Speaker 1 (00:01):
In the morning's Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
All right, Shannon with what's trending this morning, The Dirty
on the thirties.

Speaker 3 (00:06):
So I'm going to start with this Mark Sanchez story
because I do have a few updates for you on
it's the sixty nine year old truck driver who's involved
in this thing. He's been identified as a guy named
Perry Told who he's the guy who ended up stabbing
the former NFL quarterback. He is now suing Sanchez and Fox.
In the lawsuit, this driver claims that was.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Why did you sue the people he works for? Why
didn't you just sue got money? I guess is.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
But in the lawsuit, the driver claims that Sanchez instigated
an altercation while appearing to be very drunk and from
some surveillance footage that I saw, he was definitely stumblen
down the streets of Indianapolis. But he says he suffered
significant injuries to his head, jaw, and neck and was
left permanently disfigured. So he is seeking all sorts of
different damages plus legal fees. This dispute, if you missed

(00:59):
us talking about this, happened in the more in the
early morning hours in Indy started supposedly over a parking space,
and Sanchez was in town to work for Fox as
a game analyst, and he reportedly approached this guy's truck
tried to enter it. Then they got into a confrontation.
Things escalated. The driver says he at first used pepper

(01:22):
spray and self defense. When that didn't stop Sanchez, he
says he had to pull a knife stabbed him several times.
Mark Sanchez hospitalized with stab wounds to his torso, though
his injuries were later deemed non life threatening. Well, yesterday,
he at first was facing some misdemeanor charges. Yesterday prosecutors

(01:46):
upgraded those charges and slapped Mark Sanchez with a felony
battery charge, which carries up to six years in prison.
Day so this just got real serious.

Speaker 4 (01:58):
Also a video of him walking away holding his chest
and so yeah, this video you can sell like that
was post the stabbing.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Oh yeah, that man is a beast.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Well that I got to tell you it's something he
That poor guy looks really rough, like Mark Sanchez just
destroyed him, which is crazy.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
I love the meme that was going around. I sent
it to you.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Guys of Happy Gilmore beating up Bob Barker, and it
was basically, this is this is what it looked like
on the streets of Indianapolis.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
So much Taylor Swift stuff to talk to you about today,
but I'll start with this. During an interview with the BBC,
she got slightly miffed when questioned about a popular fan
theory regarding her upcoming marriage to Travis Kelce.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
Taylor doesn't tell me this is your lost album. What no.
I just saw somethings going, Well, she's gonna get married
and she's going it's going to be lost album.

Speaker 5 (02:51):
Shockingly offensive thing to say.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Absolutely, it is not the lost album.

Speaker 5 (02:56):
Not why people get married exactly, so that the.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Whole I go. It's also like music for me, is
I think just panicking.

Speaker 5 (03:05):
Oh, I know they love to panic sometimes, but it's
like I love the person that I am with because
he loves what I do and he loves how much
I am fulfilled by making art and making music. That's
the coolest thing about Trav is like he's so he
is so passionate about what he does that me being
passionate about what I do. It connects us.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez making the headlines again this time.
They reunited at the Kiss of the Spider Woman premiere
in New York City, and even though they are divorced now,
Ben showed up to support Jen also he is one
of the film's executive producers, but they were very warm
to one another on the red carpet. She was given

(03:49):
him praise to all of the media that she talked to,
and he had some nice things to say about her
as well.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
It was obvious to me very early on Jennifer's involvement
in this that she was gonna die or be great.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
You know, she just was gonna give it her all.
As she did. She worked enormously hard this role. You
get to see, like all of her many gifts.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
She got a little salty on the Today Show earlier though,
when I have that clip Craig Melvin about about him
in the middle of.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
This filming this elaborate, beautiful musical. Your divorce is also
finalized with Ben. There you go, Well, but.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
Did I read that your ex as an executive producer.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
If it wasn't for then the movie wouldn't have got made.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
Yeah, she handled it really well, like she was still
very kind about it, but you could tell she was
like really what.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Else do we talk to Jennifer Lopez about legend broke,
all those hits that she's given us the years, the topic.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Jenny from the Block, Baby, I love her, and.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
America Park's main see in your future. That is a
question that many people are undering more after Fifth Third
Bank acquired co America News that came down.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
To be the yesterday bank in our listening area.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
Yeah, it is a ten point nine billion dollar deal
that links the two banks. A Fifth Third spokesperson says
a name change for the ballpark is expected as naming
rights are a major part of this acquisition. That deal
is expected to close next March or April, and then
that is when we'll hear more about a stadium.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
The newest member of the show very upset about this
about co America Bank being taken over by Fifth Third Bank.
And I looked at her yesterday, I go like, what
is this? She goes, well, I bank a Comerica And
I go does it matter?

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Though? Like what is it? Does it matter? Like where
do you bank?

Speaker 4 (05:44):
Name?

Speaker 1 (05:45):
And I especially don't want it to be the name
of our stadium.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
You don't like the name fifth Third, but you like
the name Come America what's the reason name because you're
banking there, like I bank it Chase, But I don't
sit there and go I don't like the name, like
I don't.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
I don't bank you bank based on the name. I mean,
I'm thinking about the stadium too.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Oh, I mean that's how I was. I switched from
Tiger Stadium to America. A lot of people weren't. Really,
can I tell you what I think?

Speaker 2 (06:12):
I wonder and this is just me with a crazy
conspiracy theory, but I wonder if there is something in
the naming rights of co America where Chris Ilich now
can change it and make it something that's Illage branded
and make it okay, and maybe make it something that
benefits the Illages and caes Little Caesars like we have

(06:35):
Little Caesars Arena, Illage Ballpark, Mike Illage Ballpark would be amazing.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
Because they had naming rights for coo America through it
just got extended. I think it's through twenty thirty four.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
Yeah, so I guess maybe fifth third takes that over.
But it'd be interesting if they have like little clauses
in contracts when things get sold or whatever like that
that you change it back. But It would be kind
of cool if they could rename it and name it
after mister Ilaic, because I'll tell you what, mister Ilige,
which is the You know, I miss him as an owner.
I wish that we had him still spending money like

(07:05):
we used to.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
Yeah, take us to the World Series. I'll give a damn.
What'd you name it? Please name it Kevin Irwin.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
The second ballpark sign on the dotted line kind of
get a nice ring, doesn't it.
