Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, let's give away a couple of tickets to the
sold out jingle Ball coming to town December fourteenth. The
TD Gardens sold out in minutes. We need to call
her twenty five six, one seven nine, and the keyword
is Wino. Whino is the keyword. And we'll explain that because.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
I'm not sure what happened without Winnie. But I wanted
to let you guys know that I'm really sorry about.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
It not being there.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
I know how much you're going.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
To miss her, and we're going to miss her even more.
Please send her my love and I wish her well.
Have a great day.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Yeah, we've all been in touch with Winnie. We love Winnie,
and we talked about this earlier this week. Yesterday, there
were changes in the company nationwide and we were kind
of grindsided by it. We had no idea. I came
back from Africa.
Speaker 5 (00:47):
I'm like, what, Yeah, it's She put up a video
last night, pretty emotional one, really tough to watch.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
Yeah, I love you, Winnie.
Speaker 5 (00:55):
And you know, I know people probably are tuning in
and listening and hearing us laughing and having a good time,
and they might be like, well, you know, what are
they doing? You know, listen to a shock to all
of us, you know what I mean. We're still showing up,
we still to do a show. But we love Winnie.
You know, She'll always be a part of you know,
the family for us, you know. And you know, I
just want to say that, you know, I've seen some
(01:17):
some negative comments, you know, directed towards towards me specifically.
I worked very closely with Winnie. We did our after
show together. So Winnie knows me more than a lot
of people in my life outside of radio, you know.
So a lot of people are like, what the hell
you know? And I'm like, what the hell myself? You know,
And so, you know, I saw some comments, and listen,
you can say anything you want to me. It's fine.
(01:38):
I'm my own worst critic in life. But one thing
that I just please do not make comments about. It's
my drug addiction stuff. The stuff that I've chosen to
share on the air. You know, It's a part of
my life that I hid for a long time. And
then I thought to myself, maybe I should let people
know to kind of help people and be kind of
a vessel of of hope, if you will. And so,
you know, when you make comments, about that. It's just
(02:00):
not fair, you know, So I just that's all I
ask about that part of my life. Say anything you want,
but you tell me terrible father. You can call it
anything you want. It's fine.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
And what a lot of people don't realize is we're
all friends with Winnie.
Speaker 6 (02:10):
I mean, yeah, we started the show together, like we
started the Billy and Lisa show.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
Yes, all four of us together.
Speaker 5 (02:17):
Yes, So you know, I don't want to be misinterpreted
when you tune into the show that's on, Please don't
make comments of that, you know why, you know why?
Speaker 7 (02:23):
Good morning, morning crew.
Speaker 8 (02:25):
I just wanted to say them celebrating five months alcohol free,
I just want to give us shout out to Justin.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Your huge inspiration on this journey.
Speaker 7 (02:32):
I'm finishing a morning workout class this morning, and I've
never felt better on this journey. Woo.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (02:38):
No, yeah, people are people are dying out there, you know,
and if I can do anything to help those people,
you know, it's it helps them and it also helps
me too.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
So I just wanted to put that out there. Yeah,
thank you for that time.
Speaker 5 (02:49):
Let's go to Ali online one Color twenty five in
East Bridgewater.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
Hey, Ali, good morning good morning. We're talking about jingle
Ball tickets here completely sold out December fourteenth, TD Garden hosted,
or rather, our headliner is ed Shearon. Are you kidding me?
Do you know the keyword?
Speaker 9 (03:07):
I sure do?
Speaker 3 (03:08):
Is it whino?
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Certainly? Do you happen to be a Whino? No, I'm
just only on the weekend. I'm glad you cleared that up.
You got to own it. So hold on and producer
Roley would talk with you and we'll see you at
jingle Ball.
Speaker 10 (03:23):
Congratulations, I love Billy and Lisa kiss Hey.
Speaker 1 (03:27):
Guys, welcome back to the Big Wednesday Show. This is
pretty cool. So my old friend Steve d Filippo was here.
He owns all the Davio's restaurants across America. And Steve,
I know you have a big charity dinner tonight with
Drew Bledsoe. We're gonna have Drew Bledsoe on the phone
in a couple of seconds. But you're sitting here, okay,
And I've got a question because in the news this morning,
the President is looking to take the World Cup away
(03:50):
from Boston. Now, there are seven World Cup matches at
Gillette Stadium, one of your premier Davio's locations is right
there at you'll let's stay.
Speaker 9 (04:02):
I know.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
I'm on the least. I ask you, what are your
thoughts on Mekay?
Speaker 11 (04:08):
Well, first of all, I you know, obviously you think
Jonathan and Robert Kraft are going to allow that to happen.
I mean, this is not gonna happen. I mean there,
it's just not gonna happen. I think they're under messaging
the trunk the family.
Speaker 12 (04:21):
Uh, there's just no way.
Speaker 11 (04:22):
I mean, I think it's just you know, I mean obviously,
you know, let's not get it political here with our president.
But it's just not going to happen. I just think
it's it's just crazy talking.
Speaker 1 (04:33):
But I mean, you, as well as so many other
business owners in Boston would be devastating.
Speaker 12 (04:37):
It's like, Billy, it's like having another season for us R.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
Seven games. Think about it.
Speaker 11 (04:42):
There's eight games in a regular season, right of football.
To have seven games, it's crazy. There's no way it's
going to go, okay unless some crazy thing happens. But
I would be shocked if they could move those games.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
So anybody asked me, I said, Steve d Filippo says,
there's no way. It can happen.
Speaker 11 (04:59):
He'll go to directly to the I am feeling important
today because someone didn't meet me at the door. Usually
I have to wait out there for you know, an hour. Okay,
first since first you were late. Okay, it was nine
minutes late, and I went out there to get earlier.
For the first time, I was nine minutes late in
forty years.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
And Brian is in the sales office every day, by
the way, at three in the morning. We're trying to
figure that out. But I said, Brian, could you run
out and against Steve. He's at the door. We had
a jacket on gloves. Is it cold? And where coming guy?
Speaker 11 (05:27):
Another weird thing like five hundred square feet? Okay, thousand
square feet is one guy? What does that one guy do?
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Let's leave him alone.
Speaker 9 (05:35):
He didn't.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
He didn't come to the door to get you. Okay,
all right. So you've got this big dinner tonight.
Speaker 12 (05:41):
It's it's unbelievable. It's it's kind of like jingle ball. Okay,
it's sold out.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
Man, We hold on. You're comparing your dinner at dabio
because what's happening.
Speaker 12 (05:50):
People are calling me for tickets, just like they call
you for tickets right, right, So.
Speaker 11 (05:55):
Does everyone have Billy and Lisa's number, because you guys
have plenty of tickets for jingle Ball personally, right.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Don't you get the calls and ATLEASA gets them all? Ye?
All the time?
Speaker 11 (06:02):
Yeah, well, you don't text anyone back. We know, I
have to text you nine times to get one back,
exactly nine to one.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
That's what I get.
Speaker 11 (06:09):
How you know how I deal with when you called me?
This was oh my god, Billy's actually calling. I didn't
even know you used your phone to make sure you're
on your way. All right, let's go to the phones.
Drew on the phone running, Hey Drew.
Speaker 9 (06:22):
Good morning, Hey, good morning guys. What's happening?
Speaker 1 (06:26):
Nothing, just getting made fun of. There's so much happening.
By the way I want to say it.
Speaker 11 (06:30):
His wine is absolutely incredible. You know, there's a lot
of you know, major celebrities in this country that have
come up with wines and they put their name on things.
Speaker 12 (06:39):
Drew is the real deal. I mean, his wine it's incredible.
Speaker 9 (06:43):
You know.
Speaker 1 (06:43):
It's funny, Drew, you and I have met. I had
you on my TV show TV Diner at the time.
That's when you were launching your winery. You are such
a cool guy, Drew Bledsone.
Speaker 9 (06:56):
You're being too kind. I appreciate that. But yeah, it's
been this this this wine deal has been so much
fun though, man. And it's and it's real. I mean
the reason that we we named the original wine double
back is because this is my hometown. Man, this is
not BS. We didn't make this up. You know. We
went back to my hometown where I grew up. My
wife and I got with our with our kids. We
got up and actually put vines in the ground with
(07:17):
our own hands back in two thousand and seven. Uh
So it's a very real project. And I'm happy to
say that the one that I still really like the
wine eighteen years later.
Speaker 11 (07:25):
You know, so he can talk about the soil for
like an hour and a half, Okay, Like, what's right?
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Is this the soil in Montana?
Speaker 12 (07:34):
No, he's got special soil. It's kind of like you
know in Italy, you know where we have a special.
Speaker 9 (07:38):
Soil for if you guys want to if you guys
want to wine geek out, we can do that, but
we probably cause a car crash everybody.
Speaker 12 (07:45):
We'll just make it a point to that.
Speaker 10 (07:47):
You know, you are the real deal.
Speaker 12 (07:48):
I mean, I it's unbelievable, how knowledgeable.
Speaker 9 (07:51):
Yeah, yeah, we when we set out to do it,
we we didn't want to fake it. We want to
do we want to do it very real, and we
wanted to try to make you know, truly world cloid wine.
And I'm proud to say that we have It's uh,
it's it's been uh yeah, it's been cool, you know,
And I you know, I still I'm still like, I'm
still a wine collector. You know, we still have a
big cellar with all this fancas all over the world.
(08:12):
But when I go down to do inventory and I'll
crack a bottle or two while I'm doing that, and uh,
eventually I get to the point where I just want
to bottle wine that makes me happy, and I go
and grab our own wine. It's like, it's just kind
of cool to be that deep into it and still, uh,
you know, still like your own stuff. I think that,
you know, the in the drug trade, they say you're
not supposed to get high on your own supply, But
(08:32):
but I still like, but I still like drinking our
own juice.
Speaker 1 (08:35):
Are you high right now, Drew?
Speaker 9 (08:38):
No, I'm not speaking of whats coast on. So this
is pretty early for me.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
But Drew, you had the coolest line I saw in
one of your interviews about the winery. People leave their
jobs and they drink wine some heavily. Uh you know,
you left football and you opened a winery.
Speaker 9 (08:56):
Yeah, you know. It was Uh, it was a confluence
of a lot of things and we like wine. I
was thirty five and needed something to do next, and
then the fact that my hometown was making some of
the best wines in the world is like, yeah, that
seems like an obvious choice. Let's go back and do that.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
And so wow that.
Speaker 9 (09:11):
Since it gets grown and changed and really evolved. We've
got three different wineries now and you know, making lots
of different bridals. But everything that our team is doing,
and right now, the last of our fruit for this
year comes in tomorrow and then it'll ferment for a
couple of weeks and then we'll go to sleep in
the cellar for for I don't know, ten to twenty
(09:31):
two months. But yeah, our team is shout out to
our team. None of them are going to hear this
because they're all well there on the west. To our team.
This is the time of year when they're working twenty
hour days and and really grinding. This is their you know,
this is their playoff season, and they're kicking ass. All right.
Speaker 1 (09:48):
So I know you've got the big dinner at Davios
today and we'll talk about that in a couple of minutes.
But how about those Patriots in first place?
Speaker 9 (09:57):
Yeah, you know, they've got some great pieces in place.
I was really optimistic coming into the coming into the year. Obviously,
I love love Rabel. Uh you know, he and I
were teammates. We're only teammates for a year, but I
away telling people it feel like we're a teammates for
like four or five years. I just you know, just
just love the guy and I you know, if I
(10:17):
coming into Cefolt, Okay, they're on, they're on, They're on
the right track. They're going to have some success. But
you know, to be this deep in the season and
have them in in first place in the in the division,
uh is more than I would have thought, more than
a lot of people would have would have realistically thought.
You know, we're not ready to hand them the super
Bowl trophy quite yet, but but man, they really are
(10:38):
showing signs of getting back to you know, the level
of expectation that I know the Craft family has and
I know that Boston sports fans have for the Patriots.
Speaker 1 (10:46):
How about this Drake naked Huh?
Speaker 12 (10:49):
You know what, man?
Speaker 9 (10:50):
He uh he looked really good last year in spite
of not having a lot of pieces in place, and
now they got some pieces around him, you know, and
and you know, you watch him play against the Bill,
and I think the comparisons with Josh Allen are very real.
You know. I mean the way that he's able to
throw on the run, you know, his accuracy, timing, all
of those things. I think, you know, it's again, you know,
(11:13):
you're not not saying the kid's going to be the
league MVP right away, but like like Josh, and like
Josh has but when you watch the two guys play,
it's very very similar. And you know, I think he's
you know, he weathered the storm last year, which I
always tell people for young quarterbacks, particularly high draft picks,
it's about the emotional stability of being able to weather
the storm when you go to a team that's just
(11:35):
not very good. And he was able to do that
last year and has come out on fire this year.
Looks Really it's fun to watch I'm excited.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
All right, we got we got to talk about the
Brady roach for a minute. Oh did you take any
fond memories? By the way, you are one of the
best roasters, So justin you have a clip of Drew
real talk.
Speaker 3 (11:53):
You know, a lot of people just assume that I
have a lot of animosity toward Tom Brady. I'm here
to tell you tonight in front of millions of people,
that you're correct.
Speaker 1 (12:06):
I hate him, Drew. I love the intro with Belichick
and he's brought Brady out and you said, are you
e f and kidding me?
Speaker 9 (12:17):
You know, it was kind of funny coming out of
that because our team back at the at the winery,
you know, we've got we've got people that work for
us for a long time, and and one of our
sales gals that this worked force for a decade. She goes,
you know, that's the first time I've ever heard you cuss.
And I was like, wait, is it really? And so
apparently I keep it pretty buttoned up in the office,
(12:39):
but uh uh, she goes, yeah, I've ever seen you.
I've never heard you throw around the F bomb before. Really, Okay,
well sure, yeah, which is kind of odd because I'm
not very generally very buttoned up that way, but apparently
I've been keeping it pretty buttoned up around the office.
Speaker 10 (12:52):
Wow, you can.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
Drop an f bom if you want, right and no, no,
I'm kidding, Drew. I'm just kidding. Don't feel the need, Okay.
Speaker 9 (12:59):
Okay, so uh, I'll keep it butt up for you guys.
Speaker 1 (13:02):
All right, So the dinner tonight? Did DONBYO Stevens sitting
right here with us, walk us through tonight? How is
it gonna wait?
Speaker 11 (13:07):
You come in and we have some great appetizers we're
gonna pass, like lobster puffs and uh browns and oysters.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
And then you sit down.
Speaker 12 (13:15):
We have a fresh pasta with white truffles. They're in
they're in season right now. White truffles are amazing for Mealy.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
Look at you with the browns.
Speaker 11 (13:23):
Yeah, it's And then we have wagu tonight. We're gonna
have with his big caberne. I mean, his wines are
I'm telling you they're unbelieable. In fact, Annie wanted me
to bring you a bottle, but it's too expensive.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
I'm not going to bring you a bottle.
Speaker 12 (13:35):
I mean, I mean, I thought you beat walls you
know when I bring you something like twelve.
Speaker 1 (13:39):
Donnie who is your marketing director, and a dear friend
of mine said, you know you should send Billing a
bottle run and you said, no, what do you mean?
It's too expited. If Drew wants to send you a bottle, Drew,
do you want my address and you can send me
like a collection of wines. I'm just saying I'll have
him sign.
Speaker 12 (13:55):
A bottle tonight, Drew.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
Just remember old Drew was willing to do something you're not.
Speaker 9 (14:02):
Go ahead, Drew, Yeah, it's really so you send me
your address and then you send me your credit cards.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
I love it. That's an entrepreneur right there. I tell
you you're a funny to sell right right, Drew? Never stop? Okay,
Now I'm gonna put you on this spot. Okay, wise guy, Yes,
go ahead. This is a sold out event, right you
and Drew tonight at job sold out event?
Speaker 9 (14:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
Now here's the deal. I was offered tickets at one point,
and then I was told my tickets were taken away.
Can I offer a pair of tickets to our listeners
right now? But you got to see the look on
his face right now? Of course? Okay, don't. Okay, Roddy's
gonna kill me.
Speaker 11 (14:43):
But it's okay, Rodney, back off, Okay, start cooking up yesterdays.
Oh my god, we're gonna get some more white truffles in.
I mean it's like a little scary.
Speaker 1 (14:52):
All right, we've got a pair of ticket. Yeah, we'll
do it. What time does the event start tonight? Like
six o'clock?
Speaker 9 (14:57):
Drew?
Speaker 12 (14:57):
I think right, six, six thirty something.
Speaker 9 (14:59):
Yeah, I think it's me Sixock. We're going to be
there to kind of. I'm gonna be there a little early.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
You know, he's going to sign a lot of stuff.
Speaker 9 (15:06):
But I think we kick itock.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
So Steve, Now you just included a meet and greet
with Drew Blentsoe for our winner. All right, okay, so
caller twenty five six one seven, nine three one eight.
You've got to move fast on this. Thank you, Steve,
Thank you Drew. Let's all say it a few hours, buddy,
we got a lot ahead. It really is well fancy
(15:31):
you guys.
Speaker 6 (15:32):
Yeah really, Liza, Now the entertainment on Date with a
Billy got on kiss all.
Speaker 1 (15:41):
Right, at least have done. I mean, you've got like
several book club announcements let's just start there.
Speaker 6 (15:45):
Okay, So we just posted a registration link to the
Marissa Meltzer book Club event. It's for it girl, it's
about Jane Burkin. She's coming into town for a November
sixth and it's at the Newbery Hotel and the link
is in is right on my Instagram, Lisa Donovan one eight.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
So get in on that now limited seats.
Speaker 6 (16:05):
You can also go to kiss oneawait dot com slash
Lisa's book club.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
And this author is connected to the Birken Bags.
Speaker 6 (16:11):
Yeah, so she wrote a book about Jane Berkin. She
actually lived with Jane Berkin's family in Paris, and the
Burkin of the Arimez birken Bag is named after Jane Burkin.
Speaker 1 (16:21):
What's a Burken bag go for these days? Oh?
Speaker 6 (16:23):
Tens of thousands of dollars if you could even buy one,
imagine and like on the secondary market, you know they're
a little cheaper, but still.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
Yeah, can you go into a store and buy it?
Speaker 2 (16:31):
I think you need to be on a list.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
Watches, the real fancy watches. You can't just go into
a store and get it.
Speaker 6 (16:38):
The original burken bag that belonged to Jane Berkin was
just sold at like Southeby's recently the original bag that
Jane Berkin owned herself.
Speaker 9 (16:47):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (16:48):
So does the average woman know when another woman walks
by and is carrying a burken bag because men don't
notice bags at all.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
Yeah, I think so. If you're into bags, you would
probably know.
Speaker 1 (16:59):
Okay, I don't think we have one of those around
the house.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
No, I don't want.
Speaker 1 (17:03):
Oh my god, I'm looking at the prices right now, fifty.
Speaker 6 (17:08):
But they're like iconic, like the Kardashians all have them,
and you know, it's like one of those status you.
Speaker 1 (17:12):
Can't walk down the street with one if somebody knows.
It's worth over three hundred grand I know. So they're
like museum pieces of it.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
They really are.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
Yeah, Bill, Christmas is going to be expensive for you.
For Lisa, I'm not even mentioning the word barking around
the hindm Michelle.
Speaker 9 (17:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
Kim Kardashian sits down with Alex Cooper and Call her Daddy.
This interview is out today and it's Kim's first time
ever on Call her Daddy and all kinds of questions
are being addressed.
Speaker 7 (17:39):
Kim Kardashian, Welcome to call her Daddy.
Speaker 4 (17:41):
Thank you, Thank you for having me.
Speaker 7 (17:43):
Mary kil Pete Davidson, Tom Brady, Chris Humphries. How much
a year do you spend on glund? There were rumors
you kept your face covered because you got a facelift,
getting your box ray to prove it was real. Are
Corey and Chris still together? Did you ever hook up
with Travis Barker? Have you ever been cheated on? What
is your take on the Kardashian curse? What is the
current date of you and Kanye's co parenting relationship?
Speaker 4 (18:02):
Finally someone's asking.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
The right questions.
Speaker 1 (18:05):
I got to tell you, Alex had some great questions.
Let's try to get some answers. For instance, did Kim
ever have sex with post Malone?
Speaker 7 (18:12):
There are rumors that you've hooked up with posts Malone?
What's going on there?
Speaker 4 (18:16):
Really?
Speaker 1 (18:16):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (18:17):
I've never heard of skims campaign.
Speaker 4 (18:19):
But he is the nicest person ever. I will say
we facetimed at his campaign during the Skims campaign, and
he is like the nicest human being. And I wrote
in our family chat and I wrote, oh my god,
you guys, we just you know, shop post for Skims
And he is the nicest human being. And then Kylie
sends a picture her like sixteenth birthday, and she's like,
(18:40):
do you remember when he performed at my sixteenth birthday?
And then my brother goes, oh my god, he used
to sleep over and like we we would hang all
the time. And then Scott would be like, oh my god,
yeah remember, and I was like, oh my god, I
had no idea. He was like a part of our
crew and we like all love.
Speaker 2 (18:56):
Him so much.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
Okay, how about this co parenting with Kanye?
Speaker 7 (19:01):
Can we talk about the state of you and Kanye's
co parenting relationship?
Speaker 2 (19:09):
What do you think co parenting with Kanye West?
Speaker 7 (19:12):
Is like, well, yeah, I guess that's what I'm curious.
I'm we're wondering how are you doing and how much
is on you?
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Kim Mmmm, It's.
Speaker 4 (19:26):
Not easy, but I mean I raised the kids, you know,
full time. They live with me.
Speaker 7 (19:36):
And then came this question, when was the last time
Kanye saw the kids?
Speaker 4 (19:42):
Hmmm, whenever he'll call for them and ask. It's probably
been a couple months since we've heard from him.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
Thankes.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
What must that be like? The transference like one car
brings up comes up.
Speaker 6 (19:59):
I'm sure a lot of handlers you know. I mean,
there's a lot of people around them.
Speaker 5 (20:04):
It's really sad because I think that Kanye can be
a good father. You know, I've seen you know, I've
seen him with the kids, but obviously he has a
lot of issues and so you know, a couple of
months and if the kids.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
Are with Kanye, does he have is that woman his
wife or girlfriend? That's his wife naked around them?
Speaker 2 (20:24):
Well, she wears very risky things, but she has been
around them.
Speaker 5 (20:28):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, she has squshed with her. Yep, she's
been around them for sure. Yeah, it's just a satage situation. Actually,
I feel for Kim on.
Speaker 2 (20:35):
This to me too, because she sounds like she's just
doing the best she can do.
Speaker 9 (20:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Anyway, it is an extensive interview Call Her Daddy with
Kim Kardashian, and it's out and available today. And Kim
Kardashian has a new piece of merchandise lace.
Speaker 6 (20:51):
Yeah, that was out and available yesterday and she posted
on her Skims Instagram account and she's entering into the
mercan market. It's a collection and featuring barely their thongs
with a variety of hair textures.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
And tones attached to the front. We're not joking. This
is a real product item that she just launched yesterday
from Skims.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
Are we seeing the beginning of something? Because this is
not the first time there's been something out concerning the
American area down there.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Really, I think I think there was.
Speaker 6 (21:22):
I'm scratching my head because I'm like, as a marketer,
I'm like, how does that? How does this come up
in like a marketing meeting for skims? She just did
the Nike Skims launch like two weeks ago. Yeah, I'm
not I'm not getting like, is there a big call
for this?
Speaker 1 (21:37):
I don't know. I've never been a fan of the Bush,
to be honest.
Speaker 5 (21:40):
It's sold it's sold out, it's sold out. Oh yeah,
it's already. Yeah, you can get on the wait list.
They are thirty two bucks each.
Speaker 1 (21:48):
I need to know someone who bought one. If you
bought one, please let us know.
Speaker 6 (21:53):
Miss talk about again when they say it's like scarcity,
how many did they put on?
Speaker 1 (21:58):
How many Bush exactly?
Speaker 2 (22:00):
And then are people just buying this for like Halloween
or something?
Speaker 1 (22:03):
And I'm not even kidding, And I know justin if
you are out there and you are listening right now
and you're one of the people who ordered Kim's new
what do you the bush sack?
Speaker 8 (22:15):
What is it?
Speaker 1 (22:16):
We want to know? Six seven eight or justin and
they can send you a talkback, right, Yeah, you do
that on the iHeart app. I don't even care if
you tried and fail. I'm reading the details on this.

handmade in a super share stretch mesh with the string
thong featuring a mix of curly and straight foul hair
(22:39):
and twelve different shade variations. It's quite the looker. I'm
thinking right around Christmas time. Honey, you didn't open the stocking.
Don't forget the stocking. It's stuffed. It's right there on
the firepoint. Yeah, giant bush can move along here, I
(23:01):
think I will. Kim's sister Kylie has a new song
on It's called fourth Strike here it is, well that
sounds like somebody. I mean, there's so much another at
(23:25):
Oh there's the best singing voice.
Speaker 9 (23:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (23:28):
By the way, that's a collaboration with Terror Junior Terror. Yeah,
what do you know about him? I actually never heard
of him. Terror like terror yeh Ror collaboration the yeah,
all right, Terror, bring him out and apparently the song
Kylie's new song connects with her merchandise line in some way.
(23:49):
And uh, we got a lot going on. We mentioned
Drew Bledsoe on the show a couple of minutes ago.
He's going to be out of Davio's in the Seaport

The Planet Fitness Kiss one O eight Studios.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
We're back with Billy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
Boy, it's like a superstar Wednesday on the Billy and
Lisa Morning Show because we've got Todd and Jillian studio.
Who doesn't love Todd?
Speaker 9 (24:53):
Oh me easy? Oh sweet?
Speaker 1 (25:02):
Oh yeah, that's Todd Angelie, the voice of the national
anthem at your Boston Bruins games. Good to see you, buddy.
Speaker 10 (25:10):
Let's fire him up in the morning with an amazing Right.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Well, I don't know if you know this about the
Billy and Lisa Morning Show, Todd, but we have the
national anthem starting every show every morning. You know, it's
a world class event, so we always start with the anthem.
Speaker 13 (25:25):
Right.
Speaker 10 (25:25):
We didn't ask you, but we use yours?
Speaker 1 (25:29):
Is that okay with you?
Speaker 10 (25:31):
Anthem singer approved? I love it.
Speaker 1 (25:33):
I love kidding obviously. No, do you know what we'll use?
Speaker 8 (25:36):
You know what?
Speaker 1 (25:37):
We'll go with someone else? How's that toid?
Speaker 9 (25:38):
No?
Speaker 1 (25:39):
No, please please come on?
Speaker 10 (25:40):
My daughter would be very Oh.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
Can you beat that? Todd?
Speaker 10 (25:48):
Let's just say I sing a different version.
Speaker 1 (25:50):
Hey, have you ever forgotten the words before Bruin's game?
Speaker 14 (25:54):
You know, I'm glad the team's out of town because
I always get asked that, like right before I'm about
to go out, somebody will say, you never forgotten the
words I have. Luckily, no I haven't because I'm obsessive
about it. Yeah, and I've been singing it, you know,
my whole life. Just my father was a veteran and
all that, so it's just been a song that's been
a part of the family.
Speaker 10 (26:12):
So no, Luckily I did, I have not.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Well, I mean, you do the Bruins games, but you
also do private events and things like that, right, yeah, yeah,
so yeah, always singing the anthem.
Speaker 14 (26:23):
Right, So it's always something that comes up. I could
be anywhere and you just got to be ready at
any time.
Speaker 13 (26:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
Yeah, Todd's everywhere. Good morning, folks.
Speaker 10 (26:32):
You wouldn't believe how special that gentleman Todd is. He's
gone to individual homes and shared kids up.
Speaker 9 (26:37):
That was sick.
Speaker 10 (26:39):
Go Bruins.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
I've seen that. You really do God's work out there.
Speaker 14 (26:44):
Well, you know, it's contagious. There's a lot of great
people out there doing awesome things. And you know, we
had COVID and you know when I kind of came
on the scene, so to speak. And I wouldn't say
it's an obligation, but it's been such a wonderful opportunity
to go out there and do the fun stuff, but
then to be there for people and make them smile
and support great organization. There's so many things that are
(27:06):
going on out there that people don't know it is happening,
and I get the you know, I'm so fortunate to
be a part of it.
Speaker 1 (27:12):
Well, you're actually involved in a big event this coming
Saturday that benefits multiple charities. I'm looking at a long list,
everything from the Navy Seal Foundation, Firefighters of Massachusetts, the
Bork Family Foundation. That's a good one, right, you know, I.
Speaker 14 (27:28):
Kind of went a little overboard on this one, you know,
but I couldn't. I couldn't help myself. So back in April,
I bought I guess maybe had a midlife crisis, and
much to my wife's will say chagrin, I bought.
Speaker 10 (27:40):
Harley and you're a Harley guy.
Speaker 14 (27:43):
Yeah, yeah, I ride now, I'm you know, that's part
of what I do a lot of motorcycle rides, you know,
because they're you know, veterans, vents and things like that.
Speaker 10 (27:52):
So I've been singing.
Speaker 14 (27:53):
Motorcycle rides for years and always like a cheap dog,
like a watch the guys, you know, and I stand
there watch them all leave, and I've always wanted to,
you know. I rode you know, dirt bikes as a
kid with my brothers and and I said, you know something,
I'm doing it.
Speaker 1 (28:10):
Before they take off on the ride, you do the anthem.
Speaker 14 (28:13):
Yeah, there's always you go to a motorcycle ride. You know,
if you have the opportunity to see one going on,
go buy it, you know, and and participate in and
and meet meet the men and women. It's they'd great
events that they happen all over the summer. And so
I've been a part of the Ubern American Legion Riders
chapter one on one and they were the ones that
kind of really supported me in this. So no, I'm
(28:34):
a member, I'm patched in. I have a motorcycle.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
I was going to say, are you in a gang?
Speaker 10 (28:39):
No, No, we know we're a biker gang. We don't.
Speaker 1 (28:41):
You know you have a biker jacket? Yeah?
Speaker 14 (28:43):
Yeah, yeah, And you know we we do such It's
it's still fun to say we. It was always saying them,
you know, but you know, we do such great work
escorting veterans and you know, funerals, supporting uh, you know,
community events and causes and always being there and it's
just a one in the American Legion worldwide.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
You know, do you have the leather pants too?
Speaker 10 (29:05):
So it's you know, it's it's it's a black hole.
Speaker 14 (29:09):
You can confine yourself, like what's the difference between getting
a pair of Harley boots that or just a regular
pair of it?
Speaker 10 (29:16):
So you really have to control yourself.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
So when you're riding, you dress up.
Speaker 10 (29:19):
Yeah, well you want you want to dress for safety,
so you know, and you proper riding gear.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
And but does your jacket have like what do you
call them?
Speaker 2 (29:29):
You don't have the Harley friends? No, No, you need
to get one of you.
Speaker 10 (29:33):
Well, well we'll look into that.
Speaker 9 (29:34):
Now.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
On the back of the jacket, do you have like
skull and cross?
Speaker 10 (29:38):
No, no, it's it's the American Legion patch. It shows
that's a good pack.
Speaker 14 (29:43):
Yeah really, and uh, you know it's it's it's just
I'm so proud to be a part of that chapter
and the organization itself. We meet up, you know, throughout
New England and do all sorts of rides and events
to support like I said, different causes and this one here,
my one of my friends said, you know, you you're
you're singing all these motorcycle rides, you should do one,
and I as.
Speaker 10 (30:03):
I think he said as a joke, and so this
is your first ride.
Speaker 14 (30:06):
Yeah, so, And of course I was corrected on it
says Todd Angeley's first annual Anthem Ride. But I was
corrected by the very vigilant social media warriors that said
the first one is the inaugural and then you say
annual after that.
Speaker 1 (30:20):
So I really so thematical area. I got to reprint everything.
Speaker 10 (30:26):
I know it, you know, I just you know, you
got to keep everybody happy here.
Speaker 9 (30:29):
Wow, you know.
Speaker 1 (30:30):
But it's this week and this is the Anthem Ride.
Speaker 10 (30:33):
The Anthem Ride.
Speaker 14 (30:33):
We're going out of Boston, Holly and Revere and we're
we're we're benefiting, uh, four major foundations that I've been
a part of over the years. And uh that's the
Navy Seal Foundation. They do that Frogman Swim every June
out of East Boston. Oh yeah, it's such an emotional event.
Speaker 1 (30:49):
So you're in tight with the frogmen.
Speaker 14 (30:52):
Well yeah, I'm very Again, I'm not jumping in the water,
but I'm right there singing for them.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
And and uh no, but if you're having a backyard
party in Lynnfield. You have the seals come and the
flog man. That's cool, girl's dreamy.
Speaker 14 (31:04):
And so the professional firefighters in Massachusetts just let's let's
face it, you know, and those men and women are
just you know, I always tell my kids when they're
when we're running out, they're running in, you know. And
the Thomas Smith Foundation Tom up in the swamp skit
are now living him. Sure, I don't want to give
away word anyways. His foundation, Wow, it's multiple charity, the
(31:25):
Bok Foundation and you know which tied in with the
Frate's Foundation.
Speaker 1 (31:28):
And now back to your singing career quickly again. Uh
so you do the anthem before the Bruins games. You're
the best there is. Does Renee Rencorps ever call you?
Do you ever hear from your person?
Speaker 10 (31:39):
We we we keep in touch. We check in on
each other.
Speaker 14 (31:42):
And he was the guy before you. Yeah, you know,
and I have to say, you know, I'm going to
take the app. You know, I know you got to
schedule and all that, but I you know, you think
about what he did and he did that without social
media and he really is a legend. And you know,
some of the advice all of the advice he bestowed
on me. I just felt like it was that I
don't want to be rude, but like that grandfatherly, like
(32:03):
that sage advice, and he's just got he he really
loved what he did and I really want people to
know that. And of course every I mean he's I
still get asked and people look, you know, so.
Speaker 1 (32:17):
Do you think you were better than him?
Speaker 9 (32:19):
No?
Speaker 1 (32:19):
Okay, I'm gonna let that one go. Now back to
the singing thing. We know you do the anthem at
the Bruins and you do amazing grace. You know, I've
seen you do that and it's beautiful. Do you ever
do any pops? Like do you do dua lipa or
anything like that? No?
Speaker 10 (32:31):
Well, you know, I can.
Speaker 9 (32:31):
I can.
Speaker 10 (32:32):
I think, you know, depending on the venue I'm at
or what's been going on, I can, you know, kind.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
Of you give us a clip, like what do you
think is your strongest moment?
Speaker 14 (32:40):
Jeez, you know, I like to delve into the I've
been doing some Kroner shows. I was trained as an
opera singer in the opera department of the New England Conservatory.
Speaker 1 (32:50):
I've got to okay, can you give us a little
Opera does the anthem for the Boston Bruins.
Speaker 10 (32:57):
I'm gonna I'm gonna stand a little.
Speaker 1 (33:00):
We don't get much opera here on the Millima.
Speaker 10 (33:09):
Monroe. That's the end of at nine o'clock in the morning.
Speaker 1 (33:18):
And I'm so jealous. If I could do that, I
do it before sex. Do you know what I mean?
Speaker 9 (33:23):
Honey? You ready?
Speaker 1 (33:27):
Todd? Where do they get information for the anthem ride.
Speaker 10 (33:30):
On my Instagram? Boston Anthem singer?
Speaker 13 (33:32):
Uh?
Speaker 14 (33:32):
You know, We're gonna have a lot of great groups
there also some of the groups that are gonna be
in the parking lot.
Speaker 7 (33:37):
Uh.
Speaker 9 (33:38):
There.
Speaker 10 (33:38):
It's a family friendly event. If you're not riding, still
come down.
Speaker 14 (33:41):
We've got the Cookie Monster, We've got Taco Leebra, We've
got the Boston Hog. Chapter's going to be girling dogs
and Burger's face painting. We had a cigar but we've
got all sorts of stuff.
Speaker 9 (33:50):
Music.
Speaker 14 (33:50):
Any Bropes band is gonna be there providing great entertainment.
DJ Twocy is gonna be kicking us off.
Speaker 1 (33:55):
See what's up?
Speaker 10 (33:57):
The Lexington Minute men are gonna be there to help
us kick it off.
Speaker 1 (34:00):
My god, how did you get all these people from
one spot.
Speaker 10 (34:03):
I called it in.
Speaker 14 (34:04):
I called it in and this is what this is
what happens in this area. People want to want to
come out and uh and we're gonna have a great weekend.
So there's no excuse. We've been doing unit for LA
and it's going to be great.
Speaker 1 (34:14):
Nine am to three o'clock this coming Saturday.
Speaker 14 (34:16):
Where is it again at Boston, Holly and Rivere. And
if you don't have a bike and you want to ride,
you can rent one and use the special code Boston.
Billy Costa loves his Harley. Yeah, and if you use
that code you get twenty percent.
Speaker 9 (34:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (34:28):
They fired up, guys, Let's go, let's go ride. Thank
you so much, Billy and Lisa's way. Time for talkback leftovers, dude.
Speaker 15 (34:37):
Good morning missus Jessica. And today is my one year
sober anniversary. Last year, before I checked into treatment, I
was so nervous, so I reached out to Justin and
he was so encouraging. Thank you Justin for your support
even from before day one. Any day sober is better
than what I would have considered my best day drunk.
It really is just one day at a time, and
(34:58):
I am so grateful for each and every day that
I have no thank you.
Speaker 1 (35:02):
Have a great day everyone. Well congratulations that was so
well said, Well, am was really hard. Yeah, she dm
me it was actually yesterday.
Speaker 9 (35:10):
I believe.
Speaker 5 (35:10):
I asked her to leave a talk back because that's
a special thing. One day as a miracle, never mind
one year. So happy anniversary to her.
Speaker 16 (35:17):
And speaking of anniversaries, I'm so glad you guys are
discussing dating. I have been dating and now currently in
a relationship. But when it comes to the anniversary one day,
what period do you guys think should be the anniversary.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
What do you mean by an anniversary? Maybe the day
you met?
Speaker 5 (35:36):
Yeah, I think it's the day you met, like made
it official type of thing. I know that can be
like a weird thing when you when you're dating somebody.
For us, we had like a date October twenty fourth.
That was the day we picked when we started became official.
Speaker 6 (35:50):
Yeah, okay, but that wasn't like the day you met. Yeah,
because you guys knew each other.
Speaker 5 (35:54):
Well, we knew each other before and we kind of reconnected. Yes,
we had to pick a date to go by we
started dating, and then obviously then you have your wedding.
Speaker 1 (36:02):
Wedding anniversary. Yeah you know, so then do we acknowledge
like it's coming up the twenty fourth, it's in nine days.
When the wedding comes, the other one goes away.
Speaker 2 (36:10):
Okay, yeah I think so too.
Speaker 9 (36:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (36:12):
Yeah, you got to pick a day so you have
that kind of mark on the calendar. Go off for
bid if you get to get a gift. Oh there
may not be another anniversary.
Speaker 4 (36:22):
Yeah absolutely, Hey, morning crew, look at you guys that
Kiss want to wait?
Speaker 8 (36:26):
Hey, justin just a quick idea, do you think we
could get some Bad Bunny and within the next four months,
so we canna get psyched up for the super Bowl?
Speaker 15 (36:36):
That would be.
Speaker 6 (36:36):
Cool, thank you.
Speaker 1 (36:40):
So we should be playing some bad Bunny. Just wants
to hear Bad Bunny. I'll play Bad Bunny.
Speaker 9 (36:44):
You know.
Speaker 5 (36:44):
I can't promise it'll be added to the rotation of
the music on Kiss when I wait, but I'll play
it all day. I did watch the entire carpool karaoke
with Bad Bunny. I would recommend let's watch that. It
is really really good.
Speaker 1 (37:03):
Again.
Speaker 5 (37:04):
I don't speak Spanish, but I do enjoy his music.
He just has a good energy about him, you know
what I mean?
Speaker 1 (37:08):
At least he does. I love him, just something about
him that I that I like. But kids run away.
Speaker 2 (37:14):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the morning.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
All right, busy show once again. This morning we had
sold out jingle Ball tickets seven ten and eight ten.
We'll have more coming up at twelve ten starring ed Sharon,
and of course tomorrow morning we're back seven ten and
a ten more sold out jingle ball tickets. Also this morning,
we had our topic time and it was about, you know,
when you start dating somebody, how long until you can
leave things at their house, things like toothbrushes or maybe
(37:39):
even bigger things like furniture.
Speaker 10 (37:41):
How long be it? Chris from Dallas originally from mass
following up on topic time.
Speaker 9 (37:46):
After a year of dating my current partner, I ended
up bringing an entire bureau over to his apartment.
Speaker 10 (37:54):
And now we're still together seven years later, and.
Speaker 2 (37:57):
I wonder if they still have the same bureau.
Speaker 1 (37:59):
Yeah right, I don't. Didn't hear that word often anymore,
the bureau.
Speaker 9 (38:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (38:04):
It reminds me when I was a kid. My mom,
you know you can clean up your bireau. Oh yeah, yeah,
But I identify with that because there are things that
I'm attached to that I do not want to let
go of, you know, things like even things like furniture.
You know, like I love my couch. If I had
to leave and go somewhere else, I'm bringing my couch. Okay,
I'm just saying, like, when is it too old the couch? Well,
(38:26):
because I think that once they get broken in, Yeah,
they're so so yeah, I love so true. I'm just saying.
Speaker 5 (38:32):
Also this morning we had Steve d Filippo from Davio's
has an event tonight with Drew Bledsoe all about Drew's wine,
which is really cool. The event is sold out. Unfortunately,
we did give away a pair of tickets to the event.
But it was cool having Drew on because he talked
about not just his wine but also the Pats being
in first place.
Speaker 9 (38:48):
They're on the right track. They're going to have some success.
But you know, to be this deep in the season
and have them in first place in the division is
more than I would have thought.
Speaker 1 (38:59):
Yeah, pretty cool, very true Pats. Yeah, he called Drake
May a young Josh Allen. Yeah, so that was cool.
Speaker 5 (39:06):
Also, switching from the Patriots to the Bruins, we had
Todd and Jillian the anthem singer for your Boston Bruins.
He has a cool event this Saturday, right down the
street at the Harley Davidson Place. You can go to
his Instagram. It's a Boston anthem singer, has all the details.
Really seems like a fun event. And of course Billy
put him on the spot at nine am to start singing.
(39:26):
And this dude shows opera.
Speaker 1 (39:28):
What a legend. Oh my god, you may have missed

the morning. Let's not criticize. Oh man. And yeah, it
(39:48):
was day two here without Winnie, who was a change happened.
She left the show. So it's been tough. We're getting
through it.
Speaker 8 (39:53):
Oh, Billy, Lisa, and Justin. I just wanted to share
my empathy towards you regarding Winnie's transition. I know unexpected
work losses of team members can be difficult to digest.
Speaker 13 (40:06):
It opens up a host of emotions, and she.
Speaker 2 (40:08):
Was like family.
Speaker 13 (40:10):
So I hope as you move forward, we as your
followers can support you anchor you. I know the show
must go on, but I also hope you can be
authentic and expressive too.

Speaker 1 (40:35):
I see them. I understand the anger. Yeah, we have
our feelings too on this, and we didn't see it coming.
I mean I was in that for good. Yeah. You
could see Winnie's video on her Instagram. How's this? If
she was here, she would love this in Winnie's world.
Oh look at you.
Speaker 9 (40:49):
There you go.
Speaker 5 (40:51):
You can get the full podcast from today, everything that
you missed on the iHeartRadio app.
