I love. That's so old school.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
Yeah, it is nostalgic.

Speaker 5 (00:44):
It's so cool, nostalgic.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
I would I would frame it if I want something
like that. But then you also get passes to the
movie and the screening, which is tomorrow morning.

Speaker 4 (00:53):
It's a whole weeknd a Taylor kiss on eight.

Speaker 6 (00:55):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
Pretty cool. We'll say called it twenty five right now.
If you listen, I see the phones ringing six one, seven, nine,
one one oh weight. We'll take caller twenty five and
the keyword will be party.

Speaker 4 (01:07):
There we go. So what it is?

Speaker 1 (01:08):
There you go. So in the midst of all the
tailor stuff that's going on, obviously we're all over at
Taylor is a massive superstar. We love her. We also
have another massive thing going on, and that's jingle Ball
presented by Capitol One December fourteenth. I know that kind
of gets lost, especially today, but you need to set
a reminder because at twelve o'clock the general on sale
for tickets happens, and you gotta get tickets.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
We said every year it sells out quick in minutes,
and so we watch it there because really jingle Ball
is all about making memories or family. Like my mom
goes and like it's their best day of the year.
But like you think about all the kids and their
moms and the families, this is an awesome experience altogether.

Speaker 7 (01:45):
You guys have to understand, we se jingle Ball sells
out every year because it's just such an experience and
we have so much fun. But Ed Sharon sells out
you let alone. He sells out your let alone, and
he will be at the Garden headlining with like the
seven best opening acts.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
You could have the Capital one pre sale, there were
forty thousand people in Q to buy tickets.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Just to give you an idea swift.

Speaker 7 (02:05):
And that's only you had a Capital one card that
you can be in that pre sale. So imagine if
you have any card, MasterCard, whatever, you can be in
this in this sale.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
So twelve o'clock today, go to kiss oneway dot com
slash jingle Ball.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Yeah, get your tickets for real. I mean listen, we
don't have to sell the show for you. It sells itself.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
We love jingle Ball so much. And yeah, we've been
waiting for this day. It's crazy, man, there's a lot
going on today. Yeah, Mike filling for Billy. Billy's in
Africa and we have everything happening. One day we missed everything.

Speaker 8 (02:33):
There's so much at Mikey whenever he got.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
It's always some crazy things up every Yeah, always something.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
Billy knows when to go in vacation.

Speaker 8 (02:45):
Billy really makes the most of it.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Yeah, speaking of jingle Ball real quick, Mikey, I wanted
to ask you. I know Lis is working on hers,
but your outfit is always wild for jingle Ball? Is
that all said?

Speaker 7 (02:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:54):
We always go pretty crazy as out it's and actually
Gianna from our afternoon show, uh, she has somebody custom
makeing outfits first, so I haven't seen them. I've got
them custom made myself for me and Frankie with a
couple of different local artists. I always like to use
local people that you know make clothes here, and Gianna's
taking the reins, but I have a lot of confidence
in her.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
I think I'm going to have something made to by
a local designer for sure, which I've never done before.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Yeah, are you sheen?

Speaker 9 (03:18):
I like?

Speaker 8 (03:21):
I like, I get my jingle offit for twelve dollars.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
Get what you want.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
I do.

Speaker 7 (03:25):
But Mikey always blinds me with whatever jacket he's wearing,
so I ask that you just.

Speaker 8 (03:30):
Don't blind like edge Sharon while we're out there.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
It falls tumble.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Yeah, well you can pick your jingle Ball outfit too
as well. Twelve o'clock for the general on sale, Let's
go to ooh, this might be a first is this
Agnes Agnes online one? Good morning?

Speaker 8 (03:45):
Yeah, good morning.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Hi Agnes. I love your name.

Speaker 8 (03:50):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
You're very welcome. Are you calling us for the tailor
swift passes? I'm sure you are.

Speaker 10 (03:55):
Yes, I am and the key for this party?

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Oh yeah, she's all Agnes is at all business. You're in, Agnes.
You're gonna go to the party tonight with Mikey v
Lisa and all of Kiss Went Away and the screening tomorrow. Congratulations,
Thank you, you're very welcome. All right, we'll have fun.

(04:19):
you forget a date in the morning hours. We do
have more passes for you. Twelve ten coming up with
McCabe so you can join them and Potty.

Speaker 11 (04:27):
Lisay guard ready, Yeah, baby, let the games begin.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
The Taylor album is out. We're celebrating it all day
long on Kiss Went Away. Welcome back, everybody. I'm justin.
Lisa is here, Winnie, Mikey v in for Billy Costa
who's in Africa. And Penny Commit is here from w
b Z, who has been covering the Taylor release all
morning long. Welcome in, Penny, Hey, guys, thanks for having
me of course, of course. So now we have a

(05:05):
partnership with WBZTV. Billy and Lisa are on every single
morning just before seven am. You could see their faces, right, Lise.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Yes, we are with Paula and Chris and we love
being on with you guys every day. But we're talking
Taylor and you were actually at the Liberty this morning.

Speaker 12 (05:19):
I was at the Liberty Hotel this morning. They're setting
up and I can tell you firsthand, it's looking amazing.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
We're so excited for this part. Now I heard you
saw some of the drinks already they're making. They have
like special tailor drinks going down.

Speaker 12 (05:29):
Yes, they have this Elizabeth Taylor cocktail that is inspired
of course by the song, but also by Elizabeth Taylor.
They tried to get the color of the cocktail to
look like Elizabeth Taylor's eye color lilac.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
Ye, oh my god.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
And it's amazing because the album came out at midnight,
so they're like pulling this all together right as we're
all learning about all the songs on the album.

Speaker 12 (05:50):
It's amazing they keep doing this. Fun fact, my first
time ever to the Liberty Hotel was when I saw
the aerostort at Jillette Stadium and we went for special
Taylor Swift cocktails after seeing the aerostur They do a
great job morning.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
It's awesome.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
It's gonna be so much. I know it's early, but
you at least try the cocktail.

Speaker 12 (06:08):
They made mocktails. They're technically not open the bar until
a certain time.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
She's not you, Penny. So you also were covering the
midnight release and the fans lining up. What was that like?

Speaker 12 (06:24):
Well, the Watertown Target was packed. You would not leave
the line, which I totally understand. But the album is
going to sound the same at ten am as it
is at midnight.

Speaker 3 (06:34):
But there's something about being outside there getting in line,
and it's almost like a party.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
Two.

Speaker 3 (06:38):
You're just surrounded by all of Taylor's biggest fans. So
it's just like an experience. I feel like it's almost
like Black Friday Shopping's.

Speaker 8 (06:44):
Al when it's on your phone. You don't need to
go to Target. The fact they want to.

Speaker 5 (06:49):
Want to, You want to hold it it.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
And at the party tonight, I bring a bunch of
vinyls of the actual album. Now that for me is
super cool because it's like, oh, I have a Taylor
Swift vinyl. That's a that's like something to have to
like show off in like your house or something like that.

Speaker 12 (07:03):
Oh, I would frame it.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Yeah, that's what I said. I would a piece of art.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
I go back and forth and framing it, or like
getting a record player and like playing it in your house.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
That's also a cool moment that's come back too record players.
People are getting record player, especially young people.

Speaker 5 (07:17):
Yeah, really cool ones.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Yeah, so Penny. The other cool part of having you
in and covering all the tailor stuff is you are
a giant Swift.

Speaker 12 (07:26):
My first concert was her Fearless Tour. Oh, I was
about ten years old.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
Who brought you to that?

Speaker 12 (07:32):
My mom? She bought Taylor Swift's first album and when
she would drive me to practice, we would listen to it.
And ever since I've been a swift y.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Wow, so this is like a dream story.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
This is the best day of work ever. Were you
able to sleep last night?

Speaker 13 (07:46):
Oh?

Speaker 12 (07:46):
Well, considering the Red Sox no I was a double
whammy last night.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
Wow. So do you have a favorite song? Have you
gone through the album? What do you like? What do
you don't like?

Speaker 12 (07:56):
Okay, my favorite song right now is opal Lighte. Have
you guys listened to.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Yeah, we just played it.

Speaker 12 (08:01):
Super uplifting, great melody, makes you want to dance. I
would say where I was the most disappointed was the
track five. If you guys follow Taylor Swift, you know
track five is typically her deepest song, typically her most
depressling songs. I wasn't blown away by this one. It's
eldest daughter. I thought it was not a little shallow
for what Taylor Swift typically produces.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
On track five, what did you think of Life of
a show Girl with Sabrina?

Speaker 4 (08:25):
I loved it.

Speaker 12 (08:26):
I thought it was the perfect way to end the album,
and it's what I was looking for from this album.
I wanted Taylor Swift to pull back the curtain a
little bit, what is the life of a showgirl? And
she gave us that with that song.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
She did.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
Yeah, It's what's so cool about the album too, is
there's so much lyrics that you have to like pay
attention too.

Speaker 4 (08:40):
She really is telling a story.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
It's not just a random pop song or someone them
on viral and social media. Like, there's a story behind
every song. And we're talking with Riley earlier, it's almost
like it to print out the lyrics. Yes, and like
sit there and listen to the album and kind of
follow along it, and then listen to the song again.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
And like re read the lyrics.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Well, actually romantic is about Charlie XCX, That's what I think.

Speaker 5 (09:00):
Yeah, yeah, a little crazy.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
Have you heard that?

Speaker 12 (09:02):
A scathing song?

Speaker 5 (09:05):
It's a good song.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
What is Charlie XCX thinking right now?

Speaker 3 (09:10):
But she had a song about Taylor Swift originally, so
she got.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
Started out Penny, did you know that?

Speaker 12 (09:15):
Yes, Oh, I love the Taylor Swift war. I was
wondering for a second if it could also be about
Billie Eilish, because she also has talked out about Taylor.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
But I think Charlie is the better bad Well the
nineteen seventy five link too, between Charlie being married to
the drummer and then Matti Heally relationship stage.

Speaker 12 (09:33):
Yeah, yeah, and Matti Healey's mom those comments, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
I forgot about that.

Speaker 8 (09:38):
Mom's even a little petty forgetting Bobby he involved.

Speaker 4 (09:41):
Next time.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
You're back learning like the producer Riley early this morning,
the song would When I listened to the song, would,
I'm like, oh, this is about Travis and then she's like,
well it's a little dirty. Then I'm like, what do
you I love this song. She's like, well, listen to
the lyric. I don't know why.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
There's no like sweet my brain said, she was saying
open my eyes.

Speaker 8 (10:03):
But she's not saying it at first. And the next
thing was at.

Speaker 12 (10:08):
One point she calls Travis like a redwood tree.

Speaker 5 (10:11):
Yeah, yeah, you know what's going on.

Speaker 14 (10:13):
The big man.

Speaker 1 (10:14):
I think she cleared it up.

Speaker 13 (10:16):
She did.

Speaker 12 (10:17):
Can't even say they're shocked. He's a large man.

Speaker 5 (10:20):
He is very big.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
He's a big guy.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
And we were talking about it earlier to the school.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
She was saying that this is like one of the
few albums that she still is in the same mindset.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
As she was when she wrote the album.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
So she's still look in that same kind of like
I'm happy, life's good vibe and.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
She wrote it, which I think is why she went
back to Max Martin. She's in such a good place
in her life and she wanted more of a pop
upbeat album and that's what she got.

Speaker 15 (10:41):
Lisa.

Speaker 13 (10:42):
Now the entertainment update with a Billy golstep.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
All right, well I'm Lisa, and I mean for Billy,
because Billy is en route to Africa.

Speaker 5 (10:50):
I'm not joking.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
He is on his way with his wife, his beautiful wife, Michelle.
But we're holding down the fort and I've got the
Entertainment Report, and I want to mention that the jingle
Ball general on sale is today at twelve noon.

Speaker 5 (11:02):
You don't want to miss this. Just go to Kiss
win away dot com.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Slash jingle ballther tickets up for sale at twelve noon.
Get in on this, Get in the queue now, because
it's going to sell out in.

Speaker 5 (11:11):
Like two minutes.

Speaker 8 (11:12):
Really, it really does.

Speaker 5 (11:14):
Literally, it's gonna sell out.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
We've been talking about the Taylor Swift new album all morning,
The Life of a Showgirl.

Speaker 5 (11:19):
It dropped at midnight.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
She was on Kiss last night, but she was actually
also on Z one hundred with our friend Gandhi.

Speaker 10 (11:26):
So we always say that your albums are really like
a diary and then you just open it up and
you share your diary with the world. And you've done
this twelve times, so twelve different diaries. But in doing it,
are there lyrics that you can think of right now
that were just incredibly difficult for you to write and
then open up and share with people.

Speaker 16 (11:43):
Not really, I don't really operate that way. Like my
music is a way of like it's the art of ctharsis,
Like there will be times where I'll write the most
gut wrenching on the torment and heartbreak, and then as
soon as I'm done writing it, I'm done with that emotion.
In this record, there's a song called Elizabeth Taylor, which
is sort of like my emotions and my issues with

(12:04):
same through the lens of cause playing the life of
Elizabeth Taylor, so you kind of meld the two experiences
together because she's always someone that I've looked up to
as being this very very glamorous, very beloved but for
some reason a polarizing figure, which I found myself in
that place too.

Speaker 5 (12:21):
Ah, that's interesting.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
Well, look at Gandhi leaves us and now she's hanging
out with Taylor.

Speaker 3 (12:27):
Although look it sounded like Taylor might have been calling
from Africa a billy.

Speaker 8 (12:30):
I mean, I think it really would sound better in
Africa that he actually has.

Speaker 1 (12:35):
Yeah, it's funny. I hit up Gandhi. I texted her
after they had Taylor and I say, can you send
me some audio from the thing? And she goes, I
will if you plug my Instagram. Oh wow, Okay, at
baby hot sauce, Give Baby hot Sauce.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
We love Gandhi. She was on the show for years. Yeah,
she's doing such a good job.

Speaker 5 (12:51):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
So another thing that happened on this new album and
has twelve songs. There's a song it's a dis track
and we think it's about Charlie xcxis called actually Romantic.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
I've never been like the biggest Swifty in the entire world,
like when my world revolves on it, but like hearing
this album and being doing all the things we're doing
with it, it makes you want to go home and literally
listen to every song and read all the lyrics.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
Yeah, and I just become music. I'm like you, you know,
I like Taylor Swift. I like her songs. I don't
read too much into it, but it is intriguing the
lyrics that she writes in.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
The me story, and we need that in life.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
I feel like so many songs nowadays really aren't stories
that kind of go viral.

Speaker 4 (13:27):
This thing happens.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
I have this disguestion with my friends all the time,
like timeless, right, Lisa, We don't get so much timeless
music nowadays, and I feel like this is timeless.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
It is, and I still love all of the nineteen
seventy five.

Speaker 5 (13:39):
Drama, right I do? And then I guess Charlie XCX
had a song right about Taylor.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Yeah, Sympathy. Sympathy is a Knife, which is clearly a
shot of Taylor if you listen to it, and they
show she did. She's married now to the nineteen seventy
five band member, and you know Taylor dated Matt Matty Haley,
So if you really look into it, it's kind of clear.

Speaker 5 (13:57):
Totally clear. Yeah, yeah, I like I like actually romantic
a lot.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
Okay, So actually a good song coming off the album
which has like a really nice meeting is Father Figure.
And the George Michael estate is so excited that they
released this statement yesterday. They said, when we heard the track,
we had no hesitation in agreeing to this association between
two great artists, and we know George would have felt.

Speaker 5 (14:20):
The same way.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
They continued, wishing Swift every success for the Life of
a Showgirl and Father Figure.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
Think of the song, you like it?

Speaker 2 (14:26):
I love it because I thought I love Father Figure
when a beautiful song.

Speaker 5 (14:30):
And one more thing about Taylor.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
Mikey and I are hosting the Life of a show
Girl party tonight at the Liberty Hotel and.

Speaker 4 (14:36):
I'm pretty excited about this.

Speaker 3 (14:37):
We have a DJ comming first of the Liberty Hotel
is probably one of my favorite hotels in Boston.

Speaker 4 (14:41):
It's just a cool like setup.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
But we have vinyls of the new album and giveaway.
Also we have custom tatoes of drinks too, so that's
for me a good time.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
And we gave away VIP passes. This is a free
event at RAMD Hotel twenty one plus starts at eight
o'clock and they're going to have cocktails and like Mike
you said, bracelet making and all that stuff. So if
you're a fan of Taylor Swift and you want to
party Liberty Hotel.

Speaker 5 (15:02):
Tonight and we will be there, which is so funny
to go with us, I know, come and hang out
with us.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
So Diddy's in New York. He's trying to make a
last minute plea deal. They're trying to sentence him for
eleven years. I think he's gonna get off.

Speaker 3 (15:13):
What do you guys think, tim served, Yeah, that's my
h You really think he's completely You think he's gonna
walk out of jail.

Speaker 5 (15:18):
It's actually good.

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Yeah. The max I think would be about three three
to four years, which means he would do a couple
more years. But I'm going to go with time served.

Speaker 7 (15:26):
But isn't it really based off the judge's mood at
the end of the day, hope for the judge that's
fifty Really, it really does come down to the judge.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
Right, judge makes the decision.

Speaker 8 (15:36):
It's just one guy that tells you whether or not
he gets the max. He gets time served.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
But a good judge right tries to go by the law.
Right did He has no prior criminal records. His first
defense is, you know, two child but the two charges
he got convicted on do carry maximum sentences of up
to ten years. So he's facing twenty years.

Speaker 8 (15:56):
But what normally wouldn't you're in that concurrently anyways, you wouldn't.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
They're asking for a eleven I'm saying time sir, three
to four years. We'll find out.

Speaker 2 (16:03):
You know what was funny about his statement? He said
that he's a changed man. Don't they all say that?

Speaker 1 (16:07):
I said it every single time.

Speaker 7 (16:10):
I mean, he's like fifty something years old, Like can
you teach an old dog new tricks?

Speaker 4 (16:14):
Like he's been.

Speaker 7 (16:14):
Doing this disgusting behavior for thirty five years.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
Not only was I a change man, but all of
a sudden I was a religious man.

Speaker 8 (16:25):
How many times did you find God?

Speaker 4 (16:27):
Every time?

Speaker 1 (16:29):
And I lost it?

Speaker 2 (16:35):
Something else that's happening in New York this weekend, SNL,
Bad Bunny and Doja Cat are joining forces and hosting
Saturday Night.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
Hi.

Speaker 14 (16:42):
I'm Bud Bonnie, and I'll be hosting the season premiere
of SNL this week with Loya Cat.

Speaker 5 (16:48):
I think you're facing the wrong way.

Speaker 8 (16:50):
No, I've hosted before, and I remember how you do this.
You look at the wall and say your lines.

Speaker 4 (16:57):
That's it, don't you Cat?

Speaker 5 (16:59):
Not you too, Chloe.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
He's done this.

Speaker 5 (17:01):
Before, just like I thought, it was all amazing. I
can't wait for this.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
So Sean Paul is gonna be at our jingle ball,
and he loves Bad Bunny and he was actually talking
recently about him performing at the super Bowl.

Speaker 9 (17:15):
That's a big show bro as me as a vis
and to know that his island music is, you know,
coming from Caribbean, that's an awesome thing.

Speaker 15 (17:24):
That means our culture.

Speaker 4 (17:26):
Is really just like getting in into that, like all
over the place, making a big game.

Speaker 9 (17:32):
I mean, you know much add money.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
That's that's gonna be so good, gone for bad Bunnies
accent to Champaul's accents like the too coolest accents.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
So much.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
And when he performs, he's like one of my favorite performers,
Like every song is a hit.

Speaker 4 (17:51):
It's so fun, it's so much energy.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
You know.

Speaker 7 (17:53):
I love about him is you don't realize how many
hits he has and he goes on the stage and
you're like, oh my god, I love this, I love this.
And he's also a timeless performer.

Speaker 8 (18:02):
We have him.

Speaker 7 (18:03):
I mean, you have fifteen year olds that are like,
oh my god, loves and then you have fifty year
olds that are like, oh my god, I love the song. Yeah,
so he brings the vibes and again.

Speaker 2 (18:11):
The general on sale for jingle Ball is today at
twelve noon. Go to kiss winawait dot com.

Speaker 8 (18:15):
All Right.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
Movies opening today The Smashing Machine. We can't wait for this.
It stars the Rock Emily Blunt, wrestler MMA fighter Mark Kerr.

Speaker 5 (18:22):
It's his life story and you are going justin.

Speaker 1 (18:24):
I got the tickets for tomorrow night. Shout out to Mike,
my friend. We're going together. We're both big fans of
not only the Rock but UFC and MMA and all
that stuff. So I'll have my full review on Monday,
but I have high hopes.

Speaker 7 (18:35):
Yeah, I'm curious about how you think how where the
fight tunes are that?

Speaker 1 (18:40):
And also you know there's a lot of addiction stuff
in there, which I have some history with. You know,
he's clean now, Mark her, but he went through a
lot of you know, struggle.

Speaker 2 (18:47):
So I want to mention that the Red Sox loss
last night four zero, it was horrible.

Speaker 5 (18:52):
We have Alex Cora talking about it.

Speaker 14 (18:55):
Will sit down and reflect how's the season when we'll
talk about it in the upcoming But that's an organization
compared to other years. I think we took a step forward.
He's certain areas, you know, Like I always said, you know,
we're not a perfect team. We are a good team
that needs to keep improving.

Speaker 12 (19:14):
All right.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
So the Yankees are onto the Blue Jays tomorrow night.
But the Yankees have two players from Boston, Walpole and
Cohasset was on their team.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
Either way, go Blue Jays.

Speaker 5 (19:24):
Yeah, exactly, do anything else.

Speaker 7 (19:25):
Core is gonna keep getting many more chances to have
mid level seasons, easy to.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
Bring them to the playoffs this year. So that's good.

Speaker 7 (19:31):
I love alscore, but I think he's Ryan high off
that first World Series one that he had.

Speaker 8 (19:36):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (19:37):
I think it's goodwill definitely, yeah, Hope.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
I think yeah. Roman Anthony, which was like their star player,
got hurt. So next year he'll be back.

Speaker 8 (19:44):
I agree. See what happened to fire you so much? Quicker.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
I need to mention that full house is Lori Laughlin
and her husband broke up after twenty eight years. And
this follows the Keith Urban Nicole Kidman news that they
broke up after twenty years.

Speaker 5 (19:57):
So we'll break up to.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
The clink it did. She did go to Mission scandal.

Speaker 7 (20:04):
Maybe that's where it started to end for them because
she took the blame and he didn't have to do anything.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
You really didn't, no, he no, he went to prison too.

Speaker 11 (20:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (20:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
And I want to mention that the top Field Fair
opens today. It's like a beautiful weekend for that and
it runs through October thirteenth, So get to the Topsfield Fair.
And this hour's entertainment is brought to you by Ocean
Edge Resort and Golf. October Fest is back at Ocean
Edge on Cape Cod three weekends in a row through
October twelve, Step into the beer.

Speaker 5 (20:32):
Hall and Pretzel House.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Enjoy live music, steinholding contests and lawn games all weekend long,
three weekends of Stein's songs and celebration. Visit oceanedge dot
com for details.

Speaker 5 (20:44):
Anything else, Lise, I think I have a little crush
on Alex Cora from the Planet Fitness Kiss one O
eight Studios.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
We're back with Villy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
Yeah. That one comes from the new Taylor Swift album.
Another good one that we like. We've been featuring songs
all morning long from Life of a Showgirl. And I'm
looking down at my phone right now and I see
the lead story on TMZ. Taylor Swift opens up about
sex with Travis on her new album. Yes, we talked
about that earlier, so now it's now it's everywhere.

Speaker 5 (21:14):
Is that the song would?

Speaker 1 (21:15):
It is? The song would? Lisa? We did play that song,
I don't know. I mean, we played some the lyrics,
but there's another part of the song where she says
the curse on me was broken by your magic.

Speaker 4 (21:26):
Wand oh no, I go.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
I just like it because it's so up deep.

Speaker 3 (21:31):
She sings it so elegantly, like you're like not even
sure it's going on.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
And the lyrics, Oh gotcha, she calls him a redwood tree.
All right, on this next story, I really do not
want to do, guys, because I booked a vacation last
week and one of my worst fears is something going wrong,
you know, on the way to the vacation, at the vacation,

(21:54):
on the way home. And yeah, this happened recently in Boston, right, Lise.

Speaker 4 (21:59):
It did.

Speaker 2 (22:00):
Passengers thought they were going on a Caribbean cruise and
they packed for the Caribbean, but were then told upon
entering the boat that they would not be going to
the Caribbean.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
They would be going to Maine.

Speaker 6 (22:11):
Oh yeah, Boston is having a warm stretch this fall.
But make no mistake, the Commonwealth is no Caribbean with.

Speaker 14 (22:18):
Packed for de Cayman.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
That's what I have took up by.

Speaker 8 (22:21):
Things didn't know. Many laugh after we had.

Speaker 6 (22:25):
Funny Joscelyn Neverrin came to the hub aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Speaker 4 (22:30):
Our ship was originally bound for the Caribbean.

Speaker 6 (22:32):
Instead, the cruise line says they will travel to Boston,
then up to two spots in Maine. The ship changed
course due to Hurricane umbertow and tropical storm of Melda.
Some passengers we spoke with said they weren't notified about
the changes until they got on board.

Speaker 14 (22:46):
They didn't give us a generary change and twenty four
I was notice on advance.

Speaker 11 (22:50):
Some people didn't really know.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
Well you have.

Speaker 4 (22:53):
To call this number.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
Ah, that's my worst nightmare.

Speaker 5 (22:56):
Oh totally. I would have gotten off the boat and
demanded my money back.

Speaker 4 (23:00):
That's you off the boat.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
They would have to write, I will say the one
that girl, that the younger girl that just said some
people didn't even know. She later says in that well,
maybe it was a good idea because we weren't going
to take the boat into a hurricane, which is the truth.

Speaker 4 (23:12):
Safety has got to be first.

Speaker 3 (23:13):
There's so many horror stories right now with the cruise lines.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
But at least it gave me that at least.

Speaker 5 (23:20):
Give you the option of rebooking, right right.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
I think there was maybe a lack of communication there.
That's an issue in the passengers why they were upset.

Speaker 8 (23:29):
I think I'm going to Bahamas. I'm going to Maine.

Speaker 5 (23:31):
Like stay at home, me too.

Speaker 7 (23:33):
I like me it's beautiful, but it is nice, but
I don't want to go there in October.

Speaker 8 (23:37):
I want to go to the Bahamas.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
When he's jumping off the boat.

Speaker 7 (23:39):
And I think there's options with these cruises that you
can like just get your credit. But some people they
take time off, they might have spent money on flights
to get the like they can't afford to do all
that again that they don't reimburse you.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
For, so they just you know, it's nightmare.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
Yeah, Old Orchard Beach.

Speaker 5 (24:00):
In a sweatshirt you just had to buy because you've got.

Speaker 8 (24:03):
Can't even use like the outdoor facilities on the boat.

Speaker 7 (24:06):
No, there's pooled and there's slides, and there's all these
things that you would use even if you sat in
a dock in Florida.

Speaker 4 (24:13):
Right, they better have a big hot top in that boat. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
Oh yeah. By the way, you can an old orcher.
They can get like custom hats, and I.

Speaker 8 (24:20):
Know Billy's pizza and pizza.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
Yeah, make the.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
Best of it.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Just I got to ask you just to put the trip.
Is it a cruise? It is not a cruise. It
is to Aruba. Okay, oh wow, but not a cruise.
We have not done a cruise yet. My wife wants
me to, but I'm kind of like.

Speaker 7 (24:37):
Your I don't like the idea of a cruise for
this reason, like you're stuck. You know, you're on a
boat and then you're at their will because you're you're
bound to what the captain of the ship says.

Speaker 2 (24:47):
Well, when you buy your ticket, you probably signed some
rights away and they're probably allowed to change course if
it's weather.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
Yeah, of course you've seen the documentary on Netflix there
I will know.

Speaker 7 (24:58):
Yeah, I saw that there's the cruise about the girl
that they shoot missing. I think our brother killed her.
But anyways, really that's a story. But like nothing that
happens on our cruise.

Speaker 1 (25:09):
People love them though, that's the thing they sit your
uncle Mark Lee's oh my god love How many cruises is.

Speaker 5 (25:14):
Like a hundred and yeah, they go for like a month.

Speaker 8 (25:18):
Marks cruises are not our cruises.

Speaker 7 (25:20):
Marks take a very high end.

Speaker 8 (25:24):
On the world.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
My dad for years though, is in a wheelchair, so
it's really hard to like the bigger guys.

Speaker 4 (25:30):
It's hard to go and fly it.

Speaker 5 (25:31):
Marks a bigger guy, yes.

Speaker 3 (25:32):
And so they do make it very accessible and very
comfortable for somebody who's handicapped, and.

Speaker 5 (25:37):
You can tour the world.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
Yeah, and good for kids too because they have activities
for the kids, which is good for the parents. I just, yeah,
I just don't like the idea of being kind of
locked into that.

Speaker 4 (25:48):
Yeah, I don't either that spots. I almost got kicked
off a cruise one time.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Waiting, hold on, we only have a minute here, let
us hear it.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
I was in the We're going to the Bahamas and
the family cruise, and I got a lot of trouble
for just you know, drinking too much and doing my thing,
and they act. She told me they found him the
next morning and they pulled me aside, robbing the captain's
office and said that if I if I.

Speaker 4 (26:05):
Had another drinker. But I got in trouble again. I
had to get my own transportation back from the Bahama
for me.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
Oh yeah, Oh how old were you here? Were you
a teenager?

Speaker 8 (26:14):
No?

Speaker 4 (26:14):
I was like twenty three.

Speaker 8 (26:16):
It was like last week, Mikey Mikey's had the same behavior.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
You can catch Mikey V and Lisa tonight at the
Liberty Hotel. Pretty big Taylor Swift, soare.

Speaker 5 (26:28):
Lisa every morning?

Speaker 1 (26:29):
Just wait, all right, I get some talkback leftovers here.
We were just talking about cruises. How I've never been
on a cruise and h of course the cruise people,
Oh here they come, they come in the talk back,
so we welcomed them.

Speaker 14 (26:40):
Though.

Speaker 15 (26:40):
I was always petrified to get on a cruise ship
until I tried it two years ago on a four
day cruise and it was amazing and we had a
lot of fun, and I think I'm a little addicted
now and it's amazing and I'm already planning another one
for next year. Been on four cruises for two years.

(27:01):
You will not feel trapped. Great for kids, Highly recommend
give it a try.

Speaker 3 (27:06):
Okay, all right, I was like, good, think cruse is
everything's right there for you. They do make it rather
affordable for families, and it is like a good experience
and there's so much the show's going on and beffet
for food and all that kind of stuff.

Speaker 4 (27:16):
So they are a good experience.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Yeah, I'm not against them. I just you know, when
I'm trying to plan a vacation, right Lise, It's like
I know what I'm gonna get if I go to Aruba,
go to a all inclusive here. The cruisers, I'm just
got shore about. So it's like a fear, I guess.

Speaker 4 (27:29):
Just just scared of able sprinting around a cruise.

Speaker 1 (27:32):
Well, I'll be chasing my son, my mom. I think
I'm pretty sure they gave me a leash one time,
but I'm at leash from my son.

Speaker 4 (27:40):
Enabled me for a wild child, I know.

Speaker 1 (27:42):
Oh yeah, oh yeah, it's my life every day.

Speaker 4 (27:44):
Happy Taylor Swift Friday.

Speaker 9 (27:46):
This is Kim, Good morning crew. I just wanted to
see if you could give a shout out. Uh, this
is you know, Taylor Swift's weekend, but it's also my
daughter Ashley and her fiance EUGENEA getting married tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (27:59):
Couldn't ask for better weather.

Speaker 8 (28:02):
I'm so happy for them.

Speaker 9 (28:03):
I think my advice after listening to this morning segment though,
is please don't tagtoo each other's names on each other.

Speaker 3 (28:10):
Yes, the weather is crazy nice this weekend. They mean
in the eighties, nicer, nicer than some of our summer
weekends that we had this summer.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
Yo, that's crazy. So they planned this wedding for October fourth,
and this weather is you can't even predict this.

Speaker 3 (28:25):
They're basically doing destination might have been destinations here.

Speaker 1 (28:28):
Yeah, that's true with that weather. Kim mentioned regrettable tattoos.
That was our topic time this morning We got a
lot of talkbacks from people with regrettable tattoos.

Speaker 4 (28:38):
Kids one away.

Speaker 5 (28:39):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the morning.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
Oh man, what a crazy show today, wrapping up the
week here, there's a lot going on. I think we
did a good job, though. I want to give it
thank you to Mikey V for filling in for Billy.

Speaker 8 (28:53):
It's only in the beginning.

Speaker 4 (28:54):
I got a road ahead.

Speaker 5 (28:56):
One day down and five more to go.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
Lis, You're you're partnering time is headed to Africa all
of next week and Mikey will be sitting in. You
did a fine job, Mikey kershit and it was a
big day. I mean, Taylor Swift released the album Life
of a show Girl. We featured it all morning long
on the show. We talked about it, we broke it down.
You can continue to hear the songs all day on
Kiss and I think the vibe is that we like it,
right we yeah, yeah, yeah, I.

Speaker 3 (29:18):
Think I'm becoming us fifty throughout the show today and
last night, well, we had the premiere of the album
on Kiss My last night at midnight with Taylor Swift
and even it's like listening to that which I was
a little bit in bed as.

Speaker 4 (29:28):
I was falling asleep for this show. I'm becoming a
bigger and bigger fifty because of it.

Speaker 13 (29:32):
All Right, all right, I've listened to Taylor's new album
start to finish. She she is going for a Grammy.
This is unbelievable. It is unmatched. It is so different,
and I'm just so excited for her, and I am like,
I am obsessed with this, and it is so clear
she is out to win a Grammy with this album.

Speaker 7 (29:55):
And I actually always out for a Grammy, even when
she didn't write an album for some reason.

Speaker 8 (30:00):
Oh her remember like love Story or whatever.

Speaker 7 (30:03):
No, what was this cool cool summer It got like
three years later got nominated for something because we just
started playing it.

Speaker 8 (30:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
So the Taylor party tonight at the Liberty, hosted by
Mikey and Lisa. Mikey, I believe you will have passes
at three ten yeap for the for that and for
the screening tomorrow morning. You win passes for both the
VIP tonight party and then the movie screening tomorrow twelve
ten and then three ten with you and your brother
Frankie and Gianna.

Speaker 3 (30:28):
Yeah, and the party at Liberty. We are giving away
the VIP passes, but it is open to the public.
So if you're looking to celebrate Taylor Swift tonight with
Lisa right here next to me and myself Mike Vas,
have a little Taylor party meet us night at Liberty
Hotel and I'm gonna bring a couple vinyls of the
album and talk about like it's like a collectors a piece.

Speaker 4 (30:46):
At that point, you really are swifty.

Speaker 1 (30:48):
Now I'm turning to going to justin at borrow that
shirt you.

Speaker 4 (30:51):
Got on, buddy.

Speaker 1 (30:51):
Yeah, oh yeah, I have a Taylor shirt on my
only one. All this morning we had a great topic
time about regrettable tattoos. That's because Keith Urban and Nicole
Kidman divorcing after twenty years and he has four tattoos
dedicated to Nicole Kidden. What the hell is he going
to do?

Speaker 2 (31:06):
Good morning?

Speaker 16 (31:07):
Regarding the tattoos.

Speaker 5 (31:08):
I'm a nurse and we had a patient once at
head what we thought was a bruise in his private parts,
and when we asked about it, he said.

Speaker 12 (31:15):
Oh no, that's not a bruise, that's a cockroach.

Speaker 15 (31:17):
And we're like, excuse me.

Speaker 12 (31:19):
So, yeah, when I was thirteen me.

Speaker 9 (31:20):
And my buddy tattooed cockroaches on each other's pirate pride.

Speaker 13 (31:25):
We were speachless.

Speaker 12 (31:26):
There was no more to be.

Speaker 4 (31:27):
Said, and I was shocked. And Justin got a tattoo
at thirteen to old of what do you get a
mushroom on your ankle?

Speaker 1 (31:33):
Magic mushroom, magic mushroom. This guy got a cockroach. That's
even worse. It makes me feel better.

Speaker 17 (31:37):
So when I was eighteen, I was a senior in
high school and a group of my friends I were
also eighteen, dared one of our friends to get elephant
ears and down up and let's just say that we
offered him one hundred dollars each. None of us thought
he would do it.

Speaker 13 (31:56):
He did it.

Speaker 17 (31:57):
He still has it to this day.

Speaker 15 (31:58):
Wow.

Speaker 17 (31:59):
And sometimes when he's really drunk as a party drink.

Speaker 4 (32:04):
A party drink.

Speaker 8 (32:06):
All right, that's an interesting situation. I don't know how
I feel about that.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
Things people will do for a couple hundred bucks.

Speaker 1 (32:11):
Yeah, okay, So listen, listen, have a great weekend, everybody.
The weather is going to be fantastic. The tops Field
Fair is kicking off today. So if you're going have fun,
if you go into the party, tonight, have fun. Kiss
one away dot com slash jingle ball. I'm hearing there's
not many tickets, so you gotta be quick, getting to
you early. As they say, have a great weekend everybody.
We will talk on Monday.
