Speaker 1 (00:00):
I've got to be honest, I think this is one
of the coolest things we have ever done on the
Billy and Lisa Morning Show. It is National Dog Rescue Day,
by the way, and Lisa and I and the rest
of the team we decided what better way to celebrate
National Dog Rescue Day than to showcase a couple of
dogs see if we can find homes.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
Exactly, and we put them up on our socials so
you can see the two dogs that they brought in.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
But they're both so well behaved.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Okay, that's not one of the dogs in the studio,
that's justin playing games. But we have Marissa, otherwise known
as AKA the dog Mother, So good to see Marissa. Melissa, Melissa,
I've got a lot of names in.
Speaker 4 (00:44):
Okay, knock it off, Melissa, Yes, Melissa.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
Didn't you know justin growing up I did? Did he
behave himself?
Speaker 5 (00:53):
I mean, like I said, he never robbed me.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
To me, you're one of the lucky, so welcome in.
And you brought Milo, who is one of the most
handsome pitbulls I've ever seen.
Speaker 5 (01:07):
How old is Milo, I'm guessing he's about nine months.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Yeah, and very good natured, very he is such a
good boy.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
Yeah he really is. I mean, god, he's got a
lot of energy. But what a beautiful, beautiful dog. And
also with us as Felicia from Gal's Best Palate, welcome Felicia,
thank you so much. And Gal's Best Palace who tracked
down and got us are Titus. He's a good boy.
He's a very good boy. So thank you for that.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
Of course, but you brought what is this little one's name?
Speaker 4 (01:39):
This is sweet Cakes.
Speaker 6 (01:40):
She's also from Houston, Texas, where Titus is from.
Speaker 1 (01:43):
Oh yeah, yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:44):
And one funny thing is we always compare pit bulls
on a Titus scale with our partner and we say
is he as good as Titus? And she'll say almost.
Speaker 4 (01:53):
They're never as good though.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
Oh Titus is a good boy. He's a very good boy.
So this is a cakes and I'm guessing at chihuahua.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
Yeah, so Sweetcakes is a chihuahua.
Speaker 6 (02:05):
She was part of a family of chihuahua's that was
part of a hoarding case in Houston, Texas. She came
into the rescue with like no hair. She was really
neglected and she's just been nursed back to health and
ready for adoption.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
Uh yeah, I'm going to ask both of you to
explain the process. I'm still kind of foggy on a
lot of it and how it works. And Melissa the
dog mother, h okay, So how does it work? You
find dogs, but where do you get them? What's the process.
Speaker 5 (02:35):
So I'm not a rescue. I am a foster.
Speaker 7 (02:38):
I do doggy daycare and boating from my home, but
I foster for a Sweet Paws Rescue. I help out
Gal's Best Pal. I take in dogs for a local
animal control every at Chelsea, Melrose Stoneum, Salem, you know,
whoever needs help. If I'm available, I could take the dog.
We do a seven day stray hold, you know, scan
for a microchip, see if an Ona comes forward, all
(03:01):
sorts of different cases, and if nobody comes forward, then
I raised money to get the dogs fixed up to
date on shots and then they get transferred to either
Gal's Best Pal or Sweetpaws Rescue. Forgive me, I'm getting
over a cold.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
These what's the story behind Milo? How did you come
to find them? So?
Speaker 7 (03:17):
Milo was with Salem Animal Control. I got him actually
February fourteenth, Valentine's Day. I wanted to name Cupid, but
he already had his name, so from what I am
to see, and the gentleman you know, had to go
to the hospital. I believe it was mental health, okay,
and so he ended up going to the hospital. You know,
(03:37):
control took the dog because he can't take the dog
to the hospital. And then the guy disappeared, you know
what I mean.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
So I can tell been taking good care.
Speaker 7 (03:45):
Carries very good care of Yeah, this dog is really
a good boy.
Speaker 3 (03:50):
How can people donate too?
Speaker 7 (03:52):
So I I just started this is my first year
anniversary as the dog Mother's Foundation, So you can do
Venmo or send a check, you know. I get to
work on getting a website and stuff. Just not enough
time in the day for me.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
So it's the dog mother Foundation.
Speaker 5 (04:07):
Yeah, the dog.
Speaker 7 (04:08):
Mother's Foundation on Instagram, Facebook, Venmo is Melissa gaven g
u e v I n write donation in the comments
so I know, and then you know, you can even
donate to Sweet Baws Rescue or get Hell's Best pell.
Speaker 5 (04:21):
I mean, we're all spending money on the same stuff.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
Like how often are dogs coming in?
Speaker 5 (04:27):
Oh? I mean.
Speaker 7 (04:30):
In the winter, I would say it's a little bit
more quiet because it's cold, but once you know, the
summer and the spring hits. You know, everybody's letting their
dogs out. Some dogs are even getting stolen right out
of people's yards. It depends, it fluctuates, it goes up
and down. You know, one one week, I'll get probably
three dogs. You know, one day I'll get two dogs
in the same day, and then I might not hear
(04:50):
anything for a bit.
Speaker 5 (04:51):
So it just depends, you know, what's going on.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
We might have a little trouble in the studio, right,
it's not a bad thing. Ugging Sweetcakes.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
So little Sweetcakes is, She's giving kisses. She's an adorable dogs.
Speaker 4 (05:04):
She's super sweet.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
I think the name is perfect Forecas. She's so sweet.
Oh my god. How much do you know about Sweetcakes story?
Speaker 6 (05:13):
So we work mostly with dogs in Houston, but lately
we've actually kind of not taken as many because, like
Melissa mentioned, right now, in Massachusetts, we're seeing a very
big increase of dogs locally needing help and seeing neglect. Houston,
we're seeing that every single day. We're seeing hundreds of
dogs trying to enter the shelter in terrible condition. Sweetcakes
(05:35):
story is like so many others where she was just
in a home that continuously had puppies after puppies. After puppies,
they don't spay and neuter as often, so she was
just in a hoarding house with tons of chihuahuas.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
Ended up at the shelter that Titus was at.
Speaker 6 (05:53):
Actually, oh yeah, on the euthanasia list because of her
skin condition, which really is just a quick medication that
she needed and a couple months of TLC and you know,
she's a great dog, but she almost lost her life
because there's just too many great dogs.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
Yeah, it's when you when you guys found Titus. I
think he had an hour, maybe two hours. It's weird.
They put the timer on the cage.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
It's awful.
Speaker 1 (06:16):
But you know, you mentioned euthanasia, and we should make
something clear. I don't think anybody wants to euthanize the dogs.
It's just that the heart are so many of them. Like,
what's the deal with the park in Houston, we're Titus And.
Speaker 6 (06:29):
Yeah, so I mean in Houston, like around here, you'll
see less euthanasia for space, but we're going to get
to that point if people don't start spaying and neutering
their dogs and being responsible. In Houston, they're kind of
a little bit in deeper waters than us because they've
got dogs that are unaltered, running loose as strays or
(06:51):
owned dogs, and they're pro creating. A lot of times
people will have a dog that ends up getting pregnant
or something, and nobody wants to take care of ten puppies.
So you know, it comes down to the shelter staff
has one of the hardest jobs in the world. They
have to decide at the end of the day, you know,
if there's space for another dog, or if this dog
(07:12):
that's sitting in the shelter has run out of time.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
I got to tell you, I'm in a lot of
trouble because Michelle has been listening and I made the
mistake my wife, Michelle, I made the mistake of sending
her a picture of Milow and she's immediately take him home.
And I'm okay, Lord knows, I would love to. And
you know, there are a lot of people who would
love to adopt a dog, but they're not sure. And
that's where fostering is a really good idea, right yep.
Speaker 5 (07:36):
So I'm not sure how you do it.
Speaker 7 (07:38):
I'm sure it's probably similar, but I know what Sweetpaw's rescue,
especially with the adult dogs. Anybody that's interested. You know,
everybody gets a background check. You have to get referrals,
and you know they do home check and stuff. Make
sure you're a safe adopter. If the adult dogs, they
have them take them for about a week or two
before they make any decisions, you know what I mean.
(08:00):
So if you have this dog, you like them, you
love them. You know, two weeks go by, you know
you still like them and you love them, you want
to adopt them. Then they let you do the adoption.
Speaker 1 (08:08):
And if you're listening, feel free to call in if
you have any questions at all about the rescue process,
or the adoption process, or even the foster process. Justin
We're going to carry this over right and take some calls,
take some talkbacks.
Speaker 8 (08:21):
Absolutely, you can join the conversation with us if you
are interested. We will post up on the Kiss Instagram.
You can leave it talk back on the iHeartRadio app.
Just search Billy and Lisa in the morning Kiss. Want
to wait and tap that microphone there and let us know.
We'd love to get these dogs into a brand new home.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
Kiss one awak oh Man.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
We got a studio filled with beautiful people. Melissa's here,
She's the dog mother she's got a pit bull Milo
who was just handsomely beautiful. And Felicia's here from Gal's
best pal with little sweetcakes and when he hasn't given
sweetcakes up yet.
Speaker 3 (08:55):
But there are. They're on the kiss Instagram.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
So if you want to check the dogs out there
both available for a We want to do this today.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
Yeah, it's National Rescue Dog Day, so let's make this happen.
You get a talkback.
Speaker 9 (09:07):
Hey, it's Doug foster mom Aaron here from Franklin, my
family and I got our dog Buddy from Galasbaspal and
he is just the best. We also started our foster
journey and on are on our second foster puppy. It
is such a rewarding experience and the GBP community is amazing.
Shout out to Becca, Sarah and Patty.
Speaker 10 (09:25):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 9 (09:26):
Kiss when to wait for sporating joy and positivity and
showcasing the amazingness that is shelter doggies.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
What a nice message, beautiful message.
Speaker 4 (09:34):
She's actually fostering one of our dogs right now.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
Wow. And we picked up Titus at a foster home.
It was out western Massachusetts, and shout outs to all
dog foster moms and dads out there. Absolutely, you people
are saints that you're saving lives. And a couple of
minutes ago, off the air, Melissa, I asked you how
many dogs you have in the property right now? So
how many are you taking care of currently?
Speaker 7 (09:59):
I believe seven or eight. I got Carmela, I got Luna,
I got Milo. I think on the top of my head. Oh, Rocky,
he's so cute. I think he might have been hit
by a car. He's got like a little crooked jaw.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
Yeah, the running the streets.
Speaker 5 (10:15):
Right, yeah, yeah, yeah, my goodness.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
Wow. And of Felicia, how many gals best and you
have showcases all the time.
Speaker 5 (10:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (10:23):
So we actually just recently opened up a facility in Namesbury,
mass where I'm not sure if you're familiar with. All
dogs that come into the state of Massachusetts have to
quarantine for forty eight hours, very similar to a shelter
set up in a way, so we kind of have
our own shelter, so to say, in simple terms, yesterday
we had seventeen.
Speaker 3 (10:40):
Dogs leave there after a forty eight hour stay.
Speaker 6 (10:43):
I would say about seven of them are in foster
homes and available for adoption, on top of about fifteen
that we've already got locally in foster homes.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
How do you control the numbers because I'm guessing they're unlimited.
Speaker 4 (10:55):
I mean, yeah, So.
Speaker 6 (10:58):
I have a rescue partner that keeps me in line
and tells me when I'm over committing, so that we can,
you know, try to not bring in too many dogs.
It's really hard to say no when there are so
many dogs that have these adorable faces that just want
help and want to take it out of Texas. But
we try to make sure that we either have a
foster or an adopter for a dog before they leave
(11:20):
the state of Texas because we don't have a facility
to keep them hell that and we would like them
to be in home so that we can learn more
about them.
Speaker 1 (11:28):
Let's get that information out right now. Then Let's say
somebody's listening right now and they're very interested in fostering
with the hopes that maybe they'll adopt. How do they
reach out to you guys?
Speaker 6 (11:38):
So, like Melissa said, we'll work with Melissa sometimes, we'll
also work with other animal control officers and typically if
you want a foster, you could apply to foster on
our website at alsbespal dot com. Melissa also works with
sweet Pause, so you could apply to foster with sweet pause,
and like she said, it's a very quick it's not
(11:59):
too invasive. We're really just trying to make sure that
when you apply to adopt or foster a dog, you
are who you say you are. We're not trying to
make the process difficult for anybody, but you would be
shocked that there are people out there that will try
to pull a fast one on you for one reason
or now.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
I don't want these poor dogs getting into wrong hands,
especially given with a lot of them.
Speaker 5 (12:17):
To be Yeah, exactly, God, really it's crazy.
Speaker 10 (12:22):
Go good morning, Morning Crew.
Speaker 11 (12:24):
No pressure on Billy, but I'm just thinking Titus needs
a friend.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
What a Boston is Benson Boone and you're waking up
with Billy and Lisa in the morning on Kiss.
Speaker 12 (12:35):
One Away, Boston's number one hit music stations.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
Hey Lisa, Hey Benson, about that, Benson reaching out to you.
Speaker 3 (12:42):
That's a good one who.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
Very cool morning with the Dog Rescue and you know
donations are critical for them. Okay, if you want to
send them some donations, look for the Dog Mother Foundation
and also Gal's Best Pal because.
Speaker 3 (12:55):
They have to do a lot of surgeries too.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
A lot of the dogs come in with poor teeth
and you know, broken and bones and things like that.
Speaker 1 (13:02):
Yeah, you'd be amazed at some of the injuries. We
also had Wellness pet Food reaching out to us with
a DM or something earlier this morning.
Speaker 4 (13:11):
Thank you for reminding me.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
So we'll try to hook Wellness pet Food up with
the guy. Those numbers, okay, not a problem this just In?
Speaker 4 (13:20):
Did we hit the entertainment again.
Speaker 8 (13:22):
Let's just go.
Speaker 6 (13:23):
There now, the entertainment update with the Billy Godsay.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
So I walked into Justin Studios a couple of seconds ago.
He said, Hey, I got something good. It just came in.
Apparently Ed Sheeran took a lie detector test. Oh, I
guess this is something that's going around now.
Speaker 8 (13:38):
Justin well Vanity Fair does it. They get a professional
line detective person in there and they put them on
the hot seat and ask them rapid fire questions.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
The first question we have, Apparently the line detective person
asked Ed Sheeran for some reason about Harry Style's manhood.
Speaker 9 (13:54):
You love said that Harry Styles definitely hasn't got a
little thing.
Speaker 10 (13:59):
Can you tell us what you meant by that?
Speaker 1 (14:02):
Let's talk about his his pains.
Speaker 4 (14:07):
Truthful.
Speaker 8 (14:09):
Wow, that's information we needed.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
It is it is or it is it's no, it's
not not little.
Speaker 4 (14:16):
Good to know it rises up for a long time.
Speaker 1 (14:21):
Okay, totally. I wasn't aware of that.
Speaker 4 (14:25):
Yeah, did you see did you see don't worry Darling?
Speaker 13 (14:28):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (14:29):
I did.
Speaker 4 (14:29):
Yeah, that was that was he was gifted.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
God bless Harry Styles.
Speaker 4 (14:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (14:35):
And Sharon also asked what Benny Blanco smells like?
Speaker 14 (14:38):
What does Benny Blancos smell?
Speaker 15 (14:40):
Like?
Speaker 1 (14:41):
Uh, this smells good and he's got like he does
like incense in his house and like that's always the
sign of someone that thinks about smells.
Speaker 4 (14:51):
He's being truthful.
Speaker 8 (14:52):
Benny Blanco smells amazing.
Speaker 5 (14:55):
Good to know, to be honest.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Have you been invited to his winning yet?
Speaker 7 (15:00):
Was he at yours?
Speaker 16 (15:01):
Yep?
Speaker 8 (15:02):
Truthful?
Speaker 3 (15:04):
Oh awesome.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (15:07):
Wedding.
Speaker 8 (15:08):
So the story there is he wasn't supposed to say
that it's under wraps, the whole wedding. It's all under wraps,
and he kind of just let that out.
Speaker 3 (15:16):
Well, he didn't say where, he just said he was going. Yeah,
and I wonder if they'll perform maybe would be kind
of cool.
Speaker 8 (15:23):
Yeah, thinking out loud.
Speaker 1 (15:25):
Yeah, and the good news is at Sharon passed the
line detector test. Everything was truthful as he knew it.
Got to talk about the NBA Playoffs, and here we go,
Thunder in the timber Wolves. That's a game won to night.
By the way, Pacers in the Knicks have a game
one tomorrow night. And we told this story earlier. I
want to retell it. A random Pacers fan was outside
(15:47):
the Celts Knicks game recently, I think it was the
Friday night game or something, and was pelted with garbage
and debris and heckled. But that person went on the
Pat McAfee show and and ty Reese Helliburton from the
Pacers offered him something.
Speaker 16 (16:05):
I want to personally bring you in a plus one
out here to come to Game four here in Indiana.
I'll bring you guys out here, put you guys up,
get you guys seas to the game. The Pacers, everybody
in our organization wants to make sure you take care
of all the teams. Excited to meet you. It's all
we've been talking about. Everybody's seen the video, so man,
(16:25):
we want to bring you out here. And yeah, man,
I'm really excited about that.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
Yeah, the guy that was pelted happens to be a fireman.
He has a PACER's tattoo on his hand. Rapid fan,
diehard fan, by the way, who you got in Game one?
Speaker 8 (16:38):
Bill?
Speaker 1 (16:38):
By the way, I want to go on record, I
have never liked in DMA.
Speaker 8 (16:42):
All Right, you going next?
Speaker 1 (16:47):
So we all know the Celts were crushed by the Knicks.
So Celts president Brad Stevens talking yesterday well about the
gigantic salaries on the Celtics right now and whether things
well or a unique situation.
Speaker 12 (17:01):
They're all under contracts and obviously, as you pointed out,
there are you know, several basketball penalties that will come
with that with that amount of salary, and so we
just have to weigh at all and make those decisions, okay.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
And speaking of giant price tags, there are reports the
Jeff Bezos Lawrence Sanchez wedding is going to cost upwards
of ten million. They were talking about five hundred million earlier.
How do you spend five hundred million on a wedding?
Speaker 2 (17:34):
I don't know, but he can afford it. I think
that's numbers a little high. Ten million seems to be
about right. It's venice it's like a long weekend in June.
Speaker 17 (17:44):
Yep, so Jeff Bezos large Sanchez ten million dollar wedding.
How much will the divorce cost in five years? I'm
thinking two hundred million to Laura Sanchez.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
Sure, why not?
Speaker 9 (17:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (17:58):
I don't see it lasting. Call merazy, I do.
Speaker 3 (18:01):
I think they've been together a while. They've been engaged
for at least three years.
Speaker 5 (18:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (18:05):
I think that they are like, I think they're well matched.
Speaker 5 (18:08):
So okay, yeah, all right.
Speaker 2 (18:11):
He was just on his yacht slapping her bom. There
was a picture of it.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
Hey, you know, you know what sometimes little smacking the behind. Yeah,
that doesn't say love. Yeah, you know, on the way out,
a little behind. Nice job. Had a girl, had a girl? Yeah.
So Demie Levado was seen partying it up in Vegas.
(18:36):
Some say it was the bachelorette party, and why not,
They're supposed to be getting married this coming weekend. She
and her friends reportedly stayed in a thirty thousand dollars
a night sweet and they went to the Electric Daisy Festival,
which looked pretty cool. My son Chris was there.
Speaker 8 (18:53):
Yes, I have an update here. Oh yeah, we mentioned
Mike Posner performed. Chris cost that your son was hanging
out with him. Mike pose NERD did his set with
Steve Aokie and Brody Jenner. Oh yeah, looked really looked
like the hell of a time.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
Now, what was Brody Jenner's job in the whole?
Speaker 8 (19:11):
He's a DJ? He is, he does he DJ's he
DJ and hair in Boston.
Speaker 4 (19:15):
We had him at Kiss Concerts, right, DJ?
Speaker 1 (19:17):
Did he DJ? Kiss concert? I thought he was just
hanging out backstage because Alsa had a chance to run
her hands through his hair.
Speaker 3 (19:22):
Oh it was. His hair is gorgeous and it's thick
and beautiful.
Speaker 4 (19:26):
And he came to our pre party.
Speaker 3 (19:28):
Yeah. Yeah, he's so handsome.
Speaker 18 (19:30):
It was one of those things where we wanted him
because he was Brody Jenner, but he just wanted to DJ.
But we're like, we don't care about that, we want
you as Brody Jenner. Yeah, let him DJ. But we
really just booked him.
Speaker 4 (19:39):
Because he was proy.
Speaker 1 (19:41):
He's a beautiful man and he.
Speaker 3 (19:42):
Was so nice, so nice.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
He's like behind the scenes stories about like Chloe kardash
who he said is his favorite.
Speaker 1 (19:50):
Brody Jenner is here everybody okay, and and this is
cool because uh well Brody and I are buds and
we can just talk about anything, right, Okay. Brody and
I did a night together at Rain in Malton. Remember
I used to do the Rain nights. We recently had
a reunion, a Rain reunion. He was on stage with
me on a Saturday night, and yeah, we were buds.
(20:13):
I guess I don't know. Hey, Shakira's coming to Fenway
Park May twenty nine. She was on Fallon last night
talking about this tour.
Speaker 15 (20:20):
You know, I've been working on this tour for a year,
preparing every single detail, from the visuals to the music.
I've put together my biggest set, my biggest set list.
I'm singing some of my classic songs from Hipstone, Light, Whenever,
whatever to the most recent ones. And it's a pretty
huge production. It's a huge effort, you know, to tour
(20:43):
with this production around Latin America's probably the biggest production
that's ever traveled Latin America. It weighs like ninety three tons.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
May ninth.
Speaker 8 (20:51):
Yeah, Wow, Shakira, she does a good job, doesn't she Bill.
Speaker 1 (20:56):
I'm guessing she does.
Speaker 8 (20:57):
She does.
Speaker 17 (20:57):
I remember, nothing says good job like a firm.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
Open palm slap on the behind.
Speaker 1 (21:05):
Yeah, you got proof right there. Nothing nothing says good
job like that. How about this? By the way, wasn't
Shakira going to prison?
Speaker 3 (21:18):
Yeah she was. She didn't pair of taxes.
Speaker 1 (21:20):
It's like a lot of millions and millions.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
How do you miss that?
Speaker 1 (21:24):
Maybe that's why she's on tour.
Speaker 3 (21:25):
Maybe Yeah, I think maybe they worked out a deal.
Speaker 4 (21:27):
Yeah eight million.
Speaker 10 (21:29):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
Jelly Roll is on tour. He was in Detroit the
other night he brought How cool is this You're in
Detroit and you bring Eminem on stage?
Speaker 8 (21:38):
Wow?
Speaker 1 (21:39):
People went wild. It's the post Malone Jelly Roll Tour
and that's coming to Jillette Stadium May thirty first.
Speaker 8 (21:45):
That's going to be a big show. I don't think
Eminem's coming out of Jillette, but you never know.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
Oh I doubt it. Imagine Eminem talking about nine mile brother, Okay,
I know it's eight mile.
Speaker 8 (21:58):
It's eight mile?
Speaker 1 (21:59):
Yeah, him, I really do you really do? Don't do it? Should?
Speaker 8 (22:05):
I want to do it? And you're gonna do it.
I want to do it. I want to do it.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Every song the same with him. Shut up from the
archives right there, from the archives bank and we can
make a week and week week Hey, uh Lisa, You're
(22:39):
the biggest social light I know. And there's a rumor
that Jordan Hudson is now banned from all social life.
Speaker 11 (22:48):
Actually, my friend Caroline Keptness sent this to me yesterday
and she's like, take a look at this. So yeah,
So I guess the story is that Linda Holiday, who's
built Belichick's X know, she's a big philanthropist. She's been
on the island for over fifteen years helping out charities.
So the story is that they're trying to freeze Jordan out.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
Who That's what the post is say.
Speaker 1 (23:11):
And I was talking to Justin earlier. I saw a
reporter of the weekend. You know this guy, Pablo Torre Tore,
the sports reporter who was the one who said Jordan
was going to be banned from UNC. And now we
don't know if that's true, but over the weekend he
sent out another report suggesting Bill Belichick will never show
up to coach UNC. Now again, this is the Pablo guy.
(23:35):
I don't know where he's getting his information, but I
did see that story over the weekend. And Linda Holiday,
she does a good job.
Speaker 3 (23:43):
Br she does absolutely very charitable.
Speaker 4 (23:46):
What if that mean?
Speaker 8 (23:50):
I know what he wants. We have to move on
there like we're running out of time.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Would you say, good job? He's really good job right, yes, yes, yes,
of course I remember.
Speaker 4 (24:02):
Nothing job like a firm, open palm, slap on the behind.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
Hey, I'm not sure they're proud, but uh, we're brought
to you by dover Rugging Home. That's my buddy Hassen.
Speaker 3 (24:14):
Uh special Wawson's wife last week.
Speaker 1 (24:17):
Oh really, she's beautiful. There's still I think newlyweds anyway,
the special way they do things, here's how they do.
A Dover rug will come to your house, get this
with all the rugs you like, and they'll lay them
on the floor for you so you can see them
in the spot you want the rug to be in
in your own home before you make a decision. Nobody
(24:37):
else does this Dover Rug Natick Boston, Burlington or doverrug
dot Com. And there you good job.
Speaker 14 (24:44):
Lassa from the Planet Fitness Kiss one Awaight Studios.
Speaker 10 (24:48):
We're back with Villy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Kiss and this just in the ten most watch shows
on Netflix. Alicia, you've got the.
Speaker 2 (24:59):
List, Okay, do you want going to start with number
ten or number one?
Speaker 4 (25:02):
Number ten?
Speaker 2 (25:03):
Okay, money heist. I saw that that was wasn't that dubbed?
Speaker 4 (25:07):
I watched that Spanish yees?
Speaker 8 (25:10):
Yeah yeah it was dubbed.
Speaker 3 (25:11):
Yeah, I watched that too. Bridgerton is number nine.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
Oh yeah, I watched it.
Speaker 8 (25:14):
Hold on, I did not watch.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
That season three. Bridgerton's on here twice. The Queen's Gambit
was number eight, which we all loved.
Speaker 4 (25:21):
I never saw.
Speaker 3 (25:22):
Oh my god, you have to watch them. It's based
on it.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
That was the Chess movie, right, Queen's Gambit. I did
watch that entire season.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
And then Bridgerton Season one is number seven. Dahmer, which
I know you watched soon.
Speaker 4 (25:34):
Oh yeah, dah was fantastic.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
I was number six.
Speaker 4 (25:37):
Have you seen it?
Speaker 3 (25:38):
I haven't.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
You have to watch.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
No, I did watch part of it and then it
got so gross.
Speaker 8 (25:43):
Yeah, well he was gross.
Speaker 3 (25:45):
It was just too much for me late at night.
Speaker 5 (25:47):
It was great.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
It was I mean, it was very well acted. Number
five is Adolescents. That's a new one.
Speaker 1 (25:53):
Yeah, okay, ie, people keep telling me you got to
watch Ado lessons. You have to watch one hundred.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
And thirty four million views. So Stranger Things is number
four season four. Okay, we're waiting for season five to
come out. It was one hundred and forty million, and
then Squid Game is on here twice. It's number three,
and then number two is Wednesday, which is Jenna Ortega.
That was amazing. I watched that with Riley two hundred
and fifty two million views, and then Squid Game season
(26:20):
one two hundred and sixty five million.
Speaker 5 (26:23):
That show was.
Speaker 3 (26:24):
It was disturbing. It had to turn it off.
Speaker 8 (26:27):
I didn't watch Squid Game because my son wants to.
Speaker 3 (26:29):
Watch it disturbing. I'm not too young.
Speaker 8 (26:32):
I'm not, but I don't watch it because I'm telling
him not to watch it. So if he finds out
I watched it, I got it.
Speaker 3 (26:36):
Was it was next level, it was. It was horrible.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
Isn't there a new one coming out? I keep seeing promos?
Unlet's that's the second one mentioned there. Just had season
two drop recently. Okay, yeah, that's what I'm talking.
Speaker 8 (26:47):
There was a kid friendly reality version of Squid Game.
We actually had one of the contestants on. Remember his
name was Kevin. Maybe it was a local guy. It's
on Netflix. It's like a lot I don't know. It's
like a live reality version of it. But the original
I hear is very brutal.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
So what is the concept of squid Game for somebody
who never saw it?
Speaker 8 (27:07):
I never watched it.
Speaker 4 (27:08):
Oh the guy from Wilson Farms. I just remember that.
You're talking about that the local.
Speaker 8 (27:13):
Yeah, remember the guy that works at Wilson Farms. He
was on the show Squid Game. We had him in
the studio. Yeah, Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy.
Speaker 1 (27:21):
That's it, doesn't he picked the fruit or something?
Speaker 8 (27:23):
Wi Yeah, this.
Speaker 3 (27:26):
Gory show, so weird.
Speaker 4 (27:30):
Adolescens, Lisa, have you seen it?
Speaker 2 (27:33):
I don't want to watch it. It's about the teenage boys, right, yeah, yeah,
I can't watch that.
Speaker 3 (27:36):
I had teenage boys.
Speaker 4 (27:37):
Yeah, I'm not.
Speaker 3 (27:38):
I don't mean I'm going to skip that.
Speaker 8 (27:39):
I loved it. It was it was very eye opening,
really really well done. Well okay, besides, I have my.
Speaker 3 (27:44):
Own eye opening stuff in real life with your own
boy like.
Speaker 8 (27:50):
Families, Like, yeah, if you have teenagers, it's gonna hit harder.
But you remember that that each episode, there's four episodes,
was shot with no edits. Oh okay, okay, so there
are we're along with no edits. Mean they did it
all in one take. Think about that. That was very impressive.
If they mess up a line forty minutes in, they
can't edit it. They have to start all over.
Speaker 4 (28:10):
They would just keep panning, so they would start with
the thing and just follow the actor.
Speaker 8 (28:14):
And then there was a part where they had to
go from one location to the next and they used
a helicopter and or a drone or a helicopter to
pan up and then pan down. It's really impressive. Wow,
maybe I will watch Adolescents. It's really well done, it's
well acted. I'm really surprised that Wednesday beat Stranger Things.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Now, what was Wednesday about it?
Speaker 2 (28:34):
It's the It's the Adams Family, so it's you take.
Speaker 3 (28:38):
I'm telling you. It's really good, really really good.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
I like all the kids watching and adults watching, so
maybe that's why the number was so big.
Speaker 8 (28:46):
Adults can watch it too.
Speaker 3 (28:48):
I watched it and I loved it.
Speaker 8 (28:50):
Okay, Well, I'm watching Mobland right now and I'm obsessed.
It's on Paramount Plus. I might start Mobland. But yeah,
we're still into Handmaid's Tale. There's one more episode and
then it's over forever because this is the last season,
all right, And then you got me watching Breaking Bad.
I'm now like three like the five seasons in but
(29:11):
it is incredible. Do you love it? Love it? It's great? Yeah, yeah,
it's great.
Speaker 14 (29:15):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (29:15):
The Mobland is on episode seven. There's ten episodes, so
you might want to wait until after June first because
that's when the finale ends. Then you can binge it.
Oh okay, but it's Tom Hardy. It's set in London
and it's all about the mob obviously.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (29:29):
But I mentioned earlier that Cassie, who's testifying the Diddy trial. Yeah,
her current husband, who's in that courtroom has to listen
to the testimony, is in the show.
Speaker 1 (29:37):
They showed him getting out of his limo outside the
courthouse yesterday and said, that's who the guy is you're
talking about. He's in Mobland. Yeah, it's really good. I
love Tom Hardy.
Speaker 8 (29:48):
So yeah, by the way, something crazy happened to me
with Netflix yesterday. I can't explain it. I logged in
on my TV, you know, I went to Netflix. I
have the I have Comcast so voice to you know,
open it. It opened to a different profile from another language.
So it was another profile from another country and it
was all locked.
Speaker 4 (30:06):
Oh my god, you got hacked again, I think. So
you were the hack. Everyone's hacking.
Speaker 8 (30:10):
I didn't do anything. I don't know, so I couldn't
sign out. It took me like an hour to figure
it out.
Speaker 4 (30:16):
Who was the language?
Speaker 8 (30:17):
I don't know. I don't know what it was. Maybe
Indian from India.
Speaker 4 (30:21):
Oh listen, they're out to get you.
Speaker 1 (30:23):
God, you're an easy target.
Speaker 18 (30:25):
Like you have people from India calling you every day
looking for your credit card number and your debit card number,
and you're giving it to them.
Speaker 4 (30:31):
You're on their target now.
Speaker 8 (30:32):
Okay, almost sixteen years out of the criminal life. All right,
I'm a little rusty, but you know how. I figured
it out eventually, after an hour, I was clicking and
clicking and clicking, and each I've never seen this, Each
profile on the Netflix page had a pin. You can
put a pin so you can't get into the profiles.
So what happened was, I'm trying. It's in another language
and I couldn't figure out. Finally I figured out how
(30:54):
to change it back to English. Okay, and then I
was able to I was able to get in. I
created a new profile without a pain and then signed out.
I've got one word, able, he's into your system. Maybe
maybe you're out there with the chickens. He's into your system,
just invading your your Netflix and everything else. No, he's
(31:14):
into the VR headsets. Now are they doing that at
your house?
Speaker 19 (31:17):
Lease?
Speaker 2 (31:18):
You know, Riley did it a little bit, not as
much as I thought he would.
Speaker 3 (31:21):
Yeah, it kind of freaks me out.
Speaker 8 (31:23):
I actually don't mind it because it's a movement.
Speaker 4 (31:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (31:27):
So he's so in order to walk in whatever world
he's in, he has to move his arms. So it's
you know, at least it's active.
Speaker 18 (31:34):
That's like when we got Dance Dance Revolution, everyone was like,
they're doing video games, but.
Speaker 4 (31:38):
It's active, so it's okay.
Speaker 8 (31:39):
Yeah, well it's as opposed to sitting on, sitting down
and playing Xbox, right. I'm just saying. So anyway, we've
got some talkback leftovers coming up. A lot of people
join the show, not about the rescue stuff, but about
other stuff.
Speaker 1 (31:53):
Billy and Lisa all the morning back leftovers. Let's go, jessh.
Speaker 8 (31:58):
If you are new to the Billion Billion Least, it's
the show. Welcome. We have this segment called talkback Leftovers,
where essentially people leave talkbacks for us during the show
that we could not get to, you know, and this
is where we kind of put them in. It's a
busy show. If you want to leave a talkback, you
can always do it anytime of the day, that includes
weekends on the iHeartRadio app. You just listen to kiss
one to wait and press the microphone button and that'll
(32:19):
come to me and you can chime in on anything
that we're talking about. You know.
Speaker 19 (32:22):
Justin we bought a swim spot and we just set
it up. We've had it now with all the chemicals
in it our first week. It's been wonderful. It's so warm,
it's amazing. Best purchase I ever made.
Speaker 8 (32:36):
Yeah, I mentioned the swim spot because obviously it's cold
out and a swim spa is like a pool and
a hot tub all in one. I had never seen
one before New England Spots, who I work with. I
went and visited the location in Natick to check out
the sawn as. I got my sona from them and
they showed me this swim spot and then have you
ever seen one of these? No, in the back it's
like a giant hot tub and it's either a pool
(32:56):
or a hot tub. You never have to shut it
down in the winter. So how big is the pool?
It's pretty big.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
It's really big, so you can actually swim laps.
Speaker 8 (33:06):
You can exercise in it, Billy, you can. It has
these hydrotherapy jets and you can swim against the current
and then you can turn it, you know, into like
to play for your kids. It's really really cool. Yeah,
it's a good option, especially if you're like me and
you have a pool outside and you can't use it
because it's too cold. Of course not, you know what
I mean. Anyway, Breaking news from Rhode Island hip.
Speaker 10 (33:25):
Itsize in Fairytales Chris reporting live with some piping hot Tea,
which is that the rumored cast of the Real Housewives
of Rhode Island was seen out chopping at the Prudential
Center over the weekend, and then a few of the
other girls were seen at Sinatra Sundays. So I think
you can pretty much confirm that Rich's wife is part
of the cast, because otherwise, why would any self respecting
(33:48):
real housewives.
Speaker 8 (33:49):
Be seen that?
Speaker 10 (33:49):
Coppo?
Speaker 8 (33:50):
All right, so that's wow, it's official. Well we talked
about this. The Real High Housewives of Rhode Island is filming.
Our friend Rich Tamai, who used to work here, I
replaced him here a kiss went away for years. He
was like my mentor and he's married to Rosie and
there were rumors that they are on there. We reached
out to Rich and he said, ready for this. I
(34:14):
am not involved in this project. Yeah, he did not
say we, so he didn't confirm any or anything. But
we didn't need you anyway, Rich, because we we got
lies in fairy tales.
Speaker 4 (34:24):
Chris, I have a question for you guys.
Speaker 18 (34:27):
If it's Real Housewives over Island, why are they doing
everything in Boston?
Speaker 8 (34:32):
Well, they probably go to different places to film. We're
obviously a Coppo because Rich things that was to give
me to Coppo and something. Yeah, they probably did a
night out in Boston. Yeah, yeah, yeah, what do you
have an issue? And Rich figures he probably gets a
couple of weddings out of it.
Speaker 3 (34:46):
Or something totally.
Speaker 2 (34:46):
Oh yeahs wedding in Pennsylvania, Yeah, November.
Speaker 8 (34:50):
First, didn't you do something else in Pennsylvania?
Speaker 2 (34:52):
My dad's idioth birthday party? And then which which now
he's doing the wedding.
Speaker 3 (34:56):
So it's great.
Speaker 1 (34:57):
So you fly him out to Pennsylvania with all his gear.
Speaker 2 (35:00):
Drive with his band, yeah, and his DJ equipment. Mm hmm,
it's great I'm so exciting.
Speaker 8 (35:06):
Oh yeah, Rich is one of the best DJs I've
ever seen. Yeah, he's great.
Speaker 14 (35:09):
Hey, morning crew, it was just announced that role Model
is going to co star in a Netflix rom com
with Natalie Portman and Mark Ruffalo. Seems like he's everywhere lately.
I wanted to make sure you guys heard Love you guys.
Speaker 13 (35:25):
Bye.
Speaker 3 (35:26):
That is really good news.
Speaker 8 (35:28):
Role Model and the come up opening for Gracie Abrams
in July, both shows at the TD Garden.
Speaker 1 (35:32):
Yeah, and what do you do MGM.
Speaker 4 (35:35):
Yep musical?
Speaker 8 (35:36):
Yeah we love him? Yeah, yeah, us, I'll never forget it.
Billy and I were in my studio and she came
in and she said, I have an idea for Justin's jam.
There's this song by this artist named role Model, and
I go, who the hell is that? And then she
played the song for us and we're like, wow, we
(35:56):
like it. And he's from Maine. Yeah, yea.
Speaker 4 (35:59):
His last names Killsbury.
Speaker 8 (36:01):
Yeah, he's a main boy. And a couple of minutes ago,
I mentioned that my Netflix possibly got hacked. I logged
in to my Netflix and it was another profile on
there from another country, another language. Took me an hour
to sign out and get my Netflix back. And obviously
you remember I got hacked last year. That was rough.
Speaker 4 (36:21):
Hello, Justin, this is the customer service from Netflix.
Speaker 1 (36:26):
I just wanted to call to try and get your
credit card.
Speaker 4 (36:29):
Numbers so we could fix your account.
Speaker 8 (36:31):
If you could give me.
Speaker 1 (36:31):
Your credit card number and all your passwords, we can
quickly resolve it.
Speaker 8 (36:34):
Thank you, come again.
Speaker 1 (36:36):
And the funny thing is Justin would give you all
the credit card numbers.
Speaker 8 (36:40):
I was in a vulnerable situation and it all worked out. Anyway. Listen,
Busy Show, Busy, Busy.
Speaker 4 (36:47):
Kids, run Away.

Best Pals in the studio. Those pictures of the dogs
(37:58):
they brought in are up kiss Instagram.

want more pictures of Milo.
Speaker 4 (38:11):

Speaker 8 (38:14):
You know, it's a lot.
Speaker 4 (38:17):
I didn't want to correct you, but I just want
people to know what you're looking for.
Speaker 8 (38:20):
I don't take it. Well, apparently that's what Bill said.
Speaker 4 (38:21):
You know you don't he's right, Well, don't correct me.
Speaker 1 (38:24):
Yeah, oh yeah, he's got a hold it against me
for like three weeks.
Speaker 8 (38:29):

them out there. We need to find them a home
for sure. But anyway, all about the rescues today.
Speaker 13 (38:36):
Hey, Billy and Lisa, my partner and I have rescued
two pipples at this point in our lives, one from
the streets of South Carolina named Petie and the other Norma,
I actually rescued from a drug sting in Massachusetts. So
I got to say, my rescue dogs are way cooler
than either of us will ever be. Thanks for sharing
(38:56):
this today, and I hope everybody can adopt a dog
if they're able.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
Yeah for sure, for sure. Uh yeah, they're put through
a lot, their rescue dogs, more than you can even imagine.
But it was great to have the true dogs in
the studio this morning. That was fun.
Speaker 3 (39:11):
I'm Morning crew. This is Peggy from Florida, and just
so happens, I'm walking my rescue dogs right now.
Speaker 5 (39:17):
She's a doll.
Speaker 3 (39:19):
She's changed our lives. She cost us forty dollars to
adopt and two thousand dollars in landscaping costs.
Speaker 4 (39:26):
He's a digger, but we're going to keep hers a
great day.
