to Tuesday. It's time for Jays Juniors. Hello Tatiana, this Tatiana.

Tatiana, I'm on the line with you. With Alison and
Chelsea from one under point three w NIC calling about
Jays Juniors. How are you?
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Oh, I'm good to you good?
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Four years old. Mike has been through a lot already.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Yes, she's my hero. To put it in the short
as possible to explanation, Yeah, Micah was diagnosed with a
few different conditions while I was pregnant with her, and
doctors were suggesting to terminate pregnancy because they didn't think

that she would survive the first week of life outside
of the wound. But we are people of faith, and
so my response was, if she goes, should go by
the hand of God, not the hand of man. And
even if it's a week, we'll give her the most
loved that we can shower on her for the week

that we have her. And so when she got here,
they were giving us the option to make her comfortable
for as long as we had her, we you know,
opted for the surgery and five years later should we
five in December? And so she had eighteen surgeries this far,
multiple brain surgeries, mount of heart surgeries. A few miners
(01:41):
would consider minus surgeries. But nothing's minor when you're talking
about your baby. She's managed through every surgery to she'll
come out with the biggest smile that you could ever see,
full of laughter. She's defied the odds in a lot
of ways. Think that they didn't think she would be
(02:02):
able to do her complete and they didn't think that
she would even be able to have the capacity to
comprehenhid who was in the room with her, even if
she knew someone would be in the room with her.
As the doctor was explaining, as her dad walked into
the room, and he was like, there's daddy's baby, and
(02:25):
she immediately lit up. They began to smile and she
looked his way, and I just looked at the doctor
like and you were.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
Saying, in addition to Micah, who has over twenty five
medical conditions and will spend her life needing heart surgeries
to maintain, your other kids are autistic and nonverbal as well.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
Yes, her brother loves caring for her, like he pushes
her wheelchair, or we're out and about if she dropped something,
he pick it up and gives it to her. And
so the relationship that they have, you know, it just
reminds me of a lot of the things that they
said that she wouldn't be able to do and how
she wouldn't have the capacity to have relationships.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
It sounds like you witness miracles, like every day.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
Yes, I tell people people like, how do you do it?
How do you do it's her raising one with special needs,
but you have four, and they say it's a blessing.
I counted an honor and a blessing that guy not
only trusted me with one, but he trusts me with four. Wow.

I was gonna say, Tatiana, you and your husband sound
like really amazing people, and you sound like this amazing
family that I just really like to spend a week with.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Tatiana, I will say that for ten years on WNIC,
we've had our Jay's Junior's program, and over the years
we met a lot of families, We've met a lot
of kids, and we've learned a lot along the way too,
And it is easy for us to good people, and
you are a good person and your family deserves to
come with us to Disney World. So at Christmas time,
(04:08):
just before Micah's birthday, which is I think December nineteenth,
the two weeks before, you're going to join us and
we're all going to Disney World.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
Oh my goodness, I'm trying not to cry right now
because when I sold out the appligation I sold my husband,
I said it would be so nice for us to
be able to take a family vacation together with the children,
(04:40):
And then I said, can you imagine them at Disney World.
So there's going to be a lot of stimmy.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
The great thing about this trip is that you come
with us. We all get together. It's many families and
our Morning Radio family and we're on the Jay's Juniors
Jet to Jersey Mikes and we fly down to Disney
World and we spend a couple of days there, and
you take it at your own pace, but it's all there,
and it's all free. All everything you eat, everything you do.
(05:12):
You don't need to bring a dollar with you. It's
all expenses paid. You're gonna have a great time and
it will be the best family vacation you ever take.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
Oh my goodness, we're gonna.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Have a good time. We're gonna have a very big,
happy family, and then you're not gonna be able to
get rid.
