He's doing fine. Yes, he is doing fine.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
You know what our guy justin he woke up an
uncle this morning.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
It's for the second time. Congratulations to my brother Alex
and his beautiful wife Emily. They just had a baby
boy just now, six pounds nine ounces.
Speaker 4 (00:18):
It's their second child.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
They have a son, Jay, who's a little over a
year old, almost Irish twins. But my mother just texted
me that at the hospital. So congratulations. And the name
is interesting. The name is Al. It's named after their
good friend that passed away tragically resided, so they named
him after their friends.
Speaker 4 (00:37):
You have Alex and you have baby Al.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
Yeah. So wherever he goes, Baby Al for the rest
of his life, he just walks in the room and says,
call me out.
Speaker 5 (00:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (00:49):
That's his theme.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
It's it's just out Winnie.
Speaker 4 (00:53):
You call him outright there? So Alan j Yeah, I
like wow.
Speaker 6 (01:00):
The entertainment update with the Billy Cobstas.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
All right, Celtz and the Knicks back in Boston to
night Game five, a win or go home situation for
the Cels. They need to win three games in a row,
so Jason Tatum gone for the rest of the season
and then some He had achilles surgery after day there,
saying it was successful, but the recovery will take a while.
Speaker 7 (01:21):
It's typically six to twelve months, and Tatum will, I'm sure,
have around the clock treatment, but there are certain timelines
that you have to abide by. So he'll be non
weight bearing and unable to walk on his foot for
a bit and then you slowly progress being able to
walk with a little bit of pressure.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
Call me crazy, didn't she sound like Kim Kardashian? Shit
A little bit, Valley Girl, A little bit.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
I remember when Ashley from Jamming Down the Hall tore
her aculles same injury playing basketball. She could have put
weight on it for months. She had the little scooter. Yeah,
you put your knee on.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
Oh yeah, long yeah.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
Hey, we have an active bet for tonight's game. Winnie
and I say, Timothy Shallomey will not be there. Justin
and Lisa say, Timothy shallow may will be there.
Speaker 6 (02:13):
Well.
Speaker 8 (02:13):
And there's a little sidebar here that I just saw
that Kylie Jenner, his girlfriend, is in the Turks and
Caicos right now with a friend.
Speaker 5 (02:21):
Do you think he's with her.
Speaker 6 (02:23):
It looked like she was just sunbathing with a friend.
It looked like a girl's trip.
Speaker 3 (02:28):
Oh boy, I highly dobt it because even if he
doesn't go tonight, he's gonna want to keep going to
the next games.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Well, but you've got much money, you fly back.
Speaker 8 (02:37):
I'm just saying this opens things up, I think, justin
potentially for us to win the oh.
Speaker 3 (02:41):
Yeah, immediately the moss In Well, I'm just trying to
think of things that can buy with the ten dollars
and I'm gonna win, like I'm gonna buy my new
nephew gift.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
Yeah. Would you get twenty right? Twenty?
Speaker 7 (02:51):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (02:51):
I get because everyone puts into twenty twenty.
Speaker 4 (02:54):
Let's go.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
So Bill Belicher scheduled for an interview with Michael Strahan
this coming Friday morning on GMA. They're actually running this
promo former New.
Speaker 9 (03:07):
England Patriot and now University of North Carolina football gage
and legend. Now this week she's live on GMA. Michael
Strahan with Bill Belichick Good Morning Exclusive Friday Live on
Good Morning America.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
Now, don't forget The controversy started with his sit down
with CBS for sixty minutes right, and Jordan screwed that up.
She also screwed up the hard Knocks thing that was
going to happen, and now there's no Hard Knocks. So
is she going to get in the way of this
GMA thing on Friday?
Speaker 6 (03:36):
I don't think so.
Speaker 8 (03:36):
They've hired another person to do his pr forum, this
guy from The Bears.
Speaker 6 (03:42):
His name's Brandon.
Speaker 8 (03:43):
I also think that this is a publisher really work
in the book now, because he was complaining about it.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
Do you think Jordan is going to settle for this.
Speaker 6 (03:51):
I think she has to.
Speaker 8 (03:54):
I think she'll be there in support of him as
a supporting, you know, supportive girlfriend.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
Well we'll see. Well, Friday morning, we're going to see.
Speaker 8 (04:06):
Do you think Oh, here's the question. Do you think
they'll ask him a question about their relationship?
Speaker 10 (04:10):
The only thing is Michael Strahan and I like him,
but I feel like he's pretty easy.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
I don't think he asked tough questions. Yeah, he's not
a big risk, you know what I mean.
Speaker 6 (04:18):
They probably made it very clear.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
And that football respect like you know a lot of
those football players have so much respect for him and
idolize him.
Speaker 6 (04:27):
They're going to keep it on the book.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
Yeah, just two football guys talking. Red Sox lost to
the Tigers in eleven innings last night. Just announced Pete
Rose no longer banned from baseball. Neither is Shoeless Joe Jackson.
Both were reinstated yesterday, making them eligible now for the
Baseball Hall of Fame. Pete Rose is dead now, but
when he was alive, he said, give it to me
(04:48):
while I'm alive, or don't give it to me at all.
Speaker 11 (04:51):
I don't see much sense and putting me on the
ballot after I die. Most of the people who root
it for me my whole career would love to see
me in a hall as a living player, not as
someone is ten feet under. What good would it do
my family if they put me in the Hall of
Fame after I die? Because I'm the one who did
the work. I'm the one who put the time in.
I'm the one who was dedicated to the game of baseball.
(05:14):
I was the one dedicated to my teammates and for
the game of baseball in general. I tried to sell
the game for my twenty four years as a major
League baseball player by going out there every day and
busting my ass and trying and entertain the people.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
One of the greatest players to ever play the game.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
So anyway eligible now for the Hall and the Menendez
brothers could be closer to freedom of judge or resentencing
them yesterday making them eligible for parole, but that could
take a while.
Speaker 12 (05:44):
I really hope that this sets the precedents for other
l WOP inmates.
Speaker 4 (05:49):
Do you have shown.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Transformation and change?
Speaker 1 (05:54):
That's their cousin right there. I mean they say it
could take years, two years for the parole.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Dennounce.
Speaker 1 (06:00):
Janet Jackson will perform and receive an Icon Award the
American Music Awards May twenty sixth in Vegas. She actually
starts her Vegas residency next week. And don't forget Jennifer
Lopez is hosting the AMAS and will perform on the
show as well. The Officemen off series called The Paper
will premiere in September on Peacock and Blake Shelton says
(06:22):
Post Malone inspired his album Check It Out.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
In some ways. Post Malone kind of got me a
fire lit under me.
Speaker 11 (06:28):
We had a song last summer called pour Me a
Drink Somebody.
Speaker 13 (06:37):
The Frisco people, The Frisco people are in the house.
Speaker 5 (06:40):
Risco Texas.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
Post Malone.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
By the way, going to be a Jellete Stadium, May
thirty first, Kesha, who did our jingle ball this past December?
On Jennifer Hudson yesterday, says TikTok. She didn't expect much.
Speaker 13 (06:53):
It was her biggest It was weird because the dummer
got the better it, which was confused, saying, I like
to think of myself as a fairly intelligent human being,
but it just got dumber and dumber and better and better.
So well, I listened to the final product, I was like,
this is too dumb.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
And she comes to the Exfinity Center July twenty fourth.
Kim Kardashian wrapping up her testimony in France yesterday. Don't
forget she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris during fashion
Week back in twenty sixteen.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
Doesn't feel like it was that long ago.
Speaker 8 (07:27):
I know it's weird, but she also wore a ten
million dollar diamond necklace.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
Oh, she was dripping with juas walking into the courtroom.
Speaker 6 (07:34):
Yeah, I see, he's such a flax.
Speaker 5 (07:37):
She's trolling them, think.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
So I think, Yeah, why not?
Speaker 1 (07:40):
By the way, I saw the video of all those
suspects walking into the courthouse. They're like in their seventies.
Speaker 10 (07:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
They call them the Grandpa Robbers. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:49):
Wow, I'll never forget when she was married to Kanye
at the time, he was on his Life of Pablo tour. Yeah,
and he got the news while he was performing and
he ran off stage, jumped on a plane and.
Speaker 4 (07:57):
Went to Paris.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Wow, that's when he was like a good husband.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
Yeah, that's before he went down.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Yeah, and don't forget. Kim Kardashian is in a new
TV show called All's Fair on Hulu. She plays a
lawyer and we have a clip.
Speaker 8 (08:09):
It's our own boutique, women representing women.
Speaker 9 (08:16):
You're not the only ones to suffer abuse, plenty of
women inflicted.
Speaker 2 (08:25):
It's gonna be on Hulu in the fall.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
And Cynthia Arrivo, who by the way, kicked off The
Pops new schedule last Thursday night right here in Boston,
is going to have a lead a one woman production
of Dracula set to premiere next year in London, and
she has all twenty three roles.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
How does that happen? I mean, I know she's really talented.
She gonna suck her on blood Man.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
Sounds like a lot of work.
Speaker 6 (08:51):
Yeah, she's up for it though, she's so talented.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
It premierees at London's West End All twenty three. That's
like they're Broadway, right, Yes it is. Yeah, and Tory
Lanez is said to be pulling through.
Speaker 5 (09:05):
Well, that's good.
Speaker 4 (09:07):
We don't want to see you when die.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
We have an update. He wasn't stabbed seventeen times. He
was stabbed fourteen times.
Speaker 3 (09:13):
Yeah, he was stabbed by a Mexican inmate who's doing
life in prison, and it wasn't his first act of
violence in prison.
Speaker 4 (09:20):
Yeah. Well, you know he's got the face tats, the
neck tats.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
And if you're saying to yourself, hey, why doesn't the
Billy and Lisa Show cover the Diddy trial? Because, by
the way, Network TV is covering it in a big way.
I mean all morning long, there's just not much happening
in the trial that we can.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
Repeat any of them. Yesterday's testimony was mind boggling.
Speaker 4 (09:44):
It was horrific.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
There's no way you can describe it without describing it.
Speaker 3 (09:48):
And you know, I just think about his children that
had to be there, Diddy's children that listened, and then
also Cassie's husband current husband, her baby's father. He has
to sit there, had to sit there and listen to
the heart talk about the abuse and then oh god awful.
You'll find it online if you want to read it.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Yeah, and listen. We're brought to you by Dover Ruggenholm.
Speaker 1 (10:08):

Speaker 8 (10:46):
It's everything from Dave Matthews Band to Fallout Boy, to
Avril Levine to Luke Combs to Cheryl Crow Sublime.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
And we'll do it again at seven ten tomorrow morning.
And Boston Calling has a history here. It's just an
incredible show, and we've got the creator co creator Mike's No.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
Good to see you, buddy.
Speaker 4 (11:03):
How are you.
Speaker 5 (11:03):
It's awesome to be here.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
It's awesome to have you here.
Speaker 1 (11:08):
I have a Boston Calling story, So I think the
very first year, based on my notes, it was twenty thirteen,
right correct. Well that year I was staying in Boston
for something at a hotel and I went out for
a jog and I'm jogging around and I came upon
City Hall Plaza. It was pouring rain out and I'm
(11:28):
hearing music and I didn't know Boston Calling at the time.
And I went to City Hall Plaza and this concert
is in progress, and I'm like, hell is this This
is awesome?
Speaker 2 (11:37):
It's in the rain. I said, Oh, it's Boston Calling.
That was your first show.
Speaker 5 (11:41):
Yeah, you know, Baptism by Fire. Everybody. I literally had
winter coats on.
Speaker 13 (11:45):
It was.
Speaker 5 (11:45):
Yeah, those Memorial days that you just hope not to
get and that was the first one.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
Do you remember the lineup?
Speaker 5 (11:51):
Oh god, it was the national We did a lot
of work with you.
Speaker 6 (11:55):
Artis back I think last year right or the year before. Yeah, really,
I love them.
Speaker 5 (12:00):
I think they've played three times in total.
Speaker 4 (12:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (12:02):
We used to work with Aaron Destner, one of the
guitarists in the band, and they were great, so they
were definitely the first headliner. It was second day and.
Speaker 2 (12:09):
How lucky am I? I jogged by.
Speaker 5 (12:11):
It and there it was, and that was kind of
the point of it, right, it was right in downtown.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
Yeah. How many years did you stay on the plaza?
Speaker 5 (12:18):
It was three and a half years, seven festivals.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
And I remember when it was announced that you were
moving Boston calling to Harvard University. I'm thinking, really, and
yet it really plays perfectly, doesn't it for the festival.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (12:33):
It's one of the largest, you know, private green spaces
in the city. And so when we were originally looking
at everything, we did have a conversation with Harvard and
they said, well, it's going to take a really long time.
And then all of a sudden, wh there is the
second time we called, they were like, no, come on over. Yeah,
I love it.
Speaker 6 (12:46):
It's a great Yeah, it's a great venue.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
Well, when you think of it too, Memorial Day weekend,
what a great idea. I'm sure it was a big
decision at the time. So when do we do this thing?
I know, Memorial Day weekend. But when you think about it, right,
Memorial Day weekend is one of those long holiday weekends.
Nobody really knows what to do or where to go.
And now you've given tens of thousands of people something
to do on Memorial Day weekend.
Speaker 5 (13:10):
Yeah, and our whole crew was sort of like that.
It's like, well, graduations are over, there's graduation parties, but
like it isn't it's kind of before the big escape.
Speaker 8 (13:17):
Yeah, it's such a tradition in our house every year
we go. But I have to say, other than the music,
the food options that you have are incredible.
Speaker 5 (13:25):
Yeah, we've been lucky enough to curate a food thing, right.
We don't work with a concessions person. It's like we
get to go individual restaurants. And you know, this year,
Chris and I were meeting up with Sally's. Pizza is
going to be there, Flip the Bird. We got Penny
Packers coming this year. Joanne Chang does work with us
and oh god, Platinum Area, but Flower will be there
with the pastries and sandwiches.
Speaker 1 (13:44):
Doesn't get better than Flower. I mean, Joanne Chang is amazing, right.
Speaker 5 (13:48):
And we just look at it as if you're going
to see great music.
Speaker 8 (13:51):
You got to eat really well, totally, and it's the
lines really move like really quick. The merch Yeah, so
is there still one merch I'm into merch?
Speaker 6 (14:01):
Is there still one merch area before you go into
the venue or all the merch areas inside the venue.
Speaker 5 (14:06):
So we have two giant merch areas inside the venue. Yes,
So we always tell people get there early, take a lap,
orient yourself. You can't see end to end right, you know,
you go to Lalla, you can kind of see end
to end, and yeah, we got trees and buildings and
things in the way. So no, you come through the
front gate, there's a big stand right on your left,
and if you walk to the left towards the blue stage.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
As a secondary merchant at Lisa, you had a request
for the merch line this year and you wanted to
bring something back.
Speaker 8 (14:28):
I have been remember the original Boston calling the Boston
Terrier correct black sweatshirt and it was just the terrier.
Speaker 6 (14:38):
Remember that one. I have been searching eBay.
Speaker 8 (14:41):
We have a guy in the building, Jojo, who has one,
and I've literally offered him five hundred dollars to buy it.
Speaker 6 (14:46):
You will not sell it to it anyway.
Speaker 5 (14:48):
Well, I do have a palette of old gear. Look,
so I'll go dig in. You know, you might luck
out because you're a small It's like, you know, me
and Chris over here, you know, the big boys. We
don't get any left over.
Speaker 8 (15:00):
My god, I can't remember what year it was, but yeah,
it's you.
Speaker 5 (15:04):
Might look out walk us through.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
What's the process of designing and deciding on the merch
each year.
Speaker 5 (15:10):
We got a great company we work with. They do
a lot of designs, so I get this huge drop
box folder. We try not to say what to do
because we're not We're not cool and right, they do
a ton of shows around the country.
Speaker 4 (15:20):
They're not cool.
Speaker 5 (15:21):
Well, they just like you know, they work with like
younger bands, and you know it's like they, oh, this
is the new like you know, Stonewash and they brought
back Tide Like who would have ever thought you need
to It's not what you're thinking with like the dead.
But you know, they know what's cool now on the forefront.
So we give them our profile and they just take
it and run with it.
Speaker 6 (15:37):
And then all the bands have their merch too, which
is really cool.
Speaker 5 (15:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
Yeah, now we're less than two weeks away from Memorial
Day weekend in Boston Calling twenty twenty five, do you
already have ideas on what next year's lineup is going
to be?
Speaker 5 (15:49):
Yeah, we've already had a lot of a lot of Yeah,
sometimes we call, sometimes they call, like Luke's team called us.
Uh so that's how that came to the Yeah, yeah, yeah,
so we're reaching out. We get a big whiteboard and
we've had some some bands we wanted for a long time.
And yeah, the conversations are already rolling.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
I was gonna ask that what's gonna be My next question?
Is there one act that you've always wanted to have
and you haven't been able to get?
Speaker 5 (16:11):
For me personally? Nick Cave? Okay, Nick Cave and the
Bad Seats would be would be a number So you're
a rocker? Yeah, yeah, more along that we Metallica was
like my favorite band of all time. So that was that.
That was number one. Yeah, so that was a good
year for me.
Speaker 2 (16:25):
So you got that done?
Speaker 4 (16:26):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
So now Nick Cave Cave.
Speaker 5 (16:29):
Cave, Yeah, Nick Cave like an old crooner kind of guy.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
Okay, Wow, do you have like one or two stories
from Boston Callings gone by that you know you always
tell people if you're hanging out at a bar, you
won't believe when this happened in twenty seventeen.
Speaker 5 (16:47):
Excuse me. One of them would be Metallica. We had
to shut down soldiers Field so that they could drive
the wrong way on soldiers Field to get to the
to the to get to the Green stage.
Speaker 2 (16:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (16:57):
Literally had to call the governor, head of the state police.
Can we do this? They said, yep, no problem. Then
Metallica's drivers, not mine in the vans blew right past,
had to three point turn on the JFK Bridge and
then roll the crowd. Then like went up soldiers Field
Road like Nascar.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
It was.
Speaker 5 (17:12):
It was an adventure.
Speaker 8 (17:14):
One of my highlights was Noahkon like experiencing that right
when he was about to just go like hit so big.
Speaker 2 (17:21):
Or you have people. Yeah, it was amazing.
Speaker 5 (17:25):
Yeah, and like I think we were talking outside. It's
like he's the greatest guy, right, He's just like super
duper nice. I don't spend time with bands, you know,
but he made it a point to come and meet
everybody he could who worked for the show, every stage manager,
all the all the guys, build everything, food vendors, I mean,
he could not have been nicer.
Speaker 1 (17:43):
Wow, who else was really nice?
Speaker 5 (17:46):
I mean, like I said, I don't I don't meet
too many of them. Trent Reznor was amazing. He ended
up doing double duty. The Strokes got covid. Eminem was phenomenal,
came in sound checked. I've never seen somebody work harder.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
You were there for Eminem? Right, Oh, one of the
highlights of my life. Oh that was such a good show.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
How did you get em? And m like, he just
seems so unreachable.
Speaker 5 (18:05):
He's got this hilarious old agent in New York City
and she's just the best. And really we were there
and she just had some event and she's like, you
know what, I think em would play. I think he'd
really like that. We were like, that's cool, Like he's
another one. All he wanted. Taco bar. Doesn't go to catering,
just a very specific little taco bar. Give me a
(18:25):
little taco bar in some specific water and that's it.
Came in worked on Wednesday, flew back, came back, crushed it. Wow,
same thing, shook everybody's hand and hit the road.
Speaker 1 (18:34):
So we're kind of in the concert business. I mean,
historically we have kiss concert We have a jingle ball
and we always want to just hide our phones for
the two weeks leading up to the shows. What on
earth do you do two weeks leading up to Boston calling?
Speaker 5 (18:49):
Well, today's Christmas Eve for me because I start building tomorrow.
I call it my Christmas. I love being on site
and just physically built. Yeah. Yeah, it becomes easy over time.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
Yeah, but you must get so many calls an email
and say, hey, could you get me eight tickets? I
want to bring some friends learning from Vegas.
Speaker 5 (19:04):
From the person you only hear from once a year.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
It's always that person that wants the most tickets and
you're like, I haven't talked to him in twenty years.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
How can he ask for six tickets?
Speaker 5 (19:14):
Yeah, it's you know, if I could just get four
and you know, artists access. I really like your catering
back there. You look excuse me?
Speaker 2 (19:20):
Wow?
Speaker 1 (19:21):
Well, speaking of tickets, are there tickets available or is
it sold out already or.
Speaker 5 (19:26):
Yeah, there's still some available. Some of the higher end
tickets have sold out. But yeah, we got we got
the GA and the GA plus experience Boston calling dot com.
You know box office will roll. I think the last
day for shipping pass, so you'll have to pick them
up on site.
Speaker 1 (19:37):
But yeah, now, Lisa once again remind everybody of the
lineup Boston Calling. This is coming Memorial Day weekend.
Speaker 8 (19:43):
It's Dave Matthews Band, It's Luke Combe, Chryl Crow, T Payne, TLC.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
Yeah, Waterfalls, Baby.
Speaker 5 (19:52):
I'm telling you they were so good. I saw them
in Alabama last fall. It's an awesome show.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
And you know what's great that we talked outside. It's
like going to multiple concerts in one weekend and it's
all in one place. You can't beat it. What a
good concept. Congratulations Mike on that.
Speaker 5 (20:06):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
And if you want tickets to Boston Calling, you gotta
make your move fast. You just go to Boston Calling
dot com.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
And don't forget about the food. Did you hear the
food lineup? You just said, Oh my god.
Speaker 5 (20:17):
Joan Shing Gang Kids run Away.
Speaker 6 (20:22):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the morning.
Speaker 3 (20:26):
All right, Welcome in everybody. This is the wrap up.
If it's your first time hearing, this is when we
look back at the show and recap everything that you missed,
and so you know, you can find out how much
fun we have stuff that we give away and how
much we laugh and all that stuff, and we did
give away three day Boston Calling passes VIP. By the way,
congratulations to Lena for the ticket tag. Well how you
(20:48):
do it?
Speaker 14 (20:48):
I just tagged someone else on the in the Instagram post.
So easy. Yesterday I wasn't even tagged until yesterday. I
heard Lisa like announced, who is gonna be there? And
I was like, oh, I want to see them? And
I tagged it and here I am today.
Speaker 4 (21:02):
Boom boom.
Speaker 1 (21:03):
Don't forget seven to ten tomorrow morning. So pay attention.
Speaker 3 (21:07):
Yes, you have to listen. That's the second step. The
first step is to enter like Lynnae did on the
Kiss Instagram. So you go to Instagram Kiss went to
wait the pin post. You enter right there and then
you listen follow the directions. It's very easy. It's tomorrow
seven to ten. This is a big prize Boston Calling.
And speaking of that, we just just had Mike snow
In a few minutes ago, one of the co founders
of Boston Calling.
Speaker 4 (21:27):
That was amazing.
Speaker 3 (21:28):
That's a must listen on the podcast because he kind
of gave it behind the scenes look.
Speaker 4 (21:32):
He talked about Noah Khan.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
He talked about Metallica, and Billy asked him the question
that I wanted to know, how the hell did you
get eminem a few years back.
Speaker 5 (21:40):
He's got this hilarious old agent in New York City
and she's just the best.
Speaker 2 (21:44):
And really we were there.
Speaker 5 (21:45):
And she just had some event and she's like, you
know what, I think em would play. I think he'd
really like that. We were like, that's cool. All he
wanted taco bar, doesn't go to catering. Came in, worked
on Wednesday, flew back, came back, crushed it, shook everybody's
hand and hit the rim.
Speaker 4 (22:00):
I love that so much.
Speaker 3 (22:02):
You know that's a good I mean, and yeah, minus
Trappers of all time, that was a great show. I
was there also this morning. We had a topic time
about the Waimos that are coming to Boston. They're mapping Boston. Now,
these are the driverless cars. They're testing them with drivers,
but eventually, yeah, no more drivers.
Speaker 10 (22:18):
I would have gladly have taken one of those driverless cars.
On Sunday, got an uber home from the North End.
I swear to god, he thought he was Mario Andretti,
leaving in and out of traffic. I dug my figurenails
so hard into my daughter's SI, I think she needs stitches.
So yes, I would have taken a driverless car any day.
That was horrific. And you can't say anything because guess
(22:41):
what they know where you live.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
Yeah, some people like them, some people don't. I think
they are coming and there's nothing we can do about it.
So it's your choice if you want to take them
or auto.
Speaker 5 (22:51):
You can go old.
Speaker 4 (22:51):
School and take an uber. I like my ubers, you
know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (22:54):
And lastly, people that don't know, we do an entertainment
report every morning and sat in eight forty and let
me tell you this thing is don't miss.
Speaker 4 (23:02):
Okay, it's a don't miss.
Speaker 12 (23:04):
I think I might really be a horrible person. My
beloved is out of town and he just called me
to say good morning and that he loves me. And
I finished our call with you made me miss the
entertainment report.
Speaker 11 (23:18):
Thanks.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
I think I'm going a heck in a handbasket.
Speaker 2 (23:22):
I think it's a hell and a hand basket.
Speaker 4 (23:23):
But you know what, she was being radio front exactly.
Oh we're not radio frontly, Yeah, we know you aren't
