Hey, everybody, welcome. We're backstage at jingle Ball twenty twenty
four and we have Katsie here. Let's go y okay,
first time in Boston, yeah?

First, second time?

Okay? Yes? Did you get to spend much time here?

Not so much time? We want to come back here
and spend more time.

I'm sorry we didn't have Mike's a lot of us,
oh man. So talk about the forming of Katsie. How
did you folks all find each other?

Speaker 4 (00:36):
So we're a global girl group and we were formed
by the survival program called Dream Academy.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
You can see the whole journey.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
It's on Netflix Pop Star Academy cats I and we
were twenty contestants from all over the world. There were missions,
global voting, and we also went through this whole K
pop methodology training system which is crazy, very rigorous, but
it made us so like tight with each other and
synchronize and just like prepare for this whole Cat's Hi life.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
You have to talk about the success of Touch, which,
by the way, we're playing on the Kiss Toop thirty countdown.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
I don't mind telling you.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
And by the way, we're live tonight the Kiss Top
thirty countdown.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
So, yeah, tell me the story of Touch.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
I mean, the first time we heard Touch, we were like, yep,
that's the ones. It's kind of the song that changed
all of our lives because it blew up and we're
just so happy to see how many people are enjoying
it and doing the dance, and we kind of didn't
expect it to blow up like this, but we can't.
You know, we're happy about it.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Well, you look like you were having a lot of
fun on stage tonight. I'm just saying I was out
there watching. What are the plans for the holidays?

Speaker 4 (01:40):
Ooh food?

Speaker 3 (01:43):
Yeah, We're okay, one at a time, go ahead, We're
going to Japan to perform this New Year's Yes, performing,
We're going to Japan.

Speaker 4 (01:54):
Japan, and then I think we're also going to spend
some time with our families.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
And yeah, well, welcome to Basin for the first time
some of you, and for the second time some of you,
and certainly welcome to the jingle Ball. Have some fun.
