Speaker 7 (02:22):
You guys just played a clip of a throwback song
and I don't know enough of the words to figure
out what it was, but it's driving me nuts.

Speaker 6 (02:29):
Because I was jamming to it.

Speaker 7 (02:31):
Please please, please say the name of the song.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
So she's talking about your entertainment report at six point forty. Yeah,
she was talking, I believe about the Zaan song. It's
called pillow Talk. Yeah, and you had the story Zane
has headed to Vegas for a residency in January.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Now, which group was zay in? Well? One direction? Yeah, okay,
I mixed them up.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Some say mak he's a baby with had Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
I liked his solo songs.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Yeah, he was great.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
He's got an amazing voice. Well, if you want to
see him, he'll be in Vegas in January. So that's
pretty cool, Captain Mike.

Speaker 7 (03:10):
You just curious how a shingles queen from Randolph is doing.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
I miss her warm and soothing voice. Hopefully her eyes
on swollen shut and she can return to work someday
this week.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
All right, Well, Captain Mike, we'll check in with Winnie
in about five minutes. Yeah, see how she's doing in
the meantime, though, Let's go to Kelly online too. She's
in Wakefield.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
It's just something about Winnie's eyes based swollen shut.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Well, it's right next to her eye, so the poor thing.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Yeah, yeah, and it's yeah, I heard it scabbing over.
But let's uh, let's go to Kelly. She's in Wakefield.

Speaker 6 (03:43):
Good morning, Kelly, Good morning, morning crew.

Speaker 5 (03:47):
I can't believe it.

Speaker 6 (03:48):
Oh my god, I've been crying every week.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
You cry around the clock. She's been trying.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
Yeah, Kelly, Kelly, you're ready to play.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Let's go. You're in it.

Speaker 5 (04:02):
It's one eighth secret Sounds.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Okay, Kelly, listen very carefully. We're gonna give you one
more shot at the secret sound and to hear it.
Come okay, Kelly. For three thousand, five hundred and forty dollars,

(04:29):
please tell us what is that secret sound? Kelly?

Speaker 6 (04:34):
Is it?

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Oh? I haven't heard that one before. So happens the
judge is sitting right here across from me, Kelly. That
is not the secret sound, Kelly. Kelly, thank you for listening,
and thank you playing for playing. We will add to
the jackpart when next we play there'll be three thousand,
six hundred and forty eight dollars. When is that? Justin?

Speaker 3 (04:56):
It's gonna be a two ten this afternoon with the
v Bros. And Gianna two ten and four ten. But but
if you want to hear the sound ahead of the
two ten play, McKay will play it at twelve ten this.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Afternoon at Lisa every morning.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
Just when to wait? So Whinnie's been out for a
couple of weeks with shingles, and we thought it was
about time we check in and see how she's doing. Uh,
whinn A? Hi? Oh boy boy, Oh my god, I
just woke up. I just woke up. Really you ok?
Punk Air? Oh yeah, okay, okay? Does your phone have

(05:31):
shingles too?

Speaker 8 (05:33):
No?

Speaker 6 (05:33):
I literally did you? This is my first time speaking
this morning.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
We can tell.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
Does shingles affect one's voice?

Speaker 1 (05:40):
Why does she sound so weird?

Speaker 2 (05:42):
The phone sounds like it's modulated or it's the shingles.

Speaker 6 (05:46):
Oh, my phone's modulated. That's not my book.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
I thought you should now you're fine?

Speaker 4 (05:50):
Yeah you O, K punk Air?

Speaker 2 (05:53):
That was really weird?

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Yeah that was you were you sounded like satan?

Speaker 9 (05:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Second alien?

Speaker 6 (05:58):
Oh oh oh yeah?

Speaker 3 (05:59):
No, here we thought maybe the shingles spread to your
vocal cords.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
But yeah, I was so scared I was going to
hang up. It was very alien.

Speaker 6 (06:07):
How you sounded, Well, I feel like an alien right now.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Okay, so you're the closest person, I think to any
of us that had actual shingles. So can you describe
the Is it a piercing pain? What is it?

Speaker 6 (06:21):
Yeah, it's a nerve your nerve endings like, it's a
nerve pain. It's puffy, it swollen, it's sore. It's like
if you press on the part where the shingles is
or like in that general area, there's a lot of
pressure there. That makes sense, not really that I know.
What do you mean when you're like feel like you're
like a headache or something that you press on your head? Yeah,

(06:42):
it is like pain when you press.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Is it scabbing your nerve? Is it scabbing?

Speaker 6 (06:48):
Yeah? The big like the big original one is almost
scabbed over, which is good. And then I just had
like a little a little little ones around that, which
I feel like that you can really tell that they're
there unless you like look hard. But yes, how I
your I feeling my eyes pretty good. It didn't get
into my eye, which was great. The optimologic said, both

(07:08):
my eyes look great, so yeah, it didn't get my eye.
And I'm you know, I'm like four days into the
anti viral, so I think it's finally starting to really work.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
So your eye is going to remain in it in
your skull.

Speaker 6 (07:24):
I'm sorry to disappoint it.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Really. Yes, yes, it was a little bit of wishful
thinking there, but uh, okay, so what is the prognosis?
Like how long before you can be around other people?

Speaker 6 (07:38):
So I can be around people. It's only effective if
I can't only get it contagious if you haven't had
haven't had chicken pox or a vaccine with either the
chicken pox vaccine or the shineles vaccine. So obviously my
dad and I see my dad's in the hospital for surgery,
so I haven't seen him or like my family, just
be cautious. But like I t technically, as long as

(07:59):
I just like cover it or you don't like rubble
over my face, then no one should be getting it.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Well, I didn't have chicken pox.

Speaker 6 (08:05):
That's why I asked, Yeah, yeah, but yeah, no, I
think you're the issue is I could be a work
right answer that I sit next to you and you're
like a risk because no one knows what happened to you,
whether or not you had chicken like. I'm just I'm
concerned about you, honestly. That's why I still haven't come in.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Did you have chicken pox, Lisa?

Speaker 2 (08:23):
I did?

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Yeah, yeah, I find out if I had it medical records.
Maybe where would I find them?

Speaker 2 (08:31):
To your brother?

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (08:33):
Yeah, I don't know, brother.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
I think your brother would know. I would reach out
to your brother. You should know this kind of stuff
about your your health history.

Speaker 1 (08:42):
Yeah, well.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
No, I know, but your brother is.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Your brother's the only one that's it, right.

Speaker 6 (08:49):
His brother's not necessarily the best the worst guys from
the mafia.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Okay, you really have to stop that.

Speaker 6 (08:58):
Oh I'm sorry, I'm sick. I'm sick.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
I want to be watching the hilarious.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
Yeah, we go back? Can you go back to the
other voice she had that was better? It sounds like
she smoked the cat in the pall mall so weird.
So uh are you sleeping with your boyfriend?

Speaker 6 (09:14):
Yeah? He's fine, he's been. He's the only person I've
been with obviously since it happened, and he's he's good.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
He's thriving, so he so he didn't get the shingles. Well,
did he have chicken parts?

Speaker 6 (09:26):
No, he had the vaccine.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Oh see, he probably has living relatives. Task he has
what living relatives?

Speaker 6 (09:36):
Okay, well, well you know that he got He's born
the nineties, so towards like the middle of nineties you
could get Yeah. Yeah, so he hasn't. So yeah, he's good.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
Well, a lot of people have been asking for you, Winnie.

Speaker 6 (09:49):
Yeah, I mean, we gotta. I have to come back
to it eventually because they said I'm gonna be run
down for like a few weeks, so I can't. Unfortunately,
I can't stay home the whole time.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
No, it's fine, what I won't see you in a
few weeks. No really, you know, I'm kidding.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
We did a whole topic time about vacations this morning,
and uh yeah, this would be a good time trying
to book my vacation.

Speaker 6 (10:19):
Any good recommendations if I have to say I work
for the next few weeks on how yeah, oh my god.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
Yeah, and you'll run into a lot of people from Revere.

Speaker 6 (10:31):
Yeah yeah, no, we know that that is their Hawaii. Yeah,
that is like you know, that's the paradise for them.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
Yeah, from the North Georgia, Aruba.

Speaker 6 (10:40):
Yeah, it's a quick flight, right for hours?

Speaker 1 (10:44):
For four hours? Yeah, yeah, well I think maybe take
the rest of the week off anyway, Why.

Speaker 6 (10:50):
Is that to you?

Speaker 1 (10:51):
Why wouldn't you want to?

Speaker 6 (10:54):
Because I mean I want to go to work. I
miss you, guys. I miss having like a routine. Yeah,
I mean yeah, you got damn you all miss me?

Speaker 1 (11:05):
Oh no, no, no, let me check. Curious about missing us.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
We absolutely missed you. But it's like we want to
make sure that you're okay.

Speaker 6 (11:13):
No, no, I know, yeah, I just wanted to. I
was just being cautious.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
So I think that that's good.

Speaker 6 (11:18):
You know you're.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Cautious for uncle Bill.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
Yeah, well you know what, how about this. We're really
close to Halloween, so why don't you come in and
just wear like a mask over your whole food. This
is a good idea, all right, and it'll be our
introduction to Halloween.

Speaker 6 (11:35):
Okay, it's a good one.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
No, if you agree to wear a Halloween mask, you
can commend tomorrow.

Speaker 6 (11:45):
Okay, I'll go. It's a party or stare to Halloween.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
Yeah, Halloween. I gotta be honest with you.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Pumpkinhead back.

Speaker 9 (11:54):
Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
So yeah, can you carve out a pumpkin at the
house and we'll put it on your head and then
we'll all take a shot with me back so festive?
Oh my god, yeah, I know. It's a lot of fun.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
The listeners love it. You know what's really strange when
he's sitting here talking to you. My eye has never
been it you.

Speaker 3 (12:13):
Oh, I know, it's bizarre to me, really, Liza.

Speaker 5 (12:18):
Now the entertainment update with the Billy copstap on Kids.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
So that was Bruno Mars a couple of seconds ago.
How about Rose She went on with Howard's during Yesterday,
talked about making the song apt with the Bruno Mars
that think.

Speaker 8 (12:33):
Kind of decided to take about a year off to
do whatever we wanted to. And I flew out here.
I'd met somebody who was like, you know, let's just
try some sessions. And we were just at the studio
till like midnight past midnight, over like McDonald's. I was
teaching the boys how to play a drinking game and
they were so obsessed with it. It's just this change

(12:53):
and it was like this, like just it's just like
it and they kept doing it all.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
Night, so it was like a joke.

Speaker 8 (12:59):
We were like, we should make a song out of this,
because you know, they seem to love it. We recorded
it and then I felt like he understood the assignment.
So I think without him, I don't know if I
would have believed in this as much as I could,
because he just kind of understood it. He took it,
and then he just knew what to do with it.
And I just I'm still in shock to like what

(13:20):
he's done with it, and that collaboration process is just
it's kind of like a movie and a dream and
pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
For the first time ever, she actually played the original
demo of APT A song is such a jam.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
It does sound so good and it's but the funniest
part is like Bruno heard that and was like.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
Eh, tweak it.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Yeah, a couple of changes here.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
Well you know what thought, I think he made good
changes he did.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
Yeah, he's a genius. Yeah he made a good project
even better. Camilla like they all met a bride to
be at a hotel bar in Ayowa. The bride told her, hey,
she was using Camilla's song first Man as the father
daughter dance. The very next day, how cool is this?
Camilla dropped by the wedding the very next day and
performed at her amazing dad liked.

Speaker 5 (14:07):
And a really special song to it is a song
that I wrote about my dad and about the moment
that I get married.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
Was I have not been married yet, but wonderful my father.

Speaker 1 (14:19):
She's not touring right now? Is she coming like a man?
I am not sure. She was touring overseas. And is
Sean Mendes coming to Boston this week?

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Yes, Thursday Night of the Garden.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Pretty cool, ay, Sean, We're here if you need us,
come on. By meantime, the Coachella festival already sold out.
Justin Bieber and his wife Haley were on the grounds
at the Coachella site yesterday. He did an impromptu music
video for Lista Dunnovan's favorite song Speed Damon. I like Daisies.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
Daisy's a change.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
It's great. That's the best song on the on the
swag one. Yeah it's a groove. Yeah. By the way,
inside her say, his wife Haley is the one who
talked them into doing Coachella.

Speaker 5 (14:55):
Yay.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
And speaking of festivals, just announced the Global Citizens Festival
is this weekend and the weekend is pulling out of
the weekend. Yeah, nobody knows why. He's citing personal reasons.
But Cardi B Is going to replace the weekend at
the festival, which by the way, takes place on Central

(15:16):
Park in New York, and that Cardi B is going
to be on call her Daddy tomorrow. She posted a
teaz yesterday wearing Stefan Diggs jersey.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
Yeah, we'll be going through that interview tomorrow and playing
the best parts for sure.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
Oh yeah, Zaye is announcing a Vegas residency seven nights
at the MGM in Vegas in January. Let's get some
Zane in there. Guy was arrested yesterday at Travis Kelsey's
house trying to serve Taylors with deposition papers. It's part
of that Baldoni.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Right, yep, Blake Lively Baldoni.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
A couple of things. It's two in the morning, nobody's
serving you deposition papers or two in the morning, Nope,
And it's probably you think it could be the stalker,
although the person was arrested and they're saying the stalker
has been missing.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Yeah, that's why she had that bulletproof thing in front
of her at the Chiefs game. Because she legitimately has
a crazy stalker out there. This guy is no good.

Speaker 1 (16:24):
Imagine fearing for your life when you wake up every
morning not knowing who's around the next corner.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
It's a reality for a lot of celebrities.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Yeah, terrifying.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
Jimmy Kimmel is back tonight. Apparently Disney and Kimmel have
had a meaningful conversation, so much so they decided to
let him back on the show. Not all ABC affiliates, though,
will be carrying it. The Sinclair affiliates, I guess, are
not ready to put Kimmel back on the air, but
we'll get him in Boston tonight.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
I see him tonight.

Speaker 3 (16:52):
Yeah, it's I'm curious to see what he's going to
say in his monologue.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
If he says anything. He almost has to write, Yeah,
I think he will. And Dave port Noy had a
lot to say yesterday about Tom Brady and his deal
to play flag football in Saudi Arabia, a big flag
football tournament. Here's port noir right here.

Speaker 9 (17:10):
Seventy five million he got paid to do this, the
fastest growing game in the world. Flag football question, obviously,
is how much for each of you coach to go
out there and coach this flag football game. Greg, if
they said, hey, old man, dust it off, we want
you to get back in here play some football, Greg,

(17:31):
what's your price?

Speaker 1 (17:32):
Would you do this? And by the way, it is weird.

Speaker 9 (17:33):
Brady's saying, anybody who's like this was normal, it wasn't.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
It was weird. But go he got seventy five million.
Seventy five million? Is that real? Yes? Wow, that's Greg
Olsen from Fox, and Brady responded.

Speaker 5 (17:47):
Li, he goes, are we just picking numbers out of
a hat and reporting them while we're breaking news? Elvis
is doing the halftime show, Babe Ruth is going to
sign some autographs for fans. Brady continued, Also, I heard
day prefers floppy pizza.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
I cannot tell you I've said it before. I love
this new Brady too. You know, he's found a sense
of humor, he's found a personality. He's pretty funny and
by the way, I like him in the Fox broadcast
booth during the games.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
Yeah, he either is getting the seventy five million or
he's not, you know, and he is mad.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
They got leaked.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
He's definitely getting something.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
Definitely, Well, didn't he get two or three hundred million
from Fox.

Speaker 3 (18:25):
That was over ten years. You know, it was over
thirty million a year for ten years. This is for
one event.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Boy, he should have gotten on a football a long
time because a lot of money. It's the Saudi money. Yeah.
And that's just a couple of the projects he's got working. Oh,
don't forget. He's got card Vault by Tom Brady. That's
he's partnered with my son. He's got a lot of
things going on, a lot of coals in the fire,
as they say. And don't forget, we're giving away jingle
ball tickets right after nine o'clock this morning. What's the

(18:53):
precise time? Justin nine ten and we're brought to you
by Dover Rug. There are literal dozens of reasons why
you should go to Dover Rug for rugs and door carpning,
but in fifteen seconds we can only tell you where
to go, and that's Dover Rug in Natick, Boston, Burlington

(19:13):
or doverrug dot com and there you go.

Speaker 7 (19:16):
I always like to start off my day with little
Camilla Caveio.

Speaker 5 (19:20):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss one o eight Studios.

Speaker 2 (19:23):
We're back with Villy and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
Okay, We've got a pair of tickets for jingle Ball.
These tickets aren't even printed yet. We haven't even announced
the jing jingle Ball concert, yes yet, but we will
Friday morning at seven fifteen, right exactly.

Speaker 5 (19:39):
I can't wait. This is a new England holiday tradition.
And like you said, you get to win tickets before
we even announce the show.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
Yeah. So we need a College twenty five. But the
College twenty five, if you get through, you will need
a keyword, and the keyword is steakhouse. And the keyword
is steakhouse. Because my friend Jason Karen, chef Jason Karen
is in studio. Good to see you, buddy, How are
you great? Thanks for having me, Great to have you here.
So you've got post nineteen seventeen reading. How long has
reading been there? About a year and a half. Now,

(20:06):
when did you open the Lexington location? It's July, okay.
And one of the reasons Jason is here is because
Jason and I are teaming up for an event next
week September thirtieth. It's going to be at All Modern
at Market Street in Lynnfield and Jason, you're going to
be providing the food. It's meat to eat with Billy. Well,
meet to eat with Billy and Jason.

Speaker 7 (20:26):
I like that meat to eat.

Speaker 1 (20:28):
Yeah, meat get it, steakhouse. It all falls together, doesn't it.
I got to tell you something, Jason. Okay, you see
Justin over there in the other studio. Nobody grills more
than Jason does. He just had seventy six people at
the house this past weekend. Okay, so he's always on
the grill. When you last came in, you brought some steak.

(20:49):
He took some of the steak home and said, it's
by far the best. Am I lying? Jason?

Speaker 3 (20:54):
My name's Justin. That's Jason. It's okay, it's all right.
We worked together how many years? Yeah, it was fantash shingles.
It was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Jason, Oh,
I love that. Thank you very much. Where do you
get your stakes?

Speaker 7 (21:07):
So we use brandt All Natural Farms out of California
and Allen Brothers delivers it.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Wow.

Speaker 7 (21:13):
There Literally I have grown men stand up as I
walk by and they grab my arm and they go,
that's the best steak I've ever had.

Speaker 3 (21:20):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (21:22):
It's like, that's the best compliment you can ever get.
So the Meat to Eat again is next week. And
by the way, if you want to DM me, and
a couple of people have already because it's sold out
in like two minutes. But if you want to DM me,
I might might make room for a few special guests
of mine on a guest list of that. And I
just don't know where to go. Oh you dm me
on my Instagram.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Yeah, and then that's what I do for my book clubing.

Speaker 5 (21:43):
You just look and you know, yeah, you take their
names and ask who their guest name is.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
Yeah, if they go, so go to the Billy Consta
on Instagram and we'll go through the dms. But in
the meantime, So, okay, so it's next week. What are
you going to be serving.

Speaker 7 (21:58):
I'm going to bring a little surf and turf action. Yeah,
crab cakes serve with our cage and lobster sauce and
paired with our perfectly cooked tenor LOI.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
Oh yeah, Now what do you serve with the crabcake?
Because this is a pet peeve of mine and I
have to address it right now. Yes, we had this
conversation before.

Speaker 7 (22:15):
So when they're hot, so you can't use cocktail sauce,
but we use a cage we use lobster sauce.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
It is out of this world. Why can't you have both?
You can't? Oh so you can?

Speaker 7 (22:28):
Oh no, no, only you can't only give you cocktail sauce.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
So if I'm in the restaurant having crabcakes at Post
nineteen seventeen and Lexington or Redding, I can say, by
the way, any chance person with a yacht crab cake?

Speaker 7 (22:45):
Well, yeah, yeah, actually we'll got dipsy I'm gonna have
to try that when I get back.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
If I care, I'm telling you it's going to change
your life. Okay, you know, you do it privately for
the first time, you know, back in the kitchen, and
so it's got some cra crab cakes laid out or
little cocktail sauce and a dish, a little dipsy doodle,
and you got yourself a new crab cake. Baby, That's
what I'm talking about. I'll call it the Billy. Oh
I like it's okay? Oh can I get a dish

(23:10):
on the menu? Yeah? Sure, Oh that'd be cool. Oh
you can call it meat to eat. I love that. Oh.
You know what, we're developing new projects right now. You know,
we're stinkers here in the billion. Lisa Morning Show. We
got to talk about the reading location again. It's Post
nineteen seventeen. You can go to Post nineteen seventeen dot com.
But it was a post office. How the hell do
you turn a post office into a beautiful restaurant. You

(23:33):
let your wife do all the decorating.

Speaker 7 (23:34):
That's that's how I did it.

Speaker 2 (23:36):
You are a smart man, and she is. She did
a good job, an amazing job.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
And she is an interior decorator.

Speaker 7 (23:43):

Speaker 3 (29:07):
Yeah, we do the opposite with her. Yeah, So when
she starts saying like kind of mean things, because sometimes
she does, we'll just turn that voice on.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
That's a good idea.

Speaker 6 (29:16):
Oh my god, I can't even take Winnie's call. I
am absolutely dying every time.
