Okay, good morning, everybody. Welcome into the Thursday version of
the Billy and Lisa a Morning Show. Severe storms last
night now justin Salem, New Hampshire, got hit hard, right,
A lot of rain.

Yeah, we got pounded thunder rain Actually was pretty scary.
There was some ponding flooding in front of my house. Oh,
my neighbors had to move their cars onto their lawn.

They say, Lowell Lawrence got like more than two inches
of rain. And by the way, in a very short
period of time. And that's when it's really scary, when
lightning and rain and the rain it's coming down so
hard so fast, it can't go anywhere. There's not enough time,
so power outages. It was a wild night. I didn't
see any event. Lisa in Milton did anything.

Thank God, because I was having the ninety plus sellars
wine tasting around the pool, so everything was outside and
we didn't get a drop.

I googled the weather. I googled the weather and Milton
mass in the middle of the storm at my house.

So how was the pool party?

The pool party was next level. Ninety plus sellers did
an amazing job. They had off the hook wines like
so bougie. It was so great. And Alex, their wine director, did,
like some a nice presentation when he showed up. I
did our listener. Kim our talkbacker was there with her sister.
We had some book club people there and it was

just an amazing night. And June and Honey did a
grazing board like in my kitchen.

You know I have that big island. Sure, you just
got to my Instagram.

Lisad on him and went away and check out all
of the videos and everything leading up to the event
last night.

Wow, was that Kim the sausage toes woman, Yes, Jimmy
Deane sausage. Oh was a talkback.

The bigfoot woman was there.

So I looked at her feet.

to the side of the yard where was she took
her shoe off. Oh my god, I saw her feet,
not that they're not that bad. They're painted. They're just
a little chubby, like she's a woman in her you know,
of a certain age. Yes, I did, and I saw
they really weren't that bad, like I didn't. I mean,

they weren't like, oh my god, beautiful feet, but they
weren't like like, I've seen way worse feet. So not
to be on the hall at jam In has disgusting feet.

Okay, all right, and we'll just throw that out there.
So did you know this was going on behind the scenes.

I didn't.

I was very busy.

But I will say that a couple of people that
came got flat tires. I don't even know how that happened.
That was a whole sidebar conversation. Yeah, three people had
car at problems. Two No, they ran into the stone
wall at my house.

That's pretty hard to do. I've your house, plenty of
room between you and the stone wall.

I don't know what happened.

Maybe because there are so many cars parts on the
one side. So we had a flatbed trucks show up
for one of the cars. Another one her bumper came off.
I don't even know, Like, and this is arriving to
the party. This wasn't even leaving.

Yeah, so they hadn't even had one, no, not at all.

So that was sort of like, yeah, that was happening
over to the side. But once everybody got to the backyard,
it was. It was pretty spectacular, I have to say.
It was really it was really lovely. And I want
to say I did all my own flowers.

And beautiful flowers.

Proud of myself, like I laid them all out like
I was a florist on a blanket.

Where did the flowers come from?

I bought them at the at the Milton market place.
I no, you can buy like bunches and stems. So
I took them all out of the packaging and I
laid them all out and I planned my whole thing.

It was in the middle of the party, right in
the pool party. Did you hear the truck back of
that right?

is a brick wall, but it's like as the entryway
to her driveway. It's not like in your I mean

And I'm a bad driver, and I've never had a
problem going your driveway.

What a beautiful area. A lot of people jog and
walk and and Courageous sailing teaches people how to sail.

Okay, here we go. So a Taylor Swift, you might argue,
took over the world last night. It was her first
podcast appearance ever. It was on the Kelsey Brothers podcast,
her first interview, by the way, since twenty twenty three,
and the official album announcement happened last night.

This is my brain new album, The Life of a Showgirl.

It comes out October.

Third, and this album is about what was going on
behind the scenes in my inner life during this tour.

Which was so exuberant and electric and vibrant.

When you think of it, how do you record a
whole album while you're on a tour as big as
the Era's tour? How do you even do that as
a human being?
Speaker 2 (07:26):
Well, she explained it in the podcast.

She would do three nights and then she'd have three
days off and she would fly to Sweden and record
and then come back amazing.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
It's her twelfth album, twelve songs, No More, No Less.

I wanted to do an album that was so focused
on quality and on the theme and everything fitting together
like a perfect puzzle. That these twelve songs for my
twelfth album. It just I feel like we achieved that.

And the title track of the album, Life of a
Show Girl, is going to have a very special guest.

was like underneath his and at one point he was
rubbing her And.

I loved the whole thing she actually talked about. Yeah,
the early days, don't forget. He showed up at Arrowhead
Stadium at Taylor's concert and he thought, Hey, it's my
home stadium. I can get anywhere I want. He was
actually turned away. Check this out.

This kind of felt more like I was in an
eighties John Hughes movie and he was just like standing
outside of my window with a boombox, just being like,
I want to date you.

big if. This is sort of what I've been writing
songs about wanting to happen to me since I was, yeah, a.

Teenager, and I was sitting there at the Airs tour
listening to every single one of those songs like she
I know she wants me to do.
Speaker 4 (09:51):

Do you remember when that story broke When he showed
up at the concert, he had the Taylor bracelets on
and he was looking at me, Taylor. Everybody was buzzing
about it, and I got a to be honest with
you from the beginning, I thought it was all staged,
possibly a deal for the NFL. But this relationship has
really turned into something special.

Yeah, he knew the elevator girl at the arrowheadse Stadium obviously,
and so he thought he was just going to take
the elevator down to her dressing room and they turned
him away. Wow, I was like what.
Speaker 3 (10:21):
She also talked about her fight to get her catalog
back and why it was so important to her.

I want it because this is my handwritten diary entries
from my whole life. These are the songs I wrote
about every phase of my life. This is my photography,
my music video is most of which I funded, you know,
my artwork, everything that I've ever done is in this catalog.

She got pretty emotional too, talking about how it was
great to have Travis in her life when she was
going through all of that. It's a pretty incredible story.
But October third is the date. That's when the album
comes out, and as expected, Max mar And produces the album.

Shellback and this the three of us have made some
of my favorite songs I've ever done before.

Travis Kelsey because that happened during the Era's tour.

her masters back and when she found out, she was like,
and Travis was in the other room playing video games

and it's like, here are these two superstars and they're
just living the most mondane life. And he's in there

playing video games like I just can't I love it.

You could tell the way they were holding each other,
the way they were talking to each other on the podcast, and.

do downtown just playing video game. Its chilling out. But
it's Taylor's twelfth album. It's a total of twelve songs.
The title track, by the way, this was a big announcement,
is a collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter, which I think is perfect,
just perfect. So, yeah, it was a wild podcast. Didn't

it break records or something? They had millions of views
within the first minute or something.

I think they had a million views within the first
five or ten minutes. Wow, it's been viewed upwards of
ten million times and it's been about twelve dollars since

a collaboration with Charlie XCX and Demi Levado. They've been

and it was inside my chair like that might have

A tarp over it to cover it.

And we were getting powerwashing, so they said, oh, bring
all your stuff inside so they can powerwash all the porches.
I brought it in my house on Monday morning when
they told me to. I came home after work around
one I look and there's a beehive on the chair
in my house.

So I I freak out.

Because I'm like hyperb I don't think that the hive
at my house the last eight hours.

My dog was there.

I oh yeah, please yeah. So I was having a
legit freak out. So I ended up throwing the chair
back outside. I went to them and I was like,
I'm not putting anything in my house. Like I like,
this is ridiculous. So they actually had an exterminating come
and kill everything.

Wait a minute, but you brought the chair into your house. Yeah,
but did you know the beehive was no.

So then I threw it back outside and they came
with an exterminator and they killed everything. So the remnants
with the tarp I was throwing out and I refuse
to put it back in my house because I was
already having like.

The grease yesterday.

And a second, okay, hold that thought, Billy. She sent
me a picture of the bees hive. It was the
size of a quarter.

I would have been freaked out too if that was
in my living room for eight hours.

So I get a green you know those big green
construction bags. I put all the remnants that need to
go in wrap it up, and I'm like, I'm not
bringing this back inside my house. So I'm on the
fourth floor and I look around. I make sure no
one's walking around, like there's no neighbors, there's no dogs,
you know whatever, and I drop it straight down so
it hits the grass. So it dropped, you know, a

couple of stories and just hit the grass. All it
was was was a tarp that was wrapped up. There
was it was maybe a half a pound, like, it
wasn't heavy, no trash. So I come down immediately to
take it to the trash. Is a couple waiting on
their porch with their light on to talk to.

Me because I dropped.

I dropped it down and I go, oh hey, like
I was trying to be friendly. I was like, oh yeah,
I was trying to explain to her like what I
was doing because I didn't want to think I was
just throwing trash out that way. And her husband or
man comes out and he says, really, that's you Are
you serious, man? And I was like, and then my
dog starts barking with their dog and it was like
this dog show off.

My dog was obviously bigger and louder. Yeah, so I was.

So I walked away and as soon as I left,
they went back inside and shut the light off. So
they were definitely just waiting for me to come out
to talk to give me a talking to, and then
they went back. It was not like they were hanging
out out there, like they literally went right back inside.

It was in a plastic, you know, construction bag tied up,

What it was, they would, Oh, they probably thought I
was throwing trash out or something. But I was just like,
I was so cautious to make sure no one was

a direct shot down on the grass, no issue. And
they wanted to have a fight, and I was me
and my dog were not going to go down without
barking back.

So Lisa Dunovan has been battling with an next door
neighbor for like eight years. Justin has been fighting with
his neighbor since he moved to the stage of New Hampshire.
When he's got something going on with her neighbor. The
jury is out on whether when he's the bad neighbor
or the person she's feuding with is. But let's go

So I have a crazy one. I wanted to be
anonymous because of you know, he's sort of a criminal.
So a couple of years ago, my husband and I
get a knock on our door in the middle of
the night by a cop and you know, he says,
can we use your backyard as a perimeter. We've got
a situation going on. Shut off by your lights, like
stay in your house. So we do. We shut off

all the lights, and it's like midnight. They go in
the backyard and we can't really tell what they're doing.
And then we were like looking, of course to our
back windows we have but like a backyard neighbor, and
we can see him in his house like pacing erratic,
and he doesn't know there's cops in our backyard. And
then a bullhorn comes on and they're telling him to
come mount with your hands up, and he's out the

window and he doesn't know the cops are in our backyard.
He tries to come into our backyard and they try
to apprehend him, and this goes on for like hours,
this kind of back and forth of trying to arrest him,
and at the time of of course like googling everything
about this guy and find out that he's a convicted
criminal who's done terrible things to his former partners. And

they finally arrest him, and we thought he was out
of our hair for about a year, and then he
finally came back, and so we were kind of terrified
because we had a baby by then. And the first
thing he says to my husband is, so we're got
to cut those trees down that are like abutting our yards.
So it's like, dude, you basically are you know if

you cause this huge scene. We were terrified in the
middle of the night with all these cops, so we're
kind of, you know, we kind of just steer clear
of him.

Yeah. Well, once you have a police stand off outside
your house and they're in your backyard with guns and
a blowhorn.

That's a next level.

lightning and rain and the rain it's coming down so
hard so fast, it can't go anywhere. There's not enough time,

and the official album announcement happened last night.

a human being?

She would do three nights and then she'd have three
days off and she would fly to Sweden and record
and then come back amazing.

It's her twelfth album, twelve songs, No More, No Less.

I wanted to do an album that was so focused
on quality and on the theme and everything fitting together
like a perfect puzzle. That these twelve songs for my
twelfth album. It just I feel like we achieved that.

listening to every single one of those songs like she
I know she wants me to do.

Do you remember when that story broke When he showed
up at the concert, he had the Taylor bracelets on
and he was looking at me, Taylor. Everybody was buzzing
about it, and I got a to be honest with
you from the beginning, I thought it was all staged,
possibly a deal for the NFL. But this relationship has
really turned into something special.

Yeah, he knew the elevator girl at the arrowheadse Stadium obviously,
and so he thought he was just going to take
the elevator down to her dressing room and they turned
him away. Wow, I was like what.

She also talked about her fight to get her catalog
back and why it was so important to her.

I want it because this is my handwritten diary entries
from my whole life. These are the songs I wrote
about every phase of my life. This is my photography,
my music video is most of which I funded, you know,
my artwork, everything that I've ever done is in this catalog.

She got pretty emotional too, talking about how it was
great to have Travis in her life when she was
going through all of that. It's a pretty incredible story.

The title track, by the way, this was a big announcement,
is a collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter, which I think is perfect,

And we were getting powerwashing, so they said, oh, bring

I brought it in my house on Monday morning when

Because I'm like hyperb I don't think that the hive
at my house the last eight hours.

with an exterminator and they killed everything. So the remnants
with the tarp I was throwing out and I refuse
to put it back in my house because I was
already having like.
Speaker 3 (27:06):
The grease yesterday.
Speaker 4 (27:07):
And a second, okay, hold that thought, Billy. She sent
me a picture of the bees hive. It was the
size of a quarter.
Speaker 1 (27:13):
No, it was it was bigger than that I showed Lisa.
Speaker 6 (27:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (27:17):
I would have been freaked out too if that was
in my living room for eight hours.
Speaker 2 (27:21):
Yeah, yeah, that's that's crazy.
Speaker 3 (27:23):
Well, weren't you the same person? I think she's the
bad name.
Speaker 6 (27:28):
And you can to tell me. So I'm I freak out.
So I get a green you know those big green
construction bags. I put all the remnants that need to
go in wrap it up, and I'm like, I'm not
bringing this back inside my house. So I'm on the
fourth floor and I look around. I make sure no
one's walking around, like there's no neighbors, there's no dogs,
you know whatever, and I drop it straight down so
it hits the grass. So it dropped, you know, a
(27:49):
couple of stories and just hit the grass. All it
was was was a tarp that was wrapped up. There
was it was maybe a half a pound, like, it
wasn't heavy, no trash. So I come down immediately to
take it to the trash. Is a couple waiting on
their porch with their light on to talk to.
Speaker 3 (28:03):
Me because I dropped.
Speaker 6 (28:06):
I dropped it down and I go, oh hey, like
I was trying to be friendly. I was like, oh yeah,
I was trying to explain to her like what I
was doing because I didn't want to think I was
just throwing trash out that way. And her husband or
man comes out and he says, really, that's you Are
you serious, man? And I was like, and then my
dog starts barking with their dog and it was like
this dog show off.
Speaker 1 (28:26):
My dog was obviously bigger and louder. Yeah, so I was.
Speaker 6 (28:30):
So I walked away and as soon as I left,
they went back inside and shut the light off. So
they were definitely just waiting for me to come out
to talk to give me a talking to, and then
they went back. It was not like they were hanging
out out there, like they literally went right back inside.
Speaker 3 (28:43):
They afraid going to hit them.
Speaker 6 (28:45):
It was in a plastic, you know, construction bag tied up,
just dropped directly.
Speaker 1 (28:51):
He was like, are you serious, really, man, that's what
we're doing.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
So what did you say back?
Speaker 6 (28:55):
And I started to be like, oh, I was explaining myself.
And then their little yipper dog came out on the
porch and then our dog started like beefing.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
So then I'm pulling my dog away.
Speaker 5 (29:04):
I think when he I think this kind of thing
follows you around.
Speaker 4 (29:09):
Y How was your tone? Would you say?
Speaker 1 (29:12):
I was actually super like.
Speaker 6 (29:14):
I was super like, oh hi, because I like didn't
want to even think I was throwing.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
It wasn't trash.
Speaker 5 (29:18):
It was a bad right, you didn't do anything wrong,
but when tone, but I feel like in this case,
you weren't wrong and they totally overreacted.
Speaker 1 (29:27):
Yeah, and I was trying to explain. If they had
let me tell them.
Speaker 6 (29:29):
What it was, they would, Oh, they probably thought I
was throwing trash out or something. But I was just like,
I was so cautious to make sure no one was
walkingrou I didn't want to hit anybody. And it was
a direct shot down on the grass, no issue. And
they wanted to have a fight, and I was me
and my dog were not going to go down without
barking back.
Speaker 4 (29:46):
Okay, I don't know about that one. So who do
I don't know who do we think it's the bad
name or that situation.
Speaker 3 (29:54):
I think it sounds like this couple is currently moving.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
I think it's the couple. I don't think you did anything.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
They're looking all day every day for something to complain about.
Speaker 6 (30:04):
Maybe I could see, like did I do something wrong?
But I was like, I was open to thinking, Am
I the bad neighbor? But no, I think they were
just being a girl like I wanted to fight.

Sneaking your dog in and out of the building for six
you don't have to pay a fee to avoid the fee.
Speaker 5 (30:17):
I have to say with this neighbor situation that I
that I had talked about. At one point we said
something and said, is there any way you could clean
this up? And his reaction was, I'm actually going to
make it worse and did yeah.
Speaker 1 (30:34):
Yeah.

I mean it's like if you say something, you know,
it doesn't help.
Speaker 4 (30:39):
Yeah.

So Lisa Dunovan has been battling with an next door
neighbor for like eight years. Justin has been fighting with
his neighbor since he moved to the stage of New Hampshire.
When he's got something going on with her neighbor. The
jury is out on whether when he's the bad neighbor
or the person she's feuding with is. But let's go
right to the phones, because this is always good. We
have an anonymous caller, make it good. What have you got? Hello, Anonymous?

So I have a crazy one. I wanted to be
anonymous because of you know, he's sort of a criminal.
So a couple of years ago, my husband and I
get a knock on our door in the middle of
the night by a cop and you know, he says,
can we use your backyard as a perimeter. We've got
a situation going on. Shut off by your lights, like
stay in your house. So we do. We shut off
(31:37):
all the lights, and it's like midnight. They go in
the backyard and we can't really tell what they're doing.
And then we were like looking, of course to our
back windows we have but like a backyard neighbor, and
we can see him in his house like pacing erratic,
and he doesn't know there's cops in our backyard. And
then a bullhorn comes on and they're telling him to
come mount with your hands up, and he's out the
(32:00):
window and he doesn't know the cops are in our backyard.
He tries to come into our backyard and they try
to apprehend him, and this goes on for like hours,
this kind of back and forth of trying to arrest him,
and at the time of of course like googling everything
about this guy and find out that he's a convicted
criminal who's done terrible things to his former partners. And
(32:21):
they finally arrest him, and we thought he was out
of our hair for about a year, and then he
finally came back, and so we were kind of terrified
because we had a baby by then. And the first
thing he says to my husband is, so we're got
to cut those trees down that are like abutting our yards.
So it's like, dude, you basically are you know if
(32:43):
you cause this huge scene. We were terrified in the
middle of the night with all these cops, so we're
kind of, you know, we kind of just steer clear
of him.
Speaker 3 (32:50):
Yeah. Well, once you have a police stand off outside
your house and they're in your backyard with guns and
a blowhorn.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
That's a next level.
Speaker 4 (33:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (33:00):
Yeah, I mean that's pretty that's big time stuff.
Speaker 4 (33:06):
Yeah.

Justin Oh my god, I have so many I'm looking
at probably a hundred. I don't even know where to
start yet. God, I want to start to hang them.
Hingham Shipyard.

Well, I think I have the worst neighbors. I live
in an apartment building in Kingham Shipyard.
Speaker 3 (33:25):
In last week we had this swat.
Speaker 8 (33:27):
Team trying to take a gentleman out of the apartment
next door due to guns and a warrant. And this
is the third time the swat has been to these
apartments in Hingham Shipyard.
Speaker 11 (33:46):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (33:47):
Once a swat truck down.
Speaker 4 (33:49):
I don't take a Hingham as a swap.
Speaker 1 (33:51):
Not at all.
Speaker 6 (33:53):
Imagine paying five brands.

Was a shipyard has condos, they have villains, they have neighborhoods,
but they also have apartments.

In the marina.

Oh yeah, swat truck.

When you see the swat team.

That's like, is that a battering ram?
Speaker 4 (34:11):
Yeah, the smoke bombs.

I had neighbors when we were killing our previous house
that came to our open house and went into our
bedroom and we're going through our georks and our reeltor
had to kick them out, and we had called a
golf So glad.
Speaker 3 (34:28):
That I had trouble here in that one. Huh, I
had trouble hailing that oneyeah.
Speaker 4 (34:34):
Just a reminder on the talk backs, you got to

I just wanted to share that I also have horrible neighbors.
We moved into our house just a couple of years
ago and everything was fine then, but since then.

Our neighbors have acquired multiple cats. He moves chick cats.

Everything right, Oh god, I love but I mean, I
don't want to look out my window and they're like
wild justin this is your people must keep talking about.

And you know what, the giant chicken coop that's still
under construction is right where the bad neighbor is. It's all,
oh my god, you know, so yeah, we just added
this big, giant, you know, addition to the chicken coop.
And she's already throwing the G word around goats.
Speaker 3 (35:31):
Oh boy, yeah, I went, oh, Jennets, Yeah, good see,
I've wanted to goat for you for a long time.
Speaker 4 (35:37):
Well now they have a bigger area to keep them contained.
But oh god, that's gonna be us. They're gonna be
talking about us with the animals. The chicken lady. They
already are talking about you probably probably.
Speaker 10 (35:48):
Hey, guys, quick story about neighbors. I was the neighbor
with the Patriots player I cannot say the name, back
in two thousand and three, okay, in Foxboro apartments and
this player smoke weed every single day, went to his girlfriend.
Speaker 1 (36:13):
You can't say the name of It was twenty two
years ago. I don't think he's playing anymore.
Speaker 3 (36:15):
Yeah, you probably know who it is. You were working
there at the time.
Speaker 1 (36:18):
Now, I was not twenty two years ago.

I was not two and three.
Speaker 14 (36:21):
We was yeah, yeah, well it was definitely the Brady era,
at the beginning of the Brady era, yeah right, who knows.

My husband said that he would get rid of my
real Christmas tree after Christmas, and when.

I came home, I didn't see any needles on the
ground or anything, and.

I just thought, well, that's odd because he would never
clean it up.

And then I found out he dropped it from the
balcony of my fourth floor straight down, just on the ground.

And I don't think my neighbors were very happy with it.
