Speaker 1 (00:00):
Mojo in the morning, and you know, we're doing a
Mojo podcast More Mojo Podcast Live. We have a more
Mojo podcast that we do after the show's over with
and where it gets a little bit more raw than
(00:21):
this show gets, although the show gets pretty raw. I
mean there's times when we do this show and get
ourselves caught up into things that we probably shouldn't be doing.
But this one's going to be in front of a
studio audience, so no callers, they'll be right there, we'll
see their faces, and we're gonna do a lot of
Q and A. We're gonna do a lot of conversation
(00:42):
and it's going to be fun. And it's all at
the Imagine Theater, Royal Oak, Michigan. Thank you to Paul
and everybody over at the Imagine Theater. We love you
guys so much. They donate so much money to our
Breaking and Entering Christmas Wish program and this is a
fundraiser to help with breaking the Entering Christmas way. It's
sold out in a matter of like three or four days,
(01:04):
so it's pretty cool. So all the seats are taken.
There's no way for you to get in. The only
way that you can get into this thing is if
you are dating a member of the show. I understand
that's the only way that you can get into gotta
know somebody, Yes, you have to be Maybe if you
dated Lydia, maybe that would get you into this thing,
that she would she would get you in.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
Or my mom bought tickets beforehand and he's going to
take one.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
Well, let's talk about this now that you just opened
up the door. So I was sitting in the studio
here just a few moments ago, and Lydia's a partner
in crime her. Uh, you guys probably are cousins, because
aren't all kel Dian's in some way, shape or form
cousins of each other. Yes, we are, so Bianca who
(01:51):
is our director of social impact, Lydia, who's our executive producer.
They work out of the same studio all morning, and
I think you guys get a chance to see it
on some of the video some of the lives that
we do and stuff. Well, she comes into then the
main studio studio A and she comes in here and
she's hanging out and out of the ballute. If you
(02:13):
want to tell anybody a secret, don't tell it to Beanca.
I'm learning now because she randomly will just throw something out,
and so randomly she threw out, uh, yeah, Lydia wants
me to date her boyfriend's best friend. Also, she goes,
she wants me to date this this friend of his,
and she said, he's going to come to the More
(02:35):
Mojo podcast. My head shot up, yeah, jed, Wait no
longer was shopping on him. That's too expensive. Now she was,
are we on video still? Are we live still? Or no?
Why did we stop.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
The live because it was commercial break?
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Oh good, it's okay, then I can I can stand.
I'm gonna stand. Then I'm gonna keep standing because it's
so So she comes in and she says, she says, yeah,
Lydia's bringing this guy. So I might say, I'm like,
how come that wasn't in the topics, like why did
that not make the topics?
Speaker 4 (03:11):
Listen?
Speaker 2 (03:11):
Because I don't know his full travel plans yet, so
I don't have everything set in stone.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Just before I was going to tell everybody that's BS.
Speaker 3 (03:19):
How is that BS you?
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Because here you are. You get on all of us
and say that we are not as authentic as we
should be, and there's things that we keep from our listeners.
Speaker 3 (03:29):
Well, how was I going to bring him there and
not tell you guys?
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Well, I think you were trying to keep it that
we didn't know about it until that day.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
I told Deanca that, I swear to God.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
She came in here and she's like, I told them,
And I was like, they're going to think I was
trying to keep something from them.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
I think they are. I think you're hiding things. And
I think that you are the biggest advocate that we
have to be full fully transparent. Right the listeners want
to hear what's going on. They want to know exactly
everything that's going on. They want to know the behind
the scenes. Yet you are keeping something from all of us.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
Okay, I'm taking Lydia's side here. You're not You're not
through the bus. I did not mean to wait for
me to say something.
Speaker 3 (04:07):
That's my thing.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Hold on, well, Bianca, you cannot give a secret to I.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
Feel it's not even a secrets. I feel uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
It's her youth. But I'm very excited for you.
Speaker 3 (04:19):
Yeah, Hey, I told you it was supposed to be
a secret.
Speaker 1 (04:22):
I told you that nothing's a secret. You tell me something.
Here's the deal. You know how you get it to
not go on the air. You gotta topic. No, you
have to disclaimer it before you tell the story. Like
if you tell me a story and you don't say
it beforehand, Hey, this is not for the air. Yeah.
If you say after the fact, you can't do that.
You've run out of time. Off the record. Yes, that's
(04:42):
the topic though stories.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
I did put this in my topics that he was
coming in a couple of weeks when I talked about
the honeymoon phase. I did talk about that. He said,
he's coming to visit me now in a couple of weeks.
I love living in the moment. How long will this
phase last? And I thought that was sun on Sunday
when he comes staying near me?
Speaker 3 (05:02):
Oh he doesn't even Does he have family here?
Speaker 5 (05:04):
No?
Speaker 1 (05:05):
Okay, near you meaning get the bed next to you
or where?
Speaker 4 (05:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (05:09):
Right, my dad would never he stayed at the.
Speaker 1 (05:11):
Hotel, although your dad seemed to like him. Do you
guys have a guest room? Would your dad let him
stand on the same roof?
Speaker 5 (05:16):
No?
Speaker 1 (05:17):
Okay, there's no chance, says she put it in the topics,
But who picks the topics that?
Speaker 3 (05:28):
Sorry? No, I actually be really bad.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
Here here's a topic we got. I got a couple
of topics that can come out of this thing. And
this is when always the good topics come in. Like
you know how, you know how the bottom of the
chili always tastes better than the first couple of spoonfuls
of it. I love it, couple. It's been it's been
simmering for a little bit to the grill. The grease
(05:53):
is all down there, all right, So I'll go with
it for you. Thank you. That's a good analogy. You
just busting my analogy. I want to do a top
One of the topics I'm thinking about is who's the
person that tells all your business? Like I want to
know who the person is that you're Bianca that you
cannot tell something to, because I think Lydia is going
to learn that she cannot say things to Bianca.
Speaker 3 (06:14):
It's never going to happen again. I'm telling you that
right now, because apology on the air and keldy and.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
We say ala sas like you say it as if.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
I was like that.
Speaker 3 (06:29):
In Spanish we say lociento, I'm sorry, all right?
Speaker 1 (06:37):
Well, in radio to speak, we speak, we say, let's
do a topic the other the other idea here is
who's keeping a secret boyfriend? If anybody knows any people
that are keeping secret boyfriends or keeping secrets about their
boyfriends like that, you know, people are you know, shacking
up like you know, or coming to town secretly coming
(06:57):
to town and we don't know about this. Yeah, this
show has fallen off the w How do you think
it's going to be meeting him face to face knowing
that that Lydia has we've met, I know, But how
will it be though? Now knowing that Lydia's got a
thing for him? I don't think it'll be different. I
don't either, but after we talked about him on the air,
(07:19):
I don't think it'd be different at all.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
Really, Megan, why do you look like that? Like why
are you making that face?
Speaker 1 (07:23):
I think it will be different, yeahs agreeing with Mojo,
it's gonna be different. It's gonna be because it's gonna
be different because we were, even though we had a
really nice conversation with him last time on the air,
we were so against him. I was, honestly, I was
very impressed with him when he called to apologize for
(07:45):
the nuts thing. Yeah I was too. But what it
will be different? Like do you think, like your energy
towards him, I'm gonna be such a dick. I'm gonna
be like so Lydia's got a Keltyan brother. I don't
know anything about the guy he's like. I, yeah, I
have no clue about this guy. I don't think he's
a brother enough to her. Like, I'm going to be
(08:07):
a Keldian brother Like, I'm gonna be like that. All
the Keldians I know that have brothers, Their brothers are
such a holes to the guys that they try to
bring around. That's what I'm gonna be.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Man.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
These girls gonna do what they want to do. I
feel like it's wasted energy. If you can get past
the brothers in a Keldian family, you're a keeper, ladiot, aren't.
You're going to do what you want to do? Right? Correct? Yeah?
So wasted. She's not She's not none. Her brother's not
gonna let up on stage. That's what I want to do.
(08:40):
He got to cot to the couch. Actually he looks
like Aiden Hutchinson. We should actually make people think. Remember
when we did the The Ryan Gosling, The Lion Goslin.
I think this guy looks more like Aiden Hutchinson. Then
that guy looked like Ryan Gosling, because that guy was
almost like bald. What's going on, Shelley.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
High, good wing on everybody. How's it going.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
It's good. We're just having a little discussion here, a
little open family meeting. What's going on?
Speaker 4 (09:06):
Yeah, well, first of all, I'm not Caldan, but my
brother is also on a hole just saying oh, really.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Was he like that with any of the guys that
you dated?
Speaker 3 (09:14):
I love him.
Speaker 4 (09:15):
Oh he's like that to me. I love him, but
I don't like him so much. But that was just
a side point. So anyway, Bionca girl, I love you. However,
you can't give up someone's secret and then turn around
and say Lydia's my girl.
Speaker 3 (09:28):
Dude, he was your girl.
Speaker 4 (09:29):
You would not have repeated it.
Speaker 6 (09:31):
I didn't even like throw it out like that. It
actually slipped because that story MOJ just like, are you
dating anyone? I'm like no, but Lydia's trying to set
me up with someone and going to double date after
the podcast and.
Speaker 4 (09:41):
Then much more that's a much more innocent way that
it came out, and then like, hey, I'm just gonna
go double Lydia. Anyway, I love you, all just always
always have your girl, but I never repeat your girls information.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
I know love you guys by the way, I love
you too, by the way. That is that how it
did come out, and that's why it chose so such
innocence on Beyonca's part that she didn't realize what she
was doing.
Speaker 3 (10:07):
Yes, I feel bad.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
That's even worse though.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
The consequences are still the same.
Speaker 1 (10:11):
Where is we got to call this person? Have you
tried or are you just talking to us right now? Yes?
Oh my god, that is fantastic. That's a great one.
Another one here that says, I agree, there are those
people that you are friends with that you cannot give
secrets to a couple of other Texas here, Oh, my
(10:35):
family doesn't realize that my boyfriend and I always end
up meeting up. When I say I'm having a work trip,
we're staying in a local hotel. That's interesting how that
works out. I remember my sister had a My sister
had a secret boyfriend for the longest time, and my
brother Tony pretended that it was his friend, so that
(10:56):
my dad didn't know that you because my dad, I
don't think, would have liked him to be dating her,
so he would come over to the house as my
brother Tony's buddy, but he was actually probably stupid. My sister.
What's up, initial A, what's happening? Hey, guys, how are you?
What's your secret relationship story? I read your text? Tell
(11:17):
the listeners.
Speaker 7 (11:18):
So I've been married since twenty nineteen.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
Secretly whoa who doesn't know.
Speaker 7 (11:27):
Pretty much everybody?
Speaker 1 (11:28):
Why are you keeping it a secret?
Speaker 7 (11:32):
So it wasn't really an ideal marriage, and after I
got married, I realized that and moved away a week
later and haven't really been back since or gotten a divorce.
Speaker 4 (11:48):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
That is pretty wild, though, that you got this husband.
You know where that comes out when you're flying, when
you're doing government papers, taxes like, that's when the stuff
comes out.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
When gets bored. Google's yes, and the court records.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
Yeah, you gotta be careful of that, right. Well. Best
of luck to you on that, Best of luck on
trying to be able to continue that secret. That's a
long time to keep a secret. Crystal, what's up. It's
Mojo in the morning. Hi.
Speaker 5 (12:18):
I was calling about the don't tell a secret to
this person thing.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
Yeah, and it's my grandma.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
I love her just dust.
Speaker 5 (12:26):
She's an Angel honors. But she tells all of my
business to everyone.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
Oh no, what's the most embarrassing thing that grandma told
people that you didn't want her to.
Speaker 5 (12:39):
She's gone to the emergency room with me a few times,
and I'll be there for Like I went for migraines
a lot when I was younger, and she was telling
them like about my sexual history, partners I've done, and
it was completely.
Speaker 4 (12:58):
Like not relevant.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
That's amazing that you tell you more about. That's wild
that you your grandma knows of all your sexual history. Well,
well just like my boyfriends.
Speaker 4 (13:08):
I guess like she didn't know any details.
Speaker 5 (13:10):
But yeah, like she's done with this many people, and
she's sexually active and you know, just things that had
no relevance to a migraine for sure that she was
giving me once.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
I've always wanted to do this. I've always wanted to
test out friends and have like cop buddies of mine
go and say they're doing an investigation and see if
any of my friends would divulge anythings that I've done,
you know, in my life. First, Uh, Steve Gabara would
go quick, guy Steve, because you know what, he's a
(13:43):
name dropper he's Steve's a name dropper, and he would
be like, he would tell all the details like that,
and I don't trust that guy with anything. He'd go
to jail for you. Me on the other hand, I
don't know. He would post bailly me be like him. Yeah,
he did it all all right. Well, thanks for the call.
I appreciate it.
