Speaker 1 (00:00):
When you're cheating, ex gets cheated up. Afternoon in the morning.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
And this morning's War of the Rose is a sister
bus her brother cheating and what the aftermath is for
the entire family. You'll hear that in just a little bit,
all right, It is Mojo in the Morning, Mojo with
Megan out today.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
She will be back next week from vacation.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Shannon, we got keV, We've got Lydia, Bianca, Zach all
hanging out here with us. And yesterday was like the
weirdest question ever. keV asked Shannon and then asked me
what do we think about him and Lydia dating each other?

Speaker 3 (00:43):
And he was serious. I'm very serious. I'm always serious.
I can tell when you're joking and.

Speaker 4 (00:51):
You is he serious or is he joking? I didn't
think she was just let us switch you. Maybe because
John got to know me a little bit more. But
Mojo used to always say it easy by man, you
lady will make a great couple. Well, now your tune
is a bit different. My tune is different because I
used to say that when I was with sh.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
Well, I never said that. When you're with Charel, I
would never say that, what are you talking about maybe
I said that. I said that when you were going
through your thing, I used to think that there was
something between you and Megan.

Speaker 5 (01:22):
Everybody, everybody did.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
I think that you guys, I think you're I think
there's something flirty with you.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
I mean everybody.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
I said, yeah, And then then I thought, also Bianca too,
because you know that's a new one.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Well, it's just.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Well, there also was a little bit. There was a
little bit of you know, possibly you and Bianca, you know, as.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
He's parting in everybody's faces.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Here's the deal. If you're going to date, go big,
go big, go Shannon. You gotta go, Shannon.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:57):
I love husband.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
They are big enough. Now here's here. No, here's the thing.
I don't like the idea of the inner office, uh,
you know, relationship. But I want to ask the listeners
their thoughts on this, not just because of Lyddy. And
by the way, don't just call up and go I
love Lydia and I don't want her to do this,
or I love Lyddy and I want her to say this,
or Kevin whatever. I want the people that are in

(02:21):
relationships with a coworker. If you are in a relationship
with a coworker. I want you to tell us why
it's a good thing or a bad thing. And I
want you and I'm guessing we're going to have more
good things because you're in a relationship. You're not going
to say how bad it is, although maybe you'll be honest.
We should get calls from every single person from Rocky Mortgage.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Why are they all? They're all used to work there?
Did you say a lot?

Speaker 4 (02:42):
That's how Joe Siah got in his world? Oh really,
mom used to work there.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
I definitely say it.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
Well, then I forgot, yeah for sure.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
Then then work parties, Bro and I used to fly
us all it used to be. People were like I
used to go. Now, I've never done anything with the
married person.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
I did drink some cookies, I guess one time from
a married woman. But that's the furthest thing I've done,
and that was a drunk day. I'm not not proud
of that moment. But man, the wedding rings used to
come off as some of them parties.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
Okay, So I want to know the thoughts of like,
like what Lydia's mom would think of this, because I
know Lydia's mom is very close with you.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
She she loves you.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
I know that you and her have a good relationship,
but you know who you got to get past her dad?

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yeah, that's my dog.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Well not you're you're you guys are dogs because you're coworkers.
I think she sees he sees your hairy ass sitting
on their couch.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
You think so?

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Surge and Cyan are obsessed with Ken.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
I think that any mother and father wants the best
for their son or daughter, regardless of where that person is, from,
their religionaires, or whatever the case may be.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
They just want to make sure that their person is
the one for there.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
I think George takes you out to an empty lot
and macomb somewhere and I come back with a beer.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Hold on a.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Second, Okay, we're gonna get Lydia. This is tough because
you're you're not talking at all because you're working the phones.
But you do have a say so in this. What
do you think about this?

Speaker 6 (04:23):
I think Kevin is full of ass. I don't think
that he actually means any of this, and he's bamboozled
all of you.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
But what if he did mean this, would this be
something that you would be interested in?

Speaker 1 (04:36):
No?

Speaker 6 (04:37):
I love Kevin. But I've always seen him like a brother.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
So you don't look at him in any romantic feelings
at all. No, not even in a drunken stupor.

Speaker 6 (04:46):
I've never been drunken stupor around Kevin. Yes, I do
get drunk Kevin.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
Oh you've ever seen Lydia drunk?

Speaker 1 (04:53):
I don't think so.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
She's she's kept aside, hidden, hold on a second hair.
U Ciana with us right now? This my mom, Cyan.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Hi. What are your thoughts about Kevin and Lydia possibly dating?

Speaker 7 (05:09):
I would not have a problem with that.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
How would George?

Speaker 7 (05:15):
I don't know how George would feel, but I'll tell
you what. I love Kevin, but it doesn't matter how
I feel either. It's between Kevin and Lydia, and I
feel like Lydia just loves him so much like a brother.
Yes that I don't think it would work, but I
love Kevin in law.

Speaker 6 (05:39):
I never thought i'd be pre arranged, but here we are.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
What do you think?

Speaker 4 (05:42):
How do you think Josiah would feel about Josiah loves God,
Lydia loves God.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
I think it it works.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Okay, I have a step brand soon. See Wow? Can
I be honest with you. I do not like this
topic at all. I thought that this topic was a
bad topic to get the guy.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Guy because it's not the only way you wanted to go.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
No. No, it's not that I don't want it to
go the way I wanted to go. It makes me
feel uncomfortable because I look at Lydia like a sister,
and I think that Kevin's not good enough for her.
I found out Kevin's had too much, too much action
on the side. I'm a little bit worried about all
the I just don't.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
Think their personalities would match in a romantic relationship.

Speaker 5 (06:25):
Whatsoever?

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Do you think that they could get Could you see
them getting serious with each other? And like, no, I
could not see them, And I don't see they're.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Kind of good. I love that. I mean, how many
success stories have come out of uh.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Work relationships? Or I just mean, you know, never mind,
what do you mean?

Speaker 7 (06:42):
No?

Speaker 4 (06:42):
I mean you know, just how many successful relationships have
come from people who didn't see it working out in
the first place.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
That's true, that's true.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
Opposite usually attract Would Kevin turn his topics in on time?

Speaker 1 (06:53):
If he was, she'd be sleeping next to me so
she would know your topics. She'd be a part of
your time.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (07:00):
At that point, you would just have to do them.
There's no questions asked, right, and go back and forth
on the air about that.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
Oh that's right. You got to listen to her, you
know what. That would be an interesting one too. Would
he listen? Would he listen to her?

Speaker 5 (07:11):
Did you just make a whip sound effect?

Speaker 7 (07:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Put me in place.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
I think I think he needs more than a whip.
I think he needs a big old donk on the head.
But held on, hold on, Eric, what's going on?

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Eric?

Speaker 2 (07:23):
What are your thoughts from a person who's in a
relationship with a coworker.

Speaker 8 (07:29):
Okay, So I ended up marrying my wife. We met
at when we used to work at a restaurant at
our back steakhouse. Yeah, but while working there we started
dating and that was you know, it was a great
way to meet and really get to know where. But then, like,
as a relationship went on, I realized how terrible it was.

(07:51):
So we live so we like we decided like, all right, right,
I love you. So we ended up like working different jobs.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
It was fine. It's tough to bring your work home.

Speaker 8 (08:02):
Right, Oh, it is the hardest. The absolute hardest part
about working together because we were Yeah, it would be
like if there was something that happened at work, It's
extremely hard, especially when if the situation happened with your
coworker to just drop it when you leave, like no,

(08:25):
that that like she's not going to stop thinking about it.
She's not.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
She's when you both smell like bloomin onions.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
I can only imagine that that that could cause for
difficulty too. But Anita, you met your husband at work
and then you guys started dating.

Speaker 9 (08:42):
Yes, we worked together and I didn't really pay him
much attention, and then he started making its presence known
and we dated, and if we got.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
Married, the rest is history.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
And is it a good thing to date somebody or
married to somebody that you're working with.

Speaker 10 (09:03):
I think it depends. Like with us, I work in.

Speaker 9 (09:08):
The office and he works outside the office. So if
I had to be in the office with him all
day every day, it would not be a good thing.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
Yeah, I would assume.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Well, in this show, by the way, it's interesting because
we work so closely with each other, both during the
show but also after the show too. That'd be a
lot of time that you would be bringing work home
what's up, Jordan. Hi, it's Mojo in the morning. We're
talking about the hypothetical of could Kevin Lydia date?

Speaker 11 (09:39):
Okay, So I'm very confused by this because you are
saying no, no, no. In her office, Romance brought it
up like three days in a room.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
No, it was yesterday that he actually brought up for
the first time.

Speaker 10 (09:54):
But he'll bring it up tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
And listen, Jordan, I'm gonna beat your ass if I
ever see you. What does Jordan look like? I want
to see what he looks like sometime. Hold on a second,
let's see Cassidy says, My boyfriend and I met at work.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
Oh, and they work at uwn M. Is that right?

Speaker 5 (10:16):
That's another So I used.

Speaker 10 (10:18):
To work there, but that's how we met initially.

Speaker 2 (10:20):
And you say that at work, he actually had kind
of an interesting reputation.

Speaker 10 (10:26):
So I feel like it's it can be good and bad.
So we got to spend a lot of time together
because we worked at the same place. Yeah, but I
feel like when you work with someone that you're in
a relationship with, your reputation kind of gets tied to
that person, like good or bad.

Speaker 5 (10:39):
Oh for sure.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
Oh, that's interesting. And was he what was his reputation?

Speaker 10 (10:43):
Like he would like to come in really early to work,
and sometimes they want you to be there like right
on time. But he was also the social butterfly, so
everyone kind of knew who he was.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
Wait, so they don't like you to come in early
at UWM.

Speaker 10 (11:01):
It depends on the department there.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
I'd be like, like, that would be wonderful if I
could get some people that work for us to come
in early, that'd be awesome.

Speaker 10 (11:09):
Because, yeah, I think because some of the business that
they do is like with California, some people have to
come in a little bit later at your specific time.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Okay, Okay, what do you think the hardest part would
be for Lydia dealing with Kevin twenty four to seven
if they dated?

Speaker 10 (11:32):
I like, so their bands are back and forth, but
I feel like after a while I'd kind of be
like hard hard to do twenty four to seven. I
would kind of need to distance myself a little bit, like, hey,
chill out.

Speaker 8 (11:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
There's a couple of textures here that are interesting and
we haven't been able to get them on the phone,
but one of them I love the comment is you
don't spit where you eat, which is one? And then
another person text in and tell me that this is
this is an interesting one because it's all about the
the ethnicities. Would they would they blend and mix? Do
Keldians and black people ever get married?

Speaker 1 (12:11):
People ever getting married? I've never seen it.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
I've never seen a uh have Lydia.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
You're Keldyan.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Do you have you ever seen where there's been Keldyan
uh in an African American?

Speaker 1 (12:24):
Uh dating each other?

Speaker 2 (12:26):
Like I see very rare Keldians and just straight on
Caucasians dating each other.

Speaker 6 (12:32):
We have two I have two friends.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
You really friends that are dating?

Speaker 9 (12:36):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (12:38):
Really? And how did because you always hear the old
school stuff about that.

Speaker 6 (12:41):
One got married and has two kids.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
And their dads and uncles and our grandparents and stuff.
Then didn't have any issues.

Speaker 6 (12:48):
Yeah, I guess there's no problem.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
That's nice. That's nice. Hopefully we're strong enough, bond is
strong enough that it all matter.

Speaker 2 (12:56):
What about Kevin's work and all the stuff that he does.
He's never he's going to be working like five different
jobs and everything.

Speaker 6 (13:04):
Like that, plus time away from him.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Oh you kind of like that?

Speaker 5 (13:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (13:08):
I love that.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
Wow, Kevin? Would you we're making it work already.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
Kevin, are you a guy that would allow because, uh,
there are some guys that don't don't like their women,
you know, working.

Speaker 4 (13:21):
I'm not okay with her still keeping this job. I'm
not going to be one to stun anybody's dreams. If
Lydia got her own ambitions, I'm gonna be there to support.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
What if Lydia? What if Lydia makes more money than
you and you find that out?

Speaker 1 (13:33):
Will you be upset? I'm not insecure in that way. Okay?
What if?

Speaker 2 (13:37):
What if science says that she wants twenty eight grandchildren?
Can you perform if they hear?

Speaker 10 (13:42):
Right? Big?

Speaker 5 (13:44):
God?

Speaker 1 (13:51):
Well, I guess I guess. I guess we learned. I'm sorry,
I am. I guess we learned that this is happening.
We better call it an engagement party. What do we do?

Speaker 10 (14:05):
We don't know. Let's call Uncle George.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
First, let's go all right. Next calls to George
