Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, we're rolling.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
We're rolling.

Speaker 3 (00:01):
It's the after Show, justin, Winnie, Welcome in, everybody. It's
a Thursday.

Speaker 1 (00:04):
It is.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
The show just ended. So now we're recording the after show.
That's what we do. We record it, Winnie. We don't
do it live.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Hey, quick after show podcast question, which I feel kind
of stupid for asking because I feel like podcasting automatically
means that it's not live. But the question is, is
there a way to listen to the after show podcast
live and that's when we're leaving talkbacks or is it

(00:33):
like recorded and then played? Thank you.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Well, it's recorded and then we put it up right
after we're done. It is not live like the radio, Yeah, because.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
We can't stream it through anything, so we're just like
recording our voices and then uploading like you'd uphold like
an Instagram video.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
It's almost live, yeah, I mean it's.

Speaker 5 (00:51):
In real time like we do it right after the show.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
So if you listen at around ten o'clock when it
goes up, you're almost listening live.

Speaker 5 (00:58):
Yeah, it's like ten minutes from.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Yeah, and that was a talkback because now we have
talkbacks on the after show. If you didn't know when
you're listening, there is a microphone that you can press
and you can chime in on the conversation.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
But we'll get to it a day later.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
You know, yesterday we were talking about how I did
or did not sound like Ben Affleck.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
Remember that, Yeah, Hi.

Speaker 6 (01:14):
Justin and Whinnie. This is in response to the after
podcast when you said, Justin that Mike Brockett likes you
because your voice sounds like Ben Affleck, and Whinnie was saying, no,
it doesn't. I actually do hear mavit you mentioned it.
I do think you sound like Ben Affleck. So you
can let Winny know that I was thinking to have

(01:35):
a great day.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Well, she's right here, she can hear you.

Speaker 5 (01:37):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
So the thing about Winnie is that she's known me
too long, so anytime there's something new, she's like, no,
that's not the Justin that I know, right, that's what
it is.

Speaker 5 (01:47):
Yeah, I can't hear it. I want to hear it.
I'm not trying not you. I just don't hear it.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
No, I get you. You know you know how that
that term code switching. Yeah, that's a real thing. Yeah,
but not it's not really a negative thing. I feel
like everybody does it, But I talk differently when I'm
here with you guys versus how I'm on the radio
versus when I'm with my friends.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Yeah, you know, Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (02:11):
No, It's true. I love He'll do it.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
I feel like I don't do it, but I just
I just can't turn myself off.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Well, you're just naturally who you are to everybody, it
doesn't matter who they are, you know, but me. Yeah,
And earlier this week we had the mighty one Mighty
mcab he's our No one knows what he is, but
he doesn't know what he is.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
He's kind of like our boss under our boss.

Speaker 5 (02:34):
He's our boss's assistant.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Yes, so we go to him for he.

Speaker 4 (02:37):
Has authority over certain things that we do. He's not
like an assistant, like a personal assistant.

Speaker 5 (02:42):
He's like a co creator mind.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
The best way to explain it is, our boss is
the boss of here, of Kiss one to Wait. But
our boss has continued to grow in his career, so
now he oversees many radio stations across the country. He's
actually a really big wig in the company, in the
music industry, the radio industry, and so McCay was brought
in because he's like really good. So he kind of
oversees it locally, right.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
Because Dylan, our boss just we talked about him. He's
stationed here in Boston.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
He lives here, you know, he's a home here, whatever,
family here, but he goes to other places he oversees.
He'll email, like, He'll might be in our building, but
he'll be talking to somebody in Ohio or Connecticut telling them.

Speaker 5 (03:22):
What to do on their radio station.

Speaker 4 (03:24):
So McCabe's kind of like, hey, Dylan's busy, Can I
get your ear if I have something.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
The day to day stuff?

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Yeah, you know, but if we have a real problem,
then we can always go to Dylan. But did you
know any of that Dylan is he is so high
up and so when he makes decisions about music that
those decisions can impact like the music charts, it's.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
Fucking so fucking funny to me.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
It's so crazy, Yeah, because you know, he's he's a
music he's a program director, so he chooses what movement
music's going to go on or to come off. So
that's probably what he does. But yeah, he's pretty h
he's pretty big deal. And anyway, McKay, he was on
the podcast with us a couple of days ago. When
was that Tuesday?

Speaker 5 (04:05):
Wednesday?

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Tuesday? Yeah, hey, justin it's Attorney Ken. Is the mighty
one single asking for a friend? I E me, okay,
love you things.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
I didn't know Attorney Ken were single. I thought, why
did think Attorney Can was married a boyfriend or something.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
I actually thought maybe he did say that he did,
but he is single.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
A lot of a lot of game in are in
open relationships, so maybe they're just China.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
Oh well, Attorney Ken, let us know. And yes, the
Mighty one is single.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
He is single.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
He is single.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
Yeah, it's so funny. I hate what people say that
work cute together. He's very mostly gay.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
What do you mean he is gay?

Speaker 5 (04:40):
Well he's yeah, he's he doesn't identify as gay.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Oh right, he's he looks at the person, not the gender.

Speaker 5 (04:49):
Right, I think he's.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Bye.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
I don't should be talking about this, Okay, I'm sorry
you brought it up.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
No, because pants actuals when you look at the person
not the gender, like.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
What I did.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
My fuck is an what he does though.

Speaker 5 (05:01):
No, he I feel like he's really Oh, I always.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
Thought he was just he prefers guys, like for example,
last night at the book club. It was Riley and
McCabe and me, and we're just sitting there watching the
event and one of the woman I don't know who
the woman was, but she walked by us and she
said something to Riley which I'm not sure. She asked
her a question that maybe other bathroom was and she,
you know, she looked down at Riley. Right. I looked
at her, and she goes, can I just say you

(05:25):
have beautiful eyes? To Riley? And she was like thank
you and walked away, and McCabe goes, now, why can't
I say that to men? I was like, yeah, sure
you can.

Speaker 5 (05:39):
But yeah, no, I don't know what's going on with him.
But he's single.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
He's single and ready to mingle. Yeah for sure, So
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (05:47):
Sure he can't hit me up. I might have a
gay for you. Oh really, No, actually no, I'm thinking
I don't think I do.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
I thought you were out of the gay world.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
I have gay guy friends. I am no longer participating
in the gay lifestyle. Okay, okay, this was my my
I had my little gay phase and now I'm back
to my roots.

Speaker 5 (06:06):
But nothing wrong with that.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
I think love is love and you fall for like
the person and not their looks, correct for their private parts.
So you know, if you would like to indulge in
those things, I say, go for it. It was a
good time. No, no, no, it was fun. It wasn't good.
It was fun though.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
It was fun.

Speaker 5 (06:24):
Yeah, it was a horrible time, but it was fun.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
In the beginning. It was fun.

Speaker 5 (06:28):
It was always fun. Just wasn't well.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
There was some things going on, yeah, some stuff. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
So anyway, Yeah, leave us a talk back. We will
try our best to get to it. We'll have a
podcast tomorrow and then next week is Memorial Day week
right there.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Yeah, go forward to that.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
So but you could go back to your DJ like
roots the moment Memorial Day weekend made.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
No, I'll do what DJ Farren does. He's if you pussy,
don't stink, put your hands up. If you pussy, don't stink,
put your hands up. He's not that's a direct quote.
I know.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
That's not like the people that are like that's he
actually has said that people I.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
Know, pussy don't stink, put your hands up. Anyway, we gotta.

Speaker 5 (07:14):
Get both hands are up right now.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
I put him down and put him out
