Speaker 1 (00:00):
From the Planet Fitness, Kiss One Away Studios. We're back
with Billy and Lisa in the Morning on.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Kiss and welcome back to everybody. It is the final
day of April.
Speaker 3 (00:12):
Tomorrow is May.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
I'm just saying, and coming up exactly one hour from now,
we're going to pay your bills.
Speaker 3 (00:18):
We have one thousand dollars to give away.
Speaker 4 (00:19):
That's a big deal we do at nine to ten.
Speaker 5 (00:22):
I need that rents to tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (00:23):
Well, picture imagine you came in.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Yeah, imagine you're down the street at Encore Boston Harbor. Right,
You're sitting at a slot machine. All of a sudden
you hit for one thousand bucks.
Speaker 3 (00:32):
That's a big deal, and that's what we're doing at
nine ten. We're giving away a thousand bucks.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
But yesterday we talked about the top five Major League
Baseball walkout songs and it got us talking behind the scenes.
Speaker 3 (00:46):
God, what would be our walkout song?
Speaker 6 (00:49):
Well, if you remember the game, if you missed it yesterday,
by the way, catching on the podcast Billion Lisa in
the Morning on the iHeart app. But it got crazy
because it was Billy's turn and Lisa got so into
the game she like jumped in and took his hands out.
Speaker 7 (01:02):
Okay, Bill, here we go. You want to play it again?
Speaker 3 (01:03):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:04):
All right, Oh I know the song?
Speaker 3 (01:06):
This what just happened?
Speaker 7 (01:15):
I know it's odd when you're playing lunch.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
Yeah, And you got to know people listening were doing
the same thing at home. They're in their cards, are
at their office, right, They're like, oh, I have one,
I have one. I know that one.
Speaker 6 (01:24):
Yeah, not just that, you know. Then we started, like
Billy said, talking about our own walk up songs, but
now people are giving suggestions and what they think are
as well.
Speaker 7 (01:31):
Specifically Lisa's should be.
Speaker 4 (01:33):
And Lisa's song should be glamorous.
Speaker 5 (01:36):
Gee, oh yeah, there's.
Speaker 7 (01:39):
Actually a lot that could be Lisa's now that I
think about it.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
Definitely good Morning.
Speaker 8 (01:43):
In terms of a walk out song, I'm not sure
if I have one, but Lisa. Yours is definitely Dance
Tonight by Do Lipa, because you're just like Taylor Swept.
Like when I'm at a book club event and I
hear dance Tonight, I'm like, Okay, we all have to
take our seats because Lisa's going to come out. Yeah,
So yours is definitely go Tonight by Do Lipa, And
(02:04):
I hope you never change that because it's definitely your song.
Speaker 4 (02:09):
I love that.
Speaker 9 (02:09):
Another one that could be, well, I have to tell
you the Mel Robbins event, we had to pick our
walkout songs, and that was my walkout song.
Speaker 6 (02:15):
I remember, yeah, I remember, and then I remember other
people were saying the walkout songs should be a busy woman.
All right, Well, at least you have any other ones
that you would you know what?
Speaker 4 (02:22):
I love Bruno Mars twenty four came.
Speaker 7 (02:25):
That, what about you, Bill? What would your MLB walkout song?
Speaker 2 (02:29):
You're gonna laugh and I know and he's gonna laugh,
but I think my walkout song i'd want to have.
Speaker 6 (02:34):
Paul Russell a little both thy Well, you discovered that song.
You brought that song to Kiss one Away. Billy comes
in one day, he goes, I was watching reels over
the weekend. Kiss has to play this song. This is
Paul Russell gets Mikey v the music director, brings him in.
Mikey goes, Bill, this song's kind of old, but we're
not gonna play it, and he's like really fast forward.
Not even a month later on Kiss one Away into
(02:56):
heavy rotation.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Absolutely that was a hot song.
Speaker 7 (02:59):
There you go, all right, right, Winny. I'm afraid to ask.
Speaker 10 (03:02):
You know, there were so many I could have picked,
But currently what gets me hyped is Assie's m.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
Yeah, no, I love that song.
Speaker 7 (03:10):
Yeah it's great, Yeah, it's great.
Speaker 6 (03:12):
Mine would be my current what's on a newer song
with my current gym song that I you know, heavy set,
I get into well bad Bunny.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
I get my wife Michelle hyped.
Speaker 7 (03:22):
Oh that song. Oh it's good. It's a good hype song.
Oh boy for sure.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
Yeah, we're back with Billy and Lisa. In the morning.
I kiss want to leave.
Speaker 3 (03:34):
And welcome back everybody.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Justin let's get a couple of talkbacks in before the entertainment.
Speaker 7 (03:38):
Is it looking windy out there? The trees are blowing.
I see the wind.
Speaker 11 (03:42):
Good morning, morning crew.
Speaker 12 (03:44):
So Billy, I looked out my window this morning and
I thought of you, because what do I see?
Speaker 13 (03:51):
Wind?
Speaker 3 (03:52):
More wind?
Speaker 6 (03:54):
It was windy yesterday. It was beautiful, but there was
stuff blowing all over my yard. And like her, I
think about Billy.
Speaker 5 (04:00):
I lost power last night because of the wind.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
It's insane. The wind just doesn't go. It's been over
a year now.
Speaker 14 (04:07):
I know.
Speaker 15 (04:08):
Well.
Speaker 6 (04:08):
We had Max Donovan on Lisa's son who's an expert.
He's our expert, and he explained it.
Speaker 7 (04:12):
I mean it's up and down, up and down.
Speaker 16 (04:14):
But liking the spring and fall especially, you have to
push the warm air in here because we're so far north,
like okay, there has to be a southwest wind to
push that warm air up into New England from like
the Middle Lante in the south.
Speaker 5 (04:26):
So wind is good then, because wind is bringing us warm.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
It is.
Speaker 7 (04:29):
It's a good and the bad.
Speaker 6 (04:30):
Yeah, it's always going to be windy here in the
spring when it's warm.
Speaker 7 (04:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (04:36):
Yeah, it's tough when you have a backyard and like
things are out, you know, you gotta be careful they
start flying.
Speaker 7 (04:41):
Yeah, you never want the what do you call that?
The and the table flying. And that's happened.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Well, not only that, we just had the landscapers and
they cleaned the whole property and now the branches are
all over the property again.
Speaker 3 (04:55):
Oh yeah, the sticks in the branches.
Speaker 7 (04:57):
Well, get out there with a rake and rake it up.
Speaker 5 (05:00):
You won't do that because he looks with other people.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
What the crew is for.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
They bring in the people. Okay, I don't know who
these people are he's talking about. You know what it
is it's stick season.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
Now the entertainment update with a Billy Constat.
Speaker 4 (05:20):
That's good.
Speaker 5 (05:21):
Yeah, so.
Speaker 3 (05:27):
The Celts are moving on.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
They beat the Magic in Boston last night one twenty
eighty nine.
Speaker 3 (05:32):
There was Jason Tatto. Good team.
Speaker 17 (05:34):
We were a really smart team. We understand who's on
the court for us and what our strengths are, and
you know, we we read the lineup on another team,
and you know, we know what the advantages are.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Yeah, and they get a well deserved break right now.
They have to wait for the winner of the next
Piston series. And those two have a game six tomorrow
night as a late game last night late game, and
we have an update on the Bill Belichick Jordan madness.
This thing gets crazier and crazier by the day for
starters least. There was some sort of a weird email
(06:10):
everybody's buzzing about.
Speaker 9 (06:11):
Okay, so she posted a letter that supposedly Bill sent
to his publisher about how they are approaching the book
and how they are approaching the pr around the book,
and the language in it is so not him.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
It's very wordy. It's not him. He didn't write it.
Speaker 9 (06:27):
She's obviously writing things and posting things So they were
at a luncheon yesterday at the American Museum of Natural
History in New York City.
Speaker 4 (06:33):
It was the picture was in the post. She's at
the table.
Speaker 9 (06:36):
But I just thought of this, are they going to
the Metcala because the Mecala is May fifth, it's on Monday. Oh,
I wonder if they will be walking the red carpet together.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
God, that's her dream? Now this is it? Wow?
Speaker 7 (06:54):
Oh that's a good call.
Speaker 3 (06:57):
And we know they were going.
Speaker 5 (07:00):
But would she invite them because she doesn't I feel
like there is she Is she on her.
Speaker 9 (07:04):
Radar like, oh Annah Winter, Yeah, it's Bill Belichick on
her radar?
Speaker 4 (07:07):
I would I would think so.
Speaker 10 (07:10):
With the sweatshirts he's wearing, I don't know he would
be allowed anywhere near her.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
I don't think the people she invites that to be
on the her radar. It's just people who are hot
at the time.
Speaker 9 (07:19):
Annie has a book out, and the book is coming
out I think May sixth or seventh.
Speaker 2 (07:23):
So yeah, she wants attention getters. And that's exactly what
what Jordan is exactly.
Speaker 6 (07:29):
I'd never pegged Belichick as a metcal guy, but now, oh, totally, you.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
Can't peg him now for anything. Okay, I like that.
I was reading some of the comments about the interview
on CBS the other day. My favorite one was the
sweatshirt that he was wearing was older than her.
Speaker 3 (07:47):
Yeah, it was his dad's. Yeah, Jersey.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
I think meantime we're talking about, you know, real sports people.
What are they thinking about the whole Belichick thing, and
yesterday the Edelman Gronk podcast, they seem to be in
support of the whole Belichick Jordan thing.
Speaker 18 (08:03):
Here it is coach Belichick and this whole interview thing
with Jordan. People are giving an unfair reality of what's
going on because she was jumping into that conversation during
the interview, just like any PR person would jump in
when there's an unnecessary question that probably didn't go over
in the pre production meeting. From what I've heard, Jordan
(08:23):
is playing the Bears role, handling all the football ops,
handling a lot.
Speaker 19 (08:27):
Of his social a lot of his PR. When you
look at this situation and you say, oh, this is
his girlfriend jumping in, I think that's unfair. I think
she's actually working with Coach Belichick in the professional world,
and she probably went and said, hey, no, we're not
doing that doesn't that always happen whenever you do an interview?
Speaker 3 (08:43):
Do you not have a representative there?
Speaker 7 (08:44):
Yeah, she's becoming his representative on top of being a girlfriend.
Oh my god, Well that's that's I love the loyalty.
Speaker 5 (08:52):
But yeah, okay, but that's the thing.
Speaker 9 (08:54):
It's again, I was in PR for ten years, right,
I did this for a This is this is a
professional career. People that are good in prs' they're good
for a reason.
Speaker 3 (09:07):
And they have a history of it. They've done it elsewhere.
Speaker 9 (09:10):
Usually when you have an interview, you go over things
that are off limits.
Speaker 4 (09:15):
We get it here on the radio station.
Speaker 9 (09:17):
PR people will say you cannot ask this, this, and this,
or give us the questions ahead of time.
Speaker 3 (09:22):
Yep, didn't she study cosmetology?
Speaker 4 (09:25):
She went, yes, she did.
Speaker 9 (09:27):
Now again, cosmetology is a wonderful industry, wonderful, but it's
not public relationship.
Speaker 6 (09:34):
Lisa, have you ever seen in your in your PR
career a PR person sit next to the person being
interviewed and then interject during the interview.
Speaker 4 (09:44):
Only when it went off the rails?
Speaker 9 (09:46):
And again, why weren't these things agreed upon beforehand?
Speaker 3 (09:51):
Right?
Speaker 2 (09:51):
And by the way, we can use a Kiss Concert
in jingle Ball as an example, you know, the artists
come in with a manager or an agent or a rep,
and they will, if anything, say something before the interview,
something they don't want to talk about, or they may
say something to you after the interview, but they don't
jump in into rockets.
Speaker 17 (10:09):
Right.
Speaker 9 (10:09):
Can I just say one more thing about this interview?
She made it bad. The interview was fine. He was
doing Bill is very seasoned at answering reporter's questions, and
he was doing a very good job. This is his book, right,
He's the expert. So she made it all about her.
Speaker 7 (10:26):
Yeah. I don't agree with thatman on this. I love
the loyalty. I love it.
Speaker 6 (10:30):
Ya just don't say anything at all. I try to
take his side, but Billy, I have to mention this
really quickly. Yes, reminded me of the Dua Lipa incident
with you. Yes, Julipa came to Kiss Concert, like Lisa
just explained. Her person manager came out to me and said, hey,
make sure Billy doesn't ask about her boots.
Speaker 7 (10:45):
Yeah, she was wearing these big boots.
Speaker 6 (10:47):
So then she comes out from the inside, I said,
Billy told Billy, and Billy goes yeah, no problem. She
walks out the live interview. First question from Uncle Bill.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
Before we do anything. You just stepped to your left
a little bit. You cannot wear boots like that and
not have the world see.
Speaker 9 (11:03):
But you know what really interesting that PR person did
not step into the interview.
Speaker 6 (11:08):
He was in the background looking at me, shaking his
head and making like gestures, but he did not yet, Julie,
but was fine with us.
Speaker 7 (11:14):
He was fine with it.
Speaker 5 (11:16):
Can I say one thing?
Speaker 10 (11:17):
That Bears guy they're talking about, who's you know, his
right was Belichick's right hand man here is like a
fifty six year old man who's been in the game
for thirty years, like his right hand So we're comparing
him to a freshly out of college person that has
no background in.
Speaker 5 (11:31):
Football or PR. Like, come on, Julian, be for real meantime.
Speaker 4 (11:35):
I don't agree with Julian Edelman.
Speaker 3 (11:37):
Yeah, Good morning America. This morning.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
Did an extensive piece on the Bill Belichick Jordan thing.
And when the reporter wrapped up the piece and they
were all sitting at the anchor desk, including Michael Strahan,
and Michael Strahan came out of the whole piece this way.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
Hey, he looks happy. I'm happy for him.
Speaker 9 (11:56):
What okay, okay, all right, somebody else's relationship.
Speaker 7 (12:02):
I don't really if he's happy, okay.
Speaker 3 (12:06):
Then I'm just gonna shut up. George, I just got up.
Speaker 7 (12:10):
Well, George took a page out of Jordan's book.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
So yesterday we have we had Dave Portnoy commenting on
the Belichick thing, and I asked the question, Hey, remember
his dog, miss Peaches. He would have her on the
red carpet and gowns and everything else. And I was wondering,
what the hell ever happened to Miss Peaches or something
new happened yesterday.
Speaker 5 (12:32):
Geez, your product is finally here. Lucky One Lemonade is.
Speaker 14 (12:41):
Well.
Speaker 7 (12:41):
I am so proud.
Speaker 19 (12:45):
Lucky One Lemonade is finally here, available everywhere I know.
Speaker 5 (12:49):
Pete your next, Pete punches next.
Speaker 4 (12:53):
He's gonna raise a lot of money.
Speaker 3 (12:55):
He's the Carr baby talk though to the dog.
Speaker 4 (12:57):
I love this. I love this whole thing.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
It's called Lucky One.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
And the mission, I guess, is to raise at least
a million dollars this summer for rescue dogs. And we
should mention Today is National Adopt a Shelter Pet.
Speaker 4 (13:12):
Day, which is perfect, perfect timing.
Speaker 9 (13:14):
Yeah, I guess he's coming out with another line for
Pete Pete's punch.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
There's somebody coming out soon too, the other dogs he has.
Speaker 5 (13:23):
But there's so many great jogs and shelters.
Speaker 4 (13:25):
I love it. I love that this is his forum,
and I love that. I think we need to set
up peaches with.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
Justin if we beg, can you get us, Dave Portnoy,
if we all just get on our knees and beg.
Speaker 6 (13:36):
He never responded to my message. I don't know if
he got it or not. I'm not sure, but I'll
keep working on it.
Speaker 5 (13:42):
We must know someone that knows him.
Speaker 7 (13:44):
I had his phone number.
Speaker 6 (13:45):
But he's kind of a big deal change.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
Hey. Remember back in twenty twenty three, actor Jeremy Renner
was run over by a fourteen pounds SnowCat. He's got
a book on the way now detailing the whole deal.
It was miraculous, and he went on Joe Rogan yesterday.
Speaker 20 (14:04):
The accident happened because you have to get in and
out on the off on those tracks, and I hit
the thumb thing and it threw me off, and I
was going towards my nephew. So I had to jump
back on and try to stop it from killing him,
because there's going to crush in between the truck and
that big blade that I have, and my instinct is
to jump back on it and try to stop it.
Speaker 7 (14:22):
You know.
Speaker 20 (14:22):
Obviously it didn't work out and it got right over
and there you go.
Speaker 7 (14:26):
How much of your boughdy? Did it run over? The
entire all my.
Speaker 20 (14:29):
School kind of lost out but still survived.
Speaker 11 (14:31):
And your skull yeah run over? Yeah?
Speaker 20 (14:36):
Yeah, yeah, It's like it looks like you know, yeah,
it's everything. It's like it's thirty eight broken bones and
eyeballs out.
Speaker 3 (14:42):
Oh my god.
Speaker 20 (14:44):
And it's a shout out to medical I know, right,
And yeah, I mean all the doctors were like, dude,
I don't know how your eyes still operating, are still working?
But I think because I was on ice, because I
did see it, and I'm like, well, maybe I'm going
to put this eye on ice and just kind of
rolled do it.
Speaker 3 (15:00):
I'm thinking Jeremy Renner Lisa's book.
Speaker 4 (15:03):
Club, that'd be amazing. His book's called My Next Breath.
Speaker 3 (15:07):
And isn't he on your short list of celebrity crosses?
Speaker 9 (15:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (15:10):
Yeah, I used to have a crush on me. Okay
was amazing.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
Oh yeah, the new ed Shurance on old Phone comes
out tomorrow, don't forget. Yeah, that's the song he brought
here to Boston and to the North Shore just recently. Meantime,
Keith Urban this week broke out his guitar and he
gave us his version of Chapel Roone's Pink Pony Club.
His wife Nicole Kidman in that show Nine Perfect Strangers.
(15:34):
The new season is on its way. The first trailer
dropped yesterday, and The Rock's new movie, The Smashing Machine
is going to arrive in theaters October third.
Speaker 3 (15:46):
We've got a trailer clip.
Speaker 7 (15:47):
Have you ever heard of the Ultimate Fighting Championship the UFC.
Speaker 14 (15:52):
Yeah, that's the bloody thing they're trying to band is the.
Speaker 3 (15:57):
Best he has ever seen. Hate each other when you fight,
absolutely Now. He looks amazing in this movie.
Speaker 4 (16:05):
He looks very different too.
Speaker 3 (16:06):
Yeah, let's wife. This is a movie. I think it's
gonna be the movie of summer.
Speaker 7 (16:11):
Yeah, it could be the movie of his career. Yeah,
you know what I mean. By the way.
Speaker 6 (16:14):
Mark Kerr, the guy he's playing legendary. One time the
guy was an animal. He he beat beat a guy
in a fight. He dug his chin into his eye
socket into submission smashing machine. Pop his eyeball on pretty close. Wow,
that's pretty heavy.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
We're brought to you by Wilson Farm. Let's send Life
is better with tulips. Pick your own tulips today at
Wilson Farm and Lexington. Their fields are just bursting with
over one hundred and twenty thousand tulips and a rainbow

Speaker 1 (16:51):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss one o eight studios. We're
back with Villie and Lisa in the morning Kiss.
Speaker 2 (16:58):
So it seems we don't talk as much about the
Karen Reid trial as we did the first time around.
At least I get that feeling. But this is a
big moment for the Karen Reid trial because yesterday Jen
McCabe took the state the stand. It's not a stage,
it's the stand, although it could be a stage there,
(17:19):
and she was called in as a witness for the prosecution. Today,
Jen McCabe gets cross examined. Now, this may or may
not reveal a lot of important stuff in this trial.
Speaker 5 (17:33):
You're about to probably go right now, it's not.
Speaker 7 (17:35):
Yea, yeah, I'm waiting for it to come on. Is
it on yet?
Speaker 6 (17:38):
I'm gonna look, but yeah, did you see on BEV
folding the defense, Yes, because she's gonna allow them to,
you know, have their experts from in the crash experts.
But she wants no nonsense.
Speaker 11 (17:49):
That's where we stand. And I expect counsel to comply
with all rulings and rules of the court and all
rules of professional conduct and no more nonsense. Let's just
try this case, all right, that's it. I'll see you tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
Now she's shaking down the read defense because if that's
the case, it seems like she's been against them from
the get go.
Speaker 6 (18:10):
Oh, there were some funny things going on with the
with her defense and the Crash people.
Speaker 7 (18:14):
The archie.
Speaker 9 (18:15):
I have to say, when they came on in the
last trial, I thought what they testified to made perfect sense.
About the glass and him throwing the glass at the
tail light. I don't know. My takeaway from that was, wow,
that that's an interesting take.
Speaker 6 (18:28):
They thought some loophole or something there was. There was
some deleted emails between the defense and.
Speaker 4 (18:33):
Who was and payment.
Speaker 7 (18:35):
Yeah, I think BEV doesn't seem like the defense that much.
Speaker 3 (18:38):
Yeah, from the get go, she's been against the defense.
Speaker 7 (18:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (18:41):
But yesterday's testimony was interesting with Jen McCabe. She talked
about getting the phone call at four o'clock in the
morning from John o'keef's niece.
Speaker 2 (18:49):
Did anything remarkable happened in the early morning hours of
January twenty nine in twenty twenty two that changed that
peaceful mood.
Speaker 7 (18:56):
Into something else?
Speaker 21 (18:58):
Yes, at four fifty three, my phone rings and I
look at my caller ID. I look at the phone
and it's Kaylee John Sniece, John Sniece. I heard a
voice and a lot of screaming.
Speaker 3 (19:11):
Was it a man or a woman screaming?
Speaker 21 (19:13):
It was a woman, mister read the entire time I
was speaking to Kaylee, she was screaming Ganjin and then
she's screaming that John didn't come home. She left him
at the waterfall. She was hysterical. I was very hard
to follow what she was saying.
Speaker 2 (19:34):
Left him at the waterfall. I thought she had left
him at the house Fairview or whatever it's called.
Speaker 10 (19:41):
Well, I think Karen was rather drunk and at that
point she doesn't remember driving to a fair of you
and that's right. I think Jen does say at some
point they said it before that she goes, no, you
dropped him off it or you went to fear of
view or whatever.
Speaker 3 (19:54):
And god, they were also drunk. They were also drunk
in a blizzard. It was a raging blizzard.
Speaker 7 (20:00):
And then Jenn McCabe also talked about arriving at the scenes.
Speaker 21 (20:03):
She would go from sitting back to leaning up in
between us, and she would yell Carrie's name three times,
then she would yell my name's three three times, and
then che would yell could I hit him? Did I
hit him? Over and over again?
Speaker 2 (20:22):
Yeah, that was the chaotic scene behind the house when
they were all at the suv and on the scene
where and then there was also a lot of talk
about how Karen Reid, in the darkness in the middle
of a blizzard was able to see the body half
buried in the snow and no one else in the
car could see it, and how did Karen know it
was there?
Speaker 8 (20:40):
Guys, Can I just say I drove past thirty four
fair View over the weekend and that front.
Speaker 4 (20:46):
Lawn is way smaller than I saw.
Speaker 14 (20:48):
The flagpole is so close to the driveway, like if
there was a body laying there for that whole time.
Speaker 8 (20:55):
They would have noticed.
Speaker 13 (20:57):
Has anybody else done any flute activities?
Speaker 8 (20:59):
And drove by house?
Speaker 9 (21:00):
Yeah, I drove by last summer twice. And that caller
is one hundred percent right. It is a very it's
much smaller than you think. And yeah, like someone should
have seen the body.
Speaker 3 (21:13):
Though not only that.
Speaker 2 (21:15):
Don't forget it was smaller than everybody thinks, right, And
there was an ambulance, there were police cars, there was
all kinds of activity outside the house, and nobody came outside.
Speaker 9 (21:25):
Well they yeah, they said they never woke up the Alberts.
That to me is I still don't get that. And
the dog not barking.
Speaker 10 (21:33):
It was probably fifty feet Lisa from the front door
to there, like I lived there there too, and I've
gone by.
Speaker 5 (21:38):
I mean it's a very small front yard.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
It's not big at all.
Speaker 5 (21:41):
So it is interesting, but I don't know.
Speaker 6 (21:45):
And then tomorrow it's Thursday, so Catherine Loftus our Atturny
at Large, will be in studio to break it all
down and also take your questions as well, a lot
of people have questions. So seven fifteen tomorrow, Lisa.
Speaker 2 (21:58):
Kiss one O eight all right, leftover as justin Let's
go get them.
Speaker 7 (22:02):

five teams to calling. Thanks for having a wonderful show
this morning. You guys keep me such wonderful company every
morning when I'm at work, and I appreciate you all
being there. I just had a comment on the Karon
Reid trial. I think people need to remember that all
they have to do is cast reasonable doubt. It's the
(22:45):
prosecution's job. Prosecution's job to prove that she hit him intentionally.
Speaker 3 (22:52):
I think there's been enough doubt.
Speaker 5 (22:54):
There's so much doubt.
Speaker 6 (22:55):
Yeah, well there was enough for it to be a
mistrial the first time around.
Speaker 7 (22:59):
Yeah, so we'll see what happens.
Speaker 15 (23:01):
You know what up morning crew. You know the caddy
here doing a beautiful night in scott Still. I had
plans to go to Vegas and caddy out there. It
was going to be fun. Got canceled. So apparently now
I am leaving talkbacks about what I was going to do.

Speaker 7 (23:19):
Oh that's no. Our resident caddy. He caddies out West
for all the big celebrities.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
Now when's he going to come home?
Speaker 7 (23:24):
I think he's coming home soon.
Speaker 5 (23:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 10 (23:26):
He spends the summers here and then like when it's
nice nice other places.
Speaker 9 (23:30):
Need to get him out with Riley.
Speaker 4 (23:33):

he could do it.
Speaker 3 (23:39):
Yeah, hey noah.
Speaker 6 (23:41):

want to caddy for Riley?
Speaker 11 (23:45):
No?
Speaker 7 (23:45):
Wah no, but he wants.
Speaker 2 (23:49):
I think he wants to be connected to Riley because
Riley is the future of professional golf.
Speaker 4 (23:53):
Could be on the back.
Speaker 7 (23:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (23:56):
We did a little, you know, discussion about our walkout
songs earlier. That was fun and I have so many
to get to. We'll do that in the wrap of
a nine to forty, but so many good ones.
Speaker 8 (24:04):
This is Colleen, So I'm calling about walk up songs

go ahead and play Bossy by Police.

Speaker 21 (24:30):

Speaker 6 (25:34):
Yeah, yeah, well, congratulations to Carol and and to Calice too.
Speaker 9 (25:39):
My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard kids
one away.
Speaker 4 (25:44):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa.
Speaker 17 (25:46):
In the morning, I.
Speaker 6 (25:47):
Will start with some breaking news here. Billy had a
story about broke Back Mountain in entertainment. Yeah, the twenty
year anniversary. Oh yeah, the hit theaters and kind of
we were asking, you're gonna go obviously, so we have
you who's gonna go with you? We're trying to decide, Well,
we found someone.
Speaker 12 (26:02):
Good morning, it's the mayor.
Speaker 3 (26:04):
Billy.
Speaker 12 (26:05):
I'd be happy to celebrate broke Back Mountains twenty at
the universary, but I'm not a big Camper. I want
to go on the boat and let's have some Apple Martinis,
some shrimp.
Speaker 3 (26:16):
How can you call.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
He's your guy boy, Apple Martini, shrimp and broke back
mountain boy.
Speaker 3 (26:24):
You know what, you know?
Speaker 7 (26:25):
Just two guys on a boat.
Speaker 3 (26:27):
Yeah, one meets the other eye and all.
Speaker 4 (26:30):
Of a sudden something takes hold.
Speaker 6 (26:32):
Yeah, maybe he'll wear his my Little Pony shirt.
Speaker 5 (26:38):
Billy does love a boat and shrimp and a life martini.
Speaker 2 (26:42):
Yeah, I'd probably leave the apple out, but yeah, martini
would be nice.
Speaker 6 (26:46):
Sounds good, all right. Also, this morning we had topic Time.
We do that every morning at seven forty. It's pretty cool.
We have a new topic every day that you can
be a part of. And today's is all about wedding etiquette,
a list that Lisa found things not to do when
you're a guest at a wedding.
Speaker 13 (27:00):
A couple of years ago, I went to a wedding
and the couple had handmade their favors for guests, which
like pop off because like favors are expensive. But they
made Christmas ornaments with pictures of themselves on it from
their engagement session, and it's just like, who wants a
picture of somebody else on their Christmas tree. That's like
not their family, Like no one took them.
Speaker 8 (27:22):
It was so weird, it's hilarious.
Speaker 2 (27:25):
Yeah again, that's just again like, yeah, it's something you
can just leave off your list.
Speaker 4 (27:31):
Yeah, save the money.
Speaker 2 (27:32):
You've got so much to spend on, so much to
think about. No one wants the favor from the wedding.
Speaker 5 (27:38):
I have an idea. We're lucky in love.
Speaker 10 (27:40):
Now here's your chance, and like give them like a
scratch ticket for like two or five bucks. That to me,
I would prefer that then like something a picture of you.
I don't care about Christmas ornament.
Speaker 7 (27:53):
Yeah, exactly, thank you.
Speaker 6 (27:55):
I got to give one time from somebody I won't
say who. It was a mug with their picture on it.
So every time I drank coffee it was a picture.
Speaker 5 (28:03):
Why won't you say who?
Speaker 7 (28:04):
Oh, it just doesn't matter.
Speaker 2 (28:06):
You gave me for Christmas a mug with your picture
on it's your fat head mug.
Speaker 3 (28:12):
His head is the size of Manhattan.
Speaker 7 (28:15):
It's the fat days.
Speaker 4 (28:15):
I have a mug of Billy and a song.
Speaker 7 (28:18):
Oh oh that's in the it's in the office.
Speaker 3 (28:22):
Yeah sure, dude. By the way, that was a one
and done. Dude.
Speaker 5 (28:26):
That was your South bill.
Speaker 6 (28:30):
Listen also this morning we get our MLB walk up songs,
you know what songs we'd walk out to, and people
chimed in with theirs as well.
Speaker 14 (28:39):
Billy's walk out song, Elton John's Tiny Dancer.
Speaker 7 (28:44):
There we Go, that's a classic. Downs.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
I'll bet the mayor of the South End listens to
Elton John round the clock.
Speaker 6 (28:56):
He actually puts requests in every day for songs that
are decades old.
Speaker 3 (29:00):
Yeah, oh god, I love that.
Speaker 7 (29:02):
I wonder if he gets mad that I don't play them.
Speaker 3 (29:04):
There's no mountain high enough. Yeah, okay, that's a jam.
Speaker 7 (29:09):
It's a classic. Oh yeah, that's a really good one.
Speaker 19 (29:12):
Hey, guys, Nick from Milton, my walkout song would be
Here comes the Hot Stepper by I KEMOSI.
Speaker 4 (29:19):
That's a good one.
Speaker 7 (29:19):
That's a classic.
Speaker 4 (29:20):
It's a good one.
Speaker 3 (29:21):
What do you know? The Mighty one is up next.
In fact, he's at the door. Let him in.
