Speaker 1 (00:00):
So a lot of people are buzzing about this video
that went viral.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
It was a dad.
Speaker 1 (00:04):
He's got a three year old son. Somehow, this three
year old lease is obsessed with Benson Boone.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
Obsessed and wanted to have a Benson Boone themed birthday party.
He's turning four on September second, or like right around there.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
I think I want to say.
Speaker 4 (00:20):
It's a tenth because it's a day after Benson Boone here,
and I think it's the ninth.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
I don't know the date. I think it's the second.
Speaker 5 (00:25):
Yeah, it's a second.
Speaker 3 (00:26):
So like they're like, it's so close together. So his
dad posted this video on TikTok and so.
Speaker 6 (00:32):
I know this is a long shot, and I'm sure
you've gotten a letter or two or tagged in a
video or reel on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok whatever it
may be from my wife and possibly me, but you
are invited to his birthday party.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
Yeah. So now we've got the dad outside the studio,
and we've got the three year old.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
Then we've got mom.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
Man, we've got the baby's sister, and we've got family
checking in right.
Speaker 7 (01:04):
Hey, writer, it's Auntie Jenna Scarlett and Tanner.
Speaker 5 (01:08):
We're rooting for you.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
This morning has so much fun. Good Duck Rider.
Speaker 4 (01:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (01:17):
So obviously we saw the video here, Kiss went to wait,
and you know, we put our heads together, and then
Benson Boone got the video himself. He saw it himself, yeah,
and said, I want to do something for this kid too.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
So one of the reasons we have them in the
building is, well, because Benson wants to do something, the
record label wants to do something. We want to do something,
and you know what, We're going to do something. Yeah,
they don't, they have no idea. Now they're right outside
the studio. They can't hear right now, uh huh. Yeah,
So we're going to bring them in. We're going to
surprise them. What a Boston is Benson Boone and you're
(01:48):
waking up with Billy and Lisa in the morning on
Kiss went to wait, Boston's number one hit music stations.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
Hey Lisa, Hey Lisa, that's Benson Boone right there.
Speaker 5 (01:57):
This is cool.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
Okay, So it's a billion this morning show. We're back
from vacation and we're caught in the middle of a
viral sensation.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
So this dad could be Dad of the Year.
Speaker 1 (02:09):
Ryan posted a video because it turns out its three
year old son Rider is in its sensational fan of
Benson Boone. You don't see three year olds following Benson
Boone often, not that much. But Ryan, welcome into the
studio morning, and Rider, Welcome to the studio.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
How are you Ryey? So we've got the whole family here.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Actually, mom Sierra is in the other studio with producer
Riley and baby sister Reagan is in the studio as well.
And before we get to your viral video, we have
people reaching out to you on the show too. This morning.
Speaker 7 (02:46):
Hey Writer, it's Auntie, Jenna, Scarlet and Tanner. We're rooting
for you.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
This morning has so much fun. Good Duckrider.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
Okay, it's a family affair. So the Benoits are here
with us.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Ryan.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
So you posted this video as a dad hoping to
get Benson Boone to listen. And I guess, along with
a million other people that checked out your video, Benson
Boone heard it. This is part of your video right here.
Speaker 6 (03:18):
So I know this is a long shot, and I'm
sure you've gotten a letter or two or tagged in
a video or reel on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok whatever,
it may be from my wife and possibly me, but
you are invited to his birthday party.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
So it's a Benson Boone themed birthday party?
Speaker 9 (03:44):
Right?
Speaker 1 (03:44):
Yes? Absolutely, no, Ryan, what were you hoping to accomplish
with the video? Did you really think Benson Boone would
come to the birthday party? No? I don't think.
Speaker 10 (03:56):
I think we were just trying to get it out
to him or just see what would happen.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
And that's exactly what happened, exactly a million, over a
million views.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
Yes, wow. Now when did you first realize that young?
How you doing? Right? When did you first realize that
he was a Benson Boone? He was on the road?
Speaker 1 (04:15):
You think he was on the road. I think he's
always on the road. He's very busy, Benson Boone, He's
very busy.
Speaker 10 (04:21):
But we we uh so, Actually Ryder was the one.
Ryder was the one who actually got us uh kind
of involved in listening to his music. When when Beautiful
Things started becoming a big thing on I guess YouTube
was his main main thing, but.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
The radio kiss went to wait absolutely.
Speaker 10 (04:43):
Yeah, but when he started listening to Beautiful Things, he
would start, I don't know, he started singing along. And
that's when we started getting a little bit of attention
to it, Yeah, and we we were like, all right,
this is actually a really good song. And then we
started liking Benson Boone and then we started falling in
love with his music.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Yeah, and.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Now writer just listens to every song.
Speaker 5 (05:05):
Now, does rider have a favorite Benson Boone song? Right now?
Speaker 1 (05:08):
What's your favorite bes Boone song? Please? Day, Beautiful Things?
That's your favorite? Yeah? Oh, so is this a big
birthday party you're planning for the family or so?
Speaker 10 (05:18):
My wife is the planner, so she does this pretty
much every year when we have some sort of party
or their birthday. She takes it months in advance and
figures out what they want to do. Yeah, that's when
she started asking.
Speaker 5 (05:33):
Him, are you going to be wearing this sparkly jumpsuit?
Speaker 1 (05:35):
So I might not be, but I think he might be.
Speaker 2 (05:41):
All right.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
Well, I mean, we wanted to pay this off in
a way as best we could, and we've been in
touch with a bunch of people and with the Benson's people.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
First and foremost.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
This was not part of the deal, and I hope
we don't get in trouble for it. But this giant
it Benson Boone cardboard cut out. You can take that home.
Speaker 5 (06:04):
With your just put it in your room.
Speaker 11 (06:05):
Okay, you.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
Put it in his room.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
And by the way, Lisa, why don't you read off
some of the prizes.
Speaker 3 (06:16):
We're going to Okay, Ryan and Ryder, are you ready
for this? You get tickets to Benson Boone's show on
September second.
Speaker 5 (06:25):
The Garden.
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Yeah, there you go.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
You get a limo to and from the show. You
guys also get to stay over night at a wonderful
hotel for the entire family. You get dinner before the concert,
and and we're loading you up with Benson Boone birthday
party stuff, all Benson Boone merch so you can share
(06:47):
it with all of your family and friends.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
So excited? Can you say thank you? Thank you? Or
I don't think.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
It's going to be your first time?
Speaker 1 (07:00):
A lot of first one fipulation In the limo, you
have to bring the cardboard cut out, the cardboard cut
the sun.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
You'll be the only one.
Speaker 1 (07:10):
Arriving in to the concert with Benson moon sticking. The
people are going to think he's actually standing out there.
Speaker 5 (07:18):
What do you think, writer, What do you think?
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Is this cool? Is this amazing? Are you excited.
Speaker 5 (07:27):
Yeah, he's overwhelmed.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
When is this concert September second? September second, And I'm.
Speaker 1 (07:35):
Guessing between now and then, who knows, you know, other
stuff possibly could be worked out.
Speaker 8 (07:43):
Well, we did our part, that's what we wanted to
contribute to this, our part.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
You know what, we've set the fire.
Speaker 5 (07:50):
You know what, we've set things in motion.
Speaker 10 (07:52):
Yeah, this, this is way more than I even dreamed
of for this video.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
And now you're a social media sensation, like you're gonna
have like followers all over the world now.
Speaker 10 (08:02):
Yeah, so we have a few followers now, good amount, Yeah,
a lot more than I had before.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
We'll give us an example, like you started with and
now have.
Speaker 10 (08:11):
So I think I started with like two hundred and
that's mainly like my family friends, stuff like that, and
there was only like a few others so before yes, buddy, yeah,
I know, I assume there was a few.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
Others at like before I made my account private.
Speaker 10 (08:26):
When I first made it, yeah, people would just add
the accounts that are newly added. So I had like
close to maybe two hundred at max and now today
I'm at I think it's just under ten thousand.
Speaker 1 (08:37):
Wow. Wow, When he's gonna be jealous man, you picked up?
Speaker 3 (08:44):
Okay, Well, didn't Benson Moon call you his best buddy?
Speaker 6 (08:49):
Did he call you his best buddy?
Speaker 5 (08:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (08:50):
What do you think about that?
Speaker 10 (08:53):
Are you so excited that he's your best buddy?
Speaker 1 (08:56):
And Benson Moone knows you're all coming, he knows you're
all coming. But this is so cool. You know you're
a cool dad. You are a cool dad. You get
the dad of the year aboard so far, it's still
early in the year.
Speaker 8 (09:09):
He'll tell me if I am Yeah, well, if he
does the backflip, then he's really the cool Dayah.
Speaker 2 (09:14):
Between now and the party, you gotta land the backflip.
You gotta you know, you gotta work.
Speaker 1 (09:19):
I'll have to go to some gym.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
Yeah. Do you have a piano at the house or no? No? Well, fortunately,
good to meet you all and have a ball at
the show.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 5 (09:31):
It's ni and we're back with Billy and Lisa in
the morning.
Speaker 12 (09:34):
I'm not reading a morning person, but if I got
to wake up early, might as well get a good
laugh on Kiss one away.
Speaker 5 (09:39):
Now the entertainment update with a Billy Copstad.
Speaker 1 (09:42):
Well, you gotta love those Boston Red Sox Hottest team
in baseball, a ten game winning streak, first ten game
winning streak since twenty eighteen, first ten game winning streak ever.
As they enter the All Star break, And how about
Ben and Jennifer Affleck and Jennifer Gardner front row Friday
(10:03):
night Fenway Park to be on.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Top one nothing great Red Sox family. There have been
attle like Jennifer Garner and their kids.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
They just got the green Monster hats as well, trying
those outs.
Speaker 2 (10:15):
It's nice seats.
Speaker 1 (10:16):
And boy did they pick a good game? A walk
up by RAPHAELI check it out.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
Swinging an.
Speaker 6 (10:32):
That sucks.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
They walk Tampa Bay?
Speaker 13 (10:37):
Why are you kidding me?
Speaker 12 (10:39):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (10:39):
I think it's one of David Bryan's best calls ever.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
That what a game for Ben and Jen to go
do too? Yeah?
Speaker 8 (10:45):
With the kids no less? Yeah, and I love how
they sat right in the stands, you know, right up front.
But there's a ton of video on Instagram of them
leaving and people were running up taking selfies with Ben.
Speaker 12 (10:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
What do you think the conversation was with the people
around them?
Speaker 1 (10:59):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (10:59):
Yeah, you know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (11:01):
Look that's been in Jennifer.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
Yeah, I think it's simple. They probably have a kid
going to school or something in the area.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
Again, maybe they're looking at college, as they did the
same thing when their older daughter was looking. She ended
up going to Yale. I think, so, yeah, this is
the time of year where you're doing college searches.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
Yeah, Finnish sixteen their middle child.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
Yeah, so possible.
Speaker 6 (11:19):
Right.
Speaker 2 (11:19):
Yeah, it's good to see them together though.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
Yeah. I like that they Yeah, I really like the
Jennifer Gardner's like, you know, been there for Ben during
this whole thing.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
So, and she's always been such a cool person.
Speaker 5 (11:32):
Yeah, she's awesome.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
So that's good. Good for them.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
Okay, Home Run Derby is tonight. I usually watch that.
I think I'll watch it again tonight. I usually watch
the Home Run Derby before I watch the game, the
All Star Game.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
Are you gonna watch it?
Speaker 14 (11:46):
Off their game?
Speaker 1 (11:47):
I usually watched the Home Runner be honestly, it's so
exciting exciting. Yeah, I always watched the Derby, but rarely
watch the game. I'm just saying, but we do have
three Red Stars players in the lineup. Alex Bregman Chapman
is in the lineup, Garrett Crochet in the lineup.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Boy is he pitching?
Speaker 3 (12:04):
Well?
Speaker 2 (12:05):
He went the distance. The other night out at Fenway.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
And by the way, Edelman and Gronk are going to
do their podcast live at the MGM Music Theater August
twenty eighth.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Here is Gronk to tell you about it.
Speaker 9 (12:20):
Announcement. Announcement, we have a live show coming to you.
Tickets on sale now and use promo code nut House.
I repeat promo code Nuthouse. Get your tickets now at
ticketmaster dot com. The live show will be at MGM
Music Hall at Fenway Thursday, August twenty eight.
Speaker 2 (12:43):
That's a definite sellout.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
Huh.
Speaker 8 (12:45):
Well, I always try to book Gronk or Edelman when
they do these shows. I don't done them before, and
they always sell out so quick.
Speaker 2 (12:52):
They don't need us.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
They don't need us.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
No nut House.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Edelman by the way, has out this coach Joe Missoula
on this week, and the coach Missoula has a weird
fascination with the Joker.
Speaker 14 (13:06):
Who's your villain? Oh joker, you're the joker, that's my guy? Yeah, yeah,
I mean I got this. Are you so serious for him?
Because of like that perfect balance of like, you know,
it's a great question.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
And he goes into like telling the story as to
like how he got to that point.
Speaker 14 (13:19):
If you look at the Batman and the Joker, it's
like the Joker had no rules, but he really just
wanted honesty, but he just went to the wrong depths
to try and get that honesty. Meanwhile, Batman was like,
I'm doing this for all the right reasons, when in reality,
like was he, they're not much different.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
You need to do a movie podcast.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
I was gonna ask you what do you do in
your spare time? But I'll probably gona get better at
my job first.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
And that's a coach right there.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
I love Joe Mizzoula.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
Yeah, and how does Edelman's podcast do?
Speaker 1 (13:45):
Oh good?
Speaker 2 (13:46):
Really?
Speaker 11 (13:46):
Well?
Speaker 1 (13:46):
Oh yeah, that's his bread and butter. Now.
Speaker 8 (13:48):
But Misoula does have the tattoo right on its right
on his forearm, he says, why so serious?
Speaker 1 (13:53):
Yeah, he loves the Joker. The new Superman movie crushed
the competition over the weekend, taking in one hundred and
twenty two million in its first weekend, and Lisa went
to the movies.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
I'm guessing Showcase Cinemas, you know.
Speaker 4 (14:07):
I did.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
I did, actually and Mark the movie Nerd who we
had on he called it. He said Superman was going
to do huge numbers. I saw the Jurassic World reboot
and I have to say wasn't my favorite one.
Speaker 5 (14:21):
It lacked in story development. There was like no story whatsoever.
Speaker 3 (14:25):
New cast, Like, if you have a new cast, you
gotta like give us something. That was like my one
critique of it. Otherwise it was a tent but.
Speaker 2 (14:32):
You weren't crazy about it. Well you like Chris Prett.
Speaker 5 (14:34):
I was, I like the Chris Pratt franchise.
Speaker 2 (14:36):
Well you want substance, Yeah, I mean.
Speaker 3 (14:38):
Especially, I mean Scott Johansson was great, She's always great.
But yeah, I was like lacking in a little.
Speaker 4 (14:43):
I want to be sad if you get eaten by
a dinosaur, I want to feel.
Speaker 13 (14:46):
Like I know you and I there was no sadness.
Something we'd love to see you get half your body
feet going outside.
Speaker 11 (15:03):
You know what?
Speaker 1 (15:04):
That could be the sequel. So you've got a crazy week,
Oh my god, because you're going to Cold Plate tomorrow
night out at Jillete Stadium and that's one of your
dream concerts.
Speaker 5 (15:14):
This yeah, this is a bucket list for me.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
So at Chellette, it's gonna be a long night.
Speaker 3 (15:19):
It's going to be a long night. I'm staying until
the final song, so I'm not leaving early. And when
he gave me a good hot tip about where to
park so we can get in and out. Yep, require
some walking, but I'm willing to do it. But yeah,
I can't. I cannot wait to see them saying a sky.
Speaker 5 (15:37):
Full of stars.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
But then Thursday night, you have a book club event.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
I do with doctor Paracne. He is a dermatologist to
the stars. He will be at the Mandarin Hotel with us.
It's it's sold out, but again, amazing, are you coming justin?
Speaker 11 (15:55):
What is it?
Speaker 5 (15:55):
It's Thursday night.
Speaker 1 (15:56):
I don't believe.
Speaker 5 (15:57):
So okay, I thought you were humming so.
Speaker 4 (15:58):
Funny, he said, why on the radio a couple of
weeks ago.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
I'll be there. No, I have that. I have good reason. Okay,
we're gonna have him on Friday. We are.
Speaker 3 (16:06):
He's coming into the studio to take questions. I have
some questions, drem questions. He is the he's the godfather
of inflammation. Like basically before Tom Brady was into like
you know, inflammation and how it affects the brain and
the body, Doctor par Cone was on it way ahead
of time.
Speaker 2 (16:24):
I have a question for doctor par Cone. Product Oh yeah,
so you will. That's the king of inflammation.
Speaker 3 (16:31):
If you buy his book, you get like a three
hundred and fifty dollars product line for free.
Speaker 2 (16:35):
That's amazing.
Speaker 5 (16:36):
Yeah, whoa at the event a thirty dollar book.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
He goes three hundred dollars in.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Kid skin care. I'm guessing you'll end up with a stash.
Speaker 5 (16:43):
I already have some Billy's like, can I get some
of that? I'll give you get.
Speaker 1 (16:50):
So Drake this Paster weekend headline three nights at the
Wireless Festival in London. Last night he brought out Vanessa Carlton.
She's so kind to come out here and do the
fuss and I take it away.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
You'd never forget that melody.
Speaker 5 (17:22):
We met her, she came in and sang it live.
Speaker 2 (17:24):
She was studio very nice.
Speaker 1 (17:26):
Yeah what Winnie, No, I'm sure she is.
Speaker 2 (17:31):
She's very nice, I know. And that's a classic song.
Speaker 1 (17:34):
Great song.
Speaker 4 (17:35):
Remember when heard Michelle Branch for like yes, the Yeah
they the singer songwriter girls like the early two thousand, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (17:43):
And betting Field. What was it Natashatasha?
Speaker 4 (17:46):
I feel like Natasha didn't play an instrument, like Michelle
Branch was ripping up of the guitar and Vanessa Carlton
was playing the piano.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:54):
So Justin Bieber's new album Pop while we were on
vacation and it kind of came out of nowhere. We
played some tracks from it earlier this morning on the
show Can We Get a Couple in now?
Speaker 8 (18:04):
Just Well, Daisy seems to be the lead single. That's
the one I believe we're playing here. On Kiss, it's
a good one.
Speaker 3 (18:09):
You need time, way you coming.
Speaker 8 (18:22):
Yeah, there's some great, great songs on here. We had
it on at the pool all weekend long. Oh it's
very it's very R and B, very soulful.
Speaker 5 (18:30):
I like walking Away.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
That's a good one.
Speaker 3 (18:32):
That's a good about like him keeping his wedding vows
and even though they're having trouble, he's not walking away.
Speaker 8 (18:37):
Yeah, you want to know a fun fact? Okay, on
on this song? Does this sound familiar? This this drumming here?
Speaker 1 (18:47):
Yeah, given Beastie Boys. That's on the song Dad's loves
the drumming. No anybody ring a bell?
Speaker 2 (18:53):
Anybody?
Speaker 8 (18:54):
I thought it was Beastie Boys, But well it's it's
a pretty common, you know, dum pattern. But if you've
ever seen the Justin Bieber movie about his life. There's
a part in there when he's a baby. I think
he's maybe one or two years old, and he starts drumming.
Well he used that sample.
Speaker 2 (19:09):
Yeah, yeah, he's a charranger. I didn't really.
Speaker 13 (19:19):
Do you want to be a drummer when you grow up?
Speaker 2 (19:22):
I think you exact. I gotta tell you, he's a
good drummer.
Speaker 4 (19:29):
He's very talent.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
He's a very good drummer. He's a musical prodigy. Yeah, yeah,
really good stuff.
Speaker 1 (19:34):
Meantime, Kelly Clarkson canceled the first two shows of her
Vegas residency last week, but she finally kicked it off
this weekend, and she did have the apology give me
a minute, man, I'm so sorry last weekend shows.
Speaker 2 (19:48):
I'm so sorry.
Speaker 7 (19:50):
You can't help our bodies sometimes, you know, and that happens.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
But thank y'all so much for showing up.
Speaker 13 (19:54):
We're so excited.
Speaker 4 (19:58):
What was the reason, she said, her body and maybe
her voice.
Speaker 1 (20:02):
Yeah, she didn't have the right voice. She didn't think
it would be fair to her fans. But something's going
on with her behind the scenes.
Speaker 4 (20:08):
I don't want to start I remember I did see
some things online that her ex husband Brandon Black. So
he was having some health issues, which in turn made
her Obviously she already is the primary parent, but I
think she was like dealing with the kids.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
Oh okay, more so she.
Speaker 4 (20:23):
Was like some family issues more than like her own
personal They weren't close at all.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
No that heat Brandon.
Speaker 1 (20:29):
Yeah, finally, bad Bunny had his residency or has it
in Puerto Rico, and they say his shows are going
to bring in over three hundred million dollars and create
as many as eight thousand jobs and he's got thirty shows.
Speaker 2 (20:43):

Speaker 4 (20:44):
Good for him for helping the economy of Puerto.
Speaker 1 (20:46):

vacation wrap up. I mean, I know we all went
in separate directions during the vacation. We are back this morning,
but Lisa Dunnvan's going to be hard to beat. Because
you want a road race in South Carolina.
Speaker 3 (21:31):
It's the July fourth five k. We do it every
year as a family. And this year won my division,
that's all. And I got a trophy.
Speaker 5 (21:39):
Yep, my name was called. I've never won.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
Anything like that, any sort of athletic awards.
Speaker 2 (21:45):
Didn't you know that you had won?
Speaker 6 (21:47):
All?
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Because it's tough to tell.
Speaker 3 (21:48):
Well, Riley actually came over to me, my son, Riley,
and he was like, mom, you know that you won,
right because he went over to and ask the woman
like about the times and I was like really, I'm
like I don't believe you because I thought he was
pulling my leg, But no I was.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
I won.
Speaker 5 (22:00):
Yeah, and he won too his division.
Speaker 1 (22:03):

Speaker 5 (22:08):
There we go, yeah, there we go.
Speaker 1 (22:11):

finish line. Man, So now you have a trophy to
put up on all the Sophie.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Rocks at home.
Speaker 5 (22:19):

Speaker 1 (22:20):
So did you do the whole vacation in South Carolina?
Speaker 5 (22:23):
We did?
Speaker 3 (22:23):
Yeah, it was really fun. My sister was there and
all the cousins were together. Oh, Tara, yep, yep, Tara,
and all the all the boys together.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
Tara came to hang out with the family of champions.
Speaker 5 (22:35):

Speaker 1 (22:37):
Wow. Yeah, beautiful South Carolina.
Speaker 5 (22:39):
Morning Morning team.
Speaker 11 (22:41):
I too was down south in the Bluffton area, specifically
helped him head during your vacation, and I am super
excited to announce after fourteen years of visiting there, we

maybe we'll run acast you at some point.
Speaker 5 (23:00):

That's She's like, it's really fun down there. It's really beautiful.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
There's a Summerville, South Carolina.
Speaker 5 (23:09):
There is our summerland. Or did she say.
Speaker 4 (23:14):
I don't even know where she's moving?
Speaker 1 (23:17):
Have fun?
Speaker 2 (23:19):
And you almost broke a rib playing football on the beach.
Speaker 5 (23:22):
Yeah, I think I did.
Speaker 3 (23:24):
Actually, I like and I don't know if I should
get it looked at or not, but it like it's
been hurting me now for four or five days.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
You can't really do anything though, who are playing football with?
Speaker 3 (23:33):
Well, it was on the beach, so we were like
throwing the ball around and I just sort of like
went down on my side, but on like the hard sand.
But like if you talk to somebody, they'll be like,
oh no, you have to get it checked out because
it could like puncture your lung. And I'm like, what
are you talking about?
Speaker 5 (23:49):
Like that's not what I ever I always heard like
you just can't do anything about it just has to
like heal on its own.
Speaker 1 (23:54):
I heard it's very painful.
Speaker 5 (23:56):
Yeah, it's definitely like you can definitely feel it.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Yeah, maybe a bruise. Yeah, And justin you went up
to Old Orchard Beach, although that's not too far up
from you you were in New Hampshire. But now I
need to hear more about the pizza showdown Billy's Pizzeria
versus Lisa's Pizzeria, And.
Speaker 8 (24:12):
Well downtown they have a Bill's Pizza and then across
the street Lisa's Pizza. Yeah, so I had to try
both and I did, and Bill's pizza far better. Sorry, Lisa,
I have.
Speaker 5 (24:23):
No connection to this Lisa's Pizza joint. I wish they
would step up their game.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
It was still good.
Speaker 8 (24:29):
It just wasn't as good as Bills. Bills was really good.
But I gotta say I loved Old Orchard beach Man.
We're gonna go up every fourth of July, I think.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
Yeah, they must have had a lot of events and
festivities around the fourth up there all.
Speaker 8 (24:42):
Kinds, yeah, fireworks they you know, they have the play
land and at the Amusement Rise.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
Yeah. I mean it gets really wild late at night,
but we go to bed early.
Speaker 5 (24:49):
Did you see the hats that you get the hat?
Speaker 2 (24:52):
Yep?
Speaker 1 (24:52):
I saw the hats.
Speaker 5 (24:53):
I get one over year. I love it up there.
Speaker 1 (24:55):
Well campy, it's very it's it is campy.
Speaker 2 (24:59):
That's okay.
Speaker 8 (25:00):
It's especially on the fourth right. And then I went
to Wu Tang this weekend, which was a bucket list
moment for me. And then I met one of my
heroes on Instagram, this guy named fifty Cal. He's a
fitness guy. He's a cop in New York. He came
down to an event for Neutral Meals in Charlestown. Yeah,
and I got to meet him, which was really cool.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
And it's cool because he's your idol, and yet you
out muscled that in the picture. Yes, but he's he's
more ripped than me.
Speaker 5 (25:28):
Justin you look like a superhero.
Speaker 8 (25:29):
You look like, oh thank you. He had his arms
around my friend and I am my friend Mike, so
he couldn't flex. But he's doing just fine. Okay, I
appreciate it. I've been working hard well every before every
summer I go. I want to get into shape this summer.
I want to have a summer bought. And I feel
like this year I'm the closest I've ever been. And
now you changed your whole program too well. I switched
(25:52):
through doing some fasting.
Speaker 5 (25:54):
Now it's all about getting rid of inflammation at LISTA.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
That's the question I want to ask the on Friday,
was doing your book club?
Speaker 3 (26:01):
Doctor Paracne, he was the godfather. He was on this
twenty years ago. Wow, fighting inflammation in the body.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
Uh vacation. I hopped around on the boat. I actually started.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
I give get a shout out Michah Trish Rocket the

of the July third party, which was fabulous. So we
went there for starters then we went to Marina Bay
for a couple of nights for Fourth of July. They
had everything going on up there, and they had a
festival on the docks. And then we shoved off and
went up to Martha's Vineyard or down to Martha's Vineyard
(26:34):
and had a great time Vineyard Haven, Marina.
Speaker 5 (26:36):
I'm back too bad.
Speaker 11 (26:38):
From the looks of it on Instagram, Billy didn't get
a break from Winnie.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
Yeah, it was unavoidable.
Speaker 5 (26:46):
Yeah, No, it's so funny. It's like it's fun clip
from all Fine chee.
Speaker 14 (26:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (26:52):
I always find him. Yeah, yeah, he did.
Speaker 1 (26:54):
Well.
Speaker 4 (26:54):
He was in Quincy.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
You know, I had to go see him, but I'd
let it slip the week before we left, and we
were talking about restaurants or something, and I blurted out, oh,
you know, Whinnie, I'm going to the place that fired you.
And and so then Whennie knew I was going to
Marina Bay, and we actually went to the restaurant that
fired you.
Speaker 4 (27:13):
Well, actually, when we went there, he did admit on
camera that I quit. He said, I did not fight,
He did not fire me. I quit, but I did
text your wife the day up. I said, Hey, Billy,
didn't bite me by. I think he's just being nice.
Should I come or not? She goes, of course you
should come.
Speaker 1 (27:28):
Well I did.
Speaker 4 (27:29):
I did check with your wife before I came.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
But shout out to Victory Point up Marina Bay. They
do a great, great job there, can I can I
guess what Whinnie did for their vacation.
Speaker 8 (27:37):
Sure, okay, Monday Chili's Nope, Tuesday, Texas Roadhouse, Applebee's on Wednesday.
Speaker 4 (27:45):
No, no change. I don't think I went to any
chain restaurants.
Speaker 1 (27:47):
Oh that's a miracle. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (27:49):
The first weekend was July fourth. At my mom's birthday
is the eighth, so we had lunch for her birthday.
I did a lot of like staycationing things. I went
to Newport on Saturday.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
Very pretty.
Speaker 4 (27:59):
I drove Ocean, which is oh yeah, oh my god,
ten million dollar houses on the water.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
What.
Speaker 4 (28:05):
I got my nails done. I slept in and then
yesterday I went to the Big Three, which is that
basketball tournament or that on ice cbe he owns that
and it's actually sponsored by iHeart.
Speaker 5 (28:14):
It was really cool.
Speaker 4 (28:15):
They had some like legit names they had. Dwight Howard
was on one of the teams. Michael Beasley Mario Chalmers.
So the clove Master I want my boyfriend.
Speaker 1 (28:23):
Yes, we did. That was fun clover. Yeah. By the way,
when I was in the vineyard, I was docked right
next to John Kerry.
Speaker 2 (28:31):
That's so cool.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (28:34):
Does he have a sailboat.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
Yeah, beautiful sailboat.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
But I got to give a shout out to John Kerry, okay,
because he rows a little rowboat out to his boat,
which is on a mooring.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
I had four other people in the rowboat. I'm like
to look at him just rowing. Did you talk to him? No,
he kind of cruised by me in the little rowboat.
Speaker 1 (28:56):
He was trying to wave like wait because then and
we ended up leaving the harbor together, just next to
each other.
Speaker 2 (29:03):
But that's lovely sale book.
Speaker 1 (29:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:05):
That they can very white hair.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
Well yeah, I mean he has to be close to eighty.
Speaker 2 (29:10):
Yeah, but I'm telling you guys ripped. Oh okay, I
mean he's wrong.
Speaker 5 (29:15):
Did you see Teresa Hines?
Speaker 1 (29:17):
No, okay, Teresa wasn't there.
Speaker 4 (29:20):
Was she at the ketchup factory? You think maybe?
Speaker 1 (29:24):
Now?
Speaker 2 (29:26):
Why did you have to expound your questions? I told
the story. I gave John Kerry a shout out. Would
just leave it there.
Speaker 4 (29:34):
You about Hines ketchup?
Speaker 2 (29:36):
No, the only ketchup I use is.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
I wouldn't allow any other ketchup in the house. Okay,
well he was I'm sure she was probably there right,
I don't think so. He was with three fellows. There
was a guys trip.
Speaker 3 (29:56):
Teresa has sons from her first marriage to mister Hines,
so it's good.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
Hey. You know what, though, it's good ketchup.
Speaker 12 (30:03):
Catch tomatoes walking down the street, popa tomato, mo on
a tomato, Baby Tomato. Baby Tomato starts lagging behind, and
pup Tomato gets really angry, goes back and squishes in,
says ketchup Lisa kiss.
Speaker 2 (30:19):
Justin talk back leftovers. Let's go, let's go get them.
Speaker 1 (30:22):

Speaker 7 (30:23):
Welcome back, amazing morning crew. This is your absolutely number
one fan, just Jamie. I adore you, guys, and I
had my fiftieth birthday party this weekend at a farm
in Newbery, and you are all invited. I knew you

but you were there in spirit. I adore you, guys,
and today is my actual birthday and one of my
(30:46):
friends gave me ninety plus sellers Lisa's wine my birthday
the best.
Speaker 5 (30:53):
I love that.
Speaker 8 (30:53):
Happy birthday, Jamie, and thank you for listening. Yeah, happy, happy,
happy fifty a farm birthday.
Speaker 5 (31:00):
That sounds really cool.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
It sounds like my house. We could have had a
road trip, yeah, Newberry.
Speaker 1 (31:05):
Yeah, my house.
Speaker 8 (31:06):
I posted this picture on my Instagram yesterday. My wife
she has the chicken that was getting pecked by the
other chickens in my yard. She has this vest thing
that she puts on the chicken, but then the chickens
were still pecking like around the vest. So then she
got this special spray it's like a blue paint, and
she put that on the chicken and that worked.
Speaker 2 (31:28):
I'm telling you that chicken's got a bull's eye on
its back.
Speaker 1 (31:31):
It's actually really sad.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
Have their way eventro but it's not going to be pretty.
Speaker 8 (31:38):
There was there was a visual yesterday picture this. Okay,
We're in my backyard and I look over at the
coop and my wife has her chairs around when she
sits and she like meditates with the chickens. There was
a moment when I looked over and she had a
chicken on each shoulder.
Speaker 4 (31:52):
Oh my god, she's a good chicken lady.
Speaker 5 (31:55):
Yeah, I mad, nothing meditated a bet of chicken.
Speaker 2 (32:00):
No, it is common.
Speaker 4 (32:03):
It is common to sit around disease filled a bird
flu chickens. Do you guys like to disease people New Hampshire?
Speaker 1 (32:15):
You guys ruin everything.
Speaker 2 (32:17):
I mean, it's she's getting a little weird.
Speaker 1 (32:19):
It's well a little bit weird, but it is It
is calming to sit with the chicken.
Speaker 2 (32:23):
Okay, I'm just saying.
Speaker 15 (32:24):
Justin just wanted to call in from Venice, Italy. I'm
a longtime listener, huge fan of the radio station. I
just wanted to say good morning from Venice, Italy. My
name is sharvah One.
Speaker 1 (32:41):
If she's with the Bieber's good morning, Yeah, Bieber's are
in Italy.
Speaker 2 (32:44):
You know what I mean, Bill, What could it possibly
be like being in Justin Bieber's bed.
Speaker 1 (32:50):
Imagine you asked that question. But what's not what you're
trying to portray it as. I was like, you know, thinking,
you gotta have one eye open with this guy next
to you.
Speaker 5 (33:00):
See. I think he seems pretty cuddly to me.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
Oh I would love to cuddle with him. He seems
like he really your hair.
Speaker 5 (33:06):
Yeah he seems cuddly.
Speaker 2 (33:07):
Yeah, okayuddly. Yeah, he definitely put it's a bone rack.
Speaker 4 (33:12):
No, but he would put his hands like in your
hair and massage your scalp. I get that vibe from him,
what you know, like when a guy plays with your hair,
it's so it feels so good.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
Don't get me wrong.
Speaker 1 (33:22):
I think he's one of the most talented people that
walks the earth. But I mean a little weird. The bed.
The bed could be a little weird. Yeah, ok, this
is justin Bieber's bed speaking. You want to know what
it's like being me. I get to hear this all
night long.
Speaker 2 (33:46):
Kids run away.
Speaker 5 (33:47):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the morning.
Speaker 1 (33:51):
Justin before you wrap up the show. I had this
story in the news very early this morning. We haven't
really had a chance to talk about it much. But
it's just a horrible horror story out of Fall River,
an assisted living facility, a big fire.
Speaker 2 (34:04):
Nine people dead, as many.
Speaker 1 (34:06):
As thirty others injured, and that includes as many as
five firefighters, all taken to the hospital.
Speaker 2 (34:12):
It's a really, really tragic story.
Speaker 8 (34:15):
Yeah, it's last week when we were gone, there was
some couple of really big incidents on the mass Pike
yep caught on fire.
Speaker 1 (34:23):
Yeah, yeah, it's just man awful, five alarms, fifty firefighters
called in just a horrible, horriful story out of Fall
River this morning, and we'll.
Speaker 8 (34:33):
Stay on top of it, but go ahead, justin Well
this morning, you know, went back from vacation. A couple
of things to note. First of all, we move the
entertainment at six forty to seven ten, So that mean
that six forty the won't be entertainment. We'll still you know,
be covering the hot stories, but seven to ten will
be the first entertainment and that means seven to eight
o'clock no commercials.
Speaker 2 (34:53):
That's so cool.
Speaker 1 (34:54):
Huge, So it's a commercial free hour, which is a huge, huge. Yeah.
Speaker 8 (34:57):
So it's gonna have the entertainment, it's gonna have topic
time and all that stuff. Also, this morning we had
Ryan and Ryder on. Ryan is Rider's dad, Riders three
years old. He put up a video this weekend. It
went super viral. It was to Benson Boone asking Benson
to come to Ryder's birthday party because he's are big fans.
We brought them both in. We surprised them with tickets
to the show, Limo dinner, all that stuff, and even
(35:20):
young Ryder was singing, BENSONO, how God. He couldn't contain
his excitement. It was quite a moment. So they're going
to be in the in the house September second at
the TD Garden and again we got them dinner, Limo Hotel,
(35:42):
tickets to the show and Benson boone cardboard life size cutout.
Speaker 5 (35:47):
That was an extra heat.
Speaker 1 (35:48):
That was an extra We threw it.
Speaker 5 (35:49):
He just kept staring at it.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
Yeah, so cute.
Speaker 1 (35:51):
Yeah, he didn't see it at first when they came
in and I kind of moved it.
Speaker 5 (35:55):
He couldn't think that. He's like, I got to take
this home.
Speaker 2 (35:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (35:58):
I think we talked him into bringing the card board
cutout to the concert and have it in the Limo.
Speaker 2 (36:02):
Sticking out in the sun.
Speaker 8 (36:03):
Ruth Fastiday, Oh, it's gonna be awesome, So we'll follow
the story. Congratulations to them. We're so happy for both
of them. Also, this morning, our topic time was what
is your dream concert? Because Lisa is going?
Speaker 1 (36:14):
Is it tomorrow? Lisa?
Speaker 5 (36:15):
It is tomorrow night. It's they're here for two nights,
but I'm going tomorrow.
Speaker 14 (36:18):
So Cold Play My dream concert is cold Play and
I'm going to morown nighted gilet.
Speaker 6 (36:22):
I'm so excited.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
Well, you're gonna look out for Lisa.
Speaker 3 (36:25):
Yeah, one of the book club members and her whole family.
They're tailgating and they invited us to tailgate with them.
Speaker 1 (36:32):
Oh, you should definitely do it.
Speaker 5 (36:33):
We're definitely doing great food.
Speaker 1 (36:34):
Yeah, look for Lisa.
Speaker 8 (36:36):
She'll be one of the twenty thousand people stuck in
line going in or going out.
Speaker 2 (36:43):
She'll be in traffic. Yeah.
Speaker 9 (36:46):
My dream concert would be a Justin bieber Iras tour,
especially with new album Absolutely Hit.
Speaker 1 (36:52):
I'm surprised none of us said that.
Speaker 4 (36:54):
Yeah, I would love to see him like I saw
him twenty seventeen or sixteen.
Speaker 12 (36:59):
He was here.
Speaker 8 (37:00):
We saw him last Yeah, Billy and Lisa saw him too,
and he was sleeping on stage.
Speaker 5 (37:04):
At one point he put the mic down and the
music was still going.
Speaker 2 (37:07):
Yeah, so was his voice, right, he was sleeping on
the stage, Yeah, it was. It was kind of a
weird weekend in Boston.
Speaker 1 (37:13):
For Justine when he was walking around the public guard.
Speaker 5 (37:16):
And barefoot and he was climbing into trees. Yeah, talking
to squirrels.
Speaker 1 (37:21):
Weird episode. Yeah, that would be good though, would be good.
Some hits he could run through all the all the
different times.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
Oh yeah of his.
Speaker 1 (37:33):
Career he does have.
Speaker 5 (37:34):
He has so many errors of him.
Speaker 8 (37:36):
Yeah, and we also we previewed the album this morning,
so there's some uh some some good stuff, good songs.
Speaker 1 (37:42):
I'm really liking it.
Speaker 8 (37:43):
So in big shout out to McKay who covered the
Kiss Top thirty countdown.
Speaker 2 (37:47):
I heard that last night. I was like, wow, why
do they need Billy and Justin McKay was great. Okay,
I don't think he needed to go there now.
Speaker 1 (37:54):
He called me. He called me, uh, you know, over
the weekend after the countdown and he goes, that was
a lot of work.
Speaker 2 (38:00):
Yeah, well typically mikey V does it, but he's all
over Europe.
Speaker 4 (38:07):
He's in London right now.
Speaker 1 (38:08):
