Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, welcome in everybody. It's the Aftershow podcast. Got

(00:02):
to start with an apology. We had some technical issues
yesterday with the podcast, so uh yeah, it went up
for a little while. There was some issues and we
had to take it down. We're sorry, but you didn't
miss anything great.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
I thought it was a good one.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
I liked it. Yeah. Well we talked about you know,
about the weekend with Darius. Yeah, and you and Billy
on his boat and your boyfriend the cloth man.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Yeah, we talked about lots of things.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Yeah, it was good.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
But like Justin said, don't worry about it.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Yeah, you know, we'll deliver a new product today that
will be just as compelling or much less or much more.
I don't know. Maybe you never know. Anyway, when he today,
I am going to work out and for people that
care about my fitness journey. Yes, I mentioned this on
the air that I've changed what I do. So in

(00:49):
the in the lifting world, the weightlifting world, you it's
a general rule that you always lift weights and then
you do cardio because you don't want the cardio to
take too much energy that will go into building your
muscles to tearing down your muscles. But I changed that
and now I'm doing cardio first.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
Well, isn't it normally? I don't. I mean I do lift,
but not like you. I thought you warm up with
cardio to get your muscles going.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
Well, you can warm up, which is which is recommended.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Yeah, walking, but not like actually deal, Yeah, I'm.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Running, I'm running. I'm doing like thirty minutes or more
of running, walking, biking so that you know, I'm really
pushing my body, and then weightlifting. So basically just putting
more emphasis on the cardio part because you're cutting. No, no, no,
the weight, It's just more of just the longevity of life.
Are you cutting?

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Are you gonna bulke for a winter?

Speaker 1 (01:38):
I don't know. Yeah, yeah, I might add some in
the fall, but right now I'm intermittent fast thing, so
I'm only eating three meals a day, so I'm basically
watching my calories.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
What your what are your goals? I feel like they
keep changing? Would so yeah, keep moving the goal post,
which is fine, But do you have an ultimate like
I would be happy and I would just maintain.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Ultimately, I want to get rid of my bitch tits.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Yeah, but isn't that because of the pockets the fat
that you had surgery like you might never it's like
sometimes like someone that has like a lot of excess fat,
like good surgery.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Yeah, So I got got on a capacity of a
boob job and the doctor said to me, you know,
we're gonna take out the tissue, but I can't do
anything about the sides because that's a different surgery, the
skin surgery. So he said it might tighten up because
you're younger. It didn't. So you know, it really fixed
the front of my boob like if you look straight on,
but the side is just very.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Very But I feel like no matter how muscle you get,
it's gonna be there.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
I'm holding it right now. It's not fat, it's there. Yeah,
Well you can't spot. You can't spot reduce fat, you
know what I mean. You can't no matter how many
calories you eat under you can't choose where the fat's
gonna go. So my arms and my legs are very
lean but right there, so that if you're ask me
what my goal is would be takeet rid of those.

(02:53):
But really my goal is to just have a good,
good cardio with some weightlifting mixed in.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
So now you don't care about being like lifting.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Five pounds, no, I'm lifting very light and slow.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
What's light for you?

Speaker 1 (03:06):
Well, it's still kind of heavy.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Like my boyfriend Squat's like three point fifty.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
That's really yeah, you can tell me that. Yeah, that's
pretty good.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
Yeah yeah I thought so. You know, he's like two
hundred good form, Yeah, he said. He sends to me
in the day. He's like, and og came up to
me and tapped him up, and he's like.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Where does he lift?

Speaker 2 (03:25):
He lit he he goes.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
You got to say the gym regular gym, like a
regular commercial gym.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
So he trains legs obviously. Yes, that's great. Yes, people
that don't train.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Legs, yeah, I know he does.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Yeah, he's like, it's a running joke in the in
my gym, one of my gyms, in the leg area,
because you know, they always have a separate area for
the legs. It's always empty. Really, see, I you're a girl.
Girls girls want to focus on there.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Yeah. I do with Sam. There's some times, but it's
so funny sometimes like I sear, we just did leg day.
I fucking don't want you like day because you're just
so it's tie erring and then your stor for like
two days after.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
That's how people skip.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Yeah, I do. I've always had very nice I feel
like thick legs and they're not. They're muscly and you
know that I save lives. So I've always been pretty
happy with my legs. But it's crazy when you're targeting
the muscle.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
Well, especially glutes. Yeah, your booty, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
I definitely had a bigger I've definitely had like the
biggest part I've ever had like shaped.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Well that's from training.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Training, from training.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
There's a booty area in my one of my other gyms.
It's a dedicated area in the gym for booty.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
It's so weird now that I've been working out and like,
you know, doing lifting and stuff, now I know when
a butt is like shaped from working out or just
they have a big butt.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Of a lot of it's genetic.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Yeah, but some of you can tell, oh that person,
yeah that's shaped.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
That's how it is at the gym with the booty zone.
It's all the girls go there. Yeah, and yeah you.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Can like some people have a head start in life. Yeah,
but you can tell you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
Well, my wife is a good example. She's never worked out.
She has a big butt genetically. Yeah, which's weird. Her
mother has no ass, not that I check out her,
but she doesn't look like her mother. Sound like her
mother or anything. Yeah, she looks like her dad.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
Is that why you married her? Nothing like her mother?

Speaker 1 (05:18):
No. I I loved her and she had a big butt.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
No, but you weren't like you know sometimes you look
at your future. I don't want that.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Oh no, she's not going down.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
You were like, Oh, at least I know I won't
be getting that.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
Yeah, well I got when we were younger. She was like,
I told the story, but she it was her butt.
You know, she's beautiful, but she had the biggest butt
of any girl that we knew.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
She's a big shape.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
Yeah. Yeah, and I know. I encourage her to to
get in the gym, not to like lose weight or
anything being healthy. Yeah, which she tried. Oh she did
a class with Jenna at Stretch Strategy. Oh yeah, she
really liked it. But it's just more of the consistency.
You know, it's tough.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
I wish I could go more. I'm just so far away.
I try to go after work sometimes, but if I, like,
even during vacation, I was going to go up, but
it was like a nine to thirty class. I'm like,
I'm on my kid seven, you know what I mean, Like,
I gotta find a place closer to me, but I
will go there, like you know, pop in here and
because I.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Think they do classes in the morning there and then
they take a break I think, and then in the afternoon.
So it kind of sucks. But I actually got to
text her. I gotta go see her. She's been avoiding me.
Why not? Really, I to.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Text her too. I should try. I try to book
them both them the same day so I can do
one in the other, you know, at the same time. Yeah,
but you're lucky, you like ten minutes from there. I
wish I r I'm like, I've thought about moving closer
just to be able to go there more. I love
it so much.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
It's really a great environment. That's Sea Wickson Studio. Yes,
so welcoming.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Yeah, they really are.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
And Jen loved the class. She was so sore. Yeah,
it's just about getting into that consistent routine.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
Yeah, Calie the owner is awesome. They're such a welcoming
bunch of ladies.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Yeah. I swear that she just wants to Jenna just
wants to see me. Get on those machines. What's the machines?
The pilates the reformer? Reformer?

Speaker 2 (06:56):
I don't know why they want us to do one,
to get like like a private I.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Want to see me squirm because here I am with
my big life.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Don't we do Why don't we do one together? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Maybe because they don't want to video it.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
So who's going to edit it? You act like you're
not gonna tell me, hey, take that out, don't post that?
But do you know what I mean? I'm gonna be
the one editing it.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Actually, now that I think of it, I could wear
short shorts.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
And then you, oh the guys in Peetown show them
what they're gonna be getting soon.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
Yeah baby, So yeah, okay, all right, well this is good.
We're making progress.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
Happy for you?

Speaker 1 (07:30):
All right? Well, I gotta jump in this meeting Whennie,
that could be an email.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
But I have so are you gonna so? As the
executive producer? Will you go and I'll just take it
in the car?

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Do we both need to be there?

Speaker 1 (07:40):
Honestly, I would take it in the car. I just
got nothing going on. I don't work out until one
and jem my wife's working from home. So she's busy.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
Oh well, at ten thirty today, which is very soon,
I'll be in the meeting. Kind I want to get going.
My aunt is signing her lease to move into my cogs. Yeah,
like the official start of me and my aunt.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
Living in the you know what it is, your caretaker era.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
It was so funny. My boyfriend said something about because
my niece's birthday was the other day, and he was
Aunt Nancy coming, and I was like, Oh, don't you worry.
You're gonna seeing plenty of Aunt Nancy, like she'll be
seeing plenty of her.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
I can't wait for these updates.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
Oh, it's going to be a time. I mean, we
do remember what happened at Christmas time? Remind me the
rat story in the house.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
Oh yeah, it's never a moment in your life. All right, Well,
we're sorry about yesterday's podcast, but you know what, you
get a brand new one if.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
You DM me. I'll tell you why. I actually tell
you why len Balk dm me looking for it. I
told her why podcast that you had to delete it?

Speaker 1 (08:43):
No, it was what are you talking about? It was
it was a technical, difficult technical issue. That's why I
went down that. Yeah, there was no story. Oh yeah
you're talking about Oh okay, yeah, it was an audio glitch,
technical glitch. These things happen, Okay, okay Bybi
