing green shoes with the body else that
wore green shoeses we did.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
Look I'm the only one wearing Kelly green pat and
leather shoes.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
I'm sorry, can we see them? I have never seen
anything like that in my life. Okay, And I want
to give a big shout out to Chloe Kardashian for me.
She had the dress.
Speaker 1 (14:13):
Okay, sorry ahead of my time with the green.
Speaker 4 (14:16):
You were phil She looked beautiful. I say, like she
gets best dressed. She looked even more than the bride.
She was wearing this light pink with like these feathers
and diamonds.
Speaker 11 (14:28):
It was just her hair with great hair. Look was
great like the glam that's jewelry.
Speaker 4 (14:33):
Yeah, so she gets best dressed.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
For me, all right. Something else happened this weekend the
Glastonbury Festival in the UK. Olivia Rodrigo brought out ed
Sharon to do his song the eighteen I say she's
in the class eighty.
Speaker 4 (14:48):
Look in the day and this waste is lazy.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
Place, slowly sinking.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
Wasting, nicely done. She actually was the show Glastonbury. Lewis
Capaldi returned to Glastonbury two years after he couldn't finish
his performance because of Tourett's That was a special moment,
and so was his moment on the stage this weekend.
He sang that song two years ago for a deffinite reason.
Speaker 3 (15:19):
I think I might struggle sing let's name for another reason,
Let's tame us.
Speaker 1 (15:25):
It's a good reason. So I feel joined me in
singing this my name Louis Capaldi and I'm back Baby,
here we go.
Speaker 10 (15:37):
It sells songs soon.
Speaker 1 (15:47):
Me saying this Teleco love as you can't who you
(16:10):
think it's easy to get a hundred thousand people to
sing along with you, not once, but twice.
Speaker 6 (16:16):
I don't know how Lewis Capaldi held it together, but
he did. Man, he was struggling a bit to hold
the tears in, but yeah, pretty powerful.
Speaker 1 (16:23):
Do belip I had five sold out shows at Wembley
Stadium in London this weekend and she did some Shernad
O'Connor nicely done, classic song, Classic song. Another tour I'll
(17:00):
function for Beyonce over the weekend at her homecoming No
Less in Houston, Texas.
Speaker 7 (17:05):
UH.
Speaker 1 (17:05):
Part of the show, she flies around in a convertible
hanging from cables and things suddenly went awry.
Speaker 10 (17:23):
This she set the concert I want to take you.
Speaker 1 (17:40):
To be having a lot of technical issues on this tour.
Didn't she have to cancel a couple of shows earlier
in the tour.
Speaker 6 (17:47):
I think this one was kind of scary. The car
was tilted like it was going to fall, and she
was holding on. You could tell. But you know, she's
a pro. She she battled through it.
Speaker 11 (17:54):
Well, not only her, but if the car felt what
I fell on people right, so like that that's besides
I mean, I hope she's okay, But besides that, there's
a ton of people below her with the car what
it falls.
Speaker 1 (18:04):
I think the production people are having a little talking
to this morning, a little bit from Jay Z if
no one else. Kendrick Lamarin says I have the highest
grossing co headlining tour of all time, one point one
million tickets sold so far, coming up on three hundred
million dollars in the first twenty three shows along. That's
a serious cake, right there. Boy and Will Smith did
(18:26):
a freestyle this weekend. It seems he's taking shots at
Chris Rock and I am too grown to play childish games.
Speaker 14 (18:32):
But if you're talking crazy, out your face up on
the stage and disrespect me on the stage, expect me
on the stage. Jokers, get out, crap out when it's
time to take it. A city full of real ones
wasn't raised to fake it?
Speaker 1 (18:44):
Okay, what I mean?
Speaker 3 (18:46):
You're not to drop off?
Speaker 1 (18:48):
Yeah, you're either sorry or you're not. You don't come
out saying I want to get together with Remember he did.
Speaker 3 (18:54):
The whole Yeah, the whole thing where he was on
the apology tour. Now of a sudden, he's yes. Watch him,
watch him mouth like a rapping mo.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
Yeah, he's still trying to make music. We have.
Speaker 14 (19:04):
I'm about to do some investing on you and your
best ski, you and your on a jet ski.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
I'll change your life if you like this song sounds
like a talent show at Milon Academy.
Speaker 14 (19:16):
Right.
Speaker 6 (19:19):
That came from his new album that just came out.
It's called Based on a True Story. Anyone want to
guess how many copies it's sold? Just just guess.
Speaker 3 (19:25):
Well, but wait, like there's a question, there's like copies.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
Like one hundred less than ten, two hundred and sixty eight. Okay, Wow,
talk about falling off the earth. He was number one Blockbush,
get in with it, I mean.
Speaker 11 (19:40):
Right, yeah the nineties, in the early two thousands, you
had plenty ahead.
Speaker 4 (19:44):
Yeah, Miami Miami was a good song.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
Yeah in the morning. Is that we need to pay
tribute to the good Will Smiths over the year he.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
Got that so many God, Oh, I feel for him.
Speaker 11 (19:54):
I feel like he's going through a ever since everything
happened Chris Rock, he just can't get his bearings back.
It threw him because he was always so everyone loved him,
the nicest guy in Hollywood, and he fell from grace
and now he is doing horrible music.
Speaker 1 (20:08):
Yeah, big doings in New York City. The jury gets
the Diddy case today. This has been an interesting story. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (20:17):
You know when when the trial started, it was like, oh,
he's going to jail for life. Yes, now it's questionable
is going to get off.
Speaker 1 (20:23):
You and I are starting to think he might go free.
Speaker 3 (20:25):
He has to do some type of jail time. He's disgusting.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
Maybe time already served right for a year.
Speaker 6 (20:31):
They proved that, they proved that he was he's a disgusting,
degenerate guy.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
But but did he commit a criminal that he's accused, I.
Speaker 3 (20:40):
Mean he did it.
Speaker 11 (20:41):
Did prove that he did move people through state lines
top sect. So I think that's sex trafficking, is it not?
Speaker 6 (20:47):
If he gets out, did they prove the case? That's
I guess up to the jury.
Speaker 1 (20:52):
If he gets out, you think there's any baby oh
I left.
Speaker 11 (20:55):
If he gets out, he literally will have probably, I
mean he'll set have some money because obviously a lot
of it.
Speaker 3 (21:01):
But I mean, who would ever work with him ever?
Speaker 1 (21:03):
Again, Well, he's gonna have a lot of enemies when
he gets out.
Speaker 6 (21:06):
Nobody runs out of baby oil. When you have a
bottle of baby oil Johnson and Johnson, you have it
for your whole life.
Speaker 3 (21:11):

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Yeah, it never runs out, because like a drop is
enough for your whole body. Cases. Natasha Beddingfield is heading
out on tour. She's actually kicking off the tour here
in Boston. At Big Night Live September twenty fifth, talked

Speaker 11 (21:48):
I have to look up a bit to take it
to available still for Boston, because if Lisa sold out
Big Night Live before Natasha bedding Field did.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
Or if Lisa sold it out in Natasha, can't.
Speaker 3 (22:00):

Speaker 1 (22:49):
Other than Chris Rock getting smacked.
Speaker 6 (22:51):
I think Chris Rock setuld smack him and just say, dude,
stop making music.
Speaker 10 (22:54):
I love Billy and Lisa kiss.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
Thank you so much? Talkback leftover? Was you ready on?
But I was going to come over and say hello
to you? Why was Billy walking?
Speaker 3 (23:04):
He starts walking?
Speaker 1 (23:05):
I had a message I was going to say to you,
But then when he said where are you going? Where
are you going? Can you tell me on the era? No?
Speaker 6 (23:11):
No, okay, we'll save it off the air because a
couple of minutes ago we played the game, the nineties
game there and uh, you know, we revisited some of
the big nineties songs. We'll have a bonus round coming
up at nine in the wrap up with songs that
we left on the table, if you will, just listening to.
Speaker 9 (23:25):
Your game about the ninety songs. I worked overnight this weekend.
Speaker 5 (23:29):
I'm a nurse and it was.
Speaker 9 (23:32):
All these young girls and nobody knew who Olympscuit was.
I was playing a song, nobody knew who they were,
and I never felt so old in my entire life.
Speaker 3 (23:43):
Is that the Nookie guy?
Speaker 1 (23:44):
Nookie Bait? Good job win? Wow? Olympescu was huge late nineties,
early two thousands. You kidding me?
Speaker 11 (23:55):
I remember performing the Nookie music video was like fire

Speaker 3 (24:00):
It was like a big It was a little memory
I have.
Speaker 6 (24:04):
Yeah, they're still performing. Fred Jerris looks in an old
age home. Gray beard boy?
Speaker 1 (24:12):
Is that like thrasher music? Like antive?
Speaker 3 (24:17):
Like there's a mosh pit or two going on?
Speaker 1 (24:18):
Yeah, maybe a little bit.
Speaker 6 (24:20):
Yeah, you missed the game there. Things got a little
bit crazy. Billy was trying to steal answers from Lisa.
Speaker 4 (24:25):
She wasn't I know who it is? I know who
it is. He gets so aggressive.
Speaker 6 (24:36):
Oh yeah, so much so, and most times it's wrong.
He just jumps down your throat. So good for you, Lisa,
I know who it is.
Speaker 8 (24:44):
Okay, I just meant to leave a talkback for you guys,
and I left it for some rock New Hampshire station
by accidents.
Speaker 1 (24:53):
Maybe they were playing hilarious.
Speaker 8 (24:54):
But I have a question anyone whose dogs who are
scared of fireworks? And he recommendations thinking about getting one
of those vests that I've heard or seen for my dog.
Damn foot lightning and fireworks. Perhaps, but I'm worried for
my dog is petrified of loud noises and the four festivities.
Speaker 4 (25:13):
Coming up let me know.
Speaker 6 (25:14):
Yeah, it's coming up this weekend. So a lot of
people are pet including you, and.
Speaker 1 (25:18):
This is a very big deal in our life, especially
Fourth of July. Titus is freaked out, we don't know why.
Freaked out by fireworks. He runs downstairs and gets pretty
much under the bed.
Speaker 3 (25:28):
Thankfully, I'm in Randolph.
Speaker 11 (25:29):
There's really not much popping off there, if you know
what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (25:32):
But there were no fireworks in random.
Speaker 11 (25:34):
I heard them faintly the other day, more, you know,
more like someone putting them off, and it didn't seem
to bother my dog.
Speaker 3 (25:39):
So I'm lucky.
Speaker 1 (25:40):
I was probably fine somewhere else and not going to
put the fireworks up in the industrial pot.
Speaker 11 (25:44):
Well the thing I live in a you know, a complex, right,
But if.
Speaker 4 (25:47):
You were taking your dogs to fireworks, But what would
you do?
Speaker 11 (25:50):
What would you I couldn't take Yeah, I would never
take my dogs.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
You know.
Speaker 6 (25:54):
They have the celebrations, right, the festivities we have, everyone goes,
but then it's the people that light fires off separately.
After the event, they go all night in my house.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
They do well. Well, we walk around Charles down a
lot and if we happen to be over by the
Constitution and they fire the cannons, he will drag me
all the way back to the boat because if I
don't know what happened to him, I mean, he's a rescue.
Speaker 11 (26:18):
I love how you're a grown man being dragged by
a forty five pound dog.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
He's a very strong, fifty five pound us.
Speaker 6 (26:26):
Yeah, let's have muscle. Yeah, so I'll give I'll give
you that. Did chickens get scared of fireworks?
Speaker 4 (26:32):
They could, they could.
Speaker 1 (26:34):
Oh you're doing that thing, you're setting off fireworks.
Speaker 4 (26:36):
And you're gonna get you know what you're gonna do.
You're gonna get like little baby like headphones for them.
You know they give kids headphones.
Speaker 6 (26:42):
Don't give my wife any ideas, please, she's already getting
them dresses and outfits. And it's a vest to one
of the chickens is getting pecked by the other chickens,
and so she's buying a vest to put on the
chicken to prevent the pecking. Well, the hen got a
beat down, Yeah, The poor thing is the pecking order,
it's nature. Yeah, but she's an ic The chicken now
(27:03):
is in ICU, which is my garage.
Speaker 10 (27:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (27:06):
God, this chicken thing has taken over your lives. Yeah.
So usually I have some fireworks at my house, but
now I'm a little concerned. Not a good idea.
Speaker 6 (27:13):
Yeah, and you know you think about I do think
about the dogs in the neighborhood.
Speaker 14 (27:16):
You know.
Speaker 1 (27:16):
I don't want to. I don't want to upset anything.
Most dogs are freaked out by fireworks.
Speaker 6 (27:20):
Yeah, so what do you think the quarter stick that
I have, don't set it the don't do that.
Speaker 4 (27:24):
I would. I would skip that this year.
Speaker 3 (27:27):
You're going to blow off like your hand or something.
Speaker 1 (27:30):
Just kidding. I don't have a quarter sticks. Those are legal,
Like you said, staff, Well, everything's illegal here. We have
to go over the border to North Country together. You
can't buy those things, and there you get Roman candles
and stuff.
Speaker 14 (27:43):
You know.
Speaker 1 (27:44):
So anyway, you guys are house.
Speaker 11 (27:47):
If you're setting off fireworks, I'm good. I want to
keep my body.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
To many people, like the whole town.
Speaker 11 (27:53):
I mean, every friend he's ever acquired is there at
his house.
Speaker 6 (27:57):
And you guys are welcome to yeah, yeah, you want
to come and meet the people least I know.

call from a woman about her daughter.
Speaker 12 (29:58):
She's been to eighteen weddings in two years, and she's
invited to seven more.
Speaker 1 (30:05):
Than imagine that.
Speaker 4 (30:08):
She said she spent sixty to seventy thousand dollars last year.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
That's just insanity.
Speaker 3 (30:13):
She's in eleven. That's the twenty five weddings.
Speaker 1 (30:15):
You got to just say no at some point. Yeah.
Speaker 11 (30:18):
Yeah, I don't like twenty five people that much to
go to their weddings.
Speaker 1 (30:21):
I don't. I don't really know that.
Speaker 4 (30:23):
I don't know not many people, right, Yeah, crazy
