no matter what your gender can and.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
I have no issues. I have no shame in doing so.
You know, I don't like hair. I've always shaved like
my well not back in the day, but you know,
when I started to really take care of myself, I
started shaving, and then I always.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
Mean one think about it. I don't want to cut
you off.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Well you just did, but it's okay because I.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
Just bought my head. There was a time and a
place right where you didn't brush.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
Your teeth, yeah, for almost a year.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
And now you have a brand new teeth.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Bowtox and laser hair removal.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Yeah, that doesn't say one eight. I don't know what
I know you can fucking brush your teeth.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
Well, the boat the bowtox is.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
I remember when Billy's son came in Alex and he goes, yeah,
I just got bro tox. Yeah, I go, is that botox?
He goes, yeah, it's botox. We call it brotox. It
was just a little bit of whatever. He's like, you
should do it, and I'm like, you think and he's
like yeah. So then you know, I got with Nurse
Fiona and she started doing laser hair removal and she's like,
would you have one of you botox? And I go, well,
Billy Sundas brotos. She goes, you could do a little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
I'm like, why not.

Speaker 4 (01:18):
Yeah, I's sure while you're there today, So you're going today,
You're getting back there, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
If we have time. There's a lot of there's a
lot of real estate on this body.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
You're a big dude.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Yeah, while they're there, maybe ask them.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
You have a little ZiT on your nose, you might
want to ask her to take that out.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
I also have zits on my back too.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Maybe ask for a little a little facial on your back.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Well, she said, she said something about that. Where's the pimp?

Speaker 3 (01:46):
I mean, it's like real that ship.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
What is going on?

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Okay, I gotta get ready here because the other thing
is I mean, I'm a married man. I'm a one
woman guy. Yeah, but the women at Nurse Fiona very tractice.
They all are so wonderfully I don't want to rock
walk in there with my Every.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
Single one of them is so zoey, Mary, Sam, I
don't think you met Sam Love Sam, Fiona, Yeah, nurse Alissa.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
So yeah, I'm going to go and get that done.
So that's good. We talked about my gym fight today, Listen.
I was very concerned about doing that story on the
air because I didn't want to come off like I
was picking on an elderly person on first right, all
I did was tell him to stop talking next to me,
and he's the one that took it to that level.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
But doesn't feel good to get pumped.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
You want to see the results so far of the
pole I did.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
He did a pole.

Speaker 4 (02:37):
I said, what would you have done if you were
justin Oh? I said, hit the guy, walk away, tell management,
or leave the gym.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Okay what they say?

Speaker 4 (02:46):
So so far, it's eleven percent hit him, forty four
percent walk away, forty four percent tel management fucking snitches yeah,
and zero percent leave the gym.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
So I mean you did the right. I mean, so
far people are doing what he would have done.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
I just walked away the old you know, punch, and
that's like old stuff.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
I can't do. I'm a father.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Now, imagine the embarrassment, especially if I got arrested like
that would be a huge story.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Oh my god. I would have loved it.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
Oh my god, I would have fucking loved it.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
You wouldn't have you know why, because I'd probably be
removed from my job.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
You'd have more work to do.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Remove you. Listen, listen. There's one thing I've learned in
this business. It takes a lot to hear removed.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
I don't know. Elderly abuse. That's another story.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
Oh someone commented seventy one years old in Aten seventeen,
if you're seventy one and don't want to get hit
by the big guy who just smoked four hundred pounds,
and maybe don't act like a tough guy.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
I love that jim etic I love that person. But
that guy he has balls of steel. I mean, listen.
He checked, he walked behind, he checked me. He was like, yeah, kid,
you want a mouth off to me? Boom and uh yeah.
There was a moment.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
I had a moment I saw red. I started running.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
I ran right up to him and he just turned
around and he's like, you know, how old I am
seventy one?

Speaker 3 (03:57):
Does he look seventy one?

Speaker 1 (03:58):
He doesn't. No, I mean he looks old, but he's
in good shape.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Please get the video.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
The owner said he's gonna look at the video.

Speaker 4 (04:06):
No, no, no, but I need you should say I need
the video for my records.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Okay, and then I am going I'll edit it. I'll
edit out the gym, I'll edit out the fucking man.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
And no, I know, but if I ask him for it,
he's gonna probably want to plug.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
That's the thing.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
Great, Fine, what do you care.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
I'll ask him. I'll ask him. It's crazy.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
I'll put the location.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Yeah, choice fitness, Choice, fitness, the only choice for fitness.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
Great, I need this video. You have no idea how
badly I need this video.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
I'll find out. Come on, I'll find it.

Speaker 4 (04:38):
Come on.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Okay, do it for the fucking plot. Do it for
the Gram, Do.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
It for the Gram real quick.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
We did two local Legends. The first two yesterday. They
went fantastic. We went out the four of us and
rot producer Riley. We chased down two people, one literally
on the street, chased him down and the other one.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
At a school.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
So this Friday we will unveil our first local Legend
the next Friday, the next one, but it was really good.
The second one that we did, I almost started crying.
It was there was a moment there, so the energy
it was great. Yeah, it was great.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
It was great.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
And we're just giving back to people that are in
the community that you know, do amazing things and don't
get that recognition just went away. Dot Com slash Legend
no guarantees. There's a lot of submissions.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
And we only have a couple of to giveaway.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
And also the thing is that some people they just write,
I nominate this person.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
That's it.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
We need description.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Yeah, because we're reading through right as a team, and
the ones that stick out to us, those are the
ones we're choosing, the.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Two that we had to start off.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
When I saw their submissions by the people that submitted them,
I was like, oh my god, yeah, we need to
meet these people.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
And after meeting.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
Them, I'm like, I like knew that, like they were
the people that were because the people hyping them up.
That's such a good job, and I'm like, I need
to meet them. And when I met them, I'm like,
oh my god, these are amazing people.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
They did not disappoint No, that's for sure.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
So don't disappoint us, don't pick some don't give me something.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
And it's a dud.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Another thing too, and this has to do with you
as well. We can't don't nominate people that we know.
That's unethical. It happened to me too, it happened.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
Oh what happened to you?

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Yeah, I don't think people knew that.

Speaker 4 (06:11):
That I that it was my cousin's wife got nominated
and we had on the same last name. Yeah, and
so I saw because Lisa was and she, oh, this
was a good one.

Speaker 3 (06:19):
I go, no, that's my cousin's wife.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Can't Yeah, no, they I mean, and they have every
right to be. But unfortunately they're connected. Like the woman
that has all the children the legend Lynn failed. I'm
going to a Halloween party at a house this weekend
and someone nominated her and she would be perfect. I mean,
she adopted seven kids. Amazing, amazing story. Yeah, there's a connection.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
I don't know if the person knew were early because
it's like her neighbor and they don't live they don't
live live in a different town.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
I don't know if she knows that were related.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
But well, even yesterday. I went home and told Jen
about the two local legends, and Jen goes, wait, can
I nominate somebody? I hope somebody I want to nominate.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
I'm like no.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
My girlfriend goes, I'm a local legend. I'm I'm like,
shut the fuck up. She was like, if you don't
want to, you want to celebrate me. I'm like, I
celebrate you enough. I'm like, I don't want to hear it.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
There's so many. Yeah, there's so many.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
We'll do the best that we can, but that that'll
happen on Friday, we will unveil the first local legends.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
So that's cool. And I gotta go Winny, I get
I gotta get laser. Way do you have to go
to bed?

Speaker 4 (07:16):
I gotta go to grasping of my mom's. I gotta
go work out. I gotta go clean my house. I
gotta go babysit. I gotta go to therapy, which is
until later today. I have to get them to eat.

Speaker 3 (07:27):
I'm fucking hungry. All the above.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
Be careful at the gym for any.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
Lucky.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
Today I'm working out at my home gym, which is
like there's never anyone in it.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
You never know, you know, what you know what the
worst is when you're at like a gym, like your apartment, right.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
Yeah, it's usually empty, Yeah yeah normally.

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Yeah, didn't this happens to you? Actually, we want that?

Speaker 2 (07:45):
Told me when you want a treadmill and someone came
in and went right next to you.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
This is this man has been living in my property.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
I think the same most time as I because he
gave me COVID like three years ago. And every time
he must go on in his lundry, he must work
from home and go on his lunch break because I'll
catch him if I go at like noon or like
one at my.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
Place, and he'll always go next.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
To me on the fucking tried mail when there's another
one open, the next one over, And then I see
him and now I realize now that I moved, we
live in the same building, and he'll like say hi
sometimes and I'm like, you're.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
So fucking annoying, bro. You gave me COVID like you
cough and hack, and you have no gym in a head.
Oh my god, I hate him.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
That's weird.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
I'm sure he's a nice person.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
I don't like if it's packed, someone's next to me,
that's fine. But if there's other machines, I'm like, just
let me be. I'm all over here, sweating and breathing
all over it.

Speaker 4 (08:31):
Especially it's a very small gym anyways, it's not like
a big gym.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
So anyway, another great day today weather wise. If you're
listening to this podcast early, enjoy the weather and we
will talk on the after show tomorrow

Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
