Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now best morning show in Boston.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Billy and Lisa in the Morning. Just a great start
to my day on Kids run Away.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
Here we go, it's the Big Friday Show. Good morning everybody.
You would think if it's such a big Friday show,
I would have been in place and in my seat
and ready to go. You know what it is. We're
really busy putting together the Big Friday Show.

Speaker 4 (00:31):
And it's gonna be good.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Oh man, it's gonna be a crazy show. We got
some weird things going on. Justin, do we want to
hit it right away? Bruno Mars dropped a new song
that got our attention very early this morning. I passed
Justin on the road early this morning, and I'm like,
I think that's Justin. We were both driving in together

(00:52):
and I had to pull up behind him just to
make sure it was the new Hampshire plate and I said, oh, yeah,
that's Justin, and I pulled up to he opened his
window with dark sunglasses on, and the new Bruno Mars
song was blaring.

Speaker 5 (01:08):
I can't stop playing it. I love it so much.
So Earlier this week, Bruno Mars posted on social media
that he was on his way to the recording studio
to make a strip club anthem with Sexy Red, who
is a rapper. She's kind of had the new CARDI
B I guess is the way to describe her. So
he dropped it last night. The video features Lady Gaga

(01:29):
and Rose. It's a strip club anthem and it's called
We're gonna try to keep it as clean as possible here,
but it's called Fat, Juicy and Fortune.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Let's go, don't you think man? Man just looks so good.
Let me go up a say that.

Speaker 5 (01:45):
Good kitty kitty, good kitty kitty.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Make him up.

Speaker 5 (01:48):
The video is very fun. It's very it's a fun song.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
I have to say.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
The video is really fun.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Yeah, it's a lot of fun and they're having a
lot of fun. Yes, in the video, I think Bruno.

Speaker 5 (01:59):
You know, he's got the apt with Rose, he's got
the lady guy, got ballad, both smashes, He's just doing
what he wants.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
Yeah, you know what I mean? You know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (02:08):
See doesday seeing.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Into it that doesn't say Friday? Yeah, that songwriting right
there get you into the weekend. The Friday song. Yeah
it is now. I don't think you'll ever hear it again.

Speaker 6 (02:25):
On Kiss I don't think play it on kiss, but
you can support him on whatever streaming platform he use.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
Well, we'll do whatever we can on this show this morning,
because it is the big Friday show. We don't want
to deny our listeners. Okay, we're here for them. So
we'll try to sneak it in a couple of times
this morning because we know it'll disappear after this show.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Well, we might even check in with my uncle Mark
at nine to ten.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
Well, because it is a strip club Anthem and your
uncle Mark down in Key West owns a really big
strip club.

Speaker 5 (02:57):
And it's the weekend, it's Friday night. This is like
the prime strip club night Friday and Saturday night. You
want to arch your back, that's right, Lise. What would
it take for you to to make a real dancing
to this song?

Speaker 1 (03:09):
It's funny talking about this.

Speaker 4 (03:12):
We're surprised you're asking us that because we've got the
White Kitty sculpture statue, a statue that you brought in.

Speaker 5 (03:21):
Oh my god, let's do it.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Everybody's going to Poundtown.

Speaker 5 (03:35):
Ruined it, you really did.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
I'm thinking justin just don't answer the phone. But sir Riley,
don't answer the phone. For the next hour, because it
could be the higher ups saying, what on earth are
you doing? What are you doing with my radio station?
But it's fun, Well, it's really fun, you know what.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
It's bad juice and what.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
Let's think of it that way. Life in general, it's fat,
juicy and wet. We love Bruno Mars.

Speaker 7 (04:06):
We love him.

Speaker 4 (04:06):
This is really a creative what's.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Going on with him?

Speaker 5 (04:10):
You got to see the video though. The video is awesome.
Song is playing your Gaga Rose all dancing and a
little white kiddie, yeah, which we have the same What
I forgot about.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
That exact we have.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
To recreate if we're going to produce a video this morning.
And it so happens Lisa is in a bunny suit.

Speaker 6 (04:30):
I know, Lisa actually is wearing similar what they're wearing
in the in the in the.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
Music video, I'm going skiing.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
Yeah, no, bunny central right here.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
Oh man. I have a feeling we're either going to
have a lot of fun this morning or we're gonna
get fired. So one of two things is going to
happen before the end of this show this morning.

Speaker 5 (04:54):
You know what. We're gonna have fun though, and that's
all that matters. Yeah, and Lisa's gonna dance.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
All right. We're coming up on entertainment. You know, the
Oscar nominations came out yesterday, but right away within minutes,
there were Oscar snubs announced yesterday, So we're going to
get through some of those. Bill Belichick is doing something
cool as the new head coach of UNC. He's tooling
around recruiting young players. And he went to two or

(05:23):
three local high schools in this area and he actually
made offers to two kids, and one of them could
very likely have been in our turkey toss. I'm just saying.
I'm just saying. Anyway, entertainment's coming up. Hanging with us.
It's Friday.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Let's go from the Planet Fitness Kiss one O eight Studios.
So we're back with Villy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Hey, everybody, welcome in. It's the Billy and Lisa Show,
the Friday edition, which could get a little crazy this morning.
Why don't we Justin's already laughing in there, and he's
not even on Mike yet. Why don't we start with
a couple of talkbacks and we'll take it from there.

Speaker 5 (06:01):
In a couple of minutes, Well, we will play the
new Bruno Mars song. It's a strip club anthem that
he just dropped with Sexy Red, who's a rapper. The
video features Lady Gaga and Rose. We plait a short
clip a couple of minutes ago and got Bill's.

Speaker 3 (06:14):
Review Everybody's going to Poundtown?

Speaker 5 (06:16):
And you know, we like to laugh at Bill, but
oh my god, I just choked on my coffee.

Speaker 8 (06:22):
Did Billy really say Everybody's going to Poundtown?

Speaker 3 (06:27):
That's part of my day?

Speaker 5 (06:28):
You guys ready for this. Bill's ahead of the game. See,
we sleep on Billy, right, We think we laugh at him,
when really he's ahead of the game because that Bruno
Mars song features Sexy Red, who is a rapper who,
by the way, has a song called Poundtown.

Speaker 9 (06:50):
Down.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
Okay Bill, all right, she stole it from me.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
Yeah, and there's someone else in the entertainment report who
also stole it from Billy.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
Really.

Speaker 3 (06:58):
Oh, I said it at the beginning. This is gonna
be a crazy show. We may or may not be
back Monday. Yeah, a lot of pounding on a Friday.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
Constant Wow, the entertainment update.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
With the Billy Cops.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
Anyway, We're coming up on a huge football weekend. The
Super Bowl is going to be decided on Sunday. Two games.
Commander's Eagles three o'clock Sunday, Bill's Chief six thirty Sunday Night.
Speaking of the super Bowl, just announced Kendrick Lamar will
have Sizza join him on stage for the Super Bowl
halftime show.

Speaker 5 (07:32):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (07:32):
They've got a few songs together, including a new one
called Luther actually samples and old Luther vans on the love.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
What song is the tamble Bill?

Speaker 3 (07:55):
Uh, this world is Mine? I believe. Yeah, that's a
great song. Oh, that was a great lu to Luther
fan in the same day. After the super Bowl, they're
going to hit the road together. And by the way,
Kendrick insists of bring the tour to Jellet Stadium May twelfth.
And by the way, a single thirty second commercial for

(08:18):
the Super Bowl is costing seven million dollars this year,
thank you very much. And those commercials will include Chris
Hemsworth and Chris Pratt for Metaglasses. I guess these glasses
can take pictures and shoot videos while you're walking around.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
Well, we had a guy about a year ago come
into the studio. He was wearing them and he actually
was filming us that's right.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
So we saw them first. We did, you'd never know,
but they seem cool. I have an issue with the
Super Bowl commercials. See you know, back in the day,
you'd wait to the Super Bowl to see the commercials.
You look forward forward to them. Now they released them early.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
Yeah, weak them.

Speaker 5 (08:53):
By the time the game comes, you've already seen all
the good ones.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
Yeah, you're gonna see Dojakat for Taco Bell. You'll see
post Malone for Bud Luck. Yes, super Bowl's coming up
real soon and we'll be decided this coming Sunday. Josh
McDaniels hit the interview circuit this week as the new
offensive coordinator for your new England Patriots. He talks about
working under head coach Mike Rabile.

Speaker 10 (09:15):
I picked Mike up from the airport on his when
he came here. Always been an extremely hard worker. I'm
marta player as we've had here, as I've been around
as a coach.

Speaker 3 (09:26):
I trust his vision.

Speaker 10 (09:27):
I really understand what he's going to look for from
me and be a part of his staff, and what
he's going to build here and what he's going to
put together and how he's going to lead us.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
Yeah, we'll see how that goes. Meantime, former Pats coach
Bill Belichick is now the new head coach of UNC,
and he's on the road recruiting. He went to a
couple of local schools like Arlington High School and also
Saint Sebastians. He made an offer to Marky Wallbridge out
at Saint Sebastian's. I was interested in UNC before, I
would say definitely more interested now. And you know I

(09:59):
grew up wall Cha my TV and when I watch
the Patriots back to their parades. So it's an honor
for imp cop making my offer. Imagine that Bill Belichick,
what's the call in calls you wants you to be
a part of his UNC team. So that's Mark Wallbridge. Meantime,
how about Mark Wallberg in theaters this weekend with Flight Risk.

(10:19):
He plays a complete psycho who tortures a couple of
people on a plane.

Speaker 11 (10:23):
It's kind of me against both of them, and I
was just trying to poke and prod at them as
much as possible and get under their skin and intimidate
them and gross them out, freak them out as much
as possible. Of course, at the end of the movie,
right away I posized because we only had twenty two
days to shoot the movie, so we're always.

Speaker 3 (10:39):
Kind of there on the plane in character.

Speaker 11 (10:42):
If we weren't rolling and I wasn't going crazy, I
was just kind of quiet to myself and acting.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
We were in the back of the plane. But it
was a lot of fun, and you know, it was
a great script.

Speaker 11 (10:50):
So it was really really started with what was on
the page, and of course mel creating the environment for
us to kind of feel free to be creative and
just try anything.

Speaker 6 (10:58):
You see what Billy did right there when Yes, that
amazing transition. But did you also pick up on that,
Mark Wahlberg? So they did that in three weeks.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
That's crazy, insane.

Speaker 5 (11:08):
Yeah, the movie looks great.

Speaker 3 (11:09):
Yeah. I may actually go to the movies tonight for
Flight Risk. I hope you do.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Going to the movies. That Showcase is so much fun.
It's relaxing. Those seats are amazing. They feed up.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
Oh yeah, Showcase cinemas. I am stretching out.

Speaker 7 (11:22):
I may even arch my back, yeahs I needed.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
Yeah, honey, we're going.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
Can you imagine just going into like the.

Speaker 6 (11:46):
The Wooburn or wherever the closest show Yeah, and you
see Billy arching his back.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
Yeah, kit Cat Flight Risk in theaters this weekend. It
is new music Friday, justin lets go. You want to
start with Bruno right off the top.

Speaker 5 (12:02):
I mean, why not. We've been talking about it. Bruno
mars brand new song. He's calling it a strip club anthem.
It's a little on the dirty side. I did clean
it up. It features Sexy Red. It's called Fat Juicy
and Wet.

Speaker 3 (12:16):
I don't even he been just looks so good. Let
me go up sel Kitty kittylikty kitty, make him up. Yeah,
it's very catchy, isn't it. Yeah? Yeah, fat Juice, Fat
Juicy and wet.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
Clean it up over there, Fat Juicy and Wet. I
almost threw up my everything bagel.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
For him. Definitely for the mayor of this one out,
although I'm sure he'll figure something out.

Speaker 5 (12:46):
So the video feature is obviously sexy Red, Bruno Mars.
It's a fun video. Also Lady Gaga in Rose. Yeah,
Bruno has been teasing this all week.

Speaker 3 (12:55):
So the video, it's a great video.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
Yeah, there's a part where obviously it's a kiddie in
the song. They have a kiddy in the video. They're twerking,
do do.

Speaker 3 (13:09):
Yourck, put your West into it. Okay, I really think
there's a chance that we may not be working about it.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
Okay, well we need you.

Speaker 4 (13:19):
Yeah, I'm not worrying about it.

Speaker 5 (13:20):
It's fine. Also, new music Friday, brand new Caigo and
one Republic. We love Caigo because he has those kind
of those build ups. Oh you know, I'm talking about.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
The InFine and hobby it in. Yeah, we come on,
wait till I might have to go to the Grand
after the movies.

Speaker 5 (13:48):
Gotta wait for it.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
I'm chasing.

Speaker 5 (13:57):
Yeah, I love Caigo. Yeah, but you move went on
a Friday and finally got to get this in Tate McCrae.
Her new album comes out February twenty. First, she dropped
another new single, This one could be for you, Billy.
It's called Sportscar Sultry Wow, like she's arching her.

Speaker 4 (14:24):
It's kind of a different sound for her.

Speaker 5 (14:26):
It's a little bit different. Yeah, yeah, I like it. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:30):
Are you done?

Speaker 4 (14:31):
Are you okay?

Speaker 3 (14:32):
I don't think so? Really? Are somebody spiked my coffee? Yeah?
We're getting there. We're getting there. Why don't we just
go right there? Okaya, we wait for this one year.

Speaker 4 (14:42):
Well, there's a theme going with the show this morning
and Gwyneth Paltrow is a part of it because her
new Valentine's Day Gift guide came out a goop, And
we always report on this every single year, but this year,
for twenty twenty five, it's taking a turn. She says,
once you finished talking about all the things you do,
turn each other on. Use that energy to enjoy a

(15:03):
quick a quick trip to poundtown. All right. She has
one of thirty calls to action printed on scratch cards
inside the Adventure Challenges Quicki's gift box, and it's only
twenty nine ninety nine.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
Okay, yeah, I think that's that's a good price point.

Speaker 4 (15:21):
Absolutely, She's got a lot of really good price points.

Speaker 5 (15:27):
You know what one of the cards says, right, I mean,
some things just go together, right least.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
I have no doubt this is our final show. I mean,
I'm just gonna blame it on winning.

Speaker 5 (15:42):
No blame it on me.

Speaker 1 (15:43):
I actually literally think it's the first time show I'm
not to blame. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (15:48):
At Lisa's book Club, I was talking to what Michelle
Billy's wife, and we were talking about the show, and
I said, she goes, you know, she goes.

Speaker 12 (15:55):
You do?

Speaker 5 (15:56):
You guys do such a great job, I go, Michelle.
All I do is play audio to make Billy laugh.
That's my job. That's so true.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
Timothy Shallomey is going to be the host and the
musical guest on Saturday Night Live tomorrow night. By the way,
Shallow May is the youngest two time Oscar nominee since
James Dean. Wow, that's a long time ago. And the
trailer from Saturday Night Lives fifty years of Music is
out and we have got a collects.

Speaker 5 (16:23):
And l has served as a time capsule through the
decades for America.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
The first thing that blew my mind was Evo playing Satisfaction.

Speaker 13 (16:31):
There was also a message from Lauren, this is not
just like a musical guest.

Speaker 3 (16:34):
We're gonna make this a really important part of the show.

Speaker 5 (16:37):
Saturday Night Live was one of the first platforms that
played pop music.

Speaker 3 (16:41):
We were the first rap group to ever be on
national television. Please welcome my friends from the Brass, the
Funky Four plus one more. That is the beginning of everything.

Speaker 5 (16:50):
You invited, rage against the Machine.

Speaker 3 (16:53):
I won't do what you tell me, man.

Speaker 14 (16:55):
That was their mistake.

Speaker 3 (16:56):
It's really live. You could go Rome. I'm sorrylies and gentlemen,
there's no reason do the songs to me?

Speaker 5 (17:00):
It was the most iconic American television show of all time.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
You Know What's Gonna Happen? It airs Monday night on
the NBC. Right after that. A lot of that music
for a long time ago is gonna have a rebirth.
We're gonna be doing stories Monday or Tuesday morning. Hey,
you remember the song on Saturday Night Live, It's back.
Ariana Grande scored an Oscar nomination the other day for
the movie Wicked, and she posted on her social yesterday
she hasn't stopped crying since. Good for her, and Kelly

(17:27):
Clarkson is launching her own record label.

Speaker 12 (17:29):
That came out on my first time in my career,
and I just now started my own label and I'm
all about my own stuff, and I'm like, and I've
had some good teams like to work with, but there
is nothing like being that ten year old again.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
And like being excited.

Speaker 12 (17:41):
Nobody's saying, oh you should do this.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
I love this for her?

Speaker 3 (17:45):
Yeah, who better? Right?

Speaker 4 (17:46):
Yeah, this is fantastic.

Speaker 3 (17:48):
Meantime. We are brought to you by the ninety nine restaurant.
Weren't you there last night?

Speaker 15 (17:52):
I was?

Speaker 4 (17:52):
We were playing trivia night. We actually won the first round.
Oh not really, like well, we couldn't stay for the
whole thing, but like the first we won.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Okay, next time, I'm coming with you guys, all right,
I love trivia.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
Well, if you're in the mood for a warm, hearty
meal like the Dunovans had last night, I visited the
ninety nine restaurant. Try their homestyle chicken pot pie freshly
baked to order and topped with the buttery, flaky crushed,
or try their new double barbecue turkey tips. Got a
lot of the nines and there you go.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
He's a beta lyric for your listeners, which are mostly
women and gay men.

Speaker 13 (18:26):
Built, glistening and hard.

Speaker 1 (18:29):
Have a great day.

Speaker 2 (18:32):
From the Planet Fitness, Kiss one Away Studios. We're back
with the Billy and Lisa in the morning on Kiss.

Speaker 3 (18:39):
That was brand new from Tate McCrae. I like it.
It's called sports Car. And don't forget Tate's coming to
Boston two shows twenty sixth and twenty seventh of August.
You just did our jingle ball. It's gonna be sensational
if I'm not mistaken. Both shows are sold out, right
they are? Yeah, yep, imagine that Tate McCray.

Speaker 5 (18:59):
Yeah album coming out in a few weeks. She's doing
fire Aid next Thursday night, Tates Everywhere. Yeah, that one's
called sports Car.

Speaker 8 (19:06):
Do you guys think the new Tate McCrae song sounds
like Buttons by the pussy Cat Doll.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
Yes, yes, exactly.

Speaker 5 (19:13):
Oh, let's do a comparison here. This is a sports
Car the new Tait songs, and this is Buttons.

Speaker 4 (19:25):
Oh yeah, same vibe. Yeah, yeah, I totally hear it.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
It's very similar.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Yeah, similar but different. Both great songs. Yeah, both great songs.
But again, Tate's coming back to Boston for two shows
in August. Uh, when you have a birthday to announce?

Speaker 6 (19:39):
Oh, yes, my brother Chris is his birthday. Happy birthday, Chris.
He's on his way to work.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
I'm assuming. I know he's not listening, but oh he's
a teacher like in Sudbury.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
All right, well, happy birthday.

Speaker 16 (19:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
You know what we have this morning on the Friday show.
We have Chris News when he's brother Chris and my
son Chris. You know, I've got Dining Playbook on nesson
every Saturday morning at night. Well, we have another show
we launched last last week. It's called Meat Boston and
it's driven pretty much by young influencers content creators, and
we call them hubsters. And I have a shameless dad

(20:11):
moment now because on the first episode of the new
season of Meat Boston tomorrow morning at nine thirty, right
after Dining Playbook, my son Chris is one of our
new hubsters, and he does his first segment.

Speaker 5 (20:23):
For the show.

Speaker 4 (20:24):
I saw a clip of it. He is so good,
and I'm so happy that he's doing that.

Speaker 3 (20:28):
For that that's pretty cool stuff.

Speaker 5 (20:29):
Yeah, he's made it, Bud, He's made.

Speaker 3 (20:31):
It, Christopher. I can't believe you made it. Yeah, he's
looking good doing it.

Speaker 4 (20:39):
He really is.

Speaker 3 (20:39):
And that was another Chris right there.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
Christopher walks.

Speaker 14 (20:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (20:43):
Yeah, oh Christopher.

Speaker 15 (20:48):
Hey.

Speaker 5 (20:50):
Episode two today.

Speaker 3 (20:53):
Friday.

Speaker 16 (20:55):
Oh God, good morning morning crew.

Speaker 8 (20:57):
I love listening to your show.

Speaker 16 (21:00):
I'm so excited.

Speaker 8 (21:01):
I just found out yesterday that I won two tickets
to go see Hamilton on Broadway. I was so surprised.
I was wondering, what have you won in the past
that you were very excited about. Have a great weekend.

Speaker 4 (21:14):
Oh, I won one hundred bucks on a scratch ticket.

Speaker 8 (21:19):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (21:19):
I was so excited.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
I don't know if it was last year, the year before.
I won two squares. Oh was it last year? Bill
with your wife's and your sister in law all.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
The boxes squares too.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
Yeah, I won one.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
That was really exciting.

Speaker 3 (21:32):
I've never won a nickel. Every single year we do
the squares for the Super Bowl, I've never won a nickel.

Speaker 5 (21:38):
Everybody around me wins. It's like annoying. Yeah, you're a
mush I really am. I know, and I think about
it all the time, Like I see these big winners.
They win, you know, a million dollars playing the lottery
scratch tickets. You don't win if you don't play. I
just never play because I never win. But I have
to play if I want to win. It's a crazy thing. Yeah,
kind of confusing, kind of confusing.

Speaker 8 (21:58):
Good morning, guys.

Speaker 17 (22:00):
This is a tired kindergarten teacher calling on her way
to work. I'm just looking for some pep talk. Teaching's
really hard. It's really tiring, especially kindergarten, but any kind
of teaching is hard. If anybody wants to give me
a little pep talk, that would be appreciated, because.

Speaker 4 (22:23):
I'm tired talk. What she's doing is legitimately creating good people.
Like that's like you're starting them Marlely in kindergarten. You
got them right there. They're like so sweet and they
love you and they want to be there and they
want to make friends, and you're doing such great work,

(22:43):
like you'll it'll like pay pay everyone back. You know
it really is.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
Yeah, you know we could get her to do a
little dance, get her in the mood her, let that
Bruno mars, get her going for kindergarten. That's it. That's well,
she's a teacher. It's not for the kids, it's for her.

Speaker 5 (22:58):
My advice, just go in there, tell them what's up,
show him who is boss, and don't take any crap.

Speaker 18 (23:04):
You know what, I can already tell that I don't
like you, and I'm probably not gonna like you no
matter how many pull ups or push ups you do.
Anybody wants to pick on anybody in class, aim for
him because I ain't watching.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
Yeah, that's that's another approach.

Speaker 5 (23:19):
Just let him know.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
The side is shouldn't take him home.

Speaker 5 (23:22):
So there you leave him there, you go tell the
wedding trends of twenty twenty five. The new list is out.
We have it and that's next time.

Speaker 4 (23:30):
Kiss one away.

Speaker 3 (23:31):
Hey, guys, welcome back. It's a billy in this the
Morning Show. It never fails, right at least, anytime we
talk about anything that involves weddings, people go nuts. Everybody
has a gripe or everybody has something to brag about.
So we have a wedding list that everybody should hear a.

Speaker 5 (23:50):
Bride to get people in the mood.

Speaker 19 (23:52):
Yeah, okay, here we go.

Speaker 4 (23:56):
All right, all right, if you are planning to get engaged,
if you are engaged, this is a really exciting trend
for twenty twenty five that I'm going to share with you.
The wedding content creator. Everyone wants a wedding content creator.

Speaker 14 (24:12):
What is that.

Speaker 4 (24:12):
It's not the wedding photographer, it's not the videographer. This
person will post on your social channels straight away. So
they are doing like quick gallery shots. They're posting to TikTok,
like they're tying into trends about wedding life. So all
of the couples now want this content creator.

Speaker 3 (24:32):
Is just in real time, liked in real time.

Speaker 4 (24:35):
Like get ready with me, Like all of those things
are really important to couples.

Speaker 6 (24:40):
Lisa, can I let you know that someone I know
a friend of ours of the show Zoe from Nurse Fiona,
just did that for her wedding a few weeks ago.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
She went viral.

Speaker 6 (24:49):
Yeah, literally had like a real ten million view because
she had a content creator.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
It's almost like you're taking everybody to your wedding.

Speaker 4 (24:55):
Because if you think about it, the wedding photographer, you
could wait weeks to get the picture. So this is
such a great way to like instantly show everyone what
you're doing.

Speaker 5 (25:05):
I love this trend so much. Yeah, this is awesome
real quick. So I know what when he's talking about
I saw that video. It went like millions of views.
I didn't know that they had a content creator do that,
but they had somebody document they had just gotten married
or just we're going to get married in the you know,
the gown and everything, and they were walking through the
Prudential and they went into Sophora and fully dressed up together.

(25:29):
Fun and that quick video went virus. So that's actually
a good idea to have somebody a great idea.

Speaker 3 (25:34):
So if you're listening and you have a content creator
for you upcoming wedding, give us a car. I want
to talk more about it.

Speaker 4 (25:39):
Well, The other thing that is really in are mismatched
bridesmaid's dresses. So that means what's out are the overly matching,
matching bridesmaid's dresses. So that's good, that's out. It looks
so dated and they're always hideous, always hideous. The next
thing that is totally in our small wedding parties, so

(26:00):
out are the massive guest list. It's gone, no one
wants it.

Speaker 20 (26:05):
Ye Hi, Billy, Lisa, Justin and Winnie. I love the
topic for today. This is Devin the wedding painter, by
the way, so of course I felt like I had
to chime in. I've painted over eighty seven weddings at
this point, so if I had to guess what kind
of trends are in and out. As far as what's out, honestly,
I'm seeing smaller and smaller wedding parties and just people

(26:26):
like guestless altogether. You know, invite the people you love
and leave it at that, and then you'll have money
left over for experiences that you love, like live wedding painting.

Speaker 3 (26:38):
Devin credit on that one.

Speaker 5 (26:39):
Well, her painting is right there in our studio of us.
She did a lot painting of.

Speaker 4 (26:43):
Us we look at it every day. Another trend is
having a second bridal dress. Another trend is drone footage
and themed guest dress codes.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
M oh, I don't know if you'd like that one.
No dressed like Abraham, everyone wear white. Yeah, yeah, top
ads would be cool, you know. Or Derby's all the
guys need to wear a Derby. Yeah, yeah, I like that.

Speaker 4 (27:15):
So those are some of the favorites that I thought
were amusing.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
Well, I'm glad to hear the giant wedding parties are
out me too.

Speaker 5 (27:21):
And the dresses.

Speaker 3 (27:23):
I don't even like the giant weddings.

Speaker 5 (27:25):
Well, I went to a wedding over the summer. It
was beautiful, but they had thirteen bridesmaids.

Speaker 4 (27:31):
Oh my god, that's crazy.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
There were so many.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
You don't like that many people.

Speaker 6 (27:36):
I'm not close enough with thirteen girls to say, let's
all be a my bridal party.

Speaker 3 (27:41):
Yeah, and the majority of them you'll probably never speak
to it.

Speaker 4 (27:43):
Well, if you look at the pictures of your wedding,
most of the people you never talked to again, Like
you maybe see one or two.

Speaker 3 (27:50):
That's another thing I never liked was the organized pictures
where everybody standing there. According to height. Yeah, that's out.

Speaker 15 (27:57):
What is that for?

Speaker 4 (27:58):
It's out? Film style photography for weddings is in.

Speaker 5 (28:01):
Yeah, yeah we did all that.

Speaker 1 (28:03):
Half the time.

Speaker 6 (28:03):
You might not see the brider groom ever again, I
mean most marriages and the divorce anyways, why waste the money?

Speaker 3 (28:09):
Oh, then there's that. But then when you're looking at
this line up the photo, like half the people you're
not talking to anymore. It's so it ruins the picture.
It's so true to a lot of candids.

Speaker 4 (28:20):
I like, that's why this this wedding content creator is
really big.

Speaker 5 (28:24):
That's a big one. So if you're an influencer, you know,
this could be a good side gig for you. Yeah,
weddings the top that.

Speaker 3 (28:34):
I mean a real like the able link and top
that real tall. It would be awesome.

Speaker 6 (28:41):
Okay, Bill, if I ever get married, that's why I'm
going to require I'm insisting on it.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
Okay, the tallest top out of all time. Ah man,
So topic time is next. Sorry I lost myself for
a second there. Topic time is coming up next. Listen.
Everybody loves talking about weddings. Okay, now's your chance. Six
months Evan nine three one one oneha, do you have
a content creator, or what are you doing for your wedding?

(29:05):
How do they get to the talkback justin?

Speaker 5 (29:07):
They are wide open right now, get your message in
on the iHeartRadio app. Just search us kiss one away,
tap that red microphone and please talk right into the phone.

Speaker 3 (29:15):
And topic time is next time.

Speaker 2 (29:17):
Now it's topic time with Billy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 5 (29:22):
Okay, So we.

Speaker 3 (29:22):
Kicked off a topic earlier this morning because a Lisa,
you had a list of new wedding trends.

Speaker 4 (29:27):
Right, and the top wedding trend this year is having
a wedding content creator.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
Okay. And people love talking about weddings, whether it's good
talk back talk. You want to start with talkbacks justin,
or you want to go right to the phones, We'll
go to the phones. And we've got I think that
says Whinny Samantha, Satina, Sorry Satina, what have you got
for us?

Speaker 9 (29:50):
Hi?

Speaker 3 (29:51):
Good morning, Good morning. You have a wedding coming up.

Speaker 21 (29:55):
I just got married in October and my husband and
I at the time, we were kind of going back
and forth about having a videographer, if it was like
worth the money whatnot. And I was like, you know,
but like we're really gonna want this footage.

Speaker 15 (30:09):
So I ended up.

Speaker 21 (30:10):
Signing a content creator online and he's like, you know,
that's kind of silly, right, and I'm like, no, trust me,
It'll be worth it. And I'm not even kidding. It
was like our best money spent throughout our whole wedding process.

Speaker 19 (30:22):
She was incredible.

Speaker 21 (30:23):
We had all of our footage sent to us within
twenty four hours, so like literally the next morning, I
woke up and like my phone had like the whole day,
like our whole every moment, you know, was sent to us,
so awesomely got to just like relive it all like
right away, and uh yeah, it was just great. And
then they put together videos for you so you get

(30:44):
all the raw footage plus like all these different clips.
So I just wanted to give a shit stuff from
married and social and I think everyone should have one.
It was incredible.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
I love this idea, one of the best wedding ideas
I've ever heard.

Speaker 4 (31:00):
It's the most exciting time.

Speaker 19 (31:01):
It's incredible.

Speaker 15 (31:03):
Still married, Yes, I'm still married.

Speaker 3 (31:07):
It's always good. Let's go to Leslie in New Hampshire.
Good morning, Leslie, what's your story TOI?

Speaker 15 (31:19):
Well? On Valentine's Day, I'm getting ready to launch a
pop up shop here in New Hampshire and Newmarket and
I sell preloved wedding gowns and they're gowns that have
been worn, worn by another bride, and I clean them
and sometimes redesign them, up cycle them, you know, whatever
whatever it takes to get them done, to get them
in shape to resell to another bride so they can

(31:39):
have the dress of their dreams without spending a lot
of money.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
I love the names.

Speaker 4 (31:44):
This is such a great idea.

Speaker 15 (31:45):
Well, yeah, so the women buy these gorgeous gowns for
thousands of dollars and they wear them for a couple
of hours and that's it. And it's not a good
use of resources. It's bad for the planet. It was
created to be out in the world and viewed and
be part of a day that brings joy, and it
can't do that if it's in a box and someone's
attic your basement. If you bought a car, you wouldn't

(32:07):
drive it off the lot and take a trip for
seven or eight hours and park it in your driveway
and never drive it again. Right, Yeah, that's not the
intent for it. So you know, this is a way
and actually half of them are new. I buy them
at auction, and I think a lot of them sometimes
were dresses that didn't happen to COVID weddings and they're
brand new with tag bottom and so, you know, this
is a good way to help women get the dress

(32:30):
of their dreams and still be very affordable. Most of
them are a couple of one hundred dollars. Wow, less
than a thousand if it's you know, I mean I
have five thousand dollars dress that you know, it's like
nine hundred dollars. So it's called Once and Again Gowns
And hopefully the website will be live next weekend Once
and Again Gowns dot com. But Valentine's Day is a

(32:51):
special day for me because it's the one year University
of meeting my friend Steve the Pharmacist, at least his
book club there the night.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
Yeah, what idea.

Speaker 15 (33:05):
I'm at mel Robbins and I got to meet her
and you know who I mean, she's she's been instrumental
in my life.

Speaker 3 (33:13):
Yeah, anything happened with you and Steve the pharmacist friend,
then we are.

Speaker 15 (33:19):
Very very good friends. He's stating a lovely woman and yeah,
we're we're really best piles and we you know again,
thank you guys for making that happen. And so yeah,
so Valentine's Day, you know, here we go before for
too long.

Speaker 3 (33:34):
Maybe will you be using one of those pre loved gowns?

Speaker 15 (33:37):
Oh well, you know, stranger things have happened once again.

Speaker 3 (33:40):
What's the website?

Speaker 15 (33:42):
Once and again? Downs dot com because the brides and
you know, the gowns are both sometimes once sometimes again.
And we also have you know, my tag is Bridal
for All because we have vintage gowns and we have
gowns for mature bron okay and for you know, brides
of size, and you know, everybody should be able to
have a great dress.

Speaker 3 (34:02):
Good idea win win for everybody.

Speaker 5 (34:05):
We have My my wife's gown is in my closet
in a box.

Speaker 3 (34:08):
Yeah see since I.

Speaker 5 (34:09):
See it every day.

Speaker 3 (34:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
They usually just go right up into the attic.

Speaker 3 (34:12):
Yeah. Yeah, you think you're going to do something with
it someday, that's never going to happen.

Speaker 4 (34:17):
In our family, we had a tradition where we used
the dress to make like the baptism gown for the kids,
so like part of the dress. Yeah, so we did
that in our family.

Speaker 5 (34:27):
Oh, that's a very good idea. I think she's saving
it for our daughter.

Speaker 4 (34:31):
Yeah that's yeah, to use it in some capacity.

Speaker 3 (34:34):
Gemma's going to want her own wedding gown when they're time.

Speaker 4 (34:36):
Maybe want a piece of it or something.

Speaker 5 (34:39):
Something beautiful. It's a giant box and we paid a
lot of money for that thing.

Speaker 3 (34:42):
I'm sure you didn't.

Speaker 5 (34:44):
But I love what she's doing there.

Speaker 8 (34:45):
I'm kind of torn on the idea of content creators
at weddings. Well, I think it's cool if you do
post log.

Speaker 3 (34:52):
When she go what happened?

Speaker 5 (34:54):
She dropped off, Oh oh it was very interested.

Speaker 3 (34:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (35:00):
Well yeah. The thing what the content creator is is, okay,
so you you document your entire wedding, but all of
your friends and closest people are there, So who are
you getting it for? People? Your followers that aren't.

Speaker 3 (35:11):
Okay, Maybe that's what this cost.

Speaker 5 (35:13):
I think that's where she was going with it.

Speaker 3 (35:15):
I don't know. On the surface, I kind of liked
the idea of the content creator.

Speaker 5 (35:19):
Yeah, you know, even just for yourself, you know, to
live on your social media. Yeah, you know you have
on Instagram, you have highlights that are there.

Speaker 4 (35:27):
It's just more immediate.

Speaker 3 (35:28):
Yeah, but the traditional photographer, I don't know. I just
you know, they're dragging you around all day. You don't
get to really enjoy your wedding. And yeah, you know,
stand there for their stand there for that. You know,
go with candid shots. I like this content creator thing.

Speaker 5 (35:41):
Yeah, how about backyard weddings, bill you're into those?

Speaker 3 (35:43):
I Lisa had one. I love backyard nothing wrong with those.

Speaker 9 (35:46):
I will have to say, backyard weddings I think can
be done so extraordinarily well. I mean I've been to
Severrol and you just get a big ten sometimes and
you get the right caterer. It really is a delicious,
you know, big giant cake. They can really be so

(36:08):
much money.

Speaker 1 (36:09):
I agree.

Speaker 4 (36:09):
The small wedding parties another hot trend for twenty twenty five,
and it's cool.

Speaker 3 (36:14):
You're actually home and you're having your wedding.

Speaker 21 (36:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (36:18):
Cheaper, too oh much much much cheaper, you know, and
you can make your own food or you know, get
it catered. But if you want to make some home
style food or something, it sounds good to me. But
I like the small wedding.

Speaker 14 (36:29):
Hey, guys, I love the small wedding party idea. But
you know, what people probably can't even afford to have
a big wedding party anymore. It's astronomical unless you're going
to have it at your house and your kitchen with
some mac and cheese.

Speaker 5 (36:44):
I don't with that, like mac and cheese.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
Load up on some mac and cheese. That's a party
right there.

Speaker 5 (36:50):
Yeah, yeah, it is.

Speaker 22 (36:50):
I got married about two years ago, and there's something
about my wedding that people are still talking about to
this day.

Speaker 19 (36:56):
We chose to do a late night sackbar.

Speaker 20 (37:00):
It was French fries, so.

Speaker 22 (37:01):
There was like five or six different dippings and seasonings
and it was honestly one of the best parts of
our wedding.

Speaker 4 (37:11):
I love that idea.

Speaker 5 (37:12):
Now, I've only been to one wedding that had this.
Was actually Ashley from down the hall at tom She
had a pizza truck.

Speaker 15 (37:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (37:20):
So they had the dinner, they had the dance, and
then at late, like eleven o'clock at night, the pizza
truck came and was giving out slices of pizza. That's
a good idea.

Speaker 3 (37:27):
And by the way, since you're mentioning a pizza truck,
there is a pizza truck out in the North Shore
in the Salem area. That's an actual fire truck. It's
very cool. And the guy turned the fire truck into
a pizza oven in the back.

Speaker 14 (37:40):
Good.

Speaker 21 (37:40):
I love that.

Speaker 3 (37:40):
Bring in the fire truck.

Speaker 5 (37:42):
I love that. Let's go to Brittany online one. She's
in Hampton.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
Hey, Brittany, are you in Hampton Beach?

Speaker 9 (37:47):
Hampton Beach?

Speaker 3 (37:48):
How's everything going in Hampton Beach?

Speaker 19 (37:51):
It's great. It's a sunny morning.

Speaker 15 (37:52):
It's so cold, but it's okay.

Speaker 3 (37:54):
A little walk on the beach. So what have you
got for his wedding?

Speaker 5 (37:56):
Wise?

Speaker 19 (37:57):
So the contact c reader. We had a videoographer for
our wedding and we get to relive the wedding every anniversary.
So we sit down, we rewatch everything and he was
like in the background catching everything very candidly.

Speaker 15 (38:10):
So it was really special for us to have him.

Speaker 3 (38:12):
Yeah, it just doesn't sound like a night of entertainment
to me. I wish we had a videographer.

Speaker 5 (38:21):
We didn't have it. That's our biggest regret.

Speaker 3 (38:24):
But if you were to do it now, you'd probably
do the content creator.

Speaker 4 (38:27):
Possibly I would do the content Yeah, I would do
a content because they're kind of checking all the boxes
for you, because they're going to give you long form
videos as well, just a little bit later.

Speaker 5 (38:36):
Oh yeah, Carlo and Boston. I don't know if this
is correct or not about where this person got married,
but we have to find out what it is.

Speaker 3 (38:44):
Hey Carlow, what's going on with you?

Speaker 6 (38:46):
Yes?

Speaker 13 (38:47):
Yes, hello?

Speaker 3 (38:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 15 (38:49):
Go.

Speaker 13 (38:51):
So my wife and I have been together seventeen years.
We have a family friend, he's a JP. We got
married in the car at JP's place of work. Wow,
saved everybody in the trouble because you know why, you know,
you know why? Well, first of all, she's a real
girl and we're still married. We didn't really care about
the wedding and all the money and stuff like that,

(39:11):
but we saved everybody in the trouble. Like Matt he
used to say, nobody really wants to go to your wedding.

Speaker 3 (39:15):
Yeah, I mean truth. That was actually Jerry Seinfeld who
said it. But yeah, we used to say that.

Speaker 13 (39:20):
A lot of it. But that's the truth.

Speaker 3 (39:22):
But wait a minute, why didn't you get out of
the car.

Speaker 13 (39:26):
But I was gonna ask because it was it was
it was the end of November.

Speaker 4 (39:29):
Oh, it was just easier. So just sit right in
the car. Were you guys sitting in the back seat together.

Speaker 13 (39:36):
In fact, my wife was on a work call on
her computer and she had a MacBook with her. I
signed it. Wow, do you want to say anything? We
said no, we just got married.

Speaker 3 (39:45):
So a Lisa's asking, was it in the back seat?
We were in the backseat and then you're ready to go.

Speaker 5 (39:53):
Oh my god, Billy, I wonder what the wedding song was.

Speaker 3 (40:04):
We're married? Yeah, yeah, I love that. You're gonna have
the cans on the back of the car, you know that.

Speaker 5 (40:10):
That's old school.

Speaker 3 (40:11):
That's old school.

Speaker 16 (40:12):
My daughter is doing all the trench. She's getting married
in the fall. The guest list is just immediate family
and only people she goes out to eat with, not
that neighbor from twenty years ago. She is doing the
contact creator and she's doing a photographer. She's having at
a small venue. There's no bridal party became we have

(40:32):
whatever we want.

Speaker 3 (40:33):
That's dangerous.

Speaker 16 (40:34):
And she's got two dresses and the second one she
should be dancing to Bruno Mas's new song.

Speaker 3 (40:38):
Yes, that's a jam.
