Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, everybody, welcome After Show podcast. It is justin Whinnie
on a Tuesday and Winnie. Okay, good news and bad news?
What do you want first?

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Bad?

Speaker 1 (00:11):
The bad news? Okay, I have to have to do
the good news first. I think, I know I didn't
think the question through, but just just stay with me here.
The good news is the talkbacks are open on the
after show, which we encourage everybody who listens to this
podcast if you want to chime in, if you have questions,
if you want to talk about stuff, comment, you can
leave a talk back and they'll come to me and

(00:32):
I will hopefully play them back. Okay, good news. The
bad news, which is not really bad, is I got
a bunch yesterday, but it was all commenting on the
stuff we talked about yesterday, which was old Billy and Maddie.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
No no no no.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
No no no no no no no no no no, because
I'm not continuing the conversation.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
I appreciate it. No, it doesn't matter.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
I'll play them off the air, okay, yeah, just because
then it opens up the discussion.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Hurry to get this over a second, hair, I want
to hear this.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
I mean, you can imagine what they said.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
I want to hear.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
It's like you.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
You have this. You don't understand. You have this privilege
of the talk back that I don't have. I only
get the ones that you want to give me. There's
so many that you preview. I never see the light
a day like I want to see the list. I
want to go through all them.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
I have them. I'm right here, I'm looking at them.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Right, let's do it, all, right, guys, we'll see them.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
No, no, I'm not doing that.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
But I did get some not religated, but anyway to
that point, Thank you to everybody that chimed in.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
I just want to move past it. You can.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
See you brought the sea.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
This is you. You were doing your cardinal sin. Remember
you said, don't bring something up on you if you're
not going to talk about it. Yeah, why would you
bring something about it and you're not going to talk.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
About Okay, Okay, I'll read some of them to you. Okay,
I read Oh guys, you guys are so right. He
was so miserable in the end. It's it's right. No,
you just want to it's all agreeing.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
I just want you to know you always say never
never talk about something on it.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
You're not going to talk.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Actually, but I broke my role here.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
You are breaking your fucking rule.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
I did because I feel bad because there's so many talkbacks,
but justin wanted.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
You guys know that although there's so much content there,
he will not be letting.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
I have other ones. I can play content, but you
have to.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
You do understand If I play the talkbacks, it just
continues the discussion and we have another day talking about
I don't care for shit whole I literally don't care.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
We could have a whole new podcast about that and
name it The Billy leads to after show all about Maddie.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Forgot to mention Mike. I have a cousin. His name
is Daniel, and he you know, I don't talk to
him that much, but you know, I grew up with
him all that stuff. He's actually like a PhD or
something in Boston. Anyway, he texted me a couple of
weeks ago and he goes, I just want to say
out of nowhere, I just want to say, this is
so fucking cool that your name is on a Reddit

(02:50):
post and I can say, oh my god, that's my cousin.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
He's down a deep dive on Reddit.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
So he sends me a link, and it's a Reddit
thread that just came out a couple of weeks ago
about Yes brand new and on the when the people
were commenting on Reddit on the thread, they were commenting
on it like does anybody still know what happened with
Maddie and Belly? They're commenting and people were writing, Well,
if you're an after show listener, you know that Justin
did talk about it and said this, and he thought

(03:16):
that was the coolest thing.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
He's like, that's my cousin. I'm on Reddit.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
I'm like, okay, it's like the guy that that sent
me the nasty.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Send me the link. I want to read it.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Okay, Well, it's like the guy that sent me the
dirty the nasty DM that I reposted yesterday.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
That was a winning move. That's something Winn he would do.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
But I couldn't resist, so that you should have added him.
That's would have been real winn he move at them.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Yeah, I just blocked them. It's a guy who I
don't even know. I've never I don't know.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
Who it is.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Has he messaged you before?

Speaker 1 (03:44):
He's DM me before, just like commenting on stuff, but
not like not negative stuff. That one was out of
left field. It was it was like my chicken, I
think because.

Speaker 4 (03:53):
Your chicken coop looked nicer than probably his home. It's
a really nice one. But if he knows you, Jen
bought that, and Jen put it up. Yes, and what
did across it come on your box? She wanted to
be on the radio. It was.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Yeah, which by the way, by the way, her grandmother bought.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Oh, yeah, that was nice.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
It looks fancy.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
It's really nice.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
When somebody trying to flex on anybody, I don't so
I just, you know, I just want to put that
out there.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
So uh. Anyway, we did get other talkbacks besides that one.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
Hey, guys, I was listening to the show yesterday and
I tried to go back and listen to some old episodes,
but it looks like there's none from before you guys
had the new Billy and Lisa show. And I was
just wondering if there was anywhere to find them or.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
If you know, if they've been wiped from iHeart or
any other streaming services.

Speaker 5 (04:35):
Thanks love the show.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
I think it's because they started fresh.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
No, so other listeners please chime in.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
I know people have gone back and listened to other episodes,
but at.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Some point they fall off. They fall off.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Ye, So at this point.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
It's been three years, so I think that we're at
the point now where it doesn't go we'll only go
back like like you could have gone back probably last
year and listened to it, but literally it makes room
on the server. So now might be the time in
three years ago. I don't know how far back it goes.
But think about how many episodes we've done, and we

(05:12):
do two part episodes a lot.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
That's like thousands of podcast Yeah, did we start eighteen?

Speaker 2 (05:18):
No?

Speaker 1 (05:19):
No, the podcast itself, oh, start in twenty eighteen. Definitely
with Becks it.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Was our podcast or the billion after show podcast.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
I thought they meant the actual Maddie they meant the
one that's right now.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Is that what they meant? I thought they meant the
after show?

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Both of them are the same.

Speaker 4 (05:36):
Oh yeah, but after yeah, because Beck's one, because people
say they've heard one with Becks and like it's just
like recently like oh and to hear you when you
like pop in it's so weird and that was three Yeah,
but they definitely do.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Don't you think they what?

Speaker 2 (05:49):
They fall off?

Speaker 3 (05:50):
They fall off? No, I know they do.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
I know they do as time keeps going on. They
don't just sit there. Eventually they do fall off.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
So for a while you could have held them.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
What Yeah, yeah, you could have saved them.

Speaker 5 (05:59):
They have to show. It's book club.

Speaker 4 (06:00):
Courtney just dropping into say hi, excited about the talk
backs and I love your podcast.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
Talk to you too, Ban, Thank.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
You, Courtney. We appreciate that. There you go.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
This is Courtney checking in on the talk back. This
is so fun because this is what we do on
the regular show, and now you can do it on
the after show and we can like talk shit, right
we can't really talk shit on the radio.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
We can, but not like fully.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Okay, you have it on the one.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
Well, I have one follow up from Fay, you know,
the one with the swim spa. I almost bought her house.
She's rich, well I mean I think she's doing okay.
I don't know what her husband does. But she's beautiful too.

Speaker 5 (06:36):
By the way, Hey guys, it's say Again from Florida,
who almost so just in my house, justin. That was
so sweet that you remembered me about my swim spa.
That was so cute because every time you talk about
the swim spa on the radio. I remember I live
in Florida. Also, I no longer have it, but I

(06:56):
always remember that I sent you a video because you
wanted to look for a house with a pool, and
I was trying to convince it to get a swimspy instead.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Yeah, I remember that.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
That's why when I went to New Onland spas, they
showed me the swim spa and I thought about Fay.
It's like, oh, it's pretty cool. It's like a giant
hot tub. But the best part is you don't have
to shut it down in the winter. It just becomes
a hot tub. Think about that.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Yeah, that was cool.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
By the way, pool opened yesterday.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
How is that very green?

Speaker 5 (07:21):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (07:22):
No, I mean it's it's cold, which I don't mind.
I would still go in it, but it's green. So
I have to like let it run for a few
days and then clean it. I had to go home
today and clean it and everything.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
Pool season.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Pool season is gonna be fun.

Speaker 4 (07:36):
It's gonna being Hampshire now too. I'm going to plates.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
Oh Na, Yeah, yeah, I stick at you.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
I love plates you do? Yeah, I really do?

Speaker 3 (07:46):
Is it a private look at you? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (07:50):
I'm going to see Jenna next week. Wait, okay, yeah,
next week? When's your in visiline?

Speaker 2 (07:55):
Oh? Next Wednesday? Got pushed back, when are you going?

Speaker 3 (07:59):
Why when you're going to Jenna next Wednesday?

Speaker 2 (08:04):
Oh? What time?

Speaker 3 (08:06):
I have a five o'clock stretch?

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Four stretch gone by then?

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Yeah, that's pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
Yeah, I like Jenna. She's got my body in good condition.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Is anyone that needs to be stretched? Go see Jenna's
stretch strategy by Jenna, She's been a life soccer.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
What else?

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Whennie, there was something I wanted to talk about yesterday
that I did that we did not even talk about.
Oh the prank from Santi.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
Yes, I just actually edited that. I think I'm go
I posted today.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
I just can't believe. See what they do is they
prey on my my lack of awareness because when I'm working,
I'm just busy, so I'm not paying attention. So I
would hear it going off, but I'm like, I'm just
too busy to go look for it.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
It's crazy.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
I don't hear when I'm in here, but I think
most of the time i'm in here, I have my
headphones on.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
Yeah, it was very faint. It sounded like it was
outside my studio. But it was right behind my TV,
right next to.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
Me and didn't and didn't pick up on it.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
It did not And for people that don't know what
we're talking about, Santy from jam and bought these things
on TikTok shop. They little prank things that play that
smoke detector beep when it has a little battery, which
is so annoying. And he put one in my gym
bag and in my studio. So I was being tormented
at work and at home, you know. And then I
ended up finding it Sunday, and I didn't know what
it was, threw it away, and then after it all

(09:22):
got revealed yesterday, I went home.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
As soon as I put my bag down, it went
off in the trash. I heard it. Did you tell? Yeah?
She goes, what the fuck?

Speaker 1 (09:30):
Because she was going crazy too trying to find which
smoke detectors with batteries were low. So all right, finally
Winny tomorrow Celtics.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
Yeah or nay?

Speaker 1 (09:39):
You think win tomorrow?

Speaker 3 (09:41):
You think not Tatum?

Speaker 2 (09:43):
They're really good.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
They are really I mean Tatum balled out yesterday. He
I mean, he looked really good, put up forty two points. Unfortunately,
I don't I think it's season's over. But without him
m hm, I mean they won they want He played decent,
he played pretty goo the well last game, but he
didn't put up forty two, right, and then they barely
lost the other.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Two and he played like ship, Yeah, who's going.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
And you think Richard to start to start, Yeah, oh no,
they might do al kp and then sub and Pritchard
because it because they want big bodies if they want
if they're looking for a body, they look.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
Yeah, but they oh yeah, yeah, oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
And then Prichard will yeah, sub In hmm.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (10:33):
So I have, by the way of rumor, that the
reason why Court was canceled today is Karen is sick.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
Oh really huh okay, So it couldn't confirmed, not confirmed,
but I'm sure come on, I should. I should check
the Karen Read Facebook page that I'm on. They're very
active there. Yeah, they always have information. So and then
of course the Timothy Scharlamagne. Bet you're saying no, I'm
saying yes.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
The only way I'm saying that, well, don't. The reason
why I think.

Speaker 4 (11:03):
That you might mut it could be that you might
be right at some point is because they could win,
like it's it's their game. You know, it's their game seven.
Like if they win tomorrow, they're you know, they're good
to go. So maybe he wants to see them win.
But yeah, the reason why I say I don't think
so is because if you know the Celtics and you
know the Garden, they always take care of the hometown
people first Tilmithy, although famous, very famous, he's not from here.

(11:25):
So they're going to take care of the Wahlbergs. They're
going to take care of, you know, the stray guys.
They're going to take care of the Patriot players. They're
going to take care of all those guys, Robert Kraft,
Bill Belichick. If he wants to come before they look
into any of those big celebrities like a Timothy Chalaman,
well we will say so he might maybe I don't know,
maybe he'll be in a box or something like that.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
But I don't think he'll be in Boston.

Speaker 3 (11:44):
I don't, Okay, if he does, you think he would
go in a box, not court side.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
If he does, it's whatever they have available. Think about it.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
They only have so many tickets courtside, right, There's only
so many. And then the people that actually have that
are really rich and oben season tickets like his dad.
And there's this force and the family like two groand
sons and a mom and a dad that always sit
courtside on the Celtics side. You can't take tickets from them.
These are their tickets.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
They own them.

Speaker 4 (12:10):
So if you cross out people that actually pay full
price for these tickets all year round, then you take
out the comps automatically like Jason's mom, Jason's.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
Kid, you know what I mean, the player's request.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
Then you take in tickets senteration like local celebrities like
a Wahlberg or Patriots. There's not many down there that
Timothy is a right, isn't going to be the one
with the seat on the court.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
All right, I'm just saying.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Wali on the Corfore show.

Speaker 1 (12:35):
I'm just saying, if Timothy, Timothy and Kylie put the
call in, I think they're getting court.

Speaker 4 (12:40):
Hi. But will they want to go to Boston? Maybe
because it's so close. I think he would go already,
she has two kids.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
Maybe back in LS.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Well, you know what, we'll find out so many factors.
Just get your ten bucks ready for me. Hit me
on the Venmo. All right, everyone, else leave us at
talk Back. Tomorrow we'll have another after show podcast and
we will hopefully play them and talk bald them and
everything else.

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
