Speaker 1 (00:00):
Happy Friday, getting ready for the weekend. I want to
do a shout out here too. I want to do
a shout out to a guy named Jimmy. This arrived yesterday.
He owns the company the Royals Okay okay, and he
has these it's as I guess, made clothes, but has
makes these cool hats. They come in these boxes. He

(00:20):
sent Alan and I one of these maybe a year
or so ago that we loved and you open this
thing up and he created this hat.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Oh wow, you heard that I was going to Cincinnati
Comic Con.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
So he took his logo and made it like Superman
was busting out of his logo.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Oh my gosh, how cool. It is cool a great hat.
That's nice.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
I'm going to bring this to Cincinnati for for the
largest Superman Legacy reunion ever.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Almost every Superman is going to be there.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Yeah. So there you go check him out at buy
Royal Crowns with a z dot com.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
That is really cool and you get a lot of
Superman things and they're all great, They're all you know,
but that's like, but that's.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
Different because yeah, I'll be wearing that. It is nice.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
When I mean, it's very, very difficult to find something
Superman related that you don't have, and it's not just
like a chochkey, Like here's a little.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Christmas ornament that you might want on your tree. You
know what? I not if there's anything wrong with that,
Well there's not. But after a while, I mean, you
have all that?

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Is that a shot at the I'm sorry, I'm having
cheers mostly a.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Shot at me. I've run out of ideas. Thought, do
I just get you Superman?

Speaker 4 (01:28):
Ornered?

Speaker 3 (01:28):
I thought it was a shot at the ornament Warren
gave him that he had since he was six.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
And hey, why do you give this?

Speaker 3 (01:33):
I'm like, yeah, I'm gonna give you a Jay's garbage.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Let me give you a Warren's garbage. Jay.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
My favorite Warren gift is my Superman phone booth. It's
a two ornament. It takes two hooks. It's so heavy
and it's on my Superman It cool. I love that.
What else? Oh, Tonight tonight is a big night because
I'll be out at glennlore Trail. Tonight is a big
night because out in Commerce Township it's Jay Junior's date

(01:58):
with Glen glennlar Trail's. So with part of every ticket
they were helping. Of course us Sam kids at Disney
World at Christmas time with our programmer. Eleventh year, the
outdoor light show is called the Witching Hour ooh and
runs Thursday through Sunday until November two.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
It's a mile long.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Glowing forces, music, lights, interactive surprises. They do unbelievable stuff
at Glenlod Trail's. I remember, this is just a husband
and wife and their bridlet company that decided to keep
their employees going during COVID by doing something different, and
now it is like this phenomenon that people can't live
without every year.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
That's awesome.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
I asked my friend Hillary if her and her family
have gone, because she's got young kids, and my assumption
was that she was going to say.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
No, tell me about it, what is it. She was like, oh, yeah, we.

Speaker 4 (02:46):
Went a couple years ago, like me, and the family
absolutely loved it, and which shame on me. I should
just assume that you know, this is that I'm telling
someone something new.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Have you not done this yet?

Speaker 3 (02:55):
No?

Speaker 2 (02:55):
I have it. I did it last year and I
absolutely loved it. That's why I said that she should
go out and do it with her family, and she's
going again this weekend. I'm going tomorrow. It's not when
you're there. Oh, why wouldn't you have gone tonight?

Speaker 4 (03:05):
Because well, first of all, if I had a schedule,
maybe I would have known that you were going to
be out there tonight, and I would have asked and
planned to go out there.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
We just don't know what's going on with you. Yeah,
so no one can. We don't know, all right, all right,
well anyway, thank you. So it's all going to land
back on you. I can't do anything. I keep burning
the dinner Allison.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
You said you have a big dinner plan tonight.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
No, I said I had a dinner tragedy. That's right,
terrible dinner tragedy.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
I was like, where are you going?

Speaker 2 (03:34):
What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (03:35):
She's like home?

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
Do you guys remember when I told you like two
weeks ago Warren and I are not compatible anymore.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
We're not. It's fine.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
The things that make him happy make me very sad,
and vice versa.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
So he likes to cook and I like things to
not get cooked.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
So he told me like two weeks ago he was
making fond and I was like, wow, really find something
that's going to tragedy catch you day. Dinner fond Oh,
I love dinner fond Sure, I'm sure it'll be good.
So we had a hitch. There was no fondue kit,
you know, okay, skewers.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Pot, all of that.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
And I was like, I'll get you one. I'll put
it in my Amazon cart. I'll get you one.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
And I did. I put it in my Amazon cart,
but I did not get it yet. Sounds like you.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
So he another thing he loves to do, and it's
it has nothing to do with finances.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
It makes him happy.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
He likes to go buy things at thrift stores. He
likes to know that something that someone gave away he
will give a new purpose to. So he went and
found his own fondu pat, which made a pot, which
made me doubly sad, oh boy, because like now, I
don't even have a good new fondue pot. I have
some used one lattices old from So Fonduo's gonna go
on tonight, nice melted cheese everywhere?

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Oh boy, do you do?

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Would you to get out of that?

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Would you rather go.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
To the Detroit House of Comedy tonight and see Lonnie Love? Yes?

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Why would Bonnie Loves going to pop by today?

Speaker 1 (04:56):
I'm interviewing her on television. But she's gonna pop into
the radio suit and say hi at the end of
the That's awesome.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
She's so funny, so funny.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Her stand up so funny, so.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
Funny, and I love her tie to like coming back.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Here all the time. You know, Well she's from here,
Yeah I know.

Speaker 4 (05:11):
And she does not let anyone forget that, which I
think is great.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
And my friend Alex Hill does her pr so he
was happy to bring her in here today.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
I could Jedi mind strick Warren. There's no time to
bread and cheese. I must go to Lonnie.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
Love love you know what. I want to ask her
today so bad. I want to ask her. I'm on TV,
mallet on the radio part, I'll ask her.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Like I sometimes felt like Lonnie was.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
A little irritated when she got out to the table
and some of the other girls on the show were
still dancing.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Because why wouldn't you because.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
This is going to all come out, souse. The show
has been on in a couple of years, but it'll
come out and they're like hey, and they're dancing, and
Lannie does She gets right over to the table, sits down,
does a little shoulder in this like that right, and
yet you get these girls are like twirling and like
doing headstands, and it's like I feel like Lonnie's like, okay,
we're done, We're done.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
We danced out. Let's sit down start the show.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
Just a side note because I do like to take
shots at all sorts of corporate whatever. Okay, the reel
was such a different, awesome thing.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
And it's like, because the view can last forever and ever,
yeah and ever for the view to be but a
show that had.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
A unique perspective. I just never understood that because it
was a cool show.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
I think I'll ask her today. I think what did
in the reel was the pandemic. They ended up all
needing to do that show from home. They were all
on zoom cameras, you know when you you hear this
and everybody's like in their little box.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
It's like when they're dancing up to their computer screen,
right right in the mouse
