Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey guys, welcome back. We've got a couple of tickets.
(00:02):
See do what a leeper. She's coming to Boston next week.
All we need is a college twenty five. A college
twenty five. When you call in, you will need the keyword,
and the keyword is SNL.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
SNL is the keyword.
Speaker 1 (00:15):
And that's because our next guest is James Austin Johnson.
He's going to be performing tonight a very cool place.
I've been there, The Cut in a Gloucester. And if
you're not familiar with James Austin Johnson, well you might
know him as the.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
President of the United States on Saturday Night Live. That's right,
it's me, hot Jack Trump. They finally got the body right.
He rose from the dead on the third day. I
would have done it faster or possibly do. I will
elect anyone I started that. Oh, thank you. It's me. Hi,
I'm the problem.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
It's me.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
And by the way, James, I'm sure it's sold up.
And in case you want to check on tickets, you
just go to the Cutlive dot com.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
Good morning, James.
Speaker 4 (00:58):
You got it baby? What's up everybody? How you doing well?
Speaker 1 (01:01):
I gotta tell you, James, I really was hoping you'd
be in the studio live doing Trump this morning.
Speaker 5 (01:07):
Well, I'm in Princeton Junction train platform right now. I'm
trying to get on a train to get up there
to Boston. I did a show at Princeton last night,
entertain the Children of America. You know what I mean.
I mean they're about to have all their funding cut.
I mean, these these universities. You know, we really got
to these these Princeton kids. They come from meager background,
(01:28):
really rough neighborhoods, and I'm there to provide a service
as it could all go away. You know, any moment
life is short.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Yeah, that's what we love about you, James. You're always
giving back.
Speaker 4 (01:39):
I'm a big you know, I'm comedy.
Speaker 5 (01:42):
It's you know, it goes comedy and volunteering and not
necessarily in that order.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
I got to tell you, James, the place you're performing
is in Glocester tonight. Beautiful town. But the Cut is
a fairly new place. It's a very cool room. I
think you're gonna love it.
Speaker 6 (01:56):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (01:56):
I can't wait to perform, you know, I do. I do.
Speaker 5 (01:58):
I've been doing comedy all summer and I you know,
I feel rested. I feel ready, not tan. I'm pretty pale,
but I think that's gonna be fair. You know, it's
gonna be part of the course for Gloucester, I think.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
And James, since we have you, I got to ask,
what the hell is going on with Saturday Night Live?
But why is everybody leaving?
Speaker 6 (02:21):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (02:21):
You know, I think we had the big SNL fifty
celebration and there are a lot of people, you know,
staying on for that. And what's happening now is the
same thing that happens at the beginning of every season.
You know, there is just a molting period where you
know how birds, you know, they pecked themselves to death,
growing new feathers. That we're doing, we're slipping out of
(02:44):
our little snake skin. We're becoming something new and fresh.
We're getting the youth of America.
Speaker 4 (02:49):
On the show. Yeah. You know what's great about season
fifty one, People.
Speaker 5 (02:55):
Like James Austin Johnson are just hitting their stride.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
He wasn't going.
Speaker 4 (03:03):
Anywhere I go. Yeah, so it'll be interesting. You know.
Speaker 5 (03:07):
I can't wait to get out there on that first
show and do it to him.
Speaker 4 (03:12):
You know, now, I.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Haven't heard I heard a rumor. I don't know if
this is fact. Colin Joe's Michael Jay are they leaving
the weekend update?
Speaker 4 (03:20):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (03:20):
Man, I am the last to hear about anything. I'm
the one with a three year old and you know,
stuff to do in the morning, so that nobody tells
me anything. I can't stay late at any hot Hollywood
parties finding out the hot goss because I gotta I
gotta help with potty training.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
So and you're asking the wrong guy.
Speaker 5 (03:39):
You need you need to get Marcello Hernandez on, somebody
who stays up past one am.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
Yeah, and forget you're also giving back to those poor
kids in Princeton.
Speaker 4 (03:50):
Yeah, I'm a I'm a man of the community. I'm
a man of the people.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
I don't I don't got time to worry about Chay's contract.
You're asking the wrong guy.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
Yeah, okay, so the hell with everybody else. It's okay,
But let me ask you this, what is the process
for getting on Saturday Night Live.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
I've always wanted to know that.
Speaker 5 (04:08):
Oh, it seems like it's every It's it's different for everybody.
I went the stand up route, but a lot of people,
you know, they learn improv and and you know, finally
I mean, this is probably the best way and bribe
Lorne Michaels. I know Will Ferrell famously, you know, walked
up to the building with a briefcase full of money.
So you know, I you know, there's it could happen
(04:30):
for anybody, you know what I mean, you got to
be funny.
Speaker 4 (04:32):
But you know, I would I would suggest.
Speaker 5 (04:34):
Stalking, I would suggest identity seft. It's sure mission impossible
type scenario where you repel down from the top of
thirty Rock and just Warne's office.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
So you know, there's lots of there's lots of paths.
Speaker 1 (04:49):
Now is it is it hard to become friends with
fellow cast members?
Speaker 4 (04:53):
Oh not at all.
Speaker 5 (04:54):
We're all like, we're all comedians. A lot of us
have met each other on the way up. Yeah, and
uh so, But there's definitely you you eventually meet people
that become, you know, best friends. You know, Andrewis Muks
and I share an office and I gave us gave
a speech at Yeah he's great, he's the maybe the
best comedy writer alive. But I gave a speech at
(05:17):
his wedding. I roasted him pretty hard. I said that,
uh he's uh you want to hear on my roast
jokes from his uh wife. Yeah yeah, I said, Andrew's
tall and handsome, but you wouldn't know it because he
has the posture of the alien from American Dad. You know,
what is it with tall guys? How they're so afraid
of being tall They've got to flouch all over and
(05:40):
accentuate their paunchy little bellies.
Speaker 4 (05:42):
You know, if I was this is, I'm done doing comedy.
Now I'm just talking. This is.
Speaker 2 (05:46):
We're just having a conversation. You know what's crazy?
Speaker 7 (05:48):
When I hear James talk in his regular voice, I
kind of hear Trump.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Yeah, how did you get Trump?
Speaker 5 (05:55):
All of these guys by the way, excuse me? Can
I finish?
Speaker 4 (05:57):
Please?
Speaker 5 (05:58):
Because there's too any tall guys and they don't stand up.
None of them are standing up, and too many people
are tall.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
Chris Pine is too tall.
Speaker 5 (06:08):
Okay, he should be ball Rudd. He should be five
to nine. Ball Rudd lovely short, not too tall, five
to nine.
Speaker 4 (06:16):
We love Paul.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
Aunt Man, shorter than you've ever seen in your life.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
Man.
Speaker 5 (06:22):
You know, I would have done Uncle Man. I would
have I would have changed it. But that's good for him.
I would do Uncle. We would do Uncle man, not
aunt man.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
We're talking to James Austin Johnson, who, by the way
is President Trump on Saturday Night Live and is going
to be in Gloucester tonight at the COT seven o'clock show.
And by the way, you can go to the exec
go to the cuttlive dot com. So, James, I want
to give you a little tip about Glocester. Okay, maybe
a little material. Every year they have a legendary event
called the Greasy Pole. It's the biggest weekend of the
(06:54):
year in the town of Gloucester. I'll just leave you
with greasy Pole.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
I'm sure you can work on people. Grease syepole. They
got a grease people.
Speaker 5 (07:04):
We're gonna we're gonna be looking into that. We're gonna
do something about that shorty. We're gonna be looking into
that nasty situation.
Speaker 2 (07:11):
James, Before I let you go, you're in the Bob
Dylan movie. Who are you playing it?
Speaker 4 (07:16):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (07:16):
I snuff right in there. I'm like a guy in
the folk scene. I'm just one of those guys that goes, wow,
can he really sing? Oh my gosh? You know music biopicks.
You gotta have that one guy who's like got his
arms folded, and then Bob starts going and then you know,
the arms unfold and they go, WHOA is this music?
Speaker 8 (07:35):
You know?
Speaker 4 (07:36):
I'm that guy?
Speaker 1 (07:36):
All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're talking about James Austin Johnson,
I think the only cast member for season fifty one
of Saturday Night Live.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
You've got the whole show.
Speaker 1 (07:46):
Uh, and yeah, he's gonna be at the Cut in
the Gloucester tonight again. If you want to get having me, guys,
you gotta go the Cut Live dot Com. Thanks so much, James,
Welcome to Boston when.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
You get here.
Speaker 4 (07:55):
Thank you so much. Great talking with y'all. See me
at the Cut Gloucester, AZ.
Speaker 7 (08:00):
How he goes in and out of it so quick
like that, that's crazy.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
Anyway.
Speaker 7 (08:03):
Congratulations to Audrey in Londonderry. She won to do Elite
of Tickets. We'll have more coming up, Liza.
Speaker 2 (08:10):
Now the entertainment update with a Billy constat.
Speaker 9 (08:14):
On kiss Away. All right, Bill's here, he.
Speaker 7 (08:18):
Goes, plugging in his headphones, getting ready for the big
entertainment update.
Speaker 9 (08:24):
He was working hard on it.
Speaker 2 (08:25):
Yes, that's what it was.
Speaker 7 (08:26):
I was in the studio with Justin working hard on
the entertainment well, it's the Bieber album.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
That's what it is.
Speaker 7 (08:31):
The Bieber album dropped. It's true me at four am
this morning. There's twenty songs. We really only love a
few of them. We just can't get over that. It sounds, man,
we love Bieber too lazy.
Speaker 9 (08:42):
Yes, well, you know, yeah, he's just doing one thing.
Speaker 7 (08:46):
Yeah, it's the same thing kind of over and over again.
But you know, some of our favorites definitely is the
first track it's called speed Demon.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
And the speed and then Renas.
Speaker 7 (09:08):
That's probably the most upbeat song on the album.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
I really like it.
Speaker 7 (09:12):
Yeah, I think this is going to grow on everybody.
I like that one who he used to see what
they're going to push as the lead single?
Speaker 9 (09:19):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 7 (09:19):
Could be that one, could be Speed Demon, could be
this one a little bit slower. It's called love Song.
And again, these are all love songs towards Haley. There's
literally twenty of them.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
All about Kayley. I mean, Hailey, does this mean he
did something wrong?
Speaker 4 (09:33):
Well?
Speaker 3 (09:34):
I think they had some bumps in the road. He
talks about it in some of the some of the songs.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
You don't see them together off.
Speaker 7 (09:40):
I just think one album is plenty Yeah, Swag one,
that's exactly what it was. I don't know if we
needed Swag two per se, but.
Speaker 5 (09:47):
We have it.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
Well, you know what I'm getting from it.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
I'm getting that he's constantly apologizing and she's not accepting
the apologize.
Speaker 3 (09:54):
No, I think I think they're fine. She was in
New York yesterday doing her business. She launched Old Beauty
at Sephora. Okay, this is the first time it's been available,
big launch, So.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
Why wouldn't he hold the release on the album until
he can go and be there for the launch if
they're really together, and then let the album go.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
She posted about the Swag two on her story on Instagram.
Speaker 7 (10:17):
At least, doesn't it seem like Justin Bieber doesn't go anywhere.
He's with the same four or five weird people.
Speaker 9 (10:23):
Yeah, that did the album And where's little Jack? Where's Jack?
Speaker 2 (10:27):
It's around?
Speaker 10 (10:28):
He posts.
Speaker 11 (10:29):
Jack Haley seems like a really good mom and I'm
sure they have, you know, lots of help.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
So I've really a hurricane dude on the Hurricane Hurcane Chris.
He's a rapper from like.
Speaker 7 (10:39):
Early two thousands, Yeah, late nineties, early two thousands.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Hurricane, what's up?
Speaker 7 (10:43):
You see Haley Bieber, ask her what's going on?
Speaker 9 (10:45):
Leave alone?
Speaker 2 (10:46):
Okay, a little bee, see what I mean?
Speaker 1 (10:49):
There's something there I'm telling on anyway, Okay. MTV Awards
are the coming Sunday Night. Lady Guy Guy has the
most nominations overall with twelve. I keep in mind, the
VMA's are never about the awards, It's about the performances.
Speaker 2 (11:03):
It is a massive show.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
The lineup includes Well Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter, Jelly Roll,
Post Malone, Tate McCrae, Alex Warren. They have so many
acts this year that they have an extended stage now
and a couple of the people performing on the extended
stage are Lola.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Young and kid Leroy.
Speaker 1 (11:24):
Kid Lroy is another one that's just clinging for life
with Tate McCray and it's just not working. I'm just saying, Well, he.
Speaker 9 (11:31):
Was smitten when they were a jingle ball. It was
very clear. He was like a little puppy dog.
Speaker 2 (11:35):
Oh my god, he was melting physically for her. We
had the video.
Speaker 9 (11:40):
The audience was very sweet.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
Yeah we saw it in real time, Yes we did. Yeah,
she was perfect. Yeah, his perfect in his Australian accent. Yeah, anyway,
good luck and I you know, did you make this up?
Kid Laroy's doing the Big Eie? I did not?
Speaker 9 (11:56):
He is I think Thursday the twenty six Well.
Speaker 1 (11:59):
Let's see, I've got their schedule day of LaRoy September

E in Springfield, Massachusetts? Uh bust to rhymes with Rick
Ross TLC with Big Boy Kid Larroy trained by the
way I love Okay, I love the band train zz top.
Speaker 9 (12:20):

a big lineup for the Big Huge Yeah, that's.
Speaker 2 (12:27):

Speaker 9 (12:31):
All those artists remember m K t O, Yes.
Speaker 3 (12:36):
That Dan, Yeah, I love Yeah that's they came to
our kisconcert.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
Yeah, they'll be there about years ago and then had
a resurgence.
Speaker 11 (12:43):
Thanks to TikTok and if you're a country art lover,
Cole Swindell there.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
But yeah, who's the group were just played mkt Oh
they're not even mentioned in the lineup.
Speaker 11 (12:54):
They are.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
Yeah, I'm just saying we think we know where the
next season of The White Lotus is going to be filmed.
The south of France Hotel du cop At, a four
seasons resort. I think they have a contract or something.
Speaker 9 (13:08):
I think it's one of the most expensive resorts in
the entire world.
Speaker 2 (13:10):
Absolutely, absolutely.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Last night the season opener of the NFL season, the
Eagles and the Cowboys. Super Bowl champion Eagles did beat
the Cowboys twenty four to twenty was the final.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
Shaboozie is featured in the Thursday Night Football.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Thursday Night Football on Prime Is.
Speaker 12 (13:29):
It's on Thursday Night Football returns at the Commanders based
off against the Packers and it all kicks off in
lambeau Field in an NFC so down.
Speaker 1 (13:42):
Yeah, there was that, and then there was the national
anthem at the game, the season opener last night, and
the anthem was sung by boys to me who was soverlye.
Speaker 6 (13:58):
At the.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
Lastly? Who's brought shrugs? And did they bring in a
new guard?
Speaker 9 (14:13):
Your left turn? There he's Ethan singing. Yeah, he's always
been there.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
You're sure it's the real Nathan or I don't know,
it was a little off.
Speaker 11 (14:25):
Maybe there was something in their inter ear and they
couldn't hear you know, I mean that.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
Yeah, but it was a weird first night of the
new NFL season because a minute into the game, Jalen
Carter of the Eagles spit.
Speaker 2 (14:40):
Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. Was your condo? Defense has this
qualifier from the game, whoa.
Speaker 5 (14:50):
Whoa?
Speaker 2 (14:51):
First off?
Speaker 10 (14:52):
So Jalen Carter, the focus and the star for the
Eagles on the front line, out for the game before snap.
Here he goes, he walks there trying to Dak Prescott?
Speaker 2 (15:03):
Did he spit?
Speaker 10 (15:04):
Did he spit on him? There you go, Jalen Carter
out of this game before a snap?
Speaker 2 (15:11):
Did he hawk?
Speaker 5 (15:12):
Wow?
Speaker 2 (15:13):
That is so low? He a real really heat back.
Speaker 7 (15:17):
And then yeah, there was there was some spitting going on,
which is like the ultimate form of disrespect.
Speaker 1 (15:23):
Yes, there's nothing worse. Oh wow, Hey tonight Chiefs and
the Chargers are playing in Brazil. We'll get the game
at eight o'clock tonight on YouTube for free. First time
YouTube is streaming an NFL game. Travis Kelcey, meeting with
the media in Brazil yesterday, not asked about the football game.
Of course, he was asked about Taylor.
Speaker 13 (15:43):
Ever since I've been Dan Taylor's life has been fun,
you know, it's been exciting. Obviously a lot more eyes
and I accept that, but it's just, uh, it's a
I'm I'm living living life, you know, living.
Speaker 6 (15:54):
On a high.
Speaker 5 (15:54):
I guess.
Speaker 14 (15:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:56):
Now we don't know when the wedding is going to happen,
but when and if it does, well, we know that Foreigner,
the band. Foreigner has also already sent them a letter
asking to be the wedding band.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
They'll also be the biggie.
Speaker 1 (16:07):
Pete Davidson not with Saturday Night Live anymore. I don't
think anyone is, except for our buddy that called into
the show.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
That James my cousin's so writing for them, how come
we can't have him on the show.
Speaker 11 (16:20):
He honestly, he's so busy. He just shot a movie
with Adam Sandlers.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
Looking for cast members. Yeah, anyway.
Speaker 1 (16:26):
Pete Davidson went on Shark Tank pushing his new line
of socks. Pete is in partnership with the brand Double
Soul Hey Sharks.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
I'm Ben from New York.
Speaker 15 (16:35):
I I'm Pete, and we are seeking five hundred grand
for four percent for our company, Double Soul Sharks.
Speaker 7 (16:42):
Before Double Soul buying socks felt like a major compromise.
Speaker 15 (16:45):
Yeah, you know, you usually get socks and foot locker.
There's that big band, you get a twenty pack. They're
kind of lifeless sharks.
Speaker 2 (16:51):
This isn't an athletic sock.
Speaker 4 (16:52):
It's not a novelty sock. We took the best of
both worlds and created the perfect everyday sock. Yeah.
Speaker 15 (16:57):
I get sent a lot of crap, and I usually
give to my cousins. I got sent Double Soul a
couple of years ago, and I had to meet the team,
and I wanted to be involved immediately.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
I've really come to like Pete Davidson.
Speaker 3 (17:09):
I do too. He's going to be a dad soon.
So that episode airs on September twenty fourth.
Speaker 7 (17:13):
Yeah, and if you go to Double Sooul dot com,
Pete Davidson has his own collection.
Speaker 2 (17:17):
Yeah with them, Oh, I'm looking right.
Speaker 7 (17:19):
It's so it's their socks in different colors, want two
of which have a picture of the staten Iley Island
Ferry course.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
Yeah, is any part owner of that with Colin?
Speaker 7 (17:28):
Joe Ferry with Colin just when they were high. It
was a mistake.
Speaker 1 (17:32):
Yeah, it was really a dump regretful buy at leasta.
You've got a book club Monday Night.
Speaker 3 (17:35):

Speaker 1 (18:41):
This is the perfect game, the perfect contest for this
time of year because families are in the cars, they're
being dropped off at school.
Speaker 9 (18:50):
And everyone can play.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
Yes, it's easy.
Speaker 9 (18:53):
You just listen to the sound and then guess.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
What it is.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
We've actually had people working in school going out outside
into the parking lot in their cars to play.
Speaker 9 (19:02):
Along, and office groups.
Speaker 3 (19:04):
We've got groups of nurses that have called in teachers.
Speaker 7 (19:07):
And it gets so crazy too, not just because of
the money and the suspense, but we'll be out and about,
you know during the secret sound, especially when there's a
sound that no one can figure out. Yeah, everywhere I
go they're like, I know what it is, I know it.
Just let me on, and I'm like you gotta be
called twenty.
Speaker 8 (19:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (19:23):
It is the one contest, just like Justin said, where
literally people will come up to you.
Speaker 9 (19:27):
And be like, I know what it is.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
I know what it is.
Speaker 4 (19:29):
I know what it is.
Speaker 1 (19:30):
No matter where you are. I couldn't get through this morning.
I couldn't get through. I've known it all along, I
know it. I'm will okay you gotta.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
Get through exactly.
Speaker 7 (19:37):
There are always new listeners to this show. So for
the newcomers, welcome in to the Billion Lisa Show. If
you do not know what the secret sound is and
how it works, it's very easy. Starting Monday at seven
ten and then eight ten, two ten, and fourteen, and
every day after that, we'll play a sound. You have
to be called twenty five to take a guess at
what it is. If you guess, you'll win a thousand
dollars in cash. If you get it wrong. It continues
(20:00):
on and it grows by one hundred and eight dollars.
Get it kiss one eight hundred and eight, and the
jackpot keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
Speaker 2 (20:08):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
Yeah, last time we played, didn't we have like a
fifteen thousand dollars payoff?
Speaker 2 (20:14):
We did? It was a hard sound. I'm very nervous.
Mary from Draken for fifteen thousand, three hundred and ninety dollars. Boy,
I'm getting the chills. What is the secret sound?
Speaker 6 (20:33):
Chillian on you?
Speaker 9 (20:35):
Yes, Dragon, and that's the thing. You may know the sound,
but you have to be called twenty five.
Speaker 7 (20:44):
Yeah, yeah, yep, And you have to be listening to
hear the sound we're not going to be replaying. You're
not going to find in another place. Is you're going
to find it right here on the radio, So you
can listen on your radio, in your car and always
on the iHeartRadio apps. We don't want to hear sob
stories about people saying, oh, I had to get out
of my car for this. You have a cell phone, right, Yeah,
(21:06):
a new app is free. We're just saying, give me.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
You gotta be ready to go.
Speaker 7 (21:09):
You gotta be ready to go with your guesses. We
want good ones.
Speaker 4 (21:13):
Is that an automatic car door shutting? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (21:16):
That was quite the hun had opening and closing a
trunk of a car. See, if you're paying attention, if
you're listening, you won't do that. You won't repeat a
sound that's already been guessed. Which is gonna happen? Yeah,
that's gonna happen. We want to try to avoid that.
Speaker 7 (21:30):
But yeah, they're gonna guess the same things over and over.
Speaker 2 (21:34):
It's some booty, definitely not some.
Speaker 7 (21:38):
So Monday morning, seven to ten, be here, a lot
of money up for grabs.
Speaker 2 (21:44):
Kiss talk back, leftovers, let's go, Justine.
Speaker 7 (21:47):
Yeah, shout out to everybody joining the show. We try
our best to get to everybody that leaves a talk back,
but just know you are appreciated and I do my best.
You can always leave a message. I might play your
voice on the radio, which is pretty cool. We do
it on the iHeartRadio app. The top back feature that
little microphone button right on the screen when you're listening
to us on Kiss.
Speaker 9 (22:06):
I'm going to Portland, Maine this weekend, Billy.
Speaker 3 (22:09):
We know why you like to go there, but seriously,
I do need a restaurant recommendation.
Speaker 7 (22:15):
Looking for someplace that maybe has like good seafood or
like like a lovely piece of salmon.
Speaker 8 (22:21):
Any recommendations.
Speaker 1 (22:23):
Oh, it's been a while. There are so many places
on the main road. They're right in town where all
the marinas are. Just take your pick, walk up and
down the main road downtown Portland, Maine. You'll find so
many and a lot of award winning restaurants. By the way,
you can't get wrong Luke's Lobster Buddy. I was just
there in Boston the other day. They've got a full
blown restaurant in Portland, Maine. Thank you very much for that.
(22:43):
There's a recommendation. Billy was raving about their lobster rolls.
Speaker 2 (22:46):
Oh, it's insane.
Speaker 7 (22:47):
She's looking for seafood.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
Yeah, you got the crab roll, the lobster roll, the
shrimp roll, take your.
Speaker 7 (22:51):
Pick yep, and maybe, just maybe she will get lucky
like Billy does in Portland.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
Some mooty, some moody Portland, Maine. Oh what are you
going up there? For going up there?
Speaker 5 (23:02):
Girl?
Speaker 11 (23:02):
Yeah, I mean honestly, that's like not that's cool, that's awesome.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Yeah. Who doesn't love that? Who doesn't? That's great. It's
not that long a drive. Yeah.
Speaker 7 (23:15):
Way for the people travel across the country for Boody.
Speaker 9 (23:20):
Yeah, yeah, I'm across the globe. Happy Friday.
Speaker 8 (23:24):
This is Kim.
Speaker 14 (23:25):
I just wanted to she has some news. I got
Employee of the Month at my company yesterday. I do
want to say it only took me forty five years
with this company. I started right out of college to
get it. So for you people out there, hard work
and perseverance really pays off forty five years to get it.
Maybe they thought I was going to drop dead.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
So they have a great weekend, everybody. They ran out
of people. Yeah, that's our that's our to.
Speaker 9 (23:58):
She came to my house to the ninety seller's wine tasting.
Speaker 7 (24:01):
Yeah, and her sister, she called herself Jimmy Dean Sausage toes,
then Chubby Toes, then toes home total.
Speaker 11 (24:08):
To Yeah, I've seen those babies are not that bad.
They're they're painted in the not crossy digital, a little chubby.
Speaker 7 (24:15):
That's it all right, Well, thank you for listening, Chemic,
congratulations on employee of the month. Yesterday we were talking
about Billy. So our guy get mowed down on a scooter.
Oh crazy, and you know, people were gathering around the guy.
He was on the ground, he was injured, and you know,
Bill didn't get out and help. It was kind of
a crazy scheme. He just took a right turn and
kept on going.
Speaker 16 (24:34):
That was good morning, guys, especially Billy. Listen. I was
listening yesterday, but I couldn't call in, and I just
had to say something. As a former EMT, there is
nothing more annoying than a thousand idiots running towards an
accident trying to help, just so they can tell the
story later that they saved somebody's life.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
Leave Billy alone.
Speaker 16 (24:57):
He did the right thing. Also, don't forget about dining
playbooks Saturday morning.
Speaker 3 (25:03):
I'm telling you, I was in the way, Yes, kids,
one await, it's the morning wrap up on Billy and
Lisa in the Morning.
Speaker 7 (25:10):
So which celebrity have you randomly run into in Boston?
That was our topic time because Mark Wahlberg in Boston.
He's filming a new movie. He was at a gallery
the other night, so there's a good chance you might
run into Marco Round and yeah, like what celebs have
you run into?
Speaker 2 (25:25):
I met Bruce.
Speaker 6 (25:26):
Willis in Boston a long time ago when he came
with his blues band and he invited the entire place
after to hang out with him backstage.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
I forget where we were.
Speaker 9 (25:41):
But the venue I think was flipping their lid. I
did get to meet him, got a picture.
Speaker 7 (25:47):
You know, we haven't really covered the Bruce Willis story
that much because it is so so sad. Yeah, you know,
he has some form of dementia and they moved him
into a home kind of outside of his regular home
where he can get twenty four having care. I mean,
this is Bruce Willis.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
But he's got a really devoted wife who has been
telling his story for him on the talk shows and everything.
Speaker 4 (26:09):
It's so sad.
Speaker 7 (26:10):
Yeah, I watched some of the videos and the pictures,
and you know, I don't know, it's really sad, but
Bruce Willis was the man die Hard Baby.
Speaker 2 (26:16):
I'm just saying.
Speaker 8 (26:17):
I actually met Machine Gun Kelly at a coffee shop
last night in my dream. It was a crazy.
Speaker 5 (26:27):
Her hand.
Speaker 9 (26:27):
But I'll when we meet him in my dream, I
believe that I did too.
Speaker 2 (26:34):
Oh God.
Speaker 14 (26:34):
I recently bumped into Jennifer Coolidge at Whole Foods and
have to pick out birthday cakes for a party she
was going to.
Speaker 11 (26:41):
She was pretty cool.
Speaker 8 (26:43):
I do regret that I did not get a picture
taken with her, but we both feel as though.
Speaker 14 (26:47):
She should not have gotten killed off a White Lotus
and she asked me to write to HBO for her
to get back in, so I will.
Speaker 2 (26:57):
Yeah, she fell off.
Speaker 9 (26:59):
You know, she's seen around Milton a lot too. It's
steal and rye.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
Really.
Speaker 9 (27:02):
Yeah, she's got some connections, I know, but like I
think I think she sat the house here or something.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
Yeah, White Lotus. She fell off a giant boat and
landed face first on the She.
Speaker 9 (27:13):
Did have two seasons that you did.
Speaker 7 (27:15):
Usually you're killed off on the first season right on.
There Also today the new Justin Bieber album came out.
It's called Swag Too. It's kind of an R and
B album, a bunch of love songs about his wife,
Hailey Bieber.
Speaker 2 (27:27):
But we like this one right here.
Speaker 7 (27:28):
It's called speed Demon.
Speaker 2 (27:34):
And then.
Speaker 7 (27:41):
I mean it's probably the most upbeat song on the album.
But listen for yourself. Check out the whole album. You
can listen to it on the iHeartRadio app. And finally,
the Patriots kick off their season Sunday one o'clock against
the Raiders.
Speaker 8 (27:53):
I'm going to my first Patriots game on Sunday. My
boyfriend's bringing me, and I've never understood football, so I
hope he's ready to explain the entire games to me.
Speaker 7 (28:04):
It's like Taylor Swift. Yeah, you know, when she first
started going to the games with Travis, she didn't know anything.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
She didn't know.
Speaker 7 (28:10):
She thought this is real. She thought that both quarterbacks
of each team are on the field together.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
Amano.
Speaker 7 (28:17):
Yeah, So I have fun at the game and just
do a Lisa does throw and.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
The mighty one is up next?
Speaker 6 (28:23):
Right? Is he in town?
Speaker 9 (28:25):
Is in the building?
Speaker 10 (28:27):
Leagu
