Speaker 1 (00:00):
God, Winnie, it just feels like we were on vacation.
We were, and we were off for a week. Yes,
and now we have a three day.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Weekend, which is nice but not as exciting.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
It would have been better if we took this week.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
I lobby for this week. No one listened to me.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
I thank you.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Well.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Our boss did that thing where he said, well, okay,
if you really have to, but jigs, I know, but
kids are back to school with teachers and stuff, and
I no, I get it, I get it, I get it.
It's fine. It's actually not that bad. We had a
week off, we came back for a week. Now that
week's over. Today's Friday, and now we have a three
day weekend, so that's good. And we have a big
cook a cookout at my house this weekend.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Okay day.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
It's on Sunday. And I say it big only because
of one reason. And this is something new. We have
a dunk tank coming.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Oh yeah, you said that it was happening.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Yeah, the dunk tank is coming. It'll be there at
ten am on Sunday.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Where does one find a dunk tank?

Speaker 1 (00:50):
You know, it's a good question. I don't know. You
rent them? My friend got it. It was his idea.
We went to in Salem, New Hampshire. They had like
Salem Family Fun Day or whatever. They they had one
there and we were watching it and I'm like, wow,
this is cool, and he goes, I'm renting one. Oh, okay,
so that should be good.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
I can't wait to hear all about that.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
It'd be good. The pool will be interesting because every
year it's getting more and more clear that I need
to get a heater, especially now beginning and ending of
the season, because it's not warm enough throughout the day
and night. At night it gets cooler and it cools
the water, and then the sun's not out or warm
enough during the day to warm it back up, so

(01:30):
the water is really cold. I don't care, but everybody
else does so well.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
I mean, it's your forever home, it's it not it is,
so it's a decent investment, it is.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Yeah, Now you invest all this into your other toys.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Right, But there's other things I have to get for
the pool first that are expensive. Everything's expensive, like a liner,
yea pool cover. You know, you're looking at like seven
eight grand just for that. Yeah, then the heat is
another three or four grand. I mean I don't have
that money. You know, I got metaglasses. Okay, all right.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
But if you don't have the money, but you have medaglasses.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
That's right, that's right. So any plans for you?

Speaker 2 (02:06):
A wedding.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
I have a wedding tomorrow. My friend Cash's getting married. Oh,
I'm looking forward to it.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
You are, Oh yeah you're not.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Yeah, you're not. I love her. I'm looking forward to.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
It because it's a Labor day wedding.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
No, it's on a fucking boat. Bro Oh, I'm trapped
on a boat for four hours.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
I already declined the after party.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
There's no leaving that.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
There's no leaving.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
You could go over.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
Board, yeah, I mean, I mean obviously I'm not her family.
For we've been front of Severe fifteen, so I don't
our family half my life.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
They're nice. I know.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
Her aunt's actually a big fan of the show. I've
never I haven't met her, so I guess I'll chat
with her. Oddly enough, she's been dating her fiance for
five years. I've never actually met him, which is hilarious because.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
What happened was she ended up moving away. Remember I
went and visit her.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
She went to medical school down in South Carolina, so
they were like long distance for a bit. Yes, and
he works in medical field, so I feel like her
and I just hang out like when he's working or whatever.
So I've literally never met him, so that's interesting, and
we don't we never shared friends in high school. So
all the friends from high school that are going I'm

(03:16):
not necessarily friendly with, Like I can have a conversation
with them, like it's fine, but it's not like I'm
hanging out with my besties all night, and she'll.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Be busy, so I'm just going to support her.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
So me and Klobs will probably just hang in some
corner corner.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Of the of the boat.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
I mean, it's gonna be nice.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
Yeah, No, it's gonna be I just don't like the
idea that I can't leave, you know, stuck. And she
loves me, and she knows me that she didn't invite
me to the bachelortte party because knew I didn't want
to go, so she even put that on me.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
You know, Listen, I'm all for Labor Day weekends. Today
is my eleven year wedding anniversary obviously, so oh.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
I got married La Day August. On September August twenty ninth. Yeah,
which is what are you doing?

Speaker 1 (03:55):
So we'll probably do dinner tomorrow night. Okay, you know
we we had we went to Peetown last week, so
Nannie had the kids for like three or four yes, yeah,
so we don't want Honestly, I would like to go
off for the night. Yeah, but we'll probably just do dinner.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Yeah. And your last one you went away for your tenure.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yeah, we went to a Ruba every five years. Will
take a really dope trip. That's what we decided. So
but we're bringing the kids back to a Ruba in March.
We're trying to plan that now. And I already gave
her a gift. I gave her her gift early. Actually,
I gave her gift on Wednesday. What do you mean
you're looking at them medaglasses? Yeah, not not for her,

(04:35):
you're the ones that you're wearing.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
Yeah, okay, you're literally going.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
To be a wild weekend in my house. Come yeah,
once you hear this sound, hold on there, ew ew
ew I'm coming home.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
That's funny you say that. So I gave my boyfriend
his gift. I didn't say yesterday in the podcast. On Wednesday,
gave him his gift. Right, I want you to tell
me what if I did a good job.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
I'll give you a score on one to five, one
being bad, five being excellent.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
I got him Chanel cologne.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
We likes cologne. That's that's a given.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
And then I got him a gift card to bass
pro Shop because he had something he wanted to buy
from there.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
And then I paid for.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Like dinner or lunch, ice cream, made him a cake,
got on balloons.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
That's enough other things. I'll give it. I'll give it
a four, honestly, at a five. I'm not going to
give it a five only because you know you could
have you could have got the glasses.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
Oh but you know, okay, I had to Well, actually
he wears glasses, so he couldn't wear them.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
No, you get prescriptions.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
They have prescriptions.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
Yes, as soon as you open the box and says
click right hand order your prescription. You have it one day. Really,
come on, baby.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
He wears glasses, saw him like he wouldn't able to.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
Wear the coolth man would love them.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
I'll ask him if he would like that.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
Maybe I'll come for a Christmas all right, if he's
going to use them for evil like you maybe I won't.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
I'm not.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
It's not for evil, it's full consensual I actually I
haven't asked her.

Speaker 3 (06:02):
Yet, so you're just potential mentoringers across.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
Anyway, have a great Labor Day weekend. We'll talk in
a few days on Tuesday,
