here a long time, like we want to see what
happens next in this world. Yeah, so living to one
hundred it would be awesome, And I feel like now
we live in a world where that's possible.

glass of water.

I don't want to do that. Ye're already out right
off the bat, You're out. Yeah, I don't want to

High right away sets up the day and helps your digestion,
support your metabolism all that.

Maybe I could try it, but you already know like
my system, right, I have to force feed myself water
and I do it in the car right where I'm
a captive audience.

Right, Yeah, which is the worst plan ever, because you're yeah.

I have to by the time I get home, I
have to go to the bathroom really bad, so bad.

Yeah, I think to live into one hundred list is
going to get ugly quick. At number two. Eat a
nutrient dense breakfast. That means things like yogurt, oatmeal, and berries.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
Warren's going to live to be one hundred every morning,
yogurt and blueberries for still in decades.

Or guy will be a widower.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
He's going to be a widow.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Wait, what's the different between a widow and a widower?

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Uh, the man and woman.

Man and woman. Yeah, so he'd be a widower, he'd.

It number three hours and stretch your body. You don't
necessarily need a grueling workout, they say, even stretching or
taking a brisk walk.

You do brisk walk when you arrive.

I do brisk walk.

And by the way, I don't need all these jobs
in the morning. I only give myself about fifteen minutes
to get up and out anyway.

Yeah, but I don't know, getting in a couple of
steps is not going to be the worst thing, And
I will do that later on in the day.

Activate your nervous system by simply tapping your body with
your fingers a few minutes to wake up the nervous systems.

Gonna It's gonna make me feel.

Silly, I do. I think they do that just to
make fun of you. What's that lady doing in her car?

Because how's your water in blueberries?

Pretty good?

Actually I drink about seven bottles of water a day.

I make lists. I write in a book. I have.
I have my long list, my short list, my big plans,
my over I got a lot of things that happen today.

I got a lot of stuff going on. I'm not
doing anything in the morning. I'm gonna make coffee. I'm
gonna brush my teeth, put clothes on.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
Leave no berries, no, never a berry ever.

At any part of the day.

You're gonna tap your you and tap yourself, tap my cheeks, tap.

your morning coffee.

Oh I do that. I do really enjoy my morning coffee. Actually,
it's one of my favorite parts of the day.

You might make it to ninety five. I'm saying, based
on this list.

Yeah, I am gonna make it to ninety five.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
You will. Just my list, right, she's all ninety five film.
