So you know how I told you guys the other
day that jay Z and Caesars want to put a
casino in Times Square. So jay Z is now speaking
out about it, thinking that his multi billion dollar casino
proposal four Times Square is a natural extension of culture
and energy in this city. He thinks it would bring
a new energy, business and opportunities.
Speaker 3 (00:31):

Speaker 2 (00:31):
He does not feel like it's going to be filled
with crime, and he thinks it's just going to like
flow really nicely together.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
Well, let's be honest, jay Z, it's going to bring
a little money.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
Too, right, Yeah, And I agree with everything jay Z said.
That's not my issue. I mean, the casino's here worked
out really well. People were all worried about what would
happen here. But my question is, and never having even
having been there, but just seeing it, where in Times
Square is there an inch of room I know anything?
Speaker 3 (00:58):

A judge has ordered Kanye West to attend a deposition
for a lawsuit filed by a former employee of his
Donda Academy who claimed that he suffered harassment, discrimination and
retaliation while working for Kanye at the school and his
Yeasy brand. Kanye must show up within thirty days for
the deposition. I guess he already missed one day, and
they're like, he got thirty days, buddy, so that'd.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
Be here And totally not victim blaming at all.
Speaker 4 (01:25):
But is anyone applying for a job with Kanye and
not assuming that they're gonna get ranted and crazy attitude
every day all day? Right, Like I'm just gonna assume
that's part of my job, like duck in books being
thrown in.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
I don't know, right.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
Yesterday, a judge ruled that the four housekeepers suing Smokey
Robinson for sexual assault can proceed with their fifty million
dollar lawsuit without being identified. Now, Smokey had filed this
motion to strike down the women's complaint and would basically
force them to refile using their real names, and the
judge said no, they don't have to.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
So it doesn't seem fair.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
I mean, now we're going to bring this huge lawsuit
against me, I need to know who you are.
Speaker 4 (02:08):
I mean, I just I just feel like if someone
did something to me and I want to speak out
about it, yeah, I.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
Don't have I mean, you should know who I am.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
But on the flip side of that, do they fear
retaliation from the public or from his fans or what
would their life be drastically changed?
Speaker 3 (02:24):
Maybe it's that it.
Speaker 4 (02:26):
Could be that, But also if you're the victims, I mean,
he could I mean, it could go.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
I don't know. I just feel like, not just this case,
but in any case.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Right. And finally, Benson Boone and his girlfriend have called
it quits after nearly two years of dating.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
So they broke up earlier.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
This week have since unfollowed each other on Instagram. Just
last weekend, she attended his show in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Speaker 3 (02:48):
Yeah, so he dumped her. He's getting famous, He's got
to get a whatever. The current version of Heather Locklear is. Okay,
it's funny.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
I had Benson Boone in my office and he said, Baul,
