Speaker 1 (00:00):
Time of that's incredible, incredible story from around the world

(00:02):
and beyond.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Oh, I've been waiting to share this one with you.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
A guy in France headed out on a road trip
with his wife last weekend, stopped at a gas station
along the way and forgot her there.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
It was just the two of them. Yeah, that wasn't
an accident.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Guess how many miles he drove.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
I mean it should be zero, right, but I couldn't
even guess.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Two hundred miles.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Two hundred miles where he realized the wife was not
in the car with him anymore.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
There's only him in this seat and her in that seat.
They set out together. He knew what he would sound like.
You have four kids and you're missing one of them.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Excuse me, excuse me, breaking news. They haven't released his name.
He's sixty two, his wife is sixty. Their twenty two
year old daughter was also with them, but was asleep
in the back seat. They left Paris for Morocco last
Friday night. To be traffic, it's a long drive, twenty
seven hours. They made several stops. He pulled in the
gas station at four thirty in the morning to fuel up.
Then he left without her. Because he didn't realize that

(01:01):
she had gotten out of the car still.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
She it's doesn't sitting next to you to see right
next to you, it's right there.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
What do you get the person who has it all?
How about a weird silicone phone case that feels like
human skin and can even get sunburned.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
There are just some things that we don't need to invent,
and that's one of them.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Everything's just out of control, out of control.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
It puts the phone case in the basket.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
On it on the phone.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
The authorities in Australia are dealing with a thief who
has stolen a dozen right footed shoes.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
That's incredible, just the.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Right beat shoes just to annoy people.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
He might have a foot thing, m m.

Speaker 5 (01:50):
Everybody weird to have a right just a right foot thing,
though it's a different fetish.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Everybody's trying to.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Get a piece of the McDonald's snack wrap action, which
I did see on the menu yesterday and did not get.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
That must have been why Warren asked me if i'd
ever tried one, just randomly. Yes. He's like, have you
ever had one of those McDonald's snack wraps, and I'm like,
I think.

Speaker 4 (02:06):
So, I'm excited. What what did you get instead of
the snack wrap?

Speaker 2 (02:09):
I got a cheeseburger? Oh, I got a old cheeseburgery.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
What is the snack wraps aren't new though?

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Well, they were gone from the menu for a while,
a pandemic.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
Okay, always I think that's yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Up there Now Taco Bells, Sonic and Popeyes are trying
to do something similar and they've created I think Popeyes
created a dish track, increased.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
Dropped the Chicken classic in the streets.

Speaker 5 (02:36):
I'm about this chicken mine and then because I've gotten
back to Repton.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
It was cool, but it ain't moving me.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
We are not the same up in the favorite so
I let you cook.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
It's an AI dish track to attack, funny.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
Attack, and they're teaming up. I guess pop Eyes and
Tackle Bell.

Speaker 4 (02:53):
I was trying to figure out, Okay, no, they don't
do this, just dissing, okay, but they don't do the same.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
I'm not really sure.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
So Taco Bells snack wraps are crispy chicken tacos or burritos.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
That's going to be their version that you can get,
and I don't believe Popeyes has a snack crap.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
A billboard in Cleveland says, yes, I'll buy crackhouses. It's
put out by an aut of state investor, and it's
drawing lots of criticism from, of course, the city of Cleveland.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
I'm sorry, though, and that's really weird.

Speaker 5 (03:26):
If you just heard my stomach because it growled so loudly,
I almost feel like I had to under stack right.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
My stomach was like, did you say snack crap? Don't
we want people to buy crackhouses? Well? I think yeah,
I think you don't put it that way like that, Okay,
I get it.

Speaker 6 (03:41):
What we do is we buy homes generally that are dilapidated, abandoned,
not occupying, no one's living in them. And so what
we do is we buy these properties, we fix up
these homes, and they're affordable housing. When you have a
headline when you mentioned crack houses are abandoned houses, it
gets attention.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
It brings attention to the issue, and it also.

Speaker 6 (04:01):
Brings in leads for which we could acquire these properties
that are just sitting there, and it's a big win
for everyone.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
I think he has good intent behind it.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
I mean he wants to, you know, make the city nicer,
and yeah, those houses, but we also have.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
To have a gimmick and on the TVs on the news,
so he got attention.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
Talking about on the radio all that.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
Finally, today is National Audition to be Slurpy Day, National
French Fry Day, and according to a recent report, the
average American eats seventeen pounds of fries per year.

Speaker 5 (04:33):
Not making speak speaking of Taco Bell, going back to them,
just a couple of days ago, I had the Uh,
I don't know if they were the volcano fries or
just the regular cheese sauce, but those volcano chutter fries
Taco Bell has I could thankfully it's a contained carton
at that has an end because if I was just allowed.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
To stop eat them nonstock.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
So you wish you could combine though, Like don't you
wish you could have the the hottest, crispyest, saltiest McDonald's
French fries with that topping from talk about Yeah, it
would be so great.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
Did you know that you can get cheese sauce from Wendy's.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
No, but don't they have it?

Speaker 1 (05:11):
It's probably what they use on the baked potato, because
you can get a cheesey baked potato.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
I think it's what they have on the baked potato.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
You can also get like chili cheese fries, but I
also I just get a side of cheese to dip
my fries in and have for years.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
It's so good.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
I was so off the wagon last night because by
the time I left, you imagine, it's yeah, and I
you know, I just I pulled right into that McDonald's
and I was like, traveler.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Don't be stupid, don't be stupid, don't be stupid.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
And I'm like, hi, can I have a small fry
and a cheeseburger and a small vanilla milkhap look.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
It to you are with your small and milk is
what puts you over there?

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Milkshake? Yeah, feeling that today, all right,
